We are the lawyers for Matthew and Andros Hutchins and today we filed a wrongful death case on their behalf in Santa Fe County in New Mexico.
In the lawsuit, as you can see, names Alec Baldwin and others who are responsible for the safety on the set and whose reckless behavior and cost-cutting Led to the senseless and tragic death of Helena Hutchins.
Prior to filing this lawsuit, we undertook an investigation.
We interviewed witnesses that were at the scene.
We interviewed witnesses who, the days before, could set the stage of what happened.
We went to the scene. | ||
We assessed the scene with experts.
We hired top experts. | ||
And we really dug into what we could.
We were able to obtain documents from other lawsuits and conducted our investigation.
And now we believe, as stated in the complaint, the allegations of the numerous violations of industry standards that occurred by Mr. Baldwin and others that were charged with safety on the set.
So what we did with all this work is we put together a video.
And the video assesses the facts that the investigation has undertaken, has learned.
And it was assessed by experts and other people that were there to what really happened.
And you can see the recreation in the video based on the witnesses' statements, the scene, the evidence.
And the emails and such, they were able to... Described it as a one in a trillion shot.
And the gun was in your hand.
unidentified
|
How do you come to terms with that?
It wasn't in the script for the trigger to be pulled.
Well, the trigger wasn't pulled.
I didn't pull the trigger.
So you never pulled the trigger?
unidentified
|
No, no, no, no. | |
I would never point a gun at anyone and pull a trigger at them.
Never. | ||
What did you think happened?
I don't know. I just don't know.
I don't know. | ||
Oh! | ||
I don't know. | ||
You felt shock. | ||
You felt anger. | ||
You felt sadness. | ||
Do you feel guilt? | ||
unidentified
|
No, no. | |
I feel that there is, I feel that, that, that someone is responsible for what happened.
And I can't say who that is, but I know it's not me.
Wow. | ||
Tuesday, 15 February, Year of Our Lord 2022.
We've got a lot to get to today.
Situation up in Canada with Mike Lindell and the Right Side Broadcasting team.
We're going to get to that.
We've got some video from Kootz, The Crossing there.
We've got Richard Barris on about some amazing polling on Hispanics.
We've got Robbie Starbuck on Tony Fauci.
And you know, we pride ourselves in not chasing stories like this, right?
The audience has been with us from the beginning.
No, we just do signal, not noise.
But there's signal here.
This is so shocking what was presented today on a guy that has gone after President Trump and the Trump movement and the people, particularly the deplorables.
This guy, Alec Baldwin, has gone after this movement and the people in this movement, working class people, relentlessly.
And a shocking event today was a law firm, and I know some of these lawyers of this law firm, they are hammers.
This is a big-time litigation firm that handles matters like this in California, and they have recreated, after doing huge research and interviewing everybody, recreated a video and dropped a massive lawsuit, essentially against Alec Baldwin, for holding him responsible for the death Of the cinematographer.
And this lawsuit's from the family, the estate, the son, the widower, all of it.
But what's brutal about it is they've gone back and looked at the facts.
He's given all these interviews.
In particular, there's another one.
We'll dig this up for tomorrow.
He says, hey, I didn't even know she was shot.
And you saw the video right there.
We'll play that again later.
I want to bring in Boris.
We're going to get more legal experts in the next couple of days.
This is the reason. | ||
This shows you how the left will look you right in the eye and just lie to you, right?
Stone-cold lie, and when they're attacking people, particularly this audience, and his viciousness of going after Donald J. Trump.
And look, Trump can take care of himself, right?
He's a big, tough guy, so he can take care of himself.
We don't need to do that.
But this is a different level, particularly NBC.
This guy's on Saturday Night Live all the time.
He played Trump viciously on Saturday Night Live.
It's the whole thing. | ||
And then for him to have the crying and the weeping and, oh, I didn't do anything and I didn't know she was shot.
And, hey, these lawyers know what happened.
And they're coming in hot and they're coming in hard.
Boris Epstein. | ||
Steve, Alec Baldwin's in deep trouble.
I'll tell you that legally.
There's no two ways about it.
He's gone out there and made very specific public statements on this case, which, by the I'm sure his lawyers weren't big fans of him doing, especially in light of what's come out.
So he's in big trouble now.
This is a civil suit, but the question is, what happens here criminally?
Is there negligent homicide here?
At least first degree manslaughter here?
If that video, which by the way is unbelievably done, if that video is on point, it is shocking.
It shocks the senses. | ||
When you watch it for the first time, now I've watched it for about the fifth time right here during the cold open, when that moment that he pulls out a gun and pulls the trigger for no reason whatsoever, it is absolutely astounding.
Now, that's the legal part of it, and that is the factual part of it.
More broadly, in terms of who Alec Baldwin is, he's been this champion for the far left.
