Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens... CNN is now sounding exactly like The War Room.
unidentified
|
Stephen K. Bannon. | |
CNN is now sounding exactly like the War Room.
It is Thursday, the 28th of April, the year of our Lord, 2022.
We're live on Capitol Hill, and I've got Jack Pasovic, who's going to be my wingman here for part of this next hour.
We're jammed. | ||
We've got Cortez and Navarro going to call in the two guys that called Stagflation back nine months ago and said, of course, both of them, as good as they are, were off a quarter or two in the actual contraction.
So I got that one, but we'll get to all of it.
We've got Tina Deskovic, who's going to talk about Biden.
Biden's now going Full Terry McAuliffe.
The teachers, it's that when they're in the classrooms, it's the teachers got them.
Okay? | ||
Parents got nothing to say.
We're going to talk about that.
Tina Descartes. | ||
Plus, a professor at Harvard, a lecturer at Harvard, has written a really, a very tight piece for Al Jazeera, which says that the biggest domestic terrorist threat, or one of the biggest domestic terrorist threats, or democracy threats in America, are the Moms for Liberty.
Look, look, Steve, and I gotta read for you the way CNN, so CNN Politics, if you go to CNN's website right now, cnn.com, the headline on all of cnn.com, major blasting it everywhere, today is a disastrous day for Democrats' 2022 chances.
But the first line of it, the first line, so they're admitting it, they're admitting it, but here's the first line, Steve, you're gonna love this.
The news that the U.S. | ||
economy unexpectedly shrank!
Unexpectedly! | ||
Because the murderers row of the war room has been saying, what, two years now?
Unexpectedly! | ||
We can spend our way out of debt, we can spend our way, the bill pays for itself, you keep spending... On his phony inauguration day, Cortez and Navarro came on the show and said, hey, we're going to have stagflation, we're going to have runaway inflation, And you're going to have contraction in the economy.
Okay, I'm going to get going.
First off, Warpath.coffee.
Get the Mariner's Roast, which is the best dark roast ever made.
Go check it out. | ||
Put in War Room, you get 15% discount.
And for those who like a little lighter, get the Breakfast Blend, which is black powder.
It's a little on the darker side.
Jack Posobiec, you like the coffee?
I didn't get it yesterday, but Steve did give me a bag yesterday.
I went home this morning.
I brewed some. | ||
That was the Mariner's Blend.
Mariner's Blend. | ||
And what is this right now?
The Mariner's Blend. | ||
This is fantastic. | ||
I love the Mariner's Blend.
Hang on, Jack. | ||
What's up? | ||
I love Pasovic. | ||
I mentor this guy. | ||
What's the issue? | ||
You're the only boomer I listen to.
The issue is, we make that dark roast.
That mug has got milk. | ||
You put milk in your coffee?
It's half and half. | ||
Which you had in your fridge.
unidentified
|
I know it. | |
Here at the War Room. | ||
You know why? | ||
We have a lot of women that come here and want, and want, and have tea.
Right? | ||
Have high tea. | ||
No, we have a lot of ladies that come by and have high tea.
That's what we have, that's what we have, that's what we have.
Now you know they're all coming by.
They're in the, they're in the, Maura Monaghan, Maura Monaghan was here yesterday.
Uh-oh, uh-oh. | ||
Okay, Maura Monaghan dropped by yesterday talking about Tibet.
No. | ||
Oh yeah, we know about the women that drop by at War Room.
First off, first off, first off.
You're not going to be able to go in the goat's locker.
You can't go in the ward room.
You can't put milk in that coffee.
We'll get to it in a second.
The chiefs are the backbone of the Navy, but the backbone of the backbone is the bug juice.
Do I have Navarro? | ||
Peter Navarro. | ||
Do I have Peter? | ||
Yeah, I'm here. | ||
I know you can only do a quick hit, but you sent us the information.
What caused this drop in contraction of the economy, brother?
You've been saying it the whole time.
Talk about trade. | ||
Wait a minute, just for the record, my lady does dark roast, no milk, so Jack, get with the program here, brother.
unidentified
|
Look, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want to say, I didn't want Far be it from me.
Here we go. | ||
Here we go. | ||
Take that milk and shove it, Jack.
Hey, this is serious stuff because this was the essence of the Trump administration.
And from day one that I got in there, I would make the case that trade deficits matter.
And Trump and I would get just excoriated by the Club of Growth, the Wall Street Journal, everything like that.
But the math is simple. | ||
Gross domestic product equals four things.
Consumption, investment, government spending, and the net trade deficit, right?
We were supposed to grow 1% this quarter.
It came down at minus, minus 1.4%.
That's a 2.4% swing downward, okay?
And, yes, okay, the trade deficit shaved 3.2% off the GDP rate.
Exports fell by 5.9%. | ||
Imports were up by, here, take a sip of coffee on this.
17.7%. | ||
If we had balanced our trade like President Trump wanted and I tried for four years to do, we would have had net positive growth of over 2%.
Trade deficits matter.
And this ain't stopping, Steve.
This is going to kill our economy.
And guess where that trade deficit's from?
It's from China. | ||
China! | ||
Hang on, this was Trump's, and this is why they compromised, they can't stand up to China.
