The greatest billionaire assault on election integrity we've ever seen.
david bossie
It was a partial takeover of the election system.
unidentified
You had an entire Democratic Party petrified.
We can look straight in the eye at Mark Zuckerberg.
cleta mitchell
That's why Joe Biden won.
donald j trump
He's putting money under the guise that he's going to open up the election.
unidentified
That's all crap.
donald j trump
It was a rigged election.
People have to find out what happened.
david bossie
CTCL claimed that the money went to conduct safe elections during the pandemic, but actually only a very small portion of the money reportedly went to PPE.
Do you believe that they used the COVID emergency as an excuse to pull this partisan voter turnout operation?
donald j trump
Am I allowed to give you a one-word answer?
Yes.
Without question, yes.
Look where he spent it.
I've read where he spent 97% in Democrat areas.
So he's putting money under the guise that he's going to open up the election and all of that.
That's all crap.
He's not going to open it up.
He's closing it.
He's making it impossible for a Republican to win.
It's corrupt.
It's not fair.
Shouldn't be allowed.
Probably isn't allowed.
We're now finding all of this stuff out.
You know, it was hidden.
Put in reports, but hidden.
But now when you see the extent of it, also when you see the extent of the voting, where it's 97% for Biden and 3% for Trump in some cases, but we got millions and millions of votes.
And When somebody's allowed to spend $417 million with no recourse, and then you read later on, long after the election's over, that the vast majority of that went to Democrats.
I mean, how is that not a violation of the law?
steve bannon
OK, welcome.
Elections have consequences.
Stone elections have catastrophic consequences.
You can see that in your community, in your state, in this country and throughout the world, the illegitimate Biden regime.
And I'm sorry if YouTube and Twitter and little Jamie Raskin and the 6th January Committee and all this other, all this other, all this other nonsense doesn't like it.
In fact, we're going to go to Mar-a-Lago in a second.
Here's what I recommend.
I recommend that the Democratic Party, because we're going to destroy the Democratic Party at the ballot box this November 8th.
And I don't mean just destroying a big election win.
I mean literally crush it, destroy it, so they cannot revive itself as a national political institution.
We're going to do it at every level, from school boards to the secretaries of state, governorships, state legislatures, and of course the House and the Senate.
I want to go to Neal McCabe.
He's outside of Mar-a-Lago.
Neal McCabe is the National Political Editor for the Star News Network, one of our strategic partners.
Neal, talk to us about, it's the premiere of the initial screening of RIG tonight.
I understand security is a little tight down there.
There's all types of VIPs like Dave Bossy and Cleta Mitchell and others down there.
In addition to a guy that was 45th president United States and won the election in 2020.
Talk to us about rigged in this premiere.
unidentified
Yeah, earlier today, Steve, about an hour before we started setting up here, we went over to Mar-a-Lago.
It's kind of a carnival atmosphere there.
A lot of cars pulling in, a lot of people pulling in, a lot of excitement about this movie.
And I think what this movie does, Steve, is it establishes the terra firma.
There's a lot of speculation about trucks and ballots and different things.
This is provable.
This is concrete.
And like you say, you know, you're always asking, what is solid?
And I think this movie, Rigged, gives us what is solid about what Mark Zuckerberg and his people did in 2020.
steve bannon
Look, you guys at Star News, this is one of the reasons that Michael Patrick Leahy set it up for the Battleground States.
This is the first time a film's come out, and I know Dinesh has got one coming out, but the Mules, I think it is in Georgia.
But now you're getting filmmakers that are investigators to really drill down on this.
The atmosphere over there, they think this is going to lead to, the folks around there think this is going to lead to something?
unidentified
I think people are just excited that they have something to rely on because, you know, the tsunami of negativity, you know, the so-called big lie.
I mean, it's so overwhelming.
Everywhere you turn, every time you read a New York Times article, you know, they have to slip in the words, you know, unproven, unsubstantiated.
People need to know what is provable and what is solid, and that's what this film does.
So everybody comes here, they see it, they go back to their hometowns, and they start talking about it, and then it starts building across the country, Steve.
steve bannon
Neil, thank you.
How do you get to Star News and what's your social media?
We know you get a punch out to go get set up inside Mar-a-Lago, and it's not easy to get to security.
So how do people follow you?
unidentified
No, it is not!
Yeah, you can find me on Twitter and Getter and Truth Social at Reporter McCabe and then www.thestarnewsnetwork.com.
Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
Neil McCabe outside of Mar-a-Lago.
He's going to go inside and get ready for this premiere.
Hopefully get a pickup shot with him in the six o'clock hour.
Let's go to Mar-a-Lago.
We've got Dave Bossi, the producer and writer of the film.
Dave, I know it's a big night for you.
You and I have done a number of these premieres before.
I understand all the attention to detail that you have.
