Speaker Time Text

said, used the term, danger to our democracy.
Danger to our democracy.
Think about this.
Democrats have closed the Capitol, allowed proxy voting, kicked Republicans off committee, won't let Republicans serve on this select committee.
First time in the history of the Congress, the minority leader was not allowed to put on a select committee the individuals he or she selected.
First time in the history of our nation.
Democrats are trying to end the Electoral College, trying to end the filibuster, trying to pack the court.
This committee, the January 6th committee, altered evidence and presented it to the American people as if it were true.
And they accuse us of being a danger to our democracy?
Mr. Gates was right.
We've got a border that is complete chaos.
We have $6 gas in California, $4 gas everywhere else in the country.
We have crime at record levels in every major urban area in this nation.
And we have an inflation problem that's at a 40-year high.
And this committee has more contempt resolutions for a Purely political reason.
I think the whole committee is purely political.
Designed to do one thing, keep President Trump off the ballot in 2024.
The gentlelady from Wyoming, in her opening comments, used the term false message.
She used to say big lie, now I guess it's false message.
I thought when she said it, I started jotting things down.
Think about all the false messages we've got from them.
In the last few years, they told us the protests in the summer of 2020 were peaceful.
Got a billion dollars worth of damage around our cities that says it wasn't.
They told us the dossier was real.
They told us it was Republicans.
Republicans who wanted to defund the police.
That's almost laughable if it wasn't so serious for our law enforcement and for the families who live in those areas where mayors and city councils did defund the police.
They told us the FBI didn't spy on the Trump campaign.
We know that wasn't true.
We got Inspector General reports that tell us all kinds of things about what they did in front of the FISA Court.
They said Trump colluded with Russia.
We got a Mueller report, 19 lawyers, 40 FBI agents, 30 million hard-earned American tax dollars in that report that said that false message was just that, false.
They told us COVID didn't start in the lab.
Sure looks like it did.
They told us the lab wasn't doing gain-of-function research.
Sure looks like it was.
They told us the vaccinated can't get it.
We know that's wrong.
Every day there's a new announcement.
A member of Congress is getting it.
Fully vaccinated boosted everything else.
They told us the vaccinated can't transmit.
They told us that was wrong.
And you talk about the biggest false message?
The biggest false message that's just been confirmed in the last week?
How false it was?
The Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation.
The Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation.
unidentified
Let's take a...
Amazing.
Thank you.
Thank you for doing this.
Really appreciate it.
I'm Daniel Schmidt.
I'm a freshman at the University of Chicago.
My question is for Ms.
Applebaum.
So in 2020, you wrote, those who live outside the Fox News bubble do not, of course, need to learn any of the stuff about Hunter Biden, referring to his laptop, of course.
A poll later after that found that if voters knew about the content of the laptop, 16% of Joe Biden voters would have acted differently.
Now, of course, we know a few weeks ago, the New York Times confirmed that the content is real.
Do you think the media acted inappropriately when they instantly dismissed Hunter Biden's laptop as Russian disinformation and what can we learn from that in ensuring that what we label as disinformation is truly disinformation and not reality?
My problem with Hunter Biden's laptop is I think totally irrelevant.
I mean it's not whether it's disinformation or I mean I don't think the Hunter Biden's business relationships have anything to do with who should be president of the United States.
So I don't find it to be interesting.
I mean, that would be my problem with that as a major news story.
We're going to talk about more of this tomorrow in our first panel, so stand by.
And I think we have run out of time.
chris hayes
I mean, I guess what you're saying is this has crossed over in a way that you didn't even quite anticipate, but it does seem, and I guess the question also is, is there blowback now?
I mean, you know, saying my, the appointing party are a bunch of evil pedophiles is like, Really, really ugly rhetoric.
Someone on the internet was advised, said, this sounds like, you know, pre-genocide rhetoric, right?
Like, they're the most evil kind of thing that you can imagine.
And whether there's some blowback for that, even, I don't know, even in the same universes on the right that are inhabiting this.
unidentified
I mean, there's this famous GIF that's just, LOL, nothing matters, and it just spins around and around, and that's sort of what I feel sometimes in this reality.
But you know, I do think it's important to notice that this is an anti-LGBTQ argument, right?
Yes.
And so, this has always been really popular.
As you know, we have the moral majority, we have the satanic panic, we have During marriage equality, you know, I remember the Duggars actually made these robocalls saying, beware of trans people because they'll molest your children.
Like, that's always just been a really popular argument in evangelical and ultra conservative movements, and that's here.
But I think you're right.
I think that expansion and just expanding it to everyone is a pedophile that disagrees with you.
I want to believe that there's some price to pay for that.
ron desantis
Disney has gotten over its skis on this.
And look, there's policy disputes, and that's fine.
But when you're trying to impose a woke ideology on our state, we view that as a significant threat.