But I want to make sure, when you say the 1% growth projected, they've been walking this down.
When they did the American recovery plan of 1.9 trillion, which we never should have done.
When they infused the carcass with more cash that your kids are going to have to pay off.
When they did that, they were talking 3, 3.5% growth.
I had little Jimmy Cramer on here in the last segment.
The number one, the number one, best economy in his lifetime.
That's the cheerleader of the Democratic Party.
Here's the thing. | ||
You got 7% increase in prices.
Inflation's up 7%. | ||
I buried the lead there, didn't I?
You buried the lead. | ||
And you got the GDP down through, I know you've been down in Palm Beach, you know, goofing off, playing golf.
No, no, no, no. | ||
I gotta get you back into, I gotta get you back into war mode.
Here's the thing, Steve.
It's like, it's like, CNBC, memo to CNBC, Fox Business, and Bloomberg, okay?
All three of your networks blew it.
I mean, people are investing trillions of dollars watching your crap, and you don't want, you know, if you had watched The Royal Room, they would have made money, okay?
Because we were on this stagflation thing back over a year ago.
I wrote a memo in the White House in May of 2020 warning precisely that the pandemic could cause this, and On your show, Steve, I called a short on the market, November of 2021, and that has been perfect.
And every day I look and see the long bond going up, right?
Interest rates, bond prices down, and stock prices going down.
That's pure stagflationary forecasting.
And Steve, this is not going to stop.
See, this is what concerns me.
We've got to deal with the trade deficit.
We've got to deal with real wages, too.
Okay, jump in. | ||
Peter, the White House says you're wrong.
Joe Biden's out here. | ||
Listen to Biden. | ||
He goes, he says, it's no, listen, listen, you gotta hear his response.
He goes, this is just technical factors.
This is just technical, it's technical factors.
unidentified
|
Employment, consumer spending, investment, it's all strong.
This is just technical factors.
Technical factors, Biden.
That's what we've got here.
These are technical factors.
It's just math. | ||
It's no misery, no pain and misery.
I mean, the thing underlying all of this, Jack and Steve, is the fact that real wages continue to fall, right?
And what that means is that purchasing power is steadily going down, so over time, that's going to drag the GDP growth rate down from consumption factors, and then investment, which is the second part of the GDP equation, Businesses aren't going to invest because people aren't going to consume, and then on top of that we've got the friggin' trade deficit.
We're just killing us. | ||
I mean, it's just over and over again.
We just, like, just ignore it.
We're over a trillion dollars now, Steve, and our trade deficit to China alone, this is an abomination because all we do is support the military operations.
Our trade deficit is now even bigger than the Chinese defense budget.
Okay? | ||
Put that in your pipe and smoke a Joe Biden.
So this is a serious, serious issue and people need to be financially literate right now because their balance sheet is going to get all out of whack.
The rents are going just skyrocketing out of control.
If you can't afford a house, you're screwed.
Six months from now, you won't be able to get a mortgage.
Everybody who's buying houses now, particularly now in places like Florida, it's all cash deals.
Half of the deals in Florida, half of the deals, Steve, are cash deals in the state of Florida right now in places like Palm Beach.
It's crazy stuff. | ||
By the way, if you're in the Tampa area, it's a 48% increase for the total carry.
You got to make it's a 48% increase in trying to buy a home for the total carry 40% increase we have Cortez Half a million dollars or million dollars or even two hundred thousand dollars to go out and buy a house I mean, they don't!
I mean, it's just wrong.
Larry Fink, it's the asset managers who are buying these houses now.
Okay, let's get Cortez in here.
Steve Cortez, your thoughts about the numbers you saw today, brother?
unidentified
|
You know, Steve, this is a case where I am very displeased.
I'm very bummed to have been right.
About what's going on in the economy.
We are in the worst financial predicament that we have been in since the 1970s.
We have absolutely spiking inflation.
Let me give you one data point on that score.
Yesterday, corn prices hit a 10-year high, very near an all-time high.
Mortgage rates, you talked about, are absolutely soaring for homes, as are the underlying prices.
We just got, two days ago, the home data out, and housing prices are up 20%.
Year over year, at the same time that those prices for the things that you want and need in your life, things like food and housing, at the same time that those prices are absolutely soaring, our economy is tanking.
Wall Street was expecting positive growth, albeit tame positive growth, but growth on the positive side.
Instead, we got a negative 1.4% printout on GDP today.
This shows us that the consequences of Biden's disastrous policies, the consequences of his inflation, are dire, and they are widespread for this country.
And what is their response, by the way, Steve, at this point?
And Peter Navarro just made a great point about declining real wages.
Their response to this dire predicament that we've been put in by Biden's policies is, number one, we're going to import millions of illegal workers.
We're going to invite and entice and incentivize millions of illegal workers to cross our southern border to saunter into the United States so that they can compete unjustly and unlawfully against American citizens who have their real wages crashing.
And then the other new response from the Biden administration just today is that they want to send $33 billion, billion with a B, off to Ukraine instead of helping American citizens who are hurting right now, who are anxious about their financial prosperity.
Instead of helping these American citizens, we're sending $33 billion into a fight in which there is no compelling U.S.
national security interest.
So, you know, I would ask the audience there, the War Room posse, to consider that contrast.
