Speaker Time Text
unidentified
After now some breaking news just coming in, tonight it appears that Judge Katonji Brown-Jackson will become the first black female Supreme Court Justice.
That's because Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski and Utah's Mitt Romney said they will vote to confirm the historic nomination.
Along with Maine's Susan Collins, that makes three Republicans who will support the first black woman to the nation's highest court.
Today, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said a final confirmation vote will happen later this week.
steve bannon
Okay, we've got a lot to do today, a lot of work, so strap in and get ready.
It's time to go to work today here in the War Room for the posse, the cadre, the vanguard, every element of what we have.
It's all hands on deck.
We have many things to go through today.
General overall theme for the next couple hours is the attack on the American family.
Of course, we're going to have Geopolitics, economics, capital markets, all of it, John Solomon, Steve Cortez, Naomi Wolf, big breaking news out of New York, so we're going to get to all of it, but we've got to start with the work at hand.
I want to bring in Mike Davis from Article 3.
Mike, the current situation, we've got a tie vote in the committee, but last night it came out, not just Collins, but Mitt Romney and Murkowski,
mike davis
Also joined in at getting this to the Senate floor what happens over the next couple of days because this is gonna tee up The action that we want the war room posse to take So we saw at the committee vote yesterday There was a debate at the what's called a committee markup meeting and there was a debate All all morning and you saw the Democrats who should have been triumphant and they were despondent during this time and all they were talking about was the issue of
Steve that you and I teed up this child pornography issue this child these videos of child sex torture and rape including of babies and how Judge Katonji Brown Jackson eight of eight times give them the most lenient sentences that she could.
And so I think it's very important that we continue to light up the Senate switchboard.
Talk to your home state senator's offices, Democrat, Republican, even in deep blue states like Illinois.
We saw Dick Durbin, the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, was rattled by this.
So 202-224-3121.
We're going to go to a discharge petition where they discharge this locked up Uh, nomination, uh, 11 to 11 out of the Judiciary Committee onto the Senate floor.
And then there is a cloture petition, which cuts off debate in the Senate.
And that, and then there's 30 hours of post-cloture debate.
And then there's a confirmation vote.
So we could see a confirmation vote, uh, as soon as Thursday.
So it's critically important over the next two days that we light up the Senate switchboard and make these senators know that we're paying attention.
steve bannon
Yeah, we are and we got Senate candidates from Alaska, Nevada, and Arizona going to join us here in a few minutes to talk about this.
This will be the most toxic vote for confirmation ever taken in the United States Senate.
Senators in Arizona and Nevada and Alaska that take this vote to confirm it will end their political careers and so that's the process that we Start today.
If you can't kill the nomination, make sure that the votes are the end of their political careers.
But we've got to make sure we highlight that.
Remember, Judge Jackson is highly qualified.
She's got all the qualifications.
In fact, having her academic record, Having her, the work she did with her law firm, and the quality of the law firm, who she's clerked for.
She's on the D.C.
Appellate Court, which is one step down from the Supreme Court.
A lifetime appointment there already.
It's pretty stunning to me how she become a federal judge and then become an appellate court, particularly appellate court with all these federal decisions and nobody going to this record.
We owe Mike Davis for doing that.
Before we get to the actual Senate candidates themselves, I want to bring in Brigitte Gabriel for Act for America.
People know Brigitte because Act for America is one of the biggest, I think at 1.7 million members, one of the biggest, most active groups.
In the country.
Brigitte, thank you very much for joining us.
You're very action oriented, so walk us through what Act for America is doing specifically in regards to this nomination process around Judge Jackson regarding the child pornography and the torture of babies and small children.
brigitte gabriel
Well, we need to put pressure on the Senate to stop her confirmation and Act for America sent 606,000 emails, phone calls, actions to the Senate in the last five days alone, and we are keeping on the pressure.
And people who say, oh, what is my voice going to count?
You know, I'm only one voice.
My congressman or my senator needs to hear from 40,000 people before they take action.
unidentified
Wrong!
brigitte gabriel
They tally every email, every phone call, as a representative of 1,000 voters.
They believe if one person makes a phone call or writes an email, He or she are representing 1,000 couch potatoes who feel the same way, but are too lazy to make a phone call or write an email, yet they vote on election day.
That translates to 40,000 to 50,000 votes on election day.
That can make or break an election.
That's why it's important for you to take action.
Go to actforamerica.org, actforamerica.org.
And click on take action under act now you will see the stopper confirmation Please take action on that.
We have other actions also on the border and many other things.
This is so important They need to hear your voice and also the Democrats in particular because remember don't give up on the Democrats you need to bombard the Democrats as much as the Republican because you need to give the Democrats cover especially those who are wobbling and To be able to go to leadership and say, look, I got 5,000 emails and phone calls from my constituents.
I am going to lose my seat if I vote with you.
So this is why you need to bombard the Democrats as well as the RINOs in particular and the Republicans.
We have a list of all the senators who need to hear from you.
