Fellow Americans, good morning.
Certain dates echo throughout history, including dates that instantly remind all who have lived through them where they were and what they were doing when our democracy came under assault.
Dates that occupy not only a place on our calendars, but a place in our collective memory.
December 7th, 1941.
September 11th, 2001.
And January 6th, 2021.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back to the War Room.
It's our 6th January special.
I have a very special guest now, and I'll tell you how low that they will go to equate the honored dead of Pearl Harbor There's still bodies in the USS Arizona that's at Pearl, at the bottom of Pearl.
There's still bodies there from that attack.
To equate the honored dead, right?
And also on 9-11, the greatest attack on the continental U.S.
soil with 2,900 people, the second worst day in back of Antietam.
When there was one person we know that was murdered and there's murdered in cold blood, that was Ashley Babbitt, an Air Force veteran, someone who had dedicated her life to her country.
Okay.
We got any investigation with Ashley Babbitt?
Are we seeing anything?
No, no, no, no, no.
Garland Merrick.
Somebody said, well, Steve, that's not his name.
His name's Merrick Garland.
No, no, no.
He doesn't rate enough to have his name pronounced correctly.
It's Garland Merrick.
Okay.
Garland Merrick and his DOJ.
The one that called the parents in this country domestic terrorists.
That guy, okay, the moms and dads, domestic terrorists, to making sure their kids were, uh, were not put, didn't have poison put into their minds.
The same guy that, that sent the letter out on 5 May of 2021 out to Arizona to say, if, uh, if you have any canvassing at all, that's going to be a crime because they know it's the canvas, not the count, not the count of the illegal ballots.
You're going to be a criminal.
We're going to criminalize that.
Okay, that guy.
But no.
An Air Force veteran is gunned down point-blank range in cold blood.
For the world to see.
No question about it.
Shot in cold blood.
In front of the whole nation.
In front of the whole world.
And what do we get?
Exoneration.
Total exoneration.
People understand that in November this year that all changes?
So, um, preserve your documents.
Preserve your documents.
Matt Gaetz, MTG, right here in this, today, told you, they're not going to shut the 6th January Committee down.
They're going to get, they're going to repurpose it.
It's task and it's purpose are going to be a little different.
Because they're going to get to the bottom of a lot of things.
That, that they're trying to hide in this city.
It's not going to be hidden.
It's all going to be revealed.
It's all going to be revealed.
This is why the American people are with us.
This is why the numbers are coming our way.
This is why 40% of all the American people think he's illegitimate, 50% of independents, two-thirds of Republicans, because they understand the facts.
Now I want to bring in someone very special.
Ashley Babbitt's husband, Aaron Babbitt.
Aaron, I imagine today has got to be a very tough day, sir.
unidentified
It's been a very hard day, Steve.
I woke up today feeling much like I did on January 7th.
It's not gotten any easier.
I've tried to stay away from the news today.
I saw you playing that clip with the Vice President talking to Aaron.
You know, what happened at the Capitol that day to Pearl Harbor in 9-11.
Last time I checked, nobody went back into those trade centers to work.
Nobody went into the USS Arizona to go back to work two hours later.
So it's the fact that they're still making a complete mockery and sham out of the supposed investigations.
It's just gross, but it's it's blatant.
It's right in front of all of our faces.
steve bannon
I want to make sure we never, in this audience never, in the nation never, lose a sight of who Ashley Babbitt was.
Can you tell us something, tell us a little bit about Ashley, what she was like as a person, who she was?
unidentified
She just loved life, man.
She woke up loving herself, loving our life, loving, you know, our dogs.
I can't even make this up, but I literally two hours ago just had to put one of our dogs down on this day.
Another one of our dogs died, you know, back in February.
She just loved music.
Loved working out.
She was a fit girl.
We loved the beach.
Loved just talking to people.
She was a very loving person.
A loving human being that just really liked to learn as much about people as she could.
steve bannon
Why did she go serve her country?
Why did she go into the military?
unidentified
It was 9-11.
I want to say she was 15 or 16 when 9-11 happened.
She was on the West Coast here in San Diego, so she was catching it early before she went to school, and she saw what happened, and that just drove that home for her.
And at 17, she told her mom that she wanted to sign up for the Air Force.
And at 18, she shipped right out to boot camp.
steve bannon
Basically, the earliest possible time you could actually do it.
She volunteered early, and committed, and went in just at the earliest possible time, correct?
To serve her country?
unidentified
Yep.
Absolutely.
She wanted to get there as fast as she could.
She loved this country.
She loved this country enough to die for it.
steve bannon
Multiple times.
Do you believe that she died in service to her country?
unidentified
I believe she was there for a reason.
She was there to support President Trump.
She was there at the Capitol.
I have a strong You know, belief that I keep within my heart that my wife was led to her death and somebody took advantage of the fact that she was by herself and took advantage of her, you know, the fact she was so ecstatic to be there and had just seen President Trump speak and, you know, the patriotism that was flowing around that day outside before the Capitol Police started attacking people.
They took advantage of Ash and her excitement.
