Speaker Time Text

I'm Jane Timken.
As a mom and former college athlete, I know how important women's sports are.
They teach our girls to be winners.
But the Biden Democrats want to force our daughters to compete against men in the pool and on the court.
It's outrageous.
From ruining girls' sports to critical race theory, the liberals are trying to destroy our country.
I'm Jane Timken.
I approve this message because it's time to fight back.
steve bannon
Okay, Jane Timken, we got a breaking poll coming out of Ohio.
Jane Timken joins us now.
Jane, you played sports at Harvard, correct?
unidentified
Yeah, I played rugby.
steve bannon
So I hear, and I hear tough people play rugby.
What is this whole thing doing on women's sports?
My daughter, as you know, was a Division I athlete at West Point and a volleyball player.
What is this thing of letting guys into women's sports?
What's it doing to young women?
unidentified
It's taking away their future opportunities.
When a lot of these women have been competing all their life and they're attempting to get scholarships or even go professional, especially in the swimming field where seconds count and you have someone who was ranked 400th in the men's competition and now is number one, it's fundamentally unfair.
This is an attempt by the left to erase women We should have the ability to compete in a fair level playing field and allowing transgendered men to compete against women is just absolutely wrong and it just shows where the left is.
They tout themselves as champions of women but they're trying to erase us and enough is enough.
I'm going to stand up as a mom and a former athlete myself.
I want to be able to compete and I want other women to compete as well.
steve bannon
People sometimes forget, even on the show here, we talk about the free state of Florida, we talk about the leadership that Tennessee is showing, we talk about Texas, we talk about Arizona, we don't talk about Ohio enough as a leader in the MAGA movement.
Remember in 16 and then again in 20, but in 16 if we didn't get that spread with the great support in Ohio and that gravitational pull to pull in Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Pennsylvania, Donald Trump would not be president, certainly wouldn't be president with the 300 plus electoral votes Absolutely.
he won. Ohio is the heart of of Maggot country. Are these cultural issues centered around the left's outright assault not simply on the American family but the assault on using children as the weapon weaponizing kids to assault the American family. Is that getting traction in the Senate race. Absolutely. You know from critical race theory to transgender men and women's sports to you know the issues that we have
unidentified
just introduced in a here in Ohio our own bill prohibiting gender identity and sexual orientation discussions from kindergarten through third grade.
Parents have had enough of the indoctrination of our children, especially in the education field.
Education should be about education, not indoctrination.
And I've been fighting against this, supporting school board candidates, having Parents First tours.
I put out my own Parents' Bill of Rights.
That's resonating with people.
They want their children to learn reading, writing, and arithmetic, not some nonsense from the left.
And Ohioans are good, hard-working people.
They're tired of the nonsense that's coming out of Washington, D.C., and the progressive liberal Democrats.
They know that they're trying to ruin our country from within.
And they love our country, and they know the Democrats are teaching our children to hate our country.
And patriots are standing up and saying, no.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to have Mike Davis on here in a second.
The audience knows him from Article 3.
We've got a cold open of about six minutes to show the left in full meltdown about the war room and our positioning of this confirmation hearing around this issue of sex trafficking, pedophilia, the child pornography, the torture of children, all that.
How would you vote in the upcoming confirmation hearings if you were in the United States Senate?
unidentified
I would vote no.
And for several reasons.
You know, Judge Jackson, when asked by Senator Blackburn, she couldn't define what a woman is.
Shows that she's beholden to the radical left, which is outrageous.
Her stance on crime and those child pornographers.
The fact that she would be a rubber stamp for the liberal progressive agenda, especially on the issues of life.
Look, this is a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court.
And we need to have judges, just like President Trump's appointments, that were constitutional conservatives.
And that's who I would be looking for in the United States Senate.
Especially a vote like this, it's critically important that we have the right people on the Supreme Court.
They make powerful decisions that affect the trajectory of our country.
And she has proven to me that she is not qualified based on the stances she's taken as a judge, and I would have voted no.
steve bannon
We're going to show some analysis from Steve Cortez in the B Block.
This is a career-ending vote for Mark Kelly and Senator Mastos in Nevada.
It's a career-ending vote for Tim Ryan.
You've got to get Tim Ryan on the record because if he would vote to confirm, it's a career-ending vote in the great state of Ohio, no doubt.
So that means whoever wins this primary is going to be the next senator.
Obviously a tough fight in front of you.
You gotta take on Ryan, but this is a career-ending vote.
For him to be in the affirmative on this, Ohioans are not going to support that.
So this poll, this poll's pretty shocking.
It shows that you and Mandel are basically in a statistical tie, correct?
And if we can put the poll up on the brand new poll that came out this morning.
And we're breaking it here on War Room.
