| The Texas Department of Public Safety and other agencies moved to shut down the human pipelines that were going in and out of the big encampment in Del Rio. | ||
| And they did in fact shut that down. | ||
| We were just over at the spot where it used to be a supply line to get food and water and basic necessities into the camp. | ||
| There are still 10,000 people in that camp and what's happened is we have just now found the alternative route. | ||
| for food and water they still need to get food and basic necessities in and so what's happening now is you see that encampment is basically out here on this other riverbank it's probably uh you know half a mile or several miles away they're using a rope right here to stabilize themselves to be able to go across | ||
| You can see that people are coming in and going all the way to a public park. | ||
| They're moving all the way through a public park in order to buy food in Acuna, which is just on the other side of this park. | ||
| And then they have to hike it back hundreds of yards to get to this river. | ||
| What's happening then, what's happening then is this is a display of human adaptation to law enforcement pressure. | ||
| And most of these people now are being gathered up into buses and dispersed to other parts of the country to be either deported to Haiti, we're told, Or to be released into the United States. | ||
| I think a lot of people think that they're still going to be released into the United States and so they stay. | ||

| These Haitians have been living in South America for many years. | ||

| They're being forced, because South America's not going to take them back, to send them to Haiti, which is the place they escaped from. | ||

| A lot of these Haitians are being let into the United States. | ||

| We fully understand it's not enough to become a citizen of the United States or get asylum here, but we understand what they're running away from, okay? | ||

| This is the United States of America and look at what's happening. | ||
| This is worse than the migrant crisis in Germany in 2015 caused by radicals in the Biden administration and the incompetence that let it happen. | ||

| People are flooding back to Mexico. | ||
| Give us a sense of what's exactly happened with these 15,000 Haitians. | ||
| Well, the thing I guess I would emphasize is that these deportation flights back to Port-au-Prince, which started happening on Sunday, have had a very acute impact on the psyches and decision-making of the Haitians who have been crossing to join this camp. | ||
| I was in the Acuna, the Ciudad Acuna bus station just yesterday evening and found dozens and dozens of Haitians there boarding buses back to southern Mexico, back to Guatemala, reversing their journeys here on grounds that the last thing in the world that they want is to end up in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. | ||
| They are getting video and text messages back from the people who are showing up on the tarmac back there. | ||
| What this shows really is that this kind of deportation threat is a very powerful deterrent. | ||
| Trump used it all the time. | ||
| It's a very Trumpian policy. | ||
| I don't know what happened with the Biden administration on the inside to have to finally admit that The threat of, a credible threat of deportation has this kind of impact. | ||
| I don't think that it's going to last. | ||

| On the United States of America, in our country, on the border, in the Rio Grande Valley, with all those hard-working folks down there, we would allow this to happen. | ||

| And now, in panic, these gutless cowards in panic are now sending guys back to Port-au-Prince. | ||

| Because Brazil and Chile are saying, hey, look, you know, no harm, no foul. | ||

| This is what Biden has done, and I want to hear their happy talk of how humane they are and how bad Trump is. | ||

| How many actually Haitians are they just rolling into the interior of the country to get as many in as possible, as quickly as possible? | ||
| I believe that the vast majority of the people under that bridge are going to end up inside the United States family unit policy, the unaccompanied minor. | ||

| And I think that you won't be able to see it because they're busing them to secret locations in the American interior to other border patrol stations, and they'll be processed in there outside of the cameras. | ||

| We know some of them are going to Port-au-Prince, but I believe that the vast majority, and that's why there are still 10 or 11,000 immigrants there, that they're not all leaving under the threat of that deportation. | ||

| I spoke to quite a few of them, like, why are you still here? | ||
| Aren't you afraid of deportation? | ||
| And they're like, yeah, not so much. | ||
| We're going to stick this out. | ||
| We're going to, we're going to take our chances. | ||
| So, so there are still 10 or 11,000 that are staying Okay, I want to take a deep breath. | ||
| Mexico if they wanted to. Many of them are, but definitely the majority are not. | ||
| They're being bushed out and they are going to end up in the US interior. | ||
| Okay, this is, I want to take a take a deep breath. I want you to repeat that. | ||
| You're reporting right now is that with all the spin they're putting about going back to Haiti, the vast majority, it started at 50%. | ||
| They said 10 or 11,000. | ||
| You're saying right now your belief from your reporting is that the vast majority of these Haitians will end up in the United States. | ||
| I do believe that the policy of the Biden administration has been to just through the turnstile check in. | ||
| will give you temporary legal papers and you can apply for a stylum sometime within the next year. | ||
| And that's what they're doing. They're shipping them all over. The issue here is that we won't be able to see it because they're shipping them to remote border patrol stations that they're not telling us where they are. I've asked. We're going to get to the bottom of this. | ||
| And this is how these three Democratic congressmen are gone. | ||