And we can go up to those doors where she got shot.
When those three police officers move out of the way, and those, what I believe, are Black Lives Matter and Antifa agitators start beating on those doors.
If you listen very closely in the background, you can hear my wife yelling at them to stop.
So at that point, I think Ashley realized that she was in a really bad spot, and there was not much of an egress.
If you turn around, you've got a SWAT team coming up the steps.
You've got a bunch of people breaking down doors.
She didn't like crowds.
She had claustrophobia.
But we'll never know, Steve.
We'll never know because she wasn't detained to give the reason why she was there in the first place.
She was murdered.
steve bannon
And you believe she was murdered?
unidentified
Yes, I do.
Executed.
Assassinated.
Murdered.
And it's been covered up and just completely ignored.
steve bannon
Let's talk about that.
Have they come to you as, you know, her husband and next of kin and all that?
Have you, have you, have they walked you through any details of their investigation?
Have they walked you through how they derived that there wouldn't be any further, there wouldn't be any further adjudication of this?
Have they brought you into that process whatsoever?
unidentified
Are you referring to DOJ, DC Metro, or the JSEC Committee?
steve bannon
Which one?
DOJ.
unidentified
Nah.
No, just that once DOJ got the report from D.C.
Metro, DOJ decided that they weren't going to press charges on him.
So I guess we still at this point don't know if D.C.
Metro may have suggested charges, but DOJ ultimately declined not to press charges on him.
steve bannon
So, and you don't, you haven't been fully vetted, you haven't gotten the full report or you haven't gotten to the bottom or have all the details of what DC Metro's report was and what the recommendation was?
unidentified
Just the stuff, you know, we have the same things that Tom Fitton with Dishwatch has, hundreds of hundreds of pages, but a lot of it's redacted.
It's just, it's just a bunch of papers with a bunch of black marks on it, you know.
steve bannon
So my point is, besides what Tom Fitton, the great guys at Judicial Watch, and Fitton's the best, got from his FOIA request that he's the best at getting it, you haven't been provided any additional information other than what Fitton and the guys have been able to drag out, which most of it's redacted, correct?
unidentified
Oh, yep.
You're absolutely correct.
We have not gotten anything different.
steve bannon
So they have not had, they have not, I just want to make sure that Garland Merrick's DOJ hasn't had the common decency or courtesy To show you any of the details or any of the facts related to a Air Force veteran that dedicated her life right after 9-11 when she was a little girl, a teenager.
And how many teenagers would do that?
To volunteer to go in because of the horrific thing of what Kamala Harris tries to equate to 6th January and to smear our honored dead.
And to smear our honored dead of Pearl Harbor.
Right?
The war dead.
They have not provided you any information or shown any respect whatsoever to Ashley Babbitt.
unidentified
No, not to me personally.
And I mean, if they gave it to my attorney, deemed it not important enough to pass it on to me.
So I'm just going to go with no.
They decided not to press charges and just wiped their hands clean of it.
steve bannon
What, Aaron, should this audience, this is the most activist audience out there, what do you think is appropriate?
And by the way, it's all going to change in November, understand this, and that's why everybody associated with Including the guy that shot her.
You're far from off the hook.
Okay?
This is the top of the first inning.
This is top of the first inning.
This is top of the first inning.
Preserve your documents.
This is top of the first inning.
Because that's all going to change.
Okay, it's all going to change.
But Aaron, what do you think is appropriate?
What would Ashley want us to do?
If she was here to speak to us, to speak through you, what would Ashley, to commemorate her life, but also to make sure that justice is served, what would Ashley, what do you believe Ashley Babbitt would want since she was a patriot and dedicated her life to her country?
unidentified
Justice served would be him rotting in jail for a very long time for being a bad cop.
That's justice served.
They can't even, at the minimum, fire him.
I don't know if you caught wind of it.
He's got a GoFundMe out there.
He's got like $127,000 on a GoFundMe.
Some concerned friend set it up for him saying his life's been made hell since this, and they had to move out of their dream home, and everything's going to hell with his wife's business.
aaron babbitt
And I also, I don't have to preach to you, it's preaching to the choir about this January 6th committee, but a sitting member on that select committee right now named Adam Kinzinger publicly donated $200 to Michael Burd's GoFundMe, and he put it up on his own Twitter.
unidentified
So if that's not a conflict of interest or some sort of an ethics violation, I don't know what the hell is.
But this thing is such a scam.
They need to just be shut down at this point.
steve bannon
Kinziger donated to the person that killed your wife, correct?
unidentified
Yes, yes he did.
steve bannon
Do you think that was to send a signal to you?
Do you think that was to send a signal to you and to other people in this movement?
unidentified
I don't know.
It's a signal he doesn't care, but it just shows you the fact that they're not going to be investigating what happened to my wife if he's giving them money to help him out.
steve bannon
Have you been called to testify?
Have you been called to testify? No, sir.
Aaron, how can people, I understand it's a very tough day and obviously this audience has prayers and this audience prays a lot.
It gets on its knees.
How do people follow you?
