| The great Miranda Devine is going to be here about the hard drive from hell, which The New York Times just admitted she was 100% correct from her original reporting back, I think it was in September, October of 2020, when she broke the big story. | ||
| But the reason we want to have Miranda today, not to gloat about that, but it's the underpinning, it's the substrate of this talk with she and Biden today. | ||
| They don't. | ||
| Nobody wants to make that connection. | ||

| The Biden administration knows there's a mass migration event that's going to take place as soon as Title 42 comes off, which is the restrictions about the COVID virus. | ||
| There's 60 to 80 million people, and Cortez I'll get to you in a second, 60 million people on mainland China in Shenzhen, which is their Silicon Valley, that are in lockdown. | ||
| Okay? | ||
| Because they got a new strain of the CCP virus running around there. | ||
| Because they don't lock them down for no reason. | ||
| They want them working. | ||
| They want to lock them down in a factory. | ||
| They got him locked down there now. | ||
| But they're thinking because of the pressure. | ||
| The pressure is not your health. | ||
| The pressure is they got so many illegal aliens they want to get across the border. | ||
| Todd Bensman, just walk me through the math. | ||
| What can we expect as you're the guy, you're the man, as your expectations, what will happen when Title 42 is taken off on the southern border of the United States of America, sir? | ||
| Well, first of all, if they do take it down, which it's renewable every 60 days and April 1st is the next renewal. | ||
| I think the Biden administration is really clinging to this thing because it's big, big trouble if it goes away or when it goes away, but it has to go away. | ||
| It's a temporary measure. | ||
| You can't keep this forever. | ||
| We already are having about 160,000 a month. | ||
| We just had 160,000 $160,000 for February. | ||
| The Axios story talked about intelligence officials thinking that there's another $170,000 that would crash over the border, I'm presuming in addition to the regular monthly $160,000. | ||
| So we're looking at about $320,000, $300,000 plus right there, which would be monumental. | ||
| I mean, nothing like that has ever happened. | ||
| 219,000 one time, so this would be far beyond that. | ||
| There's a 70,000 pack of migrants that are trapped down there in Tapachula, Mexico, right on the Guatemala border. | ||
| We've talked about that. | ||
| The Mexicans are holding them down there behind this bureaucratic wall, but they're rioting every single day. | ||
| Demonstrating they're going to have to let them go. | ||
| So that could be another 70,000 that could suddenly unleash. | ||
| They're coming one way or another whether Title 42 is in or out. | ||
| And then they're talking about 25 or 30,000 that are already pooled up on the Mexican side. | ||
| Uh, but I think that all of this is kind of an undercount. | ||
| I think that, uh, when Title 42 goes away, that the entire world is just going to come rushing through. | ||
| There's 140, 150 countries, uh, that are paying very close attention to Title 42. | ||
| Uh, it's the one membrane, the last speed bump that the Biden administration has really to slow things down a little bit. | ||
| So that's, I mean, we could potentially see, you know, 350-400,000 in a really quick flood. | ||
| The question is, is will it maintain at those kind of rates for months on end? | ||
| April, May, June, those are historically high months anyway. | ||
| Like the constellation of planets right now, the alignment is just terrible. | ||
| for the border. It couldn't be worse for the border right now with that. I'm going to guess that the Biden people will try their best to like do another two months just to get past this April. Maybe they'll claim the Chinese, you know, the lockdown, we're still at risk. I mean, they really, I think I'll be, I wouldn't be surprised if they delayed it another two months, but eventually they're getting rid of it. | ||
| They're under a lot of pressure from these immigration groups to take it off because they don't want this flood. | ||
| I just want to, I want you to give one other statistic. | ||
| Percentage that are coming across that are from Central America or Mexico, because people think that's where all the problem is. | ||
| That ain't, that's just not the problem anymore. | ||
| What percentage are just from Central America or Mexico, sir? | ||
| Yeah, now that's going to be about 60%, but the percentage from other than Mexico and other than Central America is at a historic high. | ||
| We've never seen anything of 40%. | ||
| That's going to be people from all over the world. | ||
| Everybody's paying attention to this open border. | ||
| Everybody sees it as an opportunity to get in. | ||
| Let me just make sure, one other thing. | ||
| We're not demonizing these people at all. | ||
| In fact, Cordes and I have said they are actually making rational decisions. | ||
| And if you and I are in the same place, we're making the same rational decisions. | ||
| Let's make a break for the border. | ||
| These guys are inviting us in, right? | ||
| They're not securing their border. | ||
| And on the other side, we've got Nirvana. | ||

