Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
anthony fauci
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
unidentified
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
anthony fauci
This is going to be a real serious problem.
unidentified
France, Australia, Canada, the U.S., Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the U.S.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
anthony fauci
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
mika brzezinski
Post-holiday travel is seeing a turbulent start to the new year.
The cause?
A crippling combination of bad weather and surging COVID infections leading to airline staffing shortages.
And it's not just the airline industry facing complications from spiking case numbers.
A growing number of school districts are temporarily switching to remote learning.
NBC's Stephanie Goss cast the latest on that.
But first, here's NBC's Tom Costello.
unidentified
The hope this morning that today is a day of recovery and rebound for airlines and stranded passengers after a week of mass cancellations.
But instead, another challenging day is shaping up.
Even more delays and more cancellations.
With January storms and the rampant spread of the Omicron variant proving too much for airlines and airports.
They already pushed my flight back twice so I might miss my connection.
Nearly 1,800 TSA officers off the job with COVID.
On Sunday, FlightAware showing 2,700 cancelled flights, more than 9,000 delays.
All part of more than 12,000 cancellations over the last week.
Among the airport's hardest hit, Denver, Chicago, O'Hare and Atlanta.
I've been looking at pediatric hospitalizations at this record high.
And concerned about sending my son back into a preschool, even with a mask on.
What do you tell parents?
Are cloth masks just not good enough anymore?
Cloth masks aren't going to provide a lot of protection.
That's the bottom line.
This is an airborne illness.
We now understand that.
And a cloth mask is not going to protect you from a virus that spreads through airborne transmission.
It could protect better through droplet transmission, something like the flu, but not something like this coronavirus.
We have to recognize this has not been a benign disease in young children.
There's a perception that young children haven't been hit hard to date from coronavirus.
That's just not true.
We've recorded more than 600 pediatric deaths from COVID over the last two years. To put that in perspective, we had one death from flu in the pediatric population last year and so far two this year. So over a period of time we've done a very good job protecting children generally from respiratory infections.
We've recorded more than 600 deaths from COVID against three deaths from flu. So this is affecting children and particularly young children. This new strain could have a predilection again for the upper airway, which could be a bigger challenge in young kids because of the way that it binds to the airway cells.
In terms of going back to school, I think the prerogative clearly is to try to get schools reopened.
We shouldn't be doing preemptive school closures in my opinion, but there will be situations where we have reactive school closures when there are large outbreaks.
anthony fauci
But the other important thing is that if you look at the children who are hospitalized, Many of them are hospitalized with COVID as opposed to because of COVID.
And what we mean by that, if a child goes in the hospital, they automatically get tested for COVID and they get counted as a COVID hospitalized individual.
When in fact they may go in for a broken leg or appendicitis or something like that.
So it's over counting the number of children who are quote hospitalized with COVID as opposed to because of COVID.

The non-profit media watchdog group Media Matters has selected its choice as the biggest misinformer of 2021.
And this year's honor goes to former President Trump's chief strategist Steve Bannon.
Media Matters points to his daily podcast as the main reason he was selected.
It is full of non-stop misinformation and conspiracy theories.
Here's an example from earlier this week.
steve bannon
They got to get H.R.
1 because they're not going to be damned unless they federalize these elections.
They're going to lose 100 seats.
Internally, they got it.
They understand.
They can't show economics.
The country's being invaded on the southern border.
It's a complete catastrophe.
They're about to shut down the whole country because they weren't prepared for Omicron and lied about it.
The only thing they've got is they've got to grab the apparatus at a federal level and steal the elections.
I understand what they're doing.
If I was those guys, 100%, that's what I'd be working on, because you've got no other shot.
All your other policies destroy the nation.
unidentified
Okay, Media Matters President Angelo Carusone joining us now.
I think we know why he got the top spot as misinformer of the year, Angelo, but let's walk through it.
And with that, I want to name the last five misinformers of the year.
Steve Bannon this year, Fox News 2020, John Solomon 2019, Lachlan Murdoch 2018, Mark Zuckerberg 2017.
steve bannon
Welcome, Monday, 3 January, the year of our Lord 20, wait for it, 22.
You're in the war room.
Over 125 million downloads on the podcast.
And we're honored.
I want to thank the folks over at Media Matters that watch us every day.
Media Matters is named as Misinformer of the Year.
And of course MSNBC and everybody piled in.
Lead story in The Guardian today.
Another huge story about the War Room and about the War Room audience.
