often cruel and counterproductive choices that we've made over the years when it comes to immigration policy, the language that we use to speak about immigrants can often have dehumanizing effects.
For example, in the Immigration and Nationality Act, it's replete with references to quote-unquote aliens.
And court opinions written by federal judges across the country can be found referring to undocumented persons as quote, illegal aliens.
billions. | ||
Thank you. | ||
Now, I know NASA has put a man on the moon and there are billionaires increasingly exploring space.
But let's be clear. | ||
No person is an alien. | ||
And no human being can be illegal.
New this morning, U.S. | ||
officials are scrambling to prepare for a record-breaking surge of migrants attempting to cross the U.S.-Mexico border this spring.
In a CNN exclusive interview, the chief of Border Patrol says he is bracing for a staggering 8,000 apprehensions a day.
CNN's Priscilla Alvarez joins me now on this story.
That is a huge number. | ||
unidentified
|
It's not just a big number, but the Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz told me that that is the norm that he is expecting over the next 30 to 45 days.
So there's a couple reasons why the concern is right now.
Number one, typically border arrests go up in the warmer months, and we're heading into the spring, so we're already starting to see that happen.
Number two, we are waiting for a decision on a Trump-era pandemic emergency rule.
What that rule did was allow authorities to turn people away at the border.
We are waiting next week for a CDC decision whether that stays in effect.
If it doesn't, that means we go back to the traditional protocols.
Which would be releasing migrants, sometimes monitoring them when that happens, detaining them or removing them if they don't have an asylum claim.
But that takes processing, that takes time.
And so what the Border Patrol has had to do is prepare for the event that there will be many more people coming in the next few weeks.
And they are already, by the way, Breonna, over capacity.
This week they had 16,000 people in custody in their facilities.
Thank you Mr. Chairman.
As I said in my opening statement, the crisis on the border is worsening considerably under the current administration.
We've had 12 straight months of over 150,000 Uh, illegal migrants, which is was a 63% increase from February 2021 and a DHS record for the month of February.
And according to the internal Border Patrol estimates, from January through August of 21, over 273,000 migrants avoided apprehension and entered our country illegally.
These are new records. | ||
This has not happened before.
I'm deeply concerned that the crisis will soon get even worse, as we discussed in my office.
If the Biden administration ends the Title 42 border policy in April, illegal immigration will surge even beyond the current record-setting levels.
So, General Van Hurte, Given the worsening conditions and the crisis at the southwest border, are you aware of any discussion within the administration or DHS that could result in any requests for additional troops at that border?
Senator Inhofe, there is a request from the Department of Homeland Security planning stages right now of the department to provide additional capability or capacity based on the potential for additional immigration or folks coming to the southwest border.
I don't have the details of that right now, and I haven't been tasked to provide any additional support to the Department of Homeland Security at this time.
And I understand that, but it is a reality that's in discussion.
General Richardson, it's clear that SOUTHCOM continues to be under-resourced despite all of the threats in your AOR and that's something we need to take a closer look at as we develop our NDA and we'll have to do discussed in my office th about their growing prese and consequences for our
as a shock for the city o and Demick County leaders is, uh, they got a call i Who is they?
The border patrol from the federal government, you know, that start releasing immigrants into the city of Carrizo Springs.
Soon, undocumented immigrants without criminal history will be released in the city of Carrizo Springs.
Like he said, agent in charge again could be 10, could be 50, could be 150.
However, city officials admit they're not prepared and have reached out to the city of Uvalde on how they handle the release of migrants.
We're starting from scratch, literally.
And then of course in the border you have, you know, charities and churches that help these immigrants and here there's nothing at this point in place.
Okay, this is the border that matters.
I hope you understand, I hope this audience understands the total and complete scam that's going on here.
Where the misdirection play is to focus on the eastern border of the Russian-speaking eastern border of Ukraine and have all these huge meetings, all these gatherings, try to get the media on there and non-stop coverage, coverage, coverage, coverage, coverage.
Because of this show, because of the people we bring on here, the Auden Cabellos, the Todd Bensmans, the Oscar Blues and others from the Rio Grande Valley, from Mexico, forcing the media to address what is going to be an invasion of the United States.
This is reality. | ||
And think of some of the things that were just said there in that cold open, and I want to hat tip to the War Room producers and the team in Denver for putting that together.
Because that is a hundred times more important than what's going on in Brussels.