And by the way, at 6 o'clock, we're gonna take 20 or 30 minutes and go through this race in great detail.
Every candidate, their ads, Their strategy, all of it, because this is a horse race.
Dead on horse race.
It's right now, May 3rd.
Judge may move it.
But they had the last debate last night, or at least the last program debate.
Other things may happen.
You're in a statistical tie for second.
Is Gibbons trying to, in your mind, is Gibbons trying to buy this with just these massive TV spins?
unidentified
Oh, yeah.
Look, he's spending $11 million.
But the reality is he's trying to buy this race, throwing money at the problem, just like Democrats.
When people actually see Mike Gibbons, watch the debates.
He is an unmitigated failure.
He and Josh Mandel in our first debate acted like schoolyard bullies.
They almost came to blows and they were swearing at each other.
This is unbecoming of a Senate candidate.
And they would hand this race to to Tim Ryan.
Tim Ryan would love to run against them.
I have a history of being Donald Trump's hand-picked chair delivering Ohio for him.
I've taken on the Democrats.
I'm ready to defeat Tim Ryan.
And as I said, I played rugby.
I'm ready to tackle him.
It's time for people who have been in the trenches fighting for the America First agenda to stand up and, you know what, this poll, despite being outspent five to one, I am tied for second because Ohio Republican primary voters know me, they trust me, they know I've been in the fight with them, and I am in this race for them.
It's not about my bloviating ego like Josh Mandel's and Mike Gibbons.
steve bannon
Jane, real quick, how do people find out more about you and your campaign?
unidentified
JaneTimkenForOhio.com or JaneTimkenOH on social.
steve bannon
Jane Tempkin, thank you very much.
Tonight at 6, we're going to go through the entire race.
We look forward to having Jane Tempkin back on later in the week, early next week.
Jane Tempkin, thank you very much.
unidentified
Thanks.
steve bannon
Let's hit the cold open.
unidentified
Yeah, Joey, I really think that for all the prognostication we hear about what's going to happen in 2022, if the Republican Party shows themselves to be the face of Josh Hawley, Tom Cotton, Lindsey Graham, Ted Cruz, Marsha Blackburn, if that's the face of this party and that's the way they're going to conduct themselves, they're taking out a big billboard for every voter to see the absolute worst of the Republican Party.
And I think that is something that is going to repel voters.
I think it's something that's disgusting.
I think anybody who is watching that proceeding, who has just any common decency in them, watch that shaking their head.
Watch that feeling.
What all of us, I think, felt watching it, the disrespect, the overt sexism, the racism, the dog whistling.
I mean, these guys basically just took the white hoods off and said, this is who we are.
And they're proud of it.
They're high-fiving one another.
They think that they won that day.
They think this is a good thing.
And I'll tell you, if that's the way the Republicans think that this country wants, if that's the direction they're going to go, they're not going to have the night in November 2022 that they think they are.
chris hayes
Now, these Republican politicians and their allies in conservative media cannot just come out and say, there is an evil cabal of liberals running a child sex trafficking ring around the world, dominated by George Soros, the Rothschilds, and the Clintons, and the offshore worship Satan.
They realize they sound nuts.
So instead, they find these not-so-clever ways to play footsie with the people that do believe that, that make up at least a quarter of the base of their party.
Like accusing Judge Jackson of being sympathetic to child abusers.
Wink, wink.
Or adopting the slogan, Save the Children, which of course sounds perfectly noble, innocent enough on its face, but as Associate Press reports, has actually become a dog whistle to QAnon supporters.
Or, more recently, through vague allegations of grooming, an age-old smear to imply that members of the LGBTQ community are trying to prime children for sexual abuse.
That appears to be the case in Florida, and the basis behind the state's so-called Don't Say Gay Bill, which prohibits the discussion, the discussion in class, of sexual orientation or gender identity in classrooms for young children.
Now, some Republicans will try to lie and say the bill is the laws about parents' rights or other nonsense.
But Republican Governor Ron DeSantis' spokesperson gave away the whole game.
She, sort of like Marjorie Taylor Greene, wasn't quite, like, with it enough to kind of keep it quiet.
She said, the bill that liberals inaccurately called Don't Say Gay would be more accurately described as the anti-grooming bill.
And quote, if you're against the anti-grooming bill, you're probably a groomer.
Or at least you don't denounce the grooming of 48-year-old children, silence is complicit in.
Just, I want everyone to focus on what she is accusing people of here.
There it is, she said the quiet part loud.
If you don't agree with the bill, you are actively culturating young children to sexually abuse them.
Everything you don't like is the work of this nefarious cabal of pedophiles who are literally attempting to institutionalize systematic sexual molestation of children.
If you're a Democrat, you're either a pedophile or a pedophile sympathizer.
If you're a gay teacher who mentions, I don't know, going away with your husband this weekend, you're doing the same.