Are you on social media?
How can they find out more about Ashley if you guys have a website?
unidentified
So I'm pretty dark on social media.
Our legal team does have a Twitter.
It's for Ashley.
F-O-R-A-S-H-L-I.
And we have a Give, Send, Go for a legal fund.
Last time we came on, you guys were amazing for us.
And I'll put it up there again.
It's forward slash Justice for Ashley.
It's Give, Send, Go.
So, we're still trying to, you know, get every dollar we can to keep this fight up because this year has shown us anything.
It's going to be long and drug out, at least until November, like you said.
steve bannon
Thanks, Steve.
Take care.
Aaron Babbitt, thank you very much. I want everybody, if they get more information, go to that site.
I want to put it up on all of our chat rooms and all our platforms. Aaron, I know it's a tough day. Hang in there, buddy.
Thanks, Steve. Take care. I appreciate it.
Thank you.
This is what we know.
It's the first anniversary when Ashley Babbitt was gunned down in cold blood.
That's what we know.
That's a fact.
Okay?
But Kamala Harris and this old feckless old man, Biden, his nonsense, to smear the war dead of Pearl Harbor and smear the dead of 9-11 is an outrage.
Short commercial break.
Dave Bossi's in the house next.
unidentified
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
We're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CTD.
War Room, Pandemic, with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room, Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, you got the prisoners, you got the political prisoners down there in the jail.
You got MTG Today talking about that.
You got a woman who, and I want to put this in perspective, you got a young girl that at 14 or 15, Saw the towers coming down, living in San Diego.
And San Diego is the greatest lifestyle in the world, right?
You got the beach, you got people hanging out.
It's very low-keyed.
I was stationed there for many years in the Navy.
One of the great towns in America.
But it's not like in the hunt as far as politics going.
Kids are not raised to be like... She sees it coming down, and she says, Mom, I gotta do something for my country.
So as soon as she's 17, she goes down and recruits and signs up.
And as soon as she's 18, she goes, she ships out.
And she dedicates her life to her country.
And she's gunned down and shot down like a dog.
Like a dog, Merrick Garland.
Like a dog.
And we have no information, we have no assessment, we have no analysis.
Tom Fitton and the great guys over there at Judicial Watch gotta go through the effort of doing a FOIA request and all you do is get redacted information.
You understand why people in this country are mad?
And we're not backing off.
They gotta understand something.
I don't care what you say in all your commemoration of Kamala Harris.
She comes out here and smears the honored war dead at Pearl Harbor.
We still got bodies in the USS Arizona.
And at 9-11, and there's still ashes down there where they rebuilt it.
And that park, you ask Rudy Giuliani or Carrick?
The honored dead at 9-11, the honored dead of Pearl Harbor, and they're gonna equate this with that?
And Joe Biden's coming out.
Oh, he's going to throw down.
He's going to throw down hard.
You feckless old man.
And Mike Allen's running around cheerleading.
This is a preview of 2024.
If that's what you've got, bring it.
And in fact, let's not wait to 2024.
Bring it now.
Bring it in 2022.
Let's see what you've got.
OK, we're going to because we're coming all in.
Okay, we're going to run a 100-seat win in the House of Representatives.
And then, you know what we're going to do with you guys?
We're not going to listen to you.
Right?
You can yammer on MSNBC and CNN and do your little dance and AOC can do what she wants to do and Omar can do what they want to do and dance around.
It doesn't matter because you're not going to count.
We don't care.
Okay?
People have had a belly full of this.
And they're tired of it.
They're tired of the lies.
They're tired of what you've done to this country.
And you see the disrespect that you paid a veteran.
Okay?
You paid a venture.
You gunned her down in cold blood.
That's what you did.
You gunned her down in cold blood.
And then you don't have the respect to even give her husband anything or family anything.
And Kinzinger, you're a big shot.
You're a tough guy.
Kinzinger, you're a tough guy.
Big tough guy.
You give $200 to the shooter.
Just want to make sure everybody understands that.
Gave $200 to the shooter.
That's called optics.
Debussy.
By the way, when you want to come heavy, as Junior says on The Sopranos, Uncle Junior, you bring Dave Bossie.
That's a heavy parent.
Deputy Campaign Manager in 16.
This guy comes heavy every time.
What are we doing here?
david bossie
Well, you just opened it with something that's near and dear to me.
We have to elect people in November that are ready to come here and fight for this country.
If they aren't, don't come.
I don't want you.
I don't want the Kinzingers of the world.
I don't want the Cheneys of the world here.
We have to save this country.
They think they're on this great jihad to stop Donald Trump from being the next President of the United States.
All they're doing is helping him.
They're helping him every day because the American people understand that the mainstream media lies to them every day and that these two aren't Republicans.
They're not.
They ought not be in the Republican conference.
And you and I talked last week about the Conservative Action Project and Ken Blackwell and myself and Ken Cuccinelli and Cleta Mitchell and a group of us banded together to call on Cheney and Kinzinger to be ousted, removed from the Republican conference, because the mainstream media every single day uses that to sell to the American people that this January 6th legal committee, which is what it is, should not be able to...