Consider the contrast of what's happening to you at home and what the Biden administration is doing to you abroad.
Steve, I know you're out with J.D.
today on the campaign trail.
Give your accordance. | ||
What's your social media?
How do people follow you while you're out there today?
unidentified
|
Yes, we are barnstorming across Ohio, and Steve, I want to tell you, we are meeting War Room posse all over this great state, all over the Buckeye State.
You have a ton of fans here in the heartland of America.
Please find me and come and see us, by the way, if you can, in Ohio.
We've got several more stops today.
Find me on Getter. | ||
I'm at Steve. | ||
And then on social media, as far as Twitter, I'm still there for now.
I'm CortezDCortezoftheMess.
Steve, thank you very much.
I appreciate it. | ||
Let's get J.D.' 's campaign thing up and running.
I want people to go up to the War Room Posse, go up and meet J.D., go up and say hi to Steve Cortez when you're at these stops.
Peter Navarro, I understand you're working on a couple of big projects.
We'll talk about more of them later.
How do people get to you?
How do people follow you, sir?
Twitter is a Twitter killer, and even if Musk's buying it, we gotta kill Twitter.
Please, my new book, Taking Back Trump's America, up on Amazon.
It's got the blueprint for taking the House in 2022 and taking the White House back in 2024.
Taking Back Trump's America on Amazon.
Alright, Steve, we'll see you and Jack soon with some Dark Roast.
Well, dude, I want to get you back on and talk about the book tomorrow.
We're going to get some pre-orders on this thing.
Dr. Peter Navarro, Steve Cortez.
Wall Street listens to him.
You guys should, too. | ||
Posobiec's in the house.
I've got Tina Deskovitz, who's going to talk to us about Biden.
He's sending $33 billion to Ukraine.
He's got the economy crashing.
What does he want to do? | ||
Put the teachers in charge of all of it.
Think Tina and the Moms for Liberty.
That Al Jazeera and Harvard say are the most dangerous people in America.
You've got something to say about that.
Next, in the War Room. | ||
unidentified
|
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, we got the two-gun strategy.
Number one is MyPillow.
You've got to get a great night's sleep if you're going to man the ramparts.
MyPillow.com, promo code War Room.
We've got the buy one, get one free sale.
We've got four verticals, pillows, sheets, towels.
Go check it out. | ||
You must have a great night's sleep to be doing what we're doing.
We've got to run through the tape in November, destroy the Democratic Party, the ballot box, and then make sure we can sort this thing out and turn this country around.
Once you get a great night's sleep, get up in the morning, get jacked up.
Warpath Coffee. | ||
Go to warpath.coffee. | ||
We got the dark roast. | ||
Even my boy here, Jack Pasovic, loves the dark roast.
That's the Mariner's Blend, specially brewed, kind of navy brew.
And we've got a breakfast blue called Black Powder.
You like that coffee? | ||
Coffee works for you? | ||
Yeah, I love it, because, you know, it's funny, I actually did that last night.
I slept on my MyPillows, and then I woke up, and you would give me the Bag of Mariners blend, and then I had my Mariners.
So you had the two guns, that's what you called it.
So I had the two guns. | ||
And I gotta tell you, because we had, the one-year-old was a little sick last night, he was up coughing.
Colicky. | ||
Got a little bug. | ||
Got a little bug. | ||
So we were up and down with the Vicks Vaporub.
But I gotta tell you, after Havoc, after Havoc, I know, right?
Who does fix Vaporub? | ||
Oh, she loves it, yeah, of course, of course.
So I wake up, I get the MyPillows, get the MyPillows, have the Warpath, boom.
Already banged in, my podcaster today, I'm here on Warroom, we're breaking news, we've got, Holly is citing us for the, you know, this disinformation board, he's going after this thing, we're killing it, and it's all thanks to MyPillow and Warpath.
We're going to get to disinformation more in Durham here in a second.
Tina Deskowitz. | ||
Tina, The Monster Liberty, here's the reason we wanted to have you guys on, and I appreciate you carving out time, and I know you've got to bounce.
But, Al Jazeera, and Al Jazeera's a good site, if you want to see how certain elements of the world think.
They had a, well you gotta, look, I watch MSNBC and CNN, we monitor that all the time.
You gotta know what your adversaries are up to, folks.
You gotta know what your adversaries are saying.
Al Jazeera, they had a guy, a lecturer from Harvard, that wrote a piece, and it's got an internal logic to it.
And this logic says, the biggest, the new biggest threat to democracy.
Is the moms for liberty and particularly the moms for liberty as they started down in Florida, because these are anti-democratic.
They're trying to take over the school boards.
They're trying to take over the schools.
And we just played in a couple of segments ago, Joe Biden, once again, tripling down, Tina, like McCullough said, said it's not the moms.
It's not the parents. | ||
It's not parents' rights.
The teachers are in charge.
Tina, what is your response, ma'am?
I have so much to say, but I'm going to start with saying that I slept on my pillow last night, too, just like both of you, and I think that's what gives us the energy to keep fighting, fighting in this Moms4Liberty fight.
That headline yesterday from Al Jazeera is shocking.
Do I look like the biggest threat to democracy in America?