Call them.
Go to actforamerica.org.
Take action.
Act now and sign that petition and make your voice heard.
steve bannon
Brigitte, we're going to have you back.
We're going to do a lot of stuff.
We have a whole team down on the border.
We're going to have you back in the next couple of days.
What you're doing for Act for America on this border crisis, the invasion of the United States from the southern border.
I want to do one more time for people to make sure that they can put their shoulder to the wheel.
Just give the website again.
And when you get on the website, where are they supposed to go?
brigitte gabriel
Go to actforamerica.org.
Actforamerica.org.
Click on Take Action, and when you click on Take Action, click on Act Now, and you will see all the petitions we have, all the action alerts we have.
Not only you can send an email, you can call them.
We have a petition prepared for you, even a script, so you don't even have to think what to say.
We have it all so easy for you.
You can do it with the click of a button.
It doesn't take more than a minute for you to take action.
and share with all your friends.
And we named the organization Act for America.
Now think about America, wish for America, pray for America.
You can think and wish and pray, but without taking action, nothing happens.
Go to actforamerica.org and take action today.
steve bannon
Okay, we're gonna put it up on all of our platforms, all of our chat rooms, everything live.
Brigitte, you're the reason I want you to start the show.
You're one of the not just firebrands, you're one of the action, action, action people every day.
Honored to have you on here.
Look forward to having you back talking about the southern border.
Thank you.
unidentified
Love it.
steve bannon
Thank you, Mike Davis.
Thank you, Brigitte.
Thank you, Mike Davis.
She's she's nailed it right here.
And there's a reason I wanted to start the show today with her.
She understands that you can put the spotlight right on Democrats also.
This is what Mike Davis has been saying all for the last three weeks.
When you call the switchboard, go to both of your senators.
He's not saying just go to Republican senators, but go to both your senators.
This, Mike, because of this topic, not her qualifications, in fact her qualifications I think make this even more awful, having gone to the quality of school she went to and been a top performer.
Intellectually, there's no question about Judge Jackson.
The academic credentials, no question about Judge Jackson.
The law firms she worked for, no question.
The people she's clerked for.
The positions he's held as a federal judge and now an appellate court at the D.C.
Appellate Court.
It even makes, it even highlights this more, this is about her judgment.
Her judgment, particularly in this area.
That, as Lindsey Graham said, she was an evasive witness.
I actually think she was worse than evasive.
Mike Davis, before I go to Kelly Chebaka, because she's running against a Republican who's essentially a Democrat, to Brigitte Gabriel's point, The pressure we can put on Democrats is intense right now because these folks are going to know in Nevada and in Arizona, maybe New Hampshire, but definitely Nevada and in Arizona, where they have to overperform with the Hispanic community and they're already grossly underperforming.
And this hits the Hispanic community because some of these kids are trafficked.
Oh, Mike Davis did.
Okay, fine.
Let's go to Kelly Chewbacca then.
Okay.
Hey, Kelly.
Thank you, producer.
Kelly, Mike Davis froze, so I had to get him back up.
Talk to me about your run against Murkowski.
And Kelly, here's what I think the audience owes you.
You've been coming on here, I don't know, for six months, and you've been telling the War Room posse.
Murkowski's a Democrat.
That's why she crosses the aisle and votes for Biden stuff all the time.
But more importantly, she's working behind the scenes as a Democrat.
unidentified
She proved this yesterday, correct?
kelly tshibaka
That's correct.
Lisa Murkowski has been officially censured by the Alaska Republican Party because of votes just like this.
They put out a long litany of votes.
Remember, on February 24th, 2021, Lisa Murkowski cast the tie-breaking vote to advance the nomination of a radical environmentalist, Deb Haaland, to be Joe Biden's Interior Secretary.
And she said at the time, This will hurt Alaska.
I have misgivings about it.
I'm going to do it anyway.
And that's part of the reason why all domestic oil and gas production has been shut down.
And we are all feeling the effects of Deb Haaland's decisions, who's only in place because of Lisa Murkowski.
But Steve, when Lisa Murkowski was asked, do you regret that decision?
She said, well, it didn't matter anyway.
Essentially, her vote doesn't count.
Murkowski squanders her seniority thinking that votes like this Don't really count, but they do.
I would argue that Murkowski is very intelligent and knows exactly what she's doing.
She's representing her clients.
And yes, I chose that word carefully.
Not us constituents, because these votes are not in our best interests, which Murkowski honestly reflects and acknowledges, but her clients.
If you print her FEC contribution reports, she's supported by big tech.
Leftist groups and liberal radical environmentalists.
And so all of these votes, these leftist votes, are absolutely reflecting the people who Murkowski is bought and paid for by.
steve bannon
What are the folks in Alaska think about all this?
What do they think about?
Because Alaska is a MAGA state.
Alaska is an America First state.
Alaska is a Trump state.
A Trump movement state, particularly.
