| Also to talk about the debt ceiling and all that, but we've got this invasion of the southern border. | ||
| So Peter, before I go back, because I want you to hear Audren Cabrera, who's actually down there on the Mexican side, Peter, you did more to work with President Trump probably than anybody but his top advisors on immigration to get this thing sorted in Mexico. | ||
| People don't realize because you were in charge of manufacturing policy and an economic nationalist, you really worked with the Mexican government. | ||
| You were central to this. | ||
| Give us your quick assessment of that. | ||
| This whole thing's imploding now. | ||
| We have an invasion from Haiti. | ||
| They're saying eight to ten African countries. | ||
| These are people that have lived in South America for many years, but they understand they've got to get to the United States now because the Biden administration's got an open gate. | ||
| We just had reporting from Todd Bensman, who we're going to try to get back to, Todd Bensman, that now they're taking vans and buses because it's so humiliating having 14,000 or 15,000 Haitians. | ||
| They're just shipping them into the country overnight. | ||
| And who knows where they go or who knows who they check in with or who knows have they been checked for COVID virus. | ||
| So, Peter, what's your thoughts and analysis as we open the second hour of The War Room? | ||
| Well, let me take you back to the Trump administration. | ||
| We struggled for several years with this catch-and-release policy, which is an artifact of our legal system and liberal judges. | ||
| And we had very few degrees of freedom to stop what was going on. | ||
| And I remember vividly one day, Pat Cipollone called me in and the boss is like frantic, like, we gotta get a solution. | ||
| And it was like, Pat goes, how can we do tariffs on Mexico and threaten tariffs? | ||
| And it's like, OK, here's how we're going to do this, Pat. | ||
| And the threat of those tariffs was what turned the thing around 180 degrees. | ||
| We immediately got a deal. | ||
| from Mexico for what they call the safe third things where they would keep the illegals on their side of the border and as soon as we did that the president parlayed that agreement into an agreement with the Northern Triangle country Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador to get that and boom We had this thing solved! | ||

| And just as Bill Biden always does, he always does the exact wrong thing, just for the hell of it, as soon as he gets in, he reversed the safe third nation policy, and then boom! | ||

| I was on your show, you know, it's like, The tagline for Steve Bannon's War Room is, if you want to kind of find out what they're reporting on Fox and CNN today, just listen to the War Room two months ago. | ||
| And I predicted, and this was, I'm underestimating now, I predicted that we'd have at least two million, two million illegal aliens coming across in 2021. | ||
| And what percentage of those illegal aliens do you think, Steve, Have the virus and so, you know, we're locking down our economy. | ||
| We're putting masks and kids. | ||
| We're jabbing everybody with vaccines. | ||
| It's like at the same time. | ||
| We're having invasion for you know, for the Haitian element there that your show is really focused on I think shows just how out of whack it is because As Todd's been telling us, it's like those Haitians are not coming from Haiti. | ||
| Those Haitians are people who've been embedded in Costa Rica and Mexico and fled and living a decent life, but whoa, it's like, hey, Biden's opened the door, Katie barred the door, up they come. | ||
| So that's the backstory. | ||
| President Trump had this solved. | ||
| Biden, with one stroke of his poison pen, he undid it. | ||
| But okay, I want to go through this structurally, because this is why we're in this situation. | ||
| That policy you guys put together worked, and it worked for everybody. | ||
| Okay? | ||
| You predicted, and by the way, I think this was in February or March, Navarro on this show, we'll pull the clip for next week. | ||
| No, no, no, no. | ||
| It was like the first days of this administration, because one of the very first things they did was to undo that, and they understood at the time, these are smart, cunning people, the Biden... | ||
| They understood by doing that you would draw an invasion into this country. | ||
| They knew what they were doing. | ||
| They brought this on unconsciously. | ||
| Let me emphasize one thing. | ||
| Go ahead. | ||
| The whole legal structure that evolved with this thing called the Dolly G decision, things like that, basically prevents the federal government from doing just about anything about this. | ||
| I mean, it's de facto catch and release because of the existing court rulings and the fact you got liberal judges who won't otherwise enforce laws or they'll throw out executive orders. | ||
| So we had the silver bullet, Steve. | ||
| I mean, it was a brilliant stroke. | ||
| The threat of tariffs worked and we had this solved, Steve. | ||
| And now we've got the worst crisis on our hands. | ||
| And it's not just, look, the deplorables, this is hurting the black and brown population in this country, the blue collar population. | ||
| We're in a situation where we have massive unemployment, our economy has rot in it, okay? | ||
| All of that, and then you add to that the Delta variant coursing through the veins of these people coming across the border in droves. | ||
| With no attempt by the Biden administration to vaccinate them or check them or test them or anything like that? | ||
| I mean, I'd like to put Fauci down there on the border with a border patrol uniform on and let him do his smack down there. | ||
| Wear a mask. | ||
| Ooh, get vaccinated. | ||
| No, none of that. | ||
| No. | ||
| Two million illegal aliens into this country in 2021 with a high percentage of them spreading the virus. | ||
| According to Todd Benson, if you do the math at the $200,000 a month, if you just do the multiples, which are the historical multiples of the getaways, your number's going to be to the low end, the $2 million. | ||
| Remember, that's not $2 million apprehended. | ||
| That's going to be $2 million at the low end. | ||
| There's going to be more illegal aliens in this country where we already have, what, 11 million illegal aliens in the country. | ||
| And these reconciliation bills are trying to give 8 million illegal aliens citizenship. | ||
| So we're going to get to all this. | ||
| We're going to deconstruct. | ||
| We're going to bring in Bianca Gracia. | ||
| But before I do that, Peter, to a hat tip for your policies in the month of August, if you take all the months, August is from 17, 18, 19 and 20. | ||
| They don't add up or barely add up to what happened in the month of August under Biden. | ||
| Biden has got to own this. | ||
| They purposely undid the structure that Peter Navarro worked with President Trump to put in. | ||
| That structure saved the country. | ||
| Worked for Mexico, worked for the triangle countries, and quite frankly, worked for the migrants and the illegal aliens because it kept the cartels out of business. | ||

