say? Can you see? By the dawn's early light, what so proudly we hailed at the twilight's
last gleaming? Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight, o'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming?
And you know...
Rockets red glare, the bombs bursting in air, gave proof through the night hand of land must still wave. O say does that star-spangled banner yet wave o'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.
O say does that star-spangled banner yet wave o'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.
Lastly, I think you may have seen that the Secretary did approve a couple of requests for National Guard support here in the Capital Region.
He approved that request yesterday.
Those requests came from the D.C.
Government, their Emergency Management Agency, as well as the U.S.
Capitol Police.
All told, among the two requests, it's about 700 guards personnel and about 50 vehicles.
They are designed for traffic support.
In anticipation of potential challenges to traffic here in the DC area surrounding some potential protest activity.
I want to stress again that it's a relatively small number here, about 700, and they will be supporting traffic support needs.
That's their goal, that's their mission.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome to the War Room.
It's Wednesday, 23 February, Year of Our Lord 2022.
Honored to have Dave Bossie in studio for the entire hour.
I had Eric Prince this morning.
That's a pretty good combo.
david bossie
Yeah, coming after Eric Prince.
What are you talking about?
That's a heavy set of hands if I ever saw one.
steve bannon
So, right there, we're going to have a lot to talk about Ukraine, all the fear porn that's on here.
Dave Bossie's on here to talk about our favorite subject, Cheney, the pincer move that he's putting on her because she's on TV non-stop saying how anybody that opposes This involvement in the eastern, Russian-speaking eastern provinces of Ukraine is un-American and supporting our enemies.
We'll get into all that.
That right there you saw is the kickoff.
We're going to have a couple of... Michael Yan, the combat correspondent who's been down to Central America with us in the Durian Gap, is now in with the convoy.
We've got John Spiropoulos with the convoy.
We've got Parisa Fishback with the convoy.
All will be live during the show.
Live in all the different convoys.
There's a lot rolling from Barstow and other rally points.
So they're all heading each right now.
Here's Abidi Bossi.
He's been running around the country doing kind of stuff about to leave again another big important Conference and he he comes in he says he says hey they down.
I said they're in Barstow He says oh, they're in in Bristol, Tennessee.
No, no, no, they're in Barstow, California They're fantastic.
david bossie
They're coming coming from everywhere.
unidentified
Now.
steve bannon
What do you think about?
You've got Admiral Kirby over there at the Pentagon talking about Austin's already called out and requested because the D.C.
Mayor, who I know is one of your favorites, D.C.
Mayor calls for what's National Guard support.
They're already chaining up around the Capitol.
david bossie
You can see the fences going up.
steve bannon
Fences are going up.
Are they panicked that this is going to be bigger and more intense?
Maybe than Canada?
david bossie
You want me to be honest?
I think they're not.
I think part of the fencing is going up because they're afraid of something during the State of the Union, which is next week.
steve bannon
Which won't happen.
david bossie
No, no, of course.
steve bannon
This is just fearmongering.
david bossie
It's professional fearmongering.
steve bannon
Because we're insurrectionists.
david bossie
Of course, they're professional fearmongers.
That's all they know how to do.
They have nothing to run on.
Steve, you and I have been down this road a few times.
They have nothing to run on.
The January 6th committee, this type of activity is all they have to try to scare Americans into voting for them.
I will tell you this, as somebody who's been involved in the public safety side of things as a fireman for a lot of years, What the cops are telling me is they're never going to let the trucks into D.C.
You're never going to get here.
You're going to be turned off an exit.
You're going to be pulled over, you know, 60 miles out.
If you don't have a manifest that says, I'm delivering eggs to the Marriott at 14th and Pennsylvania, you're not getting across the bridge.
steve bannon
Delivering affidavits for the 3 November movement will not satisfy.
Going to the war room.
That's not going to get them in.
david bossie
So I just got to tell you, what we saw in Canada The American Secret Service, the FBI, the police departments have also seen.
And they said, in order to defeat this, the best thing is to not have it happen.
And that's what they're going to do.
It doesn't mean all these people who, this organic uprising that is happening.
steve bannon
Self-organizing.
david bossie
Absolutely.
Like the most, just like the Tea Party, Steve.
None of us, we all like to take credit for the Tea Party.
No, no, no, no, no.
steve bannon
It just happened.
david bossie
It just happened.
It was mom and dad.
That was the power.
That's what the power, and that's what the power here is.
steve bannon
No spokesmen, you couldn't take the head off anybody.
david bossie
It was fantastic.
And here's the other thing.
Unlike the Antifa movement, when there was a massive tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of people at a Tea Party rally, they left it more beautiful than they found it.
That's the difference between Us and them.
We believe in the beauty of America.
We believe in America's best day is still yet to come.
We want our children and our grandchildren to have a greater country.
