The virus has now killed more than 100 people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back to The War Room.
We're on fire today.
Raheem, we kind of blew through the break there.
Tell us about your, by the way, haven't you had COVID like three times?
How does that happen?
raheem kassam
Like 15 times now.
This was my second time but this was a particularly weird occasion and I lost my smell and my taste and as anybody that knows me knows I like to eat nice things and I really like to drink nice things and so this was actually really depressing me for like a week.
And I was doing a lot of research into this, trying to figure out, you know, trust the science, trust the science.
What is the science saying about this?
What are the nation's greatest scientists saying about this?
And the answer is bubkus, really.
I mean, some of them are like, oh, smell some coffee or smell some peppermint oil.
Hopefully it'll just come back.
And I found out that Like there's thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands maybe even hundreds of thousands of people around the world are suffering long-term loss, complete loss of smell and taste.
It's dangerous quite frankly.
You can't smell if there's a fire or something like that and I just thought this is ludicrous that we don't have an answer to this question yet.
So I tried basically everything.
I threw the kitchen sink at this thing and mine returned in like three or four days From when I from when I had like total loss of all smell and taste so today It's totally different from anything I've done before but I'm actually gonna do on my podcast what I did to get this back because People need this they're getting depressed.
It's dangerous and and the world's greatest scientists don't seem to have a solution Well, I do I have several and it worked for me.
unidentified
I just hope it works for other people It's a bioweapon before you go.
steve bannon
I got a Jack we got you on here.
You're an expert on China we're gonna talk all about this, but National Pulse, Blockbuster News, Elaine Luria.
You know, you saw what Jackie Spire's punching out.
Pelosi's right hand is punching out.
Not going to run again.
Ladies and gentlemen, this shows you we're going to get 70, 80, 90, 100 seats if we do our jobs.
This is going to be a tsunami like no other.
That's where they're getting out of town now.
But this, I don't know if, Jackie, you've had a chance to read the National Pulse story on Elaine Luria down in the Virginia Beach area that represents the great patriots down there that serve our country in the Navy.
Naval base in the world and this is some I was born there, but I served out of San Diego So when I say it's the greatest naval base, that means it really is coming from the San Diego area Rahim just one more time for our audience.
I need people to understand the depravity of these people of what they what what she's done.
raheem kassam
I Elaine Luria, January the 6th Commission member, has a six-figure investment in Alibaba.
Alibaba being called a tool of the Chinese Communist Party, not by the War Room, not by the National Pulse, but indeed by the U.S.
State Department.
Now, Elaine Luria's financial disclosure report as of the 9th of August of this year shows between a $250,000 and a $500,000 investment in Alibaba shares.
Let me just remind the audience what Alibaba is according to the State Department, and I quote, Significantly, the modern China model is built upon a foundation of technology facilitated surveillance and social control.
These techniques for ruling China have been and continue to be in critical ways developed, built and maintained on behalf of the party state by technology firms such as Huawei, Tencent, ZTE, Alibaba and Baidu.
As these companies export their products and services to the rest of the world, the security and human rights problems associated with this China model are progressively exported with them.
Ladies and gentlemen, the investment by Elaine Luria is in that company.
steve bannon
Jack Posobiec, you're a proud former member of the United States Navy, Navy Intel.
What say you about this?
You're a specialist in China.
What say you?
jack posobiec
Well, it's very hard for, I think, you know, if you had said this to me 10 years ago, 15 years ago, it'd be very hard to take, right?
This idea that we would have our elites, our leaders, our political leaders, the people that we take orders from in the Navy, that we take our direction from, our leadership from, That they're supposed to be minding our nation.
They're supposed to be minding the till, watching the door, watching the country.
And yet instead of having our national security interests at heart, they're instead having their own financial interests at heart.
And they're pursuing these ridiculous hoaxes.
We've talked about Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell yesterday with their ridiculousness.
Now we're seeing this January 6th Commission not only has people that are seeking to divide this country, but they're seeking to distract from the wholesale extraction of resources from this country, the wealth of the people by our leaders off the backs of the deplorables, off the backs of the lao bai xing, of the million Uyghurs that are in concentration camps. And where's the money going? It's going into their own pockets.
Unfortunately, we have a government at this point, and you saw this last night in that ridiculous phone call, that conversation with Biden, kowtowing again and again to Chairman Xi.
We have a government that is subservient to the needs of the CCP, and I really don't see any other way to describe it.
steve bannon
Rahim, I want everybody to make sure they get to your site.
By the way, I just want to bring up too, you know, Elaine Lurie has always been at the, you know, a tappy talk about what a hawk she is on China.
You're a hypocrite.
You either sell that position today or you resign.
I want everybody's eyes, let's get her number back up.
I want everybody blowing up her phone, blowing up her congressional office.
I want people to voice the outrage of the American people of how she is profiting off one of the Chinese Communist Party's most central It's very simple.
companies, Alibaba, Jack Ma, the chairman, is essentially under house arrest in China, or every time he goes somewhere, he's going with the Ministry of State Security.
