Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.

We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens, War Room.
unidentified
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Welcome back to the War Room.
Breaking, stunning news.
Everyone on MSNBC and CNN that every night talk about, oh, it's Marjorie Taylor Greene and it's Matt Gaetz and all these people because the party's shrinking.
It's it's a party of these crazy white nationalists, these evil white nationalists.
Wall Street Journal Wall Street Journal poll, and this is not Trafalgar or Richard Barris or any of the great guys we got on the right.
Wall Street Journal, new poll from Wall Street Journal shows seismic shift among Hispanic voters.
Biden's approval rating among Hispanics is, wait for it, 12 points underwater.
In the question, do you approve or disapprove of the job Joe Biden is doing as president?
Hispanics overall split 44-43.
Hispanic men, 33% approve, 56% disapprove.
Let me repeat that.
33% approve, 56% disapprove.
Let me repeat that, Hispanic men, 33% approve, 56% disapprove.
Among, if 2024 election were to tell today, who would you vote?
Okay, Hispanic men, Democrats 29%, GOP 45%.
Let me repeat that.
If the election was held today among Hispanic men voting for Democrats 29%, 45% for GOP.
Hispanics overall 37% to 37%.
45% for GOP. Hispanics overall 37% to 37%. We told you the future of this is working-class and middle-class Hispanics who are populist, who are nationalist, who are traditionalist.
OK.
The conservatives didn't do this.
Republican Party didn't do this.
This is Trumpism personified.
I want to get this.
Rahim just sent this over to me.
It's amazing.
This is incredible.
New poll from Wall Street Journal shows a seismic shift among Hispanic voters.
Biden's approval rating among Hispanics is 12 points underwater and it ain't coming back.
Build back broke and all this crap they want to spend money on will not help.
It's a free fall and people are now, they're now open to this.
This is, we tell you about the shift in 2020 in the Rio Grande Valley, in inner city LA among Hispanics, in the Bronx.
Okay.
It's happening.
You just saw it in the Commonwealth of Virginia in this last race.
Okay.
Seismic shift.
This is not about race.
This is not about white nationalism.
It's not about white supremacy.
It's all nonsense.
Okay.
This is an inclusive party of people who want to turn their country around and save their country of every ethnicity, of every race, of every all genders, both genders.
Of all political persuasions, they're coming to this.
This is why I say we're two-thirds of the country.
People take a deep breath.
Act like you've been here before, right?
I want to bring in now Zutty Jasser, a old friend and colleague who's one of the top guys in the world of fighting radical Islam.
Zutty, thank you so much for joining us.
This is about confirmation of some of the Biden Nominees and one in particular.
Can you walk us through what you and Frank Gaffney have been working on because it's pretty shocking and I think we've got one here They just that we just they just withdrew the communist Marxist.
unidentified
They want to put over the Treasury Department last night I think we've got another one here to get another scalp walk us through what's going on Yeah, we've and thanks for having me Steve You know the the by administration has basically farmed out its appointees to either the progressivists or the Islamists movement and Rashad Hussein is It epitomizes how Islamists have become basically at the central nervous system of the far left and the Biden administration and continuing basically what Obama set in place.
And I don't come to this from sort of the periphery.
I was on the U.S.
Commission on International Religious Freedom for four years, appointed by Senator McConnell from 2012 to 16.
And we had on that commission an ex officio member who was part of the State Department, the U.S.
Ambassador at Large for International Religious Freedom.
And this ambassador At the time when I was there was David Saperstein was supposed to go abroad and protect minorities, protect those who are persecuted because of their faith beliefs and list countries that are the worst.
And of the top 10 countries, seven to eight of them have pretty much usually been Muslim majority countries.
And that's why in our Muslim reform movement, our American Islamic Forum for Democracy that I run, we are focused not on countering terrorism, which is a tactic of Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, but countering their ideology.
Rashad Hussein is an insult to Muslims who really care about the persecution of minorities and care about dissident Muslims who might be majority, but yet are fighting against the regimes.
Because if the Biden administration is gonna appoint somebody to that position and they want it to be a Muslim, fine, don't insult us and appoint a sympathizer to Islamist movements.
Now, you're gonna have a hard time finding things on the internet that he said supporting these groups because he's cleansed that, but it's about what he didn't say.
He sat as an envoy representing the United States to what is basically the caliphate today.
It's called the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
56 countries that do everything they can to make the UN work against Israel, work against the West.
They've worked with sort of this red-green axis of the communist countries and the Islamists.
And he said nothing.
He never took on the Brotherhood when he was that envoy and they were running Egypt.
He basically And I can tell you the key to every senator that's going to be taking on this nomination is, will this Muslim, American Muslim, be feared by Islamic governments or will he be loved?