First of all, Alec Baldwin's been unhinged for years, right?
Leaving crazy messages on his teenage daughter's voicemail and going off on reporters.
Being totally getting arrested on airplanes, totally nuts.
But nevertheless, he's been held up as this beacon by the left.
Beacon of anti-Trump. | ||
Well, guess what? | ||
The chickens have come home to roost on Alec Baldwin.
And now NBC, MSNBC, none of them want anything to do with him whatsoever.
But they're also, of course, not coming out and covering the story as it should be covered.
Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Boris, Boris, Boris, Boris, Boris.
Hang on, no. | ||
Ari Melber has got to start tonight.
The first 30 minutes has got to be, has got to be, it can't be 6 January.
It can't be another Peter Navarro interview.
He had, Ari Melber has to start with this.
This is the major thing today.
And they have to do this.
They're bad enough on the Olympics they will not talk about the transnational criminal organization that is the Chinese Communist Party.
And they won't mention.
You talk about the Russian Ukraine.
One of the reasons the Russians think they push everybody around is what's happening at the Olympics.
You set a set of rules and they go, no we're not going to do that.
We don't think so. | ||
Don't have a medal ceremony.
Drug the kid up. | ||
Right, juicer up, let it roll.
No, NBC, Saturday Night Live, Lorne Michael, 30 Rock, all of them that mocked and ridiculed, go out of their way to try to destroy Trump, destroy him, and attack the MAGA movement.
Where are you guys today?
When you saw Alex Baldwin, and hey, Innocent is improving, I got it, but hey, this lawsuit, these people are coming in there, And they're dropping like an anvil on his head, and all his crying, and she was a friend of mine and we went to dinner.
This is from the family.
The family's holding him responsible.
Boris? | ||
You know, one thing that I really want to point to and express is condolences to her little boy, to her husband, to the woman's family.
And, you know, as we talk about this here, I think Alec Baldwin's been terrible, and that he's gone on this publicity tour, and he's been so focused on somehow defending himself, but not focused on the truth.
Because the truth appears to be so damning in that this woman would not have been dead but for the actions of Alec Baldwin.
And that's the key legal term, right?
If she would not have been killed but for his actions, he is absolutely culpable and he's got a big problem.
But again, this tells you about the craven nature of these absolutely Offset these absolutely otherworldly Democrats, these liberals, who are out of this world.
They don't know what planet they're on.
No, no, no. | ||
It's because they don't have checks and balances.
They don't have checks and balances.
There's no media to hold them.
MSNBC, Ari Melber, stop the big talk about all this and no more rap, okay?
We don't need more rap from you.
What we need from you, Ari, is to get after Alec Baldwin against the Chinese Communist Party Get after the Russians for just shining on the drug policy.
Remember, they're not, as a country, they're not even represented.
They came and go there as a country because they drugged everybody in Sochi right before they invaded, right?
No wonder! | ||
They know they can push the West around.
They can push the Olympic Committee around.
They can push, why not? | ||
Why wouldn't they do anything?
So Ari, why don't you cover that?
Ari, why don't you cover the Chinese Communist Party and all the brutality during the Olympics of the people in China?
And why don't you cover Alec Ball when you're buddy?
No more rap. | ||
Hold the rap right now. | ||
Hold the rap and all the lyrics.
Hold the rap and let's get on to some substance.
This shows you a left that's out of control and culturally out of control.
And this thing is so shocking today.
We want everybody to see it.
Really, thank America.
In terms of Ari Melbourne, here's what I'll tell you.
And Ari, if you're watching, you're producers, I agree first of all with Steve 100%.
Let's stop the rap thing.
Let the original artists practice the rap, okay?
You're a Jewish lawyer guy on TV.
Come on, bro. | ||
You know what I mean? | ||
Like, one Jewish lawyer to another Jewish lawyer.
Just let's not go there, okay, my man?
Let's leave the rap out of it.
No matter how much fun it may have been in college.
you don't have a good time, that's fine.
unidentified
|
Yeah. | |
But now you're on TV, my man, okay?
Now you're in a serious business, right?
So conduct your business seriously.
And if you take yourself seriously, if you think you're somebody who holds others to account, irrespective of where they come from on the political spectrum, you've got to hold Alec Baldwin to account.
And also let's look broader, Steve.
Look at the last year. | ||
Everybody is gone. | ||
George Clooney, gone. | ||
Maddow gone. Baldwin gone.
Cuomo, gone. | ||
Newsom, pretty much gone.
unidentified
|
The tip of the spear of the liberal Democrat... Fredo Cuomo, gone.
Fredo, gone. | ||
Jeff Zucker, gone. | ||
unidentified
|
Gone. | |
Okay? | ||
It's amazing. | ||
Jeff Zucker, gone. | ||
We've had a run. | ||
unidentified
|
What a run. | |
What a run. | ||
And what that tells you... We've had a run.
is that they have disintegrated completely because they have no basis.
