Pandemic. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, welcome back. | ||
By the way, are we in a red October awaiting a Black Swan event?
Right now, I tell you, the 4th, remember, this is the 4th turning.
It's like the Revolution, the Civil War, the Great Depression, World War II.
This is the great 4th turning in American history.
And man, it is hitting on all sides right now.
Keep your eye on other Major Chinese real estate companies overnight, or guess what?
Defaulting on their debt, pushing back their interest payments, or if they're paying at all, they're prioritizing and just paying the Chinese bondholders, the Chinese holders.
Right now, Xi and the regime over there are essentially now exposed for stealing the money Okay?
And if you see these videos, which you can play all day long, of Lao Bai Jing, the deplorables of China going to these companies and saying, I want my money back.
Right? | ||
Where's my money? | ||
You know, I don't have an apartment.
I don't have money. | ||
I work for slave wages. | ||
We save 50% because we have no social safety net.
And this is what my family is going to live off on.
This is what I'm going to retire on.
And it's gone. | ||
It's stolen. | ||
In doing that, the regime has got to wag the dog.
People jacked up on hyper-nationalism and they have to get their eye off the, basically, the essential financial collapse that you're seeing in China every day.
By the way, a financial collapse that the Wall Street tycoons, right, the Wall Street tycoons fought Peter Navarro and people in the Trump administration to be included in the first trade deal so that they could get access with your pension fund money to get into the financial industry, the financial industry in China to make sure that your That your pension fund money was also exposed.
Okay? | ||
That your pension fund money was also exposed.
Now, in doing that, trying to get their attention, that's why, right now, they're flying over every sortie they can possibly fly over Taiwan.
This situation in Taiwan is getting more and more dangerous by the day.
Geopolitically, right now, with our great ally, India, and the Indo-Pacific strategy is what they call it now.
India, up on the Northwest Frontier, up in Kashmir, you've got the terrorist super-state in Afghanistan, you've got the mullahs in Iran, you've got Pakistan and the Haqqani Network, and the Chinese Communist Party.
Then, on their right flank, they're surrounded by Burma, now taken over by the PLA.
And then you've got the South China Sea and Taiwan, which is the most dangerous place on Earth right now.
I think Jack Passover reported yesterday, I think there's four carrier battle groups somewhere around either in the Straits of Taiwan or the South China Sea or in the neighboring the neighborhood.
Also, we have the first time a deployment of a Japanese.
Aircraft carrier with with US built planes, right?
So this is coming to this is a very very dangerous time right now.
Very dangerous time. | ||
You had the feckless hapless Biden administration Tony Blinken these guys over in France right now.
It's a complete disaster.
And the world and these bad guys can smell weakness.
They can smell weakness.
They can smell weakness, right?
So, you've got that right now.
By the way, I see Jack Posobiec there, kind of wandering around.
Maybe we get Jack Posobiec in here for the second hour, if we can change around our production team.
With that, you've also got, in the United States, this audience has jammed up, this audience has jammed up the Democratic Party, the oligarchs on Wall Street, and the technologists, right?
The oligarchs in Silicon Valley.
You've jammed them all up, and now, in a forcing function, in a forcing function, you have now put them on notice that they've got to come back and make a case, and they've got to put a number on the table, and they've got to put a timeline.
On exactly where they're going to take this country financially.
This kind of reckless, where China right now is going through some of the worst perturbations ever.
And why? | ||
Because it's a debt-driven economy.
Remember, globally, I think there's 300 trillion dollars of debt right now.
300 trillion. | ||
That is from the credit cards and from what people owe to state governments, to regional governments, to federal governments, to corporations, to all of it.
$300 trillion. | ||
And the biggest debt-fueled economy is the Chinese Communist Party, the criminal network of the Chinese Communist Party.
Why? | ||
It was the easiest way for them to steal the most, right?
To launder money out of the country, where they've got, remember, the Chinese Communist Party, West End of London, Midtown Manhattan, Wanxi, Shanxi, their families.
They own billions of dollars of property, personally.
The families that control the Chinese Communist Party, the big families that control it, are far wealthier, far wealthier than the Gulf Emirates, right?
They're far wealthier than UAE or Kuwait or Saudi Arabia.
That's junior varsity.
This is real money. | ||
Right from a real economy.
Laundered out. | ||
Okay? | ||
Now we have a unique opportunity.
We have a unique opportunity.
We have a unique opportunity where we have these people absolutely against the wall.
They have to come forward.
They have to come forward and come forward.
