The virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is gonna be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
nicolle wallace
Talk about what his base is willing to do now.
unidentified
Well, it's frightening.
Everything abnormal starts to seem normal in the Trump era, but let's just start with the fact that 68% of all Republicans believe that the election was stolen, that Joe Biden is an illegitimate president.
68%, so more than two-thirds of all Republicans.
It's a catastrophic number, unprecedented in American history.
We've had nothing like it before.
I say in the piece, The Civil War, the Confederates understood that Lincoln had won the election.
They wanted to split from the country because of that.
They didn't claim otherwise.
So, Trump has truly radicalized tens of millions of people who genuinely believe that the election was stolen.
Now, the vast majority of Republican elected officials know and would confess if you gave them a sufficient quantity of truth serum That Biden won the election.
But they can't let on they know that because the base is now so filled with angry passion about it and so misled.
That it's unsafe for an elected Republican to acknowledge Biden as a legitimate president.
nicolle wallace
Let me give you the last word, and I want to ask you about your editor's letter that accompanied the whole issue but came out when your piece came out.
It was about the Atlantic's commitment to covering if this is what is to pass the demise of democracy.
I'm familiar with some of your reporting, certainly about my old boss and everything that ensued after 9-11.
What is this like?
Like being on the front line as a journalist covering the potential demise of democracy in our own country.
unidentified
I'm struggling with disbelief myself, which I think is actually central to the strategic problems that small D Democrats have right now, is that we just can't believe this is really happening.
Yeah.
steve bannon
I believe it's really happening because it's happening.
You know what's interesting?
When they have every branch of government, they have pop culture, they have high culture, they have the universities, they have Wall Street, they have the world corporations, they've got it all.
And look how in the mumble tank they are.
You know why?
Because you out there in this audience are now engaged.
You're actually engaged at the school board level.
You're engaged as as election officials.
You volunteer to be poll watchers.
You're volunteering to be to be election officials inside the room for the count.
You're running for county clerks.
You want to you want to be engaged in the election process and make sure that every that only legitimate Legal, chain of custody, certified votes of a, wait for it, American citizens count.
And look how depressed they are.
I love it.
And by the way, they said 68% believe he's illegitimate and the election was stolen.
We haven't been doing our job.
I thought this was like 90%.
Heck, I thought we were 68% of the American people.
I know we're getting close to crossing 50%.
Ladies and gentlemen, victory begets victory.
And I could literally watch that all day long.
The long faces, the big crocodile tears, right, of people who trashed President Trump when he won in 16.
We're out there with thousands of people every day protesting, really mobs outside of Trump Tower.
Every day in the transition, you know, people putting the conch shells in their head and cutting their foreheads, crying out, the women in pink hats.
All the haters, the Russian hoax, all of it.
No, no, no, no, no.
They forget all that.
The riots they had here on Inauguration Day in 2017.
But you let...
The deplorables not curl up in the fetal position, but fight back and actually start to win elections across the country from Long Island to the villages in Connecticut, to the House of Representatives in New Jersey, to almost winning the New Jersey governorship, to winning the governorship in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and having 95% participation as election officials and poll watchers.
When in 2020, the presidential election, I think it was 33% in a typical gubernatorial year, it's about 27%.
You are engaged like never before and you have rattled them to the core of their being because they control every apparatus.
Tell me what they don't control.
They control the House, the Senate, the White House, right?
All the universities, all the world corporations, the media, television, Hollywood, entertainment, most of sports now, low culture, pop culture, high culture, across the board.
Tell me what we control.
I tell you what we control.
As I've been saying, two-thirds of the American people, they're awakened to what the scam is, what the con is, okay?
And they're not going to have it.
They understand that we're going to win, I don't know, 40, 50, 60 seats.
I say 100.
100 seats, 100 years.
That's now starting to sink into them, right?
The reverse psychological warfare.
unidentified
Remember, Part of this is psychological warfare.
steve bannon
And you see right there with Nicole Wallace, we're breaking them.
They're breaking.
Right there on MSNBC, Rachel Maddow quits.
Brian Williams quits.
George Clooney says, no, I'm going to stay in my castle in my villa in northern Italy.
I'm out.
Not doing politics.
With Matthew McConaughey, oh yeah, I'll be governor of Texas.
No, I'm not because it's too hard.
It's too tough.
I think I'll quit.
Cuomo gone, Don Lemon about to be gone.
Either quitting or getting bounced.
We're shattering them.
And you know what's shattering them?
Not Donald Trump, not Steve Bannon, not the war room.
It's you.
Because you're engaged like never before and that's what their fear is.
