Speaker Time Text
steve bannon
Hey, all the getter guys, remember, we're here today, what we're doing is taking on the illegitimate Biden regime.
Don't ever let this noise up here take you off message.
Every day, hammer, hammer, hammer, particularly for Lao Bai Jing, all the Chinese, why she talks that, why the criminal she talks to Biden today.
Remember, take down the CCP for everybody getter.
I want to thank everybody.
unidentified
Have you spoken to the former President Trump about this?
Is he saying anything to you, Mr. Bannon?
Mr. Bannon, get back to the war room!
Thank you!
steve bannon
Well, we're taking the advice of the audience.
We're back in the War Room.
It is Monday, the 15th of November, kind of an active day, Year of the Lord 2021.
We're live.
We've got Raheem Kassam, my co-host today.
By the way, Raheem, Talking Points Memo is calling you an English nationalist.
Raheem Kassam.
All my operatives are foreign, they noted.
Jack Posobiec.
Our proud son of Poland is with us, too, and of course, Boris Epstein.
We're going to have Ben Berkram from the border later, down at the wall we built, and also Captain Maureen Bannon.
Peter Navarro is going to pile in here.
Raheem, you've got a bunch of great clips from today.
I don't want to spend a lot of time on this, but I think we've got to have Boris analyze some of this, because I've got so much news to get to with you and Jack that you guys are breaking at Human Events and National Pulse.
Raheem, can you walk us through a couple of clips, and I want to have Boris' analysis and commentary.
unidentified
Yeah, absolutely, Steve.
raheem kassam
I want to, uh, just, uh, just one word for the Talking Points Memo Guys.
I thought we were all, I thought this was a nation of immigrants.
Why, why suddenly the xenophobia?
You know?
unidentified
Why?
raheem kassam
What are you?
Is it a problem because I'm British or is it a problem because I'm brown?
You know, I don't really, I don't really know, but, uh... Yeah.
steve bannon
Josh Marshall.
unidentified
Yeah.
boris epshteyn
We got an Irishman, okay?
We've got Raheem.
We've got Jack Masturbiak, a proud Polack, and we've got a Russian Jew.
Hey, you know what we all have in common?
Talking points, remember?
We're all American citizens.
So how about you suck on that?
steve bannon
Yeah.
raheem kassam
Not me, actually.
steve bannon
Josh Marshall, be ashamed of yourself.
Okay, let's go through this material.
Boris has got to go do real media, so let's go through this.
raheem kassam
Alright, Denver, let's roll the first clip from the great lawyer out there, Doug, outside the court.
Let's go.
david schoen
Bannon acted as his lawyer counseled him to do by not appearing and by not turning over documents in this case.
He didn't refuse to comply.
He made quite clear that if a court ordered him to comply, he would do that.
But he had an obligation to honor the privilege that was invoked.
And in terms of prosecuting this criminally, it violates settled Department of Justice policy that's binding on the executive branch.
It is outrageous that a criminal charge was brought in this case.
It is a misdemeanor.
but it's being treated as if it were a capital case. Mr. Bannon takes this very seriously.
It's outrageous what the government did. The principles of equal justice under law that Attorney General Garland speaks about are vitally important to all of us. And we all lose as Americans when they're selectively used and when we violate that principle.
raheem kassam
Boris, unpack that for us.
boris epshteyn
No doubt about it. First of all, Steve, such an honor to be here.
We had a great show this morning while you were going full Honey Badger.
Full Honey Badger as you were walking into the FBI field office.
That clip at the beginning of the show, we played a lot of the clip on the morning show.
Nothing like being here today.
Huge day and a win.
Huge win for the MAGA movement and for America.
And Steve, if I know my geography correctly, I think you're in a hotel that's becoming pretty well known.
It used to be known as Lincoln Hotel.
Now it's known just as The Willard.
So, you know, Jackie Alimani, Maggie Averman, all our favorite reporters, you know, enjoy writing whatever dots you want to connect about where Steve is tonight.
steve bannon
Hold it!
Stop!
Stop!
Since you're doing scoops, we'll give this to Pacific to tweet at first.
I'm actually in the suite, so they can, uh, they can suck on that also.
jack posobiec
The War Suite.
boris epshteyn
The War Suite.
steve bannon
Oh, by the way, the Nespresso machines.
boris epshteyn
The Nespresso machines are on point, as are the little Diet Cokes in the fridge.
Enjoy yourself.
Enjoy yourself, Steve.
I may have had one to a million of those with America's Mayor Rudy Giuliani and America's Police Commissioner Bernie Karach.
Let's go to the fact of this case.
Let's go to the law.
David Schoen, who by the way was obviously the linchpin, the linchpin in pushing back against the completely unlawful, ludicrous, Second impeachment of President Trump.
He comes in right on point here again.
And he says the quiet part out loud.
We know Eric Holder was held in contempt.
Lewis Lerner of the IRS was held in contempt.
Holder for Fast and Furious.
Lewis Lerner for going after conservative groups while she was leading a huge division of the IRS, the non-profit division of the IRS.
But, and neither of them were indicted, neither of them were prosecuted.
What happens here?
They're treating Steve Bannon, the Honey Badger, under the leadership of President Trump, a key MAGA champion, like this is some Class 1 felony.