It shouldn't be in effect, it should not exist, once there are no Republicans.
steve bannon
It shouldn't be every day say it's bipartisan.
Is it bipartisan?
david bossie
It's not bipartisan, that's what I'm saying.
We have to kick him out of the conference because then the mainstream media has to say it is nine angry Democrats and zero Republicans, not seven Democrats and two Republicans in name only because that's what this is.
This committee, when you have no Republicans, no Republican members in depositions, No Republican staff.
This is not... No council.
This is an inquisition, right?
That's what this is.
An inquisition.
This January 6th committee.
This has nothing to do with fairness.
And so this committee is being run on a railroad by the Democrats.
They are running over all of us as Republicans in this country.
Not just the people that are involved, but every one of us they're coming for.
And so I say to them, When you talk about your 100-seat victory?
Yeah.
First day, we're impeaching Joe Biden.
Second day, we're going to have hearings on Hunter Biden, and we're going to subpoena his records.
These people want to play.
They're playing a very dangerous game.
There are people out there who know how to do it better than what they are doing right now.
steve bannon
What's your history in doing this?
People don't know this about Bosse.
They know it from the Trump campaign.
You've been here a long time.
You've run a couple, three investigations.
Last time you ran an investigation, a Democratic president got impeached.
david bossie
You're right.
Look, I was the chief investigator for Congress during the Clinton administration, so I did all the investigations.
steve bannon
For Newt Gingrich?
david bossie
Yeah, Newt Gingrich was our tremendous speaker at the time, and he gave us The ability to put together a great investigation.
I served over, had the honor of serving.
Al D'Amato on the Whitewater Committee in the United States Senate, where we had an incredible group of... Would you volunteer to go back after November?
steve bannon
Would you volunteer to go back and head up the investigation apparatus?
david bossie
I would 100% absolutely volunteer to put together an effort to investigate.
If we had subpoena power and deposition authority like they do, We would get to the bottom of a lot of things.
We'd get to the bottom of the Afghanistan tragedy.
We'd get to the bottom of Hunter Biden.
unidentified
We'd get to whether it's... Southern border invasion?
david bossie
Where are they going throughout the country?
There is an unlimited amount of investigations to be conducted.
steve bannon
So we can break some news here.
Dave Bossi would volunteer to run this apparatus.
david bossie
I don't know if it's news.
steve bannon
No, no, no, no, no.
But here's the power of it.
Bossie's not a lawyer.
It's like Tom Fitton's not a lawyer, Bossie's not a lawyer.
There's the two best guys in town for getting to the bottom of stuff.
You're not a lawyer.
You're a fireman.
He's living in a firehouse.
By the way, you put the fear of God on him.
You brought the guy to his knees.
Clinton was kind of bailed out at the end.
You broke him.
Can you break Biden?
david bossie
Could you get Biden impeached?
Well, first of all, you have to acknowledge that Joe Biden doesn't know what day of the week it is, so whether he even knows he's being broke is a different thing.
steve bannon
Mike Allen, you know Mike Allen.
Axios is telling me this is his tough guy speech.
This is the preview of the fiery 2024.
unidentified
Yeah, good luck.
Good luck.
david bossie
We're going to take over the House and we're going to take over the Senate with what these guys are doing.
They're destroying the fabric of this country.
They're destroying the culture of this country.
They're destroying the economy of this country.
They're destroying the military of this great nation.
And the American people in November are going to stand up and say, enough is enough.
We are going to win.
I don't know what the number is today, but you may be right.
It is going to be a watershed moment, but it will only be If we continue with this absolute forward-leaning, aggressive posture, we must turn out every single voter because we know that they are.
steve bannon
Let me tell you why I feel so comfortable this guy here is our Deputy Campaign Manager, the day after the day I took over, is that in 2010 when we won the 63 seats, it was Dave Bossie who was one of the key things to that, not the Republican apparatus.
In the spring of that year, Bossie, he's got guys, he calls me and says, you know, they've got this young guy here, I think he may have some potential.
I go, who's that?
He says, he's running for the House down there, Marco Rubio, right?
unidentified
You had all these guys, And Ron DeSantis.
Look, we've had... 63 seats.
steve bannon
With no money.
63 seats ran the tables.
You can do it again if you have the right people doing it.
But this time, we've got to run it like... And we have the wind at our back.
david bossie
We still have, look, the moms and dads of Loudoun County have taught the American people that they, the moms and dads that are angry at their school board meetings, that those are the, that's the Tea Party movement of 2022.
We are going to run the tables because we have the moms and dads who aren't political, who have said enough's enough.
steve bannon
Blackwell, Cuccinelli, Cleta Mitchell, Dave Bossie, pretty heavy hitters.
david bossie
Ed Meese.
steve bannon
Ed Meese.
Why is this thing not done?
Is Kevin McCarthy blowing you off?
Is that the problem?
david bossie
Well, you know what?
We don't understand exactly what's going on in the leadership.
