War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, it's game day.
It's Tuesday, 2 November, Year of Our Lord 2021.
We told you this day was coming.
We've worked around the clock with the deplorables in the Commonwealth of Virginia and, quite frankly, throughout the country to make sure that we have a massive surge today on game day of Trump supporters, Trump voters, to get a stunning victory here to drive the stake In the heart of the vampire that is this Biden regime that is coming apart at the seams in front of our eyes.
This is all the theory, all the polling, all of that really has to manifest itself today in deplorables getting out and voting, particularly in not just in the suburbs, these new battlegrounds like Loudoun County.
We were spent so much time the last couple weeks of the suburbs of Richmond where we had the rally, what, four or five weeks ago.
It is most important.
It's increasingly important.
That places like the Fighting Ninth in southwest Virginia turn out.
The early vote there was light and must turn out massively for President Trump's agenda here in the Commonwealth of Virginia, which is to take all this poison that's being shipped out of Washington, D.C.
and pass to the Virginia Department of Education and other agencies and spread out into the deck plates like through the school boards and the school districts.
The army of moms to represent today.
Okay, you're in the war room.
We're live.
We're going to be going throughout the state, but we got to start with the world.
I want to go to Ben Harnwell.
Ben's in Rome today.
We've got to talk about Glasgow.
This is the scam that in a couple things that Virginia and because the deplorables are representing so hard.
That the polling and the surge, and particularly the break of independence, independence breaking towards Youngkin, and particularly in taking out the House of Delegates in Virginia, it's changed the dynamic.
You saw Manchin.
Manchin would have never had this, which as you know we've been arguing about now for months, to actually what's the scoring on these bills?
What's the economic implication of these bills?
You've heard the lies and misrepresentations.
Of Biden and Pelosi.
And look, a Democratic senator called him out yesterday.
He says, three card money.
It's a scam.
It's a it's a shell game.
And he wants reporting.
That's because of how the deplorables have gotten in back of this young campaign in these numbers in Virginia.
They're absolutely petrified.
And you've had the back of Manchin now in Glasgow.
This is the same thing that the Gilets Jaunes in France rebelled against a couple of years ago.
Everything about China and the Paris Accord being put on the backs of working class people throughout the world.
In this case it was the diesel fuel cost in the rural countryside of France.
And the people revolted.
This Glasgow thing is a joke.
And here's why it's a joke.
The entire issue Around, you know, trying to decarbonize, or the entire issue around too much carbon in the atmosphere, or effluents, or... It's all related to China.
It's related to China.
If you don't have China on board, and the only way you're going to get the Chinese Communist Party on board, we've said this over and over again, they're a transnational criminal organization.
You're going to have to force them, and have unpleasant conversations, and box them in, and force them to do the right thing, and part of the right thing is stop poisoning Lao Bajing.
China is the most polluted nation on earth.
It's water, it's soil, it's air.
And who suffers from that?
The Chinese people.
Yet the gutless, globalist, administrative state in Glasgow dances around this, has all this happy talk, right?
I'm almost getting to Greta Thunberg.
Blah, blah, blah, right?
It's nothing but happy talk because they will not confront that China didn't even show up, didn't send a video, sent a short note.
Hey, sorry.
Sorry I can't be there.
Hope the thing works out for you.
I want to go to Ben Harnwell.
Ben, you're in Rome today.
Tell us about Glasgow.
Tell us about these global elites.
Tell us about this fiasco that's going on.
By the way, this leads to Larry Fink trying to change your life with ESG investing.
Ben Harnwell.
ben harnwell
You're absolutely right, Steve, to cite the direct link between the Paris Climate Accord in 2015, the very end of December 2015, and the two, three-year-long protests by the French Yellow Jackets, which almost brought down the French government.
Now, instead of learning from this mistake, what the global elites are doing right now is piling on the extra burden onto ordinary working families. It's either in reckless oblivion or it's deliberately intended. So far the big news coming out of Glasgow today is that they've put aside 19 billion euros for rebuilding forests to prevent deforestation, which is a
joke as correctly as you identified.
This is the strategy, Steve.
It's to wear people down with burdens that they cannot bear to make them ever more dependent on the little largesse that the state is going to give them, which is basically their own tax money back.
steve bannon
I want to go, before I leave you, you're in front of a building in Rome, I believe it's the UN Center for Food.
Yesterday, Elon Musk, who, look, we think is way off track on transhumanism, but is a guy that can light people up, he got into a spat.
They tried to call him out about his wealth.
He said, hey, tell me what the number is.
They said $6 billion.
He said, if that's really the number I can solve world hunger, I'll sell $2 billion worth of stock and give it to you if it's transparent.
Walk us through quickly.
What happened there?
And he had a real put-down for the UN, did he not?
ben harnwell
He certainly did.