This wokeness will destroy this country if we let it run unabated.
joe scarborough
It will destroy, you know, because we are talking about 0.003% of the population.
This will destroy our country.
Look at people on both sides.
Seriously?
Both sides.
Non-stop talk.
Non-stop talk about 0.003% of America's population.
Seriously, this will destroy our country.
We're hearing it on both.
And yes, it is whataboutism, because the incredible focus on these issues, it's just fodder.
mika brzezinski
Tensions between Disney and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis are rising after the company criticized the new Florida law, which prohibits teachers from discussing sexual orientation or gender identity with schoolchildren in kindergarten.
Through third grade.
joe scarborough
So this is, this is really shocking, isn't it?
Because your children in their kindergarten, they were talking to them about transitioning, right?
mika brzezinski
No.
joe scarborough
Oh wait, no!
No, they don't do that.
But in third grade they did, right?
unidentified
No.
No.
joe scarborough
You know, I have like 87 kids that I last counted.
mika brzezinski
Never happened.
joe scarborough
Never happened.
Will any of your kids be from kindergarten through third grade?
unidentified
That starts in middle school, to the best of my recollection.
ron desantis
Later on in middle school.
joe scarborough
Oh, really?
unidentified
I was junior year at college, but I guess I just love them emotionally.
mika brzezinski
In response, honestly, there are a lot of very upset people about this.
joe scarborough
It's such a phony issue.
mika brzezinski
And you're being set up.
In response to Santa.
unidentified
Boycott Disney!
steve bannon
Okay, it's a wild one.
It is the 7th of April.
It's Thursday, the year of our Lord 2022.
You're in the War Room and there's so much going on today.
A jam show.
We got Attorney General of Arizona Mark Brnovich about this investigation he's doing in Arizona.
We got Kellyanne Conway.
The campaign manager for Trump's 2016 campaign, Kellyanne's coming on about the movie RIGGED.
We've got Claudia Tenney, Mike Lindell, Ben Harnwell.
Packed, packed, packed.
But we've got to start with the war against the American family, the war against America's children.
The Democrats, I can just tell you, they're in complete and total meltdown.
They've been running this scam for years and now it's blowing back all over them and they can't dissemble enough, they can't spin it away enough.
But I want to go to the business before us today.
Mike Davis is joining us.
Mike, I thought that we're going to have a, what, a cloture vote at 11 or 1130, and then we're going to start 30 hours of debate, and you were going to give play-by-play running commentary on your extremely hot and spicy Twitter and Getter account.
Or maybe even do it live, and this is going to end in 30 hours sometime late tomorrow afternoon or early tomorrow evening, like around five-ish.
And we would cover it live on The Word when the vote actually took place.
Change of plans overnight.
They're going to, I guess, have the vote at 11, 1130, and then they're planning on a final vote at 145.
So if I do the math, I don't know, is that two hours of debate, an hour and 45 minutes of debate?
Can you explain to our audience what happened?
mike davis
It's a good question.
It sounds like the Senate Republicans agreed with the Senate Democrats to limit the post-closure debate to just under three hours and to have the confirmation vote at 1.45, apparently just in time for the Democrats to go on primetime news on a Thursday and crow about this.
So, it's a head-scratcher to me.
Who knows?
I'm not in the Senate anymore.
It's not something that I would have advised if I were running this like I was the staff leader for Justice Kavanaugh's confirmation of the action.
steve bannon
Hang on a second.
And I want to get back to the precedents of the last couple.
This is a lifetime appointment.
I just want to make sure the people we're dealing with, this is the same crew The same crew that, and I'm looking to my production staff, I think two weeks or three weeks ago, in the middle of the night, right, got delivered a 2,700-page appropriations bill for this year, which is six months late.
It's supposed to be done and approved before 30 September.
Remember, 1 October is the government's fiscal year.
2,700 pages that had, I think, $1.5 trillion of discretionary spending.
None of it paid for.
Completely come from just printing money.
Just absolutely printing money.
Okay?
And didn't even have time to read it.
And even Cornyn, one of the swampiest of all these guys up here, one of the most compromised by the lobbyists, even Cornyn said this is no way to run a railroad because they had to do it because there was $10 billion of aid to Ukraine.
And they were all running around wetting themselves because MSNBC and CNN and Fox were playing non-stop Ukraine coverage.
And so they all, you know, these great senators, especially like the Senate of Rome, you know, the wise men of the country, the hundred, you know, hardest club in the world to get into, had to do that.
So they're going on Easter recess or break, whatever it is, sometime, supposed to be tonight at five.
I think they bumped it to a day.
And they're back in a couple of weeks.
And it's better when they're out of town, they're here because they do less damage.
But is this all just to comport to their strategy if they want to get out of town?