Tell me, this is something, since you were deputy campaign manager in 16, and are very close, the inner circle of President Trump.
What's the feeling that you're at Mar-a-Lago premiering a film of a topic that is pretty close to Donald Trump's heart?
david bossie
Well, Steve, I just wish you would come down.
I know you never leave your little bunker there, but I wish you and Mark Levin never leave your homes.
We wish you were here.
unidentified
Okay.
steve bannon
Hold it.
Hold it.
Hang on.
unidentified
Stop.
Hold.
Stop.
steve bannon
I can't let that go.
You can't compare.
Levin's got his own island.
I think he's got like the Bahamas or something, right?
I'm some Schmendrick.
I'm some Schmendrick around the corner from Citizens United.
Okay.
donald j trump
Yeah.
steve bannon
Don't.
unidentified
Please.
Please.
david bossie
Don't.
The Great Wood.
steve bannon
Don't compare that.
Go ahead.
david bossie
Okay.
Point taken.
But listen, it's really a surreal moment here.
We have the old 2016 crew is here.
Kellyanne Conway is here.
Hope Hicks is here.
Corey Lewandowski is here.
We have a tremendous group of people.
Reince Priebus is here.
We're going to have a great night.
The President, as you said, this issue, this topic is incredibly important to the President.
Having the facts and evidence that we believe this film shows for the American people to finally push back against the mainstream media.
Let's just remember last week, after two years of the Hunter Biden laptop story, the mainstream media finally is saying, oh, well, there is enough there.
We can't allow them to continue this.
It's been 18 months since this rigged election.
And we have to continue to call him out on it.
And we have to give President Trump the ability, the facts and evidence to be able to use it out there on the campaign trail or out on his rally trail, if you will, so that he's able to communicate with the American people and say, here is what happened.
Finally, we are going to put these pieces together and prove it to the American people.
steve bannon
Hold on, I know he, look, he'll take it, I take it he's saying some words tonight before the film actually starts.
But isn't there enough, I've heard people that have watched this and I saw it, but people that are professional investigators, they think there's enough here in certain states to give it to folks and you can actually get criminal referrals, I'll take this before a grand jury, that there's actual criminal, not just about stealing the election, there's actual criminal behavior here.
What say you, sir?
david bossie
Yeah, Steve, it's a great question.
Look, I understand a little bit about investigations, and I think this cries out.
For audits of these states, it cries out for an investigation.
Just on Thursday, Steve, Jeff Landry, the Attorney General of Louisiana, who is a part of this film, who is here in Mar-a-Lago this evening for the premiere, has it Open investigation into the Center for Tech and Civic Life, one of the two organizations that that was that the Chan Zuckerberg initiative ran their money through.
And just on Thursday, he won a three to nothing decision at the State Court of Appeals to allow him to move to the discovery phase.
of this investigation.
So he's going to be able to go after and get the emails and the text messages and the phone calls and the bank records of these organizations so that he is the tip of the spear.
Jeff Landry is the tip of the spear on this investigation as a state attorney general, and he's got the blueprint for other states' attorneys general if they will have the courage to go after Mark Zuckerberg's money.
steve bannon
Wow.
President, talk to us about the President.
He's going to give some introductory comments tonight.
I know he's in the film.
He's actually the star of it.
david bossie
He is, and he's going to open the film with some remarks.
I'm excited to hear what he has to say.
I showed the film to him privately the other day, and he is super.
Excited about tonight.
He wants everybody in America to be able to see this, whether you agree with him or not.
He believes that once we break down this dam, once the water starts flowing, it will not stop.
We have to educate the American people to what happened here in 2020, or it's just going to happen to us again.
We want to show how they rigged it, But we also want to make sure that it never happens again, either this November in the midterms or in 2024.
steve bannon
Trump's a card-carrying SAG member.
How did you get him off?
I know you never pay SAG rates, so how did you work that button?
david bossie
That's great.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, I only pay SAG rates for talent that deserves it, actually.
unidentified
So there's that.
david bossie
Or DGA rates, too, that goes for.
Yeah, I think the president burned his SAG card long ago.
Maybe when they tore up his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, maybe.
steve bannon
Hold it.
You got Corey Lewandowski, Hope Hicks, Kellyanne Conway, Reince Priebus, Dave Bossie all in one location.
Is Shifty Shift or Lil' Jamie Raskin?
They could serve a bunch of subpoenas down there.
I mean, that's all under one roof.
All under one roof.
david bossie
Bring it.
Bring it, little fellas.
They don't want this fight, I can assure you.
steve bannon
Is it a cash bar with that crowd?
unidentified
Is that a production expense?
david bossie
Is it a cash bar?
Yes, it is.
That's why we wanted you here.
Even though you won't drink anything, we wanted you here.
Okay, there's plenty of food and beverage.