David Beasley, who's the executive director of the World Food Programme, which is the building exactly over my shoulder here in Rome, asked Elon Musk for six billion dollars to solve the problem of global hunger.
And Elon Musk quite properly responded, said, look, the money, hey, the money is not an issue.
I'll give it.
It's 2% of my wealth.
I'll happily do that.
But what I want is open transparency on how this money is being spent.
But better than that, Elon Musk then called out David Beasley and said, but before we talk about this, I want a response to the scandal in 2015 when it emerged that Workers for the World Food Programme were giving food to poor people, kids in the developing world, in exchange.
Now I know this is a family show, but I have to say the full extent of what was going on here.
Giving food to kids in exchange for oral sex.
And this is the World Food Programme.
This is the UN.
unidentified
It's not the first time these stories have emerged from the UN.
steve bannon
Hang on, I wanted to lay the marker down today in a crowded thing about Virginia, because it's game day here, to say he called them out on something they never resolved.
This is part of the global elite.
They want billions and billions of dollars of US taxpayer money or entrepreneur money.
And you have no earthy idea where it's being spent.
Elon Musk said, hey, I want total radical transparency.
And oh, by the way, There's an open scandal you guys have not resolved for 2015, and I want to make sure we don't have these global elites that are essentially abusing people in the third world.
You know, American taxpayers give the money, they take the money, they get food, and then they're using it for their own devious designs.
Answer that question.
Only Elon Musk can do that.
And by the way, you've gotten crickets.
Ben, how do people get to you on social media?
How do they follow you?
ben harnwell
I'll finish, if I may Steve, I'll just finish with the actual response on behalf of the global elite to this scandal in 2015.
2020, last year, they gave the World Food Programme the Nobel Prize for Peace.
Anyone interested in following me can follow me on Twitter, it's at Ben underscore Hanwell.
steve bannon
By the way, we're going to get more to this scandal because it gets to the rot of these global elites and these global institutions.
This World Food, as Elon Musk called them out.
Ben, amazing job.
We're going to get back to you in the evening, showing them tomorrow.
Thank you very much.
Our international editor is now taking over all the international aspects of that.
They get the Nobel Prize after a scandal they've never answered for, right?
And Elon Musk calls them out.
OK, let's go.
We're going to go to the Commonwealth of Virginia now to By the way, this thing with China not showing up, this Glasgow, this is all a dog and pony show.
It's totally irrelevant.
And all they're going to try to do is make your life tougher on these regulations.
If they had a solution for the problem and you had to sacrifice, American people will sacrifice anything.
The greatest people on earth have sacrificed more than any people on earth for prosperity and peace.
Right?
We've given them both blood and treasure to make the world more prosperous and more peaceful.
right? The American people and the deplorables will always answer that call to arms. But when you're just sitting there with no solution and China does it so arrogantly because they're not going to show up for John Kerry and Joe Biden. They own these guys. It's absurd. Let's go to John Fredericks. John, today, game day, Commonwealth of Virginia, you've worked on this for months and months and months. The deplorables have overwhelmingly in the independence of this way.
This is going to be a major upset that is going to have international ramifications.
The Yunkin campaign is surging on the back.
and how are the deplorables going to get out?
unidentified
We're set up Steve for a great day. This is going to be a major upset that is going to have international ramifications. The Yunkin campaign is surging on the back of front voters and deplorables who we understand today at 10 a.m.
three hours in are overwhelming Republican polls in Southwest Virginia in Salem in Radford down through the 9th district They got lines out the door.
I'm getting reports back that our turnout there of Trump voters is bigger than 2020.
We have huge turnout, huge enthusiasm.
The president doing a town hall rally yesterday.
Tens of thousands of Virginia Trump voters on the call, fired up.
The president delivering remarks, urging everybody to go out.
Change the direction of the country through Virginia tomorrow.
Take back Virginia.
Take back America.
Action.
And that call for his voters to come out, which typically don't come out of these off-year elections.
steve bannon
We just lost John Fredericks.
We can try to boot him back up.
Okay, let's try to re-hook John Fredericks.
Okay, what John Fredericks is saying is that our on-the-ground, what do I say, folks that are watching this.
Number one, there was a tweet this morning.
From someone that said, for the first time in his life, he came to his voting precinct and had a Republican representative there, somebody in the Republican Party representing there, that was to greet him and make sure that, you know, they had the right ballot and all that.
He said in his, I think, 20 years in Virginia, he had never seen that before.
All right?
This shows organization.
And it's also for this audience, for the first time in the governor's race four years ago, only 28% of the election official poll watchers billets were filled we were in ninety percent i think yes and that's over a hundred percent and they've got people there for for ballots and for election watching this is because the deplorables we just got a report from john ford said hey in the fighting night in the fighting night you've got uh...
you've got bigger turnout than they've ever seen Equivalent to a presidential year.
