| The New York Times posted this story about how the Trump folks, including at least one Trump lawyer, John Eastman, are continuing, even now, in their efforts to try to get various states to retroactively decertify the results of the 2020 presidential election in order to get Trump declared the winner of that election instead, in order to get him reinstated into the White House now. | ||
| This is not old news. | ||
| This is not a rerun. | ||
| Apparently they are still working on this now! | ||
| Still! | ||
| In Wisconsin, in Arizona, in Georgia, in Michigan. | ||
| They're trying to get the Electoral College tally in each of those states decertified. | ||
| Trump himself is reportedly encouraging it, while of course insisting that everybody in Republican politics has to repeat his claims that the election wasn't valid and he should rightfully still be in the White House. | ||
| Him wanting that is one thing. | ||
| The fact that Republicans, almost without exception, really are going along with it is another. | ||
| As noted in the Times tonight, quote, elected Republicans have almost uniformly embraced Trump's claims that the vote was stolen. | ||
| And while that is inherently a backward looking thing toward the 2020 election, it's now 2022, it does sort of tell you how Republicans are wired now when it comes to whether or not they're going to accept election results in the future. | ||
| And therefore, whether we're still governing ourselves as Americans, as if we are a democracy. | ||
| Quote, Democrats and some Republicans have raised deep concerns about the impact of the ongoing decertification efforts. | ||
| They warn of unintended consequences, including the potential to incite violence of the sort that erupted on January 6th, when a mob of Mr. Trump's supporters stormed the Capitol, convinced that he could still be declared the winner of the 2020 election. | ||
| Legal experts worry that the focus on decertifying the last election could pave the way for more aggressive and earlier legislative intervention the next time around. | ||
| J. Michael Luddick, a leading conservative lawyer, a former U.S. | ||
| Appeals Court judge for whom John Eastman clerked, and whom President George W. Bush considered as a nominee to be Chief Justice of the United States, tells the Times tonight, quote, At the moment, there is no other way to say it. | ||
| This is the clearest and most present danger to our democracy. | ||
| Trump and his supporters in Congress and in the states are preparing now to lay the groundwork to overturn the election in 2024, where Trump or his designee To lose the vote for the presidency. | ||
| Were Trump or his designee to lose the vote for the presidency, not just Trump, but his supporters in Congress and his supporters in the states are preparing now, laying the groundwork now, to overturn those election results. | ||
| So, I mean, we'll have the midterms this year, and then for the next election, either Trump is going to be the Republican Party nominee or somebody with his blessing will. | ||
| And if that person loses, the Republicans are effectively already communicating that they will consider the results of that election to be invalid. | ||
| They will consider that election to not count. | ||
| And they are preparing for that eventuality now. | ||
| Interesting. | ||
| So speaking of the Biden administration, they would so much like to be looking at domestic issues and talking about kitchen table issues. | ||
| I think President Biden's headed to New Hampshire today. | ||
| But it's kind of hard with these images coming in from Ukraine. | ||
| I think people are pretty distracted on a number of levels. | ||
| Yes, I have a new story about this exact conundrum the White House is in that went out today. | ||
| That, of course, for the last two months now, the situation in Europe has been front of mind. | ||
| And that's not going to change. | ||
| But the White House, there's a recognition they also need to pivot back towards some more domestic issues. | ||
| that they need to put the president back on the road. | ||
| He hasn't been able to travel much domestically for a while because of the war. | ||
| He was out a couple times last week. | ||
| He's going to New Hampshire today, the Pacific Northwest later in the week, to understand, to sort of convey to Americans that he understands what they're going through, inflation, rising gas prices, that he understands their pain and is trying to help. | ||
| Now, some of these forces are, of course, out of his control. | ||
| These are global issues. | ||
| But he's trying to say, look, we're doing what we can at home and we're also, the message is to the White House, look what we've already done for you. | ||
| And today in particular will be about touting the improvements that are coming because of that bipartisan infrastructure deal that was signed at the end of last year, the COVID relief bill that also was put into law, trying to say to Americans, hey, this is what we've done, and trying to give Democrats something positive to point to ahead of the midterms. | ||
| And that's what's shadowing all of this, is we're now just six or so months away. | ||
| The president and Democrats' poll number is not very high. | ||