The leadership has definitely made it known amongst the members that I've talked to that they don't want to do it.
But I think they're getting there.
I think they're getting there.
I think it has to do with donors.
I really do.
Because these guys have to raise a lot of money to win all of these seats.
I think we're going to win this.
steve bannon
She's a darling of donors.
By the way, Dick Cheney's down there in the well of the house today.
Dick Cheney's holding hands and crying.
With Nancy Pelosi.
They showed you what side of the football they're on, so why do we have a donor problem?
david bossie
I don't care about the donors.
steve bannon
I know you don't.
david bossie
You don't care about the donors.
I don't care.
Look, one of the arguments is that there will be a change in the ratios of the committee assignments.
What do I care if 10 or 15, and I'm not being disrespectful or flip here, but there are 10 or 15 members that have the potential If Nancy Pelosi did it, but maybe, maybe, maybe not.
steve bannon
But who cares?
david bossie
But who cares?
10 or 15 members lose a seat on the Education Committee or the Commerce Committee, they get it back next year.
steve bannon
We'll make it up in November.
david bossie
We'll make it up in spades to them in November, and they'll get a better seat.
I don't care about them losing their seats for a short term, and I don't care that the donors want Liz Cheney to be part of the Republican conference, or Kay Street lobbyists do.
It doesn't matter.
steve bannon
You're going to stay through this.
When Dave Bossie, every time I turn to you on the campaign, when you said it was done, it was done.
That's why we won.
Right?
One of the big reasons we won.
Are you getting this done?
Or am I getting happy talking?
I'm getting it done.
Okay, fine.
That's all I need to hear.
Short commercial break.
We'll be back.
Dave Bossie's in the house bringing in Boris.
We're going to be talking about redistricting first.
Okay, you're gonna tell me a story about Maryland?
You're gonna tell me your sob story about Maryland?
Back in a moment.
chuck todd
Welcome back.
Across the country, states are drawing the new district lines for both state legislatures and Congress.
We'll determine who votes where and how likely a district is to go Democratic or Republican.
Right now, with about half of the 2022 U.S.
House districts drawn, Democrats are in a bit of a better position than they may be expected to be.
According to the Cook Political Report's Dave Wasserman, based on what we know so far, there will be a few more Biden-won districts than there are now.
But that may not be enough for Democrats to keep control of the House.
For what will be the first of many times this midterm year as Mr. Redistrict himself, as many of you know, is Twitter handle these days.
So Dave, let me start with this.
What is, give the big broad brush explanation as to why you believe this is, redistricting is coming out of wash here, even though Republicans sort of appear to have, to be in charge of more of the maps than the Democrats.
Is this simply where the growth was in these states?
unidentified
Part of it was the census, Chuck, but there are on the current trajectory going to be more Biden won districts after redistricting than there are now.
That surprises a lot of Democrats.
The reality is Democrats did get to gerrymander Illinois, Oregon, New Mexico.
They probably own the biggest redistricting weapon in the country in New York, which hasn't redrawn its lines yet.
Whereas Republicans, they mostly got to redistrict in states that they already gerrymandered back in 2011.
So in Texas, it was more about shoring up the seats that Republicans already had.
Democrats also got favorable maps from commissions in California, Michigan, New Jersey.
And that said, there's as much short-term risk here for Democrats as there is long-term upside.
So many of these new seats are going to be, you know, seats that Biden wants.
steve bannon
Look, everything to set things right.
You've got the states fighting right now.
We've got Georgia, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, you've got Wisconsin doing a great job over there with the judge, and you've got Arizona with Trump's going out there to lay it down hot.
We're going to get these things decertified.
But, you gotta get control of this apparatus, and Dave Bossie knows, the apparatus you need is the House of Representatives.
That's where investigations come up, subpoena power, that's where all appropriations come up, all taxes come up, you grab that and we got it.
But we gotta run the tables.
To get to 100 seats and then dismiss these people, right?
Dismiss them, for 100 years, the predicate is, we should be up 12.
And the same, here's why I wanted you to stick around.
When I got Ken Blackwell, And Cuccinelli and Cleta Mitchell and you going and sitting there with Ed Meese and others at CAP and saying, hey, we've got to throw these two bums, Chaney and Kinzinger, and Kinzinger gives $200 to the shooter.
OK?
We've got to throw those bums out.
We've got to get them out of the conference.
unidentified
OK?
steve bannon
Elise Stefanik threw her out as being conference chair.
Now we need to go to the next thing.
You need toughness, you need steely resolve, and you've got to be hard.
Because right now, the country's in a crisis.
This thing's right here.
We don't have time to play country club.
And I don't care if they're going to call you racist.
Look, we have not whined at all about California, about Illinois, about New York, and about Maryland.
You're in Maryland.
It's 7-1.
They're trying to take the one seat in Maryland, and they're going to try to take it.
You guys are going to keep it, maybe, but you're going to have a fight for it.
This is what this audience doesn't understand.
To come here and say, hey, look, and you're going to run the investigations, we got Gates, we got MTG, Gates wants to make every committee an oversight committee.