They have no moral basis. They have no political basis.
They have no compass and they have no center. And that's what we have.
That's what the audience of the show has. That's what the MAGA movement under the leadership of President Trump has. We have that. They don't.
And that's how you end up in disasters like the one Alec Baldwin finds himself.
Real quick, you've got to get Barris in here.
We've got a lot to jam in here today, Barris.
So hang on, I want to hear about Missouri real quickly.
But we set a record today, and only Politico brought it up, the 30th Democrat retired was a Kathleen Price up there in Nassau County.
So I think the three big Democratic districts, they've all retired.
They're all going to go do other things.
This is a D plus 8 district.
This is a D plus eight district.
Boris Epstein, thoughts?
Huge win. | ||
You. | ||
Huge win. | ||
When Politico says that the retirement among Democrats is a modern record, and this one in New York today, that was not foreseen.
This is a stronghold. | ||
They're redistricting New York away from Republicans.
They're only going to leave about three or four districts.
So this is, again, like a Stephanie Murphy in Florida.
Like, you know, Jackie Spier in California?
This is a strong—Yarmouth?
This is a strong Democrat retiring today.
And why is she doing it? | ||
She's doing it because she knows that this is going to be, if not the, then one of the top two, three largest waves in American history.
And if we do the right thing on redistricting, we're going to get that 100 seats, 100 years, and it'll be by far the largest.
By the way, Steve, 10 more seconds, 10 more seconds.
Go ahead. | ||
We're at 30 now, and it's just February 15th.
40, maybe 50, here we come in Democrat retirements.
This is not the end of the rope here.
Yeah, it's pretty amazing.
Shifty shift, yeah. | ||
Okay, so this is the point I want to get to.
There's two things playing here.
Number one, she knows she's going to be in the minority, because they've seen us fighting back in the redistricting, so she knows she's going to be in the minority.
She says, what am I hanging around doing that?
Wait for it. | ||
She's in a D plus eight district.
I think she feels like it's competitive in a D plus eight out there on Long Island.
Hey, those independents and moderate Democrats said we've had a belly full of this thing from the mask for the vaccines to the to the to the inflation to Afghanistan, the whole thing.
We've had we've had a belly full of Biden.
OK, we're going to get we got a lot to do.
Short break. | ||
We're back. | ||
We're going to do Missouri.
We've got Barris on polling.
He's got some amazing polling on Hispanics.
We've got Robbie Starbuck about Tony Fauci.
We've got Mike Lindell.
We're going to cram Lindell in here.
We've got Joe Allen. | ||
We've got a lot to go. | ||
Hang in there. | ||
Strap in. | ||
unidentified
|
Be back in a moment. | |
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||

MyPillow.com, promo code WORM.
Action, action, action.
Use your agency. | ||
Let's go to Barris. | ||
Barris, we're talking about, they hit record retirements.
Only people have mentioned it was Politico.
Record retirement today, 30, and these are all players.
There's no Grundoons. | ||
I mean, these are chairmen, senior guys in the Black Caucus, you got Cooper in Tennessee, you got Price, you got senior people.
These are committee chairs.
They know their days are over.
Richard Barris. | ||
Yeah, you know, you were just talking about eight points in that district, D plus eight.
Steve, looking at Virginia, New Jersey, anything that's around D plus 12?
You know, it is within striking distance.
That's Virginia's swing.
New Jersey was more. | ||
So, you know, a lot of these areas aren't safe.
And I was listening the other day.
We've heard a lot about South Texas.
We've heard a lot about Nevada, Arizona, Hispanics over there.
But, you know, we said, we told people in Miami before 2020 that Trump was going to win a historic, you know, a historic share of that vote going into in November, which he did, which is why he carried Florida by such a large margin.
We could call it in 45 minutes.
And he got 46% in Miami. | ||
And he didn't do it based on white voters.
So we've been looking all over the country in different districts.
In the recall election in the Central Valley in California, Republicans blew $15 million in Orange County and San Diego where they know or have thought that they have traditional Republican strongholds and completely ignored the Central Valley, which ended up voting against Newsom, voted to throw him out.
That was some of Larry Elder's best territory there.
Jim Costa, who represented CA-16, he was thinking strongly about getting out until they drew him a better district closer to LA.
But they did draw this new district, which I want to put up on the screen if you got it, CD-13.
And this is a great example of how big this movement is with Hispanics.
And we can talk about Texas and Florida, but California's lagged that.
And this is why this is important, because we're starting to see that movement now.
In the recall, Hispanic men voted almost identical to white men to throw out Gavin Newsom.
In the 2020 total vote, this is a district that Biden won 54-44.
When we asked people about their vote preference, we got pretty close.