And we all know why, because they are so scared.
About the truth of 3 November 2020 coming out, and they're so politically stupid they're actually think that going after one of the key leaders of the 3 November movement is somehow going to prove their point that Biden is legitimate.
So, do specifically what David Stroman said there.
He said that in this country we're supposed to have equal justice under the law, and if you look at the disparity, the disparity on how these cases were treated with Holder and Lois Lerner, and how it's being treated with Steve Bannon, there's absolutely no equal justice.
That's why this whole case is ludicrous, the whole prosecution is ludicrous, and as we'll talk about later, the actual committee is not legitimate, and the subpoenas are not legitimate.
raheem kassam
Alright, let's go to the second clip here, Denver.
Let's play the next clip of the lawyer out there outside the courthouse this morning.
david schoen
You should be outraged if he ever faced that possibility as an American.
There is nothing criminal about any conduct that occurred in this case, and when we respond to Merrick Garland, we say, apply the law equally.
Who else did they prosecute for invoking executive privilege in a criminal prosecution?
Read the Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel letters.
It's unconstitutional according to their own opinions from some real luminaries, including, by the way, read the Office of Legal Counsel opinion by Eric Holder for the Obama administration, the Fast and the Furious case.
This is unheard of to force a person to violate the invocation of executive privilege.
By the way, I mean, the court, of course, hasn't ruled yet in President Trump's case in Trump versus Thompson on whether executive privilege applies.
But even beyond that, the Office of Legal Counsel Opinions make clear that it applies to discussions with former government officials.
And that makes sense.
It makes sense because we often see former officials kept in the loop that the president needs to consult with.
And whatever you happen to think the president, President Trump, talked about at the time, that's what executive privilege exists for.
So that people can speak freely with the president, talk about strategy matters, and talk about national security and other important matters.
raheem kassam
Boris.
boris epshteyn
David Shiller, again, showing a full strength of what a knowledgeable, learned, and.
And vitally experienced attorney does.
Gets to the bottom of the matter and says right there that this is all about executive privilege.
And that's what Steve has been pointing to the whole time?
That's what he's been focused on the whole time?
How can he go in front of this ludicrous kangaroo court 1930s Soviet-style commission If President Trump has specifically, loudly, and unequivocally, unequivocally asserted his executive privilege.
Of course he cannot.
And there's ongoing litigation going on in the matter as we speak.
And then going deeper, and this is something we've discussed a lot.
You know, the liberals are going to tell you today, MSNBC is going to scream, oh, well, Steve Bannon was not a current government official at the time of his discussions with President Trump around January 6th.
Number one.
President Trump was the sitting president, so executive privilege applies.
Do you think executive privilege doesn't apply when he talks to a governor, when he talks to a CEO, when he talks to a head of a foreign country?
Of course it does.
That's number one.
Clearly, clearly, under OLC opinions, Office of Legal Counsel opinions, and Supreme Court opinions, executive privilege applies.
Number two.
OLC opinions also state that former senior government officials such as Steve Bannon, who was senior strategist to President Trump at the White House, are also covered by this executive purpose.
So all of this combined, as David Shone says, makes it clear as day that, of course, Steve Bannon couldn't show up, couldn't turn over information, couldn't cooperate, because there's an ongoing dispute, an ongoing clear-as-day, loud-as-thunder assertion of executive privilege from President Trump.
And that's what this is all about, and even deeper.
Let's go back at 30,000 feet.
Right now, we have no southern border.
The economy is failing.
We had a disaster in Afghanistan.
The American people want leadership.
They don't want this kangaroo court unselect committee who's looking into absolute nonsense.
One person, one person died as a result of January 6th, and that was Ashley Babbitt.
The American people know it.
The American people disdain this committee.
And of course, this committee has no legitimacy, no credibility.
raheem kassam
And we'll get into some of the new details that we're finding out about the chairman of the Commission himself, Benny Thompson, in just a little bit.
unidentified
Wow.
raheem kassam
Talking about people that were killed as a result of the support of violent extremist secessionists, even Benny Thompson.
We'll talk about that in just a bit.
Let's roll this third clip and get Boris's view on this third clip here, Dan.
david schoen
Yeah, Boris, I mean, let's talk about that for a second, because this guy's had, you know, over a decade of experience with the ACLU.
unidentified
quite frankly i represented the american civil liberties union for more than twenty years all the litigation they had in alabama this is an issue that the american civil liberties union or to be on our side with yet boris i mean let's talk about that for a second because this guy this guy's had had you know over a decade of experience with the a c l u where is the a c l u on this it's really isn't what it used to be a Liberals of the 60s and 70s actually believed in free speech.
boris epshteyn
They believed that Americans are allowed to have perspective.
That's what Steve said today, right during his comments there.
He is fighting for everybody, for libertarians, for liberals, for conservatives, for populists, and for everybody to be able to say what they believe.
Because if you let the government come in and silence Steve Bannon, silence Raheem Kastam, silence Boris Epstein, and of course, as they all are dying to do, silence the leader of the MAGA movement, President Trump, then democracy is over.
Freedom of speech is over.
And that's going to end what this case is really, at its real crux, is all about.
Are we, as Americans, allowed to have our own political opinions, or are we going to live in a yoke of communist or Nazi-like regimes?