Everybody knows that, that knows anything about China.
On one hand, she talks about what a hawk she is.
On the other, and that's for public consumption, she's making money behind the scenes on Chinese Communist Party companies.
This is, she either sell, it's very simple, either sell the stake and apologize to your constituents or resign, or resign.
This is outrageous.
And by the way, Natalie Winters and Rahim Ghassan, National Pulse, you guys do this best of all.
And that's why you're such authority figures on the Chinese Communist Party.
There's no apparatus.
Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, New York Times, 60 Minutes, forget it.
Nobody's done the work of the National Pulse and the deep dive investigations into the influence peddling corruption of senior American officials from Fauci to now Elaine Luria and everybody in between.
Of the power moves inside the Chinese Communist Party and the payoffs that have gone on to compromise our great nations.
Raheem Kassam.
raheem kassam
Two quick things here, and they merge together.
Number one, Madeline Peltz, my old friend from Media Matters, who was taken off the War Room Beat, actually.
I don't know why.
It was a bit of an insult from your boss.
steve bannon
Oh, she got, no, no, she got, she got ill.
No, Raheem, she got ill.
No, no, before that, before that.
raheem kassam
No, no, before that.
steve bannon
By the way, we did pray for Madeline Peltz.
We prayed for Madeline Peltz.
And she got ill.
raheem kassam
She's fine now.
So she's fine now.
But now she's back.
She's loitering around Washington D.C.
Refuses to say hello to me.
Still has me blocked on social media, by the way.
I said, put her on blast.
Put her on blast.
She says that the media fought over you.
They say they fought over you.
But just a note of programming note for Madeline Pell said, listen, we've got her tweet up on the screen there.
Just a programming note about ourselves.
When Steve says we want everybody to blow up, Elaine Luria is off congressional office. He means on the phone.
OK, just to be very clear about that.
steve bannon
I said, put her on blast, put her on blast, put her on blast, put her on blast.
OK, one more time.
How do people get to national polls, particularly our new viewer?
A lot of new viewers, Raheem, just coming on board here.
How do they get to National Pulse?
How do they find your podcast?
raheem kassam
Yeah, that's right.
The National Pulse, for those of you that don't know, is a boutique investigations and real news website.
We don't seek to cover everything in the news.
We do the news that nobody else bothers to do, which is how old journalism used to work, is actually hunting down real news stories.
That's what we do, and we're totally citizen-funded.
Everything goes through fundrealnews.com.
If you like the work we do, throw us a couple of bucks and it helps us do more.
steve bannon
Okay, Rahim, thank you very much.
Great reporting.
jack posobiec
Before we take off, I just wanted to say, you know, I'm really glad to hear that you got your smell back and that you got your taste back, specifically, because I wasn't sure that you had any before.
unidentified
This is coming from the guy who wears his dad's suits.
Come on, give me a break.
steve bannon
Rahim, have you been going to more...
Why have you been on Ed Morton's?
Can you taste the whiskey?
Can you taste the different blends that you get?
raheem kassam
You know what's really funny is I went there.
I had to have a lunch meeting the other day and I ordered the sea bass because I figured I can't taste any of the food anyway.
Might as well get something I hate, which is the sea bass.
But we're back.
We'll be back on those A5 Wagyu's now.
Thank you, Jack, for that.
unidentified
There you go.
steve bannon
So Jack, I want to get to Wisconsin.
We've got so much going on, but last night was such a seminal moment in American geopolitics and it's going to have a massive impact already in this audience.
I want you to go through the kowtowing and really the embracing.
This is the difference we have with Navarro yesterday.
The illegitimate regime of the Biden administration that's been put in there by the Chinese Communist Party, essentially, right?
Because they were compromised.
They were compromised.
You saw that by Hunter Biden.
Right.
You saw this with Hunter Biden, the hard drive from hell.
The kowtowing last night was humiliating.
And the Chinese Communist Party is laughing at us right now.
Jack Posobiec, put in perspective.
jack posobiec
So what we had, the refrain for anybody who was in Washington, D.C.
during the Obama administration was always manage the decline, manage the decline.
We're a declining power.
We're a declining power.
Right.
Well, under Joe Biden, the new refrain is we are the declined power.
Joe Biden has assumed the position of he's still acting like the vice president, the same way he was vice president to Obama.
But now he views Xi as his higher headquarters.
He views Xi as, you know, in the military, we call it higher echelon, right?
Xi is the commander.
He is subservient.
And you see that throughout all of these power play interactions.
Of course, Xi Jinping making mention of, you know, calling him, you know, took even a veiled dig at him saying he's my old friend.
Right.
Biden not even picking up that he's being insulted to his face by the chairman of the largest communist country on the planet.
steve bannon
Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack.
Hold on.
You got to put in perspective.
In fact, take the rest of the segment.
Why him using old friend at the beginning was a complete put down.