How we're fomenting a revolt by really preaching 7th grade civics.
To make sure that everybody gets committed here, everybody gets involved, everybody gets engaged, everybody gets self-empowered, and use your agency for action, action, action.
I want to tell the MSNBC correspondent right there, the host that sat in over the weekend, what was wrong, what was the conspiracy theory about what I laid out?
The country's in total chaos.
That's why we had the cold open.
It's in total and complete chaos.
Remember, Biden's pitch was that, I'm a safe pair of hands, I'm stability.
I'm order, Trump's chaos, right?
I'm discipline, Trump is, you know, irrational, running all over the place.
And I'd lay it at the case, you have an invasion of the southern border, no question about that.
You have a, you have Omicron, they don't even know how to, they say one thing one day, the next thing another day, even on CNN, they're cross-eyed looking at these officials coming up.
CDC, FDA, Fauci, they're all speaking in different directions.
All speaking, this is about Fauci coming out and just saying, hey, I think we got to take a test after your five day and the 14 day was supposed to be it, but now because of pressure, You've got mayors, you've got Eric Adams now setting the example where we have to live with this.
We've said that Omicron is, like Steve Hadfield said, the beginnings of herd immunity.
And he said that back in January of 2020, that eventually we're going to get herd immunity by people catching aversion to this.
Herd immunity.
And that's what it looks like Omicron is.
But not what the Biden administration is doing.
Total chaos.
And it's obvious what they have to do.
They have to somehow change.
They've got to change the game.
They've got to change the rules of the game or they're going to get blown out.
It's not me saying that.
That's all the polling.
The polling is historic lows.
His party's at historic lows.
They're at each other's throats.
They either got to buy off the American working poor and the working class with these tips that Build Back Bankrupt wants to be, which they have no chance of passing.
They're going to drown breaking in pieces.
And I've said before, they're cooking up another stimulus package because small businesses are getting eviscerated again because of their over-the-top policies.
This is just the evidence.
This is the facts.
There's no conspiracy there.
Them's just the facts.
Remember, there's no conspiracies.
We're the anti-conspiracy theory site, but there are no coincidences.
As we disaggregate these actions that go on and give you an ability to kind of make your own judgments up.
That's why this show is so big and this show is so powerful.
It's not because of us, it's because of the audience.
People are attracted to this and it makes a difference in their own lives.
It makes a difference in how they connect with the community.
Okay, we've got a lot to go through.
And I do want to talk a little bit later about our show on Saturday.
By the way, on Friday we honored The people of the year, and that was the deplorables, all the activist groups, and we just took a selection of those activist groups from all over the country, you know, from the Moms of America, all over the country, from the school boards, to the precinct committee strategy, to the election officials, everything that the left is melting down on.
The Guardian this morning just criticized us, and that's terrible.
Well, that's sixth, seventh grade civics, and we're not going to stop.
You have to understand, we're only ramping it up.
We're only ramping it up.
We're only ramping it up.
We're going to get a very special guest in here to kick off this year's, the new shows.
On Saturday, we had our New Year's show, and it was about, the first part was about fourth turning.
I kind of went back to a film I made a few years ago, walked through kind of the structure of a fourth turning, but talked about commitment, talked about engagement, talked about empowerment, and that's what this year is.
This year is even more than last year about you.
The MAGA movement is ascendant, and it's an inclusive nationalism.
We're bringing people in from working-class Hispanics to African-Americans to Chinese-Americans.
It's incredible.
It's absolutely incredible.
It's building in power every day, and it's going to lead to a sweeping victory in the fall, if we put our shoulders on the wheel.
You can't spike the football.
Every day is going to be a grind.
Every day they're going to come after you, and they're trying to change the rule.
California went to all mail-in ballots over the weekend, right, on January 1st.
The governor of New York, although it was beaten in a referendum, she's saying that we've got to go to all mail-in ballots again.
They're going to try to use Omicron and other variations of the CCP virus to have mail-in ballots.
We're going to have to fight all that, right?
And Mike Lindell is going to be on here tomorrow, I think, talking about the machines, about his program to get the machines out.
So we're going to have to fight out.
We understand that.
But the lessons of 3 November, and we're still grinding at 3 November.
You've got major movement in Wisconsin.
You've got a big, huge fight with Jake Corman and Shapiro in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, huge.
In Georgia, lawsuits going forward.
In Arizona, they're going to move to decertify.
So the momentum on that continues to pick up, and we understand it's now a grind.