What are the folks in Alaska, particularly they get this last night, that voting to confirm essentially a judge that's so radical in regards to this area of child torture and the torture of babies and infants.
kelly tshibaka
The guessing game is over.
We know how Lisa Murkowski voted.
And I think many of us expected it to go this way because we know what our senator does and how she is.
She says one thing to us, you know, she cares about protecting the vulnerable in Alaska.
We have some of the highest sex abuse, domestic violence, and child abuse rates in the nation.
So, up here, this is a very sensitive subject.
And yet, when she goes back to D.C., she stabs us in the back.
And everywhere I go in Alaska, whether it's out in rural Alaska, talking to our Alaska natives, or it's in interior, or it's in our urban communities, every one of us feels forgotten and the word most often used is betrayed.
And that's why we're all saying it's time for a change.
We are ready to end the 50-year Murkowski political dynasty in Alaska and get a senator in there who's going to listen to us Kelly, how do people find out more about you and more about your campaign and your social media?
We need help.
You know, Murkowski is supported by Mitch McConnell.
She's been praised by George Soros.
And then here in Alaska, she's funded, supported, and endorsed by the Democrats.
So, War Room, there's only one way to change these votes, and that's at kelly4ak.com.
K-E-L-L-Y-F-O-R-A-K-DOT-COM.
Please donate and support today and we can get rid of Lisa Murkowski, but it can only be with you.
Kelly4AK.com.
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
Kelly, thank you very much for joining us.
Okay, do I have Mike Davis back up?
Mike, we got about a minute, and then we're going to bring in Nevada and Arizona.
I was saying about Brigitte Gabriel, she said focus on Democrats also.
You believe that too, correct?
Make this vote as toxic as possible?
mike davis
Get inside all of their heads, including even deep blue Democrats like Schumer and Durbin.
They need to get rattled, and so it makes them less sure-footed, it makes them less confident.
unidentified
Absolutely.
steve bannon
Durbin was rattled yesterday during the committee meeting, you can tell that.
He was rattled that, and I think here internally they're blaming the White House for not having a prep, but he's embarrassed having this 11-11 tie, correct?
mike davis
Yeah, I mean, it's very embarrassing.
And what's more embarrassing is we have Republicans like Mitt Romney in deep red Utah who just voted against Judge Jackson to the D.C.
Circuit 10 months ago.
And the only thing that has changed in the last 10 months is that we learned about her disqualifying record with these child sex torture cases.
And yet Mitt Romney, who starved for attention, decides he wants to vote That's what it's all about.
steve bannon
Okay, Mike Davis is going to stick with us.
We have Adam Laxalt from Nevada, Blake Masters from Arizona.
All next as we get into getting on top of this confirmation process in the next couple of days.
Be back in a moment.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
We rejoice when there's no more, let's take down the T.T.P.
War Room. Pandemic. With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, MyPillow.com.
By the way, you know, we have four hours of war room, and the rule of thumb is two hours of prep for every hour on.
It used to be three, but two.
So that's eight, that's 12 hours.
In addition, we get about six hours of meetings with various groups, trying to move the ball forward.
So that's 18 hours.
Our sleep is very focused.
We would not be able to get the great night's sleep if we didn't use the products of MyPillow.com.
Go to MyPillow.com right now.
Promo Code War Room.
Giza sheets as low as $39.99.
You haven't had a great night's sleep until you've slept in a MyPillow Giza Dream Sheet.
Although I haven't been dreaming lately.
Deep sleep on the Giza Dream Sheets.
Okay, and also the pillow is as low as $19.99.
When you go, our Square, what they call it, has all types of sales on it.
It's just incredible.
So MyPillow.com, promo code War Room.
Also, we're going to be doing, we've done enough practice runs on the webinar about the machines.
We had this technology guys on the other day.
And so we, Adam's off, good.
So we're going to get to, we're going to have the webinar.
We're going to talk to you all about that, about the issues with machines brought to you by a couple of technology guys.
Now they've done a couple of dry runs.
A lot to get through today.
We've got Hunter Biden's laptop.
We've got economics, capital markets, geopolitics, what's happening over Ukraine, the southern border.
We're jammed.
So I want to get on with it.
By the way, I want this audience has been on the trigger about these issues.
And this is what's so important.
The Act for America people, the great Liz George telling me that their website's melting down right now because you're hitting it.
Remember, Act for America.
Captain Ben is in charge of putting it out everywhere.
Captain Ben and all of our platforms, all of our chat rooms.
It's time to get to the Get to the ramparts now.
The next couple days will be very critical, making this the most toxic vote, particularly these Democrats take, and obviously the three traitors, the rhino traitors.
They're not even rhinos, they're just traitors.
They're really Democrats.
And Mitt Romney's got a psychological problem.
He has a major psychological problem.
The madness of Mitt Romney.
They have to draw attention to himself.
Okay, I want to go to, let's go to Nevada first.
I want to go to Adam Laxalt.
First off, Mike, let me bring you in right now.
