The people of Ukraine have been fighting valiantly in a war they did not ask for.
Their defense of their homeland from the Russian invasion has already far surpassed the expectations of all the skeptics.
Ukraine is not asking anybody else to do their fighting for them.
They ask only for the resources they need to defend themselves against this lawless aggression.
I strongly support the next package of lethal military assistance which the House has passed with an overwhelming bipartisan majority.
I hope the Senate can reach an agreement to consider and pass this legislation today.
The Ukrainians need it.
We need to do it today. | ||
Helping Ukraine is not an instance of mere philanthropy.
It bears directly on America's national security and vital interests.
That Russia's naked aggression not succeed and carries significant costs.
If Ukraine fails to repel Russian aggression, there's no question that the threat to America and European security will actually grow.
Our nation's history is packed, packed with painful reminders that America cannot wish away global problems that affect us and our allies simply by burying our head in the sand.
I applaud the strong Republican vote for this crucial assistance over in the House and urge my Senate colleagues on both sides to help us pass this urgent funding bill today.
Everyone from Maryland talked about protecting this institution or talked about this institution but we got a 40 billion dollar bill at three o'clock in the afternoon.
I haven't had a chance to review the bill.
My staff is pouring over the pages trying to see what's in it.
You want to talk about the institution?
You want to talk about standing up alongside Ukraine?
Why don't we actually have a debate on the floor of the People's House instead of the garbage of getting a $40 billion bill at 3 o'clock in the afternoon?
Not paid for, without having any idea what's really in it, with a massive slush fund that goes to the State Department, $13 billion, $8 billion for the Economic Support Fund, $110 million for embassy security, we've got $40 billion that is unpaid for, and you want to sit here and lecture this body about what we're going to do or not do about staying alongside Ukraine?
Why don't we talk about the American people who are hurting, the wide open borders, the inflation that's killing people, the jobs that people can't get because of the cost of goods and services in this country?
Sitting here and being lectured to when I don't even have time to look at a $40 billion unpaid bill.
I make a motion to adjourn.

What's going on on the news about the baby formula shortages.
So across America, there are all these shortages of baby formula.
One of our manufacturers had an FDA issue, so they suspended production.
But there are other manufacturers, so there's been a shortage of baby formula.
Now cue a conversation and a series of text messages that I received last night from one of our border patrol agents down in Texas right at the border.
He says, Kat, you would not believe the shipment that I just brought in.
He has been a border patrol agent for 30 years and he has never seen anything quite like this.
He is a grandfather and he is saying that his own children Can't get food, baby formula for his grandkids.
But he, as a border patrol agent, just took in pallets, pallets of baby formula for all of the illegals that are crossing into the United States.
And it is not the children's fault at all.
But what is infuriating to me is that this is another example of the America Last Agenda.
That the Biden administration continues to perpetuate pallets.
I put photos on my Facebook earlier today of the full shelves, and they literally put handwritten signs on these shelves that they're stocking in warehouses at the border that say, do not take.
And earlier today, about noon, I got another set of messages from other Border Patrol agents, and they were sending me pictures of the pallets.
of the baby formula that they were taking in.
I don't know about you, but if I am a mother in anywhere, any town in America, and I go to my local Walmart, or Target, or Publix, or Safeway, or, you know, Kroger, or wherever it may be that you shop, and you are seeing bare shelves, and you are seeing signs that you are not able to get baby formula, and then you see
The American government sending by the pallet thousands and thousands of containers of baby formula to the border?
It's Thursday, 12 May, the year of our Lord, 2022.
You're live. | ||
It's in the War Room. | ||
We're absolutely packed for the next two hours.
And we're going to try to, you know, how do I say, backfill some of this.
We've got Kathy Barnett is going to join us.
She's on the road and we're going to try to track her down as she as she goes across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this kind of hurtling across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Dr. Oz.
Dave McCormick and Kathy Barnett in a really heated race in this primary.
Before we go there, I want to get to Ben Burkham of the Board.
Before pulling Ben of Real America's Voice, a couple of massive developments.
You heard McConnell right there.
McConnell is just all spin and lies.
It's not the most, not the vital national security interest of the United States, not the security interest of the United States.
He's got, that's just an assertion.
Make the case for that. | ||
What's the case for that?
How's the case been made that the dispute over the eastern Russian-speaking border of Ukraine Uh, which should be, you know, about the territorial integrity and the sovereignty of Ukraine and the self-determination of the Ukrainian people.
I understand that's very high on their list.
Why is that, um, why is that of a concern to the United States when our southern border is being flooded?
