the root rich and hearts of love, their flag to April's breeze unfurled.
Here once in battle, farmers stood, and by the shot heard round the world.
The foe long since in silence slept, but like the conqueror's silent sleaze, and time the ruined bridge has swept down the dark stream which seaward breathes.
On this green bank, by this soft stream, the time the ruined bridge has swept down the dark stream where seaward frees.
On this clean bank, by this soft stream, we set today a voted stone that memory may their deed redeem when like our sides our sons are gone.
Spirit that made those heroes dare to die and keep their children free, in time and nature gently spare, a shaft we raise to them and thee.
you Bye.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome.
It's Tuesday, the 19th of April, the year of our Lord, 2022.
That is, I think, the 247th anniversary of the true Patriot's Day.
Lexington and Concord, and that beautiful hymn of the Concord Bridge that you've heard as we've played throughout the last couple of years, as we've honored The revolutionary generation and talk about the revolution is going on in this country for the next couple hours going to have some real patriots there in the line of the proverbial fire, right?
Jenny Beth Martin, we're going to have Dan Schultz, Sabatini in Florida, the governor today in Florida, throwing down hard on Disney, announcing at the special session, the special session that's called To make sure that we get the map that the citizens of Florida deserve, that would be a 20 to 8 map that really will play it as 21 to 7.
Ron DeSantis called the assembly back in a special session and added a little something today.
Anthony Sabatini will talk to us in the next hour about that.
That was a Going after Disney for kind of the city-state, the Medici's of Florence that they have been bequeathed from the 1950s and the 1960s and now that they've decided to take on the parents of Florida with this opposition to the groomers bill.
Maybe we play Jen Psaki crying or Jen Psaki in the mumble tank feeling all You know, all teary about what's going on in Florida as the parents down there throw down hard.
Okay, we got a lot to get to.
That was the shot heard round the world.
The Concord Bridge on the 247th anniversary of the, of really the commencement, the actual commencement of the American Revolution.
I guess the official trigger date was Lexington and Concord.
I want to go to Charles Herbster.
I want to go on May 10th.
And by the way, 6 o'clock tonight, Boris and I are going to walk through the calendar.
We call it 60 Days of Pain.
Between now and really, I guess, the middle of June, a ton of primaries where Trump-endorsed candidates and MAGA candidates and America First candidates are taking on the establishment to see who mans up.
This this fall in this sweeping victory that we are all working towards having having where we are focused on the at the ballot box, the complete and total destruction of the Democratic Party as a national political institution from school boards to election boards.
To County Supervisors, DAs, Attorney Generals, Secretaries of State, Governors, State Legislatures, and also the House and the Senate.
We want to pick up 100 seats in the House and we think we can do it all.
One of the ways you do it is to make sure you get the redistricting right.
And that's what the good Governor of the Free State of Florida is doing.
Charles Herfster, we've had Mr. Herfster join us.
He's running for Governor of, in a primary for the Governor of Nebraska.
He's joined us before at the Texas border because, as he says, every state is a border state, and particularly Nebraska.
Mr. Herbster, you've been in the news the last couple days.
Can you explain to us what's going on all of a sudden?
It normally happens to a MAGA-endorsed, Trump-endorsed candidate who is normally leading.
As you get closer to Election Day, every trick's got to be pulled out.
So a little controversy in the great state of Nebraska, the Cornhuskers out there.
Tell me exactly what's going on.
unidentified
Well, we have been leading in the polls, and let me just say, Steve, it's great to be on The War Room again.
Great to be with you.
It's been an exciting year campaigning across the state, listening to the people who have the true answers of how to make Nebraska great again.
That's been my goal from day one.
Obviously, we had Don Jr.
in here last week.
We campaigned, had Roomfuls of people across western Nebraska in three stops and three locations.
And of course, right after that happened, guess what?
We had a Brett Kavanaugh, Donald J. Trump, Charles W. Herbster, sexual allegations against myself.
I can assure you, never in my life have I ever treated any woman with the allegations that I was hit at last week.
But it doesn't surprise me because this is a state that has a swamp, and it's controlled by the establishment, people who have lots of money, lots of power.
They were never for Trump in the beginning.
I have always stood by him from day one.
