You know that saying, good artists copy, but great artists steal?
The same goes for white nationalist political operatives.
Because yes, Bannon is activating his army of Trump-worshiping conspiracy theorists to flood the lowest rung of the party infrastructure, which are the precincts.
But let's be clear, the precinct strategy isn't Bannon's brainchild.
This is simply, as ProPublica notes, something he plucked out of obscurity.
But wait a minute, this strategy may be not so obscure.
Republicans have been flooding the election boards, school boards, and local, city, county ranks for a long time.
And let's not forget their penchant for purging the courts.
It's just out in the open now.
Its use of intimidation and thuggery has been truly unleashed.
At this point, they are telling us exactly who they are and what they want.

The question is, what are we going to do about it?

Party positions are actually part of the election supervision architecture at the ground level in the U.S.
So there'll be these sort of, you know, the county will have like a three and three, the Democrats and the Republicans have, you know, six people that oversee, you know, these sort of these bipartisan boards.
And so It's the party officials sitting there, you know, usually it's an equal amount for both parties.
So when you're talking about party positions, it's not just that they're party positions.
They're the people that end up playing these sort of official roles of election supervision.

Traditionally, it's a gatekeeping function.
The reason that we have this entrenched two-party system and there aren't third parties is because of the parties have this entrenched legal formal role over the nuts and bolts of American politics and the actual running of elections.
And that's exactly what this movement is targeting.
The lesson that they learned from last time is that the reason that Trump is not president anymore is not actually because of the widespread fraud by the Democrats, but it's because the Republicans, even though they knew the election was stolen, didn't use these powers to stop it.
And the reason that they're focused on taking over these positions now is to change that next time.

The Biden agenda, not just Biden personally, but the Build Back Better agenda.
This is the Party of Davos, the World Economic Forum, Build Back Better.
You know, it's that mantra they've got all over.
That agenda is seriously underwater.
And here's what's going to happen.

It's the populist nationalist party in France.
It's Macron's biggest rival.

There's two stories today, one on the Hill, the least during the Hill, about the packed September we've been talking about, and we want to lay out the battle map here.

But think about what's happening.
Congress is not back yet, not coming back to the 20th.
We have the commemoration of the 20th anniversary of 9-11 coming this week, which is going to be huge.

We're doing two hours every evening in the run-up to this.
Very big, particularly talking about the geopolitical situation we are in today, which is a hundred times worse than the day before.
9-11 and 100 times worse than after 9-11 back 20 years ago.
We've then got, you've got the recall election for Newsom is next Tuesday in California.
Congress comes back on the 20th, also the day that there's a presidential election, there's an election in Canada.
Trudeau is running behind right now as the whole world, as the tides are receding on the globalists right now.
You've got then, most importantly, from the 20th To the end of the fiscal year.
The end of the fiscal year is September 30th.
October 1st is the new fiscal year for the federal government.
They've got to jam through the infrastructure bill, the 1.25, also this $3.5 trillion spending bill, whatever you call it, in a budget.
But it's really the Green New Deal and this new social safety net of $3.5 trillion, which will transform the country.
Biden fully understands that he's got a total bet on this.
As 10 million people came off the unemployment rolls yesterday, 10 million people came off unemployment.
The rent abatement program is gone.
Of course, there's 10 million jobs out there.
The economy is completely shattered, right?
The growth is nil.
Goldman Sachs, everybody across the board, the Fed, New York City Fed, everybody's pulling down their growth targets dramatically.
You have inflation out of control.
The balance sheet of the Federal Reserve is blowing up.
And you got Biden here in the next, this month, and particularly in like 10 days, is going to jam through everything.
The Hill's got a buried lead because they understand this all can't get done.
So what's the solution?
And particularly the ticking time bomb is, guess what they say in the Hill, and Schumer says, the debt ceiling.
Until this audience approves and authorizes the Republican Party To basically allow them to raise the debt ceiling, nothing happens.
They can't do the spending.
They're totally and completely jammed.
And Schumer's in there talking about how Yellen's demanding, as the head of the Fed, that it's got to be bipartisan.
You can't do some trick to stick it on these reconciliation bills, which is the scam that they've got right now, right?
The scam they've got, they're going to try to put it into a reconciliation bill.
They're saying, hey, this has to be bipartisan.
Because you're talking about the full faith and credit of the United States government.
And by the way, when we say full faith and credit, that's on your shoulders.
Remember, there's only three ways to finance this mess.
One, you sell bonds, government bonds, to the Japanese insurance companies, to the Chinese Communist Party, which owns over a trillion dollars of it, or to the Gulf Emirates, essentially.
Number two is taxes.
And if you have a growth economy, like under President Trump, tax revenues increase.
With a flat economy, like Biden's, tax revenues don't increase.
So either raise taxes dramatically, or... And then you have a massive gap.
And the gap, it says, oh, we just print money.
That's a cute term for... That is on your shoulders.
That is essentially the Treasury selling bonds to the Federal Reserve.
That's this three-card Monte, right?