And this rhetoric, it's not fringe, that's the spokesperson Ron DeSantis, become omnipresent in right-wing media.
And I do also wonder about the purpose of power here.
This does strike, I mean, you know, I was thinking about the Glenn Young campaign in Virginia and the kind of CRT moral panic and how that was sort of a classic example of a kind of what we used to call dog-whistle, right?
You're talking about Critical race theory, and one set of people hears one thing, another set of people hear another thing, you can kind of hedge the two together that you need to build a coalition, and you say things like, of course we want to teach about racial injustice, and of course I don't, you know, I'm not a racist, and I, you know, but the people who really are like real keyed up about that here.
This, this is not a dog whistle.
This is just like a shrill screaming.
I mean, it sounds, to me, not particularly politically smart.
unidentified
Well, you know, I mean, what happens with these things, when you look at movements, like, which is what the Republican Party has become, it's become an anti-democratic movement, not really a political party in any traditional American sense, where they have a coherent ideology as opposed to a Democrat coherent ideology, and you argue about that.
Republican exists, party now, exists to beat Democrats.
That's why cartels exist.
No one asks OPEC, what is your higher purpose?
You just sell oil.
So what you have here is a pattern where the absurd gradually and the extreme gradually becomes normalized.
And it's part of a predictable pattern of how autocracies take over.
So, you know, they'll start to be a legal justification for this.
There's a propaganda wing in Fox.
There's a political wing that's been established now in the Republican Party.
It's well financed.
And there are legal efforts to normalize what you now that we now think is crazy.
But then it will sort of gradually become the law of the land.
And that's how we lose this whole little thing we call democracy.
It's not going to die in a coup.
It's going to die in the ballot box and in the courtroom.
And this is just part of that process.
I want to play Tom Cotton for you because he took it even lower today.
tom cotton
The last Judge Jackson left the Supreme Court to go to Nuremberg and prosecute the case against the Nazis.
unidentified
This Judge Jackson might have gone there to defend them.
Slavery defender Tom Cotton, your witness, Elliot.
elie mystal
Insurrectionist aficionado Tom Cotton is the last person who gets to say that.
First of all, he needs to keep Judge Jackson's name out his mouth.
Because Robert Jackson, I'm sure Cotton doesn't know this, Robert Jackson was actually a huge defender of the Fourth Amendment and of due process.
I'm sure he would have welcomed people to go defend the Nazis because that's how we know that there's a fair trial going on.
So Tom Cotton has no idea what he's talking about when it comes to the legacy of that particular Supreme Court justice.
But more to the point, Tom Cotton, in fact, is the person not doing the things to prosecute the people who actually ran a coup against this country and this government.
He is the sympathizer to fascism, not Ketanji Brown Jackson.
And that's, I think, as much as I can say about Tom Cotton on a family network show.
unidentified
On a family network.
You and me both.
We can text what we really, uh, the rest of what we have to say that's not for polite company.
Ellie Mistal, appreciate you, my friend.
steve bannon
Mike Davis back in a moment.
unidentified
Patriots, Hispanic Americans continue to revolt against the Democrat Party and that trend is only going to accelerate with the likely confirmation of Judge Jackson because Hispanic Americans who are largely Catholic and evangelical simply cannot stand the idea of this radical and pedophilia coddling judge serving for a lifetime as a justice on the Supreme Court.
That vote will likely mark the end of the political careers of two western senators.
I'm talking about Kelly of Arizona and Masto of Nevada.
For some background on their political peril, let's get to a Chalk Talk Brought to you by Getter.
If we look at Biden approval among Hispanic citizens in those states, we see that in both Arizona and Nevada, Biden began office with enormous goodwill.
Approval ratings in the 60s disapprove only in the 20s.
But what has happened ever since among Hispanic citizens?
Well, in Arizona, minus 30% net.
In Nevada, Okay, the great Steve Cortez is going to join us in the next hour.
of Biden and the Democrat Party has effectively left Hispanics as political orphans.
And Hispanics continue to rally to the America First agenda of cultural conservatism plus economic populist nationalism.
steve bannon
OK, the great Steve Cortez is going to join us in the next hour.
Here's what's the key point.
That mashup we did with the great team in Denver and our own great producer Cameron and his team here, those segments are actually 20 and 30 minutes long.
And we're going to get them and put them up on our Getter account because you have to watch them.
And this is not to everybody, forget Fox News, that's not relevant.
What's relevant in this war, as you must understand with MSNBC, is kind of their command center, okay?
They're in full 100% panic right now.
unidentified
Panic!
steve bannon
They started Joy Ann Reid Show last night and Chris Hayes back-to-back with this topic about attaching Judge Jackson's issues with sex trafficking, pedophiles, child pornography, child torture, child rape, baby rape, baby torture, all of it.