I have been loyal to his principles, and I wish that we had him back in the White House right now.
steve bannon
So, Mr. Herbst, is this...
Nebraska seems like one of those classic Midwestern states.
Decent, hard-working people.
Not a lot of nonsense.
Kind of straight to the point.
You know, the bedrock of the American Republic.
The foundational element of the American Republic.
Are you saying this is dirty politics?
This is totally made up?
None of these allegations by this woman are true?
unidentified
I am saying that.
I agree with you.
Primarily, Nebraska is a great state with incredibly great people.
But like every state, we're finding out that there is a swamp, there is an establishment, and many times that establishment is on the Republican side.
That's what we see here in Nebraska.
And they, as I said last week in my first radio interview, they are unwilling to give up their power and their control They know that they don't control me.
I haven't taken large money from anyone.
I've primarily financed my own campaign to the tune of a little over $10 million for this governor's race because I'm going to be the next governor of the state of Nebraska.
And when I take that oath, I want to be sure that I make decisions, not who's right, but what's right for the state and what's right for our voters.
The voters are very smart in Nebraska.
I don't believe that this hit, this smear campaign against me will give them the results that they want.
In fact, I think it's going to backlash because people understand the timing of everything that came out last week just after Don Jr.
left Nebraska.
steve bannon
OK, I'm just slightly confused.
I thought Pete Ricketts ran as a reformed governor, a pro-business governor, a pro-development governor, and he was a fire-breathing kind of populist reformer.
Are you saying that the current governor is part of the establishment?
unidentified
The current governor is part of the establishment.
He has endorsed Jim Pellan.
There's no question about that.
And he has done everything possible, including last week as a governor, Coming immediately out after the allegations were and condemning me and saying that I'm guilty before innocent.
In America, I thought our philosophy, Steve, was you're innocent until proven guilty.
steve bannon
Do you think the Governor Ricketts is in back of this?
unidentified
There's no question in my mind about it.
He is in back of this.
This has been circulating for a year.
It came from him.
There's no question.
This is part of the establishment.
Part of the control and what's taking place here in the state of Nebraska, and most people realize that, and that's why I've had hundreds of people text and email me, supporting me, making sure that I don't give up the fight, making sure they don't scare me away.
Trust me, I'm a fighter.
We are going to fight this all the way to the polls, and we're going to win on the 10th of May, and we're going to make Nebraska great again.
steve bannon
Okay, I just want to make sure our audience understands this, because Pete Ricketts is, and of course the Ricketts family is kind of revered in the Republican Party.
His father's very prominent in the Republican Party.
Pete Ricketts, by everybody I'm told, has ambitions that are greater than just being governor of Nebraska.
You're saying that Pete Ricketts would jeopardize all that.
You're actually accusing him of being in back of this allegations of this person against you.
These kind of, I guess, sexually inappropriate touching.
You're saying that Pete Ricketts, who aspires to higher office, maybe even President of the United States, is in back of this.
Is that what I'm hearing?
unidentified
That's what you're hearing.
It's been said.
He's came out against me.
Everybody knows that.
It's been very public.
And I would just say to you that part of controlling the establishment of Nebraska is what he wants to do to make sure he can continue further with a political career.
I'm not interested in a political career.
I don't want to go to Washington.
I don't want to be a senator.
I don't want to be a congressman.
I don't want to be a vice president.
I want to make Nebraska great again.
I want to do something really special for the people of this state.
We've got to address the drug situation.
We have to address what's happening at the southern border.
I was crucified by that, by some of the establishment in Nebraska last September when I was on your show.
They said, what's Herbster doing at the border?
Well, let me tell you.
I said it then, I'll say it today.
Every state is a border state.
You and I talked about that.
We have illegals coming into this state.
We have drugs coming into this state.
If we don't have a governor that stands up to that, it will change the entire culture of this state.
And I've been here all my life.
My ancestors were here.
I'm fifth generation.
As a governor, I'm going to fight back for what's best for the citizens of this state.
steve bannon
You're basically saying the governor today, Pete Ricketts, has not accomplished that.
Your program, particularly your program to attract people to Nebraska and to have more economic development, you're saying, let's leave your opponent aside, whatever his program is, you're saying you need to come in and kind of undo or do better than what Pete Ricketts did?
unidentified
We absolutely have to revise the tax code for this state.