And I will, until my dying breath, make sure that that does not happen, and Steve Bannon did a ton to push back on that authoritarianism, on that dictatorship, today.
unidentified
You know, my favorite moment is when you're safely going on the offensive, and then the lawyer clarifies what the offensive is.
steve bannon
Do we have that clip?
Boris, hang on.
Boris, you've got to jump through some other media, right?
What's your social media so you can bounce?
unidentified
Because you're packed today.
boris epshteyn
No doubt about it.
Steve.
Great work today.
Thanks for standing up for the American Republic.
Total honey badger.
That's exactly what the MAGA posse, what the MAGA movement wants to see.
And you crushed it today.
Coming in super hot on the website, BorisCP.com.
Sign up right now.
Add BorisCP on Twitter.
Add BorisCP, the hottest ungetter, at BorisCP.
And even hotter on Instagram, Boris underscore Epstein.
God bless.
Stay strong.
I'll see you tomorrow.
steve bannon
Thank you.
Do we have that clip?
Do we have the clip, Raheem, that we can play some of the other clips from this afternoon?
If not, I want to turn to your... I want to turn to your... Come back with that.
Let's go to your... I want Pasovi to cover the Daily Mail story of what he's been talking about, about Kamala, but let's go to your thing about Benny Thompson.
Can we pull your thing up on the National Pulse?
This Benny Thompson story is absolutely pretty unbelievable.
What happened here, Raheem?
raheem kassam
Just an extraordinary piece of investigative work by our friends over at Just the News, which we've also covered now over on the National Pulse, praising thousands of words that they've done the hard investigative work doing, looking into just who this Commission Chairman is, Benny Thompson, the January 6th Commission Chairman, and finding out there are troves of evidence, videos even, of him throwing his unequivocal support behind a secessionist group from the 1960s called the Republic of New Africa.
It's a fascinating story, not least because the Republic of New Africa was not just talking about taking over states of the United States through guerrilla warfare and other tactics.
They actually ended up murdering police officers, ended up assaulting FBI officers in their quest to start a new nation within the United States.
Their goal, they said in their own words, was to aggress the United States to a point where they would have to give up territory and then they could have a period of detente between the United States By the way, it was taken part of Mississippi and Alabama?
unidentified
Was that what they were talking about?
raheem kassam
Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia specifically with what they were looking at, talking about using guerrilla warfare tactics to instill a black separatist state within the United States.
They were violent.
They were known as violent.
FBI documents that Justin Hughes has raised show all of the evidence behind that, and nobody has asked Benny Thompson whether he disavows this group today.
I want to hear answers about that before he starts to persecute other people.
steve bannon
Solomon nailed it.
Raheem's got it up at the National Pulse right now.
Short commercial break.
We'll return with much more of the activity today.
Also, Jack Posobiec's called shot about the White House.
Next Rahim Kassam, Jack Posobiec, Stephen K. Bannon, you're in The War Room.
unidentified
We rejoice when there's no more, let's take down the CCP!
They have all lied for too long, we will end what they do wrong, spread the word of the wrong.
steve bannon
You see these signs right here and the guys over here saying insurrection and all that?
That's what this country's about.
It's freedom of speech.
They got their opinions, we have our opinions.
Okay?
Hang on, they have their opinions.
I'm telling you right now, this is going to be the misdemeanor from hell for Merrick Garland, Nancy Pelosi, and Joe Biden.
Joe Biden ordered Merrick Garland to prosecute me from the White House law when he got off Marine One.
And we're going to go on the offense.
We're tired of playing defense.
We're going to go on the offense on this and stand by.
By the way, you should understand Nancy Pelosi is taking on Donald Trump and Steve Bannon.
She ought to ask Hillary Clinton how that turned out for them, okay?
We're going on the offense.
unidentified
Hell, Steve. What, what, uh...
raheem kassam
What inspired you there?
steve bannon
Well, I think Jack Maxey, your work, Miranda Devine, the hard drive from hell.
Listen, you know, it's a misdemeanor and I don't want to get into the legal parts of it because I've got a great legal team that's joined Bob Costello and others.
They're just coming on the case to get it up to speed but we're not going to just sit there and take punches.
We're going on the offense and when I say offense, there's a You know, you got to get to the bottom of what Joe Biden, you know, basically ordered my prosecution, what Merrick Garland's role has been in this, DOJ, Nancy Pelosi, the formation, the structure, the substance of this committee.
Look, we've avoided talking about this forever because to me, it's all noise, not signal.
But I will tell you, they They took on the wrong Irishman here, right?
Because the Irish are born fighting like the Scots and we're going to get very engaged here.
I hired a legal team that is set to go on offense and they're just not going to sit there and take this nonsense from the U.S.
attorneys and from And for Merrick Garland, it's just not going to happen.
We're going on offense and I think people just should stand by because we're going to get to the bottom of all of this, including Pelosi's role, Benny Thompson's role, Merrick Garland's role, Joe Biden's role.
So they better.
I know they're going to be rethinking their executive privilege here in the next couple of weeks, but it's outrageous that that doesn't even get into the whole thing of executive privilege.
What's happening with President Trump, etc.
But to me, this is so outrageous.
And that's what I was saying.
People should understand on that clip right there, there are people out there calling us insurrectionists, you're traitors, the guys with signs.