I mean, these people who just passed a bill they couldn't possibly read, it was impossible even to read 10, 20 pages of it because these bills are so complicated, the appropriations bills.
Didn't they have the common courtesy or the respect for the voters of the American people to do that?
So this is another McConnell fiasco, and now we get this fiasco.
McConnell can't deliver the Senate, and now he's not going to, for a lifetime appointment, which you think you would want people to be able to make the case for the historic record, for the historic record for the country, right?
So we can look back on it hundreds of years from now, like we still look back on these debates in the Senate over hundreds of years, right?
Or back into the 19th century.
And more importantly, in the moment, Because you can get Mark Kelly, you can get Senator Mastos, you can get Senator Hassan, you get these people that are taking the most toxic vote of their career, and a career-ending vote.
A career-ending vote.
And actually get them up there having to defend this, and having to defend what the Democrats, and all, it's non-stop now.
They're not sitting there cheerleading and high-fiving about Judge Jackson right now.
They're in pure defense mode about, oh, these people are horrible.
What did they just say on Chris Hayes?
It's pre-genocidal.
To talk about that this language is pre-genocidal.
Think about what they just said last night on MSNBC.
For you to bring up the defense of the American family and to you to question this judge's record about her softness in the sentencing, right, of people that watch the torture and rape of infants, right, that watch it for pleasure and or make money,
And distribute and make money, or help people who make money, lots of money, doing that, because you think that that disqualifies her, or at least leads to, hey, don't need to do it today, let's bump it a couple weeks, let's go on the record, maybe call her back and have her not be evasive, like Lindsey Graham says she's evasive, and maybe defend her own record so she doesn't have this hanging over her while she has a lifetime appointment 30 years from now on the Supreme Court as a justice.
That we've got to shut it down and we've got to get out of town.
That you have to do this.
And in saying that, MSNBC just said this is pre-genocidal.
What they're saying is that, oh, when we take charge, this is how genocides start.
This is how other people, and this is how genocides start.
Think there's nothing too low For the New York Times, MSNBC, CNN, there's nothing too low.
They're already saying that you're going to be guilty of genocide because of the language you're using today.
Short break.
Mike Davis back.
Understand something.
Once again, the Republican Senate laid down and let the Democrats walk all over them.
chris hayes
think about that we support mitch mcconnell next in the world what you're saying is this is crossed over in a way that you didn't even quite anticipate but it does seem and i guess the question also is there is their blowback now I mean, you know, saying my, the opposing party are a bunch of evil pedophiles is like, really, really ugly rhetoric.
Someone on the internet was advised, said this sounds like, you know, pre-genocide rhetoric, right?
Like, they're the most evil kind of thing that you can imagine.
And whether there's some blowback for that, even, I don't know, even in the same universes on the right that are inhabiting this.
unidentified
I mean, I have, there's this famous GIF that's just, LOL, nothing matters.
steve bannon
Okay, we can go ahead.
I just need to hear Chris Hayes' voice on this.
Not as a blowback, Chris Hayes, this is a now organizing principle to get to your attack on the American family.
Your relentless attack on the American family and American children.
And people are not going to back down on this.
It's just not going to happen.
I want to go to Mike Davis.
Excuse me, I should not say that.
I get ahead of myself.
There's certain people that will back down on this, and that is Mitch McConnell and the leadership.
You know, Mitch couldn't deliver.
I want all the big donors to give all that money, and you're all worried about the judges, and you all pump money into Leonard Leo, and you all pump money into Mitch McConnell, and all you do is, you know, Mitch gets us the judges.
Well, hey, he didn't deliver three Republicans.
He didn't deliver three Republicans.
And we know, Mike Davis from work, that if he delivered three Republicans, there were enough Democrats that were very jiggy about this.
Because they understand it's a career-ending vote that you might have had at least a slowdown.
At least a slowdown of this.
A slowdown of this train to which more information will be coming out.
So Mike Davis, give it to us with the bark on.
What's going to happen today and who are we going to, what lions of the Senate can we anticipate that we'll actually hear from today?
mike davis
So yeah, the cloture vote, like you said, will end around 1130.
And then you'll have the speeches from the leaders of the party.
So you'll have Schumer and McConnell, and then you'll have the, they're called the floor managers, the Judiciary Committee Chairman Dick Durbin, and then the ranking member Chuck Grassley, my former boss on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
And then I don't know what they have planned for other people speaking.
I think that's to be determined.
But I would hope that senators who have been So good on this issue like Josh Hawley and Ted Cruz and Tom Cotton and Marsha Blackburn and Mike Lee Would go out to the floor and try to speak about this issue Remember when we started this process she was gonna be 65 35 and they were they were gonna be using this as a major campaign item in in in 2020 this November
steve bannon
We have turned this in with Mike Davis, who really did it.
This posse, and the number is 202-224-3121.