And now we find out from Kat Kamik, who is the House of Representatives in Florida 3, They got border patrol agents, and we've seen pictures now where they've got the formula going to the illegal aliens, and this is not, we're not demonizing the illegal aliens, it's not their fault, but the formula's going there, and it's now on the shelves of the American people.
President Trump Just put out I guess a tweet or whatever he does he puts up on truth social with off the desk of President Trump 45 Saying that as we've said there's no oligarch money in this deal.
There's no European money in this deal This is just McConnell and his corrupt.
This is McConnell in the just to understand what's going on so we don't have we can just take the the rip the the veil of falseness This is all about the lobbyists.
Remember when they started, $33 billion went to $40 billion.
This is all about the corporations at the trough here in Washington, D.C.
This is $40 billion for five months.
And he asserts it's all crap.
Tell me the argument. | ||
How does that work? | ||
Is it not in the Europeans?
The Europeans max have put in seven billion dollars to date.
I think that's high, but I'm going to use that number as one that's been quoted.
But they'd have to show me they did that because I don't trust anything that the European governments say.
Right? | ||
Beside the populist governments like Hungary and maybe Poland and a couple others.
Right? | ||
I don't believe Macron.
I don't believe... Don't... The Germans look right to your face and lie to you.
Okay? | ||
They put in seven billion.
We've already put in sixteen billion dollars.
$40 billion. | ||
They're trying to jam through $40 billion.
$40 billion. | ||
And that's $56 billion.
And you know what? | ||
Isn't it interesting that as soon as, remember there's no conspiracies, but there's no coincidences, as soon as they lose Afghanistan, because they lied to Trump and it came out to $50 billion a year, right?
As soon as they lose Afghanistan last summer, guess what?
For the whole new year, we got something.
And since it's going to go up to the end of fiscal year, that's $56 billion.
Is that amazing? | ||
That's kind of the same number?
Isn't that amazing? | ||
Isn't that incredible?
56 billion of your money, it's on your children.
I want you to be so mad and I want you to fire up their phones.
Let me be blunt. | ||
Anybody in the Senate that votes for Mitch McConnell's leader, we had Dave McCormick on today.
Dave McCormick came and said absolutely a hard no on the 40 billion and he would not vote for McCormick if there was another challenger.
And there will be challengers, right?
Kathy Barnett's going to be younger and I'm going to ask her the same question.
You've got $56 billion now in five months and no payback.
And here's the thing, the oligarchs, the richest guys in the world, the oligarchs in Ukraine, just as bad as the oligarchs in Russia, haven't put in a penny.
They're stealing with both hands.
And trust me, they're going to steal billions out of it going in now of your money.
How are you doing at home today?
With the PPI at a record since the 1950s.
How you doing? | ||
Is the diesel gas good? | ||
Is your gasoline good? | ||
How'd you pay at the pump?
Everything good? | ||
You feeling good? | ||
unidentified
|
Right? | |
You feeling good, Kathy Barnett?
Before we go to Kathy, I want to get in just real quickly.
Ben Berquam at the border.
I got Kathy Barnett. | ||
We're going to go through all this.
Ben, you've seen the situation.
$40 billion. | ||
You're down there once again, putting your life on the line.
We're going to have lots of footage and talking to you the next couple of days.
You're interviewing everybody.
What's the sense of the border?
Do they have $40 billion, Ben, to shut down the invasion of the southern United States and protect the Hispanic Americans on the Rio Grande Valley?
And on the southern border of Texas, south Texas and southern Arizona, and to protect the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the fentanyl, and all the crime that's coming up there.
They're flying them into Wilkes-Barre every night, right?
Is $40 billion coming down there, Ben Burquam?
How dare these traitors, Steve.
This is Mitch McConnell and these warmongers in Washington D.C.
that have never seen a war that they don't like.
They are stealing your children's future while our country is being destroyed from within by globalist leftist communists.
I just came back across from Reynosa where there are thousands, literally thousands of people They're overflowing from the camps that are down there because they all know Title 42 is ending and America is wide open for the taking.
And while that is going on, these idiots have the nerve to tell you that we have to protect somebody else's border.
Anybody who buys that, anybody who votes for that, anybody who supports that needs to be out of office.
It is disgusting. | ||
And I'm now down here in Brownsville, Steve.
The footage that we're getting over the last several days is mind-blowing.
But I got to tell you, what is coming, the American people aren't ready for it.
It's going to overwhelm our system.
It already is. | ||
And the people down here are infuriated.
And the people in Mexico are as well.
Their communities are being destroyed by these same open borders globalist leftists.
Ben, you hang on. | ||
We're going to get back to you.
I know you've got a bench on John Solomon at the top of the hour.
We're going to come back to you.