| And the White House knows when a voter goes into that box to vote, they're not going to say, President Biden's doing a good job with Ukraine. | ||
| They're going to say my gas is $4.25 a gallon. | ||
| And the White House says, look, unemployment is historically low. | ||
| There are more jobs than we can hope to fill right now. | ||
| But when things cost that much, people are going to vote against you. | ||
| And it's showing up in his polling. | ||
| Most economic indicators show a pretty strong economy and a remarkable comeback from the depths of the pandemic. | ||
| That said, inflation is an essential issue on Americans' minds, right? | ||
| Okay, spin and spin and spin and spin and show you how they are panicked by the decertification movement, the 3 November movement, and we are pushing forward and there'll be major announcements this week about decertification. | ||
| It's page one, that article they're talking about, Trump allies keep up fight to nullify vote. | ||
| Right there, page one of the elite's paper of record, the New York Times, okay? | ||
| And it's a very detailed article. | ||
| We've got it up in all the live chats. | ||
| We're going to push it out on all the platforms. | ||
| Remember, you've got to read the New York Times because you have to, quote, know thy enemy, unquote. | ||
| And they're in absolute panic mode. | ||
| And they do a pretty good job of outlining the decertification movement that continues to press on because Joe Biden's illegitimate, and that's one of the principal reasons his numbers are at historic lows, no matter how they spin it. | ||
| And think about it, the only positive thing they have in there is where the collaborationist Republicans bailed them out on this infrastructure bill, which should have never happened. | ||
| Absolutely should never have happened. | ||
| No Republican should have supported that. | ||
| Anybody that did it is a collaborationist, and it will be remembered, okay? | ||
| The only thing they can try to tout, which is a joke in itself, But that's it. | ||
| So also yesterday, and I've talked about this yesterday, there were four articles in a row about the whole movement to make sure that we secure that never again can this election be stolen like it was in 2020. | ||
| So we don't have to go through the whole process of going back and doing these full forensic audits and then go through and do this whole mess on the decertification, which we're doing because it's our civic obligation to do that. | ||
| It's our civic obligation. | ||
| Um, that we've got to make sure that we control these election boards and that we have the poll workers inside to make sure that never again can we have things like, you know, the Zuckerberg and the rigged movie and all that, right? | ||
| You don't have to go through this nonsense anymore. | ||
| We stop it at the beginning. | ||
| And one way to do that is make sure we control election boards. | ||
| They're absolutely freaked out at that. | ||
| They put $80 million in a panic move. | ||
| This story in Politico yesterday, another story in The Hill about the $80 million they're doing immediately to try to get people to run against our folks for these election boards. | ||
| And hey, we actually believe in democracy. | ||
| We believe in a fair elections, but by only American citizens. | ||
| And with chain of custody and certifiable votes, we win that every time, hands down. | ||
| The Democrats have to cheat. | ||
| They either have to redo the rules or they have to outright cheat in order to win. | ||
| And you're going to see more of that, not just in the rig, but this new film coming out by Dinesh D'Souza, I think 2000 Mules. | ||
| It's got the True to the Vote guys and all the ring fencing and everything they've done on the data to show the ballot harvesting and what they did to actually steal this election. | ||
| Then you got Mike Lindell and these guys pressing forward. | ||
| On the machines front, you've got all types of situations. | ||
| In Colorado yesterday, they passed this draconian legislation to really strip the election officials at the county level of their power because they know we're coming for them. | ||
| Okay? | ||
| I understand what they're doing. | ||
| It's pretty obvious. | ||
| But most importantly, I think, they also are freaking out about conferences. | ||
| You see, they hate any type of participation by the American people. | ||
| Remember, the elites in this country are anti-populist. | ||
| When I say anti-populist, this is the reason they hate Trump. | ||
| Trump gave voice to the working class and to the middle class in this country, in D.C., in the imperial capital. | ||
| Not in the room, not in the deal. | ||
| Okay? | ||
| Trump not only put you in the room, he put you at the head of the table. | ||
| That's why they hate him the most. | ||
| And anything that's any participation at all by the American people, anything that's more than just you keeping your mouth shut, going about and being a cog in the machine, paying taxes, your tax burden is insane, paying your taxes and sending your sons and daughters to support their endless wars on battlefields all over the world of which we should never be engaged in, okay? | ||