Underestimated Trump a little bit, 54-40.
So if anything, this sample was more favorable to Joe Biden than reality was in November.
Looking at the Hispanic vote, Biden crushed him.
55-37 basically. | ||
It was a pretty big margin.
Mexican votes are the majority of the Hispanic vote in this district and Biden won them 54-35.
Now, Biden leads Trump in this district and it's not on the back of white voters.
He's tied with overall Hispanic voters and he leads among Mexicans.
So, this is a big deal because for two reasons.
There's really a question the Republican Party has to ask themselves, though, Steve, going forward.
Because when we also pulled the generic ballot in this district, the Republicans trailed by about two points, while Trump led.
And that is solely because Hispanics are running about four points weaker.
So they love the Trump message, but they're not sure about his party yet.
And this is a big question going forward, Stephen.
I've talked to you about this.
You know, Republicans out there, those local leaders, they essentially endorse the Democrat because they loathe Trump so much.
They want to keep that other guy, David Giglio, out.
They would rather throw the seat away than see somebody who supports the America First agenda win the election.
And this is a problem. | ||
You're going to have to confront in the primary because Hispanics, they want this new agenda.
They just don't know about the party.
The party they remember in California is the party that sat back while the financial crisis happened.
They're wondering, are they going back to the Bushes or are they going to move forward with Trump?
This is really something that has to be answered this primary season.
Boris, this is powerful.
This is the first time California, and the Central Valley, remember this is where Victor Davis Hance has been telling us, this is the equivalent of the Rio Grande Valley.
That's why they're, this is rich potential Trump country if you get up there.
What the difference is, you've got the border crisis right there on the border, in the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas.
You don't quite have it at that level there.
That's why you gotta go take the message, and Boris Epstein, No doubt about it.
And what we're seeing, the shift in demographics from the Hispanics, African-Americans, you're also seeing it in the negative polling that we've gone through time and time again on Joe Biden on the economy.
In terms of the economy, if asked whether the economy is excellent, good, or strong, excellent is low single digits among African-Americans, among Hispanics.
So what you're seeing is a huge shift that is what is giving the MAGO team such confidence going into the midterms.
And for Kathleen Rice and others, this is again, this is a D plus 8 district.
I agree with Richard. | ||
I think anything that's D plus 12 That's stunning.
unidentified
|
Stunning. | |
absolutely in play. | ||
And that's what you saw in New Jersey where I continue to believe, I continue to believe that the Republican candidate in New Jersey won that governorship and it should have been much more steadfast in fighting.
And young candidates. | ||
Okay, hang on for a second.
Hang on for a second. | ||
Richard, you're putting up stuff all the time.
We're into it. | ||
Early voting starting in Texas on Monday.
We're going to be doing these reports every day because 2022 is here.
I say 2024 is here because it's inextricably linked with 22.
And that's a referendum on Biden.
How do people get to you?
How do they get to the People's Pundit?
Where are you on social media?
How do people get to your substack, all of it, or your locals?
Yeah, locals, peoplespundit.locals.com, where they'll get all of this.
And on Getter, at People's Pundit.
I'm still on Twitter at People's Underscore Pundit.
But the locals is where it's really at, Steve.
And we're going to have all of the graphics for those primaries going forward.
So, it's going to be a big year.
Really big year. | ||
Big year. | ||
And what Richard's laying out is those fissures, those places where the plates come together.
When you go into the tectonic plate shift, and you've got those big shifts, it's the Central Valley of California.
It's the Rio Grande Valley.
Places other people are not looking.
Richard Barris, thank you so much.
Appreciate it. | ||
All the best, Steve. | ||
All the best. | ||
People's Pundit, Richard Burris.
Okay, Boris, real quickly.
Missouri redistricting, you know, MSNBC had the big piece on Governor DeSantis.
He's fighting the good fight there.
What is the latest on the filibuster in Missouri, sir?
Missouri, they're back in session.
They haven't even gotten to redistricting.
So it seems like that the powers in the Rhino, the establishment powers in Missouri, are shying away from this.
Meanwhile, the MAGA patriots are coming up with cease and desist orders.
They're going to call on the governor to cease and desist and Republican members of the Senate to cease and desist on any map but the 7 to 1 map.
So the fight in Missouri very much continues.
That's why it is so incredibly vital.
So important for this audience to get on the phone, get on your emails, send text messages, and let your voices be heard that the seven to one map is the only map you'll accept in Missouri.
And I wanna also mention Florida.
And we put up Ron DeSantis' phone number from the office, his address, and he went in and he did the right thing.
Well now, this audience should give him an attaboy.
You've got the contact.
Let Ron DeSantis know, because here's what we always want to do here, right?
We want action, action, action when we demand it, but then when it gets done, we've got to let the elected officials know and let them hear that, hey, you did it right, you did the right thing, you did it strong, and MAGA's with you.
