| Accountability can mean anything to any number of these people, but there is a very heavy QAnon tinge to this sort of thing. | ||
| The idea of military tribunals or things like that. | ||
| And that's where you're getting this anti-Ukraine talking point. | ||
| The idea that Anthony Fauci has biolabs, he's creating another coronavirus in these biolabs, and that this is some sort of secret operation to take out the deep state in Ukraine. | ||
| That is their idea here of sort of squaring this unsquareable circle, where for years they were told maybe Vladimir Putin wasn't the bad guy, but they're seeing all these horrific images in Ukraine, and now they're sort of trying to figure out a way for all this narrative to make sense. | ||

| There's a direct accusation today by one of the most senior members of the Chinese Communist Party in a press conference called us out. | ||
| I mean, very specific about the number of labs throughout the world and the number of labs in Ukraine, which is pacific. | ||
| I think we'll agree with me. | ||
| It's pretty stunning since they're not an ally. | ||
| Just remember that they are not an ally. | ||
| Ukraine is not an ally to the United States. | ||

| But we've got more breaking news. | ||
| We've got breaking news on what we talked about this morning about where the negotiations stand. | ||

| A lot to get through today about this expanding war, and we're going to get to all of it. | ||
| I want to start with Ben Harnwell in Rome. | ||
| It's the Italian papers in the Jerusalem Post. | ||
| Remember this morning, I want everybody to understand that we kept saying, hey, what's the bid and the ask on what's really going to stop this conflict? | ||
| And that is these Russian demands. | ||
| There's four Russian demands. | ||
| As we said, only Reuters and the Daily Telegraph. | ||
| It's very hard to find. | ||
| Mainstream media never mentions it. | ||
| Fox never talks about it. | ||
| MSNBC never talks about it. | ||
| It's not in the New York Times. | ||
| It was in the Washington Post yesterday, buried down in the 15th paragraph. | ||
| Okay? | ||
| A buried lead. | ||
| And there's nothing about the response of Zelensky, who's running around, you know, he's being Wynton Churchill in front of Parliament today, getting standing ovations, we're going to fight on the beaches, we're going to fight in the hills, we're going to fight on the streets. | ||
| But nothing about where this negotiation is, not about safe quarters, but what's going to bring this thing to a conclusion. | ||
| And the Italian papers and the Jerusalem Post have broken huge news Like they're watching The War Room and they went down and got it. | ||
| I want to start with Ben Harnwell in Rome, then we'll go to Jack Posobiec and Peter Navarro is with us also. | ||
| Ben Harnwell, what do you got? | ||
| Good afternoon, Steve. | ||
| So, this is in the Italian press, it's in La Repubblica, and it says that, because we were talking this morning specifically about that, the absence of information on the Ukrainian negotiating position. | ||
| Here this is what has emerged, and I'm translating this directly, but Zelensky has said that he is open to the possibility of discussing with the Russians the status of the pro-Russian Donbass and Crimea. | ||
| And that's all it says in this particular article. | ||
| But that would definitely be a move forward, because as we said this morning, the previous signals coming out of Ukraine that the obstacles in the negotiations, and I think we've had three sessions now of discussions between both sides. | ||
| The obstacle has been the maintaining the territorial integrity of Ukraine. | ||
| OK, this is one of the four. | ||
| This is one of the four aspects that look like the demilitarization was only talking about those provinces. | ||
| Talk to us about the Jerusalem Post, whether Jerusalem Post break this afternoon. | ||
| Yeah, I mean, that that's a that is that is a it's it's making more precise the question which you've been asking repeatedly. | ||
| With regards to the demilitarization, because there had been a question mark over whether this was part of Putin's negotiation insistence. | ||
| And what the Jerusalem Post says is that at this point Russia is asking for demilitarization of the two breakaway regions. | ||
| Luhansk and Donetsk and not of the rest of Ukraine, though there is a question over reducing Ukraine's overall military capability elsewhere. But the details of this become becoming a neutral power. So it is becoming a neutral power. No application to NATO in also subtext of I'm sure the EU. | ||