Call today and let your Senator know what you think about, and particularly call Mitch McConnell's office.
Because we know the information we're getting on the, we're information we're getting on the on the You know from the hill is that they're they're they're like freaked out about these calls The wave of them.
And now we've got people in the live chat telling us, hey, they actually got through to people.
And they were like shocked at how upset people were.
So you've got to keep the calls going.
unidentified
202-224-3121.
steve bannon
Particularly with leadership.
Thune, Cornyn, Barrasso, although he's hopeless, and McConnell.
Let them know what you think about cutting the time down to debate this to get her full record out there and to take time to do this, right?
Remember, we've made this, the victory here for the War Room posse, and it's huge.
We've taken this from 65-35 and four votes in the committee to now it's a toxic vote.
Kelly and Mastos will lose their Senate seats because of this vote.
Because the Hispanic community, and this is going to be weaponized for the Hispanic community, To let them know that the whole issue of sex trafficking and the trafficking of young Hispanic kids throughout Latin America and Central America and these people watch this stuff for their pleasure and make tons of money off it.
This is all cartel related.
Make tons of money off this or that you have a judge who's super highly qualified.
Her qualifications speak for themselves.
It's kind of unquestionable.
It's not about that.
It's about our judgment in this area.
Mike, what are people to do?
You know they've had such a big impact so far.
What is to be done to express the outrage of not just this audience, but the Trump movement overall, America first, all of this, in this truncated, now it should be 30 hours of debate?
Did we lose Mike?
Did he freeze up?
Okay, we'll come back to Mike Davis in a moment.
Let's try to reboot him.
The technical problems one has when one is dialing people in.
Okay, let's do a reset.
This confirmation is a lifetime appointment.
It's something we would normally not really gotten involved in because, like I said, it's not our line of country.
There are other people who do it so much better.
But we were introduced to Mike Davis and to the research he had and then Josh Hawley jumped in and other people jumped in.
It's a huge issue and it's going to flip the Senate.
And this is why Mitch McConnell can't be Senate leader.
It's very simple.
And all the donors, you've got to understand what an epic fail is.
For Mitch McConnell, it's an epic fail.
He could have delivered this if he really had control of the Senate, which he does, the Republicans.
Mike Davis, so why do we have this truncated version and what can people do about it today?
mike davis
Well, it sounds like there's a time agreement that's already been made for 1.45.
So I think it's really important that we keep calling the Senate offices at 202-224-3121.
But I think we need to take this anger beyond today.
You've said this before, Steve, this is a Pyrrhic victory for Democrats.
You don't see Democrats on TV defending Judge Jackson's record.
You're not going to see them crowing about You know, here's what we know.
Here's what we know they're hiding.
The morning shows today were not all, hey, this is a historic day.
This is great for Judge Jackson.
that we continue to just spread the Art of Free Projects ad and educate voters between now and November about what just happened, why we put this person on the front porch.
steve bannon
You know, here's what we know.
Here's what we know they're hiding.
The morning shows today were not all, hey, this is a historic day.
This is great for Judge Jackson.
Virtually no mention.
Where they came in hard and we just played it for you, a morning during the other shows, that oh this is a misdirection play.
It's .00001% of the population.
Well, if it's that small part of the population...
Why are the Democratic teachers unions and the school boards and everything ramming it down people's throats, right?
Particularly small kids.
And why are Disney's big corporations coming into it?
If it's so small, why are you making such a big deal about it?
It's going to stop.
We're taking over all the school boards.
And you heard the Moms for Liberty.
They're actually putting together institutions that are headhunters that then can go out and get the right people into these schools.
Both as consultants, advisors, and actually as administrators to run the school.
I know the left is melting down about that.
Oh, this is terrible, this is more fascist coming.
No, it's called American Citizens.
And let's use democracy.
You're the big guys in democracy.
If you can beat us, beat us.
Beat us at the ballot box.
We now know how you steal, and we're hip to that.
Right?
So that's all stopping.
You can see that in Texas in the primary.
And this is why you're pulling your hair out.
We know all your games, all the Mark Elias games.
Is it perfect how we stopped?
unidentified
No.
steve bannon
We got Mike Lindell who's going to come on here in a few minutes to talk about it.
Is it perfect?
No, it's not perfect.
But hey, it's progress and we're making progress.
That's a meltdown.
There's not one word about Judge Jackson this morning.
They're not crowing it better.
Schumer said yesterday, it makes the country more perfect.
Well, if it makes the country more perfect, let's have 30 hours of debate and let people decide.
We'll decide that at the ballot box in November.
So Mike Davis, one more time.
By the way, if we have the spot, let's play the spot.
I want to play the spot one more time.
I want everybody in the posse to push this out.
Because there's going to be thousands of these spots come September, October, November.