Youngkin in Virginia, what's happening, and DeSantis, it's not finished, anybody's standing tall.
Boris, real quickly, what's your social media?
No doubt about it. | ||
BorisCP.com is the website.

Okay, we're going to Tennessee.
Robbie Starbuck. | ||
But I want to play. | ||
I know we don't have all the time.
Let's play the Fauci thing and I'll come in.
Go ahead and Denver, hit Fauci.
I want Robbie Starbuck to give us a talk about this after the break.
unidentified
|
What we've seen from states all around the country in the last week or so, it has felt like an avalanche of more and more states loosening up or ditching their mask mandates, including, you know, right here where I am in Washington, to a degree.
Bottom line, in your view, is it happening too soon?
Well, if you look at the trajectory downward of the cases and of the hospitalization, it's clearly going in the right direction.
I mean, obviously, the CDC still now recommends masking because of the degree of infection that we're seeing.
But what I believe the states are doing is anticipating that we are going in the right direction and they feel they might as well just get back to trying to get back to some form of normality by pulling back on restrictions.
We've got to be careful about that.
You know, you don't want to be declaring victory prematurely, and that's the reason why the CDC, who continues to monitor these things, and will make modifications of recommendations as we see the trajectory continue to come downward.
But it's entirely understandable why the states at the local level are looking at what their own local situation... Okay, go ahead.
You can go ahead and kill it.
That's just gobbledygook.
Is it follow the science or not follow the science?
What does the math say? | ||
According to your restriction, it should have still been on.
We got a minute here, Robbie, and then we're going to go to break.
Robbie, you've been all over this about the masks with the kids and they're never going to vote Democratic.
Give us your assessment of Dr. Fauci.
unidentified
|
Dr. Fauci, I mean, to be clear, I think everybody's sick of listening to the guy.
He basically said nothing in that clip, but the one thing you can get from it is that from up high in the Democratic Party, they have sent down the order that we need to start loosening these things up because the poll numbers are that bad.
Our polls show it. | ||
Their polls show it. | ||
It's very clear. | ||
People are done With these mandates, with COVID and what they've done to kids.
You know, the president of Levi's resigned yesterday and left a million dollars on the table to say that what is happening to children is disgusting.
She said a phrase that I'll never forget.
She said, instead of two weeks to flatten the curve, it's been two years to flatten the children.
That's exactly what's happening.
Dr. Fauci's been chiefly responsible for it.
So until these communists have to actually pay a price for it, this is going to continue.
Robbie, hang on through the break.
Robbie Starbuck next. | ||

Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, welcome back. | ||
We don't have time. | ||
Fauci basically said, oh, Pfizer needs more time.
They got it. | ||
There's going to be three boosters.
They found this data. | ||
Hey, you're a liar. | ||
They weren't going to stop this until the Children's Health Defense and those great warriors over there put the spotlight on you, about the whole nation was going to be watching on your emergency use authorization, and all of a sudden you didn't have the data.
You got caught. | ||
You got found. | ||
Robbie Starbuck, your assessment of that, and how is this rolling into, you're running for Congress out there in a tough primary in Tennessee, eventually a general election.
How is this playing out there, and what about these vaccines for the babies that Tony Fauci's trying to gun deck?
unidentified
|
Well, I think, you know, like you said, this is all about Big Pharma versus the people.
And I think that's something that we've known for a long time.
There's a reason why in Sweden they said, we're not doing this.
We're not giving these vaccines to kids.
There's no scientific efficacy or reason why we should be doing this.
You know, we just saw Denmark stop the use of the shot in kids.
So you can't claim there's a consensus, which I've heard over and over and over again from Dr. Fauci and his minions.
The truth is forcing children to get vaccinated in order to allow them to walk into a restaurant and eat or go to school is what communists do.
And as long as we have weak Republicans who allow these communists on the left that claim to be Democrats do this to our children, our country is going to crumble.
And so that's why these elections in 2022 are so critical because if we don't elect the right people in those primaries, we don't elect America First warriors to go in there and not just shake a cage, but destroy it and build something new for our people that actually has some identity and pride in our country.
We're done and freedom is done.
You know, Ronald Reagan warned us about this and plenty of other people did over time.
And they made mistakes along the way themselves, but they did have one thing right.
There would come a day where people had to stand up for freedom or lose it.
And this is that day. | ||
So we need to stand up and people need to make some hard choices now about what you're going to do over this next year to make sure that people who really care about freedom get into office.
Because I can tell you the left and the people on the right, the establishment, the unit party, they're doing everything they can to stop people like me.
They're running bills to try to kick us out.
They're running fake candidates who pretend to be Republican or pretend to be MAGA.
You've got to get in the game and do something to make a change and make a difference.