Joe Biden is at the border of Poland and Ukraine, and he's too gutless and doesn't care enough about his country, or most importantly, the Hispanic Americans, that Joe Biden thinks you're trash.
He does not respect you.
He'd rather go over to Poland to the Ukrainian border.
He's more worried about that than he is worried about your... I don't want every Hispanic that hears this, and we're gonna make sure it's pushed out everywhere, to understand these people do not respect you.
They do not respect the safety of your job, your community, your family, or your own person.
Look at that last official.
What'd the last official say?
We're just letting illegal aliens, or they say undocumented, we're letting them that don't have criminal records just out in the community.
They're just letting them go.
With not even anything close to a serious asylum claim.
And no real paperwork. | ||
This is what little regard, this is official action.
These are command decisions.
This is not by omission.
They know what they're doing.
This is all going to be documented.
This is the first, I keep saying the first impeachment charge, and there'll be multiple, but the first impeachment charge is initiating and exacerbating and covering up an invasion of the United States.
And think how many, how many years have you heard this?
How many years have you heard about the border?
It was a major issue in 16, but it was a bigger issue before that.
It was a big, huge issue in 12 for Obama.
It's been a big issue for decades and decades and decades, and I think right now we're sitting on a major invasion.
Senator Inhofe, and I want to repeat, and if Denver can pull that, we'll play it later, just that one clip, not the whole thing, but here's what I want them to pull.
Not Steve Bannon saying this.
Not the war room saying this.
Senator Inhofe quoting in this hearing 12 straight months of over 150,000 people coming across.
Caught over 12 straight months.
months. 156,000 troops landed at Normandy on D-Day. Every month for 12 months we've We've had a Normandy in Southern Arizona, in South Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley.
Embrace that. | ||
This is a full-blown invasion and all they want to do is have you look away.
And now CDC is about to rule on the Trump era of Title 42, which is about at least some restrictions because of the CCB virus and COVID-19.
This is a crisis of immense proportion and it's destroying communities.
This is why we're going to have a sweeping victory because the Hispanics have had a belly full of this.
They've had a belly full of the lies.
They've had a belly full of the misrepresentations.
They've had a belly full of people that think they're trash and Democrats and the Biden administration, the illegitimate Biden regime.
Elections have consequences.
Stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.
You could not get more catastrophic on this border, not the Ukrainian border.
Okay? | ||
Not the Ukrainian border.
And General Keenan, all the people on Fox with the cheerleading, where are you on the southern border?
Yeah, you're gonna get down there in the next couple weeks when it gets out of control.
Where were you the last four or five weeks?
Why have you been focused on where the liberal and progressive media wants you to focus?
That's all noise. | ||
This is signal. | ||
This is the destruction of our country.
And we're forcing them now, they would see, because we know the junior producers watch this all the time and take notes, they know this is coming and now they're forced to cover it.
Daily Mail, can we get the Daily Mail story up?
Internally, they're talking about, they're asking, they're so outmanned at the Border Patrol, and there's no more ICE, they're actually requesting the military to come down.
That's why Inoff is talking to Southcom.
Remember, Southcom has everything south of the border, Central America and Latin America, and the Caribbean.
And he's talking about the CCP, and Todd Benson's going to tell us, and Oscar Blue, and Audin.
It's every nation of the world.
And we're not demonizing the people who come across.
It's logical that they're going to do this.
They're rational people.
They see the opportunity to come here.
Look at the rest of the world, the anarchy and chaos.
And as big an anarchy and chaos as you have in Chicago and New York City, it is certainly better than the rest of the world.
It's still the greatest country on earth, and that's how they will do anything.
In this horrible journey they have to take through the Darien Gap and then to turn themselves essentially over to the cartels and to be trafficked with the Mexican Federales and the police.
Let's cut to the chase. | ||
They're all corrupt and most of them are taking money.
I shouldn't say most of them.
Some of them are taking money and in on it.
Let's go to Auden for a second.
Auden, what is the status and the chatter down there among the folks you know?
Do they know the tidal wave that's about to hit northern Mexico and sweep across the Rio Grande into the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas, sir?
unidentified
|
I would say a week ago they were clueless and I believe they're watching our reporting because now there's There's activity going on here in Acuna.
State patrols have been in the areas where migrants cross.
I was there a while ago at one of the main crossing points and spoke to a group of Nigerians.