That's why you need commitment.
We put that great quote up there about commitment on Saturday.
Once you commit, it's a famous quote, once you commit, divine providence steps in and all kinds of things in your life change.
You have to commit.
Once you commit, all types of things, people you never knew before, you become associated with, groups you become associated with, books become available, information.
But you have to commit.
Once you commit, fully commit, And this year is a year of commitment, it's a year of empowerment, it's a year of engagement.
We also announced on Saturday my daughter Maureen Bannon is taking over CEO of this operation so I can just focus on content, content, content and everybody else can run this madhouse.
Thank you very much, Captain Banner, for stepping in here with a team that we're getting up.
I want to bring in now, we have to start the year off with our most special of all guests, our man of the year in 2020, the Mayor of New York.
Rudy Giuliani.
Mayor, thank you very much.
Mayor, first I'd like to ask you about the Biden administration.
Total chaos.
He was supposed to be stability.
Orange man bad was supposed to be disorder.
How's the Biden regime doing, Rudy?
rudy giuliani
Well, first of all, congratulations on that fabulous award.
Next year, I'd ask him to have a ceremony so you could go give an acceptance speech.
I think it would be a classic.
And I'm jealous.
steve bannon
Joy Ann Reed should invite me.
unidentified
I did the acceptance speech for my favorite show.
Hold it, Rudy.
steve bannon
You're a big part of us.
You're a big part of us getting it.
Trust me.
You're a big part of us getting it.
Hey, you got banned off of YouTube because of you.
rudy giuliani
Maybe if I can get you two years in a row, we'll win the election.
So you can't, Steve, all seriousness, you can't exaggerate just for purposes of being an intellectually honest historian.
You can't exaggerate how much of a failure the first year of the Biden administration was.
I would be hard put to debate with any historian a worse 10 months, 11 months of a president.
I mean, obviously, to go back to the 17th century, 18th century, I can't measure those.
But in our lifetime, there certainly wasn't a worse four years.
In the lifetime that we can recall with our parents and grandparents, you know, going back to the turn of the century, I don't know who it would be.
Maybe the depression?
But that was just the depression.
This was everything.
How about going from energy independent within a year to energy dependent?
That has tremendous implications for the inflation that we're suffering right now.
It has even more implications for Russia and China pushing us around.
Afghanistan alone would be enough to destroy any normal administration with a normal, honest press.
You might even consider, if they hadn't overdone it with Trump, if it was a Republican president, they'd impeach him.
Frankly, after this year, they would impeach him and even take the chances with Harris, figuring at least, well, whatever else she is, she's compass menace. I mean, you can impeach him on so many different grounds, including not being competent.
steve bannon
Rudy, can you hang on for a second?
We're just going to go commercial break.
Your favorite song, we're going to go out, we've played through our holiday music, we're going to get back to taking down the CCP.
We're going to favor everybody's favorite song in America, Miles Guo, take down the CCP.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to return in a moment.
Every day this week the mainstream media is going to be on insurgents and civil war and Rudy Giuliani and Steve Bannon are the worst people in the world.
unidentified
We'll talk all about that when we get back in a moment.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K Banham.
steve bannon
Okay, go to MyPillow.com, promo code WAROOM.
Particularly if you're sitting around the Christmas tree having a hot cup of cocoa, and you notice everybody else is getting the slippers, everybody else is getting the throw blankets, everybody else is getting the pillows, and somehow, and I don't want to say why, you are not on Santa's list.
Okay?
Action, action, action.
Empowerment.
Make yourself your own Santa.
Go there today.
Make sure you go to MyPillow.com.
Promo code War Room.
600 items.
Most of them on sales, and the sales are pretty eye-popping.
You gotta cross the board.
Okay, we'll get to more on that later.
Mike Lindell.
We're trying to get Mike Lindell on tomorrow or the next day.
But I want to go back right now to America's mayor, one of the great individuals in modern American history, done so much for this country and just a fighter.
You've known Joe Biden, I don't know, for 30 years, Rudy.
Elections have consequences and stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.
If you look at this nation, Particularly when they pitched, you know, Trump is chaotic.
Trump doesn't know what he's doing.
You know, you look at the economy under Trump, you look at the respect that our, quite frankly, a little bit of fear that our allies had because they finally had to start stepping up, like in NATO.