Just hang on. | ||
I want to go to Kathy Barnett now.
The Mac Daddy. | ||
And by the way, I want to say Katie Britt down in, also running for the Senate.
Mo Brooks. | ||
Hey, Mo Brooks of Populous Madison.
Mo Brooks voted for the $40 billion.
Let's tell it like it is.
He voted for the $40 billion yesterday in the House.
Katie Britt has an op-ed up.
On War Room, Katie Britt's running.
Katie Britt just came in and said under no circumstances would she vote for the $40 billion.
It puts America last. | ||
I want to get that up there, make sure you take a look at it.
Hey, I know there's some of the people got big hesitation about Katie Britt, but hey, she came out hard against McConnell and said not going to do it, not going to vote for $40 billion.
Let's go to Kathy Barnett.
Kathy, we got a couple minutes left in this segment and we'd love to hold you over because you've become You're the number one person everybody wants to talk to in global politics.
You're the Mac Daddy. | ||
You're the lead story on Drudge.
The rise of UltraMAGA. | ||
Cathy, right now Mitch McConnell just came in and said they've got to spend $40 billion to protect the border of Ukraine.
Ma'am, if you were in the United States Senate today, where would you be on this position?
unidentified
|
I would be a hard no on that.
You know, from my understanding, the annual budget for Ukraine defense is $6 billion.
And all together with this particular bill, we will have spent over $58 billion protecting the border of Ukraine.
And although my heart goes out for the Ukrainian people, my heart goes out for Russian citizens who find themselves under a a rulership that they have, a rogue regime that they have no control for. But our nation is in trouble and I believe the best way to secure ourselves as well as our allies is by putting America first. And right now our nation is struggling.
Kathy, this formula situation, you had the Congressman Kat Kamak down in Florida say that, hey, Border Patrol's telling them, we got pictures now, there's actually formula at the U.S.
government's providing for illegal aliens coming across, but there's nothing on the shelves for America's babies.
What say you, ma'am? | ||
unidentified
|
Yeah, you know what, I was on the phone last night with a father who was driving over an hour to a store because his wife said she heard there was baby formula there and they have an infant at home.
This is just anathema. | ||
I mean, you know, it only took a year for Biden to break the earth.
We knew it was going to be bad.
I just don't think we knew it was going to be this bad this quickly.
These are the issues that I've been talking to Pennsylvanians about, but for the past 13 months, although mainstream media seems to just have discovered me, I've been in a statistical tie for the past four weeks for first place.
And I've been running for hard for about 13 months.
And these are the issues that Pennsylvanians are talking about.
What's going on at our kitchen table?
Kathy, can you hang on for one second?
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to return to Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where Kathy Barnett is barnstorming over the next couple of days.
This is an incredibly tight race.
It's the lead story on Drudge called the Rise of UltraMAGA.
It's got an incredible picture of Kathy Barnett staying before the United States Capitol, before the United States Capitol.
This is the entire world's political pundits are focused on the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Oz, Dave McCormick, Kathy Barnett.
We're going to return with the candidate Kathy Barnett in the War Room.
Just a moment. | ||
unidentified
|
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the TTP.
Farm in southern Alabama. No insulation. No running water.
This country allowed a little black girl to claw her way from underneath a rock.
But that America with all those opportunities is fast coming to a close.
Democrats are serious when they say fundamentally change this country and by fundamentally change they mean screw it up real good.
This is about the survival of our nation and we need people who understand that.
Okay, welcome back. | ||
That is a very uplifting spot.
It's playing now non-stop in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Kathy Barnett joins us.
She's running for this intense, intense, the entire political world watching the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the Senate run.
You got Dr. Oz, you got Dave McCormick, and you got Kathy Barnett.
Kathy Barnett spent $135,000.
That's all her campaign had on TV.
If I calculate correctly, Carla Sands, Bartos, McCormick, That's a very uplifting ad.
It's a very powerful ad.
It's not from your campaign.
It's from an outside group.
But that outside group is the Club for Growth.
around $30 million attacking each other.
Kathy Barnett, $135,000.
That's a very uplifting ad.
It's a very powerful ad.
It's not from your campaign.
It's from an outside group.
But that outside group is the Club for Growth.
And they not only are in a war with President Trump, they actually stand against all the MAGA and America First economics, nationalism, they're against tariffs.
They're the Club for Growth, as Steve Cortez says, for China.
What's your relationship with them, Kathy?
unidentified
|
Yeah, my relationship is that I had a meeting.
I had one meeting with them.
I had one meeting with them, just like all the other candidates.
Every single candidate who's in the senatorial race had a meeting with them.