Look, Steve, I swear to God, it is surreal to walk around and see all of our old friends from 2016.
Susie Wiles is here.
You know, who was a major part of 2016.
We have just a tremendous group of people on an important issue that we're going to talk about tonight.
And I want to be back with you tomorrow or the next day so that we can talk about what the President said.
steve bannon
And why don't you get some of these people in the film?
We want these guys on here.
I think we've got a couple coming on the next one.
By the way, without Susie Wiles, we wouldn't have won Florida.
Susie Wiles is the mainstay.
She's the man.
unidentified
She was the anchor that held Florida together.
steve bannon
Kellyanne Conway, Reince Priebus, Susie Wilde.
You've got a whole host of people in this film.
RIGGED.
How do people get to it, Dave?
I know you've got to punch in and go be the... I do, I've got to run over.
david bossie
RIGGED2020.com.
Everybody should go to RIGGED2020.com, watch the movie, and learn for yourself how you're able to fight back against this conspiracy that there was the big lie.
So please go to RIGGED2020.com and watch the film today.
steve bannon
Okay, I tell you what, as Cleta gets set up, we're going to go to the border and then get Cleta set up in a second.
So, Dave, you take off and we'll get Cleta in one minute.
By the way, Dave, I just want to remind you, all the great films we made together, I don't ever remember a premiere in a place as nice as Mar-a-Lago.
I just want to make sure that it's duly noted.
david bossie
Hey, hey, hey, you and I went to the Cannes Film Festival once.
It's okay.
I think that was a pretty good one.
unidentified
Not bad.
Not too shabby.
steve bannon
Not too shabby.
david bossie
That's right.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to get Cleta.
Let's get Ben Burquell.
Hey Ben, you're down at the border.
Tell us where you are right now, sir.
ben bergquam
I'm out here doing a ride-along with Lieutenant Lepree with the Pinelle County Sheriff's Department and we're actually at a location where the smugglers, the cartel smugglers, bring the people and this is just some of the souvenirs that we're finding.
Just behind us we've got, and actually I'll let Lieutenant Lepree talk to us about what's here, why this is so significant, and the battle you guys are facing.
unidentified
So sir, basically what we're at right now is a layup spot for the smugglers, and the coyotes will guide people to this location, to our location, to the west, and they lay up here, and as they get here, they'll hunker down in these trees and wait for vehicles to pick them up to be transported to Phoenix, Casa Grande, some of these areas that are known as safer locations for them, even further in the country, and we're sitting about 65, 70 miles in the United States right now, in Arizona.
ben bergquam
And if you could just talk to us about what you're seeing now, President Trump versus now with Joe Biden.
unidentified
Yeah, Ben, we have to bounce real quickly for a commercial break.
steve bannon
We're going to come back and get to you guys.
I just want to make sure you understand something, Ben.
Hakeem Jeffries said today up on Capitol Hill that we're making all this up, that there's no big deal.
This is all just made up by a bunch of right-wing fanatics.
So short commercial break.
We're going to turn.
We're going to Mar-a-Lago with Cleta Mitchell.
To the border with Ben Burkham.
We'll be back in the War Room in just a moment.
unidentified
Wait till they're all gone!
We rejoice when there's no more!
Let's take down the CCP!
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, the movie is rigged.
President Trump, they're having a premiere tonight at Mar-a-Lago.
President Trump will say a few words.
He's actually in the film.
They've got a great cast down there.
Our next guest, Cleta Mitchell, is in it, but they also have Corey Lewandowski, Hope Hicks, Kellyanne Conway, Reince Priebus.
The whole team is down there tonight in Mar-a-Lago at this premiere.
Cleta, you're the best.
You're known as really the lawyer that's done so much for the conservative movement, for the not-for-profits.
And you're an election law expert.
Does this film, do you believe, prove that the 2020 election was stolen?
cleta mitchell
I think it does.
I think that if you look at the background, the documentation, this film is a representation and just tells the story that's been documented in Wisconsin, in Georgia, in Arizona, in Pennsylvania.
And so the problem that we have, Steve, is that we have attorneys general in Wisconsin a Democrat who will not do anything to follow up. Same in Pennsylvania. In Georgia, we have a Republican attorney general who's not going to lift a finger to investigate. And in Arizona, we have a Republican attorney general, but we're still waiting for him to follow up on the referrals that he's gotten from the Arizona audit. So I think we have to look at what our other legal remedies might be, because I have no confidence that any of
these elected officials are going to lift a finger to get to the bottom of and prosecute people who really need to be held to account.
I just keep imagining if the shoe were on the other foot, and if a Republican billionaire had done, put half a billion dollars into manipulating the election outcome in several target states, Can you imagine what the media would be doing?
Can you imagine what the Democratic Party officials in Congress would be doing?