| The way it's set up now, you're kind of an idiot. | ||

| When Trump gets back in, the Republicans take Trump, more of the hardliners. | ||

| So, you know, I don't know what that says about I don't know how they view what's been happening at the border. | ||

| And the Hispanics, I'll give you a data on this in a second, but the Hispanics in Texas, of course, know better. | ||
| Many of them have friends or relatives who work in Customs and Border Patrol, for example, the most Hispanic agency. | ||

| I think for 2022, the two I's is what I've been saying. | ||
| Inflation and immigration, and they are conjoined in some ways. | ||
| Those are going to dominate the policy agenda for this year. | ||
| You're also right that people respond to incentives. | ||
| And these economic migrants, most of whom are young men, are making a very rational choice. | ||
| They know, number one, that the border is not guarded. | ||
| And then another aspect, That I'd like to add. | ||
| They also know that once they're in the interior of the United States, that ICE has been completely neutered. | ||
| Deportations from the United States are down 70% so far this year versus 2020. | ||
| In 2021, excuse me, versus 2020. | ||
| For the entire United States. | ||
| So not only do you know you get past the gate, but once you're past the gate, there's almost no chance that you're going to be expelled. | ||
| But regarding Hispanics in Texas, I do want to quickly give a poll number. | ||
| This is from Civics Polling. | ||
| When Joe Biden took office in January of 2021, he actually had enormous goodwill among Hispanics. | ||
| His favorable-unfavorable ratio, Texas Hispanics, was plus 30% in his favor. | ||
| He began with enormous goodwill. | ||
| Right now, 14 months later, according to Civics polling, it is minus 7. | ||
| He's at only 39% approved, 46% disapproved among Texas Hispanics. | ||
| A monumental 37 percentage point decrease, meltdown really I should call it, not just a decrease, meltdown among Texas Hispanics. | ||
| And I think the two reasons are the two I's, inflation and immigration. | ||
| This election in November is not the most important election in your lifetime. | ||
| You know what it is? | ||
| It is the opportunity to destroy the Democratic Party as a national political institution, okay? | ||
| I want to go to the great Miranda Devine of the New York Post, who had the courage to go through everything they had to go through in the due diligence. | ||
| Miranda, about the laptop from hell, you had the book about it, but you're the reporter that actually broke this. | ||
| And Miranda, here's what I think's happened in the last couple of hours, or days, with the New York Times saying this. | ||
| People don't understand the courage that this woman had. | ||
| This is a binary function. | ||
| She's either going to be proved correct or her career is over because the stakes were that high. | ||
| She had the courage to go to one of the toughest and smartest news organizations out there, the New York Post, founded by Alexander Hamilton, one of the best papers in the country, I think the oldest major paper in the country, and walk through with a serious management team that put experts on this to verify that all this was correct. | ||
| And then to have the intelligence community, you know, Clapper, Brennan, all these guys, take a full page ad out to call her an incompetent and a liar that this is all Russian disinformation. | ||
| Miranda, we're honored to have you on here. | ||
| Walk us through what's happened in the last couple of days about your story, the laptop from hell. | ||