| Including The Eastern Russian-speaking border of Ukraine and Russia. | ||
| That's for them to work out, or for the Germans, or for the French, the Europeans, who are running the opposite direction. | ||
| Great story in the Telegraph today, we're going to go to Ben Harnwell in Rome, that says what I've been saying the entire time, we ought to sanction the Germans. | ||

| Why is a paper in England that has global reach and is the global paper of the progressive left, why are they featuring you as their lead story yesterday about a conference you're doing for the deplorables in Williamsburg Virginia about how they can participate in the election process, ma'am? | ||
| It is training Americans how they can participate in the election process. | ||
| Look, one of the things that we've realized after November 3rd, or on November 3rd, and the aftermath, is there arose, and there is now in this country, an election integrity movement that is populated and driven | ||
| By people who supported President Trump and who saw their votes literally cast aside and overcome and overwhelmed by people like David Plouffe and Mark Zuckerberg and the manipulation of our election system. | ||
| And people are awake. | ||
| I don't want to call them woke. | ||
| There's been a great awakening and we have not realized how the left has infiltrated every election office in this country. | ||
| And we're taking back our election systems, just like parents are taking back school boards and school systems. So, CPI, where I am, I'm the senior legal fellow, we created the Election Integrity Network. And we are hosting summits in states across the country where we bring people together, volunteers, patriots, deplorables, who come together to learn about how do the the voting machines in their state work. | ||

| How do we become poll watchers and poll workers and election officials? | ||
| How do we become a presence? | ||
| 365 days a year, 24-7, overseeing our local elections and our local election offices. | ||

| You had Patton in the Third Army to the South, and you had Montgomery in the British up at Market Garden in the North. | ||
| And the whole objective was eventually to get to, cross the Rhine and get to, uh, and get to Berlin. | ||
| Now, that didn't happen at the end because of other decisions made by, you know, I think some questionable sorts, but that didn't happen. | ||
| That was the thing to do at Pinson River, like in the, Civil War, you had Ulysses Grant pounding from Richmond or pounding from Washington to Richmond in the Overland Campaign of 1864 and pounding and pounding and pounding, generally in the Army of Northern Virginia. | ||
| And then in the West, you had Sherman pounding and pounding and pounding, going to driving towards Atlanta. | ||
| Right. | ||
| Once again, a move to kind of drive everything to a point. | ||
| OK, same thing here. | ||
| You have the decertification movement, and that has got a cast of characters in courts. | ||
| We're in assemblies now. | ||
| We're fighting. | ||
| We're looking to decertify Wisconsin and Arizona. | ||
| We're very close there, and that's where they're freaking out, because they understand you decertify one, the dominoes start to fall, but also it undercuts his legitimacy. | ||
| He's not legitimate. | ||
| It's an illegitimate regime. | ||
| In addition, it's what the folks at the conservative, what is it, Partnership Institute and others, like Jenny Beth Martin is on here, the Tea Party Patriots, others are doing this election integrity movement that makes sure this can never happen again. | ||
| OK? | ||
| Those are moving like Montgomery and Patton, exactly like it. | ||
| Almost in conjunction, but moving on the same objectives to make sure that this can never happen again and that the original thing is right because we can't stop. | ||
| We're not going to stop there. | ||
| And they understand that we are not going to stop ever. | ||
| And even when we take power this year in Congress, the investigations and then the criminal referrals, real criminal referrals, OK, real criminal referrals. | ||
| Cleta Mitchell is one of the experts and remember what she just said. | ||
| This is what is so important. | ||
| Once again, it's twofold. | ||
| It's infrastructure locally, making sure we have the infrastructure. | ||
| We should have had for years and it's not time to blame people. | ||
| We can worry about that later after we win. | ||
| It's to build the infrastructure and then to build a network effect. | ||
| So it's two things simultaneously. | ||
| Building a local infrastructure that you're in charge of. | ||
| That you have your controls of. | ||
| This participatory populism. | ||
| This is what it's about. | ||
| You've got the school boards. | ||
| You've got guys in the medical boards. | ||
| You've got the precinct strategy. | ||
| We're taking over the Republican Party. | ||
| This is the electoral apparatus. | ||
| That you will take over, and you will control the election boards, you will control this, and hey, all we're looking for is a count, a fair count of real votes from real citizens. | ||
| Okay? | ||
| If we do that, we win every time. | ||