Understanding how radioactive that term is right now on the world stage.
jack posobiec
Look, number one, Joe Biden, let's, let's be frank.
Like he, he kind of made a foolish be clowning of himself at On the world stage at the EU in Rome and then at Glasgow when he was walking around, he was clearly clearly had some kind of, you know, illness.
He was clearly sick while he was going around the world leaders.
There's been all this sort of talk of his not being able to control bodily functions and different things that that's really been coming out from.
We've talked about in the past before, just from private rumors.
Now it's public.
So Xi Jinping, number one, he's calling him old.
Number two, though, the bigger issue is He's not referring to him by his specific title.
He's not referring to him by his honorific.
In Chinese culture, that is a massive sign of disrespect.
He's not giving face to Joe Biden.
And why should he?
Right?
Why should he?
If he's the ascendant emperor in the East, if he's the emperor of the East, Why would he care about the guy who runs the consumer country in the West thinks, right?
This is just the guy who's managing the store, and there'll be another one in four years.
He doesn't care about Joe Biden.
Joe Biden is nothing to him.
He doesn't have any power.
He doesn't have any influence.
It's very clear that Xi Jinping views him as a lesser, and you saw that throughout their entire interaction, up into the point where he made sure that Joe Biden, and you could tell this was worked out well in advance before the meeting, because Joe Biden had made that statement in the East Room Of the White House, where he had said, we will defend China.
Remember, he said that in a press conference recently.
Then he goes back to Xi Jinping and what does Xi's staff get him to say?
And you can tell it was all prepared, right?
steve bannon
Hold on, hold on.
We will defend, hang on, hang on.
We will defend Taiwan.
He said, we will defend Taiwan.
unidentified
Right.
steve bannon
He said, we will defend Taiwan.
jack posobiec
Oh, excuse me.
He said, we will defend Taiwan.
That's what Biden said.
And it was kind of an offhand statement.
The White House staff came out and said, what's going on?
What's going on?
He comes back and this is what I was trying to get at, that in the meeting last night, Biden reaffirms the one China policy, that we view China as one unbroken hole between China, Hong Kong, People don't understand this.
The One China policy isn't just about Taiwan.
It's about the entire territory of the People's Republic of China and their claims.
So that means every single one of those areas, Xinjiang, which of course is East Turkestan, Tibet, which Biden writes should be its own independent country, they're all part of Beijing's holdings.
That's what Biden reaffirmed.
steve bannon
Okay, short commercial break.
Pasovica joins us on the other side.
unidentified
Just as Xi warned against crossing the, quote, red line of Taiwan, which Beijing claims as
its own.
Calling Biden an old friend, Xi stressed the need for mutual respect, while Biden emphasized the importance of working together on global issues like climate change.
joe biden
As I've said before, it seems to me our responsibility as leaders of China and the United States to ensure that the competition between our countries does not veer into conflict, whether intended or unintended.
unidentified
It seems to me we need to establish some common sense guardrails.
The White House said Biden also raised concerns over Beijing's practices in Xinjiang, Tibet and Hong Kong, as well as its overall record on human rights.
Prior to Monday's meeting, Xi and Biden had outlined competing global visions.
Biden has called for a free and open Indo-Pacific in the face of what Washington calls increasing Chinese coercion.
steve bannon
This is total humiliation, ladies and gentlemen.
This is why we're so anti-CCP.
This is why I've been sanctioned by the Chinese Communist Party and wears a badge of honor, of which Biden's administration never said anything about the former Secretary of State, four minutes into his administration, never made any formal pushback on Mike Pompeo.
A disgrace.
And Peter Navarro, an absolute disgrace.
I gotta tell you, Jack, it is so obvious Why we have to run these people out, okay?
And preserve your records.
Preserve your records.
She used the phrase just to trigger people in the Free West.
The win-win.
Win-win.
This is what the collaborators have been doing with the Chinese Communist Party now for 34 years.
Win-win.
Win-win.
No.
The Lao-Bai Jing, the working people of China, get crushed.
Make, what, a dollar a day?
They get crushed, right, as slave labor for the globalists.
The working class and the middle class in America get destroyed.
Our jobs get shipped overseas.
But the Wall Street guys, Larry Fink and Steve Schwarzer, make a fortune.
You get screwed.
Win-win.
Jack Posobiec.
Last night was absolute humiliation.
After she, last week, didn't even bother showing up in Glasgow.
That's what he thinks about global warming.
Didn't even bother showing up.
Didn't send a video.
Right?
Sent that typical Grendun they always send.
That's the guy that hangs out with John Kerry.
Another irrelevant clown.
Okay?
For all you global warming, all you progressives, embrace the suck.
You got rolled in Glasgow, just like you're getting rolled on your build back better.
You don't even understand the power plays are against you guys.
Once you wake up, give us a phone call.
Okay?
Or listen to the Watch the War Room.
So you can see how you're beclowning yourself every day.
But this last night was full abject surrender.