It's just, this is unfathomable to me that nothing, nothing has happened.
But I think that with this film, once it is released and people really get to see it and have people over to your house, watch it, rent a movie theater and do a screening.
I think the more people see this and they understand the story and they understand what happened.
I think that that will begin to make some of these public officials realize they have to do something.
steve bannon
The difference is that the Democrats would come full on.
What you just went through, I think, has got people so upset.
You either talked about where you have Republican legislatures, or you have Republican executives as Secretary of State, Attorney General.
How do you get people over there?
Because I think a lot of people sit there and go, hey, you know, the War Room guy's running around, and you got Boris runs around, and this guy runs around, and Mike Lindell's always running around, and Cleta Mitchell, and people's hair's on fire.
But these are Republicans that are in charge of either the Secretary of State or the legislature.
Do you believe this film?
shows incontrovertible evidence that this is stolen and now you're gonna have uh... people like judge gableman and others that'll be able to push this forward on two fronts number one to start to get a process of showing that this thing that these electors have to be decertified number one and number two that you can actually go to the landrys of the world the AGs and start a criminal process because this is the greatest crime in the history of the country
cleta mitchell
Well, I think that each one of these states has its own unique situation.
In Wisconsin, there's a move afoot to try to get the legislative leaders to call the legislature into special session to enact some constitutional reforms that will keep people from doing this kind of thing in Wisconsin again.
We haven't heard yet whether they're going to do that.
It's a Republican legislature.
They could do some things.
Arizona, again, you come back to I'm waiting for Attorney General Branovich, who's running for the U.S.
Senate.
To me, if I ever wanted to be in the U.S.
Senate, I would understand this is what the people want done.
They want these people to be held to account.
In Georgia, it's just hopeless.
With Chris Carr, the Attorney General there, he's just hopeless.
He was no help.
When we needed him after the election in Georgia, he was a complete no-show.
And I haven't seen hide nor hair of him at all in the last 18 months.
I just think, Steve, that we have to realize that there are a lot of officials in this country who have been totally cowed by the media and they are not going to lift a finger.
But that doesn't mean we can't do things.
And I think we need to look for civil remedies and litigation and find some of these attorneys general, like in Louisiana and some of the states where we have brave, strong attorneys general.
And if they'll start investigating this organization, I think there are IRS violations.
I think there are election law violations.
And I think there is a scheme here.
It is a scheme to violate the law.
And that raises issues of RICO and other potential civil claims that if none of these officials will lift a finger, maybe we can get something done through the civil courts.
Although I got to tell you, the judiciary has not been our friend in trying to hold people accountable and uphold the election laws that were enacted by the legislature.
We've got a tough road, but this at least documents everything.
It puts it all in one place about the Zuckerberg influence and what happened, and the fact that it was their plan.
This didn't just happen.
It was a plan that took place over a couple of years to put it all together.
And just remember this one little fact.
CTCL had a million dollar budget, and they mushroomed to over 400 million.
steve bannon
$400 million, one guy.
Cleta, what's your social media?
How do people follow you?
cleta mitchell
Go to whoscounting.us, that's whoscounting.us, www.whoscounting.us, and we're going to post a link where people can download and buy the film, and we're going to have a podcast, a special podcast about the film, and we want people to go to the website, go to Rig2020.com, that's the Citizens United website for the film, and also go to WhoseCounting.us and we'll also make it available to people that way.
Everybody needs to see it.
Everybody needs to see this.
steve bannon
We will push this hard.
Cleta, thank you so much.
Enjoy tonight.
Thank you, Steve.
You're going to be the Wrangler.
That's a wild crowd, so I'm putting you in charge of being the Wrangler.
Adult supervision.
Adult supervision.
Let's play.
We got it.
Open for for Ben Berquam.
Let's go ahead and play it.
unidentified
Are you a racist?
Do you hate Mexicans?
The media calls us racist for wanting to build Trump's wall.
They censor us, but it doesn't change the truth.
Joe Biden's open border is killing Ohioans with more illegal drugs and more Democrat voters pouring into this country.
This issue is personal.
I nearly lost my mother to the poison coming across our border.
No child should grow up an orphan.
I'm J.D.
Vance, and I approve this message because whatever they call us, we will put America first.
How concerned are you about the surge that's predicted to come and them using that in the midterm election to hurt Democrats?
I think we have to continue to govern responsibly.
And again, we'll wait for presidential action in this area.
But we have a strong story to tell.
And the Republicans have nothing but rhetoric.
And often that rhetoric has no basis in reality.
steve cortes
They have no governing agenda.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to go to the border and our own Ben Berquam from Real America's Voice.
By the way, that's a great transition from Mar-a-Lago to the border.
Ben, you got Lieutenant Lepre there.