To do that, you need to have a big majority.
People need to be hard.
Why are, I'm going to get to Boris in a second, but for you, why are we falling down?
Everywhere people look, it's weakness, okay?
It's compromise.
We should be uncompromising, we should be hard, we should be tough.
david bossie
Yeah, and I'd have to dive into those numbers with you, and I have not had the chance.
But I will tell you, in state after state, we are fighting.
We have state legislatures that are currently working very hard on the maps.
Then you have courts, you have governors.
Look, you have Republican State House, you have a Democrat governor.
You have liberal courts.
It is a very complicated, it's not an easy thing.
Look, the Democrats are out there whining about Republicans.
steve bannon
If it was easy I wouldn't have you here.
But the Democrats are whining that Republicans are out there... You're giving me the ratio argument on the House.
david bossie
No, what I'm saying is this.
What I'm saying is this.
The Democrats are out there whining about Republicans changing voting laws, voter ID, and all of these things.
It's the same thing.
It's in the reverse here.
We are losing in certain states.
We're not losing in all states.
We're losing in certain states.
So in Maryland, as you brought up, Maryland before the last, not this, but the last redistricting, it was four to four.
Four Democrats, four Republicans in Maryland.
Maryland is not that blue of a state.
steve bannon
Unbelievable.
david bossie
They gerrymandered it under O'Malley to 7-1.
And this time, they decided, hey, Andy Harris is too big of a pain in the ass to us in the House of Representatives.
steve bannon
They're going to take it out?
david bossie
So they've made it a district that is more even.
Andy is still going to win.
Andy has no problems winning, but it doesn't mean they didn't try.
steve bannon
Boris, where do we stand on this?
How do we go from a plus 12 now to a negative 2?
Chuck Todd's sitting there every day, and people gotta understand something.
This is the nitty-gritty, but on MSNBC, they understand how important this is.
They're laughing in our face.
How did that happen, Boris Epstein?
boris epshteyn
Steve, good to be here.
And it's a great feeling to be here together with the one and only Dave Bossi.
I'm getting major, major, major 2016 vibes with the three of us here.
And it's on January 6th, no less.
So it's a good memory.
It feels like I should be banned by- Come heavy.
It feels like I should be banned by CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News.
unidentified
Oh wait, I am banned by CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News!
steve bannon
Hold it, just a quick aside.
I think I said bossy.
I said, you gotta go talk to Zucker.
unidentified
I said, they won't let Boris, our head of service, they won't let him in the building.
steve bannon
In fact, they told us they're gonna arrest him if he shows up.
And you know when when when bossy can't take care of it, I mean zucker put a hard thing but bores That's for another day. Tell me about redistricting. Why are we not? Why are we 14 seats upside down?
boris epshteyn
These are going to be important. I'm going to respectfully disagree with my good friend david bossy and here's why because He's right that in the split states. We're fighting We're fighting in Pennsylvania, they're even trying to fight in Maryland, and we're fighting across the country.
What my problem is, is that in the states where we felt full and utter control, in Arizona, in Florida, in Georgia, in Missouri, in Kentucky, we have either fallen or are falling down on the job as Republicans.
In Missouri, for example, there's absolutely no reason whatsoever that there should be any Democrat district stuff.
Fine, you want one?
Maybe you keep one.
Okay?
In Kentucky, there should be none, but they're not dismantling the Louisville district.
In Arizona, they ended up with sort of a mishmash where the net result is no change at all.
And in Florida, as we've talked about time and time and time again, we're ending up maybe with plus one MAGA, where we should be at plus four or plus five MAGA.
So that is how, that is why Chuck Todd gets to do a segment with Wasserman saying, these guys expected to be plus 12.
And by the way, that plus 12 number is not some MAGA number.
That plus 12 is what Kevin McCarthy has been saying now for a long time.
We went from plus 12 to minus 2.
That delta of 14 is embarrassing and it is pathetic.
And again, I'm focusing on the states where Republicans are full control, the trifecta, House, Senate, and the governorship.
david bossie
So is it too late?
So my first question is, when do these state houses finalize maps?
When do courts make decisions?
We have three.
steve bannon
Boris, go ahead, walk us through that.
boris epshteyn
Unfortunately, the ones that are still open, Arizona kind of still open on technicality, but really it's Kentucky, Missouri, and Florida.
Florida's the big one.
unidentified
In Florida, there could be a net of about four seats.
boris epshteyn
So, Florida's huge from plus one MAGA to plus five MAGA.
unidentified
We should not be leaving a seat on the table in Missouri or Kentucky.
david bossie
Okay, but on Florida, just back to that one for a second.
Boris, we have time to still make an effort here?
boris epshteyn
Correct.
We absolutely have time to make an effort.
The final map is not done.
They've had several maps, and Dave Bossy, over to you.
Solve it for us, brother.
steve bannon
Dave Bossy is going to take care of it.
No, no, no.
You're going to make a call.
He'll make a call.
I'm going to report back.
I want to pivot now.
We've got a couple minutes here, and we've got the next block.
boris epshteyn
10 more seconds on that for Dave.
