Bernie to talk to us about, as former police commissioner, these radical DAs.
I mean, yesterday, to tell you how extraordinary he is.
For a widow of and this is a very young police officer.
I think the officer was only 22 years old.
This is not, you know, the guys in their 50s or 60s.
This is a young police officer just recently to the force to have his widow.
In St.
Patrick's Cathedral, in her eulogy, her final words to the world about her heroic husband, to have her call out a DA and say, this has to stop, and to essentially lay at the DA's feet, What happened is absolutely incredible.
So it's a lot going on.
We've got, if we can get everybody, if we can get our technical problems worked out between here and Denver, we're going to have Bernie Kerik on to talk about the situation, anarchy in New York.
Also, I have Darren Beattie with what the globalists are going to try to do to thwart us in 2022 as we roll towards this massive victory of which we're going to stop all of their madness and reverse everything they've done.

I thought was incredibly prescient.
Also, there's so much good news going around the country.
We've got Louise Stallman.
She's going to be here to talk about the attorney general of the Commonwealth of Virginia has laid down coming in a hotter.
Even the governor, he put out a directive the other day that said absolutely no vaccine mandates for kids going to colleges in the state that are supported by state funds.
Deloes Stallman, who's been one of the keys of mothers for putting this all together in the Commonwealth of Virginia, will be with us.
We also have Ken Paxton.
Ken is putting together a compact to stop this invasion on the southern border and particularly the shipping of or the sending of These these immigrant children into the interior of the United States.
Then we got Claudia Tenney.
Claudia is a congresswoman or congressman from New York State.
And she's always been part of the Trump movement.
But as you know, New York State is not quite as as as the city is definitely not.
But the part of the state is not as hardcore Trump.
But she's actually supported our call for the impeachment of Joe Biden.
And she supports our Article 1, which is Joe Biden's got to be impeached for this, for the invasion of the southern border and the illegal shipping of these illegal aliens into the interior of the country.
I want to go back to everything that's happening because over the last 48 hours, just been incredible, incredible shift.
And so much is going on.
We saw yesterday, and this is the Ukraine situation.
Joe Biden is being called out throughout the world.
Is this really about NATO or is this about Joe Biden's dire political straits?
You know, there's polling out over the last 24 hours, even worse, even worse polling than Biden's had before.
Now he's into the 30s.
He's in high 20s and 30.
With independents, which are a proxy for the American people.
Zogby, which is a center-left or left-wing poll, this is something that's very favorable to Biden, definitely not Trafalgar or one of the conservative polling groups, Richard Burris.
Zogby comes out and says 45% of the American people, 45% believe Joe Biden lied to them or lied to the American people to become president.
It's not that they're disappointed with him, they believe he lied to them.
Outright lied.
So the momentum picks up here.
Of course, everything yesterday, I think, overshadowed by the blockbuster that came out of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
We're also going to get to that later in the show.
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where yesterday, just an incredible, absolutely incredible, incredible, ruling by the Commonwealth Court.
And Commonwealth Court is the second highest court, the second highest court in the Commonwealth.
It's really their appeals court.
In a three-to-two decision, the justices there ruled that Act 77, which was passed in late 2019, Act 77 was unconstitutional, okay?
Unconstitutional from its beginning, from its inception.
And that means the first election is only really handled two elections, the 2020 presidential and all the major federal elections.
And also, obviously, it handled some elections in 2021, but the big one, 2020, from its inception.
Is unconstitutional.
And this leads to the next case.
President Trump's been all over this.
He sent out a bunch of messages.
One message earlier yesterday when he first heard about it, and then later talked about the rigged election.
This leads us to say, how do we start the decertification process?
This is why this is so important.
And I realize we have a technical problem with Denver, so I can't put it up, but yesterday on the Pennsylvania situation, the Commonwealth, I went back to the July 4th, excuse me, on January 4th, for January of 2021, Jake Corman sent a letter to Mitch McConnell and to Kevin McCarthy.
Sent letters to them to say there have been irregularities.