Just one thing is that obviously in Ohio, this is an issue because every state's a border state and every town's a border town.
But Ben, the first question I would like you to ask Lieutenant Lepre, I'm going to turn it over to you.
We've got about three minutes to do this part of the interview.
Is Hakeem Jeffries, who will replace Nancy Pelosi if she steps down as Speaker, Hakeem Jeffries says this is all blown out of proportion and there's really nothing going on down there about any kind of surge or invasion of the southern border.
What say you, Ben Burquham?
ben bergquam
Well, he's a scumbag and a liar is about the nicest thing I can say, but I think Lieutenant can probably say it even better.
And just to give you an idea, we've got a group out here from North Carolina, Nash County sheriffs, who are coming out here, joining us, because this is not just a border issue, this is a national issue.
But, Lieutenant Lepre, talk to us about this.
They're saying this is just a right-wing conspiracy issue.
What is the reality?
unidentified
Well, it seems like any lies the media tells are always right-wing conspiracies.
We actually have a war going on in our border, and it's not just at the border.
We're 70 miles into the country, into Pinal County, and this spans along all of Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and what we have is, I can't tell you This layup spot's been here for several months.
There's literally hundreds of piles of clothing, backpacks, sneaky, what we call sneaky feet, which are carpet shoes, inside of just this one area that's probably 75 by 50 yards long and deep.
And that is just a very, very small, minute detail of what we're dealing with in three miles this way we had another one that was what a hundred by 70 feet I'm sorry 100 by 70 yards So if you're telling me that there's not a problem, then they obviously haven't been here they can come right along with me and my sheriff anytime and see that we absolutely are dealing with an influx and a insurgency into our country
We just had our deputies involved in a pursuit with illegal aliens where they bailed off-road and I don't know how many of them bailed out of that vehicle but they're still actively working that right now.
And this is a daily occurrence multiple times a day.
So what does it do?
It takes our resources away from Go into your family's mom that's dying, your kid that might have been involved in a car wreck, a burglary, a homicide, an armed robbery, all these different crimes.
This is not our responsibility, but yet we're forced to deal with it.
ben bergquam
And as we're standing here, Steve, if you look behind us in the mountains behind us, those are actually controlled by cartels.
You have coyote, cartel coyotes all the way up 70 miles north of the border that are occupying that space.
And it is, as the lieutenant said, it's an insurgency.
This is an invasion into our country and anyone who says otherwise is a liar.
That's the nicest thing I can say about him.
unidentified
Absolutely.
steve bannon
Ben, would you and Lt.
Lepree, we would ask you to stay through the commercial break.
I want to come back.
We got Lt.
Lepree.
We got Ben Berquam from Real America's Voice.
Lt.
Lepree from Pinal County, Arizona.
It's one of the border counties.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to return and go to the border.
We also have Mike Davis on an update on this, on the most toxic vote to be taken in the U.S.
Senate, the confirmation of Judge Jackson.
We also got the great Steve Cortez.
unidentified
All next in the War Room.
It's all started.
Everything's begun.
And you are over.
Cause we're taking down the CCP!
Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCP!
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, in Battleground, the 6 o'clock hour, we're going to have footage, we hope.
Mike Lindell's been out in Colorado all day about the machines and about a whole, you know, the paper ballots.
Washington Post has a huge article.
We're going to have folks on in the 6 o'clock hour, including Jim Marchant from Nevada, running for Secretary of State.
He's also coordinating all those Secretaries of State.
The Washington Post in full meltdown about your favorite show, that would be The War Room, talking about and pushing paper ballots.
Isn't that a radical idea?
Paper ballots.
And of course, they got somebody left-wing these cheats.
Remember, the Democratic Party cannot win elections unless they cheat.
This is what Zuckerberg's showing you.
Let me repeat that.
The Democratic Party cannot win elections unless they cheat.
They have to have their, you know, they have to have these funky voter rolls you can't confirm.
They have to have Zuckerberg coming and pumping in money.
They have to have machines.
They have to have everything.
Okay?
We're taking it all back.
We're taking over the election boards, right?
And we're going to have election paper ballots, game day voting paper ballots, and like the French, count it that night.
How about that?
A radical idea.
And they hate it.
They're in full meltdown.
I want to make sure you support the Armored Piercing Shells, Mike Lindell, and of course your humble servants here at the War Room Apparatus.
Go to MyPillow.com, Promo Code War Room, Giza Dream Sheets as low as $39.99, and of course the pillows at $19.99.
You need a great night's sleep to man the ramparts at the War Room, and we all need great night's sleep now because we're going to have to man this every day until November 8th when we destroy the Democratic Party as a national political institution.
Just remember, just keep making that your mantra.
Well, the reason is so great.
It triggers the left like nobody's business.