Lines outside.
This is what it's going to take.
So all day long, it's very simple.
This is about human action and human agency.
Okay?
Human action and human agency.
Elizabeth Schultz on the show, which is a former senior executive official in the Trump Department of Education under Betsy DeVos, summed it up very well.
That what happens in Virginia today, Not only changes the direction of the Commonwealth, it not only sets up a stage with a big win today to set up a run the tables moment in 2022 in the House races, throw Nancy Pelosi out, stop all this radical nonsense.
not only then sets up 2024, this could change the next decade in American politics.
And why?
Because you're seeing independents start to come home.
You're starting to see independents listen to the message of what the Trump movement is about.
Remember, Glenn Youngkin went from a guy that was very milquetoast and very super moderate.
Look at the policies he's recommended.
The policies he's recommending are Trump policies.
These are policies that have come down, come up from the grassroots.
Here's the key.
As the poison, as the poison of Washington DC, this radical Marxist cultural ideology, has now seeped down to the state level and more importantly gotten to your personal lives in things like school boards, people are responding.
These are independents.
These are moderates.
There's a lot of Democrats, right?
These are highly educated people.
Right?
And by the way, the Asian community is really breaking towards these policies.
Why?
They understand the poison.
They've seen this movie before.
They've seen it in China.
They've seen it out through the third world, this cultural Marxism.
They've seen what's happening in Europe.
They're not prepared to have it happen in their front yard.
With their children.
Their money and their children.
So, I think Elizabeth Schultz is right, John.
Frederick has done an amazing job.
Okay, short commercial break.
We've got James Golden, a.k.a.
Bo Snurley.
He's going to give us his assessment of where we stand on the Commonwealth of Virginia.
We return in a moment.
unidentified
Just watch and see it's all started.
Everything's begun and you are over.
Cause we're taking down the CCP.
Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the CCP.
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
I'll see you next time.
Okay, we're going to go... By the way, support the fight for freedom, support Mike Lindell, support the... By the way, Mike Lindell's going to be on here tomorrow.
Guess what?
Tomorrow is the first anniversary of the big steal.
We're going to be going all in on that tomorrow, following game day today.
Today is game day in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
You want to change the arc of history?
Look, in the physics of politics, it's all interconnected.
Joe Manchin and that brutal throwdown called Nancy Pelosi a liar, called Joe Biden a liar.
Joe Biden tweeted out on the White House account or his official account on Sunday, everything's paid for.
The quote is, it's not going to raise the deficit.
One penny, and not going to increase the national debt.
Those are stone cold lies, and Joe Manchin put them out yesterday.
And the reason was, he's got the back, the war room posse has, you know, hammered this enough, hammered this enough, that now with these polls and the surge in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Joe Manchin figures somebody has his back finally.
That's why it's not, it was not a random decision he did that yesterday afternoon.
Go to mypillow.com, promo code war room.
You got the pillows, you got the sheets, you got the toppers, you got all of it.
So make sure you go there today.
I want to now pivot to James Golden.
He was Rush Limbaugh's sidekick, a.k.a.
Bo Snurly, as the call screener, a producer, all of it.
He's got a new book out, Rush on the Radio, which is a must-read.
Rush on the Radio, fabulous, fabulous, and a great Christmas gift.
James, you got one of the most astute minds politically because you worked at the side of the master for, what, 30 years.
Give us your assessment of the Commonwealth of Virginia today, sir.
james golden
Everything that you said, Steve, thank you very much for the kind words.
Everything that you said is absolutely right about how historic this is.
Also, the organization that has gone into this election contrasts that with the lack of organization in the last two cycles in Virginia, and that's partially.
You've got a great candidate for the Republicans, and Glenn Youngkin, he's been positive, he's been optimistic, he's talked about The promise, the Virginia promise, and he wants to make sure that children in Virginia have access to the Virginia promise, which is their version, is the American dream.
Now, Terry McAuliffe has totally misread the electorate here.
And that is another huge story.
In response to everything that's happened in Loudoun County, in response to parents demanding answers, from their public officials.
Terry McAuliffe comes out this week and blames white teachers for being a problem.
We have too many white teachers in Virginia.
We have to try to diversify.
Then he goes with, on the campaign trail, with Randy Weingarten, the head of the teachers union, which kept schools closed during the pandemic to the chagrin of parents.
Everything, and he's been extremely negative, and that's his response, a negative response to Glenn Youngkin's optimism.
Everything that Terry McAuliffe is doing is wrong politically.
It is the wrong tone.
It is the wrong messaging.
He is totally misreading the electorate of Virginia.
You add to that the people that they've brought in, Obama was negative.
He was derisive of the parents.
Joe Biden came into state, again, negative, derisive of the parents.