They have to give you a plan.
And here's the bottom line.
This is why that over the next 48 hours, 72 hours is so important.
They have to come forward with a plan that lays out the case Of the structural, systemic deficits every year.
Once again, $3.5 trillion comes in, roughly, of all taxes and revenues.
And if you increase the taxes, it never gets above 19% of GDP.
That's kind of an iron rule of law.
People will find out ways, their tax advisors will find out ways to get around that.
So basically $3.5 trillion comes in.
Our transfer payments right now are about $3.5 trillion.
About 3.5 trillion dollars.
That's with Medicaid, Social Security, Medicare.
So you have a trillion dollars, you basically have a trillion dollars, that is to a trillion and a half, that is unfinanced.
That's what the Democratic Party, in forcing them to use, forcing them to use this reconciliation, because of the way this gimmick works, they have to put a number, and they have to put a timeline.
I've got my wingman here, Jack Posobiec.
Jack Posobiec, breaking news, what do you got?
Yeah, Steve, well the breaking news is right here in the neighborhood.
unidentified
|
The car? | |
Yeah, I was walking up, well not just a car, I don't know if you guys could hear from inside here, but I was walking up, as I usually do for Hour 2 of the broadcast, and saw all, it looked like the bomb squad at DC was out.
Suspicious car, first half.
So the solicitor's car on 1st Avenue, that's been reported about an hour ago, right?
So they're blocked out everywhere, so I'm looking to see, and you can see more vehicles arriving, more sirens, and then right as I'm at the corner of East Capitol and, um... 2nd Street.
Was it East Capitol and 2nd?
2nd Street, yep. | ||
That I heard an explosion.
Um, it sounded like, to me, it sounded like a controlled demolition, um, or the military phrase you would use is blow, uh, BIP, or blow in place, something that, uh, you know, in a role with the EOD guys, the bomb, military bomb squad, that's, that's what they would do if they had a suspicious vehicle, that they were worried about, you know, a device or a package that they might attempt to do that.
Now, it doesn't sound like there was anything, you know, I, uh, the response that I got, I took a Twitter video, but it doesn't see, it looks like Twitter took down my video of this to try and explain it to people.
No, wait, no, will you stop?
What are you, tell me about that.
You have it up on getter?
So it could be, well I don't know.
I don't know what's going on with the video, because I thought I was going to be able to put it up elsewhere, but Twitter is not allowing anyone to see the video now.
It's just the aftermath of this.
So people, let me just... Just real quick, it looked like though, the first responders did not seem to react when the detonation took place, and so that's what leads me to believe that it was more likely a controlled demolition of some sort.
Here's the thing. | ||
Which is Standard Operating Procedure.
Well, here's one thing that has changed.
On Capitol Hill right now, and this was yesterday because we thought it might be a test of the blast shield, they have every day, from 9 a.m.
until 1 p.m., they're going to block the roads around the Supreme Court.
And they're putting up the mobile blast shields.
And this is what they've told us.
Every day the court's going to be held, they're going to do that.
And this is going to continue for the court.
Today, there was notified a unknown vehicle.
Oh listen, so here's Emily Cochran out of New York Times has, did state, the U.S.
Capitol Police, this is 10-58, so right as I was walking up, the U.S.
Capitol Police is preparing to disrupt a suspicious vehicle in front of the U.S.
Supreme Court building.
A loud bang may be heard in the area.
So that's what it was. | ||
So that's what it was. | ||
There you go. | ||
That's on First Street.
That's right between the Capitol and the, if you know the geography, it's between the Capitol and the Supreme Court.
Let's bring in James O'Keefe.
We've got Jack Posobiec here, his wingman.
James O'Keefe joins us from Project Veritas.
James, first off, I wanted to have you on to explain to people, it's amazing that it seems like every week you're coming out with a major investigation of these people that you've put inside these organizations, whether it's Facebook or the social media or the pharmaceutical companies.
Talk to us, I want to ask you first about How much planning and preparation?
People, I don't think, understand how meticulous you guys have to be and how long the planning for these operations go.
Now you've got so many of them.
I think people are pretty shocked, and I want to ask you about Facebook, but go ahead and tell us about the meticulous nature of your planning for these.
Well, thank you, Steve.
I know you've had us talk about this before.
Investigative reporting is no joke.
I mean, we have to quote these people effectively behind closed doors, admitting what we suspect to be true, but the Pfizer scientist A neuroscientist, so he's no shrinking violet, he confirmed what we believe about these antibodies, which is they're stronger than the actual vaccine.