Oh my God.
These people are really, they're serious.
And yes, you are serious.
I want to bring in Dan Schultz.
By the way, we couldn't go too long into the cold open, but Barton Gellman continued on.
He's the writer for The Atlantic.
The next two or three months, everything's going to be 6 January.
He's got this piece and he said right there, he says, they're more organized.
They're more organized than the Democrats are.
They're more serious.
There's more passion.
They're getting involved.
unidentified
Right.
steve bannon
They're getting involved.
And what they actually said, precinct committee, election officials, school boards.
You have all these Trump crazies?
No, you have American citizens and they're getting off the couch.
They're putting down the channel changer.
They're saying, I'm not just going to sit here and listen to talk radio anymore.
I'm not going to watch Fox with the Republican talking points.
Time show after show, after show, after show.
I get it.
Let me write this.
Get up in the morning on Fox and Friends, write down the Republican talking points for the thought of the day.
And you know, you can go out and go about your business.
Go be a precinct committeeman.
I want to bring in Dan Schultz.
I can't think of anybody better to bring in on the commemoration of December 7th, 1941.
Dan's a West Point graduate.
He's really dedicated his life here to the precinct strategy.
Dan, Bart and Gellman, and they've kind of conflated the election officials at the local level with precinct commitment.
And I keep telling them, no, you're conflating.
It's actually two different things.
They won't listen.
But you know why?
Because of them, it's all the same thing.
It's all the unwashed masses.
It's the deplorables.
The unvaccinated untouchables are now getting empowered.
Dan Schultz, how does it feel to have these guys in the running every day?
The Washington Post or CNN, you know, Sally, Sarah Murray and the CNN had a big story in this this morning, are just, they're absolutely apoplectic that people are becoming empowered.
And part of that is through your good officers, sir.
dan schultz
Well, thanks, Steve.
You know, I don't really think about them too much.
I'm glad they're helping us, though, with their stories and, you know, basically teaching civics now to Americans, and that's a good thing.
And, you know, that's what's at my site, precinctstrategy.com, precinctstrategy.com.
And in my little book that I wrote, you know, this is a civics cookbook, this book.
That's all it is.
It's what I learned in seventh grade civics.
It's not difficult.
You show up, you learn the bylaws, you learn a little bit about Robert's Rules of Order.
Usually there's a few people at these committee meetings that will know it really well, so you don't have to know all the ins and outs of Robert's Rules, but you should know the basics.
There's plenty of information on the net, and I've tried to compile all of it at pricingstrategy.com.
There's a little bit of everything there about the basics for getting, like you said, off the couch, finding your local or county committee meeting.
If you're in a rural area, it'll probably be a county committee meeting.
If it's in an urban area, it might be an assembly district meeting.
But the key thing is you want to go and get involved and volunteer and say, I'd like to volunteer to become a voting member of this committee.
That's the power of the precinct committeeman.
They have two main powers.
One is they get to elect everybody in the party.
They get to elect the county chairs.
They get to elect the state chairman indirectly by electing electors.
And how it all works varies from state to state.
The RNC sets down the ground rules.
And what's ironic about this is Harry Truman said in 56 in a speech, So the most important job I ever had in politics was precinct captain.
He was a precinct committeeman.
And back in the early 60s, the RNC had a program called Precinct Education Program.
Well, here's the RNC, there's Barry Goldwater, NRSC, National Republican Senatorial Committee, the NRCC.
The RNC itself was promoting the recruitment of precinct committeemen, and they said in this pamphlet, it works.
When we have more precinct committeemen, we can get out the vote more effectively, For Republicans, but if you go to the RNC's website today, there's nothing there about becoming a precinct committeeman because they don't want you.
That in itself is enough to want to become one.
You know, everybody wants to be a member of a club that the club doesn't want you, right?
Um, it's just human nature.
If you want to save the Republic, you got to become a precinct committeeman.
There's 200,000 of these slots still vacant in the party.
Here in Arizona, we're just over half strength statewide now, up from 36%.
But that's not enough.
I want to get to 100% by April, when the date is set for submitting your paperwork to run in the August primary to get elected to a precinct committee slot.
Instead of having 36% of those slots with a candidate, I want 100% of those slots to have at least one candidate so we can bring the If you go to Dan's site, they can also send you to every state.
You get all the rules and regulations.
It's basically free.
You don't have to be a donor.
This is about empowering yourself.
unidentified
If we need to do that in every state.
steve bannon
If you go to Dan's site, they can also send you to every state.
You get all the rules and regulations.
It's basically free.
You don't have to be a donor.