And so if you hear anyone say something derogatory about them now, It wasn't what they were saying when they took that meeting with them, and they decided to endorse and to put money into my race at this crucial hour.
I am grateful for that, and I will receive that kind of assistance from absolutely any person, you know, with some, you know, qualifications, of course, but I certainly would receive that same kind of assistance from the President.
As well and just because someone endorses me does not mean that I agree with everything that they Have said and done, but I am grateful for the assistance in this 11th hour So what you when they say they're against terrorists when they're against it really kind of the bringing jobs back from China You know shutting the border because they're kind of a coke They're comfortable with open borders.
They're comfortable with letting China rise.
They've never been one to support tariffs or the more protectionist element of the MAG or the American First Movement.
In your meeting, did you agree with those policies or did they get any inclination that you support those types of policies?
unidentified
|
We did not have those particular conversations at all.
I went in talking about what I believe, and I was very upfront.
If you go to BarnettForSenate.com, you can see what it is, where I stand on the economy.
I do believe that we need to bring our manufacturing businesses back here.
But in addition, I believe we need to create a tax system that allows our exports to compete in the foreign markets.
And we need to create a tax system that allows imports that are coming in To our nation that are highly subsidized.
I believe that they that we should have an additional tax on them and that in that it's a level playing field with American products that they're competing against.
I believe that we should create an America where the middle class is not squeezed with with with with all the things that we're being squeezed with whether we're talking about the mandates or the taxes or the or the exuberant spending by the Federal Reserve and I believe we should create an economy Where people like myself, where I once was underneath a rock on a pig farm in Alabama, that I have an opportunity to claw my way out of that.
That is the message that I went in expressing.
Kathy, we had Posobiec on today after McCormick talked about some of the hits you've been taking, or unfair hits, as he positioned it on the vetting issue.
We had Ambassador Grinnell on.
Ambassador Grinnell's point, I guess, came down because we both agreed that the Hannity-Dr. Osting last night was inappropriate.
It was like they try to do against Trump back in the early days.
But Grinnell is a pretty level-headed guy.
He came out and said, hey, look, the problem is I don't think she's electable.
And here's why I don't think she's electable.
I think she said things about Islam.
I think she said things about gay people that just in Pennsylvania you can't be elected.
So about that part of the vetting, what would be your response to Ambassador Grinnell about the issues of Islam and other religions like that and about gay people?
unidentified
|
Yeah, I am not following the ambassador.
I am running a race and keeping my eyes very focused on the people of Pennsylvania.
But at the same time, I know that he was out there retweeting wildly just a sham of a video where they took snippets of words that I've said.
and and kind of reedited them and put them in a video and saying this is a happy bar that is and it's not true i believe he and others are dabbling in the same thing that they will be their chest against with the left on cancel culture and fake news i think that i think they have become the purveyors of that uh... in regards to uh... islam a lot of those tweets as you saw uh... they are out you know to act where i allow so many words and so by the time
to get to the context of what's being said.
It's gone, and only in fake news and purveyors of fake news do they take that and then weave a whole story around it.
But it's false. | ||
If you go out there and look, you know, these people think we're stupid.
They think that they can just put this out here, create a whole narrative, and we're going to swallow it.
And overwhelmingly, people are pushing back on it because it's not true.
Now, the context, because of the date of those videos, or those tweets, although the link is gone, so I can't go point by point because I don't have The context is many years ago, I think 2015.
2016, let's remember where we were today.
Biden has open border allowing, you know, we're on, we're on track for about 4 million unlawfully present people coming into our country.
And now he's removing title 42, which has stopped about 55% of those people from coming into our country.
So now take 4 million and increase it by another 55%.
How are we a sovereign nation?
That's what Biden is doing today with open border.
But back under the Obama administration, he was taking a different tactic.
He was flying in Syrian refugees.
And I remember watching, as a mom with my children, watching at the time former FBI Director James Comey testify in front of the Senate, I believe, saying, we can vet until the cows come home.
And we won't know who these people are.
And yet, Obama was telling us, don't worry about it.
I vetted them. | ||
That's a lie. | ||
And then immediately in that time frame, what we were experiencing as a nation, we had the San Bernardino shooting.
We had the Pulse Club shooting.
We had the, what was it, the Muhammad cartoon stabbing in Garland, Texas.
We have people weaponizing their vehicles and mowing people down in the street.
And as a mom, I'm sitting here thinking, can I even take my kids to the movie theater?
What's gonna happen? | ||
I feel very unsafe. | ||
And so that's the context, the overarching context.
I am not backing down from that.
I believe that's a very dangerous policy that Obama have, just like I believe it's a very dangerous policy that the Biden administration have of not securing our borders in regards to the homosexual comment.