Hangin' it around her.
And you see Steve Cortez in the numbers.
This is going to be a career-ending vote for these folks in the Senate.
From Murkowski to the Democrats, particularly in Arizona and Nevada, and also Tim Ryan in Ohio.
Let's add him to the funeral pyre.
OK, they keep talking about democracy, democracy, all this.
Hey, they're getting a democracy suppository.
OK, we're going to have a this is not about they said all the Republican Party is all is about just beating Democrats.
No ideology.
No, you're wrong.
It is about destroying the Democratic Party as a national political institution.
So it can't spread its poison nationally ever again.
OK, that is our that is our task and purpose.
I want to bring in Mike Davis from Article 3.
Mike, you've seen the meltdown.
Walk us through specifically the critical path, what happens over the next couple days, because the policy, you cannot lean on your rakes today.
This thing is far from over, and when I say far from over, I mean the toxicity of this vote, okay, is we have to make this the most toxic vote in the history of confirmations in the United States Senate.
The numbers 202, 224, 3121, You've already got Capitol Hill buzzing with how you've carpet bombed these phone calls, and we've got to make sure it continues non-stop.
Mike Davis, walk us through the reaction you're seeing and hearing right now, how this strategy is working, and where do we go from here?
mike davis
I think your opening showed that our strategy is working very well when they have to roll out one of the leaders of the Lincoln Project.
The Lincoln Project harbored co-founder John Weaver, who used his official position in the Super PAC to trade sex for jobs and to prey on a 14-year-old.
steve bannon
Yeah, that was Stuart Stevens.
But let's be frank, the Lincoln Project is a home of the protection of pedophiles and rentboys and all that.
It's a disgrace what they've done in trafficking and in all these issues, right?
The Lincoln Project is the pedophile, what is, support function of the, let's be honest, of the establishment of the Republican Party.
One of the reasons they hate the base and they hate talking about this topic, which is not a topic we've ever taken up before, they hate it because, hey, they've got certain affiliate programs.
Lincoln Project's up to their neck in this.
And you got Stuart Stevens there pontificating about this when he should have what these guys should have been doing is getting to the bottom of what was happening in Lincoln Project and where that cash was going. So when Lincoln Project is out there as the opposition, that's exactly hey, can't be better. You can't you've teed this up perfectly.
mike davis
So what happens now they're in meltdown, it's only going to get worse. It's only get more intense. It's only going to get more intense. What happens over the next two days, sir? So yeah, so the Senate is going to have what's called a cloture vote, probably around 11 o'clock tomorrow. And that is a 30 minute vote and it will limit debate on Judge Jackson's nomination to up to 30 hours.
So we're going to see a confirmation vote sometime around or before 530 on Friday.
steve bannon
That's because they want to get out of town.
So they're doing a lifetime appointment.
Judge Jackson does not need to sit in the Supreme Court until the first week of October.
Breyer's here until mid-June, right when the session ends.
He's not going to replace this session.
So the hurry is to make sure they can get out of town for Easter.
So that's why they're cramming it all in?
mike davis
Well, I mean, the Democrat, if they have 51 votes for cloture, that cuts off debate.
There's nothing the Republicans can do to stop it at that point.
So that's why it's so critical today and tomorrow before 11 o'clock, and then even after the cloture vote, that people light up the Senate switchboard.
Both of their home state senators, deep blue states, deep red states, light them up, that we have them rattled.
You saw this at the committee debate and vote the other day, Durbin was rattled, the Democrats are rattled.
This should have been a triumphant, grand slam political victory for Democrats and they are reeling.
People need to call.
People need to know, these senators need to know that you're still paying attention to their votes.
steve bannon
Yeah, no, Joanne Reid and Chris Hayes are not sitting there with this is the greatest thing ever and we're going to make it a big campaign issue.
The folks talking about how it's going to end the Republican Party, they understand what the math is here.
The Democratic candidates have to super over-perform with Hispanics, and that's not happening.
Right now, Steve Cortez walked through it.
It's a free fall.
You add this on top of it.
it's a career-ending vote.
And so during the 30 hours, we're trying to work out something with Mike Davis that we can get his commentary on the 30 hours.
Because this will be, Mike, this will be a historic debate, don't you think?
mike davis
This is a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land.
And we are about to appoint a Supreme Court justice who has a 25-year legal record going back to Harvard Law School of extreme disqualifying leniency for sex predators of kids.
And that is well-documented on Article 3 Project's website, article3project.org.
article3project.org It is clearly on there We have the receipts going back to Harvard Law School her four years at the US Sentencing Commission and her eight years on the federal district court in DC This is a hundred percent record.