And I can promise you he will be loved, not feared.
And that's the problem with me as an American Muslim who cares about our country and our security.
steve bannon
Let me ask you this about the Muslim Brotherhood.
Should they be declared a terrorist organization, yes or no?
unidentified
Yes.
I've testified to Congress, to Senator Cruz's committee, and the House a number of times that that organization is one of the central cancer cells for not only Hamas but every radical group that is Sunni in origin.
steve bannon
Does that make you anti-Muslim by saying that?
That the Muslim Brotherhood should be designated a terrorist organization?
unidentified
It's like saying our founding fathers were anti-Christian because they were against theocracy and wanted to separate and not have the establishment of the church in government uh... that you know i think there's nothing more pro-muslim the standing against the theocrats from the home a nissen to run to the will hobbies in saudi arabia to and the muslim brotherhood that's a viral movement that wants to create sharia supremacist government so uh... there's a battle happening within the government's within the these countries
and that we need to take sides and it's i think very pro-muslim to be against the oppression of minorities and other muslims by these governments rather than working.
Just like you every day, Steve, are working against the establishment within government that want to take power because of power.
The Islamic governments, if you are against them as a Muslim, that is pro-Muslim.
It's not anti-Muslim.
steve bannon
Real quickly, Omar, what's your assessment?
Zuni, because you're so respected throughout the world, what's your assessment of Congressman Omar?
unidentified
She's a big problem.
She's an anti-Semite and has come up from the farm team of the Muslim Brotherhood sympathizers in the United States.
And I think it's very concerning to me that she can go and say things like I was, for example, as a Muslim physician in the U.S.
Navy, was on a ship that went to Somalia.
She tweeted a couple years ago that we were the terrorists in Somalia when she was young, not the actual radical group.
So she's on the wrong side of every issue.
And she's not, doesn't look at things through the lens of being pro-American, pro-constitutional law, but rather takes the side of Erdogan's Turkey, Qatar, the Islamists in Iran.
So I have big concerns that she even has a security clearance and sits on the Foreign Relations Committee.
Her latest legislation she put through about setting up an office of an Islamophobia act reads like trying to put into place an Islamic caliph in our house.
And Pelosi just lets her be unhinged while meanwhile they're removing Republican members of Congress for far lesser things that they may happen to say.
It's really everything simply upside down and she epitomizes that sort of red-green axis of AOC working with her in that so-called squad.
steve bannon
Zutti, what's your website?
How do people find your social media?
How they get to you and particularly about this nomination and also about your other thoughts about this?
unidentified
Thank you.
Yes, our website is AIFdemocracy.org.
Find me on Twitter at DrZuhdiJasser, and also our Muslim Reform Movement.
We're a broad, diverse coalition of conservatives like myself, feminists, and others that have signed on to this to let the Senate know that it's not just us and the conservatives, but rather liberals and feminists and those who want free speech that are speaking against the appointment of somebody who really will do a disservice to American security and send the wrong signal to the world that we are going to appease theocrats and those who want to threaten our security.
And by the way, he will use that position to put Israel on the defense, to put Europe and America on the defense, rather than really advocate against the real problems in the world.
And that's why we do what we do at the American Islamic Forum for Democracy.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Sudhir, thank you very much for taking time to come on today.
Very powerful voice.
unidentified
Thanks, Steve.
steve bannon
The Muslim Reformer.
Thank you, brother.
And a – it was a serving naval officer too, I might add, in the weekend of Army-Navy.
I want to bring in now Brandon Tatum, one of the – I think the foremost thinkers in the country on law and order.
And particularly having the backs of the police.
Brandon, first thing I gotta ask you, I know you don't live in L.A.
anymore, but you were out there as a police officer.
What is going on?
As they defund the police movement, what impact has it had on protecting minority communities and protecting hard-working, working-class blacks and Hispanics in these big cities, sir?
brandon tatum
I think that the movement has just decimated the protection of minorities in these inner cities and poor communities.
I mean, clearly, the people who need the police the most are people in these communities.
And I know that a lot of liberal talking points paint the picture that black people are just these docile people who don't know what's going on in the world.
But if you look at any poll, black people want police in their communities because there's crime and because police are the answer.
to solving those crimes and bringing people to justice.
So it is backfired.
I mean, this is wokeness is really causing more problems than it does cause solutions in this country.
steve bannon
Isn't it the white progressives?
And I know this when I was at Harvard and worked on Wall Street.
They have a Like such a paternal, it's almost a racist attitude when it comes to minorities.
They've never really lived in minority communities.
They've never really interacted at any level.
They think they know better.
And they put these policies in that actually destroy, whether it's abortion or whether it's defund the police, that actually destroy and break down the traditional family minority communities, but particularly make the people live in like a state of fear.