My point was, hey, we're here.
I'm here fighting this for those people, too.
We're the United States of America.
People have different opinions.
Okay, they have different opinions.
And that's what this country is based upon.
It's the most fundamental of our freedoms, along with freedom of religion.
And so, that's what the fight is.
And hey, I will just tell you, they picked the wrong guy to take on in this.
So, we're down for the fight.
jack posobiec
Hey Steve, real quick, if I can.
You know that gentleman standing behind you with the DC Black History Tour sign?
You can see him in the clip there.
That's Don Folden.
That's the guy who was speaking Over at Lincoln Park the day when Antifa got in my face and tried to throw me down the steps there, that's the guy, when they were coming after me, he actually stepped in and brought his sign in between, that sign he's holding right behind you, in between me and the Antifa, and he said, back off.
This guy's not here to be violent.
This guy's here to do his job and report.
We're here to have a discussion.
We're not about that.
So I have a lot of appreciation for Don Foulden and he was there for me and I saw he was there for you today.
raheem kassam
Amazing Steve, I know we want to go to the Daily Mail page here.
I don't know if the connection's quite right between Jack and Steve there.
I don't know if you guys are hearing each other just right.
But I want to see if we can bring Jack into this story because I talked about it this morning.
jack posobiec
Beautiful microphone you have, Rahim.
It's just so glorious.
raheem kassam
Thank you.
We talked about it, and big thank you, by the way, to the person who saw my connection the other day and said, Raheem needs new equipment and sent us a couple of bucks over to fundrealnews.com.
So I upgraded the whole setup.
Listen, Jack, we teased this this morning.
We didn't have time to get to it, but you have been months and months and months ahead on this fissure in the White House between Kamala's staff, between Biden's staff, and what it means for those two working together.
She was humiliated this weekend in that piece on CNN.
She's out of her depth.
She doesn't know what she's doing.
It's a stalled launch to the vice presidency.
And then, of course, Jen Psaki has to come in and send this kind of uh... half-hearted tweet about all know we all love each other will do a great job and the ultimate hackle on the daily mail website is steve notice uh... this afternoon i hope we can pull it up showing these two hugging so joan kamala hug it out proving maybe therefore that there's something to hug out well as they say it's certainly not the first time that kamala harris is had to
jack posobiec
hug it out to get where she is in in politics that really what you're seeing here is something that we've seen for months and months day in day out on human events daily We've been covering this.
We refer to it as the White House shade war.
This thing turned absolutely hot over the weekend.
with CNN and Jim Acosta devoting a 10 minute segment.
That is a full frontal broadside from the Biden team dropping huge bombs on Kamala Harris's team.
I've said before that this started out as a shade war, you know, trading barbs back and forth.
It escalated into something further when you saw Kamala being thrown these fail, fail situations, lose, lose situations like the border, for example.
But then now you're starting to see these huge open fights in the press.
CNN is not running a 10 minute segment with Jim Acosta and devoting their entire front page on a Sunday night because everybody knows, let me explain how the business works.
Sunday night on CNN, and I know you know this Rahim, sets the tone for the week.
That is the tone setter for the rest of the media for the whole week.
They are saying this is going to be the narrative.
So if you look at the CNN website on Sunday night, that sets the tone for Monday, for Tuesday.
And if it continues, if he picks up traction, they will continue it on.
That was a targeted strike on Kamala Harris.
I said before that there were two teams.
Now it really feels like there are two administrations in this White House.
And you also see, by the way, Kamala Harris and Pete Buttigieg.
If you watch all 10 minutes of it, and I did in excruciating fashion last night.
I don't know how anyone can spend more than 10 minutes watching Jim Acosta, but I did it so you don't have to.
That Buttigieg and Kamala are duking it out blow by blow and the inside track on that is we know that Pete Buttigieg is not someone who's popular certainly with African Americans of his own party, but we also know that Kamala Harris wasn't popular with her own party.
She won zero primary votes in the entire DNC.
She was rejected by the voters of her own party.
What is this all about?
They're both the two frontrunners for 2024.
Remember, Joe Biden will be 82 years old.
He'll be asking to serve until he's 86 years old, clearly the oldest president we've ever had.
This is about those Northern California donors.
This is all about Silicon Valley.
Who gets the prize, the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow?
The Silicon Valley billionaires.
That's who they're angling for here.
raheem kassam
Look, Jack, it's very clear, I think, to a lot of people that you might just be the best-sourced person, especially on the intrigue that's coming out of the White House.
Certainly, I see the envy in the eyes and in the reporting of many people on the political left, many people in the corporate media.
So let me ask you this.
You broke this months and months ago.
What are we hearing right now?
What are you hearing right now about Who's kind of had to bend over to who in this spat?
Who's giving more way here?
jack posobiec
Oh, I'm not hearing anything about way.
I'm hearing about response.
I'm hearing about retaliation.
The retaliatory strike on Team Biden is already being planned.
Now, it's either going to come out.
I would look for New York Times or potentially Politico as someone they're talking to.
But what they're going to do is not just the lackluster Kamala Harris, they're going to say Joe Biden's disappointing first year.
That's the headline you're going to see.
You're already seeing the leaks being fomented.
They're already lining up the people who are going to go on the record with either The Times or Politico, depending on who they pitch it to that decides to get it.