If you look at the fear the Chinese Communist Party had of him when he hammered through that first deal, if you look at the fear that the Russians had of him, if you look at how he had good order and discipline in the Middle East and had Abraham Accords, If you look at what he had done on the southern border against all the fighting that was done and backbiting by the Republican establishment, you look category after category after category and just look at the math.
Compared to what this illegitimate, and I don't care if the mainstream media doesn't like it, underlined five times, illegitimate Biden regime, and every day the American people are awakening to that.
That's how it was that almost 40% of independent voters think he's illegitimate.
Okay, we're gonna get that higher.
Joe Biden's administration is done.
Stick a fork in it.
And we don't care what you think about it.
We could care less.
In fact, we love the fact that you're crying and pulling your hair out.
And there's gonna be nothing but about 10 stories coming out in the next couple of days.
War room's so terrible.
Hey, we're empowering the American people and in their righteous indignation, They're responding by saying this is absurd, what you have done to this country.
And to see this chaos over the holiday period, and Pete Buttigieg, Secretary of Transportation, should be fired immediately.
To see what's happened to these airlines, to see what's happened to the supply chain, to see what's happening now to the schools, on Omicron, you got FDA saying one thing, CDC saying another thing, Tony Fauci saying another thing.
Just look at it.
We could play a cold open for an entire hour of just the madness and chaos.
And what are they doing?
They're back up here and they want to do two things.
They want to have the federal government take all the elections so they can steal them.
So they can steal them.
And they want to just pass more trillions of dollars of your money to print it up and to pay tip money to the working poor and working class and hope to buy off their votes.
This is what it is.
Let's cut to the chase.
It's not going to happen.
We're not going to allow it to happen.
We're going to win.
We're going to stop all this now.
We're going to win a hundred seats in November.
And you guys are gone into the dustbins of history, irrelevant, and never again allowed to put your culture, your radical cultural Marxism, and try to destroy not just the greatest country on earth today, the greatest country in the history of mankind.
Rudy Giuliani.
rudy giuliani
Well, Steve, I couldn't have said it better myself.
I mean, you're absolutely right.
The end of the year, I did two podcasts in which I tried to pick out the 10 biggest stories.
I would say they were 10 crises, each of which on its own would have gotten a president either impeached or disgraced for the rest of history.
Whether it's the border in which we had 2 million people apprehended, another million that came in that we never knew about.
You talk about the super spreader of Omicron or COVID, it's Joe Biden.
I mean, he's let in more people unvaccinated, untested, traveling, and put them all over America, flew them there, than anybody I can think of.
I mean, he exceeds the Chinese.
More of his people have been brought in illegally, untested, than came over from China.
You mentioned all the things that Trump did.
He handled COVID better.
I mean, you look at the record, less people died, and he had to handle it under emergency situations when nobody knew what the hell they were doing.
And he got a much better result in 10 months than this guy, where more people have died, more cases, more chaos, complete confusion, and a country that's half in, you know, in anger, if not more about the irrational mandate, the illegal mandates.
There's no longer an emergency.
You heard Fauci on your show just a little while ago.
Yeah, young people are going to hospital, but they're going to hospital for other things, not for, for COVID.
They get a broken leg and they get, they have COVID and the COVID is a sniffle.
Every person I know virtually has had Omicron.
They got over it in three days, four days, and some of them are 82 years old.
So, I mean, this is, you look at the, you look at the fatality rates, the hospitalization rates.
It's less than half of what it used to be.
We're into numbers that say regular endemic situation, we have to deal with it.
I mean, we'd have to lock people up for getting into a car accident if we want to protect them more than this.
So this is no longer an excuse.
There's a long way of making the legal point.
It no longer justifies the extraordinary executive action the president and Democratic governors have taken.
Those are grossly illegal.
They violate the Constitution.
And they are fascist.
When a police officer goes into a McDonald's to find out if a five-year-old child has a vaccine card and then scares the living daylights out of the kid for not having a vaccine card.
Well, we've adopted a fascist attitude in this country.
There's no justification.
steve bannon
Mayor, a new mayor took over.
Eric Adams took over as mayor of New York in a city that is descended into chaos and anarchy.
Even the left-wing crew over at CNN on New Year's Eve had a couple of drinks and just unloaded on de Blasio.
Okay, but talk about Eric Adams.
What's your recommendation?
What would be your recommendation to the new mayor of New York, the two or three things he's got to do immediately?
rudy giuliani
Well, right now, he's going the right direction or saying the right things.
We've got to see the results of it about crime.
And so is this police commissioner.
I have no criticism of that at all.