Does the woman's picture that they used in the headline that you just showed, does she look like the biggest threat to democracy?
I just think it's a bizarre statement to make.
If anything, our moms are engaging in the process by letting their voices be heard.
It's just, it's irrational in my opinion.
But why they did this for a reason, and that's gotten on the left, it's gotten a lot of play.
And Biden says it again in front of those teachers.
You guys are basically for parents' rights.
That's your watchword.
Why do they fear the parents basically having not just something to say, but in that kind of partnership, being the senior partner in that?
What is their problem with that, ma'am?
It thwarts everything they've been doing for decades in America.
I say that we are the last line of defense in this attack that's going on.
I love how you placed what Biden said yesterday.
I think it was yesterday about how the children are collective.
They're collectively ours in America, which is not true.
We are going to stand against that at every line.
Because once the children are collective, the children are owned by the state.
They can be taught everything by the state.
The parents do not have a role in our ability to raise them with our morals and values and religious ideas has been cut out.
And that's that's their ultimate plan.
So that article yesterday in Al Jazeera, you asked what they're trying to do with that.
And I think it's very clear they're trying to marginalize us.
They're trying to silence us.
They're trying to put us in this category of extreme Right-wing radicals, they're calling us.
Do I look like a right-wing radical?
Do any of our moms look like that?
No, we don't! | ||
We are just wanting to raise our families.
My mom's teen is pretty hardcore.
unidentified
|
How do you... so walk us through... She's listening right now too.
Hi, Mom. | ||
Walk us through your... by the way, I don't want you to give the secret of... Well, she didn't... she took my... Actually, hang on, Prasovic's actually Irish.
Don't even make me go there.
Prasovic's Irish. | ||
Walk... No, she... well, my mom took exception to me saying that you're the only boomer I listen to.
She's like, what are you talking about there, buddy?
Your mom's on the young side of the boomers.
Tell me, so if you're the threat to democracy that Al Jazeera says, the lecturers at Harvard say, MSNBC says, and Joe Biden says, right?
And the NEA, the big teachers union.
Walk us through the plan.
What is your plan that they find so dangerous, ma'am?
You know, our mission statement is to empower parents to save America by empowering parents to defend their parental rights.
It's as simple as that. | ||
The reason why that's terrifying to them, because their mission is to have a collective society.
And we are about individual rights.
And so it's an ageless and a very long battle that's been going on for hundreds of years.
But we are taking the final stand on that.
And as we are empowering parents to do that, they are organizing in groups and their voices are being heard loudly.
That article accuses us of things we have not done.
We call ourselves joyful warriors.
We are doing and standing and voicing our opinions and getting involved not only in school board issues, but any issues or any level of government that has to do with parental rights.
We're very involved here in Florida with the parental rights and education bill.
You know, so and this could go to the federal level if we start seeing parental bill of rights and things like that happening nationally.
Now, Tina, I have a question for you, because the president of the United States, Joseph Robinette Biden, came out yesterday and in his speech to the teachers unions, he said that when the children are in the classrooms, those aren't other people's kids anymore.
They're your kids. | ||
Talking to the teachers, he said they're yours.
So they're no longer the mothers and the fathers and the families.
They don't have any right to the kids anymore because they're in the classroom.
Do you have any response To the President of the United States when he claimed that those kids are no longer your kids.
The last time I checked, President Biden did not carry my children in his belly.
He did not nurse them as they were babies.
He did not change their diapers, which was not a fun job.
They are my children. | ||
And every individual mother and father knows that they are their children, that they created, and that they are raising.
We will gladly partner with schools.
We will gladly partner with wonderful teachers that are trained to teach them to read and to write.
And to do math, you know, at higher levels that I'm not capable of doing.
But they are not their children.
They are my children and your children and each individual's children.
To protect the innocence of these children, the Moms4Liberty has been created and make sure that they're properly educated.
Hey, action, action, action.
Action, action, action.
Human agency. | ||
Tina, how do people find out... Don't get more human than that.
How do people find out more about what you guys are doing and find out why you're putting the fear of God into every progressive and collectivist throughout the world?
God bless you, Tina. | ||
unidentified

Seriously. | |
God bless you. | ||

Bye, Will. | |
Moms for Liberty. | ||
Thank you, Steve. | ||
Bye. | ||
It's, ladies and gentlemen, full-spectrum dominance.
From the school boards, to the classrooms, to election officials.
Yesterday, Bloomberg actually reporting at shareholder meetings.
There's a bank meeting, we'll talk about this more this afternoon.
At a bank meeting, MAGA-type people at the microphone, in people's faces for the cultural Marxism and the wokeness these corporations are doing with you, the shareholders' money.
Across the board, full spectrum dominance.
I want to go, Jack, a couple things, and we're kind of cramped here.
But this DHS, in the middle of all this, the Kafkaesque, do we have a clip on that?
Let's play the clip first of TF Jack Posobiec on DHS.
unidentified
|
Another huge threat to our homeland is mis- and disinformation.
You noted that it's a concern of yours at the border, with human smuggling organizations peddling misinformation to exploit vulnerable migrants for profit.
One of my main concerns about disinformation is that foreign adversaries attempt to destabilize our elections by targeting people of color with disinformation campaigns.