They don't.
steve bannon
Dave Bossie was deputy campaign manager in 16, a very close confidant and operative for President Trump.
I've noticed your moves here in this Cheney thing, so that's why I want to have you in today, because she's on TV 24-7.
This is a disgrace.
Tucker Carlson's a disgrace.
Trump's a disgrace for sitting there questioning the globalist Atlanticist.
Let's go all in, troops, money, everything, to go to war on the Eastern Russian-speaking provinces.
Of Ukraine.
Tell us what your plan is, what you've been doing with Liz Cheney.
david bossie
Well, let's just talk about that for just a second before we get specifically to what we're looking to do to get rid of Liz Cheney.
She believes, forget, forget Russian speaking, forget all of the issues.
She believes in putting America's blood and treasure into the hands of Joe Biden.
Who couldn't get us out of Afghanistan, who destroyed 13 American families' lives, killed 13 service members for no reason, and the pullout of Afghanistan was an incompetent disaster.
The reason that we're here today talking about Ukraine is because of what happened in Afghanistan.
It is weakness at home and abroad.
Joe Biden doesn't know what day of the week it is.
He is an incompetent leader.
He has a national security advisor that cannot go out and take questions, you know, can't go to the podium and take questions because the first question is, has your national security clearance been taken?
Right?
Do you even have access to the, to, we all, we've all been there.
We know that.
So you have a vice president who just absolutely screwed up in Europe, who is an incompetent buffoon, is seen as feckless and weak.
The President can't trust his Vice President to do anything, has no National Security Advisor he can trust, his CIA Director is nowhere to be found, and thankfully, because that's not a person that should be CIA Director, and then you have your Secretary of Defense.
General Austin.
General Austin, who's an Auburn man, and I love him for that, but he is Nowhere to be found.
And what he, you want the same people, Liz Cheney wants the same people that led us down this horrible death trap of Afghanistan and gave up what nearly a hundred billion dollars in equipment and supplies to the Taliban.
Those same people we should trust with a European war that will be bigger than World War II.
That we'll be having, not 13, Not 1300, but we're talking about tens of thousands of American dead to go to war in the Ukraine.
And I'm not, I got to tell you, I don't, I didn't want to fight over your, you know, I'm not, I'm a believer in protecting America.
I don't know where that is here.
steve bannon
So tell me what you're doing about it.
So right now she's up there, she's on MSNBC every day, she's in the New York Times every day, she's in the CNN every day, but she is the most prominent person with an R next to her name in the national media, Dave Bossett.
david bossie
And they protect her at all costs, right?
When we did this little Issue a couple weeks ago, several weeks ago now, where we had a resolution at the RNC where we condemned her.
We censured Liz Cheney for what she was doing to prop up Nancy Pelosi and continue Nancy Pelosi as Speaker.
Because that's really the power, the only power that Nancy Pelosi has to retain her Speakership in November is the January 6th Commission.
That is it.
End of story.
There's nothing else.
And Liz Cheney ought not be a Republican. The Wyoming party has already disavowed her. We are actively right now, my organization and many others are trying to get the state senate to pass the law where they will have a closed primary instead of an open primary. That means that people have to change their voter registration much earlier, can't do it the same day. This is a cut off Democrats from voting for her. Which is the only way for her to, and she by the way, she can't even win with Democrats, I don't believe. But without the Democrats, this thing is game over.
And if that gets passed, which we're working on, Liz Cheney is going to be an afterthought, but it won't be That the media isn't trying to salvage her, isn't trying to save her.
When we attacked her and Kinzinger, little Adam Kinzinger, he and Liz Cheney went whining to the media.
And what did they do, the mainstream media?
They protected the January 6th committee, an illegal you know uh... organization that has no republicans on it okay so let me just put out this to your audience if we decide if they've given mccarthy decided ur mitch mcconnell decided when he's in the majority to put nine members my nine republicans and zero democrats and create the biden family corruption investigation uh... into hunter in all of the job i'm activities
What do you think the mainstream press would say?
Would we give them unfettered subpoena power, deposition authority, ability to go in to get your phone records, your bank records, and be one-sided?
And have credibility?
Not just be one-sided, but be one-sided and have the New York Times, Washington Post say the Republican Party, the Republicans in Congress have every right to do it.
They would never do it, and that's why we need to dismantle and destroy this genesis.
steve bannon
Why is she still in the conference?
Stefanik replaces Heather Conference.
Why is she able to sit there?
Why do they have R next to her name?
My point is, how do you get her out of the conference so they don't, and Kinzinger, so they're sitting up there as independents.
david bossie
I would want, that is my position, they ought not be members of the Republican Conference in Congress.