Any thoughts on that?
brandon tatum
Steve, I think you're 100% correct.
I mean, these people have no idea who black people are.
They've never been around black people and they have this bigotry of low expectation for minority people.
And I would argue that they are the most racist people on planet Earth taking isolated situations and trying to create policy based on those things.
Black people in America in general are not, should not be in fear of law enforcement officers.
Black people in general don't have a separate brain and you know, have a separate consciousness than white people in this country. I think that we're all equal. We should all be treated as such. And I really believe if these progressive liberals would get out of the way and stop trying to play daddy and play God to black people in America, I think we'll see a different mindset. We'll see progression that should be occurring in some of these inner city communities. I want to hold you over through the break for a few minutes, but we've got about a minute here.
steve bannon
On MSNBC, or CNN, but particularly MSNBC, you know, Joanne Reed, all these shows, Ari Melber, when they have these black professors on and some of these black intellectuals, the first people they go after are guys like you, right?
Or men and women that are from the minority communities, particularly black men, that want to be for law and order.
And they say, you're a tom, you're a sellout, you're just doing this for the money.
What say you, sir?
brandon tatum
These people are complete liars.
Look, I'm hurting their pocketbooks.
I'm destroying their narratives because I'm just telling the truth.
It's not that hard.
These people are lying.
They're creating animosity, creating division and hatred so that they can line their pockets and get votes.
But people like myself, man, I'm just speaking the truth.
It's not that hard.
You can do any research and find out what's really going on in America.
But that's the reason why they hate me because I'm destroying them every day because I'm authentic and because I'm telling the truth.
steve bannon
Okay.
Brandon is the author of a new book, Being Black and Blue.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We'll return with Brandon Tatum, the author of this new book.
Also, we've got Russ Vogt to talk about the gimmick overnight that gave Biden, let him up off the mat, gave him access to $2.5 trillion to spend between now and next election day of your hard-earned money.
Short commercial break.
We'll be back with Brandon Tatum and Russ Vogt in the War Room in just a moment.

Okay, I want to bring back the Officer Tatum.
This is his YouTube channel, Brandon Tatum.
Brandon, I know you've been thinking about this a lot, and you've been working on it.
The question, I just started the segment, the hour with the poll, this breaking news in the Wall Street Journal.
People's heads are blowing up all over that.
The Hispanics, we've said this for a long time, we've been working on it, the seismic shift has started.
Hispanics are rejecting Biden in historic numbers and looking that they're going to drive the 22 elections.
Is that happening, do you feel, right now among African-Americans and it's just right below the surface and particularly with African-American men?
Are you seeing this right now in your lived experience?
brandon tatum
Steve, I would agree with you 100% and that's exactly what I've been seeing now.
I wish that the rate was 50 times what it is, but I do think that Black men are waking up, more so than Black women, but Black men are taking their position and waking up and figuring out that this Biden administration and these leftist policies are not conducive for the development of their families, development of entrepreneurship, all of the above.
I mean, Black people are suffering under Joe Biden's policies, been suffering under Democrats, I think, since the inception of the Democrat Party.
And so I have seen a lot of people that have messaged me, a lot of people in my family, my friend, my best friend, you know, people who would drag me during Trump's administration are now coming back and sending me messages saying that I won, I guess the argument, and that they'll never vote for Joe Biden ever again.
But I don't think you take a rocket scientist, you know, anybody with a connected brainstem can see that Joe Biden is half dead.
And he's not producing anything that's positive in his country.
Not COVID, not anything.
Nothing that he's doing is working for the American people.
steve bannon
Brandon, you're a patriot and you've put your life on the line for the American people of all colors, races, ethnicities.
Do you wake up this morning and you see this craziness about Ukraine and putting combat troops in Ukraine?
You've got Republican senators talking about first strike nuclear capability.
The Financial Times of London warning about a Ukraine strike.
You can see how the global capital markets are already driving this and the elites.
What say you?
Do you think the American people, do you think Black Americans today, with what they're going through in this country, do they have a strong interest?
We just got out of Afghanistan for 20 years, and what, 25% or I think up to a third of the United States Army is African American.
My daughter, in her last command, or before she went back to West Point to teach, she had a command, I think 100% of her non-commissioned officers were either Black or Hispanic.
And these guys had averaged nine or ten combat tours into Iraq and Afghanistan.
They're the backbone of the army.
Did they have a strong interest in going to war to put combat troops on the ground in the Ukraine, sir?
brandon tatum
Well, I don't think, I don't think black people, I don't think white people, I don't think anybody that's serving in our military want to waste their time and potentially lose their life over these, you know, conflicts that are unnecessary and they don't benefit America.