I just want, before I bring in Adam and Blake, they're going to run against, they're going to run against, when they win their primaries, they're going to run against Democrats in states that I think are actually red states.
Arizona, definitely.
I think Nevada's a red state.
It's been stealing elections out there for years.
Once again, How do we make this the most toxic vote that these Democrats, Democratic senators will take, sir?
unidentified
It seems that to me...
steve bannon
That...
That's to Mike Davis.
mike davis
Yeah, so the child pornography are sex torture videos of young kids, even babies, and they get these kids, the Mexican cartels, kidnap these kids and sell them into the sex Slave trade.
They do it in Southeast Asia, and the reason there's a market for this is because creeps in America are watching this online and trading it with others.
That's what creates the market.
This is not easy stuff to find.
You have to hunt it down online.
This is not some 19-year-old boy sharing videos of his 16-year-old girlfriend.
This is the most depraved stuff on the planet.
It is truly monstrous.
It's evil.
It's on our website at article3project.org.
Article3project.org.
And these senators are going to take an awful vote.
If you think that if four Democrats got sent into early retirement after the bogus MeToo allegations against Justice Brett Kavanaugh, I don't think they know what's coming when they vote for a Supreme Court justice nominee who has a horrific disqualifying record, eight of eight times Granting maximum leniency for these monsters who watch and peddle this garbage.
steve bannon
By the way, it's a $100 billion industry globally.
It's got to be shut down.
And the way to start shutting it, you can't put somebody in the Supreme Court that's been easy on it.
Plus, they know now the sexual predator stuff coming up.
So it's coming upon us.
Article 3 will get you the information.
Warren Posse is going to get it out.
Go to Act for America or just call the switchboard 202-224-3121.
Let's go to Nevada and Adam Laxall.
Adam, I'm stunned to think that there's a senator out there representing the good people in Nevada.
unidentified
Well, look, this is what you can expect.
My opponent, she voted against all three of Trump's nominees.
Of course, she's now voting for this one, despite this horrific record.
But, you know, let's zoom back a little bit on the strategy on our side.
I don't understand why somehow yield any benefits and that, you know, people were going to give us credit for being nice during these hearings.
And maybe the next time when we're appointing our Supreme Court nominee, they're not going to do what they did to Kavanaugh, to Clarence Thomas, to Amy Comey Barrett.
And so in this case, we have a judge that was nominated that has a very, very serious, terrible record.
And I just don't understand why we were not on that from beginning to end.
I know a few senators were on it and they were and they were really pushing it.
But this is really depraved stuff.
And there's no question that Judge Brown is a pedophile apologist.
And I'm getting attacked in my own state by our, you know, media, our impartial media.
Of course, I put that in quotes for using those words.
And Senator Masto said that this has been debunked and she dutifully used, you know, Murkowski and others that are now supporting her to throw that in my face.
But I know that this judge is not the type of judge we want for a lifetime appointee.
It's not just your pedophile record.
It's the I should say her record of supporting and being an apologist for pedophiles.
It's the fact That she is a leftist.
She comes right out of the womb of all this radical leftist ideology on how to be a judge.
And this is what we're putting on the bench.
Someone that's going to be on there for 35 years.
And I don't think we really scratched the surface of her judicial philosophy in these hearings either.
steve bannon
How do you intend to, if Mastos is saying it's debunked, has Adam Laxalt, given the media out in Nevada and particularly Las Vegas is terrible, awful.
How is Adam Laxalt going to take this message to the people?
How are you going to do that?
unidentified
Well, look, it's really important to go on shows like yours and Mark Levin and Bongino and other shows that I'm able to go on.
We just published an op-ed today.
Uh, calling again for her to vote against and making it clear that I would certainly be a no vote and that Nevada deserves better.
And all we can do is just continue to push it and push it and be loud as possible, which we've been now for, I don't know, seven, eight days.
Um, we've been trying to be as aggressive as possible, but you're absolutely right.
Uh, the media is, is immediately became an apologist for not only the judge, but for Masto for supporting the judge.
This is what we deal with.
And all we can do is find ways to push it directly to the people.
Obviously, that's what you do.
A lot of other shows do that as well.
And we just got to keep driving this home.
But I think that Mike Davis is right.
And Mike Davis is known for a long time in the Article 3 projects doing great work.
Talk about being on the ramparts.
This is going to be a catastrophically terrible vote for Senator Masto.
And these vulnerable Democrats that voted for this.
You know, there was a poll last week that had me up 7 against Masto.
And one of the big reasons is because Hispanics are now breaking from the soft on crime Democrat Party.
And they're putting a soft on crime nominee on the bench for life.
I think it's going to leave a mark.
steve bannon
Well, particularly somebody, let's face it, and this is the problem with the invasion of the southern border.
These poor children are being trafficked.
The Hispanic kids, and children of color, just like they're the ones they're going after in these schools and the indoctrination, it's the minority kids.
The Hispanic community is the most conservative, family-oriented, and they're going after the kids who are trafficking them.
That's who's in these films.