That requires a two-thirds majority vote in the Republican Conference.
steve bannon
You're telling me that's hard to get?
david bossie
And that is hard to get.
steve bannon
You can't get, you're telling me there are Republicans out there that were voting to keep her in the conference?
david bossie
A hundred percent.
steve bannon
We should have an on-the-record vote on that.
david bossie
Well let me just say this, Kevin McCarthy last week came out and endorsed Harriet Hageman.
Now that was the first time that a Republican minority leader endorsed against an incumbent.
It was a big moment because it could lead to Liz Cheney being removed from the conference because Harriet Hageman is running against Liz Cheney.
steve bannon
Liz Cheney knows she's not going to win.
david bossie
She's running for president.
steve bannon
You agree with that?
unidentified
100%.
steve bannon
Tell me about that.
david bossie
Look, I think that she's spending time in New Hampshire.
Certainly her organizations are spending time and money in New Hampshire.
steve bannon
The opposition to Trump in the primaries have to all revolve around one entity, and she wants to be that entity.
david bossie
Of course.
She wants to be the person that it all comes around, and that's why the mainstream media She wants to be the person, have it not be a Larry Hogan, have it not be a Charlie Baker, have it not be a Chris Christie, have it not be somebody like that.
She feels that she's the vessel to do that.
And by the way, the Republican Party is never going to have that.
Ever.
steve bannon
Well, she'll be running around the state with the mainstream media supporting her.
david bossie
Of course, but that doesn't mean she's going to get actual votes on election day.
steve bannon
You're the head of the debate committee, right?
We're getting more of that.
You're the head of the debate committee.
david bossie
I happen to be.
steve bannon
Short commercial break.
We're going to be going to Barstow out to California.
They're on the road.
They're heading east.
We've also got Sloane Rackmuth.
Talk to us about what's happening down with Emotional learning, social emotional learning down in North Carolina, and also a tribute to Rich Higgins, the great Rich Higgins who died overnight.
Next in the Ward.

david bossie
People can't see it.
Hey, by the way, this is how he's been.
I've known this guy 16 years, maybe more now.
16 years, nothing has changed, okay?
The three pens on the shirt, not changed, okay?
unidentified
And it's the same shirt, 16 years, by the way.
david bossie
We've had a lot of fun together and there's a film here.
I keep trying to tell you that.
There's a film here on this entire operation.
There's a film here.
That will change America.
steve bannon
Pirate radio?
david bossie
No, exactly.
So look, I'm following your lead.
What do you want to talk about?
steve bannon
We got John Sparopoulos is with me.
John Sparopoulos is the great filmmaker out in California.
Gave us Lydia Friend and the Women from Watts and all the great CRT of African Americans in Southern California standing up for Sparopoulos is in the convoy.
John, you're rolling east.
Tell us what's going on.
unidentified
Well, there was a big rally this morning.
It was quite amazing.
Maybe a thousand people or more.
I think there are more cars in this convoy than there are trucks at this point.
We're a little bit ahead of the convoy.
For some reason, they're doing a slow walk on another route that's actually longer and they're going about 30-40 miles an hour, which may explain why it's going to take 10 days to get across the country.
But it was a rousing send-off this morning.
It took two hours to get out of the parking lot.
That's how many people were there and trying to get everything out and onto the roads.
Talked to the truckers.
They're excited.
Talked to a lot of people who donated stuff.
People came from Idaho, from three hours or four hours away in Southern California.
They brought all sorts of things, water, food, supplies.
Other supplies for the truckers.
Everybody's really excited.
To be honest, it felt like a Trump rally.
I mean, that's the kind of excitement that you had there.
And it was also, you know, in California, you know, I live in a Republican congressional district, but you still have people who look at you weird because you have the flag flying outside your house.
So it's nice to go somewhere where everybody is They're proud of the flag, and proud of the National Anthem, and they're proud of America, and that's what we saw at this rally today, and what we're hearing from the truckers.
steve bannon
Yeah, we started off, by the way, we started the show off, I don't know if you saw it, with your footage of the National Anthem being sung.
We're going to be checking in with you every show, both morning and afternoon.
Here's just one thing, we're in a hurry because we've got a lot of people to get to, but John Sparopoulos.
We started with Admiral Kirby over at the Pentagon.
The D.C.
Mayor has requested 800 National Guards in their vehicles, you know, Humvees, all that, to protect the Capitol.
The task and purpose of this convoy is not to come and threaten the Capitol, correct?
unidentified
There are multiple convoys and there are truckers who are, let's just say, militant.
This particular convoy, what's called the People's Convoy, coming out of California, they've expressly stated They are not going into Washington, D.C.
The last stop on their tour is Hagerstown, Maryland.
And they said in their press release that they've talked to all the local governments and everybody's cool with it.
They're not going into Washington.
They repeated it this morning.
And they repeated what I, you know, had written and I sent to you that my suspicion along has been that the journey, the 10 days of publicity, is really what they're after and not We're doing an Ottawa redo, you know?
And so, they're not going in.