After it became clear that there was more meddling in our 2016 election, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence authored a report on the disinformation tactics used by Russia's Internet Research Agency, the IRA, to interfere in the election.
The report found that, quote, no single group of Americans was targeted by the IRA information operatives more than African Americans.
A newer trend that we saw in the 2020 election and already in the 2022 midterms is that disinformation is being heavily targeted at Spanish-speaking voters, sparking and fueling conspiracy theories.
DHS and its components play a big role in addressing myths and disinformation in Spanish and other languages.
Can you share what steps you've taken and what future plans you have to address Spanish-language myths and disinformation through a department-wide approach?
Congresswoman, we have a number of different offices engaged in this critical effort.
Of course, our Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency has an entire effort focused on election security as part of its mission set.
Our Office of Policy, Office of Planning Policy and Strategy, Um, also, uh, is a leading effort.
Uh, our undersecretary for policy, Rob Silvers, is co-chair, uh, with our principal deputy general counsel, Jennifer Daskal, in, um, leading a just recently constituted, uh, misinformation, disinformation governance board.
So we're bringing, uh, the goal is to bring the resources of the department together to address this threat.
I just read a very interesting study that underscores the importance of the point that you make the spread of myths and disinformation in minority communities specifically, and we are focused on that in the context of our CP3 and other efforts.
Jack, 30 seconds. | ||
Look, what they're doing is Elon Musk buys Twitter and in the same week they've created a Ministry of Truth.
That's how bad it is in the United States today.
And who's heading this thing?
It's Nina Jankovic, the same Harry Potter-brained Nina Jankovic who claimed that the Hunter Biden hard drive from hell was a Russian disinformation plot, then she lies about it yesterday.
We posted all the receipts in real time.
Senator Hawley is coming for this.
Look, Steve, I don't believe in defunding the police, but defund the Thought Police.
Okay, short commercial break.
Jack Posovic's in the house.
Dr. Naomi Wolf's going to join us.
Guess what? | ||
Moderna's saying emergency use authorization for a vaccine under five coming this week.
Next in the War Room. | ||
unidentified
|
Elon Musk wants to control Twitter.
We know why the right wants to control Twitter, right?
They don't want to go to their own club.
They don't want to go hang out with Honky Tonk.
They want to go to the club where the cool people are.
And so they know they can't get in unless they buy the entire block.
And the problem is, if they just want to come in and hang out with everybody, it's fine, but they want to act like Logan Roy from Succession.
They want to come in and dominate everything and push everybody around and frame that as a free speech conversation when really you're being a Bond villain.
And the bottom line is, as you said, they don't want to just be in the club.
They've been described as being on the outside of the culture looking in through the glass.
But they don't just want to come in.
They want to come in and be able to punch people in the face and walk around and laugh about it and not have anyone be able to stop them.
No, what I said yesterday was to punch the company in the face.
And by the way, what... And Conservative Inc.
that was in meltdown yesterday... Steve, is War Room a honky-tonk?
unidentified
|
Is that what you're saying?
War Room's a honky-tonk?
That'd be an upgrade. | ||
Here's the reality of Conservative Inc.
I said pull the bid so the stock would drop.
You've got to understand something about finance and economics because all you guys do is talk, talk, talk, Conservative Inc.
I said pull the bid. | ||
And what happened last night at the close of the market?
Twitter misses revenues, admits overstating millions of users, headlines is zero hedge.
By the way, this is live.
Thank you, Mr. Bannon. | ||
The stock is at $48. | ||
The offer price, I think, is $54.
The ARBs are telling you this deal's not going to close.
He's got to pull the bid and that's how you get... Okay, Conservative Inc., take a number two pencil out and write this down.
It's how you blow out management of Twitter.
It's not a business. | ||
It is a total scam set up by the progressive left, okay, to be information warfare.
What don't you get? | ||
If you call me, I'll take my time and walk you through it.
But if you listen to the War Room, you go quickly, okay?
But you guys in Conservative Inc.
yesterday, he sends it to the rain out there.
Elon Musk is not going to buy this company at the price he put on the table.
You got to pull the bid and blow out management.
And I told you they were lying!
After the market yesterday, Twitter misses revenues, admits overstating millions of users.
This is why, and any conservative jerks on Twitter now is a moron, okay?
Let them bleed. | ||
Now, Pasovic, Pasovic and these guys, all of a sudden they took the algorithms, they're burning the evidence.
Pasovic's up, everybody's up, tens of thousands.
No, this is what they're doing.
So, and we've been going through, and I was on with Tim Pool last night, Tim was laying it out, I was laying it out, because we're seeing people now, names and faces that we haven't seen on Twitter in months in some cases, in years in some cases, and they're all getting emails back, oh your account has been magically restored, your account has been restored, account restored, account restored, why are they doing that?
And you're seeing the flood Of accounts, and it's all conservatives.
Why? | ||
Why is this happening? | ||
You just said it. | ||
Because they are pulling the ban hammer off to make it look like they can show growth.
And they're saying, and they're going, run around the media, it's organic, it's all organic, it's all organic, it's all organic.
Yeah, it's organic. | ||
Because you banned all the conservatives after January 6th, and prior to that, for variety, you know, Learn to Code and all these other things, you're taking it off to show growth.