The Hispanic community in Nevada ought to be an open revolt against Masto for this vote because this cuts to the core of the Hispanic family.
Adam Laxalt.
unidentified
Yeah, well think about what's happened in the last few weeks in my state.
Senator Masto went up in Spanish language and she went up with this message that she has been fighting against human trafficking.
We all know why she's doing that.
One, her votes are terrible on all of this stuff.
She has supported the far-left Soft on crime, defund, you know, BLM movement.
There's no question about it.
Her record is crystal clear.
So she's going to now go lie to the voters and try to tell them, no, I'm really tough on crime.
And so it should tell people a lot that there is movement.
And, you know, we have an amazing opportunity.
Me as a former top cop of the state that had the first human trafficking conviction ever out of the attorney general's office.
That's following her having been Attorney General for eight years.
We had the first conviction in that in that area.
And so she's going to pretend like she's tough on it.
Yet she supports open borders.
She will not fight against any of the Biden policies.
And so she's not going to get away with it.
But it tells you where the electorate is, what they're upset about.
And I think I think we're going to make the voters understand what a stark choice they have in Nevada.
steve bannon
Adam, how did the people find out more about you and find out about your campaign and social media?
unidentified
AdamLaxell.com, basically all channels, online, Twitter, Facebook.
We are in a massive race.
I'll say that Mastod put $10 million down.
Chuck Schumer put $10 million down.
That's $20 million for the fall already.
They know this is the epicenter for the race that's going to decide the Senate.
They know we're winning today.
They're going to come at me with everything.
And I certainly need our grassroots America First supporters all across America engaged, supporting, pushing the message out.
steve bannon
Adam, fight on.
It's a titanic battle out there, and this vote over the next couple of days is historic.
It's historic because it's going to flip the U.S.
Senate with tough folks like Adam Waxholt and Kelly Chebaka and Blake Masters.
Okay, short commercial break.
We're going to go to Arizona.
Mike Davis is going to stick with me.
Thanks, Adam.
Also, I have Christina Karama, the great star, the savage angel up in Michigan, all next in the world.
unidentified
Okay, in the second hour we're going to have Terry Schilling here at Le Jour is going to join us.
steve bannon
Let this demon hide war room pandemic. Here's your host Stephen K Bannon Okay in the second hour we're gonna have uh, terry shilling here lejour is going to join us we're going to have um, Anna paulina luna Um, we've got others that are coming in We've got what's Sean Frecht from out in California, an evangelical preacher who's protesting Disney, all about the assault on the American family.
I mean, it's pretty obvious right now they've targeted the American family.
And they're going to use the children.
They're coming for the children.
unidentified
Right.
steve bannon
We got Naomi Wolf about big breaking news up in New York City.
But they fired a woman from the legal department to actually challenge the mayor about these mass mandates for the small children.
But this is all personified by this historic vote in the Supreme Court.
And this is just totally and completely unacceptable.
It's not about Judge Jackson's qualifications.
In fact, She's so qualified, it really highlights her lack of judgment.
I've got to tell you, I want to bring in Mike Davis.
When you say a pedophile apologist, is that too harsh, Mike Davis, from Article 3?
Is that too harsh when Adam Laxaw calls her a pedophile apologist?
mike davis
No, not at all.
Look at her 25-year record going back to Harvard Law School where she published a legal argument at the Harvard Law Review that these people who have committed sex crimes, when you put them on the sex registries after they leave, After they leave jail that you that those that's somehow unconstitutionally punitive.
It's too mean to these predators She went to the Sentencing Commission as the vice chair for Obama from 2010 to 2014 She's the one who teed up this issue to give the most lenient sentences possible to these people who?
Watch and trade traffic these horrific child sex Torture and rape videos, including of kids.
She thinks that we're too harsh to these people somehow.
And then she goes to the D.C.
District Court.
In her eight years there, she had eight cases where she had discretion on these cases.
And in all eight cases, she ignored the sentencing guidelines from the U.S.
Sentencing Commission.
She ignored the federal, the U.S.
Attorney's recommendation from the federal prosecutor.
And she gave rock bottom sentences eight of eight times.
steve bannon
Mastos in Nevada, we're going to bring Blake Masters who's run against Kelly, who's a Democrat, but they're all scrambling now because the centerpiece of this, and one of the reasons you see these massive shifting numbers is Hispanics, Americans understand that we're for border security and their protection.
We're also for law and order.
We're also for economic policies that help the working class, not that steal their wealth and give it to the Democratic hedge fund elites that finance the Democratic Party.
But the attack on the family, and Hispanic Americans are so conservative, either devout Catholics or evangelicals, they're not going to put up with it.
How important is that, do you think, in this process about this whole pandemic of this pedophilia and coming for the children?
A lot of it is centered around Hispanic babies and children.
mike davis
Yeah, I've talked to senior Justice Department officials, very experienced sex crimes Prosecutors, the people who are the most vulnerable here are Hispanics in Latin America and Mexico and Central America and it's the kids in Southeast Asia.