Robby, how do people find out more about you?
unidentified

Starbuck2022.com. | |
You can volunteer from anywhere in the country.
Make donations because my opponent's going to be funded by Big Pharma.
I'm not. | ||
I'm funded by the people and working with the people to win this campaign the way it should be.
With the people by my side.
Robbie Starbuck, thank you very much.
By the way, I'm going to get Lindell on now.
Thank Robbie. | ||
Everybody go check him out.
Check out his social media.
Get that thing I gave you the video for Coots Landing out in Alberta.
Get it to Denver. | ||
I think Denver has it. | ||
But I want to bring in Mike Lindell.
Not kind of producing on the run here.
Mike, controversy in Canada all day today.
They've put essentially the War Measures Act, they call it the Emergency Act.
I know you've been very involved in supporting, you've got a plant up there, a factory, you support Canadians, you support the truckers.
I know Right Side Broadcasting was headed there.
Get us up to date on exactly what's happening.
Well, about three hours ago, We sent Right Side Broadcasting.
We were getting their live feed.
In fact, we are at Frank's speech.
We have their live feed on Lyndale TV, too.
And that's going on right now that we set up today for this.
Right Side Broadcasting went up there to the border to check out the border to see if we don't check the rules getting across.
Well, they went to go across and, Steve, they got detained.
I'm just getting a text message now.
They were detained for two hours at that border.
And we still don't know why we're getting a live report back here in a minute, but Now the truck we have they said we had we have a special permit.
We've got I guess we've got that now Apparently I'll find out more in a little bit, but we're we're gonna get this we're gonna get my truck across And we get this across There's a lot of confusion up there because everyone said that Ontario lifted their mandate, which is a big win for all countries, not just Canada.
They lifted their mandate and they said it would be on March 1st, then they moved it up to Thursday, but they told us we'd be able to get across, so we're still finding out.
I want to tell you what they said, Steve.
When they said they lifted the mandate, they said, now this has nothing to do with the truckers or the What's going on in Windsor, Canada?
We just figured it's the right time, medically-wise, to lift the mandate.
Yeah, okay. | ||
Give me a break. | ||
You're doing it because of these great truckers that are up there saying, we're not going to take this garbage anymore, and we're willing to sacrifice whatever it takes to get all these mandates.
Hang on. | ||
Okay, slow down. | ||
I want to go back over that.
It's very important. | ||
I think there's four. | ||
There's Saskatchewan, Alberta.
There's like four of the major provinces, which are like states.
I think Canada's got 10 or 12.
Four of the five of the big ones have said the mandates are coming off.
And this is not random. | ||
Lindell, this is because of the truckers and the Patriot truckers in Canada, these great Patriots.
Any doubt in your mind, Lindell?
Any doubt? | ||
100% it's because of them.
And we're waiting for our truck to get across the border, Steve, because when that truck gets there and if they're going to search and make a big deal out of it because it's my pillow, we think RSBM, we think they got detained because they mentioned that my pillow truck coming across.
We don't know that for sure, but we've got these pillows for the kids when they open up the back of that truck, because there's a lot of kids up there.
We have the Noah's Ark. | ||
We have all the pillows for the kids.
And then we have over 10,000 bed pillows.
For all them truckers, and we're going to get them to Ottawa.
But hang on, hang on. | ||
The Deputy Prime Minister, the woman who's the hammer, she said today, they cut off all the crowdsourcing.
They said anybody giving support like you, Mike Lindell, is financing domestic terrorism.
What say you, Mike Lindell?
Well, actually, what they said, Steve, is you could be debanked.
But I already got debanked yesterday, so I'm like, what?
It's OK. | ||
I can do it. | ||
It's kind of like, what do I got to lose, right?
No, it's safe. | ||
I got other banks, everybody, but they did debank me yesterday.
It was kind of a weird thing there.
Oh, yeah, we're going to debank you.
You bring those pillows in.
Steve, they're saying that if you bring pizza to the truckers that you could actually be debanked.
That's what Trudeau ordered.
And so we're going to see what happens with these pillows.
I told my trucker, I said, if they take the truck, I said, just let them have it and you just come on back.
You know, maybe Trudeau needs a pillow because he's probably not sleeping real well right now.
Mike, I know you gotta jump out, I need you to watch this.
If Denver could please play, this is the Cootes Landing in Alberta on the Montana border.
And you say that the truckers are terrible, the police are all nervous, they're finding caches of guns.
I want you to watch this video and I want Mike Lindell to comment before he leaves.
Let's go ahead and play it, Denver.
unidentified
|
We're going to sing the National Anthem.
Go, Canada, go strong and free. From far and wide, O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
God keep our land glorious and free.
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
O Canada, we stand on guard That's who we're fighting for.
This is freedom. | ||
Okay. Thank you. A video. That's from the Cootes Crossing in Alberta in Montana.
