I'm shocked, surely shocked and just totally disappointed at the behavior of a few Republicans, not all Republicans, in their lack of support for the country, for the American people, and what we're dealing with, with war, a global war in the Ukraine.
It's never happened in history, really, that a president of the United States is attacked by politicians.
joe scarborough
Well, not only attacked by politicians, you have an awful lot of people in the media, and some politicians, who've openly been siding with Vladimir Putin.
unidentified
Yeah.
joe scarborough
Disinformation in Russia, disinformation in the United States.
And war, now, in Ukraine.
unidentified
What's going on here is that the West is leading Ukraine down the Primrose Path.
And the end result is that Ukraine is going to get wrecked.
And I believe that the policy that I'm advocating, which is neutralizing Ukraine, and then building it up economically, and getting it out of the competition between Russia on one side and NATO on the other side, is the best thing that could happen to the Ukrainians.
What we're doing is encouraging the Ukrainians to play tough with the Russians.
We're encouraging the Ukrainians to think that they will ultimately become part of the West, because we will ultimately defeat Putin, and we will ultimately get our way.
Time is on our side.
And of course, the Ukrainians are playing along with this.
And the Ukrainians are almost completely unwilling to compromise with the Russians, and instead want to pursue a hardline policy.
Well, as I said to you before, if they do that, the end result is that their country is going to be wrecked.
And what we're doing is, in effect, encouraging that outcome.
I think it would make much more sense for us to work to create a neutral Ukraine.
It would be in our interest to bury this crisis as quickly as possible.
It certainly would be in Russia's interest to do so.
And most importantly, it would be in Ukraine's interest to put an end to the crisis.
Thank you.
Thank you.
We have different talents.
our own unique personalities.
We come from all over the world, from every walk of life.
you No two of us are the same.
We work together.
Respect our needs.
Embrace our differences.
Because we all have one thing in common.
We are NATO.
We are NATO.
This is the first day of your new life.
What happened yesterday doesn't matter.
Nobody cares who you were before.
What matters now is who you will be today.
What do you know about yourself?
What are you capable of?
Questions may remain unanswered, but will you be able to sleep peacefully afterwards?
Get to know yourself.
Get to know the limits of your abilities.
To hell with the limits.
Are you ready to break yourself?
Give yourself a beating.
Every day, the pain here gets worse.
Scars are everyday.
You decided to prove something to yourself.
The commander is only here so that you can see the enemy in him.
Because without the enemy there is no fight, and without the fight there is no victory.
But in fact, the main enemy is you.
Yesterday's you.
This is the story of a soldier who operates your nation's Patriot missile defense systems.
This is the story of a soldier who operates your nation's Patriot Missile Defense Systems.
It begins in California, with a little girl raised by two moms.
Although I had a fairly typical childhood, took ballet, played violin, I also marched for equality.
I like to think I've been defending freedom from an early age.
When I was six years old, one of my moms had an accident that left her paralyzed.
Doctors said she might never walk again.
But she tapped into my family's pride to get back on her feet.
Eventually standing at the altar to marry my other mom, With such powerful role models, I finished high school at the top of my class.
And then attended UC Davis, where I joined a sorority full of other strong women.
But as graduation approached, I began feeling like I'd been handed so much in life.
A sorority girl stereotype.
Sure, I'd spent my life around inspiring women.
But what had I really achieved on my own?
One of my sorority sisters was studying abroad in Italy.
Another was climbing Mount Everest.
I needed my own adventures.
My own challenge.
And after meeting with an army recruiter, I found it.
A way to prove my inner strength.
and maybe shatter some stereotypes along the way.
steve bannon
That's what the folks in Ukraine are hoping has their back today.
Okay, Thursday, 24 February, Year of Our Lord 2022.
A long cold open to make a point.
Mike Barnicle, you know, the, I don't know, the plagiarist, hapless moron on Morning Mika, sitting there going, oh, this has never happened.
Oh, he's headed back.
Ronald Reagan, when he took down the evil empire, which was the Soviet Union, OK, the third time we bailed Europe out in a century, the bloodiest century in mankind's history.
OK, the United States of America, the third time we bailed them out after World War One and World War Two in the Cold War, when he took them down.
The Mike Barnacles of the world and all the morning me they were all 1000% against Ronald Reagan 100% and they had millions of people in in Central Park and in Washington D.C.
Massive, you know, no Pershing missiles, no forward deployed tactical nuclear weapons.
To Europe.
So don't give me this song and dance.
You've always had everybody's back.
Mersheimer, and I had to bring down my old beat-up copy of it, The Tragedy of Great Power Politics was the great professor there you saw kind of laying it on the line.
What you've seen today is all the big guy tough talk of Joe Scarborough and David Ignatius and Ermos Stavridis and all these globalists, all the ambassadors, MSNBC, the warmongers over there, the bloodlust for war.
Well, they got it.
Okay, they've been talking, they've been hyping it, they've been putting the fear porn up non-stop.
And where are the people in Ukraine today?
So, where are the people in Ukraine?