In 2021, our population dropped 7,000.
Young people are not staying here in the state.
They're going other places to get jobs and to live.
Mothers and dads who are in the 50s are moving to the state where their kids move to so they can be with their children and grandchildren.
Retirees are leaving the state.
Yes, we have an unemployment rate that's extremely, extremely low.
That's not good.
We need 50,000 to 60,000 people in the state.
We have that many jobs available, but we have to have a tax code That's progressive and gives economic growth and a reason for people to want to stay in Nebraska.
And that's going to be one of the key things I work on as governor.
Plus, we've got to have broadband.
We've got to have incredible roads.
We have to do things that will encourage young people to stay here.
And one of the things I want to do as governor is really promote our community schools and our trade schools.
Not everyone has the DNA You go to the University of Nebraska and be indoctrinated with critical race theory for four years.
There's other avenues of education that I will share with you will give great paying jobs to young people here in Nebraska.
steve bannon
Mr. Herbster, you said that this allegation is a smear.
Is the person that's made these allegations, is she lying?
unidentified
What she has said That is absolutely untrue.
I can just share that with you personally.
I have never done anything that is allegations-wise that's come out in the news media from her or from anyone else in my entire life.
steve bannon
So in regards to this incident, I'm not saying in the rest of her life, but in this specific incident, in those allegations, she's lying.
unidentified
She is lying.
That is correct.
steve bannon
Okay.
But I just want to take a short commercial break, and I understand you're pressed for time, but I'd love you to stay through.
I've got a couple other questions.
Charles Herbster is running in a primary, a very tough primary, in the great state of Nebraska to be its governor.
We're going to take a short commercial break on this 247th, I think I did the math right, anniversary of Concord in Lexington.
The shot heard round the world in the beginning of the American Revolution.
All next.
unidentified
next in the War Room.
By the moot bridge that arched the flood, their flag to April's breeze unfurled.
Here once in battle, farmers stood, And by the shot heard round the world.
Okay, welcome back to the war room.
steve bannon
That's off a poem by Emerson.
I think it was for the, right before the Civil War, I think it was in 1861, they dedicated the monument at the Concord Bridge, and he wrote that poem that put the music for that commemoration.
Okay, it is the real Patriot's Day, the 247th anniversary of the embattled farmers at the Lexington Green and, of course, Concord Bridge.
We have Charles Herbster.
So, Mr. Herbster, Is there any evidence, or when you say it's a smear, she says one thing, you say another.
Do you have any backup or anything that you're trying to put forward to make the case that you never did this?
unidentified
I do.
I have emails that were released this morning to the Omaha World-Herald, and those emails would contradict many things that were in her interview that she had last week when this story broke on Thursday.
We have released those emails.
We also are working with the attorneys that worked with the 45th President of the United States, and we have filed suit, not only on the Nebraska Examiner, but other people that were involved in the release of this information.
Steve, we're going to fight this to the very end, because we're not going to let this continue in the state of Nebraska.
steve bannon
And that story is going to come out tomorrow morning with those emails.
People will be able to see that tomorrow in the paper?
unidentified
It will come out tomorrow morning and we release those emails today to the Omaha World Herald.
steve bannon
By the way, the great Jack Posobiec of human events sent me, and by the way, the President, I think, knows the Ricketts very well.
I think he actually is pretty close to them now.
But in 2016, in the heat of combat, Donald Trump tweeted out, I hear the Ricketts family, who own the Chicago Cubs, are secretly spending dollars against me.
They better be careful, because they have a lot to hide.
And that is a quote from the tweet of Donald Trump of 22 February 2016.
Mr. Herbster, why does Pete Ricketts, who's got greater aspirations, why, and I'm not taking your opponent out of this, but this has always seemed to me to be a race between you and him, that you're saying he didn't deliver as governor, he wasn't a reformed governor, he really didn't get the job done, and you, Charles Herbster, are a businessman, not a career politician, who could come in and really get the job done, and this has now gotten to be
quite personal and quite nasty.
What is it about this feud between Charles Herbster and Pete Ricketts that we don't understand?
unidentified
Well, let me say I don't understand all of it either, because I supported him after he became governor, after was elected, gave him money for the inauguration, gave him money for a proposal that he put across the state on the death penalty.
