| First of all, to me, we have the strongest economy perhaps I have ever seen. | ||

| Our roadmap begins with heading the wrong way. | ||

| Surprising new numbers from the government today. | ||

| economy shrank in the first quarter of 2022. | ||

| Most economists were expecting a positive growth number. | ||

Instead, the numbers show the worst quarter in two years. | |
| I think what you're seeing is enormous growth in the country that was affected by everything from COVID and the COVID blockages that occurred along the way. | ||
| The cost of this fight, it's not cheap. | ||
| But caving to aggression is going to be more costly if we allow it to happen. | ||
| We either back Ukrainian people as they defend their country, or we stand by as the Russians continue their atrocities and aggression in Ukraine. | ||
| Every day, every day, the Ukrainians pay for the price, and the price they pay is with their lives for this fight. | ||
| So we need to contribute arms, funding, ammunition, and the economic support to make their courage and sacrifice have purpose so they can continue this fight and do what they're doing. | ||
| Basically, we're out of money. | ||
| And so that's why today, in order to sustain Ukraine as it continues to fight, I'm sending Congress a supplemental budget request. | ||
| It's going to keep weapons and ammunition flowing without interruption to the brave Ukrainian fighters and continue delivering economic and humanitarian assistance to the Ukrainian people. | ||
| This so-called supplemental funding addresses the needs of the Ukrainian military during the critical weeks and months ahead. | ||
| And it begins the transition to longer-term security assistance that's going to help Ukraine deter and continue to defend against Russian aggression. | ||
| This assistance would provide even more artillery, armored vehicles, anti-armored systems, anti-air capabilities that have been used so effectively thus far on the battlefield by the Ukrainian warriors. | ||
| In addition to this supplemental funding, I'm also sending to Congress a comprehensive package That will enhance our underlying effort to accommodate the Russian oligarchs and make sure we take their ill-begotten gains. | ||
| We're going to accommodate them. | ||
| We're going to seize their yachts, their luxury homes, and other ill-begotten gains. | ||
| This legislative package strengthens our law enforcement capabilities to seize property linked to Russia's kleptocracy. | ||
| It's going to create new expedited procedures for forfeiture seizure of these properties. That's going to ensure that when the oligarchs assets are sold off, funds can be used directly to remedy the harm Russia caused in their help and help build Ukraine. | ||

| And the Russians are making more money, the oligarchs are going to take a yacht from them, they're making more money than ever. | ||

| Because I'm not a white nationalist, and neither are any of the four people who they try and demonize. | ||

| Royce White's a great guy, but his thinking is all screwed up. | ||
| And he's hanging, he's comporting with now people like Alex Jones, people like Steve Bannon. | ||
| He's on the war room 25 times. | ||
| He's talking about the Federal Reserve, and he's into conspiracy theories, whether that be 3 November, whether that be the coronavirus, whether that be all these conspiracies about the Federal Reserve and the monetary system. | ||
| Is that essentially the article? | ||
| Du Bois writes a great guy, used to be fantastic, but somehow on his journey, right, he got all these bizarre ideas, and now he comports with all these really bad guys from Alex Jones and Steve Bannon. | ||
| Yeah, that's the gist of it. | ||
| You know, the gist of it is this guy's going on the record in such a truthful and honest way, such a patriotic and American way, such a self-sacrificing way that we have to represent his ideas with some reverence to the historical basis. | ||

| He's now our enemy. | ||

| The real punchline is if you're black in this country and you don't agree with us, you're out. | ||

| 30 million black babies dying in the womb, global citizenship, the transfer of our American citizenship and the American dream to a new global pipe dream. | ||

| And I'm saddened that so many black people have been brainwashed into accepting these politics with French fries, that they see an article like that and go, wow, Royce has really lost his mind. | ||
| And that's the other punchline that they're trying to drive home, is that because I spoke out about mental health and mental health policy, That my psychological stability is in question, and all of it is a lie. | ||
| They do talk about your campaign, and they talk about you're now running for a federal office. | ||
| And they say you've got a tall mountain to climb, because it's a strongly Democratic district, historically. | ||
| But let's talk about that. | ||
| You've dedicated your life now to going and finding an elected office, and kind of the subtext Of the article, I thought was like, who is Royce White to do this? | ||
| Royce White's an athlete, but, you know, he's a good guy. | ||
| He's a basketball player. | ||
| He's been great. | ||
| But, you know, who is Royce White and who is Royce White to run for this office, if not as a tool for the Alex Joneses and Steve Bannon's? | ||

| My response is I've been here for five generations. | ||
| My family's been here for five generations. | ||

| We have deep roots in the Twin Cities, in St. | ||