Team Harris is all in for this fight.
They are not taking any quarter.
They're not playing nice anymore.
The gloves are absolutely coming off.
So look for that retaliatory strike to come probably late December before the holiday break or early after the new year when we get closer to that one-year mark.
That's what they're really strategizing for.
Now, keep in mind, we know the Democrat Party has set aside a week for the first national remembrance, the anniversary of the events of 1-6.
So we know that they're not going to do anything to disturb that narrative, because of course that week will be set aside for memorializing, garlands of flowers, black robes on the armbands.
You're going to see all of it.
It is going to be like a state funeral on 1-6.
So look for that coming.
That's coming up very, very soon.
When you look in terms of the political calendar, because December is kind of a wash to begin with.
But understand, Kamala Harris and Joe Biden, the war is going kinetic.
steve bannon
Rahim, Rahim, let me just jump in here for a second.
Let me just jump in here for a second.
Let me just jump in here for a second, Jack, and sorry for the technical problem, it dropped me out.
What Posobiec's talking about, and this is why I want this show to focus on the signal, not the noise, on what's really happening in the collapse of this regime.
I think very quickly what Posobiec's saying is to focus on it is that the Newsom and Whitmer and these other governors in these states, even Pritzker in Illinois, you're going to start seeing very quickly with this implosion of Washington, D.C., and particularly when they don't get the Build Back Better bill passed, with the debacle, with the convergence of the continued resolution, And the debt ceiling.
Those big state governors are going to say, hey, the Washington Democratic Party, that inside the Beltway D.C.
party is a failure, a complete failure, right?
And we're going to rejuvenate it because they're going to look at 50 or 60 seat loss in the House.
You're seeing now, I think, a major fissure in civil war in the Democratic Party that we in the Republican Party have had for years and years and years.
I think it's really going to start.
They're going to say these D.C.
politicians like Joe Biden have led us to destruction, have led us down a path.
We're going to get polling in the high 20s, low 30s.
Kamala Harris is just part of that.
You now need big state governors like Pritzker, like Whitmer, like Newsom to take over.
So I think it's and by the way, it's all great news for us because they're now going to start turning on each other.
Go ahead, Jack.
jack posobiec
The way to look at this, too, though, is you got to understand that none of those people that you just mentioned or really Kamala, Buttigieg or Joe Biden have the ear of the squad or have the ear of the populist left.
So Kamala Harris, we're smart and don't, you know, I'm not exactly known for giving my advice to Kamala Harris, but if she were smart, she would look to make a political alliance there to nuke Pete Buttigieg and his chances completely out of orbit.
steve bannon
Wow.
I'll tell you what, Rahim, let's take a short commercial break.
We'll be back.
This is fascinating.
This is exactly what I want the show to focus on.
The reality of what's happening.
We're crushing the illegitimate Biden regime.
We're killing it right in the crib.
Sorry if the committee doesn't like it.
They're going to have to suck on that.
OK?
Short commercial break.
Rahim, Jack, Steve, we're going to go to the border next in the War Room.
unidentified
By the way, if the administrative state wants to take me on, bring it.
steve bannon
Because we're here to fight this and we're gonna go on offense.
unidentified
You stand by, you see how we're gonna go on offense, okay?
Alright, welcome back to the war room.
raheem kassam
Monday, November the 15th, big day, lots to cover.
We're talking to Jack Posobiec about the Daily Mail and his scoops about Kamala Harris, talked about Benny Thompson, this chairman of this January 6th commission, obviously talked about the big news here in Washington DC today, but we have to, Steve, keep our eyes on the prize here.
There is so much going on all around the country that is forcing this regime.
I noticed, by the way, Steve Bannon you use the word regime today a lot I don't I'm not just I'm not going to say that whoever came up with that in the early days of this is a political strategic genius I wouldn't go so far as to say that but you know it was it was noted um but you used your words very carefully today and I think right there and right then uh when you say bring it you mean bring it right No, we're going to bring the heat.
steve bannon
That's our top legal team, top communications team.
This is the administrative state, right?
And somebody asked me a day coming out and said, well, didn't the marshals and the FBI guys you complimented do a good job of the administrative state?
That's the working part, the working class part of the administrative state.
That's not what we're attacking.
We're talking the elites that control the administrative state.
And this is going to be flawed.
This is the fight we've always wanted.
So let's just get on with it.
And hey, It's in a federal court.
Let's just go, right?
We got top guys.
They've got all the resources of the state.
But we're not backing off this fight one bit.
But the signal is exactly what you just said.
It's Jack Posobiec reporting from the White House.
It's Raheem Kassam.
Taking John Solomon's reporting and breaking down what Benny Thompson's doing.
It's, we can't get Ben Burkham because of a technical thing, but I'm going to be on his show right at the top of the S6.
He's live at our wall, and we build the wall right there in El Paso, Texas.
That's the signal.
It's about the invasion.
It's about the inflation.
We're going to have Navarro on here in a second, right?
Navarro wrote the great book in Trump time, talked all about the Green Bay Sweep and what went on, but it's Navarro's intellectual ability to put the statistics together about the 3 November movement.
That's reality.
And that's what they're trying to do a million misdirection plays.
That's why they're still hanging on to this thing.
And so they can hang on to it.