This is about empowering yourself.
You get to be part of the action.
Dan, real quickly, and I want to hold you through the break, real quickly, is that why does he continue to say every day is that everything about this in school boards and election officials is anti-democratic, the end of democracy and the beginning of fascism?
when it's american citizens are now getting involved back at like the the town hall meetings back in New England before the committee of correspondence were set up prior to the revolution. Why are they in such meltdown that what you're proposing is anti-democratic, sir?
dan schultz
It's right out of the playbook of leftists and postmodernists.
They have to attack you personally.
It's right out of Saul Alinsky.
They want to, you know, freeze you as being some sort of kook who wants to get involved in party politics.
And that somehow that's crazy when really it's, like I said, it's seventh grade civics.
They used to encourage us about having a civic duty.
We all had a civic duty to be up on the issues, to vote intelligently, and then to participate in our process, to at least vote.
And then you can take it one step further and, you know, only about one out of a hundred or 125 Republicans can be a precinct committeeman.
But right now we only have about 1 out of 250, and that means about 1 out of 500 conservatives only are in the party, and we need to boost that number quickly.
steve bannon
We're going to come back with Dan, his site, PrecinctStrategy.com.
Also, Wade Miller, one of the guys over there working on stopping the increase in the debt ceiling.
Russ Vought's partner, Wade Miller, next in The War Room.
unidentified
War Room.

War Room, pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.

MyPillow.com promo code war room.
Okay, I want to go back to the man that has the has the let's repeat this.
Here we got the deplorables and he got a guy that volunteers like Dan Schultz, who's already served his country, great patriot out of West Point.
And they've got all Every branch of government, including the administrative state, they got that permanently, okay?
That's why it's got to be deconstructed.
But then they have Congress, they have the House, the Senate, they've got the executive branch, and of course, I think they've got the courts and all these liberal U.S.
attorneys.
So they got all that apparatus, got the universities, they got pop culture, low culture, high culture, Wall Street, the oil corporations, they got it all.
They got it all.
Except they don't have the American people.
America, they pressure, they put all stuff in there and they're sitting there whining, they're in meltdown.
Atlantic Magazine, the great Atlantic Magazine, been around since before the Civil War, right?
One of the great journals in America.
Anything you can make it that long, got to be great, right?
Barton Gellman sitting there crying, whining.
Oh my God, it's Dan Schultz and these precincts guys and they're so organized.
They're so organized.
Just a little old war room in the war room posse, we're breaking them.
It's the first thing, remember, the first part of psychological warfare is to break your will to resist.
This is what they tried to do with us after January 20th.
Remember, they had the troops and the barbed wire and the fences and you guys are domestic terrorists and the FBI is kind of the big thing.
It's to break your will to resist.
So that you curl up in the fetal position and next thing you know there are 10 more states and there are 50 more Supreme Court justices and they've overwhelmed you in every aspect and telling you how to run your life, how to raise your children, who to worship, how to worship.
But you resisted and now we're breaking them.
Look at Nicole Wallace.
Look at these people every day.
They're wanting to get the big long face.
We're breaking them and we're going to break them more.
Okay?
MSNBC, the Saul Alinsky Left, the House, Nancy Pelosi, and all establishment Republicans, get ready to embrace the suck, okay?
Because there's many more patriots after us that are coming to be priests and committeemen to take over the school boards, to get back to education, not indoctrination, and become election officials, and make sure that there's a fair and free count.
That's what democracy is about, a fair and free election.
And he says, oh 68% of Republicans, I look around at the war room, the team here, we're not doing our job.
It ought to be 68% of Americans, it ought to be 98% of Republicans, so we got to do a better job.
On the illegitimate regime that is Joe Biden, compromised by the Chinese Communist Party, completely incompetent, everything they touch they screw up.
Dan Schultz, how do people get to precinct strategy?
It is incumbent upon everybody in this audience to go to the ramparts and either go take over a school board, go become an election official, go become a precinct committeeman, get active in your local community, at your town council.
It's time for your voice to be heard.
And you've seen around the country, as soon as your voice starts to be heard, you're a domestic terrorist because you're anti the globalist regime.
Dan Schultz, how do people get to you?
dan schultz
All you've got to do is go to precinctstrategy.com.
Precinctstrategy.com.
Now, up at the top, there's two buttons.
One's for the one-minute promo video that explains, in one minute, the Precinct Committee on Strategy, and the other button It says click here to connect with other conservatives in your state.