To agree with, after everything we had done from, what was it, early December, late November, early December of 2016, right after President Trump won his first time, the first of three he'll win.
After, you know, we took the phone call, President Trump took the phone call from the President of Taiwan.
We said, hey, the one China thing's on the table, like everything else is on the table.
They melted down, they flew over and saw us, tried to reach the Ryanak.
We said, hey, okay, nice.
Hope you have a nice plane ride back, right?
We gave it right back to him.
It's all on the table, right?
And no, the South China Sea is not an inland territorial sea of China.
This is what happens, ladies and gentlemen.
Nothing in the world right now is bigger in your personal lives than the Chinese Communist Party turning the United States of America into a tributary state and the illegitimate regime of the Biden administration embracing that and building our policies off that.
Jack Posobiec.
jack posobiec
Look, Steve, this is exactly what we saw from the Clintons back in the 90s.
We saw from Obama's when he was in power, this idea of, oh, we raised the issue.
We raised the issue, right?
That's meant for domestic consumption.
They didn't raise anything.
How can you sit there as a sitting president of the United States, two years after what we saw unleashed from Wuhan, what they did to unleash this thing on the entire world?
Now, I'm not a guy who believes that it was an intentional release.
But once that thing came out, once it did leak out of that lab, they kept the flights open around the world.
They lied about it.
They covered up the origins.
They deleted the database all the way back in, you know, Josh Rogin says it was in October.
Sherry Markson says it might have been in March.
We go back further and further on May.
We go back further and further on this thing.
We're not getting any answers.
Where's the raid on the Wuhan lab?
Oh, hang on, hang on.
steve bannon
Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, hang on a second.
Of the four hour phone call, the five hour phone call that the White House is putting out is such a big deal.
They must have spent at least one hour on Wuhan, correct?
At least 25% of the time had to be the discussions of the bioweapons program and the Wuhan virus and the CCP virus.
So was it an hour or was it two hours of the call last night was spent on Wuhan?
jack posobiec
It was zero.
Not a single minute of it.
steve bannon
You don't even hear- No, Jack, stop.
Stop, stop, stop, stop.
You're telling me that Joe Biden did not bring up Wuhan lab?
It's not in the readout.
They did not bring any of it up?
That's caused devastation to the entire world, devastation to the Chinese.
jack posobiec
Of course he's not going to bring it up.
The Chernobyl incident of the CCP, the Chernobyl moment that we all lived through, they're acting as if it didn't happen.
Because why?
Because back in the Cold War, when Chernobyl happened, our politicians, our elites go, the reporting of Natalie Winters explains what's going on here.
Our politicians and our elites were not bought off.
by the Soviet Union, the USSR, and the Central Party Committee of the Kremlin, but they are bought off by the Politburo. And so the Chernobyl moment of China, they act as if it never happened. They act as if we can just go back to the relationship that we had before. They will be, Right.
They will be the central power, the central power, the central kingdom.
We are the vassal.
We are the tributary.
We will pay tribute to them and we will be the consumers.
They will be the manufacturers.
They will build everything.
They will construct everything.
They will steal it.
We give them our technology.
It's not even theft anymore.
It's just we're handing it over.
We're just handing it over hand and fist.
to the CCP. We give them our technology, we build their military, we finance their military rise so that they can threaten their neighbors, so that they can take over the South China Sea.
And what happened immediately after their meeting, this four-hour meeting where they're so proud that Joe Biden could last for four hours on a phone call, they sent another incursion across Taiwanese airspace, that air defense identification zone. They did it immediately afterwards to remind them that everything we said out here doesn't matter. The power situation is where it is.
You are in a position of weakness. We are in a position of strength.
steve bannon
By the way, correct me if I'm wrong, Jack.
Was it eight jets that flew in that went into Taiwan airspace?
This is another humiliation.
This is all for the people in Asia.
They're sitting there, he got the old man on the phone, called him an old friend, completely humiliated, got him to kowtow, not mention Wuhan.
Do you think they're playing that app in Asia today?
That Joe Biden was too petrified to talk about Wuhan?
To talk about what happened?
It's not one second of conversation?
jack posobiec
Imagine if you're a researcher in the Wuhan lab and you know the truth about what went on or you're someone who's a dissident who's been locked up because all the people that used to work in Wuhan that we can't find anymore and you're looking for one glimmer of hope.
You're looking for someone to send a message that the United States is out there and they've got your back and that if you're willing to defect, if you're willing to tell the truth, if you're willing to stand up and be a whistleblower, Okay.
Let me, let me say, yeah.
of the free world will go to protect you and will go to save you. And then you see this display of humiliation. Joe Biden be clowning himself for four hours the same way he be clowned himself in Glasgow. And you're going to sit there and you're going to say, you know what? The United States isn't available to me because the free world doesn't exist anymore. Okay. I think it's January 3rd of 2021.
steve bannon
Ladies and gentlemen, I think we're going to work through the first article of impeachment of Joe Biden.