There's no context there.
That's not who I am. | ||
You won't find me saying things like that at any point.
So there's nothing I can say about that.
How it looks, I did not say.
I don't know what the context is and so I can't even respond to that.
But it's foolishness to now weave, you know, someone's words without even a complete sentence and say this is who they are without any of that.
That's fake news. | ||
Hang on. | ||
President Trump has put out a statement today saying, hey, you're a fine person and maybe an ultra-MAGA leader in some time in the future, but for right now, you're the one that will lose in a general election.
Let's say it's Fetterman.
Fetterman's got a major problem with the African-American community.
Do you believe that you're the best candidate to go up against Fetterman, ma'am?
unidentified
|
Yeah, the only thing I have to do is not run while black in front of Fetterman, and maybe I can make it out of there, right?
But Fetterman has a huge problem, and that problem is going to come back.
I don't believe anyone can do what I'm capable of doing.
My very presence, when I walk into the room, not only with how I look as a black person, but also my journey, my American journey from where I started and who I am today.
It neutralizes more than half of Democrat talking points.
We know Democrats are not going to talk about inflation.
What are they going to run on?
They can't run on open borders.
They can't run on this whack-a-mole foreign policy strategy that we have today.
So what are they going to run on?
They're going to run on the very things they always run on.
And that is weaponizing the color of my skin and the history of this nation to somehow say, CCC, you need more of what we have.
And so, and not only that, but if you go to my Facebook page at Kathy Barnett for Senate, you will see what I am already doing.
What I'm doing today, I will ramp up when I get out of the primary and into the general.
You will see photos of me in rooms filled with black people.
Changing their voter registration from Democrat to Republican.
You will see me downtown Chinatown and they have assured me their vote is mine.
You will see me in rooms with or in the temples with the Hindu community, which is very large out here in Pennsylvania.
You will see me even being ushered into a room full of Amish people who came out big for President Trump in 2016 and you will hear them say, Listen to her.
She has our values. | ||
No one is going to do what I have already done and what I will only amplify as we move into the general.
Look at how Oz and McCormick have ran their race.
We've had seven debates.
They've only showed up to two of them.
We've had a number of forums.
I can only recall them being at two.
So they've had a number of opportunities to do what I'm doing.
They're just mad that I ran a much smarter campaign and it didn't cost me, combined, $30 billion to do it.
$30 million to do it. | ||
Cathy, we've got to bounce.
I know you've got to bounce real quickly.
How did they get to your campaign?
How do people follow you over the next couple of days to go see you?
unidentified
|
Steve, thank you so much for this opportunity.
Go to BarnettForSenate.com and fight for me.
I'm your best chance, Pennsylvania.
Don't allow them to steal this chance from you of actually having your voices heard.
That's what they're mad about, Steve, is that they can't believe the people are going to pick someone that they don't like.
So, let's do this. | ||
Kathy Barnett, we look forward to having you back on.
Short commercial break.
We're going to go back to the border with Ben Berkron.
Thank you, Kathy. | ||
Back to the border with Ben Berkron.
Real America's Voice next.

|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Bannon.
unidentified
|
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, welcome back. | ||
It's Thursday, 12 May, Year of the Roar 2022.
That was Kathy Burnett.
Of course, we're going to do more vetting.
I should hopefully come back on tomorrow when we're trying to get Dr. Oz on, Dave McCormick again.
But here's the thing, folks in Pennsylvania, it's time now to get out, find out where these folks are, find out where you can go, and go up and introduce yourself.
Get around there. | ||
Say you're part of the War Room posse, part of the War Room audience, and introduce yourself and ask the tough questions.
Vet this for yourself. | ||
Do your own vetting. | ||
Get all the information, etc.
President Trump put that statement out today.
He said, hey, she's not the best.
She's going to get beaten.
But if you read that statement, there's definitely some room there, right, as we say.
So Kathy Barnett's got to make her own case.
Dave McCormick's got to make his own case.
He came out big today. | ||
No on the $40 billion. | ||
No on McConnell. | ||
That's a big deal. | ||
Right? | ||
Kathy Barnett was early on about saying she would not support McConnell and she's a hard no on the $40 billion.
Have not heard from Dr. Oz yet.
We're tracking that down.
Rand Paul came to the rescue here about an hour ago.
Rand Paul has delayed the vote on the $40 billion to at least it looks like next week or maybe longer.
He's required some things about Inspector General.
He wants to make sure there's some review.
Didn't have it in there.
Not even in the bill. | ||
No, not even the minimum or modicum of any type of control.
Nothing. | ||
He asked for just a couple of additions.
And they couldn't do it.