That takes you to our new precinct strategy communications and collaboration platform, where we're going to try to get every America First precinct committeeman, every America First wannabe precinct committeeman, and anybody else who's America First who supports the precinct committeeman strategy onto this platform, state by state,
Communicating with one another, sharing documents, strategizing, chat, you know there's chat rooms and it's private and it's secure and my hat is off to the folks who have built my website and Robert Beadle and his programmers who are building the site at pill.net.
And Mark Knowles is my webmaster, and he's a precinct committeeman up in Oregon, and he's done a great job with the website.
But that's where you go, and you can also order my book there.
The digital copy is only three measly bucks, and then you can walk around with it on your phone like I do.
So thanks for having me.
steve bannon

Dan Schultz.
Keep breaking them.
Love it.
Dan Schultz.

dan schultz
Beat Navy.
steve bannon
Big game this weekend.
My daughter, Captain Bannon, will be up there.
It's actually in New York City.
It's up at the Meadowlands.
I want to bring in Wade Miller, Center for Renewing America, Russ Vogt's partner.
So, Wade, if we were serious people, because you have trillions of dollars.
That they kind of somehow want to pass before Christmas Day.
Of course, you never see where they're having meetings.
They're never making it to the public.
They haven't made any presentations.
But now they got a gimmick because they have a problem.
They can't be passing this orgy of spending unless the parents increase the credit card.
Right.
Of course, they're blaming all this is ridiculous.
You know, Chuck, Chuck Todd, a college job, you know, a genius, a financial genius, Chuck Todd, a college dropout.
Right lecturing us and we got to do it at the death ceiling.
It's ridiculous.
Thanks Chuck.
I'll tell you what go back and graduate then come back and talk to us.
How's that?
Then you can have a seat at the table to give us your great thoughts about what you think about the country's balance sheet and the finances.
You know, it's amazing how many got Brian Williams Chuck Todd totally uneducated right uneducated, but they they're pontificating all the time about the great topics of the day Wade.
They got a gimmick.
Because the deplorables, if you think he got leverage at the grassroots and going to these committees and elections and taking over school boards and doing all of it, we just took over nine in Colorado, right?
Supposedly a blue state.
We got more leverage with the debt ceiling because until they get the deplorables to agree to it, nothing happens.
But they've got to explain to me.
I think they've got some gimmick up there with tonight.
They're going to try to pass some part of a bill and merge it with something else.
It's only going to take 51 votes to do it.
Oh, just one time.
We're just going to increase the debt ceiling one time.
Do you know what's going on, Wade?
Can you explain it to us?
unidentified
Sure.
So the overriding problem here is we have trillions of dollars in spending.
It's way over budget.
It's funding tyranny through several executive branch agencies at every level.
Over a long period of time, we're way over our budget.
Kash Patel has done a lot of research on the way the executive branch is using all this money against us.
And so Republican leadership is in this position where they have to take a position against raising the debt ceiling, or at least appear to be fighting on it.
So what they've said is, we're not going to give any votes to increase the debt ceiling.
What's happened is, is they're now backed into a corner, and in true, you know, D.C.
Swamp fashion, they're trying to figure out how to scramble around that and make it look like they're fighting while they're really not.
And so, what they've concocted is, they basically have a process here by which they'll give a one-time exemption on the filibuster.
And of course, it's one time.
We know how this happens.
This will become the norm, and 10 years from now it'll be called tradition, and this will be used to pass all manner of swamp.
The reason it's so disingenuous is because process is policy.
They could, if leadership wanted to just go the other route of deceiving our base, just get 10 senators to vote for cloture and then they'd have enough votes to To pass it on on final passage, but they don't want to do that because it'll be too obvious that they're no longer fighting.
So they've concocted this very complicated process scenario that most Americans won't be able to understand and follow.
Of course, you've got a pretty educated audience.
I think they'll be on top of this in pretty outraged like like a lot of us are.
And so that's basically what's happening is our Republican leadership, because they've not wanted to make the case that trillions of dollars in debt is funding tyranny against American citizens.
They just want the debt ceiling to be seen as something that's not politically problematic for them.
They're finding ways to do an end run around this to just move the ball forward and make it look like the Democrats did this by themselves.
steve bannon
To your headcount.
Because I keep hearing that a couple of Republicans could vote for this, to even give this process air cover.
So this could get, you know, 53 or 54 votes, so it doesn't come down to a great time.
What are we to do?
What is your recommendation?
This is Mitch McConnell.
This is to get away from the leverage of the deplorables, where the people are outraged.
They don't want any increase in the debt ceiling whatsoever.
unidentified
What's your recommendation that what folks should be doing?
That's a great question.
So I think that the American people, one, need to understand that process votes are policy.