And what they're telling me is that they arrived in Brazil.
They crossed 10 countries.
There's a lot of people in the Darien Gap making their way to Tapachula.
And what's happening in Tapachula is just for some context on how fast these migrants are moving out of there now.
Before they would get this card, and this one was issued in October, so it was taking months for the Mexican Institute of Immigration to issue these cards.
Well, now what they're issuing is this card, and this one only takes days to issue.
This was issued on March 14th, and all these were left there today.
It's a Cuban family, and that's how fast they're getting cleared out of Tapachula and arriving here at our border, especially Ciudad Cunha and Del Rio.
I did speak with the Border Patrol wife, and she's telling me that one of the processing centers in the Rio has a capacity of 110, and right now it's at 1,000.
So that's how overwhelmed our Border Patrol is at this moment.
So just imagine once all these that are being cleared out, all these migrants cleared out of Tapachula arrive here in Acuna and Piedra Negra, Zicopas, it's going to be catastrophic.
Real quickly, some of the footage and some of the things we talked about last week, I think people didn't believe it, right?
The authorities didn't believe it.
They had to look at it. | ||
Tell us about your reporting that's kind of awakened people to what reality is.
unidentified
|
Yeah, so CBP issued a press release last week talking about the large numbers of migrants that were crossing, and those were dated on the March 18th, 20th, and 21st, large groups of 100 crossing.
And it went unnoticed until I went to the International Bridge.
I took my drone, and sure enough, when I arrived, there was 100 migrants underneath the bridge.
And they were cleared out as fast as Border Patrol could.
But I was able to get the footage, and my footage was questioned, that there was no migrants in Acuna del Rio.
But after all the reporting that's been going on this week, now there's action being taken.
Odd and Hang on, short commercial break.
Todd Benson's with us. | ||
We're going to get back to the confirmation hearing.
We've got a lot going on.
What's happening in Rome, what's happening in Brussels, what's happening in Ukraine.
All of it and some economics.
In the War Room. | ||
Back in a moment. | ||
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
We rejoice when there's no more, let's take down the TTP!
War Room, Pandemic, with Stephen K. Bannon The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
OK, welcome back. | ||
I think I'm getting some news right here that they're actually having a discussion.
There may be, and Mike Davis is going to tell us this at the bottom of the hour, may be actually a possibility of a tie vote in the committee right now on the confirmation.
We'll get to that. | ||
Remember, the Senate numbers 202-224-3121.
If you have not called, or if you have not called to your heart's content, make sure you contact us on today and let them know what your thoughts are about this.
Okay, I want to go back. | ||
Todd Bensman, I've got Aud in here.
We're trying to get Oscar Blue, if we can, getting a bad connection down there on the, what is it, the Guatemalan, the border in southern Mexico.
I want to go to Todd Bensman.
Senator Anoff, One of the most experienced guys in the Senate walks through 12 straight months, Todd, of 150,000 illegal aliens every month for a year, every month.
A Normandy landing, a D-Day landing every month for 12 straight months.
Can you put into, and now they're talking about Actually, there's discussions, the Daily Mail, let's get that story up, if Denver could do that.
They're actually having discussions in the government, because they're panicking about what the military could actually do on the southern border.
Because you've warned the nation four or five weeks ago, when everybody was just focused on Ukraine, saying, hey, I think we got a problem.
And that problem is Title 42.
It's coming up. | ||
In April, around the 1st of April, it's coming up.
If CDC doesn't renew it, we've got a massive problem because that's April and May before when the cold weather stops and before the desert heats up.
So, Todd Bensman, where are we on the invasion on the southern border on this Friday afternoon of what, the 25th of March?
Well, just a couple of things.
Yes, we've had a lot of 150,000 plus months But what he should have reminded people is that we've had quite a few 200,000 plus months.
One month was 219,000 and a lot of 180s and 190s and that sort of thing.
But what I wanted to get to about the reporting that they're considering sending American troops to the border.
We've been down this road.
That doesn't mean what it sounds like.
Because people need to understand that this administration's idea of border security is that the turnstile only goes one way.
And border security, it means to make the turnstile as wide as you can make it, and as orderly as you can make it, one way in.
This is not about blocking, stopping, shutting it down, turning people away, creating deterrence or anything like that.
It's about bringing as many people in to all four corners of the country as smoothly and orderly as they can.