Where's EU?
Where's Brussels?
Where's all this NATO big talk?
Right?
Remember, all that alliance, which are a bunch of little deadbeats.
The countries don't want to fight, the people don't want to fight, and they don't want to pay for it.
They won't even pay for the minimum amount of 2% of their GDP.
They kick and scream.
They use accounting tricks to get around it.
There's no appetite in Europe to defend themselves, okay?
Much less, now you've gone in and you've stirred up a hornet's nest.
And who pays for it?
It's what Dr. John Mershheimer said, who's going to pay for it?
The people in Ukraine.
The people in Ukraine.
This started in 2014.
They had the color revolution, the modern revolution, all over there.
This is the EU trying to extend their eastern flank forward.
It would be the equivalent of the Chinese Communist Party signing a defense agreement, a military alliance, with Mexico.
We will never let that happen.
We won't.
Who knows about Joe Biden?
This is 74% of the American people do not want to get involved in this situation in Eurasia.
This is not even Europe, this is Eurasia.
Eurasia.
The killing fields of Ukraine, remember.
And this is what Putin talks about the denazification program.
On the way across, right, when they finally got stopped at Kursk and Stalingrad, and the way through Ukraine, 8 million people got killed on the way through.
By the Wehrmacht and the Waffen-SS, the Death Head, we had Erik Prince in here yesterday, supported by, hey, guess what?
Many of the guys in that part of Ukraine, right?
A killing field of 8 million, and hey, the Soviets, who are no day at the beach, killed I think 7 or 8 million on the way back.
Ukraine was one of the biggest killing fields in World War II.
One of the biggest killing fields.
In an area of the world, What the globalists did, the Clinton mafia and the globalists, and Hunter Biden, these guys, made it their corrupt piggy bank.
Sucking cash out of there as quick as they can.
From the Clinton Global Initiative, to Hunter Biden, and all the crooked deals he had.
And remember, now we've got a second article of impeachment on Biden.
First article of impeachment is the southern border.
The first article of impeachment is the southern border.
The invasion.
Initiating the invasion, exacerbating the invasion, and lying about the invasion.
Article of impeachment number one.
Number two is instigating this war in Ukraine and starting these eastern Russian-speaking provinces.
This is the guns of February, right?
Not the guns of August, this is the guns of February.
And here's what people have to understand.
In the fog of war, in the law of unintended consequences, right?
Pull up another book, the fourth turning.
We're in the fourth turning right now.
You have no earthy idea how this is going to play out.
No earthly idea.
I tell you one thing that we must do today, not just strengthen this other board and shut it all down, but our allies in Taiwan, And those are real allies, not pretend.
We don't have an alliance with Ukraine.
We don't.
We essentially don't have a working alliance in NATO because it's us.
The burden is on us.
It's our military.
It's our boys and girls.
It's our money.
It's our technology.
They have refused to pay the 2%.
Donald J. Trump came in and said, you got to pay the 2%.
You guys came up with the 2% as a minimum.
And you got the brave Poles and a few others that do it, all the other deadbeats won't.
And then when you get into the details of what they actually, oh, we actually pay 1.25% or 1.5%, you know, you got, you got a global warming and climate change and the national security thing and all their healthcare dumped in there.
We're talking about operational guns, missiles, troops, training, operation, interoperability, all of it, right?
When you get that, they don't want to pay for it and they don't want to fight for it.
Outside the United Kingdom, outside the United Kingdom, our ally in World War II, outside the United Kingdom, and Russia, let's put Russia off to the side, how many casualties were the Allied, how many casualties on the NATO, what's NATO today, besides boys from Kansas, right?
Young men from Kansas, in Missouri, in Florida, in Virginia, in Nevada, In Montana and Wyoming, that stormed Normandy, right?
Or the 8th Air Corps.
I think there's still 40,000 airmen we never got back.
Watch 12 o'clock high.
Precision daylight bombing to destroy the... How many other of those NATO allies dead in World War II to fight for it?
In World War I we had to go over there.
It was the hammer blow of General Pershing that brought it to an end.
That brought the Kaiser's army to an end.
It was Ronald Reagan and the heroism of Ronald Reagan.
Where are all these big talking guys at?
Everybody on TV today that is all over this thing backed the Soviet Union and were against Ronald Reagan and his takedown of the evil empire.
Right?
The evil empire.
They all fought him tooth and nail.
And now they've done it.
And this is because of the Globalists, the party of Davos.
This is the European Union in Brussels.
They instigated this thing in 2014.
You heard Mershheimer right then.
He said, hey, you guys are getting these guys to do big talk.
Well, you better have their back.
Who's having their back right now?
Where's hapless, feckless Joe Biden?
When you look around, you look at Tony Blinken, do you feel comfortable?
Do you think the guys in Taiwan right now are looking there and saying, hey, Jake Sullivan, Tony Blinken, Kamala Harris, General Austin, what a team, wow.
I feel good.
Joe Biden?
I'm feeling good.
I got somebody who's going to have my back.