It's artificial. | ||
You ban them arbitrarily, and you're letting them back on artificially.
Okay, conservative, write this down.
You pull the bid, the stock will implode, the board will get sued, and they'll blow out that corrupt management team today!
And then we make them suffer, and then you crush them, and then Elon Musk can come in, or anybody can come in at a much lower price.
Good God. | ||
You people are so stupid.
unidentified
|
Wait, wait, wait. | |
No, no, no, no. | ||
I have to double-double-double-double.
Because doesn't that open up the threat of someone else coming in then?
They're not going to cut.
Nobody's going to buy this.
Okay, let me repeat this.
I want to make sure everyone understands it.
This is the key point. | ||
It's not actually a business.
It's been propped up, okay, by the progressive left, these big hedge fund managers and asset managers.
If you expose it for what it is, okay, it will collapse because there's not a sustainable business.
If they had a sustainable business model, they never would have taken Elon Musk's kind of low-ball bid.
Remember, he's 25% below where the stock traded.
If they had an internal plan that could actually have a business, and get the stock back up, they would do it, management would do it, because they wouldn't be fired.
They don't have it and here's why. Let me repeat this.
Twitter is not actually a business. It's a tool of information warfare.
Okay? And now we're exposing it.
That's why I want Elon Musk to pull the bed, because the bottom's gonna fall out of this.
But to that point, to that point, if you're taking away, if you're taking away the left's, one of the left's largest information warfare distribution platforms.
Will they not find someone to prop up?
You saw Elon Musk yesterday say, hey, I'm looking for the 80% in the middle.
All you fanboys, you go from Zelensky, now you're all over Elon Musk.
He's the most dangerous transhumanist in the country.
I am not an Elon Musk fan.
You know why? | ||
I look at reality. | ||
All you fanboys of Fox and all the talk radio guys are fanboying around.
Don't think Elon Musk is your friend.
Don't think he's an American patriot.
He's getting his money from Shanghai from the CCP.
The biggest, the most company, the company he's got is Neuralink, the chip company.
That's what he's focused on.
He's doing this as a provocateur.
And he's not going to close this financing anyway.
Tesla fell $127 billion.
The front page of the Financial Times.
Why? | ||
Tesla traded last week total market capitalization of a trillion dollars.
General Motors is 60 billion dollars.
General Motors is 60 billion.
Ford's another 50 or 60.
It trades at 10 times the combined market capitalization of General Motors and Ford.
It is a total scam. | ||
They know he's got to sell some stock.
It's the biggest margin call in history.
This thing is so plain what's going on.
Here's the problem with Conservative Inc.
They don't have really much experience in what I call the real world.
The world of money, and power, and geopolitics, and the way the world is.
Okay? | ||
And that's what we do in the Whirlwind.
We do not chase rabbits here.
And everybody's fanboying on Elon Musk.
First off, the deal earliest is not going to close for almost a year.
Okay, and this deal he's got on the table will never close.
Write that down. | ||
You know who says that? | ||
The Arbs are saying that, because the stock's at $48.
The Arbs are sitting there going, it'll never close at the price you got.
Otherwise, it'd be above the stock price.
Okay, let's go. | ||
We got Naomi. | ||
We got so much to go. | ||
Naomi Wolf. | ||
Can we play the introduction for Naomi?
I got to play this on the Moderna.
Okay, play it. | ||
So Andrew, let's talk about this news from Moderna.
We just got that they've applied for emergency use authorization from the FDA for a vaccine for children six months to five years old.
This has news people at home and parents have been looking for for two years now.
This has widespread implications for traveling on planes, for example, but also for a return to the office.
Obviously many parents concerned about coming back to work and bringing home COVID-19 to an unvaccinated child.
What are the potential implications of this if it does get that approval?
unidentified
|
Uh, okay. | |
Okay. | ||
Return to work. | ||
Return to the office. | ||
Hello. | ||
unidentified
|
Hello. | |
Naomi Wolf. | ||
Okay. | ||
Naomi, my head's blown up because I got you and 2,500 war room posse.
You got 250 great lawyers.
You're volunteering your guys' time.
Everybody's pounded down and you're going through these Pfizer documents and people's heads are blown up every day.
And yet I cut on the news and Pfizer and now Moderna.
I think they're going to go tomorrow or Monday and get approval for these vaccines for babies.
For babies. | ||
So please, Naomi, what am I missing here?
Well, it's hard to read these tea leaves because as Ed Dowd points out, and you just pointed out, you know, some of this may be what they think of as health policy, which is hard to believe if you look, you've looked at the Pfizer documents and seen the harms, especially to kids from these mRNA vaccines.
But a lot of it is what Ed Dowd called pumping stock before getting rid of it.
Moderna is down like 31% In the last year and it's, you know, I sent you a picture of the stock this morning.
It's like trending down, down, down, down, down.
I have the sense that, you know, asking for an EUA authorization is not the same thing as getting it from the FDA.
And now the FDA is under fire because of what we're revealing among other reporting.
And so it's unclear to me whether this is and Pfizer's request for an EUA for little kids is a kind of Hail Mary pass for market reasons before The inevitable investigation and regulation kicks in from the harms that we're seeing.