And the military, if they send the military down there, it's not going to be about guns and, you know, you know, putting, uh, you know, barriers up or anything like that.
It's going to be about how can we build some enclosures and get them food and water while we process them.
And that is not what it sounds like.
Okay, I want to make sure, and that's why we got Auden here, because he just broke the story this week.
What they don't want to have is another media fiasco, which we jump on and then Fox and everybody else gets on, of the international bridge between Acuna and Del Rio, right, where there's 15,000 Haitians.
And you've talked about this ANT program in Mexico and how this is working.
So they don't want to get caught like that.
If they get caught like that, they understand they're going to have a big media problem, right, one they can't deny.
So they're smarter than that.
What are they working on now?
They're still going to try to get, you called, three to four hundred thousand.
How are they going to try to do that without having the international bridge fiasco they had before, was it before Christmas, in the fall of last year?
Is that to me? | ||
I'll take that if, I don't know if that's to Auden.
No, that's for you first.
Auden put his drone up the other day, right?
Just off the press release.
They understand they can't let that international bridge have 15,000, you know, Nigerians or Cubans or Ukrainians, right?
This is not about race, color or nationality now.
They've got them all the world, as you've told me, all the world's coming up through the Darien Gap.
Yeah, I can't imagine a scenario where you have 3-400,000 people coming in a month where you don't have several Del Rio camps.
The ant operation is designed for 50,000 at a time, coming at 14 different cities, and nobody kind of notices, but what Oscar is telling me, and you can ask him yourself if you get him on, What Oscar was telling me last night on the phone was that the Mexican government, down where he is, is planning to just let everybody through.
They're not going to even try an ant operation.
They're just going to try to muscle their way to just getting people through the border and on up to our border with no pretense of an ant operation.
And that's what led to Del Rio In September, that kind of thing?
Because they don't have the capacity down there to manage 200,000 migrants swarming over their border if that's what happens.
I think it's going to happen.
I think we're going to have several Del Rio migrant camps down there.
But also, one of the reasons they don't want to stop is the cartels, the cartels are putting the finger on everybody down there.
And there are Mexican officials that are working hand in glove with the cartels and making money.
The human trafficking, let's leave the sex trafficking aside, the human trafficking is more profitable than even the drug trafficking.
Todd Bensman. | ||
Yes, definitely. | ||
In this Biden border crisis, There's good reporting, DEA I believe, there's good DHS reporting that shows that those cartels across from South Texas made more money from human smuggling than they are from drugs now.
So that is because the numbers are just astronomical.
Before Title 42 ended, just before Title 42, we still had 42 in place, When we've had these monumental, record-breaking surge of, you know, 180,000, 200,000 every month.
They're making a lot of money.
I interviewed a cartel smuggler in Ojanaga, Mexico, just a few months ago.
uh... who just was showing me this huge water pesos from guiding smugglers he said we've never had this much money we've never made so much money like no i don't got like more than ever before and that's in an area that they don't make any money on human smuggling the questions to you is how
How profitable is this now for officials in these local areas, Mexican officials and obviously the cartel, of taking all these people, come up through the gap and deliver them to the international bridge and other crossings into the United States?
unidentified
|
Yeah, so it's very profitable.
We know that migrants are paying up to $10,000.
Uh, per person, and these are being paid out to if they go through Tamaulipas and they want a sure crossing into the United States.
It was a guaranteed crossing.
They're willing to pay the cartels in Tamaulipas and get them across.
And then you had those other migrants that, um, can't afford that much.
Maybe all they have is 5000.
And those are the ones that I've interviewed, and that's what they're paying.
And they're showing up here in the state of Coahuila because there's no stronghold of cartel.
But you do have Corrupt government officials that are taking their money on their way over here.
And I have plenty of those interviews.
And also just to add, we do have a lot of Haitians that shop here in Acuna and also in Tapachula because they know that they will get deported.
So with Title 42 going away, you can add the Haitians back on that list, even Mexicans, all those countries that are on standby, that are going to add to everybody that's already in Tapachula.
Todd, I want to go back to you.
You wrote the great book on the jihad, the problem of the jihad on the border.
Right now, as Auden and Oscar has told us, it's the United Nations.
It's the whole world's coming.
A whole world's coming.
How dangerous is it right now for people that we can't vet, we can't monitor, we don't know, and from how many nations of the world are coming, Todd Bensman?