We think it's helping to crush them.
And now Democrats are complaining they're spending too much time.
But Rahim, if they want to fight, we'll give them a fight.
We're not going to back down from these guys.
They've pushed people around for too long.
They're not pushing this mick around.
OK, I've had enough and I've had enough of them.
And so we're going to stand and we're going to fight.
raheem kassam
Yeah, I was going to say, that's my job.
And we had this huge scoop this morning from Natalie Winters about Adam Schiff and his meetings with the chairman of the China United States Exchange Foundation.
He meets with these people and suddenly, you know, he's Mr. Impeachment, he's Mr. January the 6th, he's Mr. Election Hoax, and now all of this too.
You know, it's no coincidence, Steve, that these people work Hand in hand, and we've got the President tonight supposedly having these long conversations.
You mentioned that today, these long conversations with Xi, as Xi is emboldened by his party to run as a dictator, to be the dictator now in China, and you've got Biden who's there, obviously going to be kowtowing.
None of this is coincidental, am I right?
steve bannon
You're 100% right.
Do we have Navarro?
Can we get Navarro?
Because this is where I want to segue to Peter and I want to get Jack in.
Jack was a Naval Intelligence Officer.
Raheem's piece about Natalie Winter is amazing and there are no coincidences.
But do we have Navarro?
The reason is, the whole she thing tonight is about Glasgow being a disaster because they're ramping up coal.
Like never before to become a hegemon in Asia and then a hegemon throughout the world.
But Peter Navarro, you've got inside scoop.
Tell us what your sources are telling you.
Here's what Biden's going to do.
He's going to back off the Navarro-Lighthizer-Trump trade deal, and he's going to blame inflation on the tariffs.
And he's going to try to do with them.
Peter Navarro, do we have Peter?
Walk us through what's going to happen with Xi tonight.
peter navarro
Yeah, a little breaking news, Steve.
There should be a piece up momentarily on Fox News that I wrote that basically handicaps all of the parameters of what's likely to happen.
I'm predicting a Neville Chamberlain Munich Pack moment.
The Churchill quote about you wanted to avoid war and you got dishonor.
I think that's what's going to happen tonight.
So we got the tariffs.
Biden may unilaterally surrender the tariffs on the false flag of inflation.
If he does that, it's going to spike the trade deficit.
It's not going to have any impact on inflation.
We're going to look even weaker than we usually look.
On Taiwan, you can expect Biden.
Basically, to not say anything or push anything.
If Xi gets pushed, he'll go stone cold on us, and you'll see weakness leads to war.
No discussion of human rights, no discussion of Xinjiang, no discussion of Taiwan.
I think the other thing that's interesting here, Biden's going to make speeches about the importance of climate change to appeal.
To his progressive and leftist base.
But the reality is, Belichick, right?
You are what your score says you are.
China's score says that it builds a new coal plant every two weeks and that a year's worth of Americans freezing in the dark and paying $5 a gallon gasoline It's worth about two months of net emissions of China.
It's just crazy, just crazy for Europe and the United States to do these PACs where they unilaterally disarm on an energy front and China and India just wipes out the climate.
steve bannon
Hang on, I gotta bring in Basovic, stay right there.
Basovic, of all days to do this, why does he do it right at the end of the party that starts to tee up Xi to have powers greater than Mao Zedong?
That the PLA, the state of China, and the Chinese Communist Party will all merge in and report to Mao.
He will be a new emperor for life.
Why does Joe Biden Why does Joe Biden, the Commander-in-Chief of the United States, why does Joe Biden have this?
Right after that happened, when we should be stiff-arming them, why does he have essentially a meet-and-greet with Xi tonight, sir?
jack posobiec
It's as simple as this.
Joe Biden knows where the real power is.
He knows the power today is not in Glasgow.
And he knows inherently, deep down, maybe even subconsciously, he knows that Xi has more power Wow.
than he does in terms of his White House.
He knows that she is on the ascendance and Joe Biden has no clue what to do other than go to him to kowtow, to vacillate, and ultimately to concede to whatever demands she wants.
They have already covered their bases.
When it comes to this green energy stuff, which country, which regime is it, is the one that has gone and run the table on all rare earth minerals in the world?
That's Xi Jinping and the PRC, the CCP.
They have already covered their bases.
They know that if Joe Biden and all the leaders of Glasgow, the Davos said that if they want green energy, they've got to come through him.
Joe Biden knows that if he wants to do anything about inflation, oil prices, the rest of it, he's got to go through Xi.
He inherently knows that Xi is holding all the cards because Joe Biden, his cohorts, do it.
peter navarro
Hey Steve, I want to take a little different take on that.
I'm not exactly buying what Jack is saying.
I think the problem here is the mindset that goes back to the Clinton days where the whole idea is if we work with them economically somehow they'll become more peaceful.
When Joe Biden talks about They're competitors that we're not in conflict to.
He's clearly clinging to that in his 80-year-old brain that's diminished.
steve bannon
No, no, no.
peter navarro
I worry more about that.
steve bannon
Peter, Peter, Peter, I disagree with you.
I think Jack's right.
No, no, that was the old mindset.
That was the old mindset of the elites.
He's clinging to it.
The Frankenstein monster, we're kowtowing to it.
I think Jack's exactly right.