And they're sitting up here, oh, there's going to be huge economic, the wheat's going to go up there.
Hey, you lose Taiwan and you lose the 90% of the chips made in Taiwan.
You're going to tell me how your life is.
Your F-100 is not going to be six months late.
It ain't going to show up.
Your refrigerator is not going to be a year late.
It's not going to come.
We have an existential threat in Beijing of a transnational criminal organization.
Another criminal organization says they want the KGB driven Russians just called your bluff.
And now, with the poor, the people in Ukraine are going to pay for it.
Where's big tough talking Joe Biden?
unidentified
Right?
steve bannon
Where's the big tough talking, uh, where's David Ignatius?
Where's Admiral Stavridis?
Where are you?
Where's the tough talk?
People in Ukraine want to know.
People getting killed right now want to know.
Want to know where all you tough guys are.
Where are you?
They're taking incoming.
They want to know where you guys are.
You know where you are?
You're on TV.
You're cutting book deals.
You're getting paid as contributors.
Like McCaffrey.
The blood is on your hands, okay?
Marsheimer called you out back in 2014.
You brought this on the people of Ukraine, and you ain't gonna bring it on to the people of America.
Ain't going to happen.
Ben Harnwell next in the War Room.
unidentified
War Room.
steve bannon
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
unidentified
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
joe scarborough
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, elections have consequences and stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.
We're seeing catastrophic consequences now throughout the world from our southern border and down to eastern Ukraine and actually looks like maybe all of Ukraine.
Where Vladimir Putin, a KGB, part of the criminal element of the KGB and a very tough hombre, has called the West Bluff.
Where's Joe Biden?
People in Ukraine want to know.
All the footage you're seeing, we can't even play the footage, all the casualties.
Where's Brussels?
Where's Klaus Schwab?
Where are all the guys from back in 2014?
We're gonna play the Mersheimer thing again.
Mersheimer, the tragedy of Great Power Politics, his book, his thesis, talks about this.
When you get this Great Power Politics, this big geopolitics, a lot of countries get ground up.
And right now you're seeing the Ukraine.
So all the big talk, Admiral Stavridis, Joe Scarborough, morning Mika, David Ignatius all your big talk people in Kiev want to know where where is the cavalry?
Because guess what?
It ain't coming Joe Biden already said he's not saying we're never gonna send us combat troops There are any US troops his his polling will go to 9% This is the second article impeach want to bring in Matt Schlapp so much of this ties to your thesis of this quite frankly incredible book the desecrators defeating the cancel culture mob and reclaiming one nation under God and CPAC, your other hat, you wear it.
CPAC kicks off today.
I know your theme is awake, not woke.
Put Ukraine in the context of your book, your thesis of the book, and also your underlying theme at CPAC this year, Matt Schlapp.
matt schlapp
Well, you know, the thesis of the book came from basically my heart being broken, all of our hearts were being broken, with the fact that our institutions, which we fund with our donations and our taxpayer money, Is teaching our kids to hate America, to think our founders were racist, to think that the whole idea of America is like a criminal operation, corrupt, and it needs to end, or as Barack Obama said, transform it.
And part of the reason why they want to destroy America is because they have this global idea of reordering things.
And it sounded conspiratorial years ago to say this, but it's all Baring fruit.
They don't believe in this whole idea of individual rights.
They don't believe in America.
And the problem is, is all freedom lovers around the globe, Steve, you know this, are relying on America.
And now this is a moment of truth.
What does America stand for?
What is America's foreign policy?
And we have a commander in chief who is clearly senile, addled, not up to the job.
We have sent so many confusing messages.
Just think about this alone.
And I know you know this with your Daughter.
But the idea that we have been kicking people out of the Marine Corps for not taking a vaccine and we're having General Milley and others saying our number one goal is to combat climate change and to end white rage.
If you're Vladimir Putin or you're Xi, you can hear that.
You know what that message is.
That message is we're not focused on our national security or keeping order around the globe.
We're focused on some kind of a community kumbaya project, and it's very dangerous, and these are the consequences.
steve bannon
You kick off CPAC today.
Traditionally, the most important of all the conservative conferences kind of kicks off.
You're now kicking off into an election year where we're talking about the possibility of actually ending, destroying the Democratic Party as we know it, as an institution, if we can pull it together.
matt schlapp
How does the theme, Awake Not Woke, Well, I think a lot of Republicans like to talk about capital gains, tax cuts, and the economy, and deficit spending, and all those things are really important, but they're missing the boat.
What's going on here is a big shift in the country.
You know, if you're a Democrat and you have a family member who dons a uniform, whether it's the military or maybe you have a cousin who's a cop, You don't appreciate this rhetoric of blind loyalty and embracing Black Lives Matter, riots and violence and assassinated cops.
That old Democratic Party that had working men and women as a part of the coalition, the most important part of the coalition, people of faith, religious sisters and priests a part of that too, they've abandoned all of that.
And so what I see here is a great opportunity for us to grab a whole bunch of new people and put it as a part of this coalition.
That coalition will be much less Republican than it ever was.