| So Don Samuel, who's one of Georgia's top criminal defense attorneys representing the defendants that work for Fulton County in this case, is not really doing well in the courtroom today. | ||
| In fact, he was trying to argue a motion to dismiss this case that was filed on August 12th. | ||
| When he raised the argument that the plaintiffs had no legal standing to file this case and Chief Judge Brian Amaro fired back saying that if counterfeit ballots were injected into this election diluting their vote, how do they not have a legal remedy? | ||
| He also asked him whether or not the state election board and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation have conducted any sort of investigation to his knowledge As to whether or not counterfeit ballots diluted the vote. | ||
| Don Samuel had no answer. | ||
| He asked both the plaintiffs legal teams. | ||
| The same question, and to nobody's knowledge, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the State Election Board have not yet conducted any investigation into whether or not counterfeit ballots diluted Georgia voters' vote. | ||
| And so his exact words were, I would love to hear from them. | ||
| So Chief Judge Brian Amaro fired away today saying he would love to get in touch with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the State Election Board to find out what exactly they've looked into here in Fulton County. | ||
| Heather, I think for our audience, particularly for our global audience, in Mandarin, in Japanese, Australia, Brazil, you know, Europe, India, might have a question. | ||
| They thought that this was about elections and you would think that the Fulton County Board of Elections would be represented by an election lawyer who is a specialist in elections. | ||

| So Judge Amaro seemed to have taken that a little personally and said, hey, this courtroom is open to anyone. | ||
| Anybody from the GBI or the state election board could have reached out to me, could have asked questions or could do their own investigation. | ||
| And so the fact that Don Samuel is almost accusing this judge of hindering any other investigations into this is not looking good for him in the courtroom today. | ||

| And as of this morning, as you can see behind me, the view is Del Rio. | ||
| That's the boat ramp, the Border Patrol boat ramp. | ||
| And these are migrants crossing back from Del Rio to Acuna. | ||
| They've received word that they are being deported. | ||
| And so the ones I've spoken to say they prefer to either stay in Mexico or go back instead of being deported to their country of origin. | ||
| And that's the newest development that's happening this morning. | ||
| I can tell you this, the Mexican government here locally is not prepared to receive all these Haitians in Ciudad Acuña. | ||
| I know it's been affecting the community in Del Rio. | ||
| There's restaurants that have been closed, shelves are empty, and the international bridge remains closed. | ||
| So commerce is getting a big hit starting today. | ||
| Today's the first business day that the international bridge is closed. | ||
| So they are having to reroute through Eagle Pass, Piedra Negras, So this bridge closure is causing a major impact to the local community in both Acuna and El Rio. | ||
| And now we're going to have an impending humanitarian crisis in Ciudad Acuna as these migrants are returning to avoid deportation. | ||
| Auden, I just want you to tell our audience, for the Haitians that get up there, most of them came from Latin America, Chile and Brazil, some from Central America. | ||
| Not just the dangers of the journey, all these are being brought up by the cartels, right? | ||
| The cartels are making a lot of money on this. | ||
| How dangerous is the journey for them just to get where they are in Northern Mexico? | ||

So, they face, some have died on their way over here. | |
| I've spoken to the ones I've spoken to and Just to put this in perspective, I know a lot of people in the United States are asking themselves, how did people from an island in the Caribbean and Haiti make their way to Mexico and here to Rio? | ||
| The thing is, they're not coming straight from Haiti. | ||
| They've been in mainly in Chile, Brazil, and other Latin American countries. | ||
| As soon as they heard that Biden had the borders open, they sold all their belongings and they made their way to the to the border. | ||
| And that's why they're here. | ||
| The average cost has been between $10,000 and $15,000, what they've paid to arrive here. | ||
| And the ones that I've spoken to this morning that are heading back, they said they're out of money. | ||
| They don't have any more resources. | ||
| So they don't know what to do. | ||
| And they're hungry. | ||
| So that's the impending crisis that's going to happen now. | ||
| What do you anticipate Mexican look the people in northern Mexico have very few resources themselves What do you what's your intent? What do you anticipate right now is going to happen? | ||
| Is the Mexican government gonna gonna bust them back to? | ||
| Central America and just pass it on to the next country down there because obviously you can't stay You can't stay in northern Mexico the people in northern Mexico don't have the resources and the local governments don't have the resources So what happens now? | ||