| And look, I have to give a shout out to Emma Jo Morris, who, my colleague at the New York Post, who actually wrote that initial story back in October of 2020 that big tech decided to censor and that the rest of the media ignored. | ||
| And now 16 months later, the New York Times has deigned to actually acknowledge in the 24th paragraph of its story that it put on page 20 yesterday, that the laptop that Hunter Biden abandoned at a Delaware MacBook repair shop is real. | ||
| They have themselves independently authenticated The emails that we published back 16 months ago. | ||
| And so, you know, all I can say is big deal. | ||
| I mean, people say, do you feel vindicated? | ||
| Well, no. | ||
| The readers of the New York Post and your viewers and the viewers of Fox News, they all knew what was going on because we authenticated the laptop and the emails that we published back before the election. | ||
| And of course, now that it doesn't matter, now that the election is well and truly over and everyone has Biden remorse. | ||
| because of the disaster he's made of his presidency. | ||
| Now it's safe for the New York Times and the rest of the media to acknowledge reality. | ||
| So pardon me if I'm not, you know, dancing in the streets. | ||
| And the problem is the apologies, if there are to be any, should go to the American voter, because we know from polls that were done by the Media Research Center after the election, that fully half of Biden voters had no idea about the scandals contained in Hunter Biden's laptop or Tony Bobulinski's testimony. | ||
| And he's very believable material that he produced for the public before the election and for the FBI. | ||
| They had the public, the Biden voters, half of them had no idea of any of that. | ||
| And if they had known, 10 percent of them would have changed their vote. | ||
| And in an election that was decided by 45,000 people fewer in three battleground states, that would have made a material difference to the outcome. | ||
| Well, if 10% had done it, it would have been a sweeping... Trump did win, but if it happened, he would have won even bigger. | ||
| Miranda, hang on. | ||

| When they put a story up, they know what they're doing. | ||
| But a week or so after that full-page ad, I think it was in the New York Times, the top, our bettors, all these geniuses in the national security and particularly intelligence community came out and said, you're liars, you've been duped, and this is a Russian intelligence operation. | ||
| And Joe Biden then said it at a debate. | ||
| Miranda Devine, what was it like when that happened, ma'am? | ||
| Well, that was five days after our expose in October of 2020, three weeks before the election. | ||
| And it was just before Joe Biden had to face Donald Trump at a debate that John Brennan and James Clapper, Leon Panetta, Michael Hayden issued this scurrilous letter. | ||
| Claiming that the laptop and the contents, the emails that we had been publishing was Russian disinformation and, you know, their go to excuse for everything. | ||
| But coming as it did from these men and women who had such prestigious former occupations, it came like a bombshell. | ||
| And of course, it got wall to wall coverage in every media outlet. | ||
| And it was regarded as the final word on our story. | ||
| It completely discredited our story. | ||
| It was the fig leaf, the excuse for Facebook and Twitter to continue censoring our story and for the New York Times and the rest of them to ignore our story or traduce it. | ||
| And it was successfully killed it off and it gave Joe Biden his get out of jail free card. | ||
| It got him off the hook and he used it to great effect at that debate. | ||
| Let me give you a signal, not noise. | ||
| They knew what Miranda Devine, we had found, and what Miranda Devine and the New York Post had reported, was so explosive and so true that it would kill Biden as a candidate. | ||
| Let's be blunt about it. | ||
| They work in operation. | ||
| This is all coordinated. | ||

| John Brennan knew a lot because you can't tell me that the Vice President's son was going to Moscow to meet Russian oligarchs at the right hand of Vladimir Putin. | ||
| was going to Beijing and Shanghai to meet the inner sanctum of President Xi Jinping. | ||
| You can't tell me that the CIA, that the America's intelligence agencies weren't aware of what he was doing. | ||
| I'm going to talk about the chain of custody and the thing, but here's what, and remember, when we take over in November, and I want Brennan and all you guys to understand that, save your receipts and lawyer up, because the investigations, the Republicans are going to have a, they're having their conference, off-site conference, about what the program is going to be to take over. | ||
| The evasion of the southern border is going to be investigations, and I mean real investigations, not playing patty cake. | ||
| I mean star chamber. | ||
| On the invasion of the southern border, because I think that should lead to impeachment. | ||
| This is going to get an investigation. | ||
| Every person that signed that letter... | ||
| Should immediately have their security clearance pulled. | ||
| You've got to understand how the city works. | ||
| These guys all get these high security clearances, which give them access to special information. | ||
| They dine off those security clearances on the boards of directors and the consulting business and talking back and forth. | ||
| Immediately, all of the security clearances should be pulled and take away any aspect of them to make a livelihood off the United States of America. | ||
| What they did is a crime. | ||
| There's malfeasance and incompetence. | ||
| What these people did is a crime, an approvable crime. | ||
| They knew exactly what was the truth, and they lied. | ||
| And they lied to make sure Joe Biden won and Donald Trump was not the President of the United States. | ||
| This is a scandal of mass... I do not waste my time chasing rabbits. | ||
| And you know from this show, there's so many stories out there that you never hear about in the war room. | ||