And we think illegalities in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the certification process of the Biden electors.
And what we need you to do is to is to send those electors back or to not totally not not not rule on the six.
We need a short period of time to go through the irregularities.
And in the first item of what Jay Corman, who is president pro tem of the Senate, argued, The first thing he talked about was Act 77.
That Act 77, this is with unrequested mail-in ballots.
And just to give you the scale of this, and here's the good news, Reuters, NBC, this is now picked up by every mainstream news service.
I'm not so sure how much play it's getting on Fox News, which would be quite interesting, or Newsmax, would be quite interesting.
Those guys have been silent on the 3 November movement.
But, Jake Corman's letter, Is exhibit number one and these guys up here run around all these fake electors or fake electors?
No, they're alternative electors.
And this is why the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania had alternative electors.
And here's why.
Because it was up in the air.
Jay Corman and where the decision resides, the power resides in both the Constitution and the Electoral Count Act of what 1887.
The power resides at the state legislature.
That's what the founders wanted.
That's what they reconfirmed in the 19th century is that the state legislature.
You can't have these corrupt governors and secretaries of state step in the middle of this.
It's for the legislators.
OK, it's for the legislators.
And so Jake Corman sent this letter.
And guess what we found out yesterday?
We found out in a three to two decision.
In the opinion, which I want to make sure is up on every platform you got, everybody this weekend has to read this opinion.
You have to arm yourself with this.
And I want you to arm yourself with this and push this opinion out to members of your family or friends that continue to sit there and say you're a kook for continuing to hammer on 3 November.
This decision goes back to the history of the Commonwealth.
And argues, and tightly argues, about why this is stone-cold unconstitutional.
And then they said, look, it was put before the people, even though it just said, hey, it might pass, but it wasn't put before the people.
It broke with the Constitution.
And there's no power that says you can just pass an act and have, and just to tell you the scale, 2.6 million ballots.
2.6 million of the 6.9 that, the 2.6 of the 6.9 That voted in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
And remember, when you went to bed that night, Donald Trump was up by 800,000 votes.
800,000 votes in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
800,000 votes, okay?
And remember, also, a judge ruled in this whole situation.
That you had to have the double envelope.
You had to have the signed signatures on the outside and the signed ballots, the ballots signed inside the signed envelope, the sealed envelope.
Of which, in Philadelphia and other places, they just ripped the envelopes off, threw them away, no checking, no signature check whatsoever.
Another violation.
This is what the Democrats, why do the Democrats never want to come forward and ever, why Shapiro, who's Attorney General, why does he not want to be supportive to get to the bottom of this?
It's unconstitutional.
I want everybody to understand this.
When they sit there every night on CNN and say there's nothing to back it up, when they say there's nothing to back it up, this is unconstitutional.
Those 2.6 million ballots do not count.
They are illegal.
What have we said from the beginning?
What has been the mantra of the 3 November movement from the beginning?
When Time Magazine had that cover story of how they stole the election, they bragged about it, and they had the collage of the Capitol and everything that went on, and they had a sign up, all votes count.
No, that's not true.
All votes do not count.
All votes do not count.
Only legal, certifiable, chain of custody votes from American citizens.
That's what counts.
And all of those votes must count.
You must count all those.
You must count every certifiable, every legal, every chain of custody from a United States citizen.
That vote counts.
The only way that Democrats, and this proves it more than anything you want to know, they got to put through a phony bill That's unconstitutional.
And then, even being unconstitutional, they gotta take the tightness of even Act 77, about the double envelopes and the signatures and the signature verification.
They can't even do that, and here's why.
Democrats can, and this is why they're freaking out now, on not just the precinct strategy dot com, but also you becoming, not just poll watchers, but election officials, and either becoming county officials, taking over the election boards, or being in the room to count.