The thing was, no, it's got to go back.
And so it's been delayed.
Rand Paul just asking for the tiniest, tiniest, tiniest to monitor the money so it's not stolen by the oligarchs over there.
You know how much money is going to be stolen.
It's the third most corrupt nation on earth.
And all conservative ink media should be embarrassed running around with your pom-poms on Zelensky.
Okay? | ||
Zelensky, you saw what Zelensky did in working with on the impeachment of Trump.
Okay? | ||
So just let Conservative Inc., with all your pom-poms and running around, just another way to come at Trump.
100%. | ||
This Ukraine thing is an embarrassment and you're dead wrong and nobody in the world can sit there and make the argument that it's a vital national security interest of the United States.
It does not exist. | ||
The vital national security of the United States is on the southern border of the United States.
Vital national security of the United States also, I believe, strongly is up in Pakistan-controlled Kashmir on the northwest frontier up there in India, where the CCP is over a great ally, Modi, in India, in the nation of India.
It's in the South China Sea.
It's outside of Taiwan.
It's in Hong Kong, where Cardinal Zen has been rounded up.
And the Vatican said we're watching with extreme interest.
And the State Department said, oh yeah, he ought to be let go.
All that's in the vital national security interests of the United States against the Chinese Communist Party, not a struggle on the eastern, ill-defined, oh, he hates when I say that, ill-defined border of the, wait for it, bloodlands, which is the award-winning book from, I think, Professor Snyder.
Ukraine means borderland, I think, in Russian, which, by the way, is Zelensky's tongue, mother tongue.
Ukraine is his second language.
I know. | ||
People are going to get all upset because he's got fanboys everywhere.
But in the fog of war, you can't have fanboys.
You've got to be absolutely dead spot on with what's going on.
You don't have formula in the stores.
You got you got this thing trying to cede the sovereignty here with the World Health Organization.
You got so much going on.
The producer price index, 11 percent, I think, growth year over year.
Inflation's out of control, printing money's out of control, the budget's out of control, and yet McConnell's sit there, one of the most evil, corrupt people in the history of this country.
Sits right there. | ||
It's the most important thing.
No, it's not even close.
Not in the top 50 of the most important things going on.
unidentified
|
50. | |
And by the way, Mitch, when you spent 30 days in the army, and we're still not quite sure why you got out, Not me to spread rumors.
Why you got out of the Army in, what, 30 days, 90 days?
You know, I was on a destroyer in the South China Sea, an anti-submarine destroyer.
Guess what we were doing?
That's right, hunting Soviet submarines in the South China Sea.
Plane guarding the carrier battle group, protecting them from, guess what?
Soviet submarines in the South China Sea.
Why? | ||
Because it's in the vital national security interests of the United States.
OK, let's bring in Dave Walsh.
We've got a lot to get through.
Dave, I don't have time for it for long, but right now there's another crisis building.
We've got no formula in the stores, but we're sending it to the illegal aliens on the border.
But none for America's babies, right?
Of every ethnicity, color and religion.
None for America's babies.
There's no conspiracy, no coincidence, just one Roe v. Wade.
Let's show the moms that it's going to be impossible to feed the babies.
Okay, let's do that. | ||
How about that? | ||
Dave, tell me about this.
John Katsimatidis, the great John Katsimatidis, owns WABC.
He's a major gasoline distributor, refiner.
He's saying, hey, this diesel thing's real.
What is happening with diesel gasoline on particularly the south and east coast, sir?
Well, we've had a shuttering of about half of our refining capacity on the East Coast for primary diesel fuel in the last two years.
Nearly a million barrels a day of refining capacity shuttered in Philadelphia, Shell in Louisiana, Tesoro Petroleum at Marathon in California, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, South Dakota, and in New Mexico.
Refineries all Closed and not reopened.
Environmental reasons cited in a lot of the cases, the supposed pandemic reduction of demand, of course, but these haven't come back into service.
Secondly, just the criticality of diesel fuel.
Every hospital that you drive past, every office building that's more than 20,000 square feet, every food store, every grocery store, Every building of any size, again over 30-40,000 square feet, has backup diesel power generation for an emergency power outage.
Every server center, every data center, all of Wall Street's trading floor computers, all of that is backed up by diesel-powered 1 to 5 megawatt diesel engines supplied with diesel fuel to back up their primary power.
Not to mention the food supply in the U.S.
delivered primarily by diesel-driven, diesel-powered 18-wheelers.
And farming equipment is 98% powered by diesel fuel, so this is a massive issue for the country.
Once again, just explain to people, because we're going to have you back on tomorrow and go into more detail, but how did we get in this jam?