I personally don't have anything at all against Governor Ricketts.
I think he's done some good things as a governor.
But I do realize that we have an issue where he wants to have this type of control on the state.
And I believe that directly is related to the fact that he is going to run for something in the future.
I don't know what that is.
That's going to be his decision.
And I can only share with you that he knows that if I'm the governor of Nebraska, again, I'm going to make the decisions for what's right Not who's right.
The political establishment for years, not only in Nebraska, but on a national basis, you know this, Steve, they try to control and manipulate the next person that's going to be elected.
Nobody really ever does anything.
They don't get a lot of things accomplished because they just don't have what it takes to stand up and fight.
I happen to be an individual that fights like President Donald J. Trump.
I will fight this.
I will fight for the people of Nebraska.
We're going to make the changes necessary.
To make Nebraska great again.
That is my number one goal.
And beyond that, I have zero, zero political aspirations.
I do not want to leave Nebraska, but I am not going to let the establishment that is controlled today by the power and the money of the Ricketts family and the people that are included in their entourage, I'm not going to let them do what they're doing to the state of Nebraska.
I will fight that to the end.
steve bannon
Mr. Herbst, I think the President just said he's coming to, he's actually coming out to Nebraska in support of you on the 29th, is that correct?
unidentified
He is on the 29th on Friday night at the I-80 Speedway between Lincoln and Omaha.
He and I are going to have a great, great rally.
steve bannon
How do people find out more about you and how they find out more about your campaign and how they find out more about the President's visit this rally on the 29th?
unidentified
Well, I would just encourage them to go to Herbster for Governor.
And they can find information that they have there, and I'll give you my cell phone number if you want me to do that.
I know my campaign staff is shuddering right now.
But listen, I'm very approachable.
If they want to call 402-801-1420, they can talk to the person who's going to be the next governor of the state of Nebraska.
We're going to win this, Steve, and I appreciate you being a part of helping us.
You helped me when I went to the tour of the border.
You're helping us now by putting us on to get our message out.
You and I both believe in the true American democracy, our republic, and if people like ourselves do not fight to keep it, Steve, we will lose what our forefathers fought for.
steve bannon
Well, Mr. Herbst, I don't think people fully know the support you've given the President, how early you came in, and how you've had his back from the beginning, and one of the people that have never flinched.
I know the President couldn't think more highly of you, and I know he's looking forward, I'm sure, to coming out there on the 29th and having a great rally out in the great state of Nebraska.
So thank you very much for joining us and all of our audience.
Mr. Herbst just gave you his cell phone number, so if you want to call and talk about He says the next governor of Nebraska have at it.
Mr. Herbster, thank you so much for coming to join us in the War Room.
unidentified
Steve, thank you.
We will not flinch.
steve bannon
No way.
No how.
Thank you, sir.
Charles Herbster, who's running for the governor.
Do we have enough time to play the cut from Rachel Maddow?
Go ahead.
Let's go ahead and play it.
I need everybody to watch this, what happened last night.
rachel maddow
Go ahead.
Um, we started to get the conspiracy theory cult version of it on the political right.
Here in America, the QAnon pro-Trump online cult built its whole bizarre central conspiracy theory around these same kinds of false and fantastical claims that everybody in the world who isn't Trump is allied in some big satanic pedophilia ring and someday Trump will catch them all and bring on mass public executions of all the Democrats and all the celebrities and then finally we'll be free from the satanic pedophile conspiracy that runs the world.
That's the basic idea of the bizarre pro-Trump QAnon conspiracy theory cult.
And on the one hand, it is freakish, right?
It is truly bizarre.
It is a conspiracy theory cult, and you have to be like an extremism anthropologist to understand any of it.
On the other hand, it's been remarkably persistent during the Trump era in American conservative politics.
And it does have this clear political point, which is why authoritarian movements and dictators do some version of this all over the world.
It's what some political scientists call eliminationist rhetoric.
It's one thing for you to be competing in a democracy against your political opponents, right?
Against fellow human beings who have different ideas about governing.
And may the best candidate win.
It's another thing if everybody on the other side of you in politics is inhuman, is a monster, a beast.
Who you have to protect children from, right?
