| Nancy Pelosi tells me over the weekend they have a framework for how to pay for everything. | ||

| We need you pounding your representatives and also these, what, six, seven traders in the Republican Party that's supporting the infrastructure bill. | ||

| Give us your assessment of where we stand in Arizona and particularly the decertification process. | ||
| I understand it's going to be a struggle in the very stages, but tell me what you felt of the evidence and what you thought of the presentations and where we go from here. | ||
| Well, now we have actual solid evidence that the county conducted an actual fraud. | ||
| We have that evidence because they did not do an audit, once again, and that was confirmed by even one of their county supervisors. | ||
| So what were the findings? | ||
| We had cyber unsecurity. | ||
| We had deleted files, which violates state and federal laws. | ||
| They destroyed evidence, duplicate ballots, internet connection. | ||
| That's a fact. | ||
| When there's internet connection, then there's the national security issue. | ||
| So this goes beyond just a regular Who won an election, you know? | ||

| And the same two companies that came out that are only allowed to certify the equipment, that they hired them on to do an audit. | ||

| So, you know, what we're having now, we're all experiencing right now is a psychological operation put forth by the propaganda machine. | ||
| of the far left, of the left period, the Democrats, the left, whatever it is, whatever you want to call it, it is what it is. They've just kind of resurrected with Goebbels because what they're trying to do is a psychological operation of disinformation, misinformation to keep moralizing. | ||

| Ducey came out, I think, right after the end of the presentation and said, hey, it's certified. | ||

| Um, you know, the, the, the only thing the governor could do is call us into a special session. | ||
| Obviously he's not because, uh, whatever, whatever reasons he has, but you know, the evidence that we have is, His criminal evidence is being turned over to the Attorney General for criminal investigation. | ||
| And if he determines that it was actually fact, that our findings are criminal and there's laws that have been broken, technically, the election, particularly the presidential election, that portion of the election should be nullified because there was criminal activity that went on. | ||
| I'm sorry, you do not allow ballot envelopes to come in without a signature on it. | ||
| That's a gross violation of the law. | ||
| A scribble, just a little tick mark on it, does not constitute a signature. | ||
| So you have blank envelopes that are coming in and the election department is opening up the envelopes and separating the ballot from the envelope. | ||
| It's impossible to marry the two up again. | ||
| But bottom line is, that should have never occurred. | ||
| It should have been turned away. | ||
| Somebody should have got on the phone and said, hey, you forgot to sign your ballot. | ||
| Something to that effect to try to cure it. | ||
| But they never did. | ||
| They just allowed it to happen. | ||
| And especially when it came in after the polls were closed. | ||
| I mean, just deleting the equipment alone, deleting data is a violation of federal law. | ||
| And then when you have other government interference on it, another violation of federal law. | ||
| So you have numerous laws that have been violated right off the bat. | ||
| And now all that evidence being turned over to the Attorney General. | ||

| And do you believe the legislature is going to agree with you that this rises to the level of nullifying the electors for Joe Biden or decertifying the electors for Joe Biden? | ||

| This, what, Friday night or Thursday night, government's got to shut down if not funded and we should not give them a CR. | ||

| The first is that they're going to probably attempt, and we've seen a few indications of this, it's been floated already, a government shutdown. | ||
| And what's interesting is that government shutdowns at the federal level are typically more unpopular in Washington, D.C. | ||
| than they are throughout the rest of the country. | ||

| It's really one of those issues that D.C. | ||
| and sort of the chattering class, as the late great Rush Limbaugh used to call them, used to always be so upset about. | ||

| He closed down the monuments here in D.C. | ||
| and the honor flights. | ||
| So the honor flights, that's World War II vets coming into D.C. | ||
| There were just a few this weekend I saw when I was at the airport. | ||
| They come in, they go to the World War II memorial, right? | ||
| That's an outdoor memorial. | ||
| You don't need, you know, you don't need staffing to have that up and yet he was closing it down because he wanted to inflict pain and he wanted to inflict something that could be shown. | ||
| The American people don't particularly care When these government shutdowns go down, they say, well, if we can have a government shutdown and non-essential workers aren't allowed to be in, why do we have them in the first place? | ||
| Why are they there in the first place? | ||
| And so a lot of, a lot of Americans see this. | ||
| We only want the essential ones. | ||
| And so when you really look at this, folks, and by the way, I was one of the employees, actually, that was, I was furloughed during that. | ||
| It was like three days or something. | ||
| I went and watched movies. | ||
| Alright, it was boring, it was stupid, I didn't even really care. | ||
| So for all that you'll hear about it, the media will freak out about this. | ||
| But the dirty little secret is, is that parties on both sides know they're the ones not getting paid. | ||
| The American people could care less about this. | ||
| So if there's a situation here, a real situation, that if people want to put some muscle into this, if people want to actually show that they still have what? | ||
| Command by negation. | ||
| There's a huge opportunity here for the American people to stand up and say no and deliver Biden a massive, massive blow to his agenda. | ||
| Because remember, this was going to be the big thing. The same way, if I remember correctly, that the infrastructure bill was supposed to be a big thing in the prior administration that a certain strategist was pushing. You agree that if they don't somehow try to jerry-rig and try to slam something through, if it's defeated in front of the American people, that this regime, then it's officially over. | ||
| I don't know what else they can do because what they're trying to do now is, and I've talked about this and we talk about it on the podcast, we call it the Shade War Update. | ||

| And there was a huge panel on CNN just yesterday where they were trying to go around, circle the wagons on Biden and blame the border crisis on Kamala Harris. | ||
| And I said, look, guys, you could try to blame this on her all you want, but we know she danced around that thing. | ||
| She danced, totally saw the trap coming. | ||
| She danced out of it. | ||
| Say what you want about her, but she knows politics. | ||
| She understands politics. | ||
| She knows how to avoid getting stuck. | ||