And the angels themselves don't sound better than that.
Mike Lindell. | ||
That's what we're fighting for. This is freedom.
And I've told them all. I said, you know what?
Don't settle for getting half our freedoms back.
We need all of our freedoms back.
It was funny because we called across for my semi, we called to get this extra permit, and the people on the other end, this agency in Canada, my trucker just told me, he goes, man they heard we were coming and they were all excited.
He goes, you got big fans up there in Canada, my pillow does.
Steve, this is a small portion of the government with the, you know, this is what they do.
They infiltrate our government.
You know, I'm going to take, I'm going to, it's like what I've been going through with all these states for this election, uh, the election crimes.
You have one, it seems like you have one or two obstructionists in every single state.
You know, you got, um, Robin Voss in Wisconsin.
You got Rusty Bowers down in Arizona.
You got Brad Rasenberger.
You got all these obstructionists and everybody, you know what?
And then you got the main government calling us racist.
We're a racist country.
We're not racist. | ||
People are united. | ||
All people. | ||
We're united. | ||
This fringe governments that are out there, these Trudeau's of the world, these evil.
Um, this is what's, uh, this is beautiful what they've done up there.
This will go down in history.
What these truckers did, it was the start of to take down these mandates.
The whole world's watching, Steve.
I got people and it gives people even hope over in Australia.
I talked to a couple of my friends over there.
Remember that have been locked in lockdown for over a year with little drones coming down saying, get back in your house.
You know, this is beautiful what's going on up there.
And you could, then you look on the other side, you've got all these things going on that they don't hear about.
Well, we need to get the word out that this is winning, winning, winning, winning.
They could sit there all day long and say, you know, these mandates have nothing to do with what's going on and taking them down, taking down, get removing these mandates have nothing to do with all the truckers.
But you know what, Steve?
It has everything to do with them.
And we know that. | ||
By the way, the Guardian Magazine, we said this, we're going to bring it up again, they use the term that they're using now that the party at Davos and Castro, Trudeau's using, blockade.
Blockade. | ||
How a Canadian vaccine protest became a vehicle for the far right.
That would be Mike Lindell and Stephen K. Bannon and others, and that's a lie.
What you see right there on the Cootes Crossing in Montana and Alberta, right there, is the true patriotism of these magnificent Canadian truck drivers.
Quickly, what's going to happen from here?
You've got the right side broadcasting guys out.
You're trying to get support up there.
What's going to happen?
We're live streaming it at Frank's Beach.
I'm going to get back on there right now.
Or I'm right side broadcasting.
They're up there. | ||
We're going off their stream.
I just get a text. | ||
They're out of detainment.
They're heading back to our truck.
So we're going to see. | ||
We're going to try and push across the border and see what happens.
We'll see if they unload the truck and unload all these pillows, and I kind of hope they do that.
That'll be something. | ||
They'll just see they're Bible pillows for kids.
Well, for all our audience, they're ordering every day.
I just want to know, you got debanked, but you got re-banked?
You're not going to miss an order?
You're not going to miss everything that's going to ship?
The media, of course, the media called me up, all the bad media today and said, Is Frank's speech going to be gone now?
I said, no, it's still here so you guys can attack me.
It'll be okay. | ||
I said, it's all okay. | ||
You can keep attacking.
I'm not going anywhere.
We got other banks. | ||
I planned for this, Steve.
I had a backup plan. | ||
We had the banks. | ||
Remember, the bank then tried to say, well, we're not going to do anything with your Lindale Recovery Network yet.
I said, oh really, you're not?
We'll see you later. | ||
You guys, and by the way, I want to thank all your listeners and watchers, Steve, out there.
They bombarded the bankers yesterday with emails and texts, and I hope that they never forget what they've done, because they should never do it again to anyone.
If there's someone out there that doesn't have a voice and they debank them, Shame on them.
Every single one of them bankers.
They shouldn't be working for Heartland Financial or Minnesota Bank and Trust.
They're disgusting. | ||
We can't let this happen.
Look at how Trudeau is trying to weaponize up there.
You deliver a pizza to them truckers and you can get debanked.
Legally. | ||
And they can't do a thing.
The bank cannot be sued or nothing, Steve.
If you help them truckers, you can get debanked.
And Trudeau said straight up, you don't have to worry about them coming after you.
This is to protect us. | ||
Protect Trudeau, I guess.
It's the War Measures Act.
Mike Lindell, good luck.
See you over at Lindell TV.
Thank you very much for joining us.
The great Mike Lindell, the armor-piercing shell, piercing up in Canada now to his planet there.
By the way, the National Defense University wouldn't pick up the phone.
The war room posse so melted down the lines on Thomas Piketty, the Marxist-Communist modern monetary theory, lecturing our generals.