But assuming, and maybe I got the wrong assumption.
I know the audience is going crazy.
I assume that the FDA is not malevolent.
Let me say it a different way.
Two things to sometimes be true at one time, but the two things that we're talking about here cannot be true.
Either you and the team and what the Pfizer's had to put forward, and now you know why they fought for to keep it private for 70 years, right?
Or this information and data they're taking for emergency use authorization has to be real.
Both of them can't be factual, can't be real.
So why are they pressing forward with these E.A.
emergency use authorization to now get it into babies?
Yeah, well, let me note that Denmark today announced that they were abandoning their vaccination program and Israel also backed away from coercive vaccinations.
The truth is coming to light.
I am not in the rooms where the decisions are made to keep hammering, but I wouldn't be surprised from having talked to the lawyers that legal advice, you know, you're supposed to never admit you've committed a crime, right?
And so, of course, they've got to double down.
Of course, they've got to keep going.
But that's why parents need to know.
What's so dangerous? | ||
What the data say? | ||
So yeah, two things that contradict each other cannot be true at once.
Any of you can check the VAERS data and our wonderful volunteers at Team 4 who are highly credentialed people, these volunteers, biostatisticians, medical researchers, doctors, nurses, research scientists, they broke down the deaths in VAERS and those represent a fraction of the total adverse events.
And parents should know that the total deaths in 2020 to 2022 for Pfizer-BioNTech is 4,983.
The total deaths all years for Moderna, whose only product is the COVID vaccine, is 4,771.
So the total of deaths is over 10,000 now.
The total deaths all years for Moderna, whose only product is the COVID vaccine, is 4,771.
So the total of deaths is over 10,000 now.
But kids under 18, 16 kids under 18 after the first dose of the Pfizer injection died.
And there were three deaths in 2022 of kids under 18.
Moderna with one dose, two deaths.
One was under 18. | ||
One of the deaths was a baby that was nursing.
So you've got to put that in context.
All of the deaths from all of the vaccines since 1990 do not total as many As what are now the total deaths subsequent to having been injected with the mRNA vaccine.
And so you need to know that when you're thinking about this, you know, very deceptively marketed rollout of a hooray, hooray.
And the talking points are so transparent.
You know, parents have been clamoring.
They'll be mad if they don't get the vaccine for under fives.
There is no data showing that kids under five who don't have appalling other comorbidities are at serious risk of problems from getting COVID and recovering.
And so you also need to know that Pfizer and the FDA, this is how much they value your child's well-being, your under five's well-being, your infant's well-being.
Pfizer and the FDA, as I've mentioned, one of the worst things to me as a mom and a stepmom knew in May of 2021 That 35 kids had had heart damage a week after being injected with the Pfizer vaccine.
They didn't tell parents.
They didn't tell the press.
They didn't make an announcement.
President Biden covered it up and they went ahead and rolled out a highly publicized, well-funded Inject Your Teenager campaign.
And they didn't mention in a press release harms to kids' hearts until August after tens of thousands, if not Hundreds of thousands of teenagers had been injected.
So these are criminals.
And I don't fully understand how their lawyers are letting them continue to lie.
But I'm saying this is a race against time.
I feel such a sense of responsibility.
Every parent in America who has a little kid or who has a teenager should know what the FDA saw fit not to reveal to you.
These vaccines can kill your child or harm their heart.
Naomi Hangover, I'll bring you back.
Tanya, if they come to vaccinate Tanya's children?
They better bring an army with them.
She ain't going down without a fight.
She's not into having the children vaccinated?
No, not at all. | ||
Short commercial break.
Dr. Naomi Wolf, Jack Basovic, on the other side.
unidentified
|
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the TTP.
That monitors us, censors us, deplatforms us.
Conservatives have been helpless to do anything about it, until now.

It's time to cancel, cancel culture.
Okay, welcome back. | ||
We're in the War Room. | ||
No, Steve, alright, alright, alright.
We're talking during the break.
You got, you got, they're talking about the social media oligarchs.
Okay, tonight, tonight, tonight, tonight, tonight, tonight, tonight, tonight, tonight, five o'clock, we're gonna walk through, I'll take more time to walk through the deal.
Here's the bottom line.
Nutshell. | ||
As we, in a nutshell. | ||
Twitter is not actually a business, and it's certainly not a business that is at $35, $40, $44 billion dollars.
It's just not, okay? | ||
And you see the lies and misrepresentations.
Last night they announced they've been misstating the users.
They missed their revenues.
My point for Elon Musk, and what's going to happen, he's not, because you see, he doesn't have the financing.
That's what Tesla's getting blown up.
He's going to pull the deal as it is on the table.
And what's going to happen, they don't have an alternative.
There's nobody going to step, they don't have anybody in the data room.
And company can't run, you saw from the numbers today, the company can't manage what they've got.
The stock is going to implode.
He pulls it and all those mouthy lefties.
You know, Ben Shapiro says, fire him.
You don't have to fire him.
The board's going to fire him.
The market's going to fire him.
Because they've promoted themselves, and this is not actually a company.
It's not a business entity.
Elon Musk is going to pull this deal.
It's going to happen. | ||
The market's telling you.