I don't understand why we're trying to fight Other people's battles and why we spending so much time at war now.
I don't understand from a perspective of benefiting the country.
I understand from the perspective of benefiting the leads and people who own stock.
And many of these things and make money overseas.
But for the American people, I don't think there's a single person that wants to keep wasting time in wars.
When you look down the street in our own country and we see that people are having problems, our policies are absolutely out of control in these liberal cities like California, like Washington State.
Before I came on, I was watching the smashing grabs in California.
People are getting arrested.
Um, having, you know, almost millions of dollars worth of damage and stolen goods, and they're getting let out in the same day.
Nobody cares about these special interests in other countries.
We need to focus on what's going on in America.
We need to focus on what's going on in law enforcement in America.
I mean, our law enforcement personnel are quitting at high rates.
They're getting fired.
They're getting charged with crimes, and they did not do anything but serve the public honorably.
And so we need to really focus on these things.
Instead of wasting time worried about other people's countries.
steve bannon
The book is Being Black and Blue.
Let's get the cover up there.
You can get it on Amazon.
Brandon, how do people get to your YouTube channel and what's your social media, sir?
brandon tatum
So look me up, The Officer Tatum, on any social media platform.
And then also, I'm an advisor at Quest, which is a less lethal company that's doing incredibly well, publicly traded.
And so you can look me up there.
I have a link.
All my links are in Linktree.
So if you want to know anything, just look up my name and look at the links.
steve bannon
Yeah, I want to have you back on when we go through this non-lethal training and how people and how people can use these non-lethal devices and maybe if they're not comfortable with weapons when you get non-lethal.
I'm going to have you back on to drill down on that.
So, Officer Tatum, Brandon Tatum, thank you very much for joining us here in the War Room.
We're going to get all your contacts and coordinates up on our websites right now.
Thank you so much.
brandon tatum
God bless you, Steve.
Appreciate you.
steve bannon
Thanks, brother.
Okay, I want to bring in Russ Vogt now, because Russ was the last head of officer management and budget, and I tell everybody, outside of chief of staff, it's the most important job in the entire United States government, because it's the one that coordinates everything.
So, Russ, brother, you got to help me out here, man.
We had all the leverage in the world, and Mitch McConnell does.
And here's what I hate about it.
It's a gimmick.
It's just a gimmick.
And they don't have enough respect for the American people to have a brutally frank discussion.
Look, all the easy choices are in back of us.
Folks know that.
They're adults.
So tell us, Russ, what did they do last night to give Biden oxygen, to get all this madness, this orgy of spending past?
What did they do on the debt ceiling last night, sir?
russ vought
Yeah, they created an enormous gimmick that would attempt to hide a debt limit increase by attaching it to a bill to turn off a number of scheduled cuts to Medicare providers.
And by doing it, what they're doing is they're saying, we're going to provide a one-time fix to allowing the debt limit to be increased and to avoid the Senate filibuster and pass it with just 51 votes.
So that bill has passed the House of Representatives.
It's being considered in the Senate.
It'll probably be considered tomorrow.
And it is a terrible bill.
It will provide upwards of probably two and a half trillion dollars of debt limit increase to get them to the next election.
It will weaken the filibuster in a way that will lead to precedence for pushing other things through on a one-time basis, if you believe that's actually going to be one time.
And the dishonesty of it is something that I think is important to reflect on.
Instead of just going to the American people and saying, look, we're going to support a debt limit increase, It attempts to camouflage it by attaching it to this Medicare bill, which has its own different politics to it.
And people are going to want to say, hey, I voted to stop these scheduled Medicare cuts.
So it is a dishonest legislative gambit.
And it is one that just is completely irresponsible when you think about the leverage points that is giving up to the Biden administration at this critical juncture.
steve bannon
The other thing, Russ, I got to ask you.
I think the power of them doing this, though, with the tell was we're able to find the buried lead.
It's 2.5 trillion for a year.
This is essentially the run rate.
They can lie and misrepresent it, but they need about two and they need they need increase in debt onto your kids and grandchildren.
And actually anybody under 45 years old.
$2.5 trillion increase in the debt limit.
Think about that for a second.
For essentially a year.
And also to kick it through, kick it past the, kick it past the election.
So it's not, which it will be.
I guarantee Mitch McConnell, we're going to make it a central part of this.
This is, Mitch, you're only concerned about your legacy and this institute you got up in Kentucky.
And dude, it's over.
It's over.
When people hear your name, they're going to spit on the floor, okay, of what you have done to children and grandchildren here.
Russ, how important is the $2.5 trillion number?