And the first thing I have recommended for a year is reconstituting the plainclothes unit.
After all, I started in 1994.
We used to call it the anti-crime unit.
But basically, all they are, well, not all they are, they were the best unit we ever had.
Specially selected police officers.
We take their uniforms off and we get them into the situations and they can def- I mean, we fixed up Broadway in three weeks with them by sticking them in the crowd and grabbing the muggers, grabbing the- we put horse- we put cops on horseback.
They picked out the muggers and boom.
There's not a crime, a public crime that- I'm just talking about me- that I don't have a strategy to stop.
You can't commit a public crime that if you give me enough time, I can't stop you.
Now, if you wanna do it behind closed doors, and it's a domestic violence, it's one of those sick and sane things, well, you can't sink out as sick and sane criminal.
You gotta just do the best you can.
But that was our strategy, and that was the challenge.
Remember, I had, Bratton gets a lot of the credit because he started it, but I had two other police commissioners who reduced crime even more than Bratton.
Now, he helped start it, but three quarters of those ideas were my ideas, you know, the idea of getting the squeaky people off the street.
First time I raised that, they told me we couldn't do it because there's no law that would violate it.
I said, what about jaywalking?
We'll start with that.
steve bannon
Then I bet half of the money.
If Mayor Adams wanted to have you as a senior advisor, would you be open to working with Mayor Eric Adams?
rudy giuliani
In two seconds, I give him every idea.
I give him for free anyway.
I'm on my radio, on my podcast, in my books.
You can go read my book.
I mean, I got paid a lot of money for this in foreign countries for a lot of years in the last 20 years.
I mean, I did it for I did it for Brazil.
I did it for Mexico with the president of Mexico when he was the mayor of Mexico, even though he's a crazy socialist.
He hired me to reduce crime there and Bernie and I did for two years until it got political.
We brought down crime in cities in Colombia by 40 and 50 percent.
We helped defeat the FARC.
I mean, yeah, I would help Adams.
He will not do it because he's Adams supported me for mayor for re-election in 1997.
Adams is on record at the time saying that I was so much better than Dinkins in reducing crime.
But now... Real quickly, Rudy.
Now he has to disembowel.
steve bannon
Rudy 22, walk us through the podcast, the radio show.
rudy giuliani
The podcast is going to be devoted to doing exactly what you're talking about, bringing people together so we can find out what role they should play in winning in 2022.
We're going to use my podcast, and in part my radio show, but mostly my podcast and website, rudyscommonsense.com, to put people into something like a Freedom Network, so that I can give them advice on where they can do practical things to win in 2022.
We don't want to take any chances, and I learned myself in my own elections, the way to beat fraud is with people.
You got enough people, and you got enough people that are willing to intrude, Particularly in the more local-type elections.
Might not work as well in a presidential.
But in local elections, this is a doable thing, containing their fraud.
We're going to have to go take an extra level for 24.
But we got enough people we can scare the living daylights out of them.
And look, we don't have to do it every place.
A couple of these crooked cities where they concentrated their crap, we're not going to be able... Forget Philadelphia.
Forget Chicago.
I mean, they're going to cheat.
I mean, as I used to say, Is Philadelphia cheating?
If they didn't have to cheat, they would cheat for practice.
This is what they've been doing for 50 years.
They cheated me twice.
I can tell you the number of votes.
steve bannon
Rudy, we've got to bounce.
How did they get to you on Twitter?
How do people follow you during the day?
rudy giuliani
Rudy Giuliani on Getter.
You get to me at rudyscomicsense.com.
You can get everything there.
And then I'm on ABC, wabcradio.com between 3 and 4 Eastern.
And then with Dr. Maria Ryan on Sundays, which is now the number one show on Sunday.
unidentified
Wow.
rudy giuliani
Dr. Ryan, I should put her on every day.
I, you know, I'm like two or three.
She's number one.
unidentified
Oh yeah, now she's got to bounce.
steve bannon
Rudy Giuliani, Dr. Ryan, thank you very much for kicking off the new year.
Dr. Malone next.
unidentified
War Room, Pandemic, with Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
dr robert malone
Our government is out of control on this and they are lawless.
They completely disregard bioethics.
They completely disregard the federal common rule They have broken all the rules that I know of, that I've been trained on for years and years and years.
These mandates of an experimental vaccine are explicitly illegal.
They are explicitly inconsistent with the Nuremberg Code.
They're explicitly inconsistent with the Belmont Report.