Democrats cannot win elections they don't steal.
Let me repeat that so that media matters and everybody hears it very clearly.
Democrats cannot win elections they don't steal.
They have to change the rules, they have to have illegal aliens vote, they have to have non-citizens vote, they have to have the dead vote, they have to change the rules so that you can have this mass mail-in where nobody can do any checkings.
That is the only way they can win elections.
If you just have regular, simple election laws with voter IDs and no ballot harvesting or any of the other nonsense.
Democrats cannot win, and that's why they're in full meltdown now.
Because they've been found, they've been caught, and they know that we're relentless and never going to back up.
I believe now, more than ever, that any candidate, because we have to make sure we're going to have a sweeping victory in November, but we have to make sure it's the right people with the right focus.
No Republican candidate to me can be backed That sit there and says that Joe Biden is legitimate.
He is illegitimate.
And now, right now, from the 305 electoral votes, 20 out of thing, you're at 285, with Arizona and Wisconsin hurtling towards, hurtling towards decertification.
We're right on the cusp in Arizona.
And we're getting very close to the cusp since that resolution was passed the other day in Wisconsin.
Georgia, you're a disgrace.
Because that's the one that's probably the biggest festering sore.
And yet the establishment down there will not budge.

So you can do your little hits on MSNBC or write your little columns for The Guardian.
But he's got a piece in The Guardian, Lawrence Tribe, you know, the great thinker from Harvard Law School, he's got a piece in The Guardian that says the quiet part out loud.
Which is, they understand, unless they get a conviction on Donald Trump, unless they use lawfare on Donald Trump, there's no way to stop him, not simply in running in 2024, but in winning a landslide in 2024, and just brooming all these clowns out of Washington, D.C.
The clowns that we have not broomed out, given the massive victory we're going to have in the House and the Senate this November.
So they're in panic mode.
They've got a big piece, and we've got it up on our getter.
And here's what they're saying.
What they're saying is that, you know, it's closing in on Trump.

You got Georgia, you know, New York State, you got this, you got that.
You've got all this.
Hey, all I see is a young widow, a Hispanic widow, in New York City calling out the DA, the Soros-backed district attorney, this scumbag, calling him out from St.
Patrick's Cathedral in the eulogy for her beloved fallen hero, her fallen hero husband.
Now, here's what's closing in.
It ain't closing in on Trump.
Trump's being Trump down in Mar-a-Lago.
We're winning.
We're ascendant.
And this is why they're in freakout mode.
This is why they've got to de-platform everybody.
They've got to debank everybody.
It doesn't matter what you try to do.

And here's what's closing in on you.
What's closing in on you is the American people have awakened.

To save their economies, that's why Denmark and the UK and all these are ripping off all these ridiculous mandates now, because they don't have the ability just to print money like the United States, because guess what?
Was it in Denmark, the Kroner or whatever it is?
They're not the reserve currency.
We got the luxury of doing that.
I should say luxury, because of the hard work and the civic responsibility of the deplorables, since we have the most powerful nation on earth, because on the shoulders of the deplorables, we're the reserve currency, at least for a while.
So the Biden administration's entire economic plan is a dumpster fire.
And now they have systemic inflation.
And why do I know it's a dumpster fire?
It's not Navarro and Cortez and Bannon are simply saying that.
Larry Summers, on MSNBC yesterday, gives a four-minute beatdown of their entire plan, and he also says they're cornered.
There's no easy way out.
So what do they do?
The vaccine thing has been rejected by every court, every major court in the country.

Now Europe, which we said is always 60 to 90 days away from us.
Guess what they're not going to do next Tuesday on February 1st in Austria?
The mandatory vaccines is kind of getting wobbly.
Now the unvaccinated can come out of the house.
And we're about to see if they still got to pay the penalty.

In Denmark, it's off.
It's going to be off in others.
Sweden just announced yesterday, guess what?
The research and the data and the science shows that children, you know, the 5 to 12 kids don't have to get the vaccine because the dangers of it outweigh the benefits.

What else is closing in?
And so this is what Biden's got to do.
That he completely make up and initiate a war.
The second article of impeachment is the war.
This is completely phony.
The president of Ukraine comes out and says, hey, the biggest problem we have is this crazy guy in the White House who's trying to make this a bigger deal than it is.
We've lost $500 million of capital that we need for our economy.
Our economy is now going to tank because of the Americans.
And Jack Posobiec's reporting, and Posobiec's, he's been right on everything he said about the White House.
He said, hey, they're about, in the White House, they're talking right now how they're going to make the President of the Ukraine like a Russian stooge.
Oh, he's a Russian puppet, right?

And what the Biden administration is doing is people from certain countries, whether it's El Salvador or Honduras or Guatemala, When they get in here and they claim asylum, they can immediately have their kids flown in with taxpayer dollars to the United States to join them.

Nothing has been put in place by Congress to allow this, and yet the Biden administration has been doing this, and so— Hold it.

Explain exactly what they're trying to do.

So when somebody comes across the border illegally, and they're from one of those three countries, one of those Central American countries, and they just say, I want to claim asylum.
Then they get to stay, even though under the Remain in Mexico program that we have won our lawsuit about, they're supposed to be deported immediately.
But they're not.
They're not following court orders, and they're not following federal law.
What they are doing is then allowing those people to invite some of their kids and potentially other caregivers to the United States on taxpayer money.
We fly them up here, and then we release them into the country.
That's called the Central Americans Minors Program, and that was created by Joe Biden.