She judge Jackson served as the tip of the spear for extreme leniency for people who Watch and trade hunt down watch and trade sex torture videos of young kids including babies She should not be on the Supreme Court.
This is much bigger than a legal and political issue.
This is a moral issue.
There are plenty of other potential contenders who could fill this spot, and I think you're right, Steve.
This should be a career-ending vote for any senator, Democrat or Republican, who votes for this nomination.
steve bannon
Okay, once again, how do people... I just want to make another... For anybody out there who's been giving money to JCN, the Judicial Crisis Network, and look, the people at JCN are fine.
It's the people that control JCN.
They have done an awful job.
In fact, they've hurt this entire effort by their ridiculous commercials.
The commercials are actually an embarrassment.
They're talking about dark money and all this, and let's be blunt, they're a dark money group.
It's just, it's absurd.
And they've heard it, and if you're a donor, a small donor, you have to take into consideration, and you should ask them, why were you silent on the one issue that's not about Judge Jackson's qualifications, and it's not, quite frankly, even about Judge Jackson's philosophy, right?
People have different philosophies, and they never really made the case on the philosophy.
This is about a very specific issue, and this issue happens to be quite important, and Judge Jackson, in this regard, is a rounder.
Judge Jackson is highly qualified.
Best law schools, best college, academic, amazing academic performance, clerk for the right people, if you're a liberal, you know, she's on the appellate court.
A lot of these guys voted for her on the appellate court.
Lifetime, that's a lifetime position right below the Supreme Court.
DC Appellate Court.
So, Mike Davis, once more.
Okay, 202-224-3121.
Also, Act for America.
Let's get that back up, Captain Ben, in all the different chat rooms.
Brigitte Gabriel yesterday was here.
You can go there, you can get a whole script, you can email, or you can just call 202-224-3121.
Do not let up today, because Capitol Hill has been rattled.
You've heard the same thing, Mike, that they're kind of shocked by the volume of calls they're getting?
mike davis
100%.
And I'm hearing it from many different Senate offices.
These calls are the most effective way to get their attention.
Emails are, you know, sure you can email, but pick up the phone and call their office.
That is more important than anything.
And when they see this groundswell of real American anger calling into their office, they pay attention.
steve bannon
Okay, Mike, one more time.
How do people follow you on Getter and Twitter?
mike davis
So, M-R-D-D-M-I-A, M-R-D-D-M-I-A, and it's article3project.org, article number 3project.org, and thank you very much, Steve, for what you continue to do on this very important issue.
steve bannon
Okay, we'll be back with you in the evening show, Mike, for an update and figure out the 30 hours tomorrow.
We want to give Mike a platform to give commentary.
This will be a historic debate on the floor of the Senate for a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mike Davis, thank you very much.
Thank you.
The screening, the premiere last night in Mar-a-Lago was a monster hit.
President Trump, I am told, sat through the entire film, gave a talk beforehand, sat through it, gave a talk afterwards.
It's obviously something he's very focused on.
We've got the great Ken Cuccinelli is going to join us.
Ken is in the film.
He's going to join us next.
Also, Ken is the guy that came up with the construct of having all these states bind together to secure the southern border of the United States.
Ken Cuccinelli!
A member of the Trump administration.
All next in The War Room.
unidentified
On the day that he was inaugurated, The Washington Post did an article on impeaching him.
I, Donald John Trump, do solemnly swear... Donald J. Trump is now President of the United States.
They had an absolute, legitimate meltdown.
If you try to change a system that big, the system fights back.
The story behind the biggest election takeover in history.
We're only now being able to finally confirm exactly how this worked.
Mark Zuckerberg and his wife are donating more money to local governments ahead of the election.
$100 million on top of a $300 million gift.
The most money any individual has ever spent to win a presidential campaign in the history of our country.
I actually became infuriated that someone had allowed Zuckerberg to tip the scale.
The election was bought way before election day.
mike davis
They stole it fair and square.
unidentified
They changed the voting rules in the middle of the game.
A nation divided.
This was the greatest billionaire assault on election integrity we've ever seen.
A billionaire-funded plot against the president.
Do you believe that they used the COVID emergency as an excuse to pull this partisan voter turnout operation?
steve bannon
Am I allowed to give you a one-word answer?
unidentified
answer? Yes.
It was really a partial takeover of the election system.
I don't think we have to blame China or voting machines.
I think we can look straight in the eye of Mark Zuckerberg and that's why Joe Biden won.
That's what this was.
A corrupt, democratic voter turnout operation.
You had them putting their own personnel in to actually run the election in places.
You had an entire Democratic Party petrified that Joe Biden was going to be outspent, outboxed by Trump.
Rigged.
steve bannon
It was a rigged election.
unidentified
People have to find out what happened.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
That's the movie Rigged.
It had its screening or its premiere in Mar-a-Lago last night.