Now, this is not to say that you're not going to have a rogue trucker or rogue group or a false flag op.
Because quite frankly, we can't put anything by the FBI after what it did in the Whitmer case.
But expressly, this group says we're not going into D.C.
properly.
steve bannon
John Sparopoulos, how do people get to you?
How do they follow your live stream?
unidentified
First, this is a self-paid trip.
So, GiveSendGo.com forward slash Let's Roll America.
GiveSendGo.com slash Let's Roll America.
And at my website, which is Let'sRollAmerica.us, we'll have multiple videos every day.
It's got all of my social media links.
Because we're doing live streams on Facebook all day long and, you know, Twitter and Gab and the rest.
steve bannon
We'll get it all up there.
John Sparopoulos, your stuff is amazing.
You started your video start today and you brought us Lydia Friend and the entire Women of Watts movement.
It was incredible.
We'll make sure let's get all that in the chat rooms and all up on the site.
John Sparopoulos coming east with the convoy.
Today, Governor Abbott Thanks, brother.
Today, Governor Abbott threw down hard about this sex change, all this transgender stuff, this child abuse.
We're going to have Paxton on tomorrow as AG to talk about it.
Explosive.
But I want to bring in Sloan Rackmoth down in North Carolina about this social-emotional learning.
People, now Sloan, this is part of our efforts to make sure that these school boards are taken over.
Everybody's talking about CRT, but what you guys have unearthed down in North Carolina Is actually, I think, more insidious and scary.
Tell us what's going on with social-emotional learning.
unidentified
Absolutely.
Well, this is part of the social-emotional agenda and the woke agenda.
Down here, we've got a Republican state superintendent who is passing policies in schools that you'd expect to find from Cori Bush or AOC, and it's affecting every single school.
So, it started about a year ago with Superintendent Catherine Truitt.
She caved to the woke mob.
And allowed students to put their preferred names rather than their legal names in official state records or the school records.
Now, what she has done is really outdone herself actually.
Now teachers and others in the school are forbidden to see the biological sex of their students unless they get special permission from school officials.
And it begs the question, why?
Why is this sexual political football Being thrown around, if you will, in classrooms.
steve bannon
But what we do know is this... Republicans have some control over this?
I mean, what's the action that you guys are taking?
If that's the problem, what's the solution?
And are Republicans, or establishment Republicans, helping, assisting, or getting in the way?
unidentified
Well, not to my knowledge.
In fact, some have even gotten in the way.
I mean, they've been all quiet on the Western Front.
And we need, as you say, action, action, action.
Here's what we need.
First of all, everybody in the war room, no matter what state you're in, look to see if these changes in power school are happening in your school districts, in your schools.
In North Carolina, very important.
What we need tomorrow is you need to call.
Don't write.
Call your representative.
Get them on record.
Do you stand with parents and the parental right movement that we have going on here in North Carolina?
Or do you stand with a state superintendent just because she has an R behind her name?
Now, we need everybody, Steve, to hit us up on Telegram at Education First Clients or edfirstnc.org.
Here's what we're going to do.
We're putting together a list and the next week we will publish this list.
Of every single person running for office, what their position is.
Either they are standing with the status quo and with the superintendent and this ridiculous idea, or they stand with the parents.
david bossie
Sloan, this is Dave Bossie.
I'm just learning about this so I'm shocked but let me ask you a couple questions and to your point of people have to look in their own school systems.
That's how the Loudoun County CRT and transgender issue became a national issue because a mom in Loudoun County saw what happened in a Texas school board meeting Online, and happened to go to the next Loudoun County meeting, and that's the organic nature of this.
That's what the school boards, that's what the teachers, that's what the unions are so afraid of.
They're afraid of the parents, okay?
Let's just be honest.
But can I just ask you, down there, when they're not doing the biological sexes, how are they determining who uses a boy's room and a girl's room?
How about the boy's locker room and the girl's locker room?
I mean, that's the next question that I have as a dad of four school-age kids.
unidentified
Well, Wake County, which is our biggest school system here in North Carolina, they were among the first to start allowing and making an official policy that boys can use the girls' bathroom.
If girls didn't like it, guess what?
They had to go to a private bathroom somewhere down the hall.
In other words, girls in North Carolina have lost the right to have the name girls on their own bathrooms.
david bossie
That's outrageous.
I hope the parents are really listening to this out there.
steve bannon
Do we have everything up, Cameron?
Do we have everything up that she needs to support?
We need to make calls tomorrow.
Just one more time.
The superintendent of the schools is a Republican.
Am I hearing that correctly?
unidentified
That is correct.
But you know, Steve, this isn't it.
I mean, she is the first Republican that we're aware of in the country to institute critical race theory in schools.
You're seeing it right here on the screen, everyone.