They are flat-out illegal and they don't care.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
You know, the War Room is our kickoff show.
We had our 1 January show, the New Year's Day show, which we're still getting great feedback on.
We're going to cut pieces of that, particularly the first hour, to kind of frame this year.
This is a year of commitment, engagement, and empowerment, okay?
This is MAGA ascending, the deplorables ascending.
This audience is at the vanguard of a massive political movement in this country, really connected throughout the world, but led by this country that is shocked.
How do I say this?
You're making the oligarchs, not just quaking their boots, they're losing it now.
We'll have a summary, hopefully, tonight.
All the awards we got as the misinformation channel and show, you know, over the last couple of days.
Like, ten articles.
And more to come.
Rolling Stone, New York Times, Washington Post, all coming in with hit pieces, which we love.
Okay?
Let's get the information out and let the chips fall where they may, because we're going to have a sweeping victory.
Sweeping victory.
Two-thirds of the nation absolutely agrees.
with what we put out every day and say every day.
I want to bring in now Dr. Malone.
Dr. Malone, the Joe Rogan three hour interview was was incredible.
I do have to say, though, as an observation, I think this is what's very important for this audience to understand.
If you had been if you're a war room follower, Much of what you had to say is people are familiar with this from spring of early spring or early summer of 2020.
So the Rogan audience is huge.
What's so shocking to me is how they've kind of bubbled themselves.
And they're probably, you know, because Rogan is so great.
Right?
And particularly the questioning.
That three-hour interview was mesmerizing.
That a lot of it seemed like new information.
And if the War Room, and I want everyone in the War Room possibly to get a chance, we're breaking it down to listen to that interview.
It was, I mean, you were going over things you have gone over, over and over again.
So first off, what was your perception of that, obviously it's a new audience, and Joe Rogan joined Getter.
I think Joe Rogan's over a million followers on Getter already.
And Dr. Malone joined Getter, because they're getting kicked off of Twitter, and Twitter, you know, kicked off Marjorie Taylor Greene permanently, kicked off Dr. Malone permanently.
Gotta understand, as they start to melt down, and all their lies and misrepresentation come out, and the facts are what they are, what they're gonna try to do is try to suppress voices.
That's the game the oligarchs got.
But the oligarchs' day is coming.
Remember, we're gonna turn all the social media companies into public utilities.
Public utilities.
And get, like, a 7% return.
Public utilities, firewall management, and public utilities, because that's what they are.
And the public has to have a voice in the control of it.
So, Dr. Mullen, first off, give us the Joe Rogan historic three-hour interview, and then I want to go into specifically, when you say the government's illegal and what they're doing to crimes and against the Nuremberg Code, I mean, what does all that mean?
dr robert malone
So, thanks for that, Dope and Steve, and for the support.
It was an interesting week, and it wasn't just Rogan, but then also Christy Leigh's interview that followed that's up on InfoWars channel is kind of the bookend for that.
I suggest people look at it.
So, what was fascinating was In just microcosm, the trending around mass formation psychosis, it just went nuclear globally.
And this whole thing, the Rogan podcast is currently number one of all the podcasts that he's done on current rankings.
I don't know how it's going to end up.
But despite massive attempts to censor it by all of the standard social media platforms, it is spread like wildfire across the world.
Big credit to Joe.
You and I and Peter have been talking about this from the get-go.
service to his country and to the world in helping get this information out. You're right. You and I and Peter have been talking about this from the get go. Remember that Peter and I came off of your show and then wrote the Washington Times piece, op-ed piece, in which we basically supported the Great Barrington Declaration, among other things.
Yeah.
And that got heavily censored.
But, in fact, that predicted that we would have the emergence of escape mutants.
And here we are with Omicron and Delta.
steve bannon
And you guys, that was in July.
If we had followed, if the country and the Biden regime and Fauci and these guys had followed what you guys said in October, excuse me, in July of 21, we wouldn't be in this chaos over the holiday weekend and kicking off 2022.
2022 with this fiasco.
This mass formation psychosis.
Walk us through that.
That's a concept you and I have talked about.
I want to talk about where it comes from.
And man, it is caught on fire.
And I think Joe did an excellent job of getting the information out from you in that interview.
But walk our audience through mass formation psychosis.
What is it?
Why is it important?
dr robert malone
So, Google has tried to ascribe this and others in the attack press and ankle biters have tried to claim that this is my theory.
It's not.
It comes from Matthias Desmet, a This is standard known psychology.
as well as a master's degree in statistics from the University of Ghent.