| Then there's people that knew about this and like, where was this thing? | ||
| Why was this not even, what's the investigation? | ||
| Here's my point. | ||
| It's all going to come out. | ||
| January 6th, by the way, where are all your televised national, where are all the national hearings we were supposed to have, Liz Cheney and... | ||
| And Little Jamie Raskin. | ||
| Where are all those? | ||

| They're supposed to be so galvanizing. | ||
| We're going to sit there on the edge of our seats like we're getting. | ||
| Where's all that? | ||
| Because I'm going to tell you where they're going to be come after January 1st of next year. | ||
| You're going to see nationally televised hearings on this topic, okay? | ||
| And Hunter Biden's going to be up there. | ||
| And also, Brennan, all you guys have covered it up. | ||
| You know who's going to be a big witness in this? | ||

| Because she had the courage to bet her career, to bet everything she's worked on, on this story being true. | ||
| And you called her a liar. | ||

| Why is it so great that, you know, God, Divine Providence works in mysterious ways to have this happen on the exact morning where she is talking to Joe Biden about the future of the world and how this new Chinese hegemonic world order is going to work. | ||

| Well, look, like with Vladimir Putin, we know that money Tens of millions of dollars came from those regimes in China and in Russia into the pockets of Biden family and their business partners. | ||
| And so what was done in return? | ||
| Well, President Xi and Vladimir Putin know that better than anyone in this country apart from the Bidens. | ||
| And so that puts Joe Biden in a compromising position. | ||
| So he's not in a strong position to argue in America's national interests. | ||
| When he speaks for two hours this morning, the phone call with President Xi just ended 20 minutes ago. | ||
| We don't know from the American side what was said, but President Xi's quickly come out and put forward his side, his readout of the story. | ||
| And he apparently has told Joe Biden that America and China should share international responsibility. | ||
| And this at the same time as he sent a carrier through to the Taiwan Straits just before he started that phone conversation at 9 a.m. | ||
| So they're sending a message to Joe Biden, you're weak and there's nothing you can do to stop us. | ||
| And, you know, it's really important, I think, That we know exactly all the motivations of our president and what what is holding him back, if anything. | ||
| Let me tell you, I only got a couple of minutes, but I got to go back to the to the actual laptop itself. | ||
| And remember, our morning show is more of a family show. | ||
| The afternoon show is too. | ||
| So we have to be, you know, gentle about this. | ||
| But you had two things in this hard drive. | ||
| One was the depraved personal life of Hunter Biden in living color, in pictures and movies that would shock. | ||
| Even people that walk on the wild side. | ||
| But for a normal human being, it would shock you. | ||
| And then you had the compromise of all the deals and the transactions and all this. | ||
| I just want to make sure people understand. | ||

| I have a new story up on my substack about real collusion, which is big tech, the corporate media, and the intelligence community of the United States, what they did to rig the 2020 election. | ||
| I point out in that article, even if you actually believe that the legal votes were properly counted, and you and I certainly are not in that camp, Steve, obviously. | ||

| Well, in part, surely because he's simply a weak leader. | ||

| Given what we already know from the laptop from hell about how compromised he and his family, which I prefer to call a cartel, the Biden cartel are to the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| They're completely owned, but here's the thing. | ||
| You send Tony Blinken to Alaska, that little pencil neck, and Tiger Yang, who's a killer, lectures him in front of the world. | ||
| Blinken says like three minutes of stuff and Tiger Yang goes on for 20 minutes. | ||
| Then in Rome, since Blinken's not hard enough, who do we send? | ||
| The soy boy pencil neck, Jake Sullivan. | ||
| That's going to scare some guys. | ||
| Tiger Yang goes there and for seven hours dictates to him how the world's going to be. | ||
| Today, she's having a meeting after the Saudis won't take Biden's phone call and the UAE won't take his phone call, the Saudis invite Xi for a state meeting, announce the deal on the Ides of March that Cortez talked about, about not taking dollars in these transactions. | ||
| Then, when they're going to have the call, He sends a carrier battle group and where the war is really going to be in the South China Sea and through the Straits of Taiwan all the time. | ||