They're the ones who are being kidnapped from their families and sold into the sex slave trade and these are the kids Even babies.
If you look at the records that we posted at Article 3 Project's website, in these eight cases before Judge Jackson, they had kids as young as babies who were being sexually raped, sexually tortured.
It is horrific, horrific stuff.
And any judge who can listen to the prosecutor describe These cases, as we have the transcripts of these eight cases on our website, if any judge can look at the sentencing recommendation that we have on our website for seven of these eight cases, one of them's under seal, if you can listen to this stuff, it's horrifying.
It's chilling.
I can't sleep at night after reading this stuff.
And Judge Jackson reads this stuff and hears this stuff and apologizes to these monsters and gives them the lightest sentence she possibly can.
She has disqualified herself.
steve bannon
Apologize to the people.
Remember what Liz Shore tells us.
She's a former prosecutor.
Very few of these cases actually go to trial.
Right?
First of all, they don't prosecute enough.
Number two, there's a lot of these people who plead out.
When they go to trial, that's what Liz Duras and hardened prosecutors have committed their life to this, are so stunts.
They're really speechless about Judge Jackson.
Let's go out to Arizona and Blake Masters.
Blake, Mark Kelly's going to vote to confirm her.
Is that a vote that will end his political career in the great state of Arizona, sir?
unidentified
That's it.
I really do think it's that simple, Steve.
You know, he's taken a lot of bad votes.
He'll do whatever Chuck Schumer tells him to, right?
This guy is a rubber stamp for the Biden open borders inflation agenda.
But of all the bad votes Mark Kelly has taken, I think this is the worst, right?
This one is going to be with us for a long time.
This is serious stuff.
This is a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court.
And so, yeah, I'm going to beat Mark Kelly in November.
He won't be a senator by this time next year.
But this vote This disastrous vote will be his legacy to put a pedophile apologist on the Supreme Court.
It makes my blood boil.
steve bannon
You see he's in panic mode.
He's coming out now saying, oh, we got to have a plan for the Title 42.
They knew this was coming off.
Biden bragged about this.
Right.
And so he's all sudden all sudden he's he's as tough as Chris Kobach on the border.
Right.
He's sitting there yammering on about something that the Democrats have been planning.
Not well, you know, and it's my job to make sure that everybody knows about it, right?
they thought through to exacerbate the invasion, to initiate and exacerbate the invasion on the southern border.
But what are the constituents out there, these hardworking Hispanics, understanding it's their children being trafficked, how are they going to react to this vote, Blake?
unidentified
Not well, you know, and it's my job to make sure that everybody knows about it, right?
Because Mark Kelly is one of these slimy Democrats who pretends to be moderate, right?
At least Bernie Sanders basically says he's a communist.
And so, you know, you can understand where he's coming from.
Right.
He tells you what kind of enemy he is.
Mark Kelly, he votes the same way.
He's putting this pedophile apologist on the Supreme Court.
But then he he pretends to be moderate.
Right.
Oh, she's so qualified.
You said it, Steve.
It makes it worse that she's qualified.
She went to Harvard Law.
She clerked for a left winger.
Well, this is what they all think now.
Right.
They think pedophilia should be normalized.
They think it's OK.
They think our laws come down too hard on these people.
No.
When I explain to the voters in Arizona what Mark Kelly's up to, right, the difference between his hard left voting record and his, you know, cliche ridden, just pretending to be moderate.
It's disgusting.
I think he's a liar.
And I'm the only candidate bold enough to come out and say that.
steve bannon
Blake, how do people find out more about you and your campaign and following on social media?
unidentified
Go to BlakeMasters.com.
I'm still on Facebook and Twitter until they kick me off.
I'm also on Truth Social.
Blake Masters.
steve bannon
Blake, thank you very much for joining us here in the War Room.
unidentified
Thank you, Steve.
steve bannon
Mike, I know you've got to go back to work on this, but I just thought, Blake brought up something that, and we're going to have Liz Schor and folks talk about it in the next hour.
Is there something deeper, is she the epitome of something deeper in the left, in the progressive left, of being an apologist for this?
Thinking this is not wrong?
That this ought to somehow be normalized?
Is that what we're talking here, and that's why this has to be stopped?
And that's why Romney, Murkowski, and Collins Not just be ashamed of yourselves.
The folks in those states ought to be ashamed of yourself that they're in there.
I'm going to put this on Utah.
I'm going to put it on the folks in Alaska.
I'm going to put it on the folks in Maine.
Okay?
This is outrageous that this happened.
And I understand a lot of you guys didn't vote for him.
But you've got to figure out how to make their lives miserable in this.
There ought to be protests at their office.
You ought to jam up the boards and let them know.
Okay?
Because they're a big part of the enabling of this.
Mike Davis.
mike davis
There were three finalists.
President Biden said he was only going to pick a Black woman for the Supreme Court.
There were three finalists.