Either they try to ignore what's going on and say, poo-poo it, it's not a big deal, or they demonize the parents.
This is totally the wrong approach, and this may very well cost them this historic election.
steve bannon
Is it, James, because If you get down to it, their pitch is Orange Man bad, which they've just run on forever.
Do you think that that's their problem?
They're trapped in a cul-de-sac here.
They can't get out of it.
MSNBC yesterday, Nicole Wallace starts the 3 o'clock show, the 4 o'clock show.
She's got 30 minutes of 6th January of the Washington Post coverage.
They're so caught up in Trump bad, Trump insurrectionists.
Is that the problem?
They haven't figured out.
What they stand for and they haven't figured out how to actually get out and message out to the American people?
james golden
Let me illustrate exactly how right you are.
Terry McAuliffe in his speech said the election is not about Trump.
Then he proceeds to mention Trump's name about 13 or 14 times over the next 15 minutes.
It's almost as if these guys are living in an old political world order.
It's the old order.
All they have to do in their order of things, the Democrats, just call racism for everything, and that's supposed to mobilize their base.
And then they're just supposed to do Orange Man bad.
And that's it.
Well, the electorate has moved on to real issues that affect their lives.
You said this in your opening segment.
When you start looking at things that are now affecting your lives on the local level, remember this is what, for years, Americans have said.
All politics is local.
It really does come down to either your pocketbook or these local issues.
You cannot get a more personalized electorate than we're worried about our children's future and what's being taught in our schools blocks away from our home.
This is what parents in Virginia are worried about.
And the Democrats are not anywhere near addressing the concerns of voters in Virginia.
steve bannon
You saw Manchin step forward, James, yesterday and say, hey, we gotta go back to square one, you gotta show me the cost.
If the deplorables show up today, And if we have a victory in Virginia, which will shatter the Democrats, right?
Because they understand that this is a rejection of the Biden.
This thing's been nationalized, right?
This is a national election right here, okay?
Are they more dangerous?
Are they like a cornered and wounded animal on what they're going to try to do on Capitol Hill with the time, you know, the sand running out of the clock to be more dangerous?
What happens, in your view, if they lose in Virginia today?
james golden
Panic sets in.
And there are already signs that panic is setting in.
Look, the legacy TV networks didn't even cover Virginia last night.
They're petrified.
Panic sets in with this loss.
And I'll tell you something, Steve.
New Jersey's not a foregone conclusion either.
That race is tightened up.
It was a double-digit race.
Right now, the last I heard, it was four points.
Four points is almost within the margin of error.
Anything could happen in New Jersey, but Virginia alone would set the panic in.
If you had a double whammy of Virginia and you lost the governorship of New Jersey as well, abject panic.
And yes, the Democrats are still in some level of disarray.
The progressives are not happy.
They have been, they believe they have squandered a chance for major transformation.
And they're not happy with Joe Manchin.
They're not happy with Senator Sinema.
They are an unhappy lot.
So I think we're just beginning to see the infighting.
This deal is not done.
And don't forget, there's that debt ceiling lurking out there that they pushed out till December.
So this could be, we could be watching a historic, I don't want to say collapse.
I don't think that's it.
But we could be watching a historic shift of where the Democrat Party is.
steve bannon
By the way, I agree with James a thousand percent.
The next hundred days after tonight is going to be a firestorm.
You've got the CR, you've got the debt ceiling, you've got these massive spending bills.
It's going to be hand-to-hand combat, okay?
We're going to be right here at the tip.
James, this book, we finally got the hard copies of it.
Absolutely extraordinary.
Rush on the radio.
Steve, it was a labor of love.
By the way, people should get this and this is a Christmas gift.
OK, you're going to want everybody that listen to Rush Limbaugh all those years must get this book, because this is, I think, the best remembrance of him coming up on the first anniversary of his passing away.
James, talk to us about the book.
james golden
Steve, it was a labor of love.
It was also a labor of high anxiety because I wanted to make sure I got it right in terms of delivering what I thought his audience would want to hear.
and that is what kind of person Rush was.
You know, it goes beyond his success as a broadcaster, which was tremendous.
It goes beyond his humor.
It goes beyond his wit, his amazing intellect, his skills as a broadcaster, which are unparalleled.
It goes to the human being that he was.
Fundamentally, Rush Limbaugh was a great human being.
Flawed, just like all of us, he had flaws, but he was amazingly generous, amazingly kind, an amazing employer.
He was a great man, and I wanted this book to be reflective of the way his legacy should be remembered.
And I also want to inspire other people.
There are thousands and thousands, if not millions, of Rush stories out there, and hopefully, More people will start writing about their own, how Rush impacted their lives and whether it was to help inspire them to open a business or whether, whatever it was, the generosity.
We are learning more and more about his amazing generosity.
And the thing about the generosity, Steve, let me just say a note about this.