Let's play it.
unidentified
When Judge Katonji Brown-Jackson was asked why she sentenced a child sex offender to just three months instead of a recommended eight years, she blamed everyone but herself.
Jackson has ordered lenient sentences in every child pornography case she could, eight out of eight times.
Activist judges like Katonji Brown-Jackson are more concerned about the well-being of pedophiles than the safety of your children.
And thanks to her, they may be living in your neighborhood.
Call your senators today and tell them to vote no on Judge Jackson's nomination.
steve bannon
Okay, 202-224-3121.
Also, Act for America.
If Captain Bannon and the rest of the social media team can put up that and all of our platforms so people can go to Brigitte Gabriel's great site.
She's got a whole, you know, a whole script for you right there.
Make sure you make these calls.
Calls are more important than emails.
Don't email.
Call and let them hear from you.
Mike Davis, any other closing thoughts here?
We'll have you back on for a wrap-up, but is there any chance that Hawley or Cotton or Cruz or Blackburn get a few minutes to lay out the case for the issue with the torture and rape of infants?
mike davis
I hope they do.
I mean, they're senators, and if they want to, they can force their way onto the floor and make these speeches.
This is important.
This is bigger than political.
It's bigger than legal.
This is the trifecta.
This is political, legal, and moral, and we are on the right side of all three issues.
steve bannon
Okay, brother.
Thank you very much.
How do they follow you?
How do they follow you on Twitter?
How do they follow you on Getter?
How do they get to your site?
mike davis
So, Twitter and Getter is MRDDMIA, MRDDMIA, and it's article3project.org, article3project.org.
And again, Steve, thank you for all you've done on this.
steve bannon
Oh, we have not yet begun to fight on this.
This is a huge issue.
People gotta understand, you gotta put your shoulder to the wheel.
This is gonna go all the way through November.
There are two Senate seats we will flip.
We just have to make sure Mitch McConnell's not the beneficiary of this.
There are two Senate seats we're gonna flip.
And I know it, because we know people in Arizona know the Democrats.
They're completely freaked out about the Hispanic American... By the way, great article today, I think it's up in Reuters, about the voter registrations in Pennsylvania.
I think it's four or five times the Democrats.
The tables are getting run on them.
They want democracy.
They love democracy as we do.
They're going to get a democracy suppository.
You're not going to be able to cheat, and we're going to have massive turnout.
Ergo, we're going to take over everything from school boards all the way up to the House and the Senate.
Then we're going to impeach Biden.
This is the plan.
We're here to destroy, I want to make sure people, we're here to take apart the Democratic Party brick by brick as a national political institution.
This is not about winning an election.
This is about taking the Democratic Party apart brick by brick.
Okay?
At the ballot box.
Mike Davis, you're a warrior.
We'll see you back here in the evening show.
Summarize.
2-0-2, 2-2-4, 3-1-2-1.
Call right now.
Let Senate leadership on the Republican side know what you think about cutting this down to two hours from 30 hours.
Okay.
Mike Lindell, Naomi Wolf.
Big breaking news out of Naomi Wolf in the War Room.
Posse working on this.
Ben Harnwell, Kellyanne Conway, Congressman Tenney, Attorney General Brnovich.
All next in the War Room.
unidentified
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, they just had the big premiere for Bossy's film Rigged at Mar-a-Lago the other night.
There's another big event today.
It's Carrie Lake's having a big fundraiser down there.
Tons of folks are going.
Carrie's going to be on the show tomorrow morning to give us an update on where her campaign is and particularly this invasion of the southern border through Arizona and Texas.
I want to bring in Mike Lindell.
Mike happens to be in Mar-a-Lago for the event.
Mike, you're pretty excited about this Carrie Lake event?
mike lindell
Yeah, I met Carrie early on at one of my well over a year ago now and I met her at an event I had that I had in Arizona and we became friends and ever since and she is amazing.
I've endorsed her and she was, I think, believe she was my first endorsement.
I'm looking forward to speaking tonight and at the event and and then we'll be going this weekend to Carrie and I and everyone's going up to I'll be speaking at the rally in North Carolina, so it's going to be a great three days here.
steve bannon
Yeah, we're going to do a pregame coverage on that on Saturday.
Attorney General Brnovich has put out a letter or sent an interim report, I guess it is, to Karen Phan in Arizona, talking about the issues around the 3 November 2020 election.
I don't know if you've had a chance to review it, but what word are you hearing on that?
mike lindell
Well, I think it's a, uh, we went over some bullet points last night on my show.
And, uh, uh, yeah, I think it validates everything we've been talking about, Steve, of all the corruption and the crimes of the 2020 election.
And, uh, one of the things we've actually shifted what we're going to do now, uh, you know, I just came from Colorado and I did a big rally there and, and, uh, cause we have All of the the evidence now what's in what went on inside the machines and how they manipulated the 2020 election.