It'll be much more diverse ideologically.
It'll be diverse even on questions like, what should we do with our power and might overseas?
But I'm comfortable with that because I think that's where we have to go.
That's why we've invited Tulsi Gabbard.
I probably disagree with Tulsi Gabbard on a whole bunch of issues, but you know what?
She's not woke and she's taking on woke.
And there's a lot of Democrats who feel like this new socialist bent in their party.
Is destroying their party.
So I agree with you.
This is a moment we can crush them.
And we gotta act now.
steve bannon
Look, I'm very proud of the fact you came on Saturday, and I think the book afterwards went to number one in many, many categories.
I know you're kicking off the desecrators.
matt schlapp
It's true!
steve bannon
What grabs me about this book, when I first picked it up, look, we have a, the world of Marty's is readers, but even I told folks, I said, hey, it's a great publisher, Tan, which is one of the most conservative Catholic publishers.
It's not a political, it doesn't publish political books.
What grabbed me at first on this, and I want everybody to see, is the cover.
Has this, which the media suppressed after it happened, it has the magnificent statue of General Washington, General Washington, not President Washington, General Washington, when he led our troops, and New York City was so important at that time in the revolution, in Washington Square Park, covered in blood, right, blood and red paint, to humiliate his image.
You got it, you've got it, and the title is in your face, the desecrators.
That's what they did.
They desecrated America.
And they desecrated our greatest heroes and the people they gave most to make this country what it was.
When does the book kick off at CPAC?
Is there any way that people can get it?
Are you going to livestream a talk?
Is there any way people can get more access about the book?
matt schlapp
Yeah, go to thedesecrators.com to get all the information.
Yes, we're selling the book here because TAN is a sponsor here because they have so many great books.
Mercy's just plowing through all these great books that they're publishing because they understand the moment we're in.
The American people are are nervous and afraid and worried about the future.
And we realize that we have to have faith guide us and we rely on our faith more than ever.
And we are appalled at this attempt to desecrate our founders.
Matter of fact, Steve, I voraciously buy every article about our founders I possibly can as it becomes as they just get kicked out of churches.
They get kicked out of schools.
All these paintings and statues and everything else.
We got to reclaim all these things and we got to move them all to red states and proudly proclaim them and be proud of our history and be proud of what we stand for and stop being silenced.
That is the number one thing we must stop doing.
Stop being shamed.
Stop being silenced.
steve bannon
Just the logistics.
Governor DeSantis, I think, kicks off CPAC today, and then the president will speak.
When?
What's the gist of people's planning?
When will Governor DeSantis speak?
matt schlapp
DeSantis will be speaking today at approximately 1.30, welcoming everybody to the free state of Florida.
I've been calling him America's governor because he's made, like, every right move.
We'll end the day with Senators Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley.
We have a whole slew of great panel discussions.
I think Ukraine's going to be Talked about constantly from the stage.
We have all the biggies in foreign policy.
We have Rick Grenell.
We've got Ambassador O'Brien, who was Trump's National Security Advisor.
We have Mike Pompeo.
We have Gordon Chang.
We have KT McFarlane.
We just have a who's who of people.
And I think, look, this audience is going to listen and they're going to leave this conference being much more educated about what is America's interest in the Biden foreign policy, because it's oftentimes hard to find.
steve bannon
And President Trump's speech will be Saturday afternoon?
matt schlapp
Saturday night.
The Reagan dinner is going to be Friday night.
That'll be Glenn Beck and Tulsi Gabbard.
Trump will speak Saturday night.
And we have a great Sunday night.
We're going to have Lee Greenwood do a performance for us with his great ballad of the fight against socialism, which we all love.
It kind of makes me cry every time I hear it.
And we'll have Donald Trump Jr.
We'll have a lot of other great speakers.
Nigel Farage is going to be speaking.
Jim Jordan's going to be speaking.
You know, it's kind of a who's who on the agenda.
steve bannon
How do people, if they still want to go, are there still tickets available?
And then how do they watch it on live streaming?
matt schlapp
Well, I don't think the fire marshal in Orlando watches War Room, Steve.
So I'm going to tell you, yes, we will find a way to get you in here.
Go to conservative.org and we'll jam you in a corner somewhere.
You don't want to miss it, especially if you're in Florida.
Get in your car.
And get over here.
Or your truck.
How about get in your semi and get over here?
steve bannon
Okay, Matt.
By the way, one of the things I like most about this book, it ends with the prayer to St.
Michael the Archangel.
So, fantastic book.
The Desecrators.
Make sure you check it out.
The artwork's incredible.
The book's incredible.
Matt, thank you very much.
Matt, what's your personal social media so people can follow you during CPAC?
matt schlapp
Yeah, at mschlap is Twitter.
I'm learning my truth social and cloud hub today.
That's one of my jobs.
But right now, I'm a prisoner of Twitter.
And if you follow me, just get used to my irreverent sense of humor, because it's coming at you.
steve bannon
Matt Schlapp, head of American Conservative Union, putting on CPAC, kicks off today, and the author of The Desecrators.