Well, they're coming from 150 countries that we can count through the Darien Gap.
Yesterday, there was a great report by my friend Jason Jones that 15 Tajiks and Uzbeks crossed.
Two of them were on the terror watch list.
We've had Lebanese-born Venezuelans on the terror watch list cross, Saudi crossed at Yuma, Yemenis crossing, and I think that when you have a breakdown in the border like this, with these overwhelming numbers, that the risk of that type of thing, which normally is kind of a moderate to low risk, is really elevated.
And I don't know if Oscar, if you got him on, but he was telling me about Ask him about the Iraqis he's chasing down there.
He has Iraqis, he has Chinese, he has Iranians, it's insane.
Before we go to break, and I want to bring you guys back to the break, we've got Mike Davis, we've got Ben Hur, we've got a packed show today.
When you say breakdown at the border, we have every resource.
We just authorized $14 billion for Ukraine 10 days ago.
We just gave them another billion dollars last night.
We have all the resources to stop this if we had the political will Yes, it's not about resources.
It's about policy. | ||
It's about what you're doing with your resources.
If you're not blocking, turning back, deporting, deterring, Then there there's no in between you are Encouraging open borders and you're sending that message to the entire world to come in.
That's all they hear They don't that's all they hear and see is are we getting in is our smuggling money paying off?
With a successful entry.
That's that's all that matters and they are being Successful entering the country and staying for their money.
They're gonna just keep coming It's what you do with the resources.
Todd Bensman, CIS, Audien Cabello, who's one of the great reporters, investigative reporters.
We're going to have a short commercial break.
Breaking news, Ceylon, Sri Lanka, famine, financial implosion.
The United States looks like a safe haven right now in the anarchy and chaos of the world.
Short commercial break.
We're going to return to the southern border and also the confirmation hearing, all next in The War Room.

It's so nice that the new federal state Folks over there on the border, Ukraine said today, Mr. Bennet, you got to take action, action, action.
I guess the word's getting out, right?
Okay. | ||
Speaking of action, we'll go to Todd Benz.
We got Auden Cabello doing a great reporting right at the border in Arcona, right across from Del Rio at the International Bridge.
His reporting over the last couple of weeks here and his drone has already shocked the border patrol folks in DHS because he's, you know, they're putting out press releases.
He's putting the truth up.
Todd, there's some hot spots, the Cuban, here's, people understand something.
The folks come up here are rational people and they're smart people and they're going to figure out how to get here because the Biden administration's open borders.
This is why this is such a sham.
You got all those folks being killed in Ukraine and you got all these fat cats sitting in NATO puffed up, having their, having their meetings, having their cocktail parties, doing all that.
Right? | ||
And they're getting shelled in Mariupol.
Now they're talking today that, hey, Russia may just focus on the eastern, a deal for the eastern provinces and maybe Crimea.
Wow, where'd you hear that first?
Here, seven or eight weeks ago?
How many dead is it taking to get there?
And Zelensky comes out today, big headline, Zelensky very disappointed with what NATO did at their meeting.
Because NATO just, EU and NATO, these are gutless Europeans and gutless Americans.
This is not what those nations represent, and it's not the people of the United States they represent.
They get over there, and they've waltzed these people into this situation, promised them all this stuff, and then left them to their own fate, to the brutality of the Russian army.
And you can see how brutal it's getting.
So, compare Maripol to Brussels yesterday, the big round table, and they're all sitting there, and they got people getting them coffee, and they got cocktail parties afterwards.
Okay, and then compare that to the devastation.
And then look at the southern border of your country.
And how many people are going to die coming through the Darien Gap?
How many kids are going to be sex trafficked coming through the Darien Gap?
And you've got people down there, some bad hombres, cutting deals left and right to get more folks up here while the gates open before we take over in November.
And Biden and everybody that's associated with this, you better save your papers.
Because not just is it going to be an impeachment trial, we're going to find out everybody that was in on this and allowed this invasion of the country to happen.
This is treason. | ||
You are destroying people's life and you're destroying this nation.
And the bravery, and you got Todd Bensman, you got Oscar Blue, you got Auden Cabello, you got Ben Berkwam, you got a handful of people down there telling the truth day in and day out.
And now you got CNN, and all these hearings are going to have all this, and they're so shocked they knew about this.
Think about it for a second, $150,000, and Bensman said, hey, remember the months we had $200,000, $180,000, $219,000?