Judge Michelle Childs down in South Carolina, Justice Leondra Kruger in California are not pedophile apologists.
And so it's just beyond me that you would pick The most hardcore leftist who has this, this is her pet legal issue.
It's freeing Gitmo terrorists and protecting child sex predators, dangerous predators who she gives lenient sentences to and they go out and re-offend.
It is, it is bizarre.
It's, it's inexplainable other than I think the Democrats want to normalize pedophilia.
And it's, it's sick.
It's demented.
And it shows just how they're rotten to the core on this issue.
steve bannon
Yeah, look, Judge Huger, I think, is the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in California.
She's certainly a liberal progressive, very qualified.
You wouldn't have these issues about that.
And Judge Charles down in South Carolina, not even a question.
This is a radical choice, and it's a radical choice because of this issue.
And I'm telling you folks, there's something deeper here.
There's something deeper here.
We're going to get to the bottom of it.
There's something deeper here.
Mike, I know you've got to bounce.
You've got work to do.
We'll have you back on the evening show.
Tell us, today, Article 3, how can people assist making this the most toxic vote, really, in the current history of the United States Senate?
mike davis
So there's two things they can do.
Go to Twitter and get her at Article 3 Project.
There's a 30-second digital ad.
Make that go viral.
Promote it.
Send it to your friends.
Make people watch it.
Get it out there.
And also, light up the phone lines at the Senate.
The Senate switchboard.
2-2-4, 3-1-2-1.
Ask for both home state senators and tell them to vote no.
I don't care if you're in a deep blue state.
Do it.
It actually matters.
I worked in the Senate.
I know it matters.
I'm getting phone calls from Senate offices right now.
I know we're getting in their heads.
steve bannon
The Act for America says you've already melted down the website.
Everybody, 2-0-2, 2-2-4, 3-1-2-1.
Let them know what you think today.
Mike Davis, you're a patriot and a hero.
I look forward to having you back on this evening.
mike davis
Thank you, Steve, very much.
steve bannon
Let's go and play that.
Let's play the introduction for the Savage Angel coming up right after this.
Let's play this.
unidentified
You know, I absolutely love being an educator and I went to theology school and earning my master's in Christian apologetics because fundamentally the problems in our nation are spiritual.
That's the reality that we're dealing with.
But even with that being said, even with that being said, being politically active is always important to me.
And what I witnessed during the 2020 election, and what I witnessed is the media cover-up that sought to demonize citizens who came forward to tell the truth.
Let me tell you something, folks.
The reason why we have so much corruption in government?
Because of our corrupt media, who instead of honoring the First Amendment right, which is freedom of the press— Why do you think—why do you think you have corrupt, dishonest criminals like Nancy Pelosi in office for 30 years?
Because they protect her!
And they're protecting the current Secretary of State.
And when we came out and told the public what we saw, we were called liars.
By our media, who should have asked us questions and scrutinized what we said, but they tried to demonize us.
I have a right to scrutinize my government.
And let me be very clear, that corruption in our election systems is a national security threat.
I do not care what your political party is.
Every senator should be concerned, and we should have a secure election process for everybody.
But those aren't the only issues in the Secretary of State's office.
When I go around and talk to the people of Michigan, And I talked to a handicapped person who had to wait months to get into the Secretary of State's office.
For many people, getting out of their car or walking to the door is easy.
But for a person who is handicapped, that's a chore.
When I talk to a business owner who had to wait months to get in to get their vehicle serviced for their company, they're losing thousands of dollars.
And the Queen doesn't care because we're the unwashed masses who can't ask her questions.
That stops with me.
That's why I'm running for Secretary of State.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Okay, we have Christina Caramo with us.
Christina, I'll tell you what we're going to do.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
That clip is so good, I had to play the whole thing.
You're a fire breather.
A star turn at the Michigan rally that night for President Trump.
An incredible star turn.
Gateway Pundit called her the savage angel.
She's going to be with us live in the War Room.
We'll take a short commercial break.
Christina Karamo, next.
unidentified
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCP.
Tech monitors us.
Censors us.
Deplatforms us.
Conservatives have been helpless to do anything about it.
Until now.

It's time to cancel, cancel culture.
The greatest billionaire assault on election integrity we've ever seen.
It was a partial takeover of the election system.
You had an entire Democratic Party petrified.
We can look straight in the eye at Mark Zuckerberg.
That's why Joe Biden won.
He's putting money under the guise that he's going to open up the election.
That's all crap.
steve bannon
It was a rigged election.
unidentified
People have to find out what happened.
steve bannon
OK.
Welcome back, by the way.
We announced that Christina Caramo is coming on War Room and breaking news out of Michigan.
Fred Upton, who voted to impeach Trump, just announced his retirement.
That rally had its impact.
Dave Bossie's filmed a rig about Zuckerberg, what he did to steal the election, right?
It's coming out tonight, premiering at Mar-a-Lago.
We'll be all over in the evening shows, all the stars, everybody that's there to talk about it.
Also, big breaking news.