We're out to destroy the Democratic Party as a national political institution and we will do it from school boards to election boards to county supervisors all the way up to the Senate and House on November 8th, the year of our Lord 2022.
One of the reasons is the invasion that they've initiated and exacerbated on the on the southern border.
of our beloved Republic.
I want to go back to Pinal County, a county I absolutely love, have a very fond spot in my heart for Arizona and for Pinal County.
Ben Burke on Real America's Voice.
Can you ask the Lieutenant, Ben, the questions we talked about, particularly that since they're spending all their time now in Pinal County with the invasion, what's happening to the violent crime rate?
unidentified
Our violent crime rate has increased, Steve, because the people within our county, within Arizona, know our resources, our bodies, our deputies are being tied up on dealing with this stuff.
You know, all it takes is one wreck with a body load where people are ejected and you get 5, 10, 15 people out on a freeway.
You're going to tie us up, you're going to tie the city up if it occurs within city jurisdiction and probably highway patrol.
So now you have several deputies and several officers That have a responsibility to that collision and are not enforcing law or not protecting the citizens of their county, city, or state.
As far as what needs to be done, they need to shut them down.
steve bannon
What needs to be done?
What actions specifically do you believe that the federal government and the state government need to do now and what the American people need to do to have your back to stop this mess?
unidentified
Well, first of all, they need to understand that we are absolutely in an insurgency.
If you see here, I'm holding a pair of carpet shoes.
If these people were coming into this country the way they're supposed to, we wouldn't need to be sneaking in using these.
So they need to understand that Border Patrol, under this administration, is not being given the authority to do their job.
I don't know if you guys have seen the video out of Texas where the agents are actively arguing with their field chief That is absolutely what the agents here are dealing with also.
Border Patrol, HSI, these federal agencies that are tasked with border protection are not allowed to do their job.
So now what happens is it falls on my boss, Sheriff Lamb, to put us in positions where we have no legal authority to detain these people.
So what we do is we deal with the aftermath of what they're doing, such as ruining our natural resources, In dealing with the crime that comes with that, whether it be drug, narcotics trafficking, human trafficking, sex trafficking, the violent crime that comes with the increase of narcotics being brought into our country.
Or, so if they have the ability to do their job, it would take a lot of pressure off of our backs and we could get back to doing constitutionally what the Sheriff's Office should be doing.
The federal government is responsible for border security and just to just to make a point Steve we are not a border county our county starts about 65 miles north of the Mexico border so this isn't Mexico five or ten miles there it's damn near a hundred miles south of us and we're dealing with this when The wall was being in place and it was actually having an effect.
It was slowing traffic.
Is it going to stop it?
Absolutely not.
But it's going to slow it down to a manageable rate for Border Patrol and the other agencies that are impacting this problem we're having.
ben bergquam
And then you add Title 42 leaving.
Just absolute disaster.
steve bannon
Ben, are people down there ready for Title 42?
You know, you've got Mark Kelly and the Democrats are all panicked now because the polling's going against them.
But is there a plan in place to handle the pulling off of Title 42?
unidentified
No.
We have no authority as far as detainment of illegal aliens in this country.
So if that goes away, We're going to be overrun.
I mean, I think they're saying a minimum 20,000 people a day coming across the border.
Well, I hate to tell you, but Nogales doesn't have the resources for 20,000 people a day.
Tucson can take some of that, but as it comes north, the city that we work in, Casa Grande, Florence, Eloy, we don't have the resources to house 20,000 people a day.
That's bigger than some of the towns in our county.
ben bergquam
That's what we're talking about.
We're talking about an amount of people that is larger than some of the towns that these guys are tasked to protect.
Just to put it in perspective, every single day that the Democrats are going to be inviting over this border.
It's just, it's unfathomable, Steve.
People have to come down here and see it.
They have to smell it.
They have to experience it.
And these guys have to deal with it every single day, on top of everything else they have to deal with to serve and protect, as they're being attacked by BLM and all the other garbage, the anti-policing leftists.
It's the same people.
It's the same enemy.
It's the same anti-American, want-to-destroy-our-country communists that are pushing this agenda.
And my answer to answer the question, how do we fix it?
We have to get these people out of office.
We have to get people in office that have the courage, like President Trump, to say things that are uncomfortable, that are the truth.
steve bannon
Lieutenant Preet, thank you very much for joining us.
Ben, what's your social media?
I want people following you non-stop with all the great coverage you're doing down there.
ben bergquam
Americasvoice.news, FrontlineAmerica.com, and on Getter and all the other social media outlets, at Ben Burquam.
steve bannon
Real America's Voice investigative reporter, thank you very much, Ben Berquam and Lt.
Dupree down with this border crisis.
Insane.
Insane that it's this bad this late.
Okay, talk about insanity, this toxic vote that is becoming a reality in the U.S.
Senate.
Let's go to Mike Davis from Article 3.