Every month, a Normandy.
Think how big Normandy is in the mythic memory of the United States as a foundational myth of our nation.
A foundational element of the bravery.
150,000 troops, that's every month on the southern border of the United States of America for the last 12 months.
You don't think that rights impeachment?
Biden, you guys are the lowest scum, and you're over there stealing money out of Ukraine with that scumbag son of yours, the drug addict pervert, stealing as much money as possible, and good people in the Rio Grande Valley, hard-working Hispanic Americans, lives are being destroyed, their kids are being killed, their education system is being destroyed, their healthcare system is being destroyed, and everybody goes, well, you know, nothing, what can we do about it?
I don't know, what can we do about it?
Hey, can we send the army?
I don't know. | ||
Good God, man. | ||
This is the United States of America.
You're telling me we can't secure that border and protect our people?
It's not happening because you don't want it to happen.
Todd Benson. | ||
And they're cutting deals.
They're cutting deals with the Cubans.
Tell us about Nicaragua cutting a deal with the Cubans right now, sir.
Well, I'm old enough to remember the Muriel Boatlift of 1982 when Castro emptied all of his prisons and mental wards out into the ocean to Florida. And something has happened recently that reminds me of that, and it is that the Cuban government and the Nicaraguans have recently struck a deal where no visas are required for air travel from Cuba into Nicaragua.
And so at least 40,000 Cubans have taken that new route into Nicaragua and hit our border.
And I am thinking that the numbers are just the beginning of Cubans.
We're going to start seeing a lot of Cubans.
And my question is, and when I go down there and meet Cubans, I will ask the question, you know, were you, are you coming from a prison?
Are you coming from a mental hospital?
That sort of thing. | ||
Hang on. | ||
Just, just watch, go watch, go pull Scarface.
See Al Pacino, Tony Montana, that's what it's all about.
Only the very best people.
Only the very best. | ||
I'm not demonizing. | ||
Only the very best. | ||
The Cubans, that dictatorship, they only let the very best leave.
Right? | ||
With what happened in Miami, what was it, in the 70s?
Watch the opening of Scarface.
That's what happened. | ||
That's what you're seeing.
Todd, I gotta bounce. | ||
How do people, in particular on social media, because you're putting stuff up all the time, how do people follow you?
You gotta follow Todd Bensman.
There's an invasion coming.
More than Rommel and Van Ronstad knew that we were coming in the spring and summer of 44, this is coming here.
Okay? | ||
This is coming here. | ||
And Todd Bensman's your early search radar.
How did they get to you, sir?
Yeah, you can follow me on Getter, tbensman at Getter, and also my book, America's Cover of Border War.
Remember I told you about Jason Jones' story?
Two more Uzbekistanis came over the border and are on the FBI's watch list yesterday.
This book explains what that's all about and what we do about it.
Good God. | ||
Thank you, sir. | ||
Todd, your hero. | ||
I need you to stay safe. | ||
You're down there. | ||
It's dangerous territory.
It's dangerous territory for Mexican citizens.
That's the thing. | ||
Think of the people in northern Mexico.
They didn't ask for this to happen.
This is going to happen to them.
And it's a dangerous place.
You got cartels. | ||
You got corrupt officials.
You got people making money on human trafficking.
This is the way. | ||
Just do the math. | ||
Take ten. | ||
Let's assume everybody's got to pay $10,000.
Assume you're going to have 300,000 to 400,000 people.
You do the math. | ||
That's a cash business.
Auden, how do people stay up with your reporting, sir?
unidentified
|
Yeah, so I'm on Twitter as Cabello Auden and also on Gitter as Auden Cabello.
And to close, on Todd's point, the majority of people arriving here are Cubans, so that's ongoing.
Auden, unbelievable. | ||
Look forward to hopefully track you and Oscar down tomorrow and get you back up on the Saturday Show.
Thank you very much. | ||
Honored to have you on here.
unidentified
|
Yes, sir. | |
My pleasure. | ||
Let's go. | ||
By the way, in information warfare, let me say, particularly in this confirmation, and let's just be blunt, as highly qualified as she was, it was a debacle.
The Democrats know it's a debacle.
They want to force this thing through.
Justice Breyer doesn't even come off until June after this session ends, and they don't come back to October.
They take the entire summer off.
If she was confirmed in September, there'd be plenty of time.