John Solomon's going to take a few minutes.
We're going to have him at the top of the hour.
Huge breaking news about Durham's grand jury.
Big breaking news about Hillary Clinton and the lawyer looks like he purges himself.
We're going to get to all that.
I want to go back to Christina.
Christina, before we get to the details, what I loved about your speech was you said this is about a spiritual war that's going on in America.
What do you mean, ma'am?
unidentified
Well, when we look at the things that are happening in our country, like in your previous segment, you were discussing Judge Jackson's confirmation, her soft stance on pedophilia, it is about a moral breakdown in our society.
And if you want to look at the sexual breakdown in our society, that's manifested to the point where we have a person who wants to be on our Supreme Court, who thinks that, you know, child, photos of children being raped and traded on the internet, probably shouldn't be so hard for these people You can look no further than Alfred Kinsey.
And he had this belief that all sexual behavior is permissible and normal, no matter what it is.
And if you study Kinsey, which we looked into a lot, he was a very wicked and dark person.
So if you fast forward now and you look at the left's agenda to teach sex in school to children at young ages, encouraging small children to explore their sexuality, That is grooming for something far darker than what we normally think of as just adults looking to be affirmed.
We're looking at individuals who have a bizarre sexual belief system that all behavior is permissible.
That's what we're seeing in our country.
And that's why you're seeing this agenda to talk about sex with small children.
I mean, it's just odd.
And then also, if you look at that in all other areas of our society, how we have a callous idea towards human life.
I mean, you look at the abortion industry.
How are we any different than pagans that were discussed in scripture?
No difference.
We sacrifice our children to the God of self.
There is a ministry called Choice4Truth, and they put out a video discussing in deep detail how we are no different than the Canaanites when they sacrifice their children.
We are no different than the people who sacrifice their kids to Molech.
We murder our children for the God of self, but it's just more clinical and sterile.
So if people have no regard for human life, if we have no regard for the precious children and want to expose them to debased behavior, if you look and extend it to something over like election fraud, that's permissible too.
Because why are we surprised?
That people who will murder children catastrophically in the womb, why are we surprised by people who downplay the depravity of trading child pornography?
Why would we be surprised when these same types of people want to cheat in an election?
I mean, come on, that's small potatoes compared to that bigger, more darker, horrible issue.
And so the thing about it is we have a bunch of morally bankrupt people in our government who always operate by the ends justified, the means.
And they will do anything to maintain power, whether it's massive election fraud, whether it's turning a blind eye like these sick Republicans to a woman who apologizes or defends or downplays people who trade photos of children being abused.
It's all a symptom of a massive spiritual problem.
steve bannon
We have about two minutes here.
What do you commit to the people in Michigan to sort this mess out up in Michigan as Secretary of the State, ma'am?
unidentified
You know, as I mentioned, and it was played in the clip, that corruption in our election system is a national security threat.
And it's a massive problem when we, the people, no longer have control of our government.
And the only way that we, the people, maintain control over our government is through counting our votes.
And so what we need is not another person who just talks a good game.
What we need is a person who understands the threat that we face.
And we have to have a transparent system.
I mean, when you showed in the clip about Mark Zuckerberg, I mean, we funneled millions into the city of Detroit and other Democratic cities.
In addition to that, our current office holder mailed out unsolicited absentee ballot applications to people all over the state of Michigan, including individuals out of state.
And people also received absentee ballot applications for dead loved ones who never lived in their homes.
Then she told clerks to assume signatures were valid rather than not when submitting their absentee ballots.
And you had the zucker boxes all over the state of Michigan.
So that opened the door for thousands of illegal ballots to be injected into the system.
And then our media turned around and demonized us.
And people like the current secretary of state of Michigan want to label people as insurrectionists when they ask questions of what you did.
And then our media turns around and covers up for them.
And what was so disheartening is that while I was there at the TCF Center in Detroit, I witnessed so much illegal activity and nothing was done about it.
This is why I decided to run for Secretary of State, because we have to have a secure election system in order to protect our republic.
I mean, we spend over $700 billion a year in our Department of Defense budget to protect our country from enemies, foreign and domestic.
Why wouldn't those same enemies want to exploit loopholes in our election system?
It's too critical, and this really should not be a partisan issue.
Just like when you asked me in the opening question about the spiritual issues that this, what we see in our country, this breakdown of the manifestation of spiritual problems, this stuff is not partisan.
It's just necessary to protect our republic.
If I could add one more point to your opening question, is that in order to maintain our liberty, we have to have a moral people.
Whether that's talking about moral people not wanting to teach little kids about explicit matters, or whether we're talking about a moral people who do not support fraud in the election system just because it may benefit them temporarily.
We have to have a rule of law.
We have to have a standard in our society to maintain our liberty.
steve bannon
Christina, just hang through.
We're going to take 90 seconds.
Short commercial break.
We're going to come back with Christina Caramo, running for Secretary of State in Michigan.
John Solomon is going to join us.
A packed second hour.