And so just because you vote in the process to move the policy along later, but then vote against it on final passage, that still means that you voted for it.
You voted to get that final outcome, and they'll try to hide behind that process to obfuscate what they are actually doing.
So that's number one.
Number two, the American people just need to contact their senators and their house reps and make sure that they know that we're on to what's going on here and that we're not going to allow this complicated procedure to occur without some sort of political consequences and that the American people know what's going on here.
They know that they're having the wool pulled over their eyes.
They know that this is a dishonest strategy.
They know that this is Mitch McConnell using procedure to mislead his own base while out there publicly saying that we're fighting on these issues, which we're not.
So I think that those are the two things.
Understand what's happening here procedurally, and then contact your members of Congress and senators and tell them that this is not good enough.
steve bannon
Wade, we'll put your links up through the break.
Thank you very much.
Wade Miller over the Senate.

War Room.

With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, in your Kirsten shopping, make sure you consider MyPillow.com.
Go there today.
MyPillow.com, promo code war room.
You've got sales on virtually everything, and I mean big sales.
You've got 10-year pricing on the classic pillow.
You've got the, which is as low as $19.98 from $69.98.
You've got the buy Giza sheets.
Buy one, get one free.
You've got the biblical pillows.
The historical pillows for the kids and the grandkids.
You've got the towels, amazing towels, a six-pack of these towels, normally $109, now $39.
The key is you've got sales across the board on every different product up to, I think, 600 of the products that they sell.
Amazing range.
Make sure you consider making it part of your holiday And remember, no logistics problems with Mike Pella.
You order from Mike Lindell, you get it from Mike Lindell.
Okay, I want to go to, and all this we're talking about, by the way, their meltdown about the war room posse and the cadre at the war room getting engaged at the grassroots level.
At the same time, they're in complete – they're imploding on polling.
I mean the lowest polling I've seen in history.
At the same time, the redistricting – we told you the redistricting is so important.
In Texas, they've got to go to – they've got to get Merrick Garland.
Heard that name before?
Merrick Garland's got to get his nose in Texas business.
He's now suing a federal court.
But you don't see him up in Maryland suing Maryland.
They're taking seats away from Republicans.
You don't see it in New York.
You don't see it in Illinois.
And we say, hey, if you control it, play Smash Mouth.
You got to do it anyway.
We're going to do the same.
And I don't think they've done a tough enough job in Texas.
I think it should be a couple other seats taken and in Florida and in Tennessee and these red states.
Right now we need 100 seats for 100 years, and I'm talking about in Texas, and it's not about the growth of the Hispanic community.
The Hispanic community growth is on our side.
That's part of our coalition.
That's what the votes that we're winning, because they've had it.
They've had it with you.
You've destroyed their livelihood.
You've destroyed their neighborhoods.
You've opened the border.
You've had this invasion of the southern border.
They don't want any more of it.
They've rejected your policies.
That's why the polling's so low.
But I gotta ask you, Boris, first off, the meltdown you've seen in the media, and we're pressed for time so I want to make sure we get to everything you've got today.
The meltdown about precinct committee men, people taking over school boards, and particularly people going and volunteering to be election officials.
Have you ever seen anything like it, sir?
boris epshteyn
I love it.
I love every second of it, Steve.
It represents exactly where the Union Party is.
And this isn't about Democrat versus Republican.
This is the old line establishment, the same establishment that's putting through this total nonsense, one-time process in the Senate to Push through trillions and trillions, trillions more debt on the backs of the deplorables, Mitch McConnell.
This same Uniparty is condescending, is scared, is petrified of the MAGA movement, of the War Room Posse.
It's such an honor to be speaking to the Posse today, because it's a big day.
We've got an acknowledgement of strength.
From Merrick Garland in that lawsuit, nonsense lawsuit, the DOJ versus the state of Texas.
Acknowledgement of strength from Mitch McConnell because he's scared to use normal Senate procedure.
No, no, we've got to use the special, super-duper secret procedure, okay?
That is an acknowledgement of strength of the MAGA movement, of the War Room Posse, and the strength of the precinct committee men, committee women, the strength of the precinct captains.
Those who are going to be poll watchers, this is MAGA taking control.
And I've been saying this, and I'm proud to say this, MAGA is the captain now.
This populist movement is not going backward.
It's only going forward.
It's only growing.
And you're seeing it in the numbers.
You know, Merrick Garland wants to say, oh, Texas is somehow disenfranchising black and brown voters.
Wrong.
Wrong.
You know why?
Look at the Marist poll.
Look at the Quinnipiac poll.