That's what's absolutely... I'm like gobsmacked that they would have the audacity to do this and then ask for $2.5 trillion, sir.
russ vought
The way they've created this bill, Steve, is that they set up this process that they will then use next week to pass this bill with 51 votes and they've just created it so they can just write the number in.
The only way we know it's $2.5 trillion is people are doing the math and saying this is the run rate that's going to be needed to get us through the next election.
It's irresponsible.
How do you go to the American people and say you've got to be with us to oppose this Build Back Better $5 trillion bill.
And yet at the same time, you're going to construct all of these bells and whistles, this scheme to be able to allow the Biden administration to just move forward by increasing I mean, there's just no credibility under the sun.
And it is why people hate Republicans.
And you know, Donald Trump changed that.
Donald Trump provided all sorts of honesty to how we approach these fights in a new way.
And we're just going backwards right now as the Senate considers this bill.
steve bannon
Russ, the one thing, and I think one of the most powerful voices in the first Trump administration was that you'll give it to people with the bark on.
I mean, you're very pleasant, you're a devout Christian, you're a very kind individual with a kind heart.
But when you lay out the facts, you say, hey, here's how it is, and you and I used to agree early on, all the easy decisions for the American people for this, that's all past.
That's decades ago.
We don't have easy choices today.
We have hard choices.
What this narcotic they're doing about printing money is just a narcotic.
That's just to put people to sleep and to have easy choices.
We have tough decisions that have to be made now, and the American people are adults to do it.
Russ, if you can just hang through for a few minutes on the other side, I know you're jammed.
We're going to take a short break.
We're going to ask Russ Vogt that question.
What then is to be done?
What then is to be done if we're not to now Not just kick the can down the road, I think put the accelerator to the floor as we drive off the cliff.
Next, with Russ Vogt, the former head of Office of Management and Budget in the first Trump administration.
Next, in The War Room.

steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
I'd appreciate everybody if you went to MyPillow.com, promo code WORM, for your holiday shopping or considering your holiday shopping.
We've got 600 items, I think, sales across the board.
You'll be pretty surprised what you find there.
So if you want to be Santa's helper, go to MyPillow.com today.
Promo code WORM.
You want to get the best deals possible.
Okay, Russ, Russ, here's what I love about you.
You're always, you're pretty straight, you know, you're straightforward.
You don't, you don't try to mask it.
And you and I have talked about this, in fact, with Mulvaney and with Mick and you back in the summer of 17, we thought there might be a government shutdown.
You guys actually had a plan.
And the plan is you can play, you can pay, you can prioritize the payments because the cash keeps coming in.
You can pay off the government obligations, the securities, but it does get down.
At some point in time, you do have to have a tough conversation and make hard decisions about the spending.
And I'm going to tell you right now, ladies and gentlemen, I've said this for years.
The only way that you're going to get control of this Leviathan, the only way that you're going to get around, the Economist, remember a couple weeks ago, had the triumph of big government.
They said, basically, the Economist, the tip sheet for the party of Davos, said, hey, American, limited government, conservatives, that's over.
Game's over.
That ship sailed.
The only way we're going to get this for us is to have that conversation where you don't increase the debt ceiling and you're forced.
It's a forcing function to get people to come to the table, pay off all the government securities that we sold the Japanese and the Chinese because it is an obligation of the American people.
But then there's not going to be enough cash to pay off everything.
And it's going to be a tough conversation.
And I've said from day one, you have a choice.
you to take the narcotic of continually printing money because they can't sell the bonds.
Hell, if they could sell the bonds, I might not have that big a problem with it.
Have a problem with being that big?
They just got to keep printing the money and put it in the back of the working class people, right?
Just print the money.
That's like in Dune.
It's spice, right?
It's just a narcotic.
So we don't have to have any tough decisions.
It's right before Christmas.
Let's just give them another $2.5 trillion.
Let's add it to the 9-year-old kids and the 10-year-old kids.
And when they grow up to be adults, they don't have the opportunities because the country's got $75 trillion face amount of debt.
You got another $20 trillion on the Federal Reserve balance sheet.
So we're condemning them.
Let's just do it because we don't want to make tough decisions.
It's too hard.
It's too hard.
It's so unpleasant.
We may have some raised voices.
Russ Vought, tell me other than that, what are our choices, sir?
russ vought
There are no other choices, and the problem is this.
You're only the world's reserve currency until you're not.
You don't have crises until you do.
You can't, with a magic wand, just discover when you're going to have these financial crises.
Thankfully, the first three years of the administration, we had built up the type of foundation that allowed us to deal with the pandemic and the economic shock.
But now we're at the situation where we're at a breaking point, and if we have another crisis, we're not going to be able to make easy choices.
We're going to have to make hard choices, and we're going to have to do them overnight.
And that's what we're trying to do by forcing these kinds of debates now.