Yes, when we sweep the House of 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 seats, he's going to get impeached.
Just like they took in 18, he's going to get impeached.
I think we got the first charge for the impeachment.
We'll work this through.
The first charge of impeachment for Joe Biden.
Not one second about Wuhan, ladies and gentlemen.
He's an accomplice after the fact.
jack posobiec
Aiding and abetting.
Aiding and abetting the CCP's Chernobyl.
This is an accomplice after the fact.
When someone commits a crime and then you help them cover it up, you help them get away with it, you become an accomplice after the fact.
That's what we're seeing Joe Biden do here.
He's not leading the free world.
He's not the leader of the White House.
steve bannon
Jack, we get back, we gotta go to Wisconsin, so I gotta leave you to the last two minutes.
Your reporting on this internal fighting has been extraordinary.
Tell us, I didn't see, they didn't try to promote Kamala Harris's geopolitical bona fides last night as part of the surrender party.
Tell me what's going on today over there with the day of the long knives.
jack posobiec
Well look, I talked about I think I came on here in War Room two weeks ago, and I know we talked about it on my podcast over at Human Events Daily.
It's kind of the Cliff Notes of War Room.
It's also ahead of the entire mainstream media that Jill Biden and others within the White House were looking at ways to remove Kamala Harris from her position as a sitting vice president.
I am the first person in the world to talk about that.
And then where do we hear it next?
CNN, Jim Acosta.
They devote a 10-minute segment to that fact, talking about maybe we can use the 25th Amendment.
Well, maybe that doesn't work.
Let's appoint her to the Supreme Court.
Let's promote her out.
That's what we used to do in the military, by the way, when we had to pass the trash or something.
So you find ways to get her a plum assignment, to get her out of being the vice presidency, right?
That's exactly what they're talking about, because they know that when it comes down to it, Joe Biden is in decline.
They can't keep up the charade forever.
They're certainly not going to be able to keep it up. He's not even going to last through his impeachment trial. So they've got to find a way to find a new replacement for him because she was supposed to be the one. But every time they try to roll her out, she falls flat on her face. The American people can see it, even in the entire mainstream media, the entire Democrat apparatus, the strategists, the voice coaches, the acting coaches, the Hollywood crews, the child actors that they bring in. This is the same type of stuff
they used to do for Chairman Mao, by the They'd prop him up or Stalin and make them look great.
You bring in all the actors, you make it like it's some beautiful thing.
Even with all that, Kamala Harris still can't get over it because she doesn't have it.
steve bannon
A House divided cannot stand.
A White House divided cannot lead.
A crisis of American leadership.
In the illegitimate regime.
This is the catastrophic consequences of a stolen election.
We'll be back going to Wisconsin next with Jack Pasovic.

We love the folks up there.
Reince Priebus, the entire posse up there.
A lot of great folks in Wisconsin.
A real deplorable state.
Of course, it's got a big university right there.
It gets a bunch of progressives in there.
Excuse things.
Jack, as great as you've done at the White House and the Chinese because you speak perfect Mandarin, and your wife does too, by the way, a little known fact, as much as your knowledge of the Chinese Communist Party, everything she does is better than you.
I didn't want to get into that.
I didn't want to say how you married up.
jack posobiec
Wow.
steve bannon
Wow.
And that's why I think I keep telling people, Busobo is really one of the best guys in town.
about understanding China, what's happening. You're reporting on the White House is second to none, your inside scoops. But I also got to give you a hat tip. And I told people the reason we're not doing really the Kyle Rittenhouse trials, I said, but somebody's got this thing covered.
All you got to do, all we got to do is point people to his Twitter feed. Give it I haven't heard your assessment yet really on the closing arguments of the prosecution and defense.
I know the jury's out right now.
Tell us where we stand.
What's your assessment of the two?
Because I think the defense owned the prosecution during the trial part.
Give us your assessment of the closing arguments.
jack posobiec
Well, at the end of the day, the defense actually had, you know, the benefit of having all the facts and all of the evidence in their favor, right?
You're in a good position when you actually have all the facts and the evidence on your side.
That's a pretty good position to argue from.
At the same time, well, I'll do the prosecution first.
This guy, Binger, who is just clearly a man without honor, and he's also a man without testosterone.
He started out quite strong, just in terms of his explanation, in terms of his delivery.
He was pretty good.
It was pretty tight at the beginning.
He gave, it seemed like a military briefing to me, but he broke the cardinal rule, and I say this every day on Human Events Daily, be good, be brief, be gone.
He went on for two and a half hours, and during that time, he contradicted himself, He came across as whiny, he came across as complaining, and he really made it seem as if it was a personal vendetta between him and Kyle Rittenhouse, rather than trying to get the actual evidence and justice in this case.
It didn't seem like he was going after truth, it seemed like he was going after the 17-year-old kid.
Now, on the defense side, for defense attorney Michael Richard.
You know, I thought that it was actually pretty good on the facts, like I said before, you have all the facts and the evidence in this case, but you don't have them because of Michael Richard.