How is it that all of a sudden we're going to have a major diesel problem at, I guess, the gas stations all up and down the East Coast, Interstate 81, all these big interstate highways.
How did that happen again?
Well, because of the East Coast refining shutdowns in the last two years, we're down to, as of today, a three-day supply, a three-day inventory supply, at about 10 million barrels of diesel fuel remaining in the inventory.
Generally speaking, the last 10 years before, eight months ago, we were at an average of 50 million gallon supply, or barrel supply, in stock.
We're down to 10 million.
Uh, in terms of the capacity of diesel fuel at about three days supply, given the refining capacity shutdowns of about 50% along the East Coast.
This has been the primary driver.
It's not Russia. | ||
It's not the war. | ||
It's the fact that we've got refining capacity in this country at an all-time low in the last six years for crude oil overall.
And in the East Coast, 50% reduction in refinery capacity in the last two years.
And that reduction was... that capacity was taken offline for what reason?
Well, the primary reason articulated was the fact of the demand shortfall that began in March of 20 during the COVID recession depression.
But following years of drivers from the environmental side on shutting these facilities down based on them being dirty, and based on them arguably not being needed, combined with environmental issues and permitting issues.
So the demand destruction that occurred for a time period that's now over during COVID was used as the raison d'etre to shut them, which have not been, none of them have brought back online of the six facilities I mentioned.
Dave, we're going to get you back on tomorrow and go into more detail.
Tell people how they can get to you, because we've got a bunch of charts.
You've got a lot of analysis of this.
How can people find you on social media?
I'm on Getter at Dave Walsh Energy, so I can be reached that way best.
Dave Walsh Energy. | ||
We'll make sure we're putting all your stuff up tonight.
Dave, thank you very much.
Look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
Thank you, Steve. | ||
Do we have James? | ||
Is James up? | ||
Okay, let's go to Naomi.
You got James? | ||
Let's go James first and then Naomi.
James, I want to walk through and make sure you get everything up.
We've got about four minutes.
Take your time. | ||
Walk us through exactly what people should be doing tonight about the World Health Assembly, the World Health Organization, this shift of sovereignty that you as the investigative reporter kind of have been at the tip of the spear of this.
We now know the Health and Human Services, Global Affairs, does have a comment hearing tomorrow.
People that are with some sort of group can sign up online but others can send their comments and we need everybody in this audience to listen to James because we need this done.
James. | ||
It's very simple, and if you can put this somewhere up on your site, stopthewho.com.
That's very, very easy.
You'll see a button to send an email.
There's another group that is also taking these submissions and putting them in with a legal action, and that website is interestofjustice.org.
So, interestofjustice.org or stopthewho.com.
Again, I give it every time.
My number is 310-619-3055.
Call me. | ||
Go ahead, Steve. | ||
Yeah, yeah. | ||
Real quickly, what should people, tell people what this is about.
Maybe some of our audience is just catching this now.
This is vital. | ||
Our audience is the most activist.
Why should people send an email?
What is the task and purpose of this?
The WHO is going to vote on, at the Assembly, from May 22nd to the 28th, amendments that I believe are the opening salvo of the Great Reset.
It transfers the control of declaring emergencies from individual nations, including obviously the United States, but all 194 nations, would give away that control to essentially the dictator general of the World Health Organization, Tedros. It's really that simple. There's a lot of other things involved in it, but it really boils down to do you think that the nation in which you reside around the world
should be the group that determines whether or not you have an emergency in your country, or do you think that the dictator general of the World Health Organization should be the person to decide that on?
On one level, it's that simple.
There's an infinite amount of complexity, but you can say that that's a transfer of sovereignty, you can say that's a reset of control.
There's nothing in the amendments that are even remotely related to health.
It's just a power grab. | ||
And once people see that...
Yeah, here's what I want to do.
I've got about a minute for you, and I want you to look at the case of people, particularly the mainstream media, said, hey, James is one of these nutcase conspiracy theory investigators.
He's on the nutcase show, War Room.
Make the case of where they go to see the links, so they can see with their own eyes exactly what this is about, sir.
Go to stopthewho.com, click on evidence, scroll down until you see the word, that's the page that it'll take you to.
You scroll down until you see the word evidence written in scrabble tiles.
I mean, I couldn't make it more obvious.
And then look for exhibit ABCDEFG.
Read what it says and determine for yourself.
Don't believe me. | ||
These are government documents that are in the public domain.
See it for yourself. | ||
Okay, I need everybody in the War Room, particularly those people who are concerned about American sovereignty.
You just saw $40 billion in your name, but thank God Rand Paul stopped.
You've seen the southern border.