Look at the YouGov economist poll.
unidentified
It shows you right there, the black and brown voters are going with Republicans.
boris epshteyn
And not Republicans, they're going with MAGA Republicans.
unidentified
Okay?
boris epshteyn
So, by actually challenging the redistricting, Merrick Garland is the one that's disenfranchising black and brown voters.
unidentified
Okay?
boris epshteyn
You want to talk about disenfranchising?
Look at Maryland, as you said, Steve.
Look at Illinois.
Look at New York.
That's where it's happening.
It's not happening in Texas.
And you said it absolutely right.
We need stronger redistricting in Florida.
We want four or five new magazines.
Stronger redistricting in Georgia.
Lots of nonsense in Georgia.
So, we need that to happen, but here's what we know for a fact.
By the level of the meltdown of mainstream media and the unit party, they absolutely realize what you and the MAGA movement and the war on policy and the leadership of President Trump have known for a long time.
The MAGA is here to stay, and then the movement is the strongest movement in the history of this country.
steve bannon
Boris, let's talk about some numbers.
We're going to go back to Texas in a second, the redistricting, but let's go to the math on this poll.
It's a Wall Street Journal poll that it's worse than all the other ones.
It just keeps getting bad.
That's where they got the long faces on MSNBC.
It's over.
It's over.
Talk to us about the Wall Street Journal's poll.
boris epshteyn
So first, this is the Wall Street Journal poll, okay?
Listen, this is a 1,500 sample, 1,500 people, and they did it as a collaboration between President Joe Biden's, a legitimate Joe Biden's pollster, and between President Trump's pollster, Tony Fabrizio, who I respect a lot, is a good friend of ours.
So this is a collaboration between Tony Fabrizio and Biden's pollster, okay?
They come together and they do this poll, which is supposed to be bipartisan and show the exact right picture.
And what does it turn out?
Exactly what we've said on the show.
Let's go back, Denver, to that number.
It turns out, exactly what we've said, that Joe Biden is going to a two-handle.
Is the country on the right track or off in the wrong direction?
Right track, wrong track.
Overall, not economy, not just national security, overall, right track, 27 percent, wrong track, 63 percent.
And that shows you two things.
steve bannon
One— Go ahead.
boris epshteyn
Just ten seconds.
One, this administration— Yeah, go ahead.
This administration did get killed in the crib.
Impossible.
Thompson, little Jamie, that's just the truth, okay? And two, there's no way on God's green earth that Joe Biden got 81 million votes because if he did, there's no way that his support would have dropped to 27 and dropping.
And then we've got another, and Steve, I've got another graphic that's even worse for Joe Biden.
steve bannon
But hang on for that graphic, I want to make sure our podcast audience, there's a rule of thumb in politics on right track, wrong track.
If you get down to like a third, right track, two-thirds against you, that's too big a headwind.
That's what we had in 16 when I stepped down and said, hey, it's two-thirds, one-third under Obama.
She's done.
Plus all this other polling show that people want a leader like Trump.
27% is unprecedented, ladies and gentlemen.
These are numbers that have not been seen before.
This is worse than when Nixon was walking out to the helicopter.
These are unprecedented numbers.
Talk about killing it in the crib.
It eviscerated it.
This administration is done.
You can't come back from numbers like this, Boris Epstein.
boris epshteyn
Absolutely not.
Let me give you the first graphic, the one we were just on.
I want to talk about this for just a few more seconds.
27% of American people saying you're on the right track.
63% saying you're on the wrong.
I will bet you that when James Buchanan gave up the White House to Abraham Lincoln, he wasn't a 27-63.
Okay?
unidentified
This is impossible.
boris epshteyn
It's impossible to truly describe How horrible that number is.
And it's a combination of factors.
It's 27 by 63.
It's a combination of factors.
One, it's the power of the MAGA movement, of President Trump, of the War Room Posse of the show.
unidentified
One.
boris epshteyn
Two, it is the fact that Joe Biden is illegitimate.
Three, and these are all equal.
Three, it's that the Biden administration has been so terrible.
Just the basic levels of competency.
And this gets laid out.
This gets laid out in the poll.
The basic levels of competency are just absolutely missing, Steve.
They're absolutely missing.
Because the American people, even the few who voted for Biden, didn't get what they expected.
So now let's go to the next slide.
I want to show the next graphic, because this has the strongly disapproved, the strongly approved, and it's got our favorite, the independents.
So look at the undecideds and independents, okay?
First of all, it's kind of one and the same, but fine.
Let's go to the undecideds.
Strongly disapproved, 37.
Strongly approved, 6.