The ARBs are saying. | ||
The stock's at $48. | ||
What, the offer price is $54?
Look at percentages under it.
The market's telling you what's going to happen.
And I'm not saying Elon Musk may not eventually own it, he won't own it at this, and he doesn't have to walk into Saigon.
The problem with Elon Musk, and just remember, in the deal, the way it's structured, it's not closing to the fall after the November 22 election.
At the earliest, and probably won't cover what the FTC and the hearings will have, it probably won't close on this deal until the first quarter of 2023.
Do you think he can get a better deal?
100%? | ||
He's gonna get a better deal.
That's what you're saying.
He can get a better deal, not this deal.
You just saw what they announced last night!
And it's gonna get worse, and here's why they're taking the algorithms off.
One, they know they're burning the evidence of how they suppressed you guys in the first place.
But it will be there in the change law.
It'll be there. | ||
Yes, exactly. | ||
But number two, they gotta start generating as much revenue.
This is why I said, The company started to drop when they took Trump off, okay?
The high price of the stock, I think, was in March at 73 bucks a share.
Then when Gab and Parler and Getter and all these all-terms rumbles became real over the July 4th weekend with Getter and all these other things people started focusing on, the stock got cut in.
We used to mock them. | ||
The market cap was $35 billion, okay?
People have to be savvy.
You have to be smart. | ||
You're not going to be stupid.
Conservative Inc. | ||
unidentified
|
is saying, oh my God, Elon Musk is going to save us, he's got to close this deal at this price!
What, do you want to bury Elon Musk?
Let me repeat this. | ||
Twitter is just a information platform.
It's not a business at this level.
unidentified
|
Okay? | |
It's just not. | ||
It's been propped up. | ||
And that's why it's falling like a brick.
It's falling like a brick.
Falling knife. | ||
Don't catch a falling knife.
Now, Elon Musk is going to get a better deal.
He's going to pull this offer.
The company's going to implode.
The board's going to get sued by everybody.
They've been lying! | ||
They have to pay the billion.
Well, hold it. | ||
There's a break-up fee.
If Elon Musk comes in and gets topped right now, they can accept a higher offer.
They have to pay Elon a billion dollars in cash.
That's a break-up. | ||
Elon also has, if he just walks away, he has to pay a billion dollars.
And that's cash out of operating.
They have to write him a cash check of a billion dollars.
Well, if he walks away, there's all kind of conditions that he has.
Number one, I'm sure in the thing he's got a set thing of what the numbers were.
They're lying about the numbers.
This just met the conditions.
I think he can walk. | ||
He can sit there and go, guys, you misrepresented this whole thing.
How can I raise the financing when I can't even trust the math?
The buried lead, one last thing I've got, Naomi, I've got to just get back to you in a second.
If you go to TechCrunch and look at the transcript of the companies internally when they start crying and talking, Elon Musk, the CEO, he's never met or talked to the company.
That is unprecedented.
When you're doing a deal at $50 billion in a hostile takeover, you're at least going to meet with management and you have them walk you through the plan.
The guy keeps going, yeah.
Well, when we meet Elon, we'll ask him that question.
Senior management never met with Elon Musk.
He doesn't care about him.
But right now, he doesn't have to go into Saigon and clean the place up.
Pull the offer and let the big talking board that doesn't own any stock, they're going to get sued personally for breach of fiduciary responsibility.
Let them go into Saigon and clean it up.
The entire management team ought to be fired at Twitter and then be held criminally responsible for what they've been doing.
They're going to try to burn the receipts for the receipts there.
Ladies and gentlemen, what I'm going to tell you is that it's great that Twitter's in this problem, and it's going to crash before your eyes.
Trump shouldn't join. | ||
No one at Getter should join.
No one at Gab should join.
Let it burn, and let it burn to the ground.
Let's say Elon Musk walks up to the War Room right now and says, Steve, I want to buy the War Room.
What's your price tag? | ||
Dude, come on. | ||
You can't do a hostile takeover.
I used to defend... Look, I made a living defending companies against guys like Elon Musk.
And trust me, we would have had four or five offers, not just one, and not one below the price.
Naomi, I'm sorry for taking up your time again.
Naomi, how do people get to you?
We got about a minute. | ||
unidentified
|
No sale. | |
No sale? | ||
unidentified
|
No, no sale. | |
Come on. | ||
It's too valuable. | ||
Naomi, how do people get to you to help out on this Pfizer thing?
I'm going to talk to you tomorrow about you going to present at this emergency use authorization because they got to hear the truth.
We can't let the babies in America have this vaccine unless people have heard the truth.
Naomi Wolf. | ||
Yeah, well, the good news is that we've got two of the best crack teams of lawyers standing by to take action against Pfizer and Moderna when they try to roll out this EUA request to go after under fives.
And it's a little early to announce who they are, but we are well armed with lawyers to protect your children.
And the other thing I have here is a mind blowing timeline that I want to share with you guys when time permits that shows Chinese involvement with the development of the vaccine, much more so than we were up to.
We'll have you back on tomorrow, and I won't have to talk about the Elon Musk deal.
I'll do that at five o'clock.
Now, real quickly, how do they get to Daily Cloud to sign up or to participate?
Go to dailycloud.io and join the campaign.