Plenty of time. | ||
But they've got to force this one through.
And now, it's not a random event.
That Bob Woodward and Bob Costa are carpet bombing Ginny Thomas and Justice Thomas.
That's a diversion play.
And they've got another diversion play.
Mike Davis is here from Article 3.
Mike, we knew this was coming.
They've got to now clean up the pedophile, the sexual predator that she let off the hook.
The Washington Post has got to come in and clean that up.
Clean up on Aisle 8. | ||
Is this true, Mike Davis?
The child predator who should have been in prison for eight years but Judge Jackson implemented her longtime policy that she doesn't believe these child pornographers are pedophiles and therefore they're not a danger to the community.
Well, Wesley Hawkins proved her wrong.
She sentenced him to just three months instead of eight years and then she did 73 months of After his release, she did not order computer monitoring.
And so during this time when he should have been in prison, and during this time when he at least should have had computer monitoring, he reoffended.
And the Article 3 Project found this research.
and blew it up. And so of course, the Washington Post, which does propaganda for the Biden regime, went into spin control. They finally decided they wanted to do some investigative journalism in this matter, in Judge Jackson's background. So what was their investigative journalism?
They sent reporters out to find this Hawkins character, who is a child predator, and they did a puff piece.
They wrote this piece, you know, making it look like, you know, he's essentially the victim of this political play, and they're trying to humanize this guy.
This guy's a monster, and the Washington Post spends their time trying to humanize this guy.
So that's their information war on this one.
I want to make sure, and we can't get into too much detail because, you know, we have a lot of people driving home to get kids in the car, But people have to understand, these people are pedophiles.
They prey, and they prey on these small children.
Babies, children, and young adults.
Right? | ||
They made a, I think it was Hawkins, she made a comparison in her talk, oh they were all kind of the same age.
The little kids were like 7 and 8.
Hawkins was 18 at the time.
Hey, 18 in my family, you're a grown man, you stand on your own two feet.
Right? | ||
You're a grown man at 18.
You can serve your country, you can drink a beer, you can go buy a pack of cigarettes.
You're a grown man. | ||
He was a grown man. | ||
What do you mean they're the same?
He's a grown man and these were children.
Mike Davis. | ||
She has she's had this fringe theory since she served on the Sentencing Commission.
This came up in 2012 when she was a vice chair of the Sentencing Commission.
She contradicted the expert testimony and she made a key finding there that these child pornographers are not pedophiles so therefore They're not as dangerous to the community and so therefore we should not sentence them to prison for as long as we do.
And Ms. | ||
Hawkins is a direct result of that dangerous, flawed, fringe theory that she has.
This theory is a danger to all kids in America because she doesn't take seriously how bad these people are.
She thinks that with the internet we should give them less sentences instead of more because it's easier to download this child pornography.
It's the other way around.
We've had the explosion in the Internet with our smartphones, with high-definition cameras.
It makes it easier to make and share child pornography.
And child pornography, again, I'm sorry for the kids listening to this, it's child rape.
These kids cannot consent.
It's a terrible problem, and the ruling elite in D.C.
want to sweep it under the rug.
They don't want to talk about it.
And it's disgusting, and we need to blow this up.
Here's the good news. | ||
Let me tell you about the information warfare.
Here's the good news. | ||
You don't really see, I mean, you got the Joy and Reason and the normal hacks on MSNBC kind of going on script, but you don't see a lot of people coming out here saying, man, that was magnificent.
You just don't. | ||
You've also got the Washington Post and the propaganda departments are nervous.
Number one, they're all over Jeannie Thomas and Judge Thomas.
They want to distract with that.
They're bringing out heavy guns.
Bob Woodward and Bob Costa, right?
Boom! | ||
All over, and they're all over the shows.
In addition, you know they're nervous.
When they go do a puff piece on a pedophile to try to clean up his reputation, make him look like the victim, they're in panic mode.
And here's why. | ||
If we can't kill this confirmation, which I think is still in the cards, because there's a lot of stuff going on in the background, you make it a career-ending vote for senators in Arizona, in Nevada, and maybe other places.
Because the Hispanic community is not going to tolerate this.
Short break. | ||

Now that they're talking about nuclear weapons, chemical weapons, there's their famine, you get the whole world's on fire.
And of course, we've got an invasion on the southern border.
Nobody's paying attention to their only exacerbate.
We're paying attention to it.