Six.
unidentified
Hold on, let me say that one more time.
boris epshteyn
Strongly disapprove 37.
Strongly approve six.
Disapprove overall 63.
Approve 29.
Okay, six strongly approve is within the margin of error.
That's zero.
Okay?
And approve tracks to that.
Strongly disapprove 47% of independents strongly disapprove, approve, strongly approve, 11.
These are numbers that you would literally, you would think this is the Onion or the Babylon Bee putting together, and it's not.
And I'm not using hyperbole here.
For the podcast audience, look up these numbers.
These are just so mind-blowingly bad.
And what it says is that the American people have had it.
They've had it with mainstream media, with MSNBC, with Jake Tapper, with Chris Bromo, Fredo Cuomo, and they have had it with Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi.
unidentified
This is it.
steve bannon
Boris, Boris, with a 36% spread between the 37% strongly disapproved and the 6% strongly approved.
With that type of spread, which is also unprecedented, here's what we should do, Mitch McConnell.
Let's figure out a gimmick to give them another win.
When they're not even on the ropes, this is beyond a standing A count, when they are virtually destroyed, you know what we've got to do?
Let's put our heads together and let's think of a historic gimmick To give them oxygen so they can keep it going.
This is why Mitch McConnell should be thrown out of the Senate.
Anybody that Mitch McConnell endorses, or anybody that says they're going to support Mitch McConnell for leader, should not be voted into the United States Senate.
End of drill.
unidentified
With these kind of numbers... The Greitenswitz test.
boris epshteyn
Which you will not vote for Mitch McConnell for leader when you're elected to the Senate.
It makes literally zero sense.
Let's go back to that graphic for a second and we'll put that in context of what's happening in the Senate and just how divorced from reality, divorced from reality Mitch McConnell and some of the Senate Republicans are.
You've got independents saying, we strongly disapprove 47 to 11.
That's a 36 point spread, okay?
37 to 6 on undecided, strongly disapprove to strongly approve.
This makes no sense.
And here's the key here, because the MAGA audience always wants to know, what can we do?
Do not forget that this gimmick still has to pass with 60 votes in the Senate.
So make it loud and make it clear.
steve bannon
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
That's my thing.
It's only got to vote with 51.
boris epshteyn
The process.
steve bannon
The process.
Okay, okay.
boris epshteyn
They've got to get 60 votes to approve the process.
steve bannon
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.
boris epshteyn
So, for the Warren posse, make it loud and make it clear.
Not one Republican senator better vote and bend knee to Mitch McConnell and crying Chuck Schumer.
steve bannon
Boris, I need, by the way, so Boris analysis now says it's the worst presidency since James Buchanan.
It's the worst numbers.
James Buchanan had better numbers.
James Buchanan had better numbers.
You've got to write that up.
That's going to be your next Newsweek column.
Boris, real quickly, how do people, you're all over, you've got the newsletter, you've got the column, you've got Getter.
How do people get to you?
How do people track you?
Because you're on a roll right now.
boris epshteyn
Absolutely.
Coming in super hot on the website, BorisEP.com.
We're going to have some great info, great content.
Going to put an op-ed out on James Buchanan beating Joe Biden.
BorisEP.com is the website.
Coming in hot on Getter at BorisEP, BorisEP on Twitter, and of course, super hot on the gram, Boris underscore Epstein.
Stay strong, God bless, and I guess it's a good day for James Buchanan.
steve bannon
The James Buchanan Society.
The James Buchanan Association.
I'm going to light a candle for you, Boris.
Very seriously, we called out this redistricting.
This is a very, very important fight.
Merrick Garland and Biden administration have now gotten involved in it.
That's how important it is.
They understand they're losing.
They need to lose more.
We need to be more aggressive in Florida, in Georgia, in Tennessee, and yes, in Texas.
OK, short commercial break.

One of the things the Neuralinks allow Pager to do is to play his favourite video game, Pong.
To control his paddle on the right side of the screen, Pager simply thinks about moving his hand up or down.
Let's increase the difficulty and see how well Pager can play with the Neuralink.
It's not magic.
The reason Neuralink works is because it's recording and decoding electrical signals from the brain.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back to the War Room.
I want to bring in Joe Allen, our editor in All Things Transhumanism.
So is this... Elon Musk wants to put a chip in your brain.
Why, sir?
What is it going to do to us, and why does he want to do it?
joe allen
Well, I don't anticipate that he'll be giving them out for free, so I don't think everyone's going to get one.
But, you know, at present, The proposed use for Neuralink chips is to heal people who have suffered from injuries, spinal cord injuries, and are quadriplegic, paraplegic, and it's really hard to argue with that sort of usage.