We're trying to make it so the choices are less hard down the road, that people have the ability to respond to them.
And quite frankly, when we talk about hard choices, often what we're just saying is, Cause the federal government to be smaller and leaner.
We're not even talking about some of the things that would really hurt the American people who are relying on some of these entitlement programs.
We're talking about get government spending down.
Make it so that HUD grants don't go out on an ongoing basis.
steve bannon
Hang on.
Russ Vought, and this is action.
Trump, they never talk about it, and of course they're never going to give Trump credit.
When the financial crisis in 2008 started, we had $880 billion in the Federal Reserve balance sheet.
When Donald Trump took the oath of office, there was $4.5 trillion from Obama.
That's how they blew it up, they forced cash into the system to save the system after the collapse.
Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States, in 18 months did quantitative tightening.
He took almost $1 trillion out.
He never gets credit for this.
He had 3% growth, no inflation, increasing wages, record unemployment, and he took a trillion dollars out of the system.
Quantitative tightening.
This is what action is.
Do you think you could handle that, ladies and gentlemen, and also handle a few mean tweets?
I'm really sorry, Progressive Left, if he had some mean tweets, okay?
There's some mean, there, yeah, some of the tweets were mean.
I'm the first, hey, some of them are gonna be unsavory.
But look at the actions.
Russ, what you guys did was heroic.
And they never want to talk about it.
It can be done if you use your agency.
It can be done if you get guys like Russ Vogt in the room and sit there and go, hey guys, here's how we got to do it.
It's going to be tough.
We're going to make some tough decisions.
They got to start treating the American citizens like adults.
This is what's so outrageous about it.
This is why Mitch McConnell's got to go.
Anybody running the United States Senate does not stand up and say, I will not vote for Mitch McConnell to be Majority Leader, does not deserve your vote, does not deserve your support, and call him out.
Call him out right now.
Say, where do you stand?
I got one issue I'm interested in.
Where do you stand with Mitch McConnell?
This gimmick overnight gave Biden the oxygen he needs to get up off the mat.
Russ, how did it get to your organization?
Because every day you're putting up information in your Twitter feeds on fire and your Gitter feed.
How do people get to you?
russ vought
Sure.
AmericaRenewing.com, at RussVote on Twitter, at RussVote on Getter.
We're going to continue to keep this thing updated as we move through this debate.
And honestly, this is a great compliment to the War Room audience, to the extent that they've had to resort to the gimmick that they are.
It's because they know that they want to increase the debt limit and they know That the leverage points that this war room community is creating on a daily basis is working.
So we just got to keep it up.
We'll hold them accountable on this one.
But stay stay updated by following us on Twitter and Getter.
steve bannon
Follow him now over this vote tomorrow.
We want all the numbers up.
I want you bombarding your Senate, the Senate, your local offices in your state and on Washington, D.C.
Tell them this is unacceptable.
They can't be any of the 10.
They can't be anybody that supports us.
This is a gimmick.
They got to treat you like adults.
Russ, thank you so much, brother.
Fantastic.
Make sure you're on Russ's Getter and Twitter because he's updating people constantly with new information.
Thanks, brother.
I want to bring in now one of the thought leaders of the populist movement in this country and a real warrior, Royce White.
Hey, Royce, before I get to I want to talk about China and the Olympics and all that, but I got to ask you about this poll.
Rahim just got it over to me, some analysis of the Wall Street Journal.
We had Brandon Tatum on.
One of the top law enforcement guys in the country here a minute ago.
The Hispanics, it is, the shift is happening.
You're seeing it now.
The seismic shift of Hispanics, particularly Hispanic men, that are now rejecting what Joe Biden stands for.
Rejecting this regime.
Rejecting the economics of it, the social policies of it, the foreign policies, the geopolitical policies.
You've been at the forefront of this.
Ask Brandon, when are African American men going to join us?
Because they are ripe.
Right.
They are ripe for this movement, this movement.
It could be predicated upon them.
You've been at the forefront of this and you're a fire breathing populist.
What's your analysis of this?
royce white
Well, you know, I credit Donald Trump.
One of the one of the main things I credit him for during his run for the presidency and during his time in the White House was he emphasized the bad deals that America have cut.
And I think black America as a subset have cut very bad deals.
And maybe the worst deal of all is giving our giving our vote to the Democrats for false promises.
And I think those false promises are starting to wear thin.
And I think there's an energy in the black community in black America that that wants to see actionable leadership.
steve bannon
Royce, you had a protest out there for Mr. Floyd after he was murdered out there.
You led a protest and you took it to the Federal Reserve headquarters in Minneapolis.
Given that you took a protest to the Federal Reserve and you've been at the forefront of this discussion, what are your thoughts about a guy like Mitch McConnell doing this gimmick?