The billions of, the millions upon millions of dollars that he raised, a lot of it was for leukemia.
Research and others, those things are a political leukemia doesn't target you by by a political ideology.
He was just an incredibly generous man with a generous heart, who wanted America to prosper.
And for all Americans to live up to the promise that America held for them.
And just an incredible human being.
And I hope this book in some at least some small way reflects that about this amazing man.
steve bannon
By the way, Rush on the Radio.
It's on Amazon.
It's going to be out in a couple of weeks, but we've got a copy of it.
It's amazing.
Rush on the Radio by James Golden.
James, the show on WABC, he'd be so proud of how you're taking the show and made it a hit.
How do people get access here?
We've got 30 seconds.
Access to you, access to the book, access to the show.
james golden
WABCradio.com.
You can get an app and stream the show every day, and JamesGolden.com is where you can reach me.
Thank you so much.
steve bannon
I gotta tell you, he'd be so proud of the fact of how important your show is becoming.
You gotta listen to Golden's show.
It is absolutely critical.
This is a smart guy, he's a tough guy, and he understands this great wisdom.
James Golden, thank you very much for joining us today.
Extraordinary.
Book is Rush on the radio.
James Golden's the author.
Short commercial break.
We're going to stay with the WABC lineup.
Rudy Giuliani is going to come in and talk about the nuts and bolts of politics in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
What a big day it is.
It's game day in the Commonwealth.
You're in the War Room.
unidentified
back in a moment.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, we're getting reports from the Fighting Ninth.
There are massive lines.
These are lines in these strong Trump districts.
This is what we're hearing from our field reporters up with John Frederick Radio Network, who covers the state, is that it is, they think the lines and the intensity down there is like 2020, okay?
A presidential year.
It is incumbent for all MAGA that can hear the sound of my lovely voice, right?
That all MAGA and the Commonwealth of Virginia today to represent.
Okay.
This is a national election, right?
That McAuliffe made the entire thing about Trump.
So be it.
Okay.
Youngkin has come towards the Trump policies.
Particularly on these massive cultural issues.
That campaign started very listless and with not a lot of passion back after they won the convention in May and June.
But a lot of people got to them and said, hey, this is where this thing's going.
And you can see the passion that that campaign has engaged.
And part of it, I think the inflection point is one, is the rally that John Fredericks came up with in the suburbs of Richmond, my hometown, which is not a Trump stronghold, the suburbs.
It was brilliant, and you've seen the passion, I think, kick into this campaign, the Young King campaign.
It's like a house on fire the last two weeks, and we've been out in Loudoun County.
We've done a number of shows in Loudoun County to get out the vote.
The Loudoun County folks are absolutely on fire, and I think that you could fight to a draw out in Loudoun County tonight, which would be stunning.
Okay, I want to bring in America by the way, please support our sponsors Mypillow.com promo code war room.
You got the sales you got pillow sheets toppers I don't have time to go into the details.
Just go to my pillow go to our square It's all there laid out and no logistics problems you order you're gonna get it.

No logistics problems.
No, no, no empty shelves.
Okay.
I want to go to America's mayor, Rudy Giuliani, besides being the consigliere to the president and all the things he does, he's also one of the smartest practical politicians around because he's won.
Wait for it.
Big elections in New York city, in Manhattan, which ain't easy, right?
He's won tough elections.
Give us your assessment politically.
Put your political analyst hat on.
Walk me through the Commonwealth of Virginia.
What do you see happening, Rudy?
rudy giuliani
Well, I see Youngkin winning.
I mean, you can never be sure, but it seems to me that he's got everything going for him.
All the signs of a winning race.
He's got the momentum on his side.
It didn't slow up.
I was afraid it all happened too early and the momentum would, you know, kind of He's off.
If anything, it's gotten stronger and stronger.
He's got an issue that you couldn't invent.
If you were a political analyst and you were trying to get an issue for your candidate, you couldn't invent the fact that your opponent goes to war against American parents and says a thing that's absolutely insane, which is they should have no role in their education of their children.
It violates the law of Virginia.
It violates Supreme Court decisions and it violates the United Nations human rights chart.
steve bannon
Yes, but Rudy, as you know, he said, he said, he said the quiet, he said the quiet part out loud.
The regime's thing is that they're the parent and you're just somebody that they have sleepovers, right?
That they're the parent.
rudy giuliani
Isn't that the point?
steve bannon
Is that's how the apparatus thinks?
unidentified
Yes.
Yeah.
rudy giuliani
And I think for, for, for parents, it was a direct message.
We're going to run your kids.
You're not.
And now they've been learning about all the terrible things that are happening for the last 20 years in their schools, partially through the pandemic with the kids being home and six-year-olds being asked, are you sure you're a boy?
Are you sure you're a girl?