| They have to cheat to win. | ||
| I don't care if they don't like hearing this. | ||
| I don't care. | ||
| Remember, our focus here is very different than winning an election on November 8th. | ||
| We understood through divine providence on the big steal. | ||
| You flipped all your cards over. | ||
| And we see what you're trying to do and destroy the American family and use children to do it. | ||
| And to allow an invasion of our southern border and exacerbate it. | ||
| To bog us down in more endless wars where we don't have any vital national security interests while our enemies in Beijing benefit from it. | ||
| We totally understand. | ||
| We completely get, and also the concentration of assets, where you're going to own everything and just rent it out and turn our people under 35 years old into nothing more than Russian serfs. | ||
| We understand it. | ||
| We can see it very clear. | ||
| And we are not going to allow it. | ||
| And so, how are we going to stop that? | ||
| It's quite simple. | ||
| We are going to destroy the Democratic Party as a national political institution on November 8th. | ||
| And we're going to do it from election boards, and school boards, and county supervisors, and attorney generals, and local DAs, and secretaries of state, and state legislatures, and governors, and then the House and the Senate. | ||
| And so, at the end of it, on the evening of November 8th, the Democratic Party will be shattered into two pieces. | ||
| A kind of left-wing Green Party, run by the Squad, and what's left of them, because one of my next guests is going to say how Omar is not going to be part of that, because she's not going to be in Congress. | ||
| Okay? | ||
| She'll have a show on MSNBC. | ||
| And also, and they'll shatter into the other, the neoliberal neocon, which is Liz Cheney, or Dick Cheney in drag, Dick Cheney with the wig on one side, and you got Hillary Clinton on the other. | ||
| Our task and purpose is quite simple. | ||
| We are out to destroy the Democratic Party root and branch as a national political institution. | ||
| It'll still survive. | ||
| We'll still have the coastal elites and all that. | ||
| But as something that can wreck and destroy our republic, its days will be over. | ||
| So Cleta Mitchell, once again, these summits, this is just not guys sharing war stories. | ||
| I think people are tired of hearing people tell war stories. | ||
| When you come to a summit, when they sign up and go, are these active workshops where they actually understand how to take over and grab hold of and control the local apparatus in their local elections and then to network throughout the country so we have an apparatus that is unbreakable and is resilient, ma'am? | ||
| That's absolutely what we're doing. | ||
| We do not have We had Governor DeSantis, who was our keynote speaker at our Florida summit, but he had just engineered through the Florida legislature an incredibly important election reform bill. | ||
| We're not about having speeches and making people mad or happy or laughing. | ||
| We are working, and people sit there for hours. | ||
| We start at eight in the morning, and we start through, here's the Virginia model, here's what we did in Virginia. | ||
| We started With about four to five local task forces in Virginia by the end of 2021. | ||
| We now are up to 36 local task forces in Virginia that meet on a call every week with a statewide coalition, and we are building that in every other state. | ||
| We want people to take over their local election offices by virtue of just being there, being a presence, read the minutes, attend the meetings, find out who the vendors are. | ||
| You would be shocked to learn how many left-wing organizations Entities funded by billionaires like Pierre Omidyar, who was an eBay billionaire, who has for 10 years been pumping hundreds of millions of his own money into building these entities, TurboVote, BallotScout. | ||
| They have an organization, Center for Civic Design, which designs ballots, designed the ballots for the state of California recall and the ballot envelopes, where you literally could see how someone had voted. | ||
| The U.S. | ||
| Post Office does business with the Center for Civic Design, which is a left-wing organization. | ||
| We have a lot of work to do, and the only way we're going to be able to fight back and to fight all of their money and all of their entities is by patriots in their local counties Being in charge of the elections, being there on election day, but not just on election day as election workers, not just as observers, but we need that. | ||
| We need all that. | ||
| But we need people who are willing to Understand what's the voting equipment that's used in your county? | ||
| How do you vote by mail? | ||
| What is your local post office doing with regard to these left-wing groups who send all these applications for absentee ballots? | ||
| We are teaching people about all of these things. | ||
| We try to have a mix of people in the state, and people who are national experts to come in, and we do panels, and we have Q&A, and we have handouts and materials, and we follow the Citizens' Guide for Building an Election-Integrated Infrastructure.