And who must be eliminated if we are ever to have any sort of civilization.
unidentified
Right?
rachel maddow
You don't compete against a monster in an election.
You destroy them, right?
You call for their public execution.
And when it comes to power, the idea that you'd let one of these monsters have power because of something as small and pointless and beside the point is them winning an election, well, that's unthinkable.
The election is much less important than keeping the monsters at bay.
Eliminationist rhetoric.
Playing with these kinds of false accusations, this kind of false accusation in particular, it is lurid and disgusting and shocking and bizarre, but it is also playing with the worst kind of fire in terms of what we are capable of in our understandable human nature.
Because, you know, for people who believe these kinds of false allegations, Even for people who don't necessarily believe them explicitly, but they ambiently absorb that these are the kinds of accusations that are circulating out there about people in politics?
I mean, that can be used to justify almost any level of extreme response.
Any level of violence, even, in response.
That's why it's a dictator's tactic.
That is why it is a fascist authoritarian tactic.
To use eliminationist tactics and characterizations like this against your opponents.
To make up and use false claims like this.
To try to wipe your political opponents off the playing field.
To have them no longer considered human.
To have them considered not only not competitors, but not people fit to share the earth with you.
That is why this spring, it was more than just disgusting and shocking, it was disturbing, when Republican sitting United States Senators and the conservative media decided they were going to play that particular card against Supreme Court nominee Judge Katonji Brown Jackson.
Judge Jackson's record as a human being, as a public figure, as a judge, includes nothing, nothing, nothing, That justified the attacks on her as somehow soft on child predators, as somehow lenient on child sex abuse, the way one Fox News on-screen headline put it.
But making those allegations about her as radically unfounded as they were, well, it tapped that QAnon cult energy on the right.
It tapped that eliminationist revulsion we experience as humans when that particular accusation is slung at anyone.
It tapped the authoritarian purpose in which you designate your political opponents, not just as political competitors, not just as people with whom you disagree, but as inhuman monsters who must be physically destroyed.
steve bannon
That was Rachel Maddow last night.
Eliminationist rhetoric.
We'll take a short commercial break.
We're going to return.
We've got Dan Schultz.
We have Joe Allen, we have Jenny Beth Martin, and we have an analogy.
unidentified
Hey, welcome back.
steve bannon
The embattled farmers of Lexington and Concord stood their ground, and upon that we built this great nation, of which we're fighting for every day to take back and set things right.
That's our Rachel Maddow.
Last night is very, very, very important.
She is basically the brains of the operation.
MSNBC, and I realize people say, oh, I can't stand her voice.
That's not relevant.
I don't care if you like her voice or don't like her voice.
You've got to listen to her because she's important.
Why is she important?
She's the one that drives so much of, not just the narrative, but the thinking on the progressive left.
And we're here not to entertain, and you're not here to be entertained.
We're here to work.
We've got a lot of work to do.
And part of the work is understanding when Rachel Maddow, and right now they went next level.
If you don't think we got their attention by actually focusing on the record of Judge, now Justice, Brown-Jackson, you are not paying attention because we did and they're coming out now.
Very key concept.
Remember, one of the things we do in the War Room is make sure that you can, we lay out for you so you start to think about it and come to grips with it.
Nomenclature.
Because in nomenclature you start to think about process and critical path and the statics and dynamics of how events are shaped.
Take out your notebook today and write this down.
Eliminationist rhetoric.
That was a very finely crafted piece of political thought by Rachel Meadow.
They are taking this next level, and the reason they're doing this is they understand, and she really understands, that we're going to run the tables.
Everything from school boards, to election boards, to DAs, Attorney Generals, Secretaries of State.
If we do our job, nothing's preordained.
We have to, we have to work and we have to get it done, you know, at the governor level and the General Assembly level, the House to pick up a hundred seats, the Senate to flip it, all of it.
And our task and purpose, as I say all the time now, is to destroy the Democratic Party at the ballot box.
As a national political institution.
She understands that.
And the people around her understand that.
They're very, very smart.
They're very, very cunning.
We don't agree with anything they stand for, they believe in, but don't think for a second they're not smart.
If you think, oh, she's such an idiot, she's such a moron, sometimes I see that you are not quite getting the point.