It takes a lot of work. | ||
It takes a lot of training to convince these guys to be honest with us and to get them to come public.
So it's effective, but it's also inspiring a lot of whistleblowers from within the companies to come to us.
And that's really the bread and butter of what we do is getting people on the inside to trust us.
They come to us. | ||
Which is going to be the next installment inside Pfizer later this week, an actual current employee at Pfizer going on the record.
The ones at Facebook and social media were undercover, where these guys were bragging to people at social gatherings, and it was absolutely devastating.
In fact, us being the transhumanist guys, we thought one of the most important of the Facebookers was the guy saying, hey, Zuckerberg and his wife spend so much time on transhumanism, right?
But in Pfizer, are you starting now to see that you're inspiring because of those?
That executives and others are going to come forward and say, hey, I'm a real whistleblower, not a phony whistleblower like I think 60 Minutes had, but a real whistleblower.
Are you going to start to see you think more and more people from these big companies come forward?
Yes. | ||
I mean, there's one coming forward on Wednesday from within Pfizer.
This is a full-time employee at Pfizer will go public with documents and emails at the highest levels of Pfizer.
Showing things they want to keep secret and my point is just be honest with people and you know I wouldn't I'd be out of a job if people were just honest about what they actually believe and They're honest about their product.
So this story is is huge Steve is this one?
We broke last night this features a Pfizer scientist Saying the antibodies if you've had kovat are stronger than their own vaccine And this video is trending on Twitter, even though I'm banned from Twitter and I'm suing Twitter So it just goes to show you that they can censor us all they want, but if the story is strong enough, if, as I say, content is king, if the guy on tape is saying something so damning, people will distribute it by proxy on their own platforms, regardless of whether I'm on those platforms.
It's all about what the person is on tape saying.
What James O'Keefe and the Veritas have done, have done more for natural immunity, which is really the way to get to hurt it, natural immunity than anything because of this tape.
And he says now, he's just telling us that more is going to drop tomorrow.
Do you see, James, and by the way, I know you're pressed for time.
We would like to keep you over just for a few minutes on the other side if you can.
Do you see the day when some of this great information that you're putting up and some of the things that are starting to use in class action suits?
Because when I saw your thing about the antibodies and natural immunity, I was saying, wow, Since they've lied about this consistently, this would be a fantastic, you know, foundational element for a class action suit.
Do you see that happening?
Possibly. | ||
I mean, the challenge that we have even before we get there is that all the organs of information distribution in this country is completely dominated by the censorship.
I mean, so we have to break through that censorship wall and people are waking up.
I just got a message from someone Who said that their left-wing friends in Brooklyn are sharing Project Veritas videos this morning.
That we're trending on Twitter.
I mean, everything has been banned on the internet if you're critical of this vaccine.
I'm not someone who's pro or anti-vaccine.
I don't actually have an opinion on it.
My only position is, let the pharmaceutical guys be honest.
And let the tech platforms allow us to quote pharmaceutical people.
Steve, you know media matters.
They've always attacked Breitbart and attacked you and I. Today, they're upset at YouTube for allowing this video to remain up.
YouTube has not taken our content down.
And people say, why is that?
Well, that's because we're quoting, effectively quoting, pharmaceutical executives.
It's not my words, it's their words.
So I think we have to, people are waking up and I think the proof is in the 10,000, 20,000, 30,000 messages that I'm getting on DMs and ProtonMail from people on the inside of every part of society that want to wear a hidden camera.
Well, short commercial break.
We'll be right back with James O'Keefe in a moment.
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, Jack, so we got an update on what's happening on Capitol Hill?
Yeah, we see that the U.S.
Capitol Police have taken a man into custody after investigating a suspicious vehicle in front of the U.S.
Supreme Court along First Street Northeast.
And there's a photo of the gentleman in question, white t-shirt, jeans, looks older, white hair.
You're going to put that up on your social media?
Yeah, it's up on my social media.
I'm going to get it up on Getter now so that nobody takes it down because Twitter took my video down.
Want to go back to James O'Keefe of Project Veritas.
James, blockbuster today, the single best argument for natural immunity by an executive captured by Project Veritas.
Can you give us a hint of tomorrow about, give us an indication of what you, what's this bombshell you get to drop tomorrow?
Thanks, Steve. | ||
Yeah, this is a full-time employee, employee inside Pfizer has come to Project Veritas with emails and documents at the highest levels showing Things they want to keep secret.