Todd, Mike Davis. | ||
He's been on the ramparts the entire time.
He was the early search radar on this complete debacle of the radical Judge Jackson.
And it's not about her qualifications.
She's certainly smart enough and she's certainly got the qualifications.
It's about the content and her judgment.
It's a judgment problem and a content problem.
Mike, but here's the thing.
Now is the Washington Post.
You don't see these people really cheerleading.
The Sunday show is going to say great stuff, but that's all just pro forma.
People are nervous in the smart people here reporting that people are nervous.
You now have the McConnell said, I am not voting for.
And, you know, they're locking in hard.
We hear the committee's tied this mansion thing.
There may be some stuff going on in the background.
You never know. | ||
Kelly and these guys understand it's going to be a brutal vote.
There's more information that's going to come out.
So this is the next week or two are going to be intense.
What happens if we're tied up starting on Monday at the committee?
Walk us through the logistics of how this thing gets unwound.
So how this works is on Monday, so they have the nomination hearing, which they've already done.
Now they have what's called committee markup.
And so they do the first markup meeting on Monday, and they discuss the nomination and under the Senate committee, the Judiciary Committee rules, they hold over the nomination for the following Monday.
So I think that's the 4th of April.
And so on the 4th is when it would be voted in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
The committee is split 11 to 11.
I presume that all 11 Republicans will oppose this nomination.
So what's going to have to happen is they have a special procedure to discharge the nomination from the committee to the Senate floor.
And there's some debate that goes along with that.
Four hours of debate, I believe, that goes along with that.
If it ties up 50-50, all 50 Republicans vote against this nomination, then the Vice President Kamala Harris has to come in and break the tie to discharge the nomination out of the committee.
But hold it. | ||
Not the committee. | ||
That's on the floor. | ||
Does she come actually to the committee level too?
No, it's a discharge petition from the full Senate.
Yeah. | ||
Because ties fail in the Judiciary Committee.
But I have an article from Larry Tribe, this monstrous thing from Larry Tribe and Pence, that he thinks that's unconstitutional.
We'll get to that later.
The numbers 202-224-3121.
Are Tillis and Sass the two weakest elements of the committee right now?
Because what we need to do is get this past the Easter break.
If this gets past the Easter break, that's April 8th when they want to get out of town.
If they have not taken this to the Senate floor, if there's still more things they gotta check out, if they're still forced the documents out, this gets past April 8th.
That's another two, three weeks.
This thing is in real trouble.
And there's no hurry on this.
We can take all the time we want.
They don't come back. | ||
They don't need a new justice until, was it the first Tuesday in October?
First Monday in October?
We got a long way to go. | ||
A long way to go. | ||
We've got all the time in the world, Mike Davis.
No hurry here. | ||
202-224-3121. | ||
If you're calling this afternoon, you might want to just add a little love tap to Ben Sasse and to Tillison in North Carolina and just remind them, hey, did you sit through this committee hearings?
Because I watched it and I'm not particularly happy.
I think we've got a radical here, particularly in the area of these pedophiles and child pornography.
Mike Davis. | ||
Yeah, and so the committee vote is on Monday the 4th.
We could have a confirmation vote as early as, you know, Friday or Thursday the 7th or Friday the 8th.
And it's really important that people call their home state senators and make it very clear that you have seen what happened.
You do not agree with Judge Jackson's longtime view that child pornographers are not pedophiles and therefore they're not dangerous and therefore we should be more lenient on them.
And we need to stop this nomination.
She is a radical. | ||
The way to stop this is to put, make sure that Republicans solidly oppose her and then let's start putting pressure on the so-called moderates and the Democrat Party.
I want to have, and by the way, the other conservative and judicial crisis, you ought to be all over this.
I don't know where you guys are right now.
We're going to put up the article in the Washington Post.
I want to see, this is a learning, this is a teaching moment for our audience.
This is what you call a cleanup.
They're trying to take a pedophile, right?
They're trying to take a pedophile and they're trying to make him like he's the victim.
So it doesn't look like her decisions are that catastrophic.
Okay, that's what this is all about.
We're going to walk you through the whole thing.
This is all information warfare.
The War and Posse is ahead of this.
You guys have changed the arc here, because Mike Davis got the information, and you guys made the phone calls.
The other day I heard the lines were burning up, couldn't even get to Durbin Singh.
Mike, Article 3, how do people follow you?