The point is they're very smart, and they're very tough, and they're very focused, and that's why, with all the Republican Party and all the money everybody spent, all conservative ink and everything, over the last 50, 60, 70 years, we lost the country!
We lost the country.
We came very close to losing the country in 16.
Think of Hillary Clinton had it won.
What would the Supreme Court have been like?
They would have crushed us.
But divine providence manifested itself and they didn't win through the instrument of Donald J. Trump.
And in 20, they were able to steal it.
But that's providential also, because now it could be no, no, you can't hide anymore from what they stand for, from what they will do to the depths that they will go.
To destroy the sovereignty of this country.
There's just no doubt about that now.
So the two sides are formed and let's have at it.
And we have two-thirds to 70% of the country.
We do.
That's what believes in these ideas if properly presented.
And that's why you're seeing the sweeping turn of events in the Hispanic community in the South Texas and Rio Grande Valley and in Arizona and in Florida.
You're seeing it in African-American communities, you're seeing it in Asian communities, and you're seeing it more and more and more with moms, many of whom do not agree with Donald J. Trump at all.
So they've got to go something else.
And it's not just authoritarian and fascist, they've used that, they're going next level.
That this is now eliminationist rhetoric.
And eliminationist rhetoric will lead to, once they have power, to genocide.
This is where they're going.
It's very evident what they're doing.
Understanding they're going to lose, they have to change the narrative.
OK, now it's not going to be about democracy because we're going to beat them at the ballot box.
We're going to crush them at the ballot box.
So they have to change the game.
And the smart ones are already getting ahead of it.
Just remember when you heard it first.
Eliminationist rhetoric.
Eliminationist rhetoric.
She actually had a piece that tied it back to Russia, and everything that went on there will actually deconstruct it more in the days ahead, because it must be deconstructed and explained so people can then start to absorb it.
Okay, let's bring in Jenny Beth Martin.
We're honoring the Patriots at Lexington and Concord, which is today their day, when they threw down hard.
And if you think Lexington and Concord were bad, the trip back for the British was even worse, as they caught the incoming fire of the militia and the Minutemen and people there to defend it, behind every rock and stone and tree, to defend what was becoming their country.
Wasn't quite a country, it was still a colony, but a fighter revolution.
Jenny Beth Martin of the Tea Party Patriots have been at this for a long time.
Jenny Beth, you have triggered, we had Cleta on this morning.
There have been five articles in the last 24 hours and they're totally melting down and it's on MSNBC non-stop.
That, oh my God, they're taking over the election boards and they're training people to be election officials.
They're training people to be not poll watchers, but poll workers.
To be in around the green tables, making sure that only certifiable, We're training people to build election integrity task forces, and these are going to be built out at the county level.
Beth Martin, what are the Tea Party Patriots doing in this regard, ma'am?
unidentified
We're training people to build election integrity task forces, and these are going to be built out at the county level. There are eight different steps that we need to engage in. Sleeta Mitchell came up with those eight different steps, including going to election board meetings, researching their election board, being poll workers and poll watchers, absolutely becoming
part of the election apparatus, protecting vulnerable voters, engaging in legislative grassroots lobbying, and the list goes on.
We're training people on how to do this.
I've been doing tours in states, helping recruit people to come to statewide summits that the Conservative Partnership Institute is hosting, and we're coalescing with them in that.
And then afterwards, Tea Party Patriots Action is helping train the people on how to actually roll up their sleeves and start that local election integrity task force and have their very first meeting and their first couple of meetings.
steve bannon
So, Jenny Beth, how do people get involved in this?
Because this is an activist audience and how do they become their force multiplier by pushing out the information?
How do they actually get involved in one of these workshops or conferences or summits or one of your many summits?
Where do people go and how do they get engaged?
unidentified
Go to TeaPartyPatriots.org.
TeaPartyPatriots.org.
And click on, we've got a slider banner at the top.
Go to the banner for Election Integrity Center and sign up there.
If you're in Virginia, just click on through and sign up for the Summit in Virginia.
That's happening this weekend in Williamsburg on Friday and Saturday.
And then if you're not in Virginia, we'll help connect you with a tour or a statewide summit that we still have coming.
And if we're not doing it in your state, we'll help train you anyway so you can get involved Perfect.
steve bannon
Jenny Beth, you've been at this a long time.