| They turn over the Eastern Russian-speaking provinces to Russia, now those would be demilitarized, and the Crimea, right? | ||
| It was on the Crimea, those four. | ||
| Ben, just hang right there. | ||
| I just want to make sure people understand, this is the key. | ||
| Everything else is happy talk, and while these people continue to get killed and bombed, and other people are running over there to stand up for it, this is the negotiation, and clearly now you're hearing that they're engaged in actually a dialogue. | ||
| I got Navarro, but I want to bring in Jack Posovic. | ||
| Jack, your thoughts on that, something we've been hammering on for the last couple of days to get real here. | ||
| Instead of all this running around, we're going to assassinate Putin, we're going to do this, we're going to do this, to get down to the basics. | ||
| I want your observations on that. Also, massive breaking news. And you heard McFaul at the beginning of this, no fly zone. But this whole aspect of the backdoor, they want to do it with these MiG fighters, what Poland did this afternoon, and quite frankly, the confusion at the senior levels of the American government. Okay, Jack Posobiec. | ||
| Well, it's kind of amazing that you've got some of the most incapable and unimpressive people seemingly at the forefront of this, people like michael mcfowell and victoria newland By the way, Michael McFowell is the guy out there who was calling for a no-fly zone very quickly. | ||
| He was all over this idea of sending in the MiG-29s. | ||
| He was huge into it. | ||
| Then it was Victoria Nuland who had to come out. | ||
| So Poland drops this bombshell today, in the middle of the day. | ||
| The Polish government, after days and days of saying, we're not doing this. | ||
| We're not transferring the MiG-29s. | ||
| Do not put us in this fight. | ||
| Then the government comes out and says, you know what? | ||
| You're going to pressure us enough. | ||
| Fine. | ||
| We're not gonna give the MiG-29s to Ukraine, but here's what we'll do. | ||
| We're gonna send all 27 units of them to Rammstein Air Force Base in Germany, which, by the way, is all the way in the wrong direction. | ||
| It's all the way west, as far west as you can go before you really hit France over by Strasbourg. | ||
| So this is a huge, huge essential call of the bluff of the Americans, where they're saying, look, we're not gonna go and poke the bear and start this fight With Russia. | ||
| You guys want it. | ||
| You can paint the American flag, the red, white and blue, the stars and stripes on there of the United States Air Force. | ||
| And then you can fly them into Ukraine so you can admit what you're doing and admit that you are the ones that started World War Three. | ||
| And then, of course, Victoria Nuland, before she even goes into her her Senate testimony, and I'm sure we'll get into that in a minute, then she has to go up there with egg all over her face saying, well, you know, I didn't know about this. | ||
| We weren't pre consulted. | ||
| and you're gonna see a massive climb down now when all of a sudden the American government finds these technical problems and reasons why they can't come. | ||
| But Steve, one of the most possibly terrifying aspects of this is that somebody pointed out to me that this whole narrative comes from a West Wing episode, season three, episode 14, and I was not a West Wing watcher. | ||
| One of my followers on Twitter, I'm talking about this, they say, you know, this is the exact same thing that Martin Sheen and Rob Lowe tried on the West Wing where they said, we're gonna threaten China by giving Taiwan a whole bunch of Aegis destroyers. | ||
| We're gonna threaten to give them to them and then we're gonna get China to back down because we're making this threat. | ||
| And on the TV show, it worked out perfectly. | ||
| So let's just do the same thing with Russia, but instead of Taiwan, we'll make it be Poland and MiG-29s. | ||
| It's the exact same plot line that they took from a TV show. | ||
| And I think that Aaron Sorkin could end this war right away if he demands that the White House stop plagiarizing his work. | ||
| All of these big talkers up there, and all the big talkers on Fox, the polls just called your bluff. | ||
| Hey, you want to start World War III? | ||
| Because Putin's already told you, you send these things in there, he considers that an act of war. | ||
| The polls set his hot potato, and they just pitch it to the Americans and say, hey, let's see some big talk now. | ||
| Where's your big talk? | ||