So we're doing preliminary injunctions and we're going to start with Arizona in light of the Attorney General.
They're coming out with this.
We're going to start with that next week.
And so we moved Arizona right to the front of the front of the line.
steve bannon
Because of because of the interim report, let's talk about that.
These preliminary injunctions are going to be what you're going to go into court and ask for what?
mike lindell
Well, what they are everybody, since we have, if you go up on Frank Speech, remember we did a, we just did a webinar a couple of nights ago with the experts, but it's not just the report that came out of there.
We actually have online what's, what was inside the machines showing the manipulation.
You can get any cyber guy, go look for yourself.
A hundred percent.
They manipulated the 2020 election.
So we're taking, we're doing preliminary injunctions then, which we already had this planned as soon as this came out.
And what they are, Steve, they're to get rid of the machines.
The relief will be no machines in Arizona.
We're going to go state by state.
It's under, I'm going to get this right, 42-US-1983.
That's what this law is that we're going in under.
And it's going to get rid of the machines.
So they'll be machine free.
Machines are defective devices.
And Arizona is a perfect first choice.
And the Attorney General there, Steve, what they did in the 2020 election, think of this, all these Secretary of States and these governors went and said, hey, in light of the China virus, we want to do mail-in voting.
We're going to mail out 7 million votes or ballots in Michigan.
All these things they did illegal.
And the Attorney General's there did nothing about it.
It was almost like They never went through the courts.
We're trying to do the on the opposite end.
We're saying we're in an emergency situation here.
If these machines are used in the 2022 election, we are done as a country.
We know what they did in 2020.
And we have 100% evidence of that, and we can't have it happen in any other state.
steve bannon
Has any of the machine companies come out and put a press release out?
Have any of them gone on TV, or have any of them sent their surrogates out and said, Mike Lindell's way off base, and this shows you what a clown he is that did these webinars?
What have they done?
Have they engaged with you to try to get to the bottom of it, or are they pushing back on saying, once again, Mike Lindell's a wild man with no facts?
mike lindell
Well, interestingly enough, Steve, As I went to speak in Colorado, when we put this evidence out about 12 days ago, 12 TV stations reached out to me and said, we will no longer let you do my pillow commercials if your face is in it.
And then I got served by Eric Coomer two days ago, right when I was going to speak at the Capitol in Colorado.
And I got served papers, another lawsuit, Eric Coomer, you know, he was the head of Dominion.
So instead of saying, hey, We don't have anything to hide.
Well, it's too late now.
We already have what they were hiding.
So, all it is is another attack, Stephen.
steve bannon
But hang on, but why would Coomer's lawyers say, hey, we've heard what Mike Lindell said in the last 10 days, and we're going to go sue him again.
Logically, why would they do that?
If they thought you had the receipts, why would they do that?
mike lindell
Because the lawyers are criminals, too.
We're going to go after them now.
I'm going after them.
It's like a criminal crime family, Steve.
It's a big criminal crime family.
These machine companies, we know, I'll just bring this up so this can scare them a little bit.
Do you know, we have reason to believe after I've talked to five different whistleblowers now from five different states, that all, all, of our overseas military votes were for Biden.
The ones that were emailed in, which was 90-some percent of all emailed in.
They're using a national email system, Steve.
It's disgusting.
That's going to be a whole separate thing we're going after in this country.
steve bannon
How are you, because that's a bombshell, how are you going to prove all the overseas military votes?
What receipts, and is this related to why the 12 TV stations won't put, what receipts do you have on this?
mike lindell
We have, I have five, I've met with five different commissioners in five different states now that were actually there when they did the count of those.
They're called UOCAVA votes, I believe.
What happened, Steve, is Chuck Schumer changed this law, along with, I believe, Obama, and They used to be our military.
You requested your vote.
You got mailed a ballot.
It allowed 45 days so you could mail it back to the U.S.
Well, now the military and their families, they changed it so you just email in your request.
It goes into a database, which I believe is with the machine companies themselves.
And this is on a federal level.
You email it in.
You request it.
You email it back.
No IDs, Steve, are used.
No IDs.
On the night of the election, They're run off on typing paper, and they're counted.
Now, five of these commissioners I've met with that have done this, some have done it for 20 years.
steve bannon
What, what, what, what?
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
unidentified
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
steve bannon
What states?
Five commissioners in what states?
mike lindell
No, these are county commissioners, and they don't want their names out.
I can give you the states.
Colorado, Alabama, Arizona.
steve bannon
You don't have to give me the counties.
You don't have to give me the counties.
You don't have to give me the names.
Just give me the states.
What states?
mike lindell
Yeah, Alabama.
Colorado, Louisiana, Arizona, and South Dakota.
steve bannon
Okay, hang on.