This is, again, a full-time employee, so it's not one of my undercover reporters meeting with someone inside Pfizer.
No, it's one of Pfizer's own people going on the record sitting down tomorrow.
So I did that interview yesterday.
We're producing that piece and we'll release it tomorrow at 8 p.m.
I think that what's going to happen next is going to be an avalanche of whistleblowers coming from inside of all of society's institutions because the difference between reality, what we're shown and what reality actually is, is continuing to be so divergent that it's inspiring people to go for their livelihoods, which is very powerful.
I've been doing this for 13 years.
I've never seen people want to jump on a grenade so often for the public's right to know.
And again, this antibody quote is something that does not shock us coming out last night, but it does confirm our suspicions, not us saying this, but the pharmaceutical people saying this.
And that's why YouTube has not taken this video down.
And if they do take it down, they might be sued.
We've been very successful in our litigation efforts, including against the New York Times We passed a motion to dismiss.
I'm not afraid to sue people.
Rajiv Perotas has never lost a lawsuit, and for good reason.
Yeah, and James, hey, so when you texted me the video last night, you know, I thought for sure that, you know, Twitter's going to take this down, they're going to nuke me by the morning.
Come to find, here we are, 12 hours later, I think, 13 hours later, it's still up on Twitter.
So even Twitter has not taken down this video.
After you sent it over, we got it trending.
I think that's a Rubicon they don't want to cross.
I don't think they want to cross that because many people in the media opine on the virus and have theories about the virus.
The reason why I think they have not taken it down is because I'm quoting pharmaceutical employees.
If they were to take that down, the implications of them taking that down, I think that's even a bridge too far for them to cross.
And again, tomorrow's video, it features an actual employee of the company who's willing to effectively give up her career for this.
So that's why it's such a big deal.
And James, one question I wanted to ask, you know, we've got this, you know, because you know whistleblowers, you work with whistleblowers day in, day out at Project Veritas, and there's no one better.
Yet we have this Facebook whistleblower who's testifying now in front of the Senate.
She comes out, she's given the 60 minutes treatment, she's right in front of the Senate.
My question is, has 60 Minutes ever contacted you or the U.S.
Senate to ask for one of your whistleblowers to come forward from Project Veritas and give them this kind of treatment?
No, that's a great question.
It's the whistleblower inside of Facebook is blowing the whistle and that they want Facebook to do more censorship.
They're not censoring enough.
And it's so much ideology.
It's no longer about facts.
60 Minutes has lost its way, obviously, since the days of Mike Wallace.
Investigator reporting is about making something public that they want to keep secret.
But our whistleblowers are are showing things that they're censoring too much, and they're lying about their censorship.
So our Facebook was a little more in common was fired by Facebook.
That man exposed vaccine hesitancy scores and these types of things.
So now, of course, we all know the media is no longer about speaking truth to power.
It's about working in a symbiotic relationship with government and tech and Pharma and it's it's all about narrative, but we already know that and that's why we'll never be contacted by 60 minutes But the people we the people tens of millions of people You know left-wing people in Brooklyn are tweeting this project our test video So effectively we have become you to Jack with what you do you have become the new 60 minutes Yeah, we are 60 minutes now
13 years just like Malcolm Gladwell's how many thousands of hours you've got to do something to be perfected James O'Keefe is now coming into his own.
It's absolutely unbelievable.
Unlimited resources. | ||
People don't understand.
He does not have 60 minutes and CBS News apparatus in back of him.
This is, I was going to say, we just taped my podcast.
Well, James, I'll say it to you personally.
This is one of the greatest pieces of investigative journalism I've ever seen.
It's a blockbuster. | ||
Just period. | ||
This is Upton Sinclair level.
No, no. | ||
The natural immunity issue is central to this entire thing, and O'Keefe nails it.
But here's what's amazing about O'Keefe and Veritas, because I've known them now for 13 years, when I met them through Andrew on Acorn and all the stuff they were doing originally.
To see the quality they're doing, and it's like every week tomorrow he's got another one.
This is now building, that's why I want everybody in this audience to go check out Project Veritas and check out O'Keefe, because these guys to say they run a tight ship, right, is an understatement.
O'Keefe, what you've done is just, and here's the thing, they've tried to put this guy, they deplatformed him, they tried to bankrupt him, thrown him in jail.
He is an ultimate honey badger.
He's relentless. | ||
And I gotta tell you, James, I think it's right.
Jason Miller said earlier, my theory of politics is not a spectrum, it's a circle.