| Give me your assessment of where we are before I go to these bio labs, because this is a big one. | ||
| Peter Navarro, what's your assessment politically, geopolitically, of where we stand now? | ||
| Steve, we had a discussion this morning which really hit me between the eyes. | ||

| I mean, Putin has made a judgment to go in and grab a little bit of Ukraine In exchange for allowing the Chinese to pretty much grab all of Russia. | ||
| The news we heard latest today is that China is considering buying stakes in both Gazprom, Russia's Gazprom, which is the natural gas, as well as their big aluminum company. | ||
| We also know that China's credit card companies are coming in. | ||
| It's debt diplomacy, which China does all over the world, right? | ||
| Russian style. | ||
| So that's the subtext that caught my eye today with respect to these negotiations. | ||
| Whatever happens, if there's a successful negotiation, The wake-up call has been issued, and we need to think really hard as a country about our supply chains, about our relationships, and about what's going on between Russia and China. | ||
| So that's the state of play for me. | ||
| The markets continue to deteriorate on the economic news, and even if we get peace tomorrow, we're going to have the stagflation crisis we've never seen the likes of. | ||
| Oh, no, no, no. | ||
| We're beyond stagflation. | ||
| We're going to a recession. | ||
| You guys called this. | ||

| And people, you know, there have been rumors for weeks, we had this about four weeks ago, but couldn't actually confirm it enough to put on here, about these BioLabs in Ukraine. | ||

| So the the the Russians and the Chinese have been spreading this narrative for weeks at this point that and again, you know, for Media Matters and Ben Collins out there is a big fan of mine, by the way. | ||
| They said they are saying that the United States had biological weapons Essentially factories there in Ukraine that they were using conduct this research outside of the United States where they wouldn't run foul of U.S. | ||
| regulations and U.S. | ||
| conventions on biological weapons conventions. | ||
| That they were using Ukraine as a black site to conduct all of this stuff and they're talking about anthrax, they're talking about the plague, possibly Novichok, which of course was used in some of those poisonings of Russian dissidents and others. | ||
| In London over the past couple of years, the Skripal disaster. | ||
| And so they're putting it out there hot and heavy. | ||
| And I think everybody kind of, you know, a lot of people just wrote it off as sort of the basic domestic propaganda from Russia. | ||
| But then you had China coming out very publicly saying it as well and trying to throw in Fort Detrick as well, where they tried to say that COVID came from. | ||
| But now the big step in all this is that Victoria Nuland has started to acknowledge it. | ||

| So it's kind of amazing and almost incredulous that Victoria Nuland, the Deputy Secretary of State, is coming out And admitting this publicly, I mean, it certainly sounds, I think, to everyone listening, you know, regardless of your politics, it sounds like she's getting in front of something. | ||
| She's couching and caveating her words very carefully here that she's also one of the architects, right, of the entire Euromaidan, of the U.S. | ||
| involvement in that process, all the way back to 2014. | ||
| I mean, she was directly involved in this color revolution from the start. | ||
| There's audio of her saying, you know, cursing out the EU to Jeffrey Pyatt, who, by the way, was also involved in Trump's impeachment over Ukraine. | ||
| So this is someone who's been one of the major players in the United States backed push in Ukraine going back almost a decade at this point. | ||
| And so when she's telling you that and you can hear the trepidation in her words, in her voice, you can hear the way that she's very carefully Talking about this and look, you know, I just got to say basic common sense, right? | ||
| If she's very concerned and the United States is very concerned about something falling into the hands of the Russians You know, it's probably not just a couple of vials of antibiotics. You know I'm saying This is okay. Listen if this is just graduate research and and look let's be brutally frank What's the city that's got all the university towns? | ||
| What's the university town? | ||
| And these are not Oxford and Cambridge. | ||
| The Ukraine's not known as a center of super higher learning, right? | ||
| It's not Oxford, Cambridge. | ||
| When they say, oh, biological research facilities, and we're very much want to make sure they're secure. | ||

| There's a lot of accumulation, a lot of pent-up demand. | ||
| Right now, we're going in the opposite direction. | ||