If there's any doubt, they don't tell the parents and they start moving them toward transgender.
They're learning that America was founded as a slave colony and has always been a slave colony.
And by the way, you, Papa, are a racist, and Mama, and so am I.
Because we're inherently right.
This is what they've been taught.
It's not nobody's making it up now.
And then the guy compounds it by double down.
Then he compounds it by lying and saying they're not teaching critical race theory.
When on the very website of the Board of Education is the encouragement to teach it.
We got about 100 teachers claiming that they teach in school.
We got 1000 parents saying their kids come home and say, Mommy, am I a boy?
So of course you're teaching.
That's what this is all.
That's why those parents get angry.
And then If you're a parent, and you find out that these people are being picked on because they're complaining about it, even if they lose their temper somewhat, I don't know what I would do if my son had come home, or daughter, and somebody started playing around with their gender.
I'd be pretty darn angry.
I sure as heck wouldn't become a domestic terrorist, though.
So it gives you an idea.
And then, for people who are more thoughtful, it gives you an idea of how Marxist they've become.
unidentified
This is all Marxism, right out of the book.
rudy giuliani
These people are close to communists.
steve bannon
Rudy, I'm going to go to the Mayor Garland and the whole situation.
You've worked at the Justice Department.
You've been one of the people, most folks on Law & Order.
The phony letter from the left-wing organization that went to the main justice, they had a response to the FBI.
That's got to be a huge issue here.
Why is the Justice Department getting involved like that?
Why is Merrick Garland and then lying about it?
They are focused because they've had federal officials out and on the streets, we've heard this from many, many of the parents, to get involved here, to basically accuse these parents of being domestic terrorists.
Why would they get involved here?
rudy giuliani
Yeah, I was very disappointed to see Merrick Garland act that way.
I mean, back during the big debate about whether he should be confirmed or not, politically I understood it, but I always thought of him as an honorable, decent judge.
When he appeared before Congress the two times, they really completely destroyed him.
That man has no credibility left.
I mean, there's no question this was a setup with the education industry in the White House.
They worked on it for two weeks.
An attorney general, I don't think an attorney general ever got an opinion like that out in five days.
And to put it out without any citation of authority?
There's not a legal citation.
There's not a factual citation.
You've seen Justice Department letters.
I wrote a hundred of them.
You fill them with legal authority.
None.
Factual authority.
None.
And now he's been given a week by Senator Cotton to produce one incident that would support domestic terrorism or even federal intervention.
And he can't give one.
It was an outrageously political letter by a guy who's been a political hack from the day he got into the Justice Department.
And then the educational organization backs off, apologizes.
His whole basis is their letter, and he doesn't apologize.
Actually, it's outrageous.
He still wants the parents to think, we've got to worry about being domestic terrorists if we show up and defend our children.
steve bannon
It's just a letter, like the letter they sent out to Arizona to threaten people.
If you start doing the canvases, we're going to start holding you for criminal contempt.
OK, I got it.
Something happened on Morning Joe this morning.
It was so extraordinary.
We haven't had enough time to focus on the vaccine mandate madness.
We're going to have some people on hopefully this afternoon to talk about this strike they're going to have tomorrow, a kind of a walkout.
But I got to play.
Can we play the de Blasio clip?
Because I gotta have America's Mayor respond to this.
The lies and misrepresentations.
Let's play that, Denver.
bill de blasio
I'm entirely frustrated.
I gotta tell you.
First of all, in this city, the most opinionated place on earth, 86% of New York City adults have now gotten at least one dose of the vaccine.
It's one of the only things New Yorkers can agree on at this point.
And that's a stunning supermajority.
86% of adults.
So the people have spoken.
The people have decided.
They support these mandates.
They want to move forward.
In fact, even in the workforce, overwhelming majorities in our agency.
The NYPD has now hit 85%.
So there's a few very, in my view, not only angry, but wrong-headed folks spreading lies, spreading misinformation.
And they're endangering, actually, their colleagues.
They're endangering their fellow New Yorkers.
And, yeah, some of these unions are doing exactly the wrong thing.
There are some union leaders who have stepped up in recent days and said, OK, guys, the law is the law.
This went to court.
It was decided.
It's time to get vaccinated.
Some union leaders have done the right thing.
I want to give them credit.
But several unions have been, in my view, downright unpatriotic the way they've handled this, because they have put their own internal politics Ahead of the needs of the people.
And by the way, we've got some firefighters who are faking sick leave the last couple of days, saying they're sick when they're not, and then leaving their fellow firefighters in a lurch and creating a danger for all New Yorkers.
That is unconscionable, and I assure you they are going to experience some consequences for what they've done.
steve bannon
Okay, before I turn over to the mayor, I just want to make sure we've added Joe Scarborough.
Don't give me any more of your support to working men and women in this country.
That was his voice.