Thanks for being here, Matt.
matt schlapp
Thank you, Steve.
Appreciate it very much.
steve bannon
I'm running a little behind schedule.
I've got Ben Harnwell, I've got Darren Beatty, but I'll put that on hold.
We've got a lot of breaking news out of Europe, out of occupied Europe.
We're going to get to Ben Harnwell, but we've got a very special guest who was able to carve some time out of a busy schedule.
Blockbuster News yesterday with Governor Abbott announcing a bunch of initiatives in the state of Texas to kind of, you know, you talk about awake, not woke.
Governor Abbott throwing down hard on this whole issue of, well, we're going to let Ken Paxson explain it.
Ken Paxson, who's running for Attorney General, will join us right after the break.
And we've got Terry Schilling from the American Principals Project.
Remember, the defender of the American family.
Terry Schilling will be here.
We've got Darren Beattie.
We've got Ben Harnwell.
We're going to cover Europe.
Also, I'm trying to get the Birch Gold guys in here.
And the MyPatriotSupply, no better time in the second hour to talk to that.
And also the convoys.
We've got all the folks in the convoys that are heading east to the imperial capital.
The imperial capital that's, you know, going up armor to protect themselves from the American people.
The people that make the logistics systems work.
A lot to talk about the convoys.
Short commercial break.
Ken Paxton, the Attorney General of the great state of Texas, will join us right afterwards.
unidentified
Who told you you were a girl?
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's go.
Gabbit promised to protect our children from dangerous sex change procedures and hormone therapies.
James Younger's mother was fighting for sole custody so she could medically transition her young son into female.
Who told you you were a girl?
Mommy.
Given the opportunity to protect Texas children, Greg Gabbit chose not to bring up legislation.
bring up legislation.
Even after his own Department of Family and Protective Services declared the treatments to be child abuse.
Tell Governor Abbott to protect our children.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to bring in now Ken Paxson.
He did yesterday.
So General Paxson, walk us through what's happening in Texas.
First of all, I think people's heads blew up when they heard that in Texas this was happening.
It looks like the governor's taking some action.
Obviously, you're the instrument of that.
Walk us through exactly what you all are doing down there.
unidentified
Yeah, so there was legislation that I think this session that the legislature tried to pass as it related to affecting children, sterilizing them in any possible way, whether that's some type of gender modification or it's some type of chemical therapy.
They didn't get it passed.
And so I was asked for an opinion as to whether what the state of the law is.
And we came out with that opinion, basically arguing that the state of the law is you cannot, it's child abuse under Texas law, if you, Sterilize a child in any way, whatever form you do that, you can't do it under Texas law.
And after we issued that opinion, the governor ordered our planning family service organization to basically start holding people accountable for child abuse.
steve bannon
General Faxon, just real slowly, correct me if I'm wrong, the House and the Senate in Texas are both controlled by Republicans, am I correct in saying that?
unidentified
Yes, you're exactly right.
steve bannon
General Paxson, how did that legislation, help our audience understand, how did that legislation not pass?
Why do you have to come back to Governor Abbott and yourself?
Why was it not, it seems pretty straightforward, pretty common sense.
unidentified
Well, yeah, it does to me too.
It's a mystery to me.
It seems like a relatively straightforward piece of legislation that most Republicans, and I would think a lot of Democrats, would be in favor of.
And yet, the guy that carried it couldn't get it out of committee, and then he's the one that So what does this mean?
me for the law, but the reality is I don't change the law, I can't affect the law, all I can tell people is here is the law. So this guy that supposedly was trying to get the law passed, I don't think did a very good job or even really tried to get it passed. He gave lip service to it so they could talk about it and then blamed the governor and me for not getting it done. In reality, the governor doesn't pass legislation either, nor do I. So what does this mean? Are you going to
steve bannon
now go after these organizations for child abuse? Is that what...
Is that what we're led to believe?
unidentified
I don't have that authority, but the governor, the agency that he directed, they have the authority.
They have the authority to go after these people, and that's what he directed them to do.
So, I was just giving the legal opinion on what I thought the law was and how it affected these children, and I think we made it pretty clear.
This is child abuse, and these agencies have an obligation to enforce Texas law.
steve bannon
I take they're going to sue you right away, as they always do, and take you to court.
Are you anticipating getting sued on this?
unidentified
You know, I don't know.
I mean, I usually do get sued, so I guess I wouldn't be surprised.
There's obviously a lot of people that think this is a good thing, but this is... I mean, my job is to defend Texas law, and I think we've stated it correctly, and we're happy to go do that.
steve bannon
General Paxson, we've got a big audience down in Denton, Texas.
Folks in Denton are saying you're suing, is it the town council you're suing over the mask mandates?
Why are they doing it in Denton to enforce this?
unidentified
Well, so they've said that you have to wear masks in Denton, and the governor's order is very clear.
Governmental entities in Texas, he issued an executive order, you know, probably about a year ago, that said that governmental entities cannot issue mask mandates.