You have them because of people like the Daily Caller team, like the Blazehead people up there, all these other citizen journalists and independents that were up there doing the job that the corporate media refused to do.
Drew Hernandez, of course, from RIV was there, played a role actually testifying in the trial itself as to his own body cam footage and his own cell phone footage that he was doing of the actual shooting.
If not for those people putting their lives on the line, Kyle Rittenhouse wouldn't have much of a case because you wouldn't see You wouldn't see the provocation.
But Richards, on the other hand, what I thought was he wasn't really doing a job of telling the story.
He wasn't telling the narrative.
He wasn't giving he was he was angry at the prosecutors.
He was angry at them.
And he showed that anger, that gruffness.
And that's I think that's just kind of his personal, you know, his personal demeanor.
But at the same time, when you're talking to the jury, and this did end up being a jury of seven women, so majority women on the jury, five men, one man of color, as it's told by Kenosha News, that You need to tell the story of this was a kid trying to do the right thing.
Trying to look out for his community.
His community is under attack.
People are terrorized.
He's caught up in this.
He's trying to put out fires.
He's holding a fire extinguisher.
And they come for him.
So you gotta tell the story.
Put them in their shoes.
Or really in the shoes of when you're looking at it from a perspective like this.
of one of their kids, one of their grandkids maybe being involved in something like this, understand that intentions do matter for the jury and understand that you need to have the power of storytelling.
And I didn't quite see that from him.
He did a good job on the details, meriting that, you know, went back and forth, but this isn't the Marcus of Queensbury rules here.
You need to go in and sell, sell, sell that story.
And I don't know if you really did the best job of that.
But fortunately for Kyle, he does have all of that video evidence.
And I think that if the jury just watches those videos, sees the provocation, I mean, Steve, at one point this guy Binger started saying, well, yes, he may have had his hand outstretched going for the gun, this guy Rosenbaum, the first one who was shot, but it was inadvertent that his fingers were outstretched and that he was actually shot in between the fingers.
That was inadvertent.
He wasn't actually going for that gun.
Then this other guy, I call him Lunchbox.
His name is D.A.
Krauss.
He came up and did a rebuttal.
He's another one of these government prosecutors.
I said, we talk about big state.
We kind of talk about deep state.
Now we got big state.
This guy's up there saying, well, you know, you should just take the beating sometimes.
You should just, you should just let the mob do it.
It's almost as if their argument is it would have been better if Kyle had died and not the people who were attacking him.
And the bigger issue here, the bigger issue of all of this is the authoritarianism of our government.
Do we have the right to defend ourselves and defend our property in this country?
Are we free citizens or are we subjects?
There's a reason that America is not Australia.
You see everything that's going on.
They've reverted to a prison state, a prison island in Australia.
There's a reason we're not China.
I said on this show yesterday, Chairman Mao told us political power grows from the barrel of a gun.
That is what the Second Amendment is all about.
The Second Amendment defends the rest.
That's what's on trial here.
steve bannon
I want to go pivot also, you know, people, the audience, the posse's really want us to get on Wisconsin.
I kept saying for the producers, let's wait, let's wait.
The interim report came out yesterday.
This is a bombshell.
Jack, walk us through Wisconsin and where we're going to go here.
One, on Zuckerberg, and I think you're going to lead to criminal charges eventually, and also about the exploitation of the most vulnerable people in our society.
This is how low the scum will go.
Jack Pasovic.
jack posobiec
So we talked about Wisconsin.
Everybody remembers, if you go back to those, and I see, you know, all the media wants to play the January 5th episode of War Room again.
So, you know, I've been on like every local news station and everywhere talking about this.
But what was the one state that I really focused on back then?
It was Wisconsin and it was the bobsled.
It was Bob Spindell.
Well, guess what?
Bob Spindell, the Patriot member, right?
of the Wisconsin Election Commission is going to be vindicated.
And he's gonna be vindicated by this new Office of Special Counsel that's been in power, that's been in operation now for 60 days.
And an interim report has come out by Michael Gabelman.
So you can go to the Wisconsin Office of Special Counsel.
What are they doing?
They are actually empowered now to dig into this election, crack open everything that happened in Wisconsin.
By the way, I said the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse That is the greatest miscarriage of justice in Wisconsin since 3 November.
So understand that.
Steve, here's how this Wisconsin report opens.
This is the interim report from the Office of Special Counsel.
It's from a woman who lives there.
Her name is Judy Weschball Mitchell.
And she's saying, I am writing this as I feel my mother was taken advantage of in her mental state.
Parents and loved ones should be protected, not exploited for an ink mark on a piece of paper and a questionable agenda.
She's talking about the exploitation of elders, also known as granny harvesting, that this office is now looking into.
We heard the reports, we had the affidavits, Rudy went around the country explaining this, and Wisconsin, we know this was absolutely violated.
They had people in there, there were votes put forward in their name that those people had not given power of attorney to those senior centers for, they had not given permission, they had not asked for it in many of these cases.