She actually brought forward a program using $7 million to teach 3- and 4-year-old disabled preschoolers how to de-center their whiteness.
So, this is a Republican.
Look, we all know all Republicans are not created the same, right?
Before these elections, before these primaries, you guys, we have got to get everybody on the record.
Where do you stand?
What kind of Republican are you?
steve bannon
Sloan, real quickly, I've got 15 seconds.
What's the website to go to to get you?
unidentified
edfirstnc.org.
We need to hear from you.
We need to hear who your representative is and where they stand on this issue.
We're going to get it out.
steve bannon
The great state of North Carolina, the Tar Heels.
We've got to get this sorted down there.
Thank you, Sloan.
Rich Higgins next.
unidentified
Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, in April of 2017, one of our colleagues on the National Security Council, working for Donald Trump, came to President Trump and gave him a memo, a list of names of people that were inside the wire at the White House National Security Council that should be bounced immediately.
Those names included, eventually, the whistleblower and all the guys associated with the impeachment.
The hero was Rich Higgins.
He was an Army veteran.
He was EOD, also Intel.
He actually published a memo and then published a book later.
Rich Higgins died at three o'clock this morning, and a great hero and a great patriot.
Gray DeLancey is president and publisher at Kalamo Press.
They're the guys that did the great Antifa book with our own Jack Pasovic, and they published Rich Higgins' book, The Memo.
Gray, tell us about how important this book is, because this really went through.
If you read this book, you would see everything that was coming Well, thank you, Steve, and thank you for remembering Rich.
Ukraine's the same cast of characters on NBC you got Vindman you got the ambassador you've got you've got You know three or four other people non-stop on here They're all listed in his memo tell us about the book and tell us about the memo and Rich Higgins Well that Thank You Steve and thank you for remembering rich I mean he was a remarkable person and one of the best fighters for MAGA Not only during the Trump administration but long before Trump and you'll learn that if you read the book
unidentified
But you know what what rich did is rich predicted everything that was coming more I mean, he was more prescient than anyone, and he was labeled a conspiracy theorist and everything else.
Every other label that you're given, and if you're given those labels, you know you're hitting above the target.
And so, if you read this book, and you read the memo, more specifically that memo, he knew what Trump was facing was not normal political operations, but there was a grand conspiracy to remove him from office, and that was the end state.
And that's what they were able to ultimately accomplish.
And so when you look at COVID or Ukraine or the Russian impeachment, they don't just happen or come out of nowhere.
It is a political warfare means of operation that was meant to destroy, ultimately, what they were coming for was you and me who believed in America.
And they wanted to destroy our vision of America and want to prevent the American people from reclaiming their country.
And so far they've been successful, but hopefully not for long.
steve bannon
Well, I gotta tell you, he wrote this in April and May of 17.
It is chilling to read it in the book.
But he was fired by McMaster's and the reason was that he knew about this effort.
People call it the deep state.
I say there's nothing deep about it.
It's up in your grill every day.
And this is what President Trump had to fight through.
This is what we're fighting through now.
Fiona Hill, all this cast of characters.
I mean, it's scary to see.
There are four or five people mentioning the memo on TV every night saying we've got to put troops, we've got to go to war in these eastern Russian-speaking provinces of Ukraine, just like the Ukraine situation back then.
Rich Higgins called it.
Higgins is an American hero.
His photo's up there.
We're going to push it out.
unidentified
Steve, you remember the personnel battles?
steve bannon
Yep.
unidentified
The personnel battles beginning in the administration, remember?
Rich was saying all the Trump people were prevented from being hired back in, right when the transition was starting, before even Trump came into office.
And we, if you, everyone knows, Reagan knew, personnel is policy.
And unfortunately, Trump didn't quite have that understanding.
And Rich was sounding the alarm bell.
He was working with you closely.
And all these never-Trumpers and RNC-type people were being hired, and all the Trump people were being left out.
From the very get-go, it was a fight in this administration.
david bossie
We lived it.
steve bannon
Just randomly I have Dave Bossi in here today.
Dave Bossi wouldn't know anything about that.
david bossie
No, no.
They ran us over.
steve bannon
Gray, how do people get access to the book at Calamo?
How do people get access to the story?
unidentified
You can go to calamopress.com and buy it directly through us.
All proceeds will go to Rich and his family and his wife.
He's got four kids, two young, two years old and four years old.
It's just absolutely tragic.
And I cannot tell you, I cannot overstate how much of a loss this is for our side and the movement.
But we'll remember him, and the book is a great way to remember him.
You can also, of course, go to Amazon, but if you prefer not to go to Amazon, you can go directly through KalamoPress.com.
steve bannon
Great.
Thank you very much.
Appreciate you being here.
Great to have you.
unidentified
Thank you.
steve bannon
Thanks for what you're doing.
People don't understand.
These sweeping wins we have this year, destruction of the Democratic Party, every day is going to be a fight.