It's illegal.
And so for a city to require businesses or individuals in any case to wear a mask anywhere is illegal.
And the city of Denton has decided they don't really care.
They're going to do it anyway and we're going to stop them.
steve bannon
And you're going after, what else are you doing?
You've got a broader aspect on mask mandates.
What else are you doing on the ridiculousness of all the mask situation?
unidentified
Yeah, so last week we sued, along with a group called the Texas Public Policy Foundation, and Congressman Beth Van Dyne is the plaintiff.
We sued the Biden administration over the mask mandates on airlines and transportation hubs.
We're arguing that the Centers for Disease Control, the CDC, doesn't have the authority under statute passed by Congress to require masks on airlines or in these transportation hubs.
And certainly, if you're on an airline, you hear them talking about criminal penalties.
I mean, they certainly don't have the ability to just make up a criminal penalty, but that's what they tell you.
Reality is they have no enforcement ability.
They have no law that says they can do this.
And so we've sued them.
And I think we have a really good chance of stopping this insanity on airplanes.
steve bannon
You know, I think you were one of the first guys we had on, I think it was our inauguration day.
I think it was on the 20th of January, 2020 or 2021.
And, uh, or it may have been the next morning.
You said, hey, wherever the Biden administration is inside the Constitution, we'll work with them.
Wherever they think they're outside the Constitution, we're going to confront them, take them to court and stop it.
Given now that we're a couple of days away from the primary in Texas, what's your assessment?
It's basically a year.
What's your assessment, given what you thought then, of how out of control the Biden administration has been in its first year, sir, as it regards to the state of Texas?
unidentified
I wish I wasn't saying this.
It's by far the most aggressive administration in ignoring the constitutional role of the president and seeking this idea that he can do whatever he wants because no one can impeach him because we've got a Democratic Congress and because he's got a vice president that no one would ever want anyway.
And so he is literally doing more than President Obama did as far as ignoring federal law.
Not just ignoring it, but going in direct opposition to it as if he's the king.
And so we have 29 lawsuits with him right now, 22 of which we file against him.
And there are legitimate attacks on his actions, which he's completely ignoring his constitutional role in federal law and even court orders.
And I've never seen anything like this.
I can't even imagine, Steve, this has only been a year of President Biden.
And look at the disasters on the fronts I'm dealing with and just all over the world after one year.
I don't know how we survived as president.
And even if we could impeach him, I mean, we end up with a vice president that maybe is worse.
It's pretty bad.
steve bannon
Elections have consequences, and stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.
You had everybody in the war room posse at the edge of their seats.
When you talk about this situation with these Soros local DAs, because of this peculiarity of Texas law, of how the DAs report up to a different element or a different governing apparatus than the Attorney General, which I guess most people thought, and I certainly did, where do we stand with this?
Because people are very concerned.
Given the fact that we think we can run the tables in the Rio Grande Valley with working class Hispanics and now coming to our side, South Texas, this could be an overwhelming blowout in Texas, right, to set things right.
But people are very concerned about the election itself.
And obviously, as you highlighted, the situation with Soros and these local DAs.
So has there been any update of that?
unidentified
Yeah, so we filed a motion over here.
The Court of Criminal Appeals made this decision 8-1, and this is an all-Republican court.
Now, I will say, most people, including most lawyers, including most politicians, don't know the people on the Criminal Court of Appeals.
They ruled 8-1.
They struck down a statute that gave the authority to the Texas Attorney General, from the legislature, pursuant to the Constitution, to prosecute voter fraud.
And presumably, this was passed in 1951, they did that because local DAs weren't doing it.
Normally in Texas, DAs are the only ones that can prosecute a crime.
And I wish we had some concurrent jurisdictions.
That's not the reality.
But we did have jurisdictions on voter fraud.
They just eliminated that.
And what that means for Texas is in counties that have a Soros-funded DA, like where Austin is or where Houston is or where San Antonio is, we've got a problem because they can commit as much voter fraud now.
I can't go prosecute it.
These DAs aren't going to prosecute it.
And so it's going to be relatively easy.
For them to steal any election they want to in Texas if we don't stop this.
And I think the Court of Criminal Appeals, they've got one guy out for re-election.
They're waiting for March 1st to see if he wins or loses.
If he wins, they're going to deny our motion.
If he loses, I think we've got a better chance of having this overturned.
We'll see.
But Texans need to send the message that we need a criminal court of appeals that isn't going to violate our Constitution.
And that's what they're doing.
steve bannon
Okay.
Number one, what, what is that individual's name?
Cause we'll make sure we get all the information and drill down on this.
Who, who should we be?
Who should we be focused on, sir?
unidentified
So they got it.
The only, so they were genius in how they did this.
There are nine members of corporate Conefields and they have six year terms.
So they only three of them run it every two years.
So only three of them were up.
Instead of making this decision long ago, they waited to make this decision and give us a ruling until December 15th was two days after the filing deadline.
So only one of them drew an opponent.
That guy was Scott Walker.
His opponent is Clint Morgan.