Did drive by the bus station here in Acuna this morning and There's still Haitians arriving on bus Here to Acuna and then there are those that are trying to board buses to leave Ciudad Acuna Yeah. | |
| Some of them, I did see a few of them that still have resources. | ||
| I did see one gentleman open his wallet, and I could clearly see at least a thousand dollars in there, all hundreds. | ||
| So some of them still have cash available, but things are running out. | ||
| As far as the government, I haven't seen any activity from the local government here as far as getting them deported statewide or nationwide. | ||
| I haven't seen anything here. | ||
| This is the issue. | ||
| The issue is that this is all driven by the Biden administration, correct? | ||

| Here in Del Rio, there's DPS all along the community because they've opted to cross wherever they can here at the Rio Grande. | ||
| So this humanitarian crisis, I just want to make sure everybody understands, this humanitarian crisis is driven by the Biden administration's policies because the people in South America and the Haitian community down there realized Biden had an open border. | ||
| You could get to the United States now. | ||
| So what they did is they sold all of the, they don't have a lot of resources, they sold everything they have. | ||
| Having gotten out of Haiti to Latin America, they'd sold everything they had and then made this tremendously dangerous journey. | ||
| Through the Darien Gap up into Mexico to be to basically be trafficked to traffic by the human traffickers, which are the cartels that they're the ones that take the ten to fifteen thousand dollars. | ||
| Then they get up to northern Mexico, cross the Rio Grande because it's totally open. | ||
| Right. | ||
| Have this camp on the on the American side. | ||
| And the Biden administration was just going to process them through until brave reporters like Auden And like Todd Bensman actually put the cameras down there and people would see what was happening. | ||
| And the outrage of the Hispanic community in the Rio Grande Valley, right, is what's got these Democrats up here in total panic mode. | ||
| And they're going back to the Trump policy, which had been the policy in the first place. | ||

| And they've taken a lot of money from the little guy, both as far as savings to invest, most importantly as advances on houses and apartments, which they want, okay? | ||

| The money's not there, and now there's all kind of videos, and we've put them up, this company called Evergrande, where the folks are going up into the lobby, and you've got these big police units, and they're saying, we want to talk to management, and where's our money, and where's our blood money? | ||

| And it's starting to happen. | ||
| And this is why the Chinese Communist Party, in complete panic, is now talking about, oh, you know, maybe we'll go invade Taiwan. | ||

| I gotta have you repeat this because, ladies and gentlemen, for since at least February, maybe even January, at least February of 2020, when we put forth what was actually happening in Wuhan, right, from contacts we had inside of China and other places, right, in the scientific and intelligence community, We were mocked and ridiculed. | ||

| And this really is just a prime example of how the American establishment in collaboration with the Chinese Communist Party uses these so-called experts to craft a fake narrative. | ||
| And with that fake narrative, they use it to implement the policies and more broadly, the worldview that they want. | ||
| And I think it's really hard to trust these same experts on the vaccine, on the science, on mask mandates, when they have such a horrible, horrible track record on getting to the bottom of this virus, which is arguably the most important fact, the most important data point to really create effective treatments and understand how to combat it. | ||
| 100%. What was so powerful, the statement today is, is not yes, they're obviously trying to cover themselves for liability about now the lab leak. But when they say, which we have said from the beginning, you've said, there's no scientific evidence, none, as in zero zilch, that this came naturally. | ||
| And even the ability to even think it would have to start in a bat cave, a thousand miles from Wuhan. | ||
| There's never been any farm, any animal, any transmission ever found in that thousand miles, right? | ||

| Because Fauci, more than any, understanding what he financed, understand what he knew was going on in that lab, supported and drove, with Das against others, the thing that's a lie that made it so much more difficult to get to the bottom of actually have you have therapies and how you have potential vaccines. | ||

| I think Fauci is a great example of a Manchurian bureaucrat, because when you analyze how he has handled this pandemic, from start to finish. It's the greatest gift that the Chinese Communist Party has ever received. | ||

| But from the way that he handled it, from the perspective of mask mandates and vaccines, and how wishy washy he's been on all that and flip flopping, but even to the origins of the virus, and how he's given air and given fuel to people like Peter Doshak to people who are part of this Lancet community. And we have more reporting coming out, which I think is the bigger narrative here. It's not just the Wuhan Institute of Virology. And frankly, it's not even just Anthony Fauci's NIH agency. | ||

| These policies may actually constitute crimes against humanity. | ||