In Glasgow we got down and begged them and they showed what an imperial power shows to a subsidiary partner.
We're not even not going to show up.
We're not going to show you our face.
I'm not going to deem this worthy of doing a two minute video.
You're a tributary power to me.
You pay tribute.
Glasgow is everything.
Glasgow, climate change is everything.
In fact, the progressive left should be ashamed of themselves.
They've thrown the Chinese people, Lao-Bai Jing under the bus, saying, we will not talk about human rights anymore.
We will not talk about any of the dictatorship anymore, as long as you please give us something on climate change.
Because climate change is overall.
Peter, that mentality was dangerous enough and created this Frankenstein monster.
We're in a much different stage.
You have an American president that should in no way ever be talking to Xi after what he pulled last week for the consolidation of power to have a totalitarian dictatorship of the Chinese people.
And now he's going to kowtow tonight.
Dr. Peter Navarro.
peter navarro
Amen to that.
Amen to that.
But still, Steve, it's like the math is pretty simple.
Surely the White House must watch.
A coal plant in China go up every two weeks after China said over a year ago they'd stop building coal plants and understand that what their policy is is in direct conflict with the reality of China.
steve bannon
You just said reality, Jeff.
peter navarro
We're in green here.
We're in violent agreement here.
steve bannon
Hold it, hold it.
No, no, no.
In Glasgow, was there any mention of the reality of what China's doing as far as coal?
Forget oil and gas, but coal itself.
The Soviets.
peter navarro
Yeah, China blew us off.
They don't show up.
And Europeans, that's my point here, Steve.
It's like this clash between This fantasy that goes on in Biden's head and his advisors, clinging to an old era of hope, is just starkly in contrast with us getting our head handed to us by the Chinese Communists.
steve bannon
Okay, once again, hang on, whoa, whoa, whoa, once again.
I think this is where you're misreading it.
You're thinking they've got the Clinton paradigm where it's hope.
What Pacific's saying is different.
They understand the true power politics and that we are the tributary state.
They know what Trump was saying, no way.
We have the power, we have the leverage, and we're going to jam you.
And I got Peter Navarro right here as my attack dog.
and Bannon and these other guys, what Pacovic is saying is they understand the new power dynamics and they are kowtowing, they are acting like a tributary state. The Glasgow thing was humiliating to have John Kerry running around talking to the Senate. So when, I guess the question is, Steve, I guess the question is when does the woke left wake up to the fact that China is making a mockery of everything they want to do on climate change?
peter navarro
And by the way, did I mention this new bill that they want to pass will basically consign us to buying Chinese batteries, lithium, and Jack's rare earth and minerals for the rest of our natural lives and make us even more beholden to them.
Hold it.
steve bannon
Hold it.
They never mentioned that we're ceding all the high ground of the Fourth Industrial Revolution to China in this bill.
They actually say it's a good thing because they say it's green energy.
Basobic, jump in here for a second and then Rahim.
We've got about a minute and a half.
jack posobiec
Look, it's as simple as this, right?
And Navarro, I understand what he's saying, and that was the paradigm, right?
The idea was, we work with China, they'll become more like us.
The opposite became true, though.
And that's the new thinking that he got to apply to this.
We became more authoritarian.
peter navarro
So Biden— Well, I agree with that, Jack.
I mean, I agree with that.
I'm just saying those guys haven't caught up.
Go ahead.
steve bannon
No, no, no, no.
Please stop, Peter.
Once again, you're wrong, and here's why you're wrong.
They have caught up.
We changed.
They are now admitting by their actions that we are a tributary state.
That's why people in the United States have to know, and Rahim, when we come back, you can talk about the path to war, because this is why we're headed to a kinetic war in Taiwan.
We are now acting like a tributary state.
Dr. Navarro, The 1990s called, and they want their China policy back.
You're good, but you're never in reality.
peter navarro
No, no, no.
unidentified
You think they haven't got the job.
peter navarro
Could Biden be this stupid?
I guess the answer is yes.
unidentified
We are in violent agreement about that, sir.
steve bannon
Let's talk about the Green League when we get back.
unidentified
Just briefly.
Yeah.
steve bannon
You can tell Navar's been in his hut writing that book.
Okay, short commercial break.
We're going to return Rahim Ghassan, Jack Posobiec, and Dr.
Peter Navarro next to the War Room.
unidentified
It's all started, everything's begun, and you are over, because we're taking down the CCP.
Spread the word all through Hong Kong, we will fight till they're all gone, we rejoice when there's no more, let's take the beat.
By the way, by the way, by the way, not just Trump people and not just conservatives.
steve bannon
Every progressive, every liberal in this country that that likes freedom of speech and liberty, OK, should be fighting for this case.
That's why I'm here today for everybody.
unidentified
I'm never going to back down.
steve bannon
And they they they took on the wrong guy this time.
unidentified
OK, they took on the wrong guys.
raheem kassam
Steve, big moment there from this afternoon as well, I think, just so strong in your statements.
I think it was just worth playing there and reminding people what we saw from you this afternoon.
steve bannon
By the way, that was because, you know, people were sitting there going, oh, you know, they're insurrectionists, they had the guys assigned.
But my point is, hey, we're fighting for everybody's freedom of speech, the First Amendment, and that fight we're never going to back down from.
