| government is kind of bankrupt because it's going to default on its government securities on October 15th. | ||

| And that's what Janet Yellen, the Secretary of Treasury, also formerly head of the Federal Reserve, has told the President. | ||
| So we got him jammed up. | ||

| in the debt ceiling relief. | ||
| They're over there right now. | ||
| They're a total meltdown. | ||
| They're saying, no, we got to link the $3.5 trillion. | ||
| That is all fantasy. | ||
| Right now, this is do the math. | ||
| Every year, as a construct, that we have over trillion dollar deficits on this budget every year for the next 10 years. | ||

| That's another $10 trillion added to the $28.3 trillion we already got on the books. | ||
| In addition, they're talking about another $6 trillion of spending on top of that. | ||
| So you're talking in the next 10 years, I don't know, 10 to 15 trillion dollars, but right now it's put back on them. | ||

| Polling that was in the field last weekend has come out and these polling, Boris, we said and told President Trump we can kill this administration in the crib early on just by its own incompetence and its illegitimacy. | ||

| These numbers, the gallops lowest they've ever seen of a guy this quickly. | ||
| And I'm looking this up as we speak. | ||
| The USA Today came out talking about this poll in Iowa. | ||

| Ladies and gentlemen, Iowa is a perfect bellwether state. | ||
| It's got a couple of big cities, lots of rural, highly educated people, kind of decent normal Americans, right? | ||
| It's where the caucuses of both parties are held. | ||

| I don't even have, I don't think there's a word in the English language for how bad this is when you're still supposed to be in your honeymoon period. | ||

| With independence, with independence in Iowa, Joe Biden is at 29% approved and 62% disapproved. | ||
| He's upside down by almost 35. | ||
| He's upside down by 33 with independence in a bellwether state of Iowa. | ||

| And they showed that President Trump is now ahead of Joe Biden in approval rating. | ||
| Mark Pence said the honeymoon is being replaced now with buyer's remorse. | ||

| The honeymoon period for Joe Biden, which honestly is the shortest honeymoon of all time, it's like a Britney Spears marriage, okay? | ||
| No offense to those who are watching the whole thing about her being, I don't know, but the marriages last about two days. | ||
| The honeymoon period for Joe Biden has been as short as a celebrity marriage, okay? | ||
| It's absolutely shocking, but now you've got Democrats. | ||

| When you have a president who's totally feckless, who's not there, who's completely gone, and I wrote about this back in March, how he was resembling Brezhnev, Andropov, Chernenko in the Soviet Union, at least, you know, when Ronald Reagan was in his latter years of his administration and was getting a little up there, you had giants, giants, agree with them, disagree with them, but big-time leaders, James Baker, Duberstein, you had George H.W. | ||

| Now, Biden is worse than anybody's ever been, maybe since Woodrow Wilson. | ||
| He was literally laid out, I believe, in a coma in the latter years of his presidency. | ||

| 92 after Clinton, you had the 94 Gingrich Revolution where we took the House first time since the Great Depression. | ||
| In 2010, you had the Tea Party victory of 63 House seats, the most ever since 1932, the deaths of the Prussian, on Obama's first year. | ||
| So you had Clinton's first year, Obama's first year. | ||
| You've got numbers now that are lower, they're saying these numbers are lower than Clinton before Newt Gingrich ran the table. | ||
| The reason is He did not get the 81 million votes. | ||
| Mathematically, what these polls are starting to show, and here's the beauty of it, I'll tell you how scared they are. | ||

Yeah, I think the Democratic counter-argument to that would be that they have tried to do these things piecemeal over a very long period of time without much success. | |
| Prescription drugs actually is one of the best examples of that. | ||
| It is not as though we didn't have a Republican and Democratic compromise on this issue for some time now, and it ultimately just couldn't get through the House and the Senate. | ||
| Democrats have had legislation on this for years as well, and they were able to get it through the House and not the Senate. | ||
| So they've tried, and so I think they saw this package Plus their majority, plus the tools of reconciliation as a way to address all these priorities that many Democrats ran on in the 2020 election and have hanging over them entering 2022. | ||
| And then there's this other thing that hangs over us, by the way. | ||
| I mean, we've talked so far about infrastructure and reconciliation and how hard it's going to be to keep Democrats together over all of this and do things on time. | ||
| But we also have to fund the government. | ||
| We've only got a couple of days left to do that. | ||
| We've got this looming debt ceiling fight, which is also going to take some time. | ||
| And so it may be the case that those things as well delay the Biden agenda, creating all kinds of trouble for Democrats as they look to address these internal divides that have plagued them for some time. | ||

| Absolutely get them out of the country, but they stay in the region, in Kuwait, in Qatar. | ||