The left and the right people in Brooklyn are seeing and watching your thing and saying, hey, isn't this Veritas guy a crazy right-wing guy?
And they're saying, just look at the evidence, look at what he comes up with.
That's the power of what you're doing.
You are uniting this country.
And I gotta tell you, it's been amazing to watch you on your journey.
With every platform out there, every part of the oligarchy trying to shut you down.
And what O'Keefe shows is what one person with the will to say, I'm not going to back down.
Remember, in psychological warfare, I keep telling you this, but the first thing to do is to break your will, to make it seem like it's futile to do it.
O'Keefe's a living example of so many opportunities they had to crush him.
He just said, no, I'm not going to do it.
And this is a, it's the cussedness An indefatigability of the American people that he represents.
James, how do people get to Veritas?
How do they find out more about you and your group, and if they want to support it, they can go for it?
Well, I would follow us on Telegram because you can download the 59-second clips and upload them to all the platforms, and that's what's happening.
You can go to ProjectVeritas.com, email us at VeritasTipsAtProtonMail.com, and I just want to say one more thing, Steve, directly to Mark Zuckerberg, who's threatened to ban me off Facebook for this.
I say, please do. | ||
Please do ban me. | ||
Uh, because I know what happens next in this movie.
You're gonna cut out my tongue on the eve of this whistleblower inside of, uh, Pfizer?
Pretend like millions aren't watching and actually distribute our clips via proxy?
So please do ban me, because then the whole world will tune in on Wednesday to see this person sit down on the record with me.
Uh, please do ban me, uh, because then we can make this biblical together.
So please do play right into my strategy this week, Mark Zuckerberg, and remove me from Facebook, because I know you just struck my account here, uh, under what's called a, uh, account warning.
Please do. | ||
You're a hero and a patriot, O'Keefe.
Keep at it. | ||
James O'Keefe, Project Veritas.
Well, Steve, remember, this is also why it's so important, and James is talking about it, but this is why Getter, this is why Rumble, we were talking here yesterday afternoon, Telegram, so many of the Facebook and Facebook-linked or Facebook-associated or even data sites that were tied to it were all shutting down, they were all crashing around the world.
But when I went to fire up my getter, when I went to Telegram, when I went to Rumble, they reported no issues whatsoever.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
The book is Black Eye for America, How Critical Race Theory is Burning Down the House.
We've got Dr. Carl Swinn.
We've got a news update right here, Jack Vesobic.
What do we know about Capitol Hill Bomber?
Yeah, it looks like there's some early reports of him.
There's a name that's floating around and I'm not prepared to say it at this point because I want to get more confirmation on that.
But it looks like 55, some people are saying that he's out of Michigan, but not a lot of, just not a lot of info whatsoever.
Yeah, there's a Facebook floating around.
You're going to monitor this.
And from what I can see, by the way, at least as of now, no known political affiliation that we can identify.
Dr. Swain, we've got a few minutes.
Tell us about the book. | ||
What inspired you to write it?
You're one of the intellectual leaders of the Constitution, the Republic, our history.
What inspired you to write this?
And why did you write it right now, this time?
unidentified
|
The American people. | |
There were so many parents, teachers, policymakers coming to me Trying to understand critical race theory and what was happening around them.
And so the book was written to equip people, but also to inform them, remind them that in America, we do have civil rights laws.
They protect white people too.
We do have a constitution with an equal protection clause that protects all persons.
And we also at one time had decency.
We did not shame or bully people because of the color of their skin.
And whenever that took place, decent people stood up to condemn it.
And so the book was written for the American people.
It has a glossary, an index, resources, and also two chapters on strategies for how to fight back.
And if that makes me a domestic terrorist, then I am a domestic terrorist, and I embrace that label.
And I think more of us need to stand up and fight the people that are trying to destroy America, They've handed it over to our foreign enemies and we need to stand up today or find yourself under the rule of foreign powers because our leaders have sold us out.
Dr. Swain, this book's up on, how do people get to the book right now?
We want everybody in the War Room Posse to power into this book.
How do people get to it? | ||

|
Well, I mean, it's for sale on Amazon, but also through my website that it can be purchased at Logos Books.
That's the Christian bookstore.
It can be ordered at any major bookstore.
And it was written for the American people.
It's not that long. | ||
It's a resource. | ||
But it has everything you need to fight back.
I'll tell you what we're going to offer up now.
I'll have Alexander Priet and the rest of our team talk to you after if we want to do a book launch for you.