And so we only have a chance to make a statement here on one of these people.
And unfortunately, Steve, most people don't realize that Scott Walker, who sounds like he's the governor of Wisconsin, is one of the guys that is leading the fight for this overturning of this statute, which I think is unbelievably wrong.
steve bannon
Okay, we'll get on that.
Last thing, the primary, early voting is now primaries on March 1st.
Walk us through where you stand with your race, and do you need over 50% to avoid a runoff?
unidentified
Yeah, so the challenge here is, I think I was easily on my way with just two opponents over 50%.
I still may get there, but others made a decision to try to get somebody in the race to pull votes from me, And that was the goal, get me in a runoff with one of the two moderate to liberal candidates.
And I'm just going to be honest, those two on the other, the other two are very moderate to liberal.
So they tried to get conservative and take votes from me, who they knew couldn't win because he didn't run a real race.
He got in too late and it was all about taking votes from me.
So hopefully on Tuesday, I'll get over 50%.
If not, I'll go take on one of these more moderate to liberal Republicans and we'll beat him handily.
It just will cost a lot of money.
steve bannon
General Paxson, how do people find out more about you and more about your campaign?
unidentified
Okay, KenPaxson.com website and then at KenPaxsonTX is our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
steve bannon
General Paxson, Attorney General of the State of Texas, thank you for joining us, sir.
unidentified
Thank you.
Have a great day.
steve bannon
Thank you.
I want to bring in Terry Schilling now from the American Principal Project.
Terry has made the American family as their client, right?
That's what he fights for.
Terry, when this was mentioned on the show a couple weeks ago, I couldn't believe it, but it was going down in Texas.
Walk us through what this thing is and what's Abbott doing.
I can't believe this bill didn't pass the legislation.
I mean, I'm stunned and shocked by this.
Walk us through what exactly has happened down there about this, whatever this situation is with these children.
terry schilling
So this issue in Texas of modifying children's sex and their gender has become such a big deal that it actually, the legislation to ban it got enough co-sponsors in both the House and the Senate in Texas to pass.
But what happened was Abbott didn't want that to come to light.
And so they used all of these backroom legislative maneuvers to keep it from getting a vote.
And we got together, we powered a campaign with the War Room.
Steve, this is another victory for the War Room posse, right?
We put together a $750,000 grassroots advocacy campaign with the War Room support, and we put pressure on him right before the election.
It wasn't a coincidence that he did this, and Abbott basically instructed all of his state agencies to treat this as child abuse, and it's now criminal to do this.
It doesn't happen without two things.
It doesn't happen without Ken Paxton and his leadership and what he came out with, and it also doesn't come without the support of the war room posse and what everything that they're doing to help us really make this pro-family movement more muscular.
steve bannon
Stay over through the break.
We got a jam show, but I got walk through we got 40 seconds this thing exactly because I can't still get my head around it.
What happens at these centers and people do this for profit.
They do it to make money.
terry schilling
Yeah, so it's nefarious.
It starts, you know, kind of harmlessly, it seems like it is, with some counseling and some talking, just talking to kids and convincing them.
And then it goes into puberty blocking drugs, then cross-sex hormones, then surgeries.
And lots of people are making lots of money.
This is not a movement led by transgender people in America or people with gender dysphoria.
It's a movement led and forced by Big Pharma, the health care companies and these hospitals that are making a ton of money.
steve bannon
Big Pharma.
And people on me about national, I'm telling you, it's gotta happen.
We gotta clean this mess up.
Big Pharma are a group of demons.
And I don't care how much money they give the Republican Party, they're demons.
What they try to make money off of is sick.
Okay, short commercial break.
unidentified
Terry Schilling on the other side.
Censors us.
Deplatforms us.
Conservatives have been helpless to do anything about it.
Until now.

Okay, remember we're having the annual sleep sale at MyPillow.com.
Promo code WARROOM.
Everything regarding sleep 50% off except Giza Dream Sheets.
unidentified
60% off.
steve bannon
It's a one-time good deal.
You got to put in promo code WARROOM.
Total sleep systems 30% off.
That's the big kahuna.
We'll be talking a lot in the second hour about a lot more about the armor-piercing show Mike Lindell and the great American manufacturing company of MyPillow.
Okay.
Terry Schilling, the posse put their shoulder to the wheel for this initially.
I think two things.
Number one, you got to get the law passed.
I'm shocked that didn't happen the first time.
Stunned that didn't happen.
What is this, what does our audience, what does the cadre need to do to have your back and folks down in Texas get this on the books as a law?
terry schilling
So the first thing we have to do is we have to help Governor Abbott and A.G.
Paxton enforce the law.
And what I mean by that is we have to start making reports when we find out about something bad happening to kids when it comes to gender transition.
I don't care if it's, you know, top surgery where they're doing mastectomies to healthy young girls or even just the counseling.
We have to start making reports this because it is child abuse.
These guys can't enforce the law and they can't criminalize these bad guys.
If they don't know when and where and who is doing it.
And so we that's number one.