| That's not, you just call it a flex, Cortez, because I know you're a football player, boxer. | ||

| And that information, Steve, was hidden from the American people by American big tech. | ||

| We have to do that. | ||
| And we can't only complain about it, though we should. | ||

| Rebecca, right now, as this discussion is going on between China and the United States, which is really the thing that's going to settle what's happening, what, as you see it right now, What are the immediate war aims of Vladimir Putin? | ||
| What is he still pushing to do since he's bombing, particularly in eastern, they're trying to take down Maripol, looks like they're trying to devastate it. | ||
| What is your mind, since you're the Putin, you know Putin better than anybody, what is his specific war aims right now? | ||
| Well, the specific war aim, one, is to absolutely psychologically dislodge Ukrainians, right? | ||
| This is why you see him bombing civilian targets in a brutal way, but also to build the land bridge and ultimately secure Kiev, establish control over Kiev, because if he does that, then effectively he accomplished his decapitation strategy. | ||
| And then the third of his objective is to really capture and kill Zelensky. | ||
| And this is why the Wagner Group and the Kadyrovtsy are on a hunt right now for Ukraine's President Zelensky. | ||
| You think that when they say they're negotiating at the table and they want Crimea and they want the land bridge, they want decent provinces, he's prepared to have a neutral zone? | ||
| You don't buy any of that. | ||
| You're saying he's still... Because if he gets that, why does he care if Zelensky is there or not? | ||
| It's a neutral buffer zone. | ||
| Why would he kill him? | ||
| Why would he end up killing Zelensky and making him a martyr? | ||
| Because he's realizing that he has absolutely miscalculated on Zelensky. | ||
| Zelensky has established leadership and he's acting as a statesman that the West is actually supporting. | ||
| He has showed the West that he has something, you know, the cojones that Western leaders don't. | ||
| And if he does not remove Zelensky, then there's a possibility of insurgency and he will continue to inspire. | ||
| So Putin is also having a very personal beef with Zelensky. | ||
| So he just wants to destroy him. | ||
| Real quickly, what do you think, how big a role do you think behind the scenes China's playing as far as underwriting this financially and supplying potentially backup military equipment in your understanding? | ||
| I do believe they help, they provide significant help, and here's why. | ||
| Because Russia and China, they are positioning themselves as strategic partners to the extent that they can challenge the United States and present us with potentially two wars that they assess Pentagon cannot handle. | ||
| If we can't handle Afghanistan, we can't handle two nation states that Pentagon itself designated as near peer competitors. | ||
| Now, I don't believe Xi Jinping will cooperate with Biden because it absolutely does not make sense that Biden would expect that. | ||
| He clearly does not understand the relationship between Russia and China, but also China's ultimate goal to establish itself as a superpower by 2049. | ||
| And they want to replace dollar as the reserve currency, and Biden is doing, unfortunately, everything to encourage that. | ||
| Intentionally or unintentionally, possibly unintentionally, but it's stupid that we're eroding confidence within the markets in our currency as the reserve currency for international exchange, and it's atrocious. | ||
| Dr. Thayer, do you agree with Rebecca Koffler? | ||
| Do you think that Biden doesn't fully understand the geostrategic intentions here of Xi for being a hegemon? | ||