Mike, can you get us up to, I don't think we have the clip quite ready, but Hawley and the Senator from Illinois got into it today, correct?
On the Senate floor.
Can you tell our audience what that was about?
mike davis
So yeah, so remember Judge Jackson during her confirmation blamed everyone.
She blamed Congress.
She blamed the prosecutors.
She blamed her staff on the probation office.
She blamed everyone but herself for her dangerously Excessively low sentences for eight of eight people who possess and distribute child pornography, these sex torture videos of young kids, including babies.
And so Senator Hawley went to the Senate floor today and tried to get the Senate to pass his bill that would take away discretion from from these judges, from these liberal activist judges like Judge Jackson.
So they have to sentence these child pornographers within the sentencing guidelines.
and there's a mandatory minimum for possession. And Dick Durbin, who's the number two Senate Democrat and the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, unbelievably not only went down and objected, but put on this full-throated defense of why this legislation is bad, that we don't need it, that the internet makes this child pornography more easily accessible to the rest of us, so therefore we shouldn't punish people
for downloading these.
steve bannon
Did this, did this, did this blow, I tell you what, we have it up now.
I gotta play this, because it's so shocking.
And this gets to the point that we've been trying to make, that something's not right here.
Let's play this.
unidentified
Reserving the right to object, I have to ask myself, why now?
Why does the junior senator from Missouri bring this bill to the floor of the United States Senate today?
When you think back, this matter has been considered, originally the guidelines were considered in 1984.
The question of child pornography came back to us in 2003.
In 2005, there was a Supreme Court case about applying the guidelines on sentencing to these types of cases, a case known as Booker.
We know that in 2005 that decision was handed down.
We know in 2012 the Sentencing Commission said to Congress and to the world, you need to do something here.
These guidelines that you promulgated don't reflect the reality of today.
We know as well that the guidelines were written, some were written, in an era when the materials we're talking about were physical materials, and we now live in a world of Internet, and access to not just tens and hundreds, but thousands of images, if that is your decision.
steve bannon
I'm confused.
Are they apologizing for people saying action shouldn't be taken because there's more images?
I'm confused.
So can you straighten me out, brother?
mike davis
Yeah, so when they say images, that's how they try to sanitize this.
Those images are a kid, including a baby oftentimes getting raped and tortured.
That's an image.
And the reason these kids, these babies are being raped and tortured in these images is because there are monsters in America who seek out and trade these so-called images.
And the reason they do it is because we do not have greater deterrence.
And what Josh Hawley's bill does is it makes greater deterrence.
It makes it so if people understand, if you hunt down these grotesque, monstrous videos and images of these kids being raped and tortured, you're going to go to prison for a very long time.
And we need more deterrence now, not less, because the internet makes it easier, especially in the third world where we have cell phones with cameras on it, and the internet, it makes it easier to make and trade these videos.
steve bannon
2-1-2, 2-0-2, 2-0-2, 2-2-4, 3-1-2-1 is the switchboard for the Senate.
They're still freaking out over there.
How many calls are they getting?
Keep doing it.
Mike, we've got about a minute.
What else should this audience do today to pound this topic?
mike davis
I think that we need to continue to light up the Senate switchboards.
If they're going to move forward with this vote without reviewing her record, try to jam her through when Justice Breyer does not even step down until the end of June.
There's no reason to rush this other than they want to hide her record and they don't want the American people to find out about her record.
Call your home state senators, both of them, tell them to vote no.
steve bannon
Mike, how can people get to you and the great work you're doing at Article 3, and also follow you on Twitter and Getter, because they're a little hot.
You come in a little hot on Twitter, I noticed, so people should be following this.
How did they do that?
mike davis
That's why I get kicked off so many times.
So it's M-R-D-D-M-I-A.
Again, M-R-D-D-M-I-A.
And I'm at article3project.org.
Article number 3project.org.
And I can't thank you enough, Steve, for what you are doing on this war room to raise this issue and light up the Senate switchboard and get these senators to pay attention.
steve bannon
Make sure you like the short short.
Listen, this has to be the most toxic vote to confirm her ever.
This is how you flip Arizona and Nevada.
The Hispanic community out there is going to have enough of this.
They got a belly full of this already.
Mike, you're doing God's work.
Keep hammering.
Look forward to having you back on tomorrow.
A lot going on over in the Senate today.
202-224-3121.
Call right now.
Color inside the lines, but color boldly.
Let them know what you think.
I gotta tell you, we're hearing reports from staff over there that they're about to say no mas.
They can't take it anymore.
Okay?
Short commercial break.

Patriots, it is time for Teddy Roosevelt-style trust-busting against the abuses of big business in America, and also to save struggling small businesses.
Because many large operations, they benefit from inflation, or because of scale, almost all of them can at least handle inflation in a way that small business simply cannot.