But number two is you have to hold your politicians accountable and you have to demand that they passes.
We just introduced the big family pledge in Texas in the primary season.
We've got it's got a plank in there that forces politicians to ban this stuff next session.
So Texas is not state Steve.
It's only in session every other year.
And so what we what we need to do is Abbott actually could call a special session.
in order to pass this legislation.
He has full discretion on that.
That would be nice.
But if he doesn't do that, we need to get this law passed next year in 2023.
steve bannon
No, we've got to force this.
So how do people get to your site?
You represent the American family.
How do they get to the big family pledge?
How do people get more information about it?
terry schilling
Okay, so if you go to our website, it's savethefamily.app.
Sign up and become a member.
And we will put you to work.
We're tracking all of these pieces of legislation in the states and make sure you put in your state information because it's important that we know that you're from Texas so that we can direct you to put pressure on Abbott.
Tweet at him, email him, call his office and demand that he calls a special session to outright ban this.
People should not be able to make money by sexually exploiting young children.
steve bannon
It's outrageous.
Okay, Terry Schilling, thanks brother, appreciate it.
We'll play that spot.
We have a spot for Terry, but we're running out of time.
We'll play it later in the show or this afternoon.
Very honored now.
Look, in the world of MAGA, the great state of Tennessee is taking leadership.
I know Florida, I love Florida, love Governor DeSantis, but I gotta tell you, the heroes in the legislature of Tennessee changed this entire redistricting situation.
And they overrode the governor down there.
And I gotta tell you, the House and the Senate in Tennessee is at the tip of the spear of the MAGA movement in this redistricting heroic 7-1 in Tennessee.
And I gotta tell you, that leadership led us to the filibuster in Missouri.
It's led now to this 28 potential map down in Florida.
It was gonna be 14-14.
That is leadership, and that is Tennessee.
Former Speaker of the House Beth Harwell announced this morning, I saw it on Michael Patrick Leahy's Great Tennessee Star.
She's throwing her hat in the ring in the 5th Congressional District.
In the great state of Tennessee, former Speaker Harwell, thank you.
Why are you, since you've already been Speaker of the Tennessee House, why are you throwing your hat in the ring and running for Congress, ma'am?
unidentified
Well first Steve, thank you so much for that compliment to the Tennessee General Assembly.
Because we truly, people are flooding to the state of Tennessee for, not just by accident, we did a lot of good things in Tennessee.
And while I was Speaker of the House for eight years, we put real reform in place.
We not only reduced taxes, we completely eliminated two taxes.
And in addition to that, we put public school choice in place to give parents a real input on where their children learn and go to school.
So the bottom line is, Tennessee's a great state.
But I want to take those Tennessee values to Washington, D.C., because I don't think anyone disagrees that they are desperately needed on the federal level.
steve bannon
What do you see as the challenges right now in the House as we take it over, this sweeping thing?
What are the one or two things you want to focus on specifically when you're a member of Congress?
unidentified
Well, I think we have a real opportunity to take the U.S.
House.
I experienced that in the state legislature when I first was elected.
We were the minority party.
We moved to the majority party.
And that gave us an opportunity not just to be a political party, but to be the governing party of our state and push through a conservative agenda for Tennesseans, because I think that's what they mandated.
I believe the same thing is going to happen at the federal level.
And so I would like to be a part of pushing through a conservative standard in the U.S.
level.
I mean, for all things, we need to protect our borders.
As I travel my district, that's probably the number one thing on people's minds.
The second thing I will think that we really need to stop the fiscal insanity that exists at the federal level.
We cannot sustain the amount of money we're spending, and we won't tax our way out of the problem we found.
And so I think those are two of the most important things as I travel the district that I hear consistently.
steve bannon
Beth Harwell, how do people... By the way, I think you said it all.
We need more Tennessee values in Washington, D.C., in the imperial capital.
I gotta tell you, what you folks are doing down in Tennessee in that legislature is unbelievable.
You've changed the direction of 2022 by standing up and overriding that veto.
It inspired folks in Missouri and it's inspired folks down in Florida.
We deal with this problem every day.
It was your guys' leadership that did it.
Beth, we've got about 30 seconds.
How do people find out about you personally and how they find out about your campaign?
unidentified
BethHarwell.com.
It's H-A-R-W-E-L-L, BethHarwell.com.
steve bannon
Beth, thank you very much.
Honored to have you on here.
Good luck in the race.
unidentified
Thank you so much, Steve.
steve bannon
I can't say enough good things about Tennessee.
Everybody knows that Andrew Jackson is my guy, but I've got to tell you, the leadership down there in that state, and it's not just Nashville.
Everybody's talking about Nashville, it's hot in Nashville, but I've got to tell you, the entire state is booming.
You know, my daughter, when she was up at Fort Campbell, lived on the Tennessee side.
It was an incredible state, incredible people.
And I got to tell you, we need more Tennessee values in the imperial capital.
So check out Beth Harwell.
Just threw her hat in the ring in the 5th district in Tennessee.
Okay, short break.