I haven't seen anything that shakes them to their core, the left to their core, as the fact that we're training up people now to actually get engaged as citizens in a democracy at the election board level and as election officials.
Have you, ma'am?
unidentified
No, I haven't.
They're freaking out about it.
You're right about the hip pieces that are coming.
Which just tells me, Steve, you know this, when they're doing hit pieces, they're paying attention to what you're doing because you're focused on the target.
But all that we're trying to do is encourage citizens, regardless of party, to get involved in the election process to ensure we have a fair, honest election process, so that at the end of the election, we can trust the outcome of it, regardless of who wins or loses.
Now, of course, they care to win, But I care even more that I can trust the outcome of that process.
And I've talked to Americans all across this country of many, not just Republicans, but Democrats and independents and constitutional parties, constitution parties.
And we all want to be able to trust the outcome of the election.
That's one thing we can agree on.
steve bannon
Jenny Beth, one more time, how do people get to this and get more information about it, and particularly the summit this week?
unidentified
Go to TeaPartyPatriots.org, TeaPartyPatriots.org, and sign up on the Election Integrity Center link.
steve bannon
Jenny Beth Martin, Tea Party Patriots, thank you very much.
unidentified
Thanks for having me, Steve.
steve bannon
A tough hombre, Jenny Beth Martin.
Okay, we're going to bring in another one.
Dan Schultz.
Shultz, another meltdown article today about the precinct strategy being the foundational element, the floorboard for the fascist takeover of the country.
Shultz, when you see this stuff, what's the first thing that comes to mind?
If we can get the article up as Dan talks.
Dan, when you see these articles, another one today from some left-wing group, always attached to a fundraiser.
That, you know, Bannon and Dan Schultz and this project's been around, but now it's getting traction and it's going to lead to a fascist takeover of the United States of America.
You went to West Point, sir.
What say you?
dan schultz
The first thought that comes to my mind is I'm glad the leftists are promoting the precinct committeeman strategy.
Sometimes the leftists do our propaganda for us.
And so I love that.
The other thing that's funny is Always have to call us names.
Fifteen words into this article, in the second sentence, they use the word far-right groups.
And then at the end of the second paragraph, then they switch to extremists.
And then, of course, in the title, it says how the precinct strategy, quote-unquote, emboldens authoritarians and threatens democracy.
Oh my gosh, where are my pearls to clutch?
You know, what's the big deal?
All I do is I ask conservative America firsters to get involved in their local party committee.
And then from there, as you know, you can learn how to become a poll watcher or a poll worker.
I just got an email about an hour ago from a guy up in Utah.
He said they've got hundreds and hundreds of people Up in Utah, they're going to their caucus meetings and volunteering then to become poll workers and poll watchers.
And it's like what happened in Virginia.
And the guy told me, and I'm going to talk to him.
I'm going to give him a call when I get a chance here.
But he says it's all because of Steve Bannon and War Room and the promotion of the precinct committeeman strategy on War Room.
That's how he found out about it.
That's what got him to his first meeting.
And so thanks again for promoting us because that's really what we need to do.
The best thing to do if you want to get involved is go to my site at precinctstrategy.com.
Follow the step-by-step directions for finding your local party committee.
And then contacting it, find out where it meets, and then if you want to be a poll worker, or you want to be a poll watcher, then go ahead and tell them that, and they'll hook you up.
Yeah, and there's the two buttons there, the one-minute promo video that the guys at Zero Media did for me for free, thank you guys, and then connect with other conservatives in your state, that takes you to the free We've got 11,400 people nationwide on the site communicating and collaborating, sharing documents, chatting, setting up Zoom calls, and whatnot.
And you can do it all there.
It's free.
We've got 11,400 people nationwide on the site communicating and collaborating, sharing documents, chatting, setting up Zoom calls and whatnot.
And you can do it all there.
It's free.
We don't collect any information about you.
And it's terrific.
So thanks again for...
steve bannon
But Dan, just hang on through the break because I want to drill down a little bit more on this.
Dan Schultz, precinct strategy, left is melting down.
Tens of thousands of people decide, hey, I'm going to put down the channel changer, and I'm going to get engaged, I'm going to get involved.