We're going to have Kate Kamek from Florida at the top of the hour.
She's going to talk about it.
Right now, you need to go do this.
James, thank you so much for doing it.
I hope everybody calls you, but here's what we need.
We need you to go to these sites.
We're going to put them all up.
If you can't, if you're not eligible to actually testify or give comments, You are eligible to send your own thoughts and comments.
We need everybody. | ||
I want a million hits on this thing.
James, honor to have you on here.
Thank you very much, brother.
Short break. | ||

Naomi Wolf. | ||
So Roguski, James had been doing this, he's one of the lead investigators, an independent guy, and then he came on the show and people jumped in there and they came up, that's how they found out
About the comment section tomorrow of HHS this comment thing for two hours For people that are qualified to kind of come on and get to three four minutes five minutes But anybody can put one up, but it was hidden This is this is the moral equivalent on a tiny scale of what happened with fives in the documents Naomi Wolf put out a call to action 2,500 to 3,000 War room posse show up you got 250 lawyers things are happening and This is because of you.
How important is it for people to send in their comments on something like this?
Dr. Naomi Wolf. | ||
OK, so I'll give you the good news and then the bad news.
It's very important. | ||
What you're describing is critical, right?
It's not just this effort, which is so impressive of Mr. Roguski and what he's found.
The importance can't be overstated.
And yes, people have to overwhelm the comment section and they have to mobilize.
Ideally in groups with each other to follow this to look at the documents to continue put to put pressure and scrutiny on this process But what's more important?
It's beautiful is that people are learning that they are empowered to find the documents their public documents They're empowered to demand them and then they're learning about the law and recourse and they're feeling empowered to say what do we do about it now?
So that's beautiful and it should continue and if we all keep doing that we can Save our country.
Now I need to pivot to a little bit of the bad news.
unidentified
|
May I? | |
Go ahead. | ||
Okay. | ||
Sure. | ||
This is where we are, and I predicted this about 13 months ago.
I said there will come a time when things will start coming at us so quickly, and it'll be so disorienting.
It'll be one thing after another, one crisis after another.
And I told you exactly what they would be.
I said there would be disruptions in the food supplies, there would be disruptions in the energy grid, there would be disruptions in the cyber grid, and there will be a way to not have midterms.
And you were really unhappy when I said that.
Well, I need to say what Roguski has found is a comment, I do not believe, based on history, it's important, I don't think a comment barrage is going to stop them.
I think they are going to go ahead and try to give away our sovereignty.
I do know that, and this is related, President Trump extended the state of, I'm sorry, President Biden, extended the state of emergency last month for the eighth time, but for the first time in an open-ended way.
No terminus date. | ||
This allowed him to send billions of dollars to HHS without going through Congress.
Bear with me. | ||
Our southern border is open.
There are fighting-age men pouring over from Afghanistan and from Ukraine.
These fighting-age men are going to places around the country that we don't know or understand.
They're not being tracked.
They're not being followed.
They're just being placed in various places around the country.
Over the border, we saw another World Economic Forum lackey declare martial law when the truckers were in Canada.
And there were unidentifiable mercenary-type, very violent So I guess what I'm trying to say is they're not going to stop.
Britain is already talking about giving up sovereignty.
People in Ireland are already saying, what can we do?
What can we do? | ||
There are 198 countries that are, you know, discussing giving up sovereignty.
Well, once you've done that and you understand we are in a state of emergency now, Right.
And New York State, on a state level, in a state of emergency.
States across the country are in a state of emergency.
It means that if tomorrow the treaty goes through and sovereignty, the decision making is elevated above the level of our nation state, Tedros on next Tuesday can declare that we're having a public health emergency.
And you've already got in place all the elements of a war.
of an occupation. | ||
We are at war. | ||
It is a super sneaky war, but they are putting all the elements in place to suddenly pull the trigger and there are armed men outside your door and they don't answer to our commander in chief.
And that's, that's where we're going.
It's not, it's not where we're going someday.
It's where it's, it's the pieces are being put in place now.
So this is a time of extraordinary danger.
So yes, by all means, Make your comments.
But, you know, also learn where your food comes from.
Find out, you know, who your neighbors are.
Protect your house. | ||
I personally am, you know, learning marksmanship.
We have to be ready. | ||
I'm a peaceful person. | ||
I do not want war. | ||
But war is being waged upon us.
And when you think you know what lack of sovereignty looks like when it comes to national security, you cannot imagine because that's That is beyond tyranny.
Naomi, can you hang over through for our top of the hour?
I know you got other stuff to discuss.
Naomi Wolf, short break.
Be back. | ||
We're on battleground in a moment.
Everybody hang with us. |