I think the folks have not been back together since 16 victories.
It's just incredible who showed up at this.
I want to bring in Ken Cuccinelli, who was in the Trump administration, Department of Homeland Security.
Ken, I think this audience particularly knows the argument.
They're finally glad somebody brought the receipts and are making the case.
The question for you, and I think a lot of the audience may not remember or know that you were Attorney General in the Commonwealth of Virginia and have a reputation of being a fairly tough hombre, as we say.
The question for this audience, they want to know, what is now to be done?
They want to push this film out.
They're going to order this movie.
They're going to get it to their friends.
Now that you've made the case, and I would ask you, do you think the case is made in this film?
And if it is, where do you go from here, both on the process of getting the electors decertified, and also what our audience bugs me about every time we have this on, is the criminal referrals on Zuckerberg, his wife, and those executives.
Sir?
unidentified
Yeah, so I do think this movie really captures the assault Accomplished by Zuckerberg and his wife.
Scott Walters in there from Capital Research lays out the numbers very well.
It's very clear.
And people were curious, how does Joe Biden get declared the winner at the same time Republicans are picking up 10, 11, 12 seats in the House?
And the answer is the Zuckerbucks was focused on places like Philadelphia, Detroit, Madison, Where they were already going to vote Democrat, and it was a turnout machine.
And what Zuckerberg funded was turning government officials, who were supposed to be neutral executors of an election, into partisan get-out-the-vote efforts.
And it had a huge impact on the outcome of the presidential election, as President Trump himself said, yes.
You know, in answer to Dave Bossie's question there.
About the effect.
And one of the things we're doing, the Election Transparency Initiative, as people wake up to this, we are, I think we've crossed 15 states now that have either banned or seriously restricted Zuckerbucks.
And in Virginia and Kentucky now, just two of the most recent, these bans passed on a bipartisan basis.
The opponent here isn't just all Democrats.
It's the radical left of the Democrat Party.
It's the Stalinist wing of the Democrat Party, as I call it, the AOCs and so forth, that want chaos, that want this kind of loophole that the Zuckerbergs of the world can drive through.
And we're closing that down, state by state, with the support of ordinary, common-sense Americans.
steve bannon
Do you think it can be used to, because until we get to the bottom in Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania particularly, Michigan and Nevada, awful.
But you got the four low-hanging fruit on this topic.
Do you think this can be pressed about 3 November 2020?
I understand we're shutting it down and getting Zuckerberg out, so we got it because we have a sweeping victory this year.
But, and I think you know the guy in Mar-a-Lago is particularly focused, particularly focused that if we don't sort out 3 November, and his followers say we don't sort out 3 November, you don't, you really can't go forward.
So where do you think, how do you think this film plays into that?
unidentified
Well, I mean, in the film they say, you know, people need to learn about this.
I completely agree.
We're seeing with the Arizona audit, with the Wisconsin report by Gableman, there's a lot of Specific details about the problems, I'll call them, with 2020 coming out.
And we need to learn from these things and take action.
Now, a state like Arizona, they've been in the last two legislative sessions, they've taken steps to improve their elections.
But in Wisconsin, every good effort has been blocked by Governor Evers.
And they have You know, put forward plenty of good ideas to clean things up.
I'm also looking, by the way, Steve, for accountability.
When you had the sheriff in Wisconsin lay out the criminal case for the violation of election laws all over the state, prosecutors need to follow up on those situations.
We had a Republican prosecutor this past week, a DA in Pennsylvania, who said, yes, I have a bunch of people Who violated the election laws related to our drop boxes, but it wouldn't be fair to prosecute them.
What?
How is it unfair to prosecute people who you have dead to rights breaking the law?
Why have laws if you're not going to enforce them?
So there are a number of levels at which we need to see improvement across the country, and these elections in 2022 In Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania come to mind the most.
These governor's elections are going to have a big, big impact on the potential to clean up elections in those swing states.
But even in the absence, by the way, Steve, of winning there, smart people are moving to put things on the ballot, like photo identification, for example.
So voters in those states can decide for themselves and can get around They're Democrat governors who are towing the party line of no election reform, no cleaning up the system.
steve bannon
Do you believe, being a former state attorney general, that there's enough receipts here that could lead, like a Brnovich, to now look at impaling a grand jury and start getting into a criminal investigation of Zuckerberg, his wife, and their executives, and other state officials that worked with us?
unidentified
Yeah, so one of the problems with the Zuckerbucks was that You know, given how 501c3s have operated for many years, they came right up to those lines.
I can't say that they necessarily crossed them.
I think it was Steve Moore in the movie who said they legally stole the election.
And part of the problem was that this had elements of defensibility.
Now, there are other problems, like in Wisconsin.
I think they may have crossed state election law lines.