They're running in hiding over at Fort McNair.
Be back with Joe Allen. | ||
Consciousness and AI, next in the War Room.
unidentified
|
Let's do a Q test. | |
Okay. | ||
unidentified
|
Whoa. | |
What is that? | ||
Who is this new device? | ||
I'm Q, and I'm here to protect the family.
Hey, that's my job. | ||
unidentified
|
I'm a smart home testing lab.
I'm fast and super accurate.
Don't worry, I got this.
unidentified
|
Whoa! | |
They're coming. | ||
unidentified
|
Yes! | |
We're really warming up to you Q.
Just wait until you see what else they can do.
Okay. | ||
Okay, Joe Allen's with us, our editor, and he's going to be on the road.
He's now one of the most in-demand speakers because of the support of the Water Room Posse and getting his material out.
Joe, an article today, or the last couple days, a very serious guy about AI, artificial intelligence, having the beginnings of, wait for it, consciousness.
This is the creepiest ad.
That ad was by far of a lot of creepy ads and a lot of creepy people on the Super Bowl commercials.
This was the creepiest.
Walk us through that ad, how it ties to this very prominent guy saying that he believes he's seeing the beginning of consciousness and artificial intelligence, sir.
Yeah, that was of course an ad during the Super Bowl from Q Health.
They hope to have, you know, home rapid testing devices for COVID and other diseases.
And the entire atmosphere of that commercial with the, you know, conscious robots filling the home.
You know, you've got Alexa spying on you for Bezos.
You've got the spy cam spying on you for God knows who.
Even the once innocent Roomba now has, you know, cameras and artificial intelligence that are learning you and your home.
So, you know, it's, I think, probably eerie enough to know that people have basically come to accept as normal that they have, you know, listening devices in their homes that either transmit back to, you know, a massive database that is, you know, raking over your life to sell you more crap and sell other people more crap,
Or even more eerie, the idea that, you know, governments or even just malicious individuals, human beings, are on the other end of those devices to manipulate you or whatever they might do with that personal information.
So, you know, we're reaching, you know, all-time lows with the public's acceptance of technocracy, especially spy cams in the home.
But an even more daunting notion is The idea that you've got conscious AI that is developing, and this was a controversy that erupted last week and you still get articles now, some of the best are from futurism.com, but Ilya Sutskever, the co-founder of OpenAI, one of the world's foremost machine learning experts,
I sent out a casual tweet saying that it's possible that some of the largest neural nets are already somewhat conscious.
He is not doing this to be provocative, one assumes.
I guess he really believes this.
You know, OpenAI is one of the most advanced artificial intelligence laboratories in the world.
Their GPT-3 natural language processing is Some would say the best in the world, Google is right next to them, but they're one of Google's primary competitors.
And if he is saying that the machine learning systems that he's working with, or if he's referencing someone else's, if he's saying that they are exhibiting characteristics of consciousness, it means one of two things.
One, it means that machines are becoming conscious, in which case, if we don't stop basically tomorrow, we're probably out of luck.
Or two, the machines are not conscious, but they're exhibiting enough creativity and personality that it's convinced one of the world's foremost machine learning experts that it is.
In which case, just quickly, I would say that it doesn't matter so much that it's consciousness, If you can convince people a machine is conscious, that is enough, and that is definitely on the table.
Remember, this is one of the reasons we're doing transhumanism.
For years, for decades, you've been told by many, many experts, oh, this stuff can be funded, because it's mathematically impossible to have consciousness.
If this really has consciousness now, we're fighting a rearguard action.
Let me just be blunt. | ||
We've been sold on all this.
Remember, this is all your money in DARPA.
Your tax dollars are going to fund this and your pension funds are funding the venture capital part of it.
So it's a twofer. | ||
You're funding it two ways.
Not that you're getting any benefit from it.
But now, and this is shocking, this is not a small thing, this is a big thing.
In fact, if this actually is consciousness, and what he was tweeting out is some tell of something they know in some laboratory, this date in history, this month in history will not be known by Alec Baldwin being sued, or, you know, going into Russia, or even the, you know, what they're fighting on Capitol Hill.
It'll be known for this.
This is monumental. | ||
It's huge. | ||
Joe, we got a break. | ||
You're going throughout the country and, quite frankly, the world, but we're going to be hitting up every day.
We've got to get to the bottom of this.
I want to thank you very much.
Real quickly, we've got an immersive experience for everybody to go to the website and get articles.
How do people get to you, Joe, and all your content?
First, go to warroom.org, click the Transhumanism tab, you'll find a ton of stuff there.
Also, I'll be in Texas speaking at the Life 22, that's life22dallas.com.
If you're in the Texas area between February 24th and 26th, please come on down.
You can also find anything else at my social media at J-O-E-B-O-T-X-Y-Z, Twitter, and Gitter.