To really take away our leverage on the debt ceiling and allow another $2.5 trillion to be put on the debt of the American people.
What are your thoughts, sir?
royce white
I think the black community has always talked about the state or the system, you know, as a monolith.
But I think now, through a situation like the Federal Reserve, through the economic tyranny that has been on display, and through voices like yours and others in the country Try to articulate that in a way that's digestible.
I think Black America is starting to wake up that the boogeyman of a system or a corrupt state becomes a realization when you talk about the economic front and the Federal Reserve.
You know, we took our protests to the Federal Reserve because we wanted to know where the 30 trillion went.
A lot of people were saying defund the police.
I'm sitting there going, where'd 30 trillion go?
steve bannon
Powerful.
It got my attention when you did it.
That's a question I ask every day.
People should ask them for the other 2.5 trillion.
Where are the first 28, 29 trillion, 30 trillion?
Where's that?
Where's the use of proceeds of that?
I know that it's on the back of the American people.
Royce, you've also led this effort about exposing the Chinese Communist Party, and Miles Guo did an incredible video this morning about the Olympics.
I know there's other people in the NBA picking up, you know, you've been defending the Uyghurs, you've been defending Lao-Beijing, you've been going after the corporations, the woke corporations that are in business with them.
What are your thoughts, you know, Biden comes out and says, oh, not gonna have any diplomats go.
What are your thoughts about the Beijing Olympics and the message you believe should be sent by the American people to the criminals in Beijing about their Olympics, sir?
royce white
It's interesting, you know, I hear a lot of people saying, keep the politics out of sports, keep the social issues out of sports.
But that's a complete non-starter because sports is politics.
The politics are never off.
And sports in our country and around the world represent a global corporate community.
And we live under a global corporatocracy.
And the flavor of the day for them is always chameleonic politics.
The double cross and the triple cross.
And here's the double cross.
Yes, I think there should be a diplomatic boycott of the Beijing Olympics.
But I think it's a wink and nod to China that we're taking a stand without really taking a stand.
I think there should have been an economic embargo placed on China by this administration.
And I think that we should prepare our armed forces to protect Taiwan there in the South China Sea.
So, you know, a diplomatic boycott can't substitute for that.
And ultimately, you know, I see this as a play for Joe Biden to, you know, try and save for some of his approval rating, to be honest.
And, you know, obviously what's taking place with the Uyghurs is the defining issue of our time.
And there's nothing fake or gimmicky that can be done that will satisfy, you know, what's taking place with that group of people.
steve bannon
I want to drill down a second.
I would ask you if you could stay through the break.
When you say Of everything that's going on and everything you're involved in, and you got MSNBC, you know, every night about what's being put on African Americans in this country.
When a guy like Royce White, who's a warrior and a patriot and one of the thought leaders of the populist movement, the nationalist movement throughout the world, when you say the Uyghurs is the defining issue of our time, what do you mean by that?
royce white
The entire social justice Movement, which is one of the linchpins of this elitist, neoliberal, authoritarian movement, globalist movement, is about justice, the idea of justice, the idea of freedom.
And we have capitulated and sold our country out to an authoritarian regime whose values do not align with America's.
And while I say that the Joe Biden play in this diplomatic boycott is Royce, can you hang on for one second?
steve bannon
We're taking a short commercial break.
I want to finish that thought that we didn't change them, they changed us.
Royce White, one of the leaders of the populist movement in this country, is going to join us on the other side in the War Room.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Okay, welcome back to The War Room.
steve bannon
We've got a lot to get through in the last segment here.
Royce, we're not going to be able to finish this conversation.
I want to spend more time because you, more than anybody in this country, has called out corporate America about the support of this whole, the woke corporations.
And you've done it, and this is why I'm so proud of knowing Royce White and concerning him, a colleague, is that he's done it to the economic detriment of his own person.
You can follow me on Substack.
I have a Substack that's running currently.
I'm on Gitter.
you're gonna take a hit, personal hit and a commercial hit.
And I want to, how many people are out there that will do that?
Royce, how do people get to your writings and books and how do they follow you on social media?
royce white
You can follow me on Substack.
I have a Substack that's running currently.
I'm on Gitter and that's it, man.
steve bannon
Royce, I want to bring you back.
The Beijing Olympics brings together so many of the corporate interests, so many of the human rights interests, so much of what's going on in the world.
I really want your analysis for it because I don't think it's too late to stop this.
Myles Guo had this incredible and passionate video on GTV today that I want to get to you and make sure we talk it through because there's something going on here.
It's very important to take a stand now.
So Royce, thank you for your leadership in this movement and thank you for being the guy you are, Royce White.