Trump coming back in 24, winning in 24, being in office in 25.
Every day is Stalingrad.
david bossie
Oh, it really is.
And people who don't recognize that, you know, are going to be very surprised.
And everybody that's listening to this show gets it, that we're in a war.
And we're in a war every day.
We have to win every single day.
steve bannon
And when we get to these elections... Is leadership, in winning this, is leadership, you see, are they tough enough?
To basically turn the House into an oversight committee.
Look, you ran investigations for some of the toughest when Newt was Speaker.
Do you have that kind of toughness in the House right now?
david bossie
There's some.
There are some.
I'll give you, you know, there are several in the House, a few in the Senate, but courage is contagious.
Courage is contagious and we will, all we need to do is win back the House and Senate and then you're going to see a lot of people with a lot of courage.
Yes, well, because there's going to be people like you and I, Steve, who are going to be holding their feet to the fire.
Because, as I gave an example earlier, could there be a 7-0 or 9-0 Republican, no Democrats on a committee to investigate the corrupt Biden family and Hunter Biden?
And, of course, it would never happen.
It would just never be allowed to happen.
But we need to make sure that we stand tall.
And that's why primaries are important.
That's why the general election is important.
steve bannon
Real quickly, was it a mistake for McCarthy not to agree to the committee so he had a minority report council and everything like that, given what he knew at the time?
david bossie
At the time, it seemed like a smart play.
It did.
I know that President Trump disagrees with that.
steve bannon
Not happy.
david bossie
Details.
steve bannon
When he gets not happy, he stays not happy.
Okay, let's go out to the caravan.
I want to go to our own combat correspondent.
Afghanistan, the Darien Gap has been all over the world as we dial into him.
Michael Yan.
Michael, tell us about the caravan, the convoy.
unidentified
Hey Steve, we're rolling down the road right now.
I'm in a truck with Jeff Yoder where we've been going for about an hour and a half now and thousands of people have been waving at us from the bridges and on the sides of the road.
The police officers have also been, maybe we should turn that radio down a little bit.
We're getting a lot of our information from the CB now and there's been a huge amount of support though from on the sides of the road.
One of the things I do see though is people Spreading fear porn like Patrick Byrne, you know, publishing that you don't even go, you're going to get arrested and that sort of thing.
And that's just fear porn.
You know, courage is contagious and so is fear.
And we're rolling and we're not afraid.
And it's clear that these truckers are not afraid.
And I think where it's really going to pick up, we've already had Let's say 1500 people there this morning maybe about 30 trucks 35 trucks and that many RVs again then hundreds of cars are in this convoy but then again we see thousands on the sides of the road but where I really think it's going to pick up is going to be likely and more like Memphis and especially Indiana.
I think in Indiana and Indianapolis, that's where the rivers come together.
That's where the Mississippi forms of this, of this convoy.
Because right now, it's like a river forming with all the little tributaries from all over the United States.
And they're all going into, you know, little creeks and finally they're going to run into rivers.
And before you know it, it's going to be huge.
It's already quite large here.
Again, every bridge we go under, there's people on top waving at us with flags.
Law enforcement there putting their lights on and, you know, giving us a thumbs up.
Everything's a go.
I've been told that the Arizona inspection station, which normally inspects trucks as they come into Arizona, are just gonna let us go right through.
They're just gonna close it and let us go.
And so that looks like, as you saw that report a couple of days ago, that Arizona would be doing, they would be hosting, let's say, inspections of commercial vehicles coming through.
But what it looks like now is the opposite may happen.
It looks like they're just gonna let us go.
And so the mood is very energetic, very happy.
The truckers are, I mean, I feel the energy.
You know, I do this all over the world.
Whenever I get this feeling, I know it's going to be something big.
This is going to grow into something huge.
steve bannon
Admiral Kirby today at the briefing on Ukraine said that they've fulfilled a request for 800 troops, 800 National Guard to be around the district.
See, this is ambient noise.
I love this.
It puts you in the room.
Is any fear from the truckers right now, any concern about the military being called out in the imperial capital?
unidentified
No, but they're aware of it.
I was trying to turn that screen around where you could see somebody.
There's a lot of people waving at us.
I wish I could turn the screen around.
Law enforcement out there doing the same right now.
Turn the screen around.
No, they're not afraid.
I mean, you know.
Everybody knows the National Guard's going out there, right?
We know that.
And so what?
I mean, some people are going to go to D.C.
and some are not.
And everybody will make their own decisions.
Of course, there's many different groups, so there's no one leadership that you can listen to that'll tell you what's going to happen or what the routes are or what they plan to do.
I saw one group today on live.
I think that was an American convoy.
I'm with the People's Convoy.
This group is the People's Convoy.
The American Convoy, they plan to go downtown into D.C.