You have commissioners that will come forward under the penalty of perjury and say that the overseas military votes in their counties That come in through this email system all came in and they were all 100% Biden votes.
unidentified
Is that what you're saying?
mike lindell
The answer is yes, but I will say this everybody.
So they're printed off on typing paper.
Okay.
And now, normally you get in, I'm going to give an example of one county in Alabama.
Normally they get in five overseas ballots.
Now here's right in the middle of the China virus when everybody was pulled back home.
They had 255.
100% all for Biden.
Now, I just met with one in Colorado.
In Colorado, she had an exception.
She had just a couple that were actually a physical ballot that was mailed back and forth.
Those were for Trump, but there was four of them out of 300 and some ballots that were there.
All the emailed ones, Steve, if this holds true, and by the way, you've seen that on January 22nd in Arizona, they actually had the committee there where the guy showed that he had done the audit.
He had the overseas votes and they were 90 some percent Biden.
steve bannon
Yes, in the Fincham thing.
But when you say if it holds true, you've got five commissioners that have told you, and I'll swear an affidavit that I get to the bottom of those states.
Okay, when can people expect some results?
When are you going to file these preliminary injunctions?
And do you believe that the court will, what happens if the court just throws them out?
mike lindell
Okay, first, I want to say one more thing on the overseas thing.
Steve, we're not letting that go, and there was 890-some-thousand ballots from overseas.
If what we believe is true, they were all for Biden, that overturns all five states just by themselves.
Just by themselves, all five swing states.
The preliminary injunctions were starting with eight states, Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, Alabama... But hang on, slow down, slow down.
steve bannon
You only have Arizona as a swing state in here, right?
You're saying if this is true, and you can then go to the swing states and show it, that that would overturn?
Because Arizona, you've got Louisiana, Colorado, Those are the injunctions.
mike lindell
I was talking about the other case we're going to do with the overseas vote, Steve.
steve bannon
Hang on.
I just gave you the overseas votes.
The counties.
They're not swing.
You only get Arizona as the swing state.
mike lindell
No, no, no.
I'm going more than one state.
I'm going to get to all the states.
It happened in all the states.
That's going to be a federal complaint.
There's two separate things going on here.
I've got a lot of balls in the air.
The big thing, the preliminary injunctions, we're starting with eight states, and we're going to go to all 50, Steve.
I'm going to every single state.
It's just like under that 1983, that 1983 Act.
And they will, a lot of them are just going to embrace it and go, absolutely, we'll take the new system with the paper and on the hand counts, on your camera watch, and this great new system we have.
So it's going to be, We've already got 40-some counties on board on a separate track run.
We've just got to get rid of the machines and we're going to get it done.
Otherwise, all the work we're doing for all these great candidates like Carrie Lake, well, we don't want that to be in vain.
unidentified
We've got to get our country back.
steve bannon
So the whole thing before we wrap up the whole I know you got to bounce the whole thing on this on the injunctions is to get to the paper ballot hand count that we know we got paper ballots you just get the machines out of the way and not not even arguing about 2020 just get them out of the way right now okay and your first injunction will be your best guess on the first injunction will be when?
mike lindell
The first one will be the first one will be Arizona and those other seven but Arizona we moved to the front should be next week early next week and We'll have a report right here.
Steve, I want to say one thing.
I want to thank, in light of all the cancellation they're doing to me again, the attacks, my employees, I want to thank your audience because you guys have been behind purchasing my pillow products and keeping us going so I don't have to keep worrying about the company and my employees.
I just want to thank you for that.
You guys have done amazing.
steve bannon
Look, you're a beloved figure, and people know you're hammering every day.
I think people want to assist you and know what we have to do, what this audience has to do to help you land the plane, right?
Because time's burning, right?
We're now in these primary seasons, these injunctions.
I know you're working on the AG stuff, and so whatever this audience can do, Not just at my pillow, but also to help Mike Lindell and his team land the plane, because I tell people, you have the most brutal schedule on the earth.
I've never seen anything like it.
You're 24-7, you're flying around every different place, plus you run the company.
Mike, real quickly, your show's on every night.
You're at 7 o'clock Eastern Time, or 8 o'clock?
mike lindell
Yeah, right after your show, Steve, 7 o'clock Eastern, and the Lindell Report, and I've Boy, what you hear here and what I hear, it's just great to keep getting the word out because we are doing so many things, you guys.
We are winning.
We are winning when they attack.
Steve, when I was at that Capitol in Colorado speaking, I had 20 news outlets in front of me.
unidentified
Even though they badmouth me, even though they badmouth me, God bless them.
mike lindell
We get the word out.
unidentified
God bless them.
steve bannon
Okay, we got to bounce good day today in Mar-a-Lago.

Welcome back.
One of the big questions surrounding COVID these days are more booster shots on the way.
Here's NBC's Emily Ikeda.
unidentified
The FDA is trying to map out its vaccine strategy for the rest of the year, but the road is far from clear.