Where local officials are going to have to hold them accountable.
The problem in those states, Steve, is generally it's in deeply, thoroughly Democrat areas, many of which have Soros prosecutors who, frankly, are supportive of what Zuckerberg and his wife were doing.
They're not going to prosecute if there were legal problems within the state.
steve bannon
So where should we go from, to get to the bottom of 3 November, if it's a state issue, and particularly in Wisconsin and some of these other states, and Pennsylvania, but you've got source-backed DAs, at the federal level where you say, hey, it may be, but the toes are right on the line, maybe they crossed the line, but you don't have fire, Brnovich is not a fire breather, the guy in Georgia is worse, that's why John Gordon's Yeah, so a couple of things.
First of all, look at the Virginia experience last year.
And where you sit now with this film and the information, the film kind of blows you away because it's so perfectly made. But the action going forward, this audience is saying, hey, just give us direction. Where do we put our shoulder to the wheel to do it? What would you recommend? Yeah, so a couple of things. First of all, look at the Virginia experience last year.
unidentified
In 2019, Democrats got control of Virginia government and they made over 60 changes to to our election laws.
Mark Elias would be very happy with the election laws of Virginia.
But of course, in November, the Republican ticket swept that state, which hasn't happened since 2009, when I got elected Attorney General.
And they did it with a Democrat set of rules.
How did they do it?
They did it because thousands of people, like the folks watching you and me right now, Steve, went out and got trained as election officials and they went inside the polling places and they helped run the election and keep it honest and the Republicans won on a Democrat set of rules just doing a better job than the Democrats did in the campaign.
steve bannon
Ninety-five percent, yeah, ninety-five percent of the thing that last, Trump was thirty-three and the gubernatorial was twenty-five.
Let's pivot, because we're running out of time.
You were the guy that's come up, you were with Russ Vought, you and Russ Vought have partnered on this think tank.
You came up with the idea for attorney generals in states to take a more aggressive position
So, the governors of the border states are the commanders-in-chief of their state authorities, and under the Constitution, what you're referring to that we've published at Center for Renewing America, they have the constitutional authority to turn back invasions of their states.
unidentified
And that is unarguably what is happening on the southern border.
So particularly you assume a Democrat governor isn't going to do this.
So you look at Ducey and Abbott in Arizona and Texas.
They have the power today to let their National Guard, their state police, they can deputize their local law enforcement and other state governors could send them personnel who could also be deputized in their chain of command.
Who can then turn these migrants around, illegal aliens, let's call them what they are, crossing the border in between our ports of entry.
And that's it.
I mean, you catch them, you take them back into Mexico, and you're done.
It's not immigration law.
It's not public health law.
Title 42 is public health law.
It's state constitutional authority to repel an invasion.
And, you know, as you look at the taking down of Title 42, The necessity of states stepping forward to do this work, even though they shouldn't have to, the federal government should be doing it, is obvious to everyone.
And I, you know, I hope what Governor Abbott is going to announce today is that he's going to start this process himself in Texas.
And I hope Ducey will follow suit.
If they don't do it, I guarantee you the next Arizona governor who gets elected in this November Will not get elected without committing to undertaking this defense of Arizona in January 2023.
So it's coming, Steve.
steve bannon
Ken, and by the way, we're going to follow Abbott's announcement.
Ken, real quickly, social media, how do people track you down?
unidentified
Well, strangely enough, Twitter hasn't kicked me off yet.
I don't understand it.
steve bannon
I'm at Ken Cuccinelli and of course, Center for Renewing America is across a whole number of platforms.
And we're very aggressive, as you've kindly noted.
unidentified
In the past on this issue, as well as many others.
It's definitely a contender for the leading edge.
steve bannon
Stop the presses.
Ken Cuccinelli and Russ Vought are aggressive.
Thank you, sir.
Ken Cuccinelli.
The movie is rigged!
Ken Cuccinelli.
Thanks for coming on, Ken.
Short break.
Gonna go up to Northeast Pennsylvania and talk about the border.

Okay, I want to bring in Jim Bognett for Pennsylvania 8.
First question.
Every state's a border state now.
This Title 42, taking it off, leading to the invasion of the United States.
Even worse than it's been to date, although March was the highest number in American history of illegal aliens entering our country.
What are the good folks up in Pennsylvania 8 think about this, Jim?
unidentified
Steve, there's a lot of outrage.
I mean, we already are overrun in Northeast Pennsylvania with illegal immigration issues.
My hometown of Hazelden, Pennsylvania has become, unfortunately, a center of heroin and fentanyl trafficking.
We need to do better.
We certainly don't need to have Title 42 removed.
That is one of the only sensible things that has been keeping illegal immigration at some kind of level that doesn't destroy our country.