So, Raheem, thank you.
I've got a lot to get to.
I've got to be quick.
Dr. Navarro, could you roll over to another segment?
On my way out, some young woman kept saying, hey, on this thing about all hell was going to break loose on the podcast.
I said, just go back and do your homework.
Watch the podcast.
You'll see exactly what we're talking about.
The Mike Pence and the Green Bay Sweep.
I said, have you read Peter Navarro's book in Trump time?
unidentified
No.
steve bannon
I said, you must read it.
Navarro, real quickly, give us a minute on the Green Bay Sweep.
Why is it so important for people to read it to contextualize what's going on here?
peter navarro
Chapter 21, Green Bay Sweep.
Basically, in order to get the White House back for a second term for Trump, we had to have peace on Capitol Hill.
The chapter leads off, the last three people who wanted chaos, Capitol Hill, that day were Stephen K. Bannon, Donald John Trump, and me.
So, reporters, your assignment is pick up the friggin' book.
I'll give you a copy.
You don't even have to buy it.
Read that chapter.
Bannon gets exonerated.
Full stop.
By the way, Raskin's barking up the wrong tree.
steve bannon
In Trump time, everybody does.
Any reporter that gets us, we'll put them over to Navarro, we'll get you a free copy of the book.
Peter, real quickly, how did they get you on Getter?
peter navarro
Real Pete Navarro, Getter is the Twitter killer.
Getter was right on with live broadcasting the event this morning, and it's kicking Twitter's butt right now.
steve bannon
Thank you very much.
I want to go back to Peter Navarro, I mean Rahim, on the previous conversation.
You're a resident historian.
How dangerous are we now that we believe, our leadership believes, we're a tributary state to the China?
Are we down the path to a kinetic war like the 1930s?
raheem kassam
You know, that actually would be a better option from where I think we're actually on the path to.
We're actually on the path to going full Chamberlain on this thing without necessarily any respite in sight here.
You have a situation where the elite, we talk about elite merger all the time.
I think Natalie talks about it the best.
and what you've really got now is joe biden kind of acting like the device president of sales uh... for the for the globalist empire and not the other way up up up up up up deferring to the company president and the company president right now is usually he knows it that's why this is also important and i've thought for so many months now about the importance of drawing the parallel because remember churchill was unpopular the establishment hated him
they didn't want him to come to power but they saw no other choice because they would lose western civilization if you were to let members of the liberal party members of the the the factless uh... left in the united kingdom lead that effort against nazi germany and we're gonna have to bring churchill of these times back That's Well, I think that there's two options, right?
steve bannon
Jump in here. Your naval intelligence officer speaks Mandarin. Is Rahim right? Is a kinetic war the least worse of our options here as the administration kowtows and tonight this call couldn't be bigger? Well, I think that there's two options, right? You either have Joe Biden and this band of neoliberals at their back who and Peter Navarro was asking why don't the woke left ever call out China?
jack posobiec
Why don't they really seem to care?
And it's quite simple actually.
They're in league with them.
They are on the same side on every other issue.
Their Hollywood movies are funded by China.
We talked about this morning, Steve, you had a little bit of a meeting, but we were joking that we should create something called, instead of Rotten Tomatoes, let's have CCP Tomatoes and actually rank all of the movies and how much they're funded by China, right?
The woke left is in many cases bought and paid for by China.
They're financed by them.
And so this isn't a situation Like we had during the Cold War, where at least we knew our enemy, we were able to name our adversary.
We're now in a situation where part of the country or part of the establishment of this country has actually merged with the CCP.
So either we use the economic levers, which Navarro, which Trump, which Lighthizer were the first administration in U.S.
history to use when it vis-a-vis China.
Or we will hurdle towards a situation that unfortunately will end up kinetic, and I'm not really sure that the United States military is prepared for a major war with a near-peer power right now.
We would fail in such an endeavor.
steve bannon
I want to bring in Mo Bannon.
Captain Bannon, we're going to make some big announcements here in the next couple days about your involvement.
Are you down for this fight since you fought in the last war in Iraq?
Are you down for this fight in the war room with the Chinese Communist Party?
unidentified
I am 100%.
Like you said today, you're not going to back down from a fight, and neither am I. I'm here for the fight, and I'm going to stay strong.
steve bannon
Perfect.
Hey, give us your social media, ma'am.
unidentified
You can find me on Instagram at Real Maureen Bannon, and Twitter and Getter at Maureen underscore Bannon.
steve bannon
That Twitter and that Getter is getting a little spicy, so make sure you check out Captain Maureen Bannon.
The pastor, I think he got mentors here, Rahim and Posovic and Boris.
Posovic, your show's on fire.
How do people get to the podcast?
How do they get to human events?
jack posobiec

steve bannon
By the way, Raheem, you guys, National Pulse have been the tip of the spear on everything related to the Chinese Communist Party.
How do people get to your podcast and to you and Natalie?

I shared some of our stories from on the road just to give the audience a kind of a more 360 degree view of who you are and what you've been up to for the last 10 years as I've kind of stood by your side.
jack posobiec
I heard also a version of that one that you get the real stories from the road between Steve and Raheem.
steve bannon
Yeah.
Yeah.
raheem kassam
Steve, don't listen to it.
steve bannon