That's count one.
Count two, they are going after the use of outside third party private influence in American, well, in this case, Wisconsin, in Wisconsin elections for state and federal office.
This thing is completely outside the bounds of the system.
Look, Mark Zuckerberg should not be able to spend $400 million and swing elections.
We've known that from the start.
Phil Kline and all of the heroes at the Thomas More Legal Society, they've been digging on this the entire time.
Now you've got the Office of Special Counsel, and this is there because of the people of the wardroom, because the people in this posse, the power of this audience.
This investigation has now been launched by their special counsel.
The entire media, Rachel Maddow every night, Joy Reid, were telling us about Special Counsel Mueller and everything that they got put forward.
Well, here's the dirty little secret, is that the smoke is there because there's a fire.
We are going to find they're there.
They don't want us to do this investigation.
They don't want Gableman going into this investigation.
So we've got count one, the exploitation of elders.
Count two, the outside money coming from groups like the CTCL with Zuckerberg.
And count three, they are digging in to the ballot harvesting.
Remember, Steve, Democracy in the park.
This massive event where you could come and you could fill out your absentee ballot right there in person and they would take it out for you, but then they would go and claim that they had COVID status and that's why they couldn't go in on election day.
All of these things were done completely outside the bounds that had been put forward by the state legislature of Wisconsin.
That's how elections are supposed to be run in this country under the United States Constitution.
steve bannon
I want to go back and this is for people that are Democrats or liberals or progressives.
Yeah, I want to, if Dema can put up the screen, but for independents, women who may be, you know, the suburban women who hear Trump's name and spit on the floor, everybody out there, when you talk to colleagues and for regards to their politics, one of the biggest fear people have is having to put their parents into homes, having to put them into assisted living.
Where they can't, you know, care for them anymore at home, but they'll put up the resources to do it.
The fear is, you know, how they're being taken care of when you're not there.
This exploitation of elders shows you exactly what we're up against.
It's everybody's worst fear.
It's everybody's worst fear.
That they would actually go in And abuse.
And that's what this is.
It's elder abuse.
Everybody associated with this should be brought up on criminal charges.
This is regardless of the elections.
Leave the election aside.
Obviously, we're going to get to the bottom of that.
And you got Judge Gableman.
A former Supreme Court Justice in Wisconsin.
Great guy.
The only thing you see coverage of Rachel Maddow and these guys is mocking him in some of his radio interviews.
Hey, guess what?
We got the receipts.
Hey, Rachel, why don't you mock the elderly tonight?
This is why Rachel Maddow's quitting in April.
This is why she's going home, too, just like Jackie Spire.
They're all going home.
Pat Leahy, they're all going home.
You know why?
The righteous, the righteous are coming back to Washington, D.C.
Right?
The righteous are coming back to Washington, D.C.
And to get rid of all this vermin.
This is obscene.
An obscenity is what happened in Wisconsin.
And every progressive and every liberal, every person in this country that has their parents in a nursing home, that their parents may be touched by this horrible scourge of dementia or Alzheimer's.
Just think of what they would do to your parents for something like a vote.
It's an obscenity.
I'm glad to see the people of Wisconsin are finally getting to the bottom.
Yes, sir.
jack posobiec
One of the reports that we got back then, one of the data points there, because I'd never even seen this term before, but specifically out of Wisconsin, was that not only did we have massive senior citizen turnout, but we had historic, and they use this phrase, super senior turnout, right?
Super senior turnout.
I said, I've been working elections a long time, I've never even heard this phrase, super senior.
That means 75 and older.
So super seniors.
Disgusting.
Disgraceful.
steve bannon
Disgraceful. By the way, your night, well you did that commission, you had a million people online on Facebook, it was heroic. Pasovic's been all over Wisconsin from the beginning.
Short commercial break, we'll return with Jack Pasovic from Human Events. We're in the War Room, next.
unidentified
Spread the word all through Hong Kong, we will fight till they're all gone, we rejoice when there's no more, let's take down the CCP.
Monitors us.
Censors us.
Deplatforms us.

It's time to cancel cancel culture.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to talk about Culture Does Not Cancel right there.
The Financial Times, as you know, my favorite newspaper.
Big picture of yours truly on the cover as we start the fight back.
The misdemeanor from hell.
We'll talk a lot about that.
When we have time because that's kind of noise that we're turning into signal as we go on the offense.
But Jack, I want to get back to real signal real quickly.
So Wisconsin, now that's in play just like Arizona's in play, Georgia's in play, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
We're either in courts or at the plenary power of state legislatures.
The 3 November movement to eventually decertify the electors to Joe Biden.
We're going to decertify those electors.
Sorry if committees on Capitol Hill don't like it.
And Democrats, you don't care what you don't like because you're all leaving and retiring.
Jack Espire retires.
Pat Leahy respires.
These are two locks to win.
Here's the point you've got to understand.
They know they're going to win.