Here's the key, and I sort of have a hint of where you're going to report back to and who you're going to talk to.
The message is this.
The message in Florida right now, it is all about the governor.
And the governor has done an amazing job on mandates, on masks, on the vaccine.
steve bannon
He's a rock star.
boris epshteyn
This is his time to bring the heat on redistricting, because he is, and I'm hearing this from the ground in Florida, and I'm hearing this from the Hill.
He is the one they're listening to, both in the House and the Senate of Florida.
If DeSantis says, we want five MAGA seats, they're going to get five MAGA seats.
Let's go get a Dundee bossy.
steve bannon
OK, let's pivot to three.
He's on it.
Let's pivot.
When Bossie tells me it's done, it's done.
david bossie
I didn't say it's done.
steve bannon
I got it.
I got it.
Work in progress.
3 November.
Boris, they're all blaming us because 3 November, the big lie.
The audience wants to know where in the heck did we stand on this?
Let's go.
You take it state by state.
Bossie and I will chip in with commentary and analysis.
boris epshteyn
Great.
Feels like we're on ESPN or something.
We're ESPN for 3 November.
This is the lives of the writers' worst days.
steve bannon
It's the Manning cast.
boris epshteyn
By the way, that thing's totally unwatchable.
I tried to watch it for like three minutes.
It's one of the worst things I've ever seen, with all due respect to the Manning boys.
So, in all seriousness, it is a serious day.
It's a serious day.
Well, you know, it's an eye of the beholder.
First of all, Dick Cheney coming to Congress today and being lauded by Democrats is a vision that I did not expect to see.
That was not in my predictions in 2006, 7, and 8, that Dick Cheney would be buddy-buddy with Democrats.
That just tells you how the Uniparty has come together against the 3 November movement, against President Trump, against the War Room Posse, and against the MAGA movement.
But the 3 November movement continues.
No respect, no respect, and a united front by the Uniparty, by the establishment Republicans, establishment Democrats.
Here's where we are across the states.
In Wisconsin, we've got the Maricopa audit done, 83,000 unlawful ballots, and information coming out on PEMA that actually, and I had a meeting on this today with a very senior official, We could have as many, if not more, unlawful ballots come out of Pima County as we did out of Maricopa, and Pima is only about 500,000 votes total.
The numbers out of Pima are staggering.
And remember, Pima is Tucson.
It's Democrat-controlled.
Not even RINO, like Maricopa with the County Board of Supervisors.
unidentified
No.
boris epshteyn
Pima is Democrat control.
steve bannon
Totally corrupt down there.
boris epshteyn
And we haven't even gotten to Javapai and Yuma and other counties.
Cochise.
We haven't gotten to the counties where you have a major Native American population.
And this is all in a state separated by 12,500.
unidentified
So here's the moves in Arizona.
boris epshteyn
President Trump comes here on the 15th.
He comes here on the 15th.
That's a Saturday.
Then on the following Monday, on that Monday, the 17th, Monday's a holiday.
On Tuesday, the 18th, you have the session here being back in work, back to work.
So the legislature is back in session on the 18th.
And now it is time to do three things.
De-certify, de-certify, de-certify.
And to get there, we need to make the information crystal clear, which we've done.
unidentified
A.G.
boris epshteyn
Brown, which has got to conclude his investigation as soon as possible as well, and come out and say the clear fact that this election in Arizona is uncertifiable.
People will say, well, you have to prove that Donald Trump won.
We believe he won.
I've seen the numbers.
I fully believe he won Arizona.
steve bannon
We don't have to prove that.
We don't have to prove that at all.
We don't have to prove that at all.
unidentified
You've got to prove the standard, the burden of proof.
boris epshteyn
is could this election be certified for Joe Biden?
unidentified
Okay.
boris epshteyn
And there's absolutely no doubt, based on the information, based on the facts.
And we knew this, David and I, David and I were in Arizona the day after the election.
We knew it then, and we know it now, that there's absolutely no way whatsoever Arizona could have, should have, or can remain certified for Joe Biden.
steve bannon
Okay, hang one second.
We're going to take a short break.
We're going to be back with what's going on about the efforts to get to the bottom of 3 November.
Dave Bossie, Boris Epstein, Stephen K. Bannon in the War Room.

Dave Bossi's on Getter.
By the way, I can't text.
Captain Bannon, I know you're watching this.
Can you follow Bossi right now?
Let's get him some followers.
I followed her!
david bossie
Hey, Moe, I followed you.
Okay, I only followed 26 people.
You're one of them.
steve bannon
Come on, Moe.
First off, you got texted in the last segment.
Your phone's blowing up right now.
What are they telling you, generally?
david bossie
That I'm better.
You were trying to get me to say that people are saying you're so much better than Boris?
steve bannon
No, that's what your thing says.
I'm just reading what's on the text.
I'm just reading what's on the text.
david bossie
Hey Boris, I wish you were here in studio.
This would be so much fun.