This is standard known psychology.
It is the basis for the understanding of what happened in Stalinist Russia, in Nazi Germany, and really the French Revolution all the way through the Jacobin actions, which is typical for mass formation in its later stages, is that after the mass formation group consumes as many of their detractors as possible
in the prior events, basically has them killed, Then it starts to turn on its own and consume its own, and the Jacobins in the French Revolution are the classic example.
So what it involves is the process of individuals having been fragmented within society.
They no longer have connections.
They have a sense of social isolation, a disaffection, a sense that the world doesn't make sense.
That they have free-floating anxiety, and then some event happens that causes, or some group is identified as the cause of their pain, and they focus entirely on that one thing, that event, or that group, and they basically become hypnotized.
This is typically about 30% of the population, and Matthias goes through, if you follow his videos that are widely available on the web, and that I've also, by the way, posted on Getter if you want to go there, You can walk through the deep research and understanding of this.
It's grounded in fundamental psychology studies, etc., and it tends to affect about a third of the population when it happens.
In this case, it appears to have captured the administration and much of the press.
Plus, we have those that are actively exploiting it.
Once you have that happen, and a leader is identified as the savior, That leader can do no wrong.
Think Stalin.
Think Hitler.
That leader can do no wrong and can say no lie.
The people will believe and follow them anywhere and be in total denial of the actual information that is contrary to what the leader is telling them is true.
And that's where we're at right now.
That's why we have all this crazy public policy that isn't grounded in data, but the press and everybody else swallows it.
Now, the press also, of course, is being paid.
Pfizer's advertising budget on CNN is particularly notorious.
And then we have things like, just to throw it in, that clip from Scott Gottlieb was fantastic because those 600 cases of deaths have been proven in peer review literature in children to all have been due to other causes.
They had significant comorbidities.
They died with COVID, not from COVID.
You got to remember that Scott Gottlieb sits on the board of directors of Pfizer.
What you're hearing is Pfizer, Let's let's play that.
steve bannon
Can we play the clip?
I want to play this clip now from Indiana talking about deaths and talking about how insurance companies are looking at this.
Can we can we play the clip?
unidentified
One of our businesses is that we offer group life and disability insurance to employers.
And we are seeing right now the highest death rates we have ever seen in the history of this business, not just at One America.
The data is consistent across every player in that business.
Now this is primarily working age people, 18 to 64 that are in employers like All the employers on the screen here.
And what we saw just in third quarter, we're seeing it continue into fourth quarter, is that death rates are up 40% over what they were pre-pandemic.
Just to give you an idea of how bad that is, a three sigma or a one in 200 year catastrophe would be 10% increase over pre-pandemic.
So 40% is just unheard of.
And what the data is showing us is that the deaths that are being reported as COVID deaths greatly understate the actual death losses among working age people.
from the pandemic.
It may not all be COVID on their death certificate, but deaths are up just a huge, huge numbers.
We're also seeing an uptick in disability claims.
At first, it was short-term disability claims, and now we're seeing long-term disability, whether it's long COVID or whether it is because people haven't been able to get the health care that they need because the hospitals are overrun.
We're seeing those claims start to take up as well.
And for One America, we expect the costs of this are going to be well over $100 million.
steve bannon
Okay, so Doctor, they're saying, and these are extraordinary, death rates up 40%.
These are insurance guys out in Indiana.
But they're actually, his point he's making, he thinks it's COVID related.
Sir, Dr. Malone, your rebuttal.
dr robert malone
Yeah, the gentleman is still caught in the mass formation that surrounds him, and we have to have sympathy, I think, for him.
steve bannon
Hang on, hang on.
You say that, but he's laying out statistics.
You're saying they can't back it up?
I just want to make the point, hang on, hang on, hang on.
The stats are what matter.
Are they from COVID or are they from other reasons?
And how do we get to the bottom?
The 40% is a blowaway number.
It's three standard deviations away from what the average is, I think, four standard deviation?
dr robert malone
10% would be three standard deviations.
unidentified
It is off the charts.
steve bannon
Okay, so it's off the charts.
How do we get to the bottom?
Of what really is that?
Is that from COVID, what she's saying, or COVID related?
Or if there are other aspects?
Is COVID related?
Are these related to the vaccines?
Are they related to depression?
Is it related to not getting other health care and not having anything?
Let's take a short commercial break.
We're going to come back in a second.
We're going to keep Dr. Malone.