They know they're going to win.
They don't care.
They know they're going to be in the minority.
Jack Pasobic.
jack posobiec
Nancy Pelosi, by the way, keep in mind, the search is already out for the replacement to Pelosi in her San Francisco district.
I think it's the worst kept secret in politics right now, but she is making all the noise possible that this will most likely be the last year of Nancy Pelosi in Washington, D.C.
steve bannon
Oh yeah, she's going to cause a hundred... Remember, we win a hundred seats, we govern for a hundred years.
The coalition of Asians, now the Chinese are voting overwhelmingly for the GOP in places like New York.
Working class Hispanics, the economists is talking about how they're embracing populism.
Remember, to the MSNBC, I don't say we're going to get 50% of the black vote.
I say we're going to get 50% of the African-American male vote.
The male vote, not male in.
jack posobiec
That's not what he said.
steve bannon
No, no, no.
Black men.
50% of black men are standing up.
They're populists and they're nationalists.
They're stepping up.
Jack, before we leave, we only got a couple minutes.
I got to go to Poland.
There's a massive crisis on the Polish border about this migrant issue.
It's much like the southern border of the United States, except the Poles are reacting differently, sir.
What's happening?
jack posobiec
Well see, what you're having now is there's essentially a migrant caravan, Middle Easterners, that have come across, they're coming from Belarus, they're coming from Moscow, any way they can to get to the Polish border.
But what's interesting, one thing that I've done, is that you can go on this thing called Snapchat, you dig into the Snapchat maps, you can find people, they're posting online, from there, onto Snapchat, onto social media, so then you click on the account, and you say, where is this guy from?
Here he is back home driving a Mercedes.
Here he is back home with this.
Here he is back with that.
Here's a guy, by the way, a lot of them, they're not coming from the Middle East.
A couple of days ago, they were in Paris.
They were in Germany.
They were in London.
You've got people.
They're not refugees.
They're on tour.
They're going around.
But Poland is not playing these games.
Now, we did see violence break out today in the exact same way that you see this happen down with the Palestinian territories.
They start throwing rocks.
They start attacking people because Poland has said, we are going to preserve our territorial sovereignty.
Prime Minister Morawiecki, what did he say, the Prime Minister of Poland?
The Polish border is sacred.
This is not just an imaginary line on the map.
We will defend our territory, period.
No question asked.
And one thing that I say all the time on this, You don't lock your door because you hate the people outside.
You lock your door because you protect the people inside.
It's about love of your country.
It's about love of yourself.
If you don't have borders, you don't have your sovereignty.
And Poland, obviously, as people know, has a lot of history with that.
steve bannon
By the way, this is what my point is, the battleground that Poland's been, and it's so touching what you just said.
This is what our side believes in the Biden regime.
Illegitimate Biden regime doesn't.
The Poles say that their border is sacred because it's essential to their sovereignty.
Our border is sacred.
And look how it's being desecrated by the cartels.
We're the partners of the Biden administration.
Desecrated.
Kamala Harris desecrated our sacred border.
jack posobiec
Learn something from Poland.
Learn something about how a border is to be defended.
Learn something about what leadership of a nation looks like.
You put the men there.
You put up the fence.
You put up the razor wire if you have to.
If things get violent, you need to protect it.
This is your border.
This is their home.
The United States of America is our home, and we ought to defend it with the same zeal and the same patriotism.
steve bannon
Jack, give us a minute.
The Poles have saved the West before.
Tell us about Vienna.
Tell us about the great legacy that every Pole knows by heart.
Give us a minute or two on that.
jack posobiec
September 11th, 1683.
Jan Sobieski leading a force of the winged Hussars.
This is the elite unit of the Polish cavalry.
They've got steel breastplates and they've got 1683.
Mind you, it's about a year before the Revolutionary War kicks, or excuse me, a century before the Revolutionary War kicks off.
So you're still kind of in that zone where firearms have been introduced, but they haven't completely taken over yet.
So this is the heavy unit of Polish cavalry, where they've got firearms, they've got swords, they've got lances, and on the back of their armor, they place eagle wings and ostrich feathers to create angel wings.
King Sobieski of Poland, King Jan Sobieski, he places the black Madonna, the symbol of the Jasnogora Shrine down in Czestochowa, Poland, on his breastplate.
Leads the charge, as the Turks, the Ottoman invaders, are sieging Vienna.
As Napoleon would say later, when you set out to take Vienna, take Vienna.
And that's exactly what Mustafa Qadhi Khalif was doing there in 1683.
Vienna had been under siege for a month at this point.
The Pope put out the word, if Vienna falls, the West will fall.
This was, Vienna was the key that picks the lock to all of Christendom.
Well, Sobieski rode his forces into the top of the hill called Kallenberg, and he waited up there until September 11th and rode down at the charge of this, the largest cavalry charge in human history, in the history of warfare, broke the lines, defeated them, and rode into the gates of Vienna a hero.
steve bannon
And save the West, the polls.