And that's how the national debt continues to go up.
It continues to go up.
Only you can give authorization.
You in this audience can give authorization to increase the debt ceiling.
They understand that. They're in full panic mode.
So they're talking about putting into a continued resolution.
Remember these scams?
These games they played with President Trump back in Obama's administration?
Where they just kicked the can down the road?

You never really get a budget.
You never really get your hands around what's being spent.
You never really have any definition of what's going on.
No, continue resolution for 60 days, for 90 days.
And they want to put in the buried lead in The Hill, which is a great article.

And what you have, the Federal Reserve is over there and she's playing, she and Treasury, they're playing every game in the world.
They're going to the tomato cans out and back of the Federal Reserve and getting the cash.
They're not making payments that they have to make right now.
They're kind of moving everything around and basically they're saying by mid-October, games are over.
No more cash.
We got them.
They're backed into a corner.
The numbers are imploding.
I'm looking at numbers right now done by a private research organization.
We're gonna have Richard Barris on here tomorrow morning.
Basically, we're gonna have also a lot of stuff about Arizona tomorrow, a lot of stuff that's going on to the voter fraud, but we're gonna start with Richard Barris tomorrow morning, his new polling.
It shows the continual implosion of the Biden regime, okay?
More importantly, Or as importantly, now we're getting polling from a sophisticated group that's doing polling in congressional districts about leave Biden and his regime aside.

If he votes for this nonsense, this Green New Deal nonsense, right, and they don't have a wall, and they don't have security, these hard-working Hispanic blue-collar voters who are coming every day to the Trump cause, to the Trump movement, game over, okay?
This is all inextricably linked, but now they've laid out the plan between now and September 30th, and I'm saying, hey, government shutdown, bring it on, okay?
If the option is this madness, right, are these continued resolutions that kick the can down their own, and particularly take your power away, your power away, to tell them no increase to the debt ceiling, the one thing they're most afraid of, Is you, this audience.

That's why they hate you at the school boards.
That's why they hate that you're becoming election officials.

borders is not a way of isolating ourselves, but it's a way of protecting your citizens first. And this is what makes sense, and this is what people want.
So I believe that we're witnessing a huge collapse, and the collapse is going to go through the financials. You were talking about the U.S.
debt, but in Europe, the European Parliament, the European Commission raised €2,000 billion, which is $2.4 billion, that are going to be allocated to various states.
They are putting a huge mortgage on our children's future, on our grandchildren's future, and this is not acceptable.
People understand it.
It might be a little fuzzy because the numbers of figures we're talking about are so huge that you have a tough time grasping what it means, but they understand that they are being robbed, that their future, the future of their kids are being robbed, and this is what we're witnessing.
And President Biden, by his personal attitude, I'm sorry and I don't want to be disrespectful, but he doesn't look like a president.
He looks like an older man, not really in charge and on top of what is going on.
And this is something that is worrisome because he still is the sitting president of the major power of the Western world.

I want to get back to the globalist collapsing and the rise of nationalism.

The polling of these policies in swing congressional districts are totally upside down for the Democrats.

They got all this fancy talk about the human capital and the human infrastructure, 3.5 trillion.
When you sit down, I think this is the genius of Marjorie Taylor Greene, when you actually go through the details of these bills, and people have to understand it, and the debt that's going to be laid on top of That's going to have to be paid back either by growth, which is not going to happen if people understand that, or future generations.
They sit there with their common sense.
You don't need a degree from Harvard Business School to understand this.
They sit there and go, that makes no sense at all.
Is that what you're seeing now in France and the rest of Europe that's sitting there questioning the Macron and these great globalists and Merkel?

And in order to afford that, you need to have an affordable price.
But those globalists have put so much taxes because they need to reimburse the debt.
So there is so much tax on the price of gas, at least in France.
That people were becoming upset, and it raised questions.
What is our government doing?
Where is the debt going?
Why are we doing all that?
And now, Macron, because of the EU policy, is pushing a lot of money in the country, but people know that this is short-term money.
You have companies.
I know that the money that the government is Giving out, sending out, is not free money.
It's money that has to be reimbursed.
It's money that we'll pay.
Either the companies will pay them, or taxes will pay them.
And as you said, the growth is not there.
The growth is not coming.
They say that they have nice figures, but the figures are after a huge setback because of COVID.

And at the same time, you see these globalists that say, no border, we want all migrants to come in.

So, at the same time, they advocate opening borders, free trade, free roaming around, but not at home.
At home, they are locking down everybody.