Let's look at the data.
Chalk Talks are now brought to you by Getter.
NFIB, most influential organization representing entrepreneurs and small business owners in America.
Every month they ask their members whether they see prices rising versus falling.
That percentage of rising versus falling throughout all of the 2018-2019 years of a red-hot Trump economy that stayed very tame in the teens.
That's the reality that Joe Biden inherited.
January of 2021, when he took office, 17% rising versus falling.
What then happened?
The 30s, the 40s, the 50s, and now 68% say prices are rising versus falling.
The highest level for small business in four decades.
We must save small business and attack the inordinate power of the oligarchs.
steve bannon
Okay, so the Republican Party guys in the khaki pants and the blue blazers, their heads are blowing up right now.
Cortez, they're calling you a communist and Lisa Coltero is a progressive, right?
What say you, sir?
steve cortes
Yes, well it's time to channel Teddy Roosevelt and let's resurrect that ghost of trust busting.
It's never been more needed, by the way, because right now the power that the oligarchs yield in our society, the power of these giant corporations, whether we're talking about big tech or big pharma or the asset managers, they don't get enough attention.
The power that they are able to harness right now, and with which they are really able to oppress the American people, whether you're talking about workers or just regular citizens trying to exercise their political agency, that power today is far more vast and, I would argue, far more pernicious than anything that was going on in Teddy Roosevelt's day.
So, you know, I think far too many conservatives, you know, folks who are part of, quote, Conservative Inc., They have been lulled into acquiescence that big business is somehow our friend.
That may have been true in generations past.
There was a time when companies like Disney, for example, a company that's very much in the news right now, when those companies were in fact guardians of family values, when they viewed themselves as patriotic citizens, as it were, of the United States.
But those days are long gone.
And big business right now has never been more powerful in American history.
And big business has never been a more grave risk to the prosperity and to the security of the United States than it is right now.
And I say that when I say that they are a risk, both on the economic front as well as the cultural front.
Because on the economic front, we see a concentration of power.
And a destruction of small business and small enterprises we've never seen before in this country.
And then on the cultural side, we see cultural corporate Marxism run amok in this country right now.
And it is time to bring these giant corporations to heel.
And yes, Steve, there is no small government solution to this problem.
I wish that there were, if we had been diligent as a country about things like antitrust, For the last three decades.
We wouldn't be in this current morass that we're in.
But the reality is we have to deal with the situation we have, not the economy that we want.
And the situation we have right now is oligarchs and big business largely running our country, stealing our republic bit by bit away from us.
And if we do not take aggressive action against them, and this is why I wrote an article about this in my new Substack, if we do not take aggressive action against them, this republic will be forever lost.
steve bannon
By the way, this morning almost the entire show was the assault on the American family by the progressive left, by big corporations, by the government, by everybody.
People like DeSantis trying to help families stand up.
But the American family is also under assault by the concentrated power of big business economically.
Is that not correct, Steve Cortez?
steve cortes
You know, exactly.
So right now, by the way, so 2021, the year that we just finished, was the biggest year for growth in corporate profits since 1950, since the aftermath of World War II.
So these are salad days for big business.
Things have never been better for giant corporations, for these multinationals, who, by the way, helped to install their globalist Tony in the White House.
Something you open the show with covering, particularly as it pertains to Zuckerberg.
At the same time, let's look at the consumer side of things.
CNBC came out with a survey just today that said 75% of Americans are starting to change their behavior because of inflation.
55% of Americans of modest income, households that make $50,000 or less, say they are thinking about prices, quote, all the time.
Their lives have become preoccupied with trying to simply afford the things that they need in their lives.
So that is the disparate reality right now.
That is the chasm.
California, the state of California, where a lot of these oligarchs live and operate.
corporations and enormous asset managers and suffering individuals and suffering small business. California, the state of California where a lot of these oligarchs live and operate, California has lost 40% of its small businesses over the last two years. So we see things that are terrible for Main Street, things that are wonderful for the mega corporations and for Wall Street and there has to be a conservative response.
And a conservative response cannot be from the right-wing, oh, well, it's laissez-faire, let these corporations run, they're purely private entities.
First of all, that's not true any longer, because they act in concert with the government, with the permanent political class.
But secondly, again, we are far past the point at which we can rely on market mechanisms alone, because those market mechanisms have been poisoned and totally perverted and subverted by these very companies.
And so given that reality, We need intervention right now to preserve capitalism, to preserve small enterprise, and inflation is just one of the ramifications.
It's one of the most important ones, but it's just one of the ramifications here of what we see going on, where big business can largely benefit from inflation, but it crushes consumers and small enterprise.
steve bannon
60% of CNBC, 60% of Americans go to bed every night worried about their finances.
It'll be 90% very quickly.