I feel the pain of the committee.
steve bannon
There are no easy answers here.
unidentified
Health officials now racing to pinpoint which coronavirus strain to target if they want revised boosters available by the fall.
If you're not on your way to that clinical trial by the beginning of May, I think it's going to be very difficult to have Okay, all this madness about the boosters.
steve bannon
We're limited for time.
We asked Naomi Wolf to come on to break her routine and join us this morning.
Naomi, you've got startling news coming out of this crowdsourced work you're doing on the Pfizer thing, and you've got this madness now about boosters and the kids getting vaccinated and the mask still on them.
This is turmoil.
What's this new development you've got out of your research?
naomi wolf
It's so shocking.
The headline is that One of the volunteers, Dr. Chris Flowers, whose bio I'm going to cite in a minute because he's so highly credentialed, looked carefully at the emergency use authorization for adolescents last in 2021, and he looked carefully at an overlooked peer-reviewed article called
Use of mRNA COVID-19 vaccine after reports of myocarditis among vaccine recipients that was published in June of 2021.
And he exposes the fact that the FDA would have known that children minors were being harmed with heart damage by the mRNA vaccine at the time in In May of 2021, that they issued the emergency use authorization for 16 and older.
unidentified
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Okay.
steve bannon
Let's go back, hit rewind.
We only got like five minutes, but be specific on that.
Cause that's pretty explosive.
naomi wolf
It's huge.
Okay.
So first, uh, this author, Dr. Chris flowers, I'm going to read it.
MBBS FC, FRCR, FSB1.
He's a retired Associate Professor of Radiology at the University of South Florida.
dr naomi wolf
He was previously Associate Professor of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging at the University of California, San Francisco, a highly regarded institution.
naomi wolf
He's a retired academic cancer radiologist and scientific paper reviewer to multiple radiology journals.
So he is the kind of professional who is peer reviewing radiologic.
unidentified
OK, we froze there.
steve bannon
Thought we got a booster there.
Okay, I could go to Ben Harnwell, but I guess I can't.
So today, and I want to make sure that the audience understands this, we're fighting on many fronts and we're trying to put forward information that is bulletproof.
Look, Mike Lindell is working on a lot of different things, right?
And we're trying to help him land the plane.
Particularly, he's got these preliminary injunctions, still got the AG, they're still digging down.
We're gonna, we're actually gonna do one of the webinars for, we're gonna do one of the webinars for these machines.
unidentified
We got, we got, okay, Dr. Wolf, you back up?
naomi wolf
I'm sorry.
steve bannon
Okay, we only got three minutes, so go ahead and hit it.
naomi wolf
Okay, so the FDA must have known that myocarditis was a risk in teens in May of 2021 and June of 2021.
when they went ahead and said to parents, it is okay, here are these injections, you can give your 16 year old teenager.
They knew that it harmed kids' hearts because this peer reviewed paper was published right about then and so it would have been in peer review four months previously.
In other words, it was known in this article, myopericarditis has emerged as an important adverse event following COVID-19 mRNA vaccination, particularly in adolescents.
This affects both the lining of the heart, pericardium, and the cardiac muscle, myocardium itself.
So the initial report established this serious problem of myopericarditis in adolescents, and it was published in June of 2021.
June of 21 was one month after The FDA received a priority review for emergency use authorization for 16-year-olds and older, and they didn't say, right?
They didn't say when they rolled it out, this could hurt your teenager's heart permanently.
steve bannon
Sorry.
We're going to get more time.
We'll try it in the second hour because I've got Kellyanne and Claudia Tenney going to come on and then before the AG of Arizona, I want to get you back on.
The FDA has an outside advisory board.
We focused on that a lot.
An outside independent advisory board.
What did they say?
Did they get this information?
Did they say anything?
Because these emergency use authorizations are so controversial.
Did the outside Pretty explosive.
the time bring this topic up or were they aware of this topic?
unidentified
She froze again.
Okay, that's okay.
steve bannon
This happens in the technology, but we're not going to...
Let's reboot her for the second hour.
Pretty explosive.
Mike Lindell, pretty explosive.
Got to show the receipts.
Got to back it up.
Got to land the plane.
We're going to be back in a minute.
We're working all that.
And today, with a minute to go here, we've got Killian Conway coming on about the movie Rigged and other topics.
The number is 202-224-3121.
You are having a big impact because you've got people's attention that you're not happy with what's going on in the Senate confirmation for a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court.
Remember, it is a career-ending vote for certain senators in states with large Hispanic populations and for all the folks at MSNBC and CNN and New York Times, Washington Post.
We love democracy because we're 70% of the nation and we're showing up the ballot box and you're going to see the destruction of the Democratic Party as a national political institution from the school boards all the way up to the revered United States Senate.