Thank you. | ||
Here's the thing about you.

It's now or never for our nation.
Dr. Carol Swain, thank you.
Honored to have you on. | ||
We're going to put the book up on Amazon.
We'll have her back on to do a book launch.
By the way, let's bring in, and now that Dr. Carol Swain talked about the rights, civil rights, equal protection, the Bill of Rights, all of it, her books based upon the rights of Americans, of a free America, let's bring in, I want to play the Alan Dershowitz clip from Frank Speech TV.
A class action lawsuit is brought on behalf of lots of people who are similarly situated.
In this case, the lawsuit is being brought by ordinary Americans, poll watchers, Ordinary people, folks like, you know, your friends and neighbors and relatives.
And many of them got threatening letters from Dominion saying, if you speak out, if you say anything, we're going to sue you.
And so the goal of Dominion was to chill free speech, to prevent, to deter ordinary Americans from expressing their views.
Now, look, this lawsuit is not about whether the election was Fair or fraudulent or somewhere in between.
Mike and I may have very different views on that ultimate issue.
That's not what's at stake.
What's at stake is whether the American public has the right to hear a debate about this issue, is the right to hear on various news media outlets and from various people what their views are so they can decide for themselves.
But what happened is because these chilling letters What went out?
People are afraid to talk.
Nobody wants to get sued.
Not only ordinary people are afraid to talk, but various networks are afraid to put this issue on the network because they know the next day they're going to get a lawsuit, which will cost them an enormous amount of money and time and effort from Dominion.
And let's understand one important thing.
Dominion is the government.
Dominion is not just a private firm.
The United States government and various states delegated to Dominion the power that the government has to count votes under the Constitution.
And when the Constitution was originally framed, it was the government that counted the votes.
The government was the one who tabulated and decided who was the winner.
Now things have gotten so complicated that the government has delegated to, in this case, Dominion and their voting machines, the power to determine the outcome of an election.
So when Dominion threatens, it's like you get a letter from the Justice Department or from the State Attorney General saying, if you dare to speak out, you will be sued.
This is the government chilling free speech.
You know, they say Mike Lindell's crazy.
Every time he's on this show, you've got Media Matters, other guys pulling things.
Mike Lindell's crazy. | ||
He's crazy like a fox, okay?
He's got Alan Dershowitz.
Alan Dershowitz doesn't take on a lot of cases, particularly in First Amendment.
He's the heaviest hitter we have in this country.
He's one of the lawyers on this.
The thing on Frank's speech was absolutely brilliant.
We're bringing Mike Lindell right now.
So, Mike, tell us, this class action suit, Dershowitz sounds like these people are going to take it to the bitter end about these letters that were sent by Dominion to shut people up.
Is that the case we got here?
Yes, it is. | ||
And there's a lot of them.
You know, they've sent over 150 threatening letters out to people back in November, December, January and continue to this day.
And it's out of fear. | ||
So people live in fear. | ||
Steve, a lot of these people, their mothers, fathers, sons and daughters, They went out and got home security systems.
This isn't just a normal letter you receive.
This is something, they're in fear.
And they have home security systems.
They spent money on protection.
And this is, like Alan said, they're acting as if they're the government because the government put them in charge.
As we see that all of these Dominion machines and all these machines that were bought out there, If we bought them as, you know, as taxpayers.
They've never let anybody look at them, they've never let anybody look into it, but yet they count our votes, and then threaten people.
Hang on, this is, I think, the theory of the case is so stunning, is that what Dershowitz said, I want you to explain it.
He's saying, hey, when these people got letters from Dominion, they thought it was a tantamount to getting from the Justice Department, because Dominion is basically a contractor, that now they contract out, they outsource the running of elections.
Explain that. | ||
Is that the beating heart of the case?
Yeah, you know, the, well, the thing is, I think the beating heart of the case is our First Amendment right to free speech.
What Alan says later in our interview we did last night, you know, he talks about how all of these, you know, these people aren't used to hearing, you know, hearing these threats.
It's not like me. | ||
I've had threats in my life and I'm going, I don't care.
I'm going to speak out anyway.
and not have this fear, but it's our First Amendment right of free speech.
These people were volunteers. They were brought in to watch our election, and then they're going, you better not talk. And a lot of them, Steve, in this interview and in this case, they didn't even say the word Dominion.
A lot of them don't even know what they even said.
So they're telling them to preserve evidence and everything.
They're telling these poll watchers, you preserve evidence.