OK, I want to go to I want to go to Joe Allen now.
Joe, I did The Great Tim Pool Show last night, and I don't know, two thirds of it turned out to be about transhumanism.
I didn't plan it at the beginning, but I see the thirst that people have of all ages and political persuasion, because Tim principally is a guy from the left.
But his colleagues there, the transhumanism issue caught fire and his audience was totally into it.
Did you get a chance to to watch this last night?
joe allen
Yes, Steve.
I watched the whole thing, including the members-only segment.
Yeah, it was fantastic, man.
I really do appreciate the shout-out, for sure.
And, you know, I've followed Luke Rudkowski's work for a long time.
He and I both actually appeared at the same publication, Disinformation, many, many years ago.
and uh... he really does have his head wrapped around uh...
the sort of technocratic or transhumanist movement and uh... especially as it relates to bill gates in the world economic forum so you know if he's willing to do it You know, we'd love to have him on The War Room.
We'll see what happens.
steve bannon
No, no.
Luke, he's a very special guy.
I mean, last night he was, he's thought at this at two or three levels.
What do you have for us today?
We're so backed up in articles.
I know you're putting stuff up.
Every day blows my head up.
I mentioned the thing last night, which I want to reiterate real quickly about Moore's Law.
You know, Moore's Law, the reason you're here today with an iPhone that has more computing capacity than Johnson Space Center.
when we went to the moon is Moore's Law, the doubling of capacity of a chip as it shrinks every 18 months.
You know, it materially shrinks, but it adds two times the power.
Over, what, 50 years now?
60 years it's happened?
And you made this point about the article about artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence is not doubling.
It's, what is it, a factor of 6x that's increasing, Joe?
joe allen
Yes, that was, so, you know, this is just a preliminary study.
It was done by M.L.
steve bannon
Perth.
joe allen
But what they found, this is published in IEEE Spectrum Magazine, what they found was that over the last two years, some of the most advanced machine learning systems have increased their performance 6.8 to 11 times.
So it far exceeds Moore's Law, but it's only the benchmark really began About two and a half years ago, so whether that continues or not no one knows, but I'll tell you there's three stories up right now at war room org We're really trying to get these articles out to people so that they can wrap their heads around this you know really the purpose I think the reason you brought me on is that we want populist Americans to understand that
the sorts of technological developments that are happening now, and especially the intention behind them and where the people who are developing these technologies want them to go.
So, you know, we reported yesterday that the Harvard Gazette announced a new institute at Harvard, the Kempner Institute for the Study of Natural and Artificial Intelligence.
And that institute has been funded by Mark Zuckerberg.
He's put up $500 million to bring on new faculty, to of course buy tons of new computers and equipment, and also to fund an interdisciplinary study between neuroscience and artificial intelligence.
Ultimately, the goal is to have a much better, deeper understanding of the human brain in order to design better artificial intelligence systems, which will then better understand the human brain in a sort of symbiotic loop.
Now, there are two stories that are up right now on warroom.org.
You don't have to wrap your head around all the details, but you should at least be aware of what's happening right now.
A story broke today, also at IEEE's Spectrum Magazine, with a really strange title.
It actually takes the title from the study in Nature, from which the article derives.
It's AI Hallucinates Novel Proteins.
Now that word hallucinates really jumps out.
They also use terms like dreams up.
And what the study that was published, it details an experiment done by scientists from all over America, including the University of Washington, in which a deep learning system literally created novel proteins, 2000 novel proteins.
The scientists then went into the lab and they confirmed that the structure is accurate and it's I'm being told that my mic is popping, so please, for the audience, please excuse whatever technical difficulties we're having.
But the scientists then confirmed that the deep learning system had indeed correctly predicted the protein structure, and what that means is that you have an artificial intelligence system creating novel biological forms, and it's being confirmed in the lab to have physical validity.
And that idea that it's dreaming it up, that it's hallucinating it, is this humanization of the system itself.
And the scientists behind this see these as sort of quasi-human or soon-to-be-human entities.
unidentified
Wow.
steve bannon
Wow.
We wanted to end the show with a bang.
I think we just did.
Go to Worm.org.
We brought Joe, as I said last night on the Great Tim Pool Show, we brought Joe over and we're going to bring a whole team to work with Joe because this is, I think it may be the issue of our time.
And people have got to get their head around it.
It's not science fiction, it's science fact.
By next fall, Elon Musk, I think the most brain engineer in this country, said he's going to be putting a chip in a human brain.
He's going to be putting a chip not in a monkey, not in a pig, in a human brain.
Joe Allen, thank you very much.
Go to Worm.org.
Joe has got links to his site.
I want to thank you very much.
We'll be back here at 5.
We're going to go through this polling.