We are trying to get to the bottom of this.
I know Dr. Malone is all over this.
We'll take a short commercial break.
We're going to be back in the war.
We've got Dr. Malone.
We've got Ben Harnwell.
If you didn't see the footage over the weekend, Tommy Robinson, the guys put it up from Amsterdam.
Absolutely brutal put down by the police of anti-mandate marches.
We also have Steve Kirsch talking about on 23 January.
A massive rally here in Washington, D.C.
about everything related to the vaccines and COVID.
unidentified

steve bannon
How do we get to the bottom of this?
How do you get to the bottom of exactly, because those numbers, and this is some actuary out in an insurance company in Indiana, so he's not like screaming madman, right?
He's just looking at the math.
But how do you get in back of what actually caused the deaths of Dr. Malone?
dr robert malone
So the key to that is what he said.
He's looking at 18 to 64 year old cohort in employed, insured populations.
So these are people that are likely to have been highly jabbed because they've been under employer mandates.
And what you need to do is compare that event rate that he's reporting to the event rate of death and COVID related death in the general population.
And the reporter that covered this originally did exactly that for the state of Indiana, where this $100 billion company is.
This is not just a small local play.
What she found was that the death rate being reported overall in the state is significantly lower than the death rate for these insured, employed individuals that have insurance through their employer, because that's what's being looked at here with this particular insurance fund.
And so this suggests that these people that are under the insurance mandates are highly jabbed, have an enormously increased mortality rate compared to the general population. That's the kind of thing that you have to do to infer what the causative relationship is here, but all you can do is generate hypotheses.
Nonetheless, there is no question that the federal policies are an abject failure.
Whether it is due to vaccine or it's due to suppression of early treatment, we have a massive, massive failure of public policy.
steve bannon
And how do you drive that?
Because of the death rates here?
dr robert malone
Yeah.
unidentified
How do you work out your theory?
dr robert malone
The mortality rate in the United States is among the highest in the world right now.
I mean, that's that's no in in what this is suggesting the mortality rate ascribed to COVID.
What this is suggesting is that the overall mortality rate is enormous.
steve bannon
I want to go back.
We got a couple minutes here.
I'm going to go back.
You said on the Joe Rogan that this shows you the not just immoral, but the illegal efforts of the government and a complete throwing away of bioethics.
Can you explain that?
dr robert malone
Yes, so what we have is a situation in which mandated are experimental products, and that is a subject that the Biden administration and various Democratic governors refute or attempt to refute.
But Everybody that's well-versed in regulatory law and the associated legals knows that Comirnaty is not available in the United States.
The licensed product will not be marketed by Pfizer for whatever reason.
I believe it's liability, but for whatever reason, they are not willing to market Comirnaty, and all we have available is the emergency use authorized Pfizer drug.
Which, by the way, as was mentioned in your segment, I think by Judy, That emergency declaration is scheduled to expire on January 15th, full stop, unless it's re-upped.
That is why they need all this fear porn right now.
steve bannon
Dr. Malone, can you stay with us through at least the first segment?
We're going to bring in Steve Kirsch about this gathering that they're going to do on 23 January.
We'd love you to stay through for that.
We're also going to have Ben Harnwell.
We've got reports out of Europe.
He's in occupied Europe.
And really, over the weekend, what happened in Amsterdam is quite shocking.
So we're going to take a short commercial break.
We'll be back.
I do want to say one thing.
And this was the power of Dr. Malone's two things, two regulars on the show, Dr. Malone and MTG, both got booted off of Twitter.
You know, MTG, and by the way, they said they did it for her for putting up misinformation on this whole situation with COVID, with the CCP virus.
But I'm sure it was totally unrelated, because there's no coincidences, it was totally unrelated to the run-up to 6 January.
So she got booted off Twitter.
Dr. Malone got booted off Twitter.
They're both on Getter.
Joe Rogan took a look at it.
He wasn't really familiar with Getter.
He came over to Getter yesterday.
Getter increased by 200,000 new users in one day yesterday.
And the momentum keeps on, and I can tell you, I have my personal account over at Getter, and just having Dr. Malone, Joe Rogan, Tim Pool joined up, Tim Pool's wingman Luke, it's just been incredible.
The information, I'm telling you, this is a massive platform for really sharing real-time information.
Everybody should go to Getter today and sign up.
You've got just the things on fire right now.
Short break.
Harnwell, Steve Kirsch, Dr. Malone, next in the War Room.