That's got to be impossible.
You're telling me that when they come here and the answer is basically economic asylum, which doesn't exist, they get in this kind of phony asylum interim where they're not going to have a court case or they're not going to have a thing for three years.
They then can Biden set up something.

The reason I say that is we've tried, through lawsuits, to highlight the fact that he has violated law after law after law.
And then when we went in court, he violates court order.
For instance, the Remain in Mexico program.
We have, what, 180,000 people a month or over 200,000 people a month crossing the border?

We won that in court.
It went all the way to the U.S.
Supreme Court, and they're only enforcing it against two or three hundred people.
If this is not an impeachable offense, then we don't have a constitution.

That's how bad New York is.
And we're going to 26, and right now we have 8 Republicans, and they're trying to put out a map that'll drop us down to 3.
But I think they're having trouble with upstate New York because there's so many Republicans.
So I think that I probably will have a good district to run in.
It's going to be probably, we'll probably at least get 4, maybe 5 Republicans.
Right now, but we have three retirements as well, so it's going to be tough to pick them up.

No, because we're every day on Missouri.
Tennessee just did a great job, but the state of Florida, Santa's.

And when she says we're going to impeach this guy, I said, wow, the establishment better take better, better take notice.
Because when Claudia Tenney says something, things happen because you've won some tough races.

Well, first of all, everything's about law and order.

And so when I saw Biden is actually smuggling, and I'm going to use the word, it's like smuggling these illegal immigrants, and they're not just children, they're adults, into Westchester County.
And Rob Estorino, who is the former county executive there, foiled these documents and got those, you know, just outrageous comments coming.
from these independent contractors, bringing these immigrants into areas in the dark of night, not without consent of New York State, without consent of the local government, and just saying, here we go, because we don't have a place to put them, because Biden has no idea what he's doing, and whoever the shadow government is behind him is manipulating him.
This is a bright line violation of our laws.
The president of the United States has the obligation, he has an oath as well, his primary obligation is border security and national defense.
That's why we have a president of the United States.
That's why original colonies like New York created a federal government because the articles of confederation weren't strong enough to protect our borders.
We needed a consolidated national defense and border security.
And it's a complete disaster now.
It's a mess, it's unraveling, and they're lawless, and we need to restore law and order.
The only way to do that is to impeach and remove Joe Biden.

It's so tragic and my heart goes out to the families and the people of New York City.
But understand something, New York State is one party rule.
The Democrats' policies are having just a devastating effect on New York State.
First, it was the economy that we've been suffering under for decades with the Democratic Party rule.
But now we're seeing this crime issue because in the last couple of years, the Democrats have passed these devastating laws across the state.
It's not just New York City.
New York State is, we are receiving record crime of all kinds because We have no cash bail anymore.
We changed the mental health rules.
We have raised the age on juvenile delinquents and juvenile crime offenders.
We can't do anything with these people.
We now are incentivizing people to live on the street with homeless communities.
And we don't arrest anyone.
We don't bail.
Nobody gets in trouble for anything.
And I'll tell you, when I travel around upstate New York, I'm not talking about New York City, which is, you know, one of the largest cities in the nation.
I'm talking about rural upstate New York, Crime is one of the biggest issues that is being faced by rural people, and we don't have a lot of resources.
Secondly, you're hearing about inflation, but the other huge issue that people are concerned about is their lack of faith in the government, and that goes directly to election integrity.
I hear that every single day as much as I hear about crime.
and inflation. Those are huge problems. And New York is a Rust Belt. And we care about citizenship.
We welcome legal immigrants to our communities. That's how our communities were built.
And one of the, I have to say, Steve, because I've got to put this on air. I know I've said it before. One of the most profound things that I heard you say when the first time I met you, you came to speak to a group of Republicans and you said, what, you know, somebody asked you, what was your secret? You know, what?
What was the secret sauce for running President Trump's campaign?
And you said, citizenship has value, and we have to make sure that we preserve and protect the value of being a citizen of this great nation.
And that really got to me, and it really is the heart of what's going on in our communities.
We're devaluing citizenship.
We're devaluing the rule of law.
And this is what Joe Biden, he has no, I mean, I don't know if he has any idea what's going on, but his administration definitely doesn't.