It's still pending FDA approval, but yesterday in a major interview with the Wall Street Journal, Elon Musk announced that he hopes to get Neuralink chips in human brains by next year.
There are already a ton of different companies that have invasive brain-computer interface implants in people's heads.
There's BlackRock Neurotech.
They have a ton of implants in people.
There was a major study broke over the summer in which they were able to translate the intention to speak into on-screen text.
That was funded by Facebook.
And Synchron, a company operating in the U.S., has already been given FDA approval.
And they have this Stentrode implant that is going to be used also to help people who have been injured and to allow them to operate, you know, robotic arms and things like that with only their brain.
But what's really significant about this
Is Elon Musk, unlike a lot of his competitors, openly states, and has stated continually, that he hopes to use these not just for healing, but as they advance, to use them to enhance human cognition, to allow normal people to do rapid calculations and communicate with each other via brain chips, and to use their devices with brain chips, and to, of course, commiserate with advanced artificial intelligence systems with brain chips.
So that's really the significance, I think, of Musk's plan.
It will probably go through, he'll probably have chips in people's heads by 2022, and we'll have to see when he actually gets chips in people's heads for the fun of it.
He had a lot of things to talk about, though, if you recall.
steve bannon
Yeah, but hang on a second, but hang on a second.
It's, you know, once, like I keep saying about the convergence of these technologies for the singularity, and people have to understand this is not, we don't put up science fiction.
In this section or on the site with Joe Allen, it's all basically technology and scientific fact.
That's what's so scary.
So I just want people to understand this.
In 2022, and I understand it starts altruistically with the paraplegics and all that, but that's not what their plan is.
That's to make sure that they got the nice stories and the heartwarming stories and the stories helping mankind.
They kind of lull you to sleep.
What they're looking to do is put a chip and start putting chips in brains to increase capacity, so that certain people are able to compete better than others, right?
This is an unregulated, dangerous area.
So tell us, in your reporting, your understanding, what is Neuralink?
What's their overall goal?
What are their objectives?
joe allen
Well, you know, like I say, at present, the stated goal is to heal people who have been injured, and it's really hard to argue against that.
But ultimately, they do want to use it for enhancement.
And, you know, people focus a lot on these invasive implants because it does have a really creepy sense to it.
But I don't think they're going to be giving these out for free.
What you do need to pay attention to are the non-invasive brain-computer interfaces that are being developed, because those very easily could be handed out to basically everyone.
There's a company called Kernel.
It was founded by Brian Johnson.
I believe that he had a payment program that he initially invested in.
Now he is putting out brain-computer interfaces that just simply are caps that sit on top of your head.
The two designs that he has right now in development are Kernel Flux, which monitors the electromagnetic
Patterns in the brain so that you can do biofeedback Practices for meditation or sports or academics or whatever and he also has kernel flow Which does basically the same thing looking at blood flow and a lot of the people who are really alarmed by these technologies are Talking about these non-invasive brain computer interfaces that could very easily be in some sense mandated to
In order to monitor, for instance, someone who's on probation for a violent crime, to make sure that their brain's functioning properly, or on down the road, just people in general having to subject themselves to this sort of thing in order to get through borders, or to pass job interviews, or whatever, it seems very, very far out.
But think about what it would be like to show up to an interview today without a smartphone, or without a Facebook presence, or some social media presence.
These things become very quickly normalized, and if you look at the plans behind I know we've got another, we're running out of time, but we have another article you have up.
Can you point people towards where to get these articles?
We'll have you back on tomorrow to discuss it.
of extreme... normalized in the general population in the near future.
steve bannon
I know we've got another, we're running out of time, but we have another article you have up. Can you point people towards where to get these articles? We'll have you back on tomorrow to discuss it, but how do people get to your writings? Go to warroom.org, have a look at the big tech section or the transhumanism section.
joe allen
There's one article up that you really should check out.
Harvard University announced today the formation of the Kipner Institute for the Study of Natural and Artificial Intelligence, funded by Mark Zuckerberg, about $500 million to unify the fields of neuroscience and artificial intelligence.
This is a huge deal and it's definitely something to pay attention to going forward.
steve bannon
We know only good things are going to come out of that, okay?
I'm on the Great Tim Pool tonight, 8 o'clock on the Tim Pool Show, and I'll also stay for the extra hour for his private show.
So Tim Pool, I'm on the Great Tim Pool tonight, and then back here in the War Room with Joe Allen tomorrow morning at 10 a.m.
Eastern Standard Time.
See you tomorrow morning.