| Well, this is hurting Mexico as well as the Northern Triangle countries every bit as much as it's hurting the United States because it's acting like a magnet, bringing just all sorts of flow of people in, plus the drug cartels. | ||

| I mean, it's like the border crisis, Afghanistan, the economy, everything. | ||
| And this is really... I mean, here's the thing, Steve. | ||

| The question I got first, working class Hispanics, we've seen the shift to the Trump movement. | ||
| This outrage is so incredible and unbelievable what they're doing to these cities. | ||
| Del Rio is called a state of emergency. | ||
| Give us a sense, Bianca, of what a working class Hispanics in the Rio Grande Valley Thank you, Steve, for having me on this morning. | ||

| of the Haitian community and other nations coming now, just coming across as they want, ma'am. | ||

| They're giving you accurate information as it's coming down from sources on the ground. | ||
| Our Hispanic communities obviously are suffering. | ||
| I just want to thank you because I called this months ago, Steve, on this show. | ||
| I said, we are being invaded at the southern border. | ||
| And people got mad at me for saying that. | ||
| They said, oh, no, no, no, no. | ||
| It's a crisis. | ||
| We have been invaded. | ||
| Now you're seeing it flat out. | ||
| unravel in front of all your eyes, invasion at the border and how it is affecting our Hispanic communities. Let me tell you what the share, well first of all there's just so much to cover, that Del Rio yesterday, the Del Rio mayor had to take matters into his own hands. | ||
| He closed the checkpoint. | ||
| Okay, HSI reopened it. | ||
| So then Mexico closed the checkpoint on their end. | ||
| So that forced the HSI on our end to close. | ||
| The mayor in Del Rio has said the Biden administration has stopped responding with them. | ||
| What does that tell you? | ||
| Okay? | ||
| They're not even communicating. | ||
| The sheriffs are not communicating. | ||
| They don't even know what HSI is doing, Border Patrol is doing. | ||
| They're not communicating with DPS. | ||
| There's no communication. | ||
| I told you a month ago, I said the Border Patrol's last message to me was, we have lost all control of the border. | ||
| Now I do know the sheriff in Del Rio right now is what you know what they're focusing on is they are actually if you're a positive COVID and a resident in Del Rio you are getting a letter it's like a scarlet letter posted on your door and it pretty much notifies all your neighbors that you're COVID positive. | ||
| If you leave that residence in 14 days you will be fined or jailed. | ||
| Meanwhile at the border you've got all these illegals coming in not masked we don't know if they've got COVID spreading COVID This is insane. | ||
| This is how they're destroying our communities. | ||
| The very communities... | ||
| That have turned to start, they've woken up and said, you know what? | ||
| There's something wrong with these Democrat policies that aren't working for us. | ||
| All of a sudden you want to destroy these communities. | ||
| There is a bigger picture and you're exactly right. | ||

| We know that the Donna camp, if you remember all those children at the Donna camp, that's been closed because they don't really have a whole lot of people going on there. | ||

| Last, yesterday morning, the BP told us 11,000 people in that Del Rio, right there under the bridge, 8,500 were underneath. | ||

| They're anticipating 20,000 more coming. | ||

| Yesterday, BP said, BP and HSI agents have been told that once that number reaches to 18K, 18k there to take their families out of there. | ||
| They need to move out. | ||

| Del Rio has a population of 35,000 people. | ||
| You are talking about, I mean this is insane. | ||
| This is the same region where I told you months ago that the Chinese had bought up land In that sector, that is where that land is. | ||

| And then you've got Governor, really Governor Abbott is over there having a fundraiser with Eric Clapton while all this is going on, giving us soundbites that he's doing something but he's not really doing anything. | ||
| You've got, you know, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, who sent out an email yesterday, oh we've got, we allocated more money to the border for overtime to pay the DPS to keep them out there, but, and then he's asking for money! | ||
| Our own elected officials are sending out their fundraisers asking for money to try to make money off of this. | ||