| And here we have the opportunity, as Xi sees, to make major steps to reverse the American power in international politics. | ||
| Bismarck had a great quote, Steve, the former, of course, the Prussian and then later German Great statesman, that a statesman has to wait until he hears the sounds of God moving through events, and then leap up and grasp the hem of his garment. | ||
| So what are we seeing? | ||
| Xi's leaped up and he's grasped the hem of God's garment. | ||
| He's taking major steps to replace the United States in international politics. | ||
| This has been decades in the making, but this is happening. | ||
| It's a culminating point now. | ||
| Biden's ability to leap is not equal to Xi's by any stretch of the imagination. | ||
| What we need is bold leadership in the United States now to move actively to take advantage of the opportunities that we now have. | ||
| Xi sent a carrier through? | ||
| Okay, fine. | ||
| Let's have NATO expand and deploy to Taiwan. | ||
| Let's have NATO's naval presence in the East and South China Sea. | ||
| NATO forces based in Taiwan in conjunction with Indian and Australian forces as well. | ||
| There's tremendous opportunity here to act. | ||
| God is moving through these events. | ||
| Let's leap up and grab the hem of his garment and bring about change that restores bold American presence in international politics in conjunction with our allies to defeat what we now have, that two-front war problem with the entente between China and Russia. | ||

| The one thing that The Washington establishment completely does not understand about Putin and Russia, is that Russians, for the most part, support Putin. | ||

| And the reason is, it's not my line of country, but there's something not right. | ||
| And folks have got to focus on this. | ||
| Schilling, walk us through what's this issue that's up now with the Supreme Court. | ||
| It looks like it was just going to breeze through. | ||
| What's the issue with the Supreme Court nominee and why are you going to be here co-hosting at five, sir? | ||

| And by the way, I love the War Room audience because they are so smart and I can just give them the straight info. | ||
| And they're going to know what to do with it. | ||
| So basically, Josh Hawley, Senator from Missouri, did his due diligence, started researching this Kentonji Brown-Jackson, the nominee for SCOTUS from Biden, and found some really troubling things. | ||
| And what do I mean by that? | ||
| What I mean is he looked into some of her sentencing history and found that in every case where there is child sexual abuse or a sex offender, she has deviated from the recommended minimum sentencing. | ||
| There was one case where the recommended sentencing was 10 years. | ||
| She gave that person three months. | ||
| And the reason that that's important is because law enforcement is so overwhelmed by the amount of child pornography and the amount of offenders out there that they can only focus on the worst offenders. | ||
| So when Kandonji Brown-Jackson got these sex offenders in front of her, she was dealing with the biggest Uh, culprits here. | ||
| It wasn't just some guy who accidentally downloaded this stuff. | ||
| These were the people that were processing the most hardcore, violent videos, the most amount of videos and pictures. | ||
| It's, it's egregious. | ||
| And, um, what's happening now is it's starting to boil to the top. | ||
| And we're hearing, and I've got this from two different sources now, that Republican leadership, including McConnell's office, is putting pressure on the Republicans to not bring this stuff up. | ||
| They want to sail through this nomination and not have a fight. | ||
| Steve, these guys, the Democrats, have been so evil towards our good nominees. | ||
| Look at what they did to Clarence Thomas. | ||
| Look at what they did to Brett Kavanaugh. | ||
| I know, but I don't want to get into a tick-for-tack. | ||
| My point, this is what I'm having here. | ||
| Is there enough, as you see as a professional, that deals in this area, that this warrants people actually to drill down on this? | ||
| Or is this just picking on the whole thing, hey, what's good for the goose is good for the gander? | ||
| Because what Hawley's saying is so disturbing. | ||
| That is it warrant further due diligence and real discovery and really getting to the bottom of it? | ||
| Or is this just trying to, you know, tick for tack those guys? | ||
| No, no, no, no. | ||
| This is not tick for tack. | ||
| This is policy, right? | ||
| Like the other the other cases when the Democrats were attacking Arias, that was personal destruction. | ||
| This is actually her public record, her writings, and what she's done while a judge. | ||
| And that's what's so troubling here. | ||
| And that's why we require the due diligence. | ||
| And Steve, the most troubling thing here is that this is just what Josh Hawley has been able to find himself. | ||
| We still don't have KBJ's, I don't know what I'm calling her, just because it's easier to pronounce, is we still don't have her full sentencing record. | ||
| We have to get her full sentencing record. | ||
| We have to ask her, we have to grill her on this. | ||

| I know there's a lot of work being done on this with people. | ||
| We've got to make sure this is just not picking on somebody that this is actually court, but what's disturbing is they haven't turned over the sentencing records. | ||
| You would think that would be out before Lindsey Graham sitting on the sofa, that people would actually do some modicum of due diligence here. | ||