Last time I looked, I think Edmund Burke told me that was democracy, the little platoons.
They cannot take people in this country standing up for themselves.
short commercial break. Dan Schultz next.

We have other patriots who serve in other ways.
steve bannon
Dan Schultz is a graduate of the renowned and honored United States Military Academy on the banks of the Hudson.
He joins us.
Precinct Strategy.
Go to precinctstrategy.com to find all the information.
Also, they've got this site, part of it, that can coordinate everybody and get everybody connected to each other.
The team over there did a fantastic job of building that.
Over 10,000 people are signed up on that.
And that is the type of critical mesh you need to make things happen.
Dan, here's what I don't understand.
You've provided, you've done this as a volunteer.
You built this site.
You now had other guys robbing these guys come in and help build these other sites.
Everybody's put their shoulder to the wheel, and you have offered, really, a way for people who have no real political power, who just maybe just go and vote and give some donations, to really empower them, to empower the little guy.
To give the little guy real political power.
And people will be shocked about how much political power you actually have.
Once you get to the precinct strategy, all of a sudden, it'll be an enlightenment.
Wow!
The system's actually set up.
I can have some political power.
Real power.
Why is it that the elitist media non-stop, whether it's The Guardian, The New York Times, MSNBC, CNN, over and over and over again, that all they do is preach the gospel of democracy, little d democracy.
Why are they so opposed to what you're trying to do?
And they call it authoritarian.
They call it the beginning of fascism.
They say it is a way for the worst elements to take over the country.
Why do they do that, sir?
dan schultz
It's because they hate America and they hate Americans.
Look at Howard Zinn and his reformulation of American history.
It's critical race theory, critical thinking theory in the law schools.
It's always something's wrong with America.
America did it wrong.
But what they can't see is why then is everybody in the world trying to get in here to this wonderful country of ours?
They fundamentally hate America.
And that's the problem.
And if they hate America, it's because they hate good, decent Americans who want to participate in our Constitutional Republic.
The best way to do that, the best way to start is through a political party.
So choose your political party.
Ours is the Republican Party.
And go and find out if there's a vacancy for your precinct, and you can become a precinct committeeman, or precinct delegate, or whatever it happens to be called in your state.
And there's probably a vacancy, because on average, over half of these slots still are vacant.
So we're operating our party on half-strength, and they fear that, just as I explain on my website, if America Firsters would invade our local party committees, and bring them to full strength, we would be a get out the vote juggernaut every election, instead of what we have been, where only about 25% of voters vote in the primaries.
You can boost that for your favorite candidates dramatically by becoming a precinct committeeman and helping them get out the vote effort.
And that's what I explain on my site, precinctstrategy.com.
steve bannon
Here's the thing that people, it will change your life in that you'll meet so many people.
You'll have such comradeship and camaraderie with people.
It'll be unbelievable.
Dan, one more time.
How do people get to it?
dan schultz
It's real simple.
Precinctstrategy.com.
Precinctstrategy.com.
Take a look at the site, scroll down to the state information, go see what's there that I put there about your state.
If I can find anything good about a state, I'll put it there.
And then follow the step-by-step directions, contact your local Republican committee, and then just show up and say, I want to get involved.
I want to be a voting member of this committee.
steve bannon
Dan, I can't think of a more appropriate day to have you on here than the 247th anniversary of Lexington and Concord, so thank you very much for joining us, sir.
I appreciate it.
dan schultz
Thank you, Steve.
Bye-bye.
unidentified
Okay, what is this?
steve bannon
Yes, we're going to go.
Thank you very much.
My producer, Cameron, is slipping me a little note.
Okay, we're going to go out with the Concord hymn off of a poem by Emerson.
It was in commemoration, I think right before the Civil War, where they had a commemoration for the, as they call it in the poem and in the song, the votive stone that was right there at the Concord Bridge.
It's Patriot's Day.
I know they moved the day to Monday as we do many things, but it's Patriot's Day is the anniversary of this.
The 250th coming up.
And what's going to be great on the 250th?
unidentified
Donald Trump will be president of the United States again.
steve bannon
Of course, a lot of people in our audience thinks he's still the President of the United States.
And I'm of that belief because Joe Biden is illegitimate.
Let's leave today our first hour with a shot heard around the world.