Do they let you out?
unidentified
He's out in Arizona.
steve bannon
He's been sent out there.
david bossie
Oh good.
steve bannon
Stop.
He's been sent out there to the things to be certified.
Hold on.
He's been out there.
david bossie
I was out in Arizona with him the day after the election.
You're still there?
steve bannon
He's still there.
He's got a place.
unidentified
First off, with your shield, or on your shield.
david bossie
Right, hey, that's right.
steve bannon
Be certified.
david bossie
We're burning the boats, baby.
steve bannon
We're burning the boats.
Okay, let's talk about, you got Arizona.
Let's talk about Georgia.
Breaking news out of there.
Give me two minutes on Georgia.
Where do we stand?
boris epshteyn
Arizona decertified, decertified, decertified.
Georgia, we now know, and sure, they're conducting an investigation, but it's clear as day from the videos that there was illegal ballot harvesting in Georgia.
That is now proven.
The next step, the next major step there are hopefully indictments on that front, and then the 140,000 mail-in ballots have got to be uncovered.
That lawsuit is ongoing, and that is the one that was filed.
steve bannon
I got you got lawsuits you got subpoenas hang on and now it's only a year it's only a year and a half a year and 15 months that we finally get the video see the ballot harvesting what about they're coming back in the session how about a thing like the Constitution says where's the state legislature in this Boris Epstein Not nearly far enough.
boris epshteyn
The state legislature has been let off the hook for far too long, and we've got to bring the heat to them, always coloring within the lines, but very loudly, very boldly.
The state legislature has got to act.
There's much more information than necessary, more information than needed.
The time for action is now in Georgia.
The lawsuit's gonna come the way we want.
We know that.
unidentified
In the end, the legal process we'll play itself out.
We'll get to see those ballots.
steve bannon
Let's go to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Is Jake Corman doing this because he's running for governor?
Or is Jake Corman doing this because he wants to get to the bottom of 3 November?
boris epshteyn
Doesn't matter.
I don't care about the intent.
I don't care about the reasoning.
I care about the results.
And the results have to be a full forensic investigation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Now you've got Corman coming in hot, 140-page filing against Josh Shapiro, the Democrat AG there who wants to be governor real bad and wants to be the first Jewish president real bad.
And we know that's going to be Eric Greitens.
So Shapiro's lucked out.
But here's the deal.
Here's the deal.
Right now, that showdown, whether you like Jay Corman, you support Jay Corman, or you don't support him, that's neither here nor there.
That showdown is for the actual existence of a full forensic investigation in Pennsylvania.
The first hearing was a few weeks ago.
The results should come out this week or next at the latest.
From everything I understand, from everything I'm learning about that hearing, it went well.
And Jake Corman has already beaten Josh Shapiro in the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court on mandates.
So he's got a track record of taking it to Shapiro.
Let's hope he does on the investigation.
steve bannon
Let's go to the guys out in Wisconsin who are probably doing the best job of all.
Talk about Wisconsin.
Give me two minutes on that.
boris epshteyn
Judge Gableman, all muscle in Wisconsin.
There's gonna be information coming which steps up that investigation to an even higher level than it's been up to now.
And it's absolutely widespread all across Wisconsin to get to the bottom of the real base question.
Who ran the election in Wisconsin in 2020?
Was it the elected officials?
Was it the political appointees?
Or was it Mark Zuckerberg?
And was any of it done anywhere close to the Constitution which says that it's got to be state legislatures which take care of the federal elections, specifically the presidential election?
We already know, Stephen, David, we know from the audit that was done in December of last year, we know that there were 200,000 unlawful ballots in Wisconsin, just in Milwaukee and Dayton counties, and an election separated by 20,000 between Joe Biden and President Trump.
So it is already proven that it was unlawful, it's going to be proven to an even higher degree, and then decertified in Wisconsin.
steve bannon
Let me commit to this audience, and I've got two heavy hitters here.
We're never going to give up on 3 November until we decertify this thing, okay?
And you've got a lot of people in this country who are going to grind through this.
And by the way, Biden's numbers are going to... When more people see how illegitimate he is, they're going to go, how did this happen?
How did the country get destroyed with this?
Real quickly, because I'm pressed for time.
You've got a big film coming out.
Don't want to say anything about it, but you're working on a massive project.
david bossie
Well, just follow me at David underscore Bossie, David underscore B-O-S-S-I-E on Getter, same thing on Twitter, and you will keep up and you will see the work that we're doing.
steve bannon
So you're putting up live stuff all the time about this?
david bossie
Oh, all the time.
We have my stuff up on Fox and on AON, on Newsmax, all of it.
steve bannon
And you've got a new op-ed up on Fox, what's that?
david bossie
We have an op-ed up on why the January 6th committee is illegitimate and why Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger ought to be removed from the Republican conference.
That's up on Fox News.
steve bannon
And you've committed to me.
You always keep your word.
This guy's a heavy hitter.
You told me that's going to be taken care of, so I'm leaving it in your court.
david bossie
Well, I'm working hard on it.
I'm focused on it, and you know what happens.
steve bannon
Thanks.