Other groups plan to do other things.
steve bannon
Michael, you're up 24-7 like you were in Darien Gap.
How do people follow Michael Yon?
We're going to have you on The War Room every day, but in between, how are people going to follow you?
unidentified
Well, I'm on Getter at michaeljohn1776.
My last name is John.
Yankee, Oscar, November.
Y-O-N.
And I have a website, michaeljohn.com.
michaeljohn.com But I'm on Getter at 1776. michaeljohn1776.
david bossie
Hey Michael, I'm going to follow you.
I just wanted to say I'm a fan.
Your work in the Middle East, what you did to bring home the stories of what was going on in Afghanistan was absolutely It just changed how I saw things.
It's my opportunity to say thank you for everything you've done, and now I'm going to follow your work here because it's so important what's going on in this organic movement that you're following.
steve bannon
Jan was such a big rock star back in the Afghan days at the height of that war.
Bossy and I tried to get him to make a film, but he was too big.
He was signing with Hollywood, a couple of grundoons.
Michael Yon.
david bossie
Michael Yon, one of the greats of all time.
steve bannon
One of the greats.
Michael Yon, look forward to checking in with you.
unidentified
I didn't even do that film with Bruce Willis.
steve bannon
Michael Yon, thank you very much.
Follow Michael on his Substack and follow him on his Locals and follow him on Getter.
Do we have Parisa Fishback?
These connections may be a little dicey.
Parisa, can you hear us?
unidentified
I can hear you.
It's pretty loud in here.
steve bannon
Perfect.
Tell us what it's like.
You guys are rolling now.
What is it like?
unidentified
I think you asked what it's like.
I mean, it's incredibly exciting.
It's hopeful, right?
More important than anything.
It gives us a lot of hope to see this much patriotism and support.
And we are definitely not in the minority like I'm sure the opposition would like us to think.
steve bannon
So right now, is it like Michael Yan says, like a river, a small tributary is going to pick up steam?
Is that what you guys anticipate as you roll from west to east to the imperial capital?
unidentified
Yes, I think all I heard was pick up steam, so I think I know where you're going with that question.
Yes, that's what we anticipate.
We've been advised that we're going to keep getting joined by more and more truckers.
And again, this is the People's Convoy, so we also have people in RVs and their own personal trucks.
The entourage is vast.
It's not just the truckers, but yes, we will be joined by more and more supporters.
Throughout the journey across the state.
steve bannon
How do people follow you?
What social media?
What websites?
unidentified
The Convoy is thepeoplesconvoy.org.
Thepeoplesconvoy.org.
And we are also representing Unity Project.
That's Unity Project Online.
steve bannon
Parisha, thank you very much.
Look forward to seeing you tomorrow morning.
Be safe.
Godspeed.
As the Convoy, his wheels are up.
People are rolling.
Thank you, ma'am.
Okay, short commercial break.
Dave Bossi's going to stick with me.
We're going to go to Nevada Precinct Committee.
Got another success story out there.
Bossi and I have broken our pick a couple of times out in Nevada, so we definitely need help.
unidentified
We'll be back in a warm in a moment.

It's time to cancel, cancel culture.
steve bannon
Okay, let's go to Nevada.
Dave Vossey and I didn't have too much luck out there in 16.
We kind of broke our pick out there, but Jesse Law is turning things around.
Jesse, tell us about the Precinct Strategy out there, what you're doing, and what can we hope for?
unidentified
Sure, sure.
At the Clark County Republican Party that I chair, we've gone from a membership, and that's thanks to the folks at PrecinctStrategy.com, as well as, of course, anyone that listens to The War Room, and there are a lot of them.
We've gone from average attendance at our party of about 150 cops, Our last meeting in January was over 600.
And so here we are.
Because people are looking for an answer.
And as far as our precinct organization, what we had to put together was something that meant something.
We had to put together training, what the people were going to be doing at the doors and how they would be impacting the election.
And we've done that.
I've got a great team of committed volunteers.
And now that the county Election Department has come out with what those new boundaries are for the precincts and in the legislative districts.
We're going to hit that hard.
steve bannon
Jesse real quickly, you know, Dave and I went in the presidential 16.
We also saw an 18 and then the president and 20.
And that was the 1 they stole, but the hardest for us to the easiest to prove with the hardest turnaround because so many Democrats control everything.
In Clark County, which is the beating heart of the problem in Nevada, do you believe that the precinct strategy and the 600, or do you think, Jesse, that you and your team can turn things around?
unidentified
Well, I mean, I think it's a multi-faceted approach.
So I was the Election Day Operations Director for the Trump campaign in 20 and in 16, so I saw it firsthand.
The way you describe it is absolutely accurate.
So what we needed to do was engage all of our volunteers.
Simply showing up and being poll watchers is not going to be enough.
The good news is, and this is the help of our state party chairman, Michael McDonald.