They're going, wait a minute, what did I do?
One guy was an uncle of a poll watcher and he had mentioned something to his local news that his daughter or his niece seen something.
And he got a letter and said, don't you dare talk.
Don't you mention anything anymore or you're going to get sued.
And they and they don't put a way to contact them.
Steve, this is interesting.
There's no way for you to send in and say, OK, I'm going to comply.
It's just it's almost like, you know, you know, you do this or else.
It really reminds me of back in the day when I bet football back in the 80s and late 70s.
And I get threatening letters from from the mafia to pay up or else.
I mean, this is This is, to me, it's racketeering.
It's about as bad as it gets.
You don't do this because we're hiding things.
Hey Mike, this is Jack Posobiec here, and I wanted to ask you, if you saw the takedown yesterday, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, that led to a cascading failure across all social media, except for Getter, Rumble, some of the others, and my question for you is, when we're talking about the efficacy of these systems, the ability of these systems to stay up,
This gets into a lot of the stuff that you've been talking about, a lot of the issues that you've actually been digging into.
What's your sense? | ||
What do you think happened yesterday with Facebook?
Well, obviously it was some sort of an attack, some sort of a takedown.
And isn't that funny? | ||
It happens to people that say there's no such thing as, you know, cyber attacks don't exist.
These don't exist. | ||
What do you mean? | ||
That's a conspiracy theory.
Really? | ||
So what we should all do is nobody, everybody go Fox on it yesterday and say, it really didn't even happen.
You know, it never happened.
There's no such thing, you know, and I, it's kind of a, It's kind of a... No, no, but hang on, but here's the point.
We asked Posoba to come back over from Human Events at 5 o'clock.
He'd help us do the morning show.
We did live coverage of this yesterday.
The reason I wanted to do it, for two and a half hours, the mainstream CNN and MSNBC had not mentioned it at all.
And Posoba comes on here and says, the biggest winner today is Mike Lindell.
Because Mike Lindell's been telling you about how the system is hackable.
Are you talking about cyber?
And they go, no, Mike Lindell's crazy!
He's crazy, right? | ||
The mainstream media would not cover the show.
I'm not a conspiracy theory guy.
Isn't that something? | ||
That's what they do. | ||
They all went Fox on us, everybody.
It's called going Fox. | ||
When you don't talk about something, that's how they suppress information.
That's what they've been doing for months now, and actually, quite frankly, over a year, Fox has been doing it for almost two years.
And if they don't want to talk about it because they're all in cahoots, You talk about a conspiracy.
You know, it was funny yesterday.
I had my niece put something up on her Facebook.
I said, put it up on your Facebook and then tag me.
And she did that. | ||
That's the exact moment in time when they took Facebook down.
She goes, they took down my Facebook.
Oh wait, so now we know! | ||
Wait, you just cracked the case, Mike!
You just cracked the case!
He should have told us! | ||
We got hauled and scooped.
With the knees, there we go.

I want to tie that back to Facebook.
We put up on LyndaleTV.com, which is where we put up Alan's full interview today, and we went to put this stuff up, Steve, little clips, and right away it got covered up by Alan Duke, false information.
So they covered up The interview with Alan Dershowitz, they covered it up on Facebook and it says it contains false information.
Now, let's just think about that for a minute.
This was an interview that, you know, this is how much power either that Dominion has or somebody has out there.
That's the biggest cover up for the biggest crime in history.
And it's really sad, and it should show everybody yesterday, not only what they use the media to cover things up, that Facebook going down yesterday, not only shows that it can be covered up, but it shows that it can happen.
Okay, hang on. | ||
We're going to hold you for a break.
The question I've got when I come back, Dershowitz doesn't take on a lot of these.
He's the heaviest guy we have in the country.
This is a major suit. | ||
Would you agree with the not major suit?

Okay, let's play, I want to play the second Alan Dershowitz, we've got a couple minutes, let's play the second Alan Dershowitz clip and I want to have Mike Lindell comment.
unidentified
|
Basically what I'm hearing is this is a First Amendment issue, the right to free speech, to state your belief, your opinion, or the facts of what you saw, as was the case with poll workers.
I understand that some of the poll workers in their public comments never even mentioned the word Dominion, correct?
That's right. | ||
And they're being sued kind of preventively.
They're being told, don't you dare to mention Dominion.
And they're also being told, don't you dare talk about this because we might sue you saying inferentially, inferentially, if you say that there are problems with the election, it must be the Dominion being at fault because they were the ones who conducted the election.