Joe Scarborough's voice.
Fire him.
These are firefighters and police officers.
The best of the best in New York City.
And everybody knows, New York City firemen, hey, you saw it not just on 9-11, but every day.
The police officers.
That was Joe Scarborough.
That gutless... It's such a clown.
Such an uneducated clown.
He's one of those guys, uneducated, but he wants to be thought of as a deep thinker.
You're a total phony.
That was your voice, dude.
Fire him.
I think I'm going to play that every day on the show.
Fire him.
That's what he thinks of working men and women in this country.
Union men and women at the toughest jobs.
Firemen and police officers.
Rudy, the lies, the spin, the New York police officers and firemen really adore you for the simple fact you've had their back in the toughest days they have.
Rudy, respond to de Blasio.
rudy giuliani
You know, I would only appear on your show with de Blasio.
I'm America's mayor.
He's the worst mayor in the history of America.
Everyone in New York is united on one thing.
De Blasio is wrong.
The people who took that vaccine, many of them were intimidated by fascist tactics into doing it.
They can't get into restaurants.
They can't open their restaurant.
They can't get on a bus.
They can't go to a play.
First of all, it's 74%.
So he's lying about that.
That means a full quarter of New Yorkers have not been vaccinated, despite his fascist tactics, despite the fact that many of them are giving up their jobs for it.
And a higher percentage of firefighters than that.
So it's 25, 26% of New Yorkers say no.
A large number of the group that said yes were intimidated into it by unconstitutional fascist Marxist tactics.
And that's what he is.
The guy went to Cuba on his honeymoon.
He was in favor of the Sandinistas.
And his mother couldn't get a job at Harvard because she was listed as a communist.
The guy is a straight out and out communist.
But the worst thing about him is he's a boo.
He's got an IQ that you can't find.
And the thing New Yorkers are completely convinced about is he is a fool.
On my radio show, I offer people two minutes, I did it the other day, to come on and defend him.
Anybody, Republican, Democrat or family member, nobody will come on and defend him.
Nobody.
So for him to be talking about anything, he's killed more New Yorkers than any mayor I can remember.
And I'm personally angry at him because I spent a good part of my life turning that city around.
I got it to being the safest large city in America.
I reduced crime by 70%.
I reduced welfare by 70%.
I cut the unemployment rate in half and I made us the model city.
And now he set a record.
He set a record for the most increases in homicide last year.
And now the most increases in homelessness, mental illness.
He's ruining the city of New York.
I mean, it should be a crime and he should be in jail.
Well, by the way, he's also set free about six or seven thousand of the people that are committing the crimes.
This is a major moron.
And for him to be saying that firefighters are endangering people, he's endangering people.
When he takes a firefighter who has natural immunity and he forces him to take a vaccine, which does have side effects, if God forbid anything happens with that vaccine, he's the one who killed the firefighter.
unidentified
Yeah.
rudy giuliani
We know there are.
We know there are.
We know there are side effects.
They're not major, but they're there.
Now, I am.
I'm immunized.
Why should I take a vaccine that has side effects when I have more immunity than the person who has a vaccine?
And he's lying about that.
They're all lying about that, because if you vaccinate the people who are immune, you lose about 30 to 40 million times a thousand dollars for the damn vaccine.
That's who they're playing to.
steve bannon
Rudy, hang on for one second.
We're going to take a break and we're going to come back.
We got Peter Navarro is going to join us for the segment on Rudy.
Short commercial break.
By the way, what de Blasio shows you is the same thing with McAuliffe and Biden.
It's all democratic rule.
These people are reckless, they're dangerous, and they're irresponsible.
Okay, short break.
Be back with more in a moment.
unidentified
January 5th, you were convinced that the election was correctly stolen.
You, Trump, Peter Navarro, John Eastman, and others had a plan on the morning of the 6th to send the certification back to the states.
Pennsylvania President of the Senate, Jay Corman, who's still working on an audit, wrote a letter to you to do so.
On the night of the 5th, or the morning of the 6th, someone in the White House convinced you that it would destroy your hopes of becoming President, James Madison.
if you sent it back to the states.
My question is, what is the name of the person who told you to buck President Trump's plan and certify the votes?
James Madison.
But virtually everything you recited relative to me is false.
Look, the, I said earlier, Psalm 15 says, he who keeps his oath even when it hurts.
...
You know, on that day in January, I wrote a letter to the Congress.
I'd recommend anybody here read it.
I expressed my concern about irregularities that took place in the election in a number of states.
And I continue to share those concerns, and I support efforts in states to Improve voter integrity, as has been done in places like Georgia and Arizona and elsewhere.
But the Constitution is very clear that elections are to be governed at the state level.
The founders actually made that decision at the Constitutional Convention.
And the only role of the federal government was to open and count the electoral votes that were sent by the states.