I know that you and Mr. Bossie know him rather well.
We have put together groups who are joining the election department as poll workers.
And this is a critical, critical thing to get in front of.
I know in 20 that we were only able to get A few hired.
And so we have, you know, I think up to 800 who've signed up to be those poll workers.
Now, on top of that, we are having precinct work.
That's going to result in, again, more poll watchers.
But I think the one missing ingredient that I am still working on night and day and can use some backup on is that what we really need is a litigation strategy.
Not saying that anything's going to happen necessarily, other than what I've experienced.
But if we get in front of this and we witness some problems in the primary, then we're prepared for whatever happens in the general election.
steve bannon
I want to talk to you offline about that.
We're working on that.
david bossie
I definitely 100% want to be part of that conversation, Jesse.
Whatever we can do to help shed light, because sunlight is really an important disinfectant here, because it really helps us offset some of the problems that would obviously take place if there is nobody looking.
And just what you're doing is so important.
steve bannon
And this is how guys like Jesse are taking charge.
It's not just poll watchers, it's poll workers, it's election officials.
Oh, by the way, let's get a couple, three lawyers have a litigation strategy.
david bossie
That's right.
steve bannon
Folks, this is how we're going to do it.
This is why they're so petrified what's coming from this.
david bossie
And good candidates.
I mean, and you have some good candidates this year, too, which is really exciting.
It's going to help you.
It's going to help you drive Those people to be highly motivated and create that litigation strategy as part of it.
steve bannon
Jesse, how do people get to you?
How do they find out more about your success stories?
Particularly folks all over the country say, hey, I need a model to work off of.
How do people get to you, Jesse?
unidentified
Sure.
Well, you know, ClarkCountyRepublicanParty.com.
I know that's sort of a longer URL, but it is what our name is.
So, ClarkCountyRepublicanParty.com.
And yes, of course, there's donate on there, but there's join, there's volunteer.
And frankly, I do want to hear, and I have heard from other counties who are looking to see what we've done.
We took on the Never Trumpers.
The path to chairmanship wasn't just when I was elected.
I also have had the Never Trumpers suing us and trying to prevent us and using lawfare in order to prevent us from being successful in the 2022 cycle, and we just beat up the whole process.
david bossie
And if you need help with Michael McDonald, you just let us know, okay?
unidentified
You need anything from him, you just give us a call.
Yeah.
steve bannon
I want to thank Steve Stearns and Dan Schultz, the two guys.
The precinct strategy is Dan Schultz and Steve Stearns, my hammer.
Thank you guys very much.
Jesse, you're a rock star.
Keep grinding.
I've got two things I got to get to, Bossy.
Number one, Match Lab's going to start the show tomorrow from CPAC to kick off to make sure we're covering that as we cover the convoy.
But there's a counter-conference here that's getting the attention of the mainstream media.
david bossie
And no one else's.
steve bannon
It's a gathering of vultures.
The Never Trumpers are gathering here this weekend.
Tell us about that.
david bossie
Well, it's a joke.
It's some of the same people.
It's Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger.
And it's Alexander Vindman.
I mean, you need to know no more than those three names to know what a counter CPAC By the worst of the worst people, looks like today.
They're the warmongers of today.
steve bannon
This is what's gathering to try to counter President Trump in the primary in 2024.
Real quickly, we've got a minute.
Somebody told me you were making a film without me.
Is there any truth to that rumor?
david bossie
Well, we wanted a good one.
So we did decide to do that.
unidentified
Does this one have sound?
david bossie
Yes, Charlie Chaplin.
So look, yeah we are, and I think we're going to do something big here with you on the film when it comes out, but it's on Zuckerberg.
And it's on what he did in 2020.
And the film's going to come out momentarily, early April, and so we're going to be very excited.
steve bannon
Zuckerberg relating to Facebook or Zuckerberg relating to 3 November?
david bossie
To 3 November.
Zuckerberg spent, and a lot of people on this show are educated, about what he did.
A lot of people are not.
But a lot of people are not, and that's why we decided to send, to show, to tell the story, to show it in a film, how $400 million puts its thumb, his thumb, Zuckerberg's thumb, on a scale of election, and it was bought long before election day.
steve bannon
You know how to mitigate risk.
Will your film be part of a criminal referral on Jeff Zuckerberg, yes or no?
david bossie
Well, that's an interesting question.
I think that there is...
The 990s, which tell the story of where they spent and how they spent it, that's all fresh, brand new information just within the last several weeks.
So, we have a team of people.
Scott Walter and his team are going through it piece by piece, page by page, and we'll see where it goes.
steve bannon
Best investigator out there, Dave Bossey.
When the phone rings and Dave Bossey's on the line, don't take it.
Don't take the call.
Tomorrow morning, we're going to have Schlapp at CPAC, Paxson in Texas.
Export Selection