| Joe Biden mocks these people every day. | ||
| Joe Biden spits on the grave of these great patriots by what he's allowing to happen in the games they're playing right now. | ||

| And it neutralized and neutered the cartels. | ||

| There's no money for them just to get them to northern Mexico. | ||
| They don't make any money doing that. | ||

| And Joe Biden and these demons, and that's what they are, they're demons in the White House that did this. | ||

| You can't demonize these people coming across the border. | ||
| They're logical and they're rational. | ||

| Particularly when I see the $3.5 trillion add-on to our federal budget that we can't afford. | ||

| Why would you not make a break and run for the border no matter how dangerous, how much you got to pay the cartels? | ||
| I got one shot to get there. | ||
| I'm going to do it now. | ||
| Before Trump comes back. | ||
| Before Trump comes back, I got to get there. | ||
| I got a window. | ||
| And yes, they're going to come because they're rational, logical people. | ||
| And that's what you're seeing. | ||
| And all you're seeing is the games they're playing right now about Biden. | ||
| They're trying to sneak him out in the middle of the night in buses. | ||
| They're not saying, get back across the border to the Mexico side. | ||
| They're saying, let's get you in as quickly as possible. | ||
| And he's right. | ||
| Where's Tony Fauci down there lecturing you and hectoring you about COVID-19? | ||
| Bianca Grassi says the poor law enforcement down there are going around knocking, putting notices, scarlet letters on the doors of the hardworking Hispanics down there saying, you got COVID. | ||
| If you walk out in the neighborhood, we're going to snatch you up. | ||
| You're quarantined. | ||
| Yet you've got 15, 16,000 Haitians right there pouring into the city of a town of 35,000, where the poor mayor can't get the governor of Texas on the phone, can't get the Texas Rangers there, can't get the federal government, can't get the Border Patrol. | ||

| Steve, I long for the day in this great American republic that we can see a segment like you did last segment with Bianca Gracia explaining how we've created apartheid in this country because of the Chinese Communist Party virus. | ||
| The idea that a scarlet letter COVID letter would be tacked to the walls and doors of people suffering right now from an invasion across their border while that invasion takes place. | ||
| Why can't we see that kind of tough, real, honest type of interview? | ||

| There's buses coming in on a daily basis, dropping off migrants. | ||

| I've seen them at ATMs withdrawing money. | ||
| So right now, it's a free reign for them here in Acuna. | ||
| And also, as you can see, they're crossing back and forth underneath the bridge where they're waiting for processing. | ||
| The citizens of Mexico, are they freaked out? | ||
| I mean, how are they handling this? | ||
| I mean, they didn't ask for any of this. | ||
| A lot of those come across every day on work permits and work and have family on the American side. | ||
| Give us a sense of what the Mexican citizens feel about this invasion. | ||

So here on the Mexican side that they were pretty much it didn't affect them at all and they were actually sympathetic towards them and it's understandable but as of yesterday the international bridge has closed so now it's hitting them it's affecting them and I've seen a frustration from both sides here in Acuna and El Rio | |
| Because there's daily commute and as Bianca was saying earlier, some of these people visit their family, they come back and forth also to eat, visit their doctors, get their medications. | ||
| So now they're having to reroute through Piedras Negras Eagle Pass which is about 45 miles from Acuna del Rio. | ||
| So now it's hurting them and they're frustrated and all they're asking now is when is the bridge going to open up again. | ||
| By the way, what is your sense when you talk to officials down there or the police or just people around, what's the sense of how big is this group going to get? | ||
| We're talking about 15,000, 16,000, 18,000 by the end of the day today. | ||
| Given what people think are coming up from Central America, how big do you think this is going to get? | ||

| That is going to be a slow motion train wreck that is going to take us down and the deplorables will be at the front lines of this. | ||
| And while you're perfectly correct that it's rational for these people to want to get in to the United States, it's also increasingly clear that the whole assimilation process upon which the Statue of Liberty process was predicated on Has broken down and so all we're doing is is having the illegal aliens coming in | ||
| In groups that will stay in groups that will threaten the jobs and welfare. | ||
| And let's not bury the lead. | ||
| There's a lot of people infected with the virus. | ||
| Where's Tony Fauci at the border making sure in the nanny state they have masks, they have vaccinations, they're quarantined. | ||

| This panel weighed in yesterday and said there's no evidence Our data that supports this whole thing with the third booster, and a couple of guys are resigning, and he read a couple of quotes. | ||
| I gotta get your thoughts. | ||
| You're the guy that brought this up with him. | ||
| The Biden administration and Fauci specifically pushed this, pushed this, pushed this, pushed this, pushed this. | ||
| As soon as the independent people said they'd go, no, maybe do it for the 65-year-olds, the very old, and maybe some of the comorbidities, but there's no rationale, no evidence to do it overall. | ||