So, you know, these letters are so broad.
They're written by lawyers, tough lawyers.
I don't blame the lawyers.
They're doing their job.
Their job is lawfare, trying to prevent free speech by threatening and intimidation.
But we're fighting back, and I'm hopefully helping.
I'm just a consultant on the case.
I'm of counsel on the First Amendment issues, but I'm proud to be working on this case because I have defended the First Amendment for the last 55 years of my life.
I've defended it for everybody, right, left, center.
Good people, not so good people.
I always defend the First Amendment and free speech.
That's my passion. | ||
And I don't care about partisanism.
I don't care Republican, Democrat, conservative, liberal.
I care that everybody gets to have their voices heard in the United States of America.
Okay, we're back. | ||
Mike Lindell. | ||
By the way, Cricket's on this huge class action suit, Mike.
But also, you've got other bombshells that are going to come out later this week.
We just want to tease. | ||
There's going to be some bombshells.
Mike Lindell. | ||
Listen, Lindell was off the show for about two or three weeks.
The reason was he's working 24-7.
Not just to make MyPillow the great company it is, right, and get ready for the holiday season, but he is grinding out there in the 3 November movement and so many different levels and bombshells are going to start coming out.
But this right here is a bombshell.
Why are people not covering this as a news story, Mike Lindell?
Well, I think it's the same reason that they didn't cover Facebook going down yesterday.
It's all a big cover-up, Steve.
It's the biggest cover-up in history for this crime.
When you have a cyber attack, On any other thing, just like Facebook yesterday, they can make it up.
They lost billions of dollars.
Big deal. | ||
Okay? | ||
When you have a cyber attack on an election, you lose your country.
You lose your First Amendment rights of free speech.
You lose everything. | ||
And one of the things that Dallin says that we're probably not going to have time for, he says all these lawsuits that Dominion did, they can't win. He said can't win. He didn't say they might not win. He said they can't win. He said the same thing I've been saying. All they are is a vehicle to push things out past the 2022 election and it's over.
And then it's over for our country.
But you gotta admire, you gotta, hang on, you gotta admire, they got tough lawyers, you gotta admire, these letters alone, these letters were to the little guys, but they sent the letters to all the media guys and froze, I don't want to name names, but... I will, Fox, I will, Fox, they went Fox on us, and Newsmax, and they all went sent out to these guys.
Well, that scares the little guy, too.
But I still believe Fox said, hey, come and sue us quick so we can fire Lou Dobbs and make it look like, but that's the reason.
Whoa, whoa, whoa. | ||
You're going for your conspiracy theory.
Oh, no, no. | ||
You're not going to go tell me about this now.
You think they actually invited the lawsuit so they get rid of the great Lou Dobbs?
Steve, because I think that that way they didn't have to bring anybody on.
They already, after November 3rd, nobody, after they called Arizona early, they didn't talk about the election.
You go back in time and you can't find them talking about the election.
They were too busy talking about Hunter Biden's laptop after the fact.
I believe, because they were sued by Smartmatic, which kind of was weird, and then all of a sudden they invited Dominion, and they fired Lou Dobbs the next day, or whenever it was, and then nobody could go on Fox anymore and talk about the 2020 election.
It's a good excuse for Fox.
We're not going to talk about it.
But boy, they stuck their nose up the other day with Arizona on Fox.
They go, you know what? | ||
Looks like it was all good.
Biden won. | ||
No, he didn't. | ||
And no, you didn't put all the facts into Arizona.
Steve, I want to say one thing really quick.
I want to say one thing really quick to get on the show.
Joe Minion deleted, he deleted, they deleted all of the 2020 election in Colorado and they deleted it in Maricopa County.
I asked Alan about it during that interview.
I said, isn't this not, it's not only a federal crime, but a state crime, but isn't it a crime for our cases to preserve evidence, which Alan's involved in one of them cases?
And he says, absolutely.
But he said, Mike, guess what?
All of that then, it becomes, if you suppress or if you get rid of evidence and delete evidence, now you're guilty.
That becomes a, the jury and judge says... But that was at the direction of election officials, both in Colorado and Maricopa County, and that's what they're going to say.
I'm not justifying, I'm just saying, hey, they're going to say election... No, listen, speaking of evidence, you know... Then they can sit behind the prison bars too.
Right, and so we talked about people aren't covering it.
Newsweek, because actually they're taking kind of a turn.
It almost seems like a face turn, right?
Because they're getting a little better over at Newsweek.