Now, I understand the disappointment in the election.
Okay, I can't listen anymore.
steve bannon
That's Mike Pence lying and spinning.
Okay, it was not... I'm going to bring in Peter Navarro and we're going to prove that's a lie and have the receipts on it.
Okay?
The founders did set up to be the states.
That's why the states wanted it back to trust to check the certification process so they can make sure it was done appropriately to make sure they're right, the correct electors.
Pence's letter is a lie.
It's a lie.
By the way, a letter he never showed a draft to anyone.
A document that important never showed a draft to Gutless to show a draft to anyone.
That is a fact.
And he lied in the letter.
There was no ever effort to flip these electors to Trump electors.
The whole thing was to revert back to those states that wanted them, led by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and by establishment figures, that wanted to take 10 days, as outlined in their letter, to go back through the certification process.
I want to bring in Dr. Peter Navarro.
Dr. Navarro, your book is out today.
It's the second most important thing today.
Look, there's three big things.
It's the election in Virginia is everything, and the elections throughout the country, Georgia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, all that.
It is Peter Navarro's book, and it's the college football playoffs first polls tonight, right?
So we've got three big events.
I don't know where Navarro's book is.
In Trump time, go there today.
peter navarro
Yes.
steve bannon
In Trump time.
Look.
Go there today.
What tell us about Pence?
peter navarro
Okay.
Stone cold liar, Steve.
Chapter 21 of In Trump Time makes what Mike Pence just said a Stone Cold Liar.
I'm so disappointed in him.
As I talk about in the In Trump Time book, Mike was a good guy to me.
I always found him warm and genuine.
Midway through the administration, an iron curtain literally descended around him, a Koch brothers, Koch network, shadowy money, corporate network, in the form of what I call in Shakespearean terms, the Iago of the In Trump Time book, Marc Short.
Pence, when he was asked who was pulling his strings and he comes up with this James Madison BS, that's BS.
What he should have done is admit that it was Mark Short and his general counsel, Greg Jacob, who pulled the wool over his eyes.
There's no question that he betrayed.
In the In Trump Time book there's a great reveal about the Green Bay Packers sweep plan.
You were the master strategist of that.
Our whole point that day listening, Jamie Raskin, was to have peace and calm on Capitol Hill so that on Capitol Hill over a hundred congressmen joined by some senators
would basically get, first of all, hearings there, hours of hearings, to look at the illegal votes in the six battleground states, which would allow Pence, as the Vice President, and he had the constitutional duty and authority to do this, to send those votes back to the states to have them check which votes were legal.
And you are absolutely right, Steve, What Mark Short and Greg Jacobs did with their... I don't know if Pence is a dupe or just a liar, but it was Mark Short and Greg Jacobs who facilitated Mike Pence from betraying the President.
And you're right, I mean, they never shared that document with anybody at the White House.
That in and of itself was a betrayal.
I mean, if Mike had any integrity, he would have went to the President and said boss i've looked at this and it is my judgment that uh... i have to do this he didn't do that he it was a fate of comp way he just went did it and i'll tell you this if there had not been violence on capitol hill that day pence would have been boxed in because the twelve hours of public hearings we would have got there from from people like andy biggs pushing things forward
steve bannon
would have gotten the the truth out twenty twenty american people twenty four hours but by the way it was a point in the process of going back to the states that was twofold process going back to the states they never have been certified They've been less than 270, got kicked into the House of Representatives.
The vote is we win, which it always should have been to kick to the House of Representatives because you couldn't certify these.
As we're proving in Arizona, in Pennsylvania, in Wisconsin, in Georgia, through courtrooms and full forensic audit investigation.
Hey, here's what people got to understand.
We're not going to back off one inch on that.
Not one inch.
We're going to get to the bottom of 3 November.
peter navarro
Did you notice how tepid that response was in that audience?
when Pence, they tried to say, oh yeah yeah you're a James Madden, no no no no no.
He failed. This, in Trump time book, sticks a fork in Tony Fauci but it also sticks a fork in Mike Pence. His political career is done.
He needs to stay in Indiana, count his Koch brothers' money, go work as a lobbyist, and just stay away from Trump land because there's no rehabbing the guy who's responsible for Joe Biden.
steve bannon
Okay, the books in bookstores.
You can get it on Amazon.
Go to a bookstore.
It's in bookstores everywhere.
It's in Barnes & Noble, in Trump time.
Dr. Peter Navarro, thank you very, very quickly.
How do people get to you on Getter, the Twitter killer?
peter navarro
Real P. Navarro, and Getter is indeed the Twitter killer, and it's a place where you can go, you don't have to worry about being cancelled, and it's a great interaction.
New features are coming out, live stream and things like that, and we can do stuff like this on live stream.
steve bannon
We gotta bounce.
See you on live stream.