You know, I hear on the streets of Scranton, PA, Joe Biden's so-called hometown, people are outraged.
People can't believe that New York Mayor Adams still wants four-year-old children to wear masks, but apparently coronavirus isn't enough of a problem that we keep in place this really sensible regulation.
So we need to keep Title 42 in place, but we have to go farther, Steve.
We have to crack down on the border.
We have to finish President Trump's border wall.
We have to go to a remain-in-Mexico policy permanently, or else we're going to be in big, big trouble.
steve bannon
How does how does how does Northeast Pennsylvania have a Democrat, not just a Democratic congressman, but one that's so tied to the most radical wing, the Nancy Pelosi wing of the Democratic Party?
How did that happen?
unidentified
You know, the way it happened was money.
We have George Soros money flooding into my district.
They spent a million five attacking me last year with Soros money.
You know, my opponent, Matt Cartwright, he votes with Nancy Pelosi 100 percent of the time.
But as you know, Steve, He never talks about it.
He never goes on TV.
He doesn't answer questions.
He doesn't campaign.
He did the Joe Biden remain in your basement policy when he was campaigning last year.
Didn't come out and answer questions.
We challenged him to do five debates.
He did one debate on PBS because he didn't want anyone to see it.
So it's really a come back home, lie to your constituents policy.
But we're not going to let him get away with that this time.
We're going to go at him hard.
We're going to win the seat.
steve bannon
There's too much common sense up there, folks, right?
Like, for instance, I know you're running for a House seat, not a Senate, but what are folks' opinion of this issue with pedophilia, the torture and rape of infants and young children that Judge Jackson, who's highly qualified but seems to be comfortable with, particularly to give them very light sentences.
How's that sitting with folks up there in Northeast Pennsylvania?
unidentified
They think it's insane.
They think it's insane that of all the A jurist in America.
This is the one Joe Biden picked to be on the Supreme Court.
Someone who's been soft on pedophilia, on crime in general.
I mean, we have crime taking off in Philadelphia and New York.
We see it on the news every night here in Northeast Pennsylvania.
And Joe Biden picked about the most liberal, the most soft on crime jurist that you could ever pick.
I totally oppose her nomination.
I think any Republican that's thinking of voting for her is making a gigantic mistake.
She may be more liberal than Sotomayor, which I didn't even know was possible, was humanly possible.
So we need to stand up.
That's the problem with some of these weak Republicans.
They're afraid to stand up and say, no, this is not the person we need on the Supreme Court.
You know, they should be filibustering this nomination.
They should be going as hard as they can against her.
And yet I kind of see like, oh, if she's going to make it through, who cares?
They should be going after her hard.
We need to stop this.
You know, the Democrats came up with this whole nonsense of defund the police.
This woman is like the cheerleader for being soft on crime.
It happens over and over again.
But now Joe Biden's lying about it, making claims that he doesn't want to defund the police.
We know the truth.
In 2020, when the rubber met the road in the summer, when there were riots, the Democrats sold out our police.
They didn't have their back.
And now we have a crime wave.
steve bannon
We've got about a minute.
This attack on the American family.
You've seen it from every woke corporation.
You've seen it from the radical wing of the Democratic Party.
How's that playing?
What do folks in Scranton and Northeast Pennsylvania think about this?
unidentified
Well, they're angry at Disney.
They're angry at people that think that men should be in the pool swimming against women.
They think it's insane.
If you go to our website, boguenetforcongress.com, you can get my whole thoughts on this.
You know, they're very angry in general about the attack on our culture.
And Steve, it even extends to election reform.
I mean, we know Democrats have been trying to steal elections.
General elections succeeded in some cases, unfortunately.
Now we have Democrats.
I have a primary opponent who was a Democrat for 50 years.
He ran on Hillary Clinton's ticket in 2016, endorsed her campaign for her.
Now he's trying to pretend to be a Republican.
And get elected.
So we're angry about the attack in our culture.
We're angry about the attack in our election.
But there's only one way to take it out.
It's to win this year.
It's to win in 2020.
Restore our House Republican majority.
steve bannon
Win big.
Jim, how do people get you on social media and your campaign to find out more about you?
unidentified
Bognet.
B-O-G-N-E-T.
For FORCongress.com.
Getter.
Facebook.
Come see us.
BognetforCongress.com.
Thanks for having me, Steve.
steve bannon
Jim, thanks for coming on.
Mike Davis told me right after, up on Capitol Hill, you notice there's no Democrats in Senate that are running this year.
They're stepping up to a microphone and defending Judge Jackson.
This is signal, not noise.
We've made this vote radioactive.
We're going to make it more radioactive.
You vote for her for confirmation.
It's a career-ending vote.
That's how toxic this thing will be.
A career-ending vote on just the facts.
No opinions, just the facts.