It's a vaccination passport because you have all kind of people that are demonstrating every Saturday.
You have to know that in France, in August, usually nobody's in the streets, people are on vacation.
It's a huge month where people are not there.
All through August, every Saturday, you had hundreds of thousands of people demonstrating because they are against What we call the sanitary pass.
In fact, you cannot do anything in France.
You cannot go to a restaurant.
You cannot go shopping, food shopping.
You cannot do anything without this sanitary pass.
It's a full control of the government of everything you have to do according to your health.
They want you either to have a vaccine or they want you to take a test regarding COVID every three days.
So you have all kind of people in this in this demonstration.
You have people that don't believe in the vaccine.
You have people that are okay with the vaccine but don't want to be controlled.
So it is really a march for freedom.
They are fed up with the government trying to control everything that the population does because of the so-called sanitary or health issues.
It is a takeover by the government of our freedom With the illusion that they are taking care of our health.
We know it's not true.
So it's I would not call it an anti-vaccine demonstration.
Some of them are, but you have a lot of vaccinated people that go there and say, I decided I choose to be vaccinated, but I don't want to be controlled.
It is my personal decision.
I don't want the government to to to butt in into what I've decided to do.
So it is Really about freedom against a government that is trying to decide what we can or cannot do.

So that I've seen, you know, information and I've been clarifying that every chance I get.
It was never illegal to buy food without the health pass.
It was just a question of the health pass being required to get into a major mall.

And that is what is changing as of tomorrow.
They're reducing again the number of shopping centers that are going to need to require the health pass.
And we're talking about major, major shopping centers.
But again, nothing to do with buying food.

But to get into the shopping mall, my point is that this has become, this is because you have thousands of people or hundreds of thousands of people in the street every weekend in August, which mainly people are down the south of France at the beach or somewhere other than the streets of Paris.

There were quite a few lawsuits that were introduced, and the decision by the prefect, who are the people implementing government policies at the local level, were defeated in court, and they had to repel the need to have a pass in order to go into those shopping centers.

I mean, you've had at the school board level, that's where the fight is, but you haven't had any mass protests like this.

Now that they're going to back off the shopping centers, is that the pressure relief valve they're looking for, for the authorities and Macroni, these guys, to continue on with the sanitary pass?

Well, at the moment, Steve, all eyes are on the healthcare workers because they've got the September 15th deadline, which is coming up next week.
Where they're all supposed to have been vaccinated.
Otherwise, they're going to lose their jobs.
So we're really hoping that things are going to turn around.
Yeah, there's a lot of pushback from the people.
And you can see from the footage, I was actually at the demonstration on Saturday, right in there with the crowd talking to the people.
These are people who are informed.
These are people who are upset.
They are enraged.
The health pass was never supposed to be something that would be required to do day-to-day life.
We've got President Macron, who is on the record saying he would never make the health pass mandatory for day-to-day activity, and just a few months later, here we all are.
So the protesters, you know, we've got the media still saying that the numbers are declining.
And whereas, according to the people on the ground, according to my sources, when you tally up all of the cities that were out protesting again on Saturday, we're in the millions, Steve.
This is not a small movement.
And yeah, I mean, this is the footage.
That's the footage that I shot Saturday.
The people are out there.
They're awake.
They do not want to be forced into living in an essentially obsessive compulsive health climate.
You know, you can't even go into a library without showing a health pass.
I mean, we're at the limit of absurdity.
So yeah, I think the pushback and what you're seeing right now on the screen, the police were out Saturday demonstrating with us and the crowd was chanting, police with us, police with us.
And that's a big change.
That was new on Saturday because up until now, the police had been slightly vocal about it, but little pockets of it.
But to come out with a huge banner like that and march with everyone, that's a sign that things are moving in a new direction.
And that direction is we don't want the health pass.

I mean, it is, these are massive, massive protests, and anybody who knows France knows that August is not the month to get people out into the streets.
Let me go back to the 15th of September, because here, you know, only, I think, 27 or 29% of African Americans in New York City have been vaccinated, because they haven't heard, nobody's made the case to them.

Healthcare workers, I think, Jack, I think it's up to 40% of nurses and healthcare workers who went from the big heroes of this, of the pandemic, to now they're demonized because 40% don't want to take the vaccination.
I think it's the union workers in New York City.
Is the regulation in France, Deborah, on the 15th of September, if a nurse or a healthcare worker has not had a vaccine, you can't report to work?

So this is that famous breakthrough thing that we're hearing more and more about, and this is not encouraging the healthcare workers here in France to want to go get this thing, which is an infringement on their bodily autonomy, it's an infringement on their right to just do their job, because again, the work contracts in France, contrary to in America, Everyone has a work contract, which stipulates what is expected of you and mutual expectations.
And when you make major changes, such as you must come in with a health passport to report to work, that's a major change to your contract.
And so legally, there is action.
There are lawyers out there fighting for the basic rights of these people.

Well, it's amazing.
For the first time since Roe v. Wade, we're basically protecting human life at six weeks or whenever the heartbeat starts.
And so it's pretty dramatic.
I mean, If you'll remember, Roe v. Wade just suddenly happened to us in 1972, where they struck down every state law in the country, and the Supreme Court became the law.
There was no other law other than what the Supreme Court tells us.
And that law has been evolving.
We never know exactly what it's going to be.
It depends on which justices are in there.
And this came back to reality and protected human life.
And so, yeah, I understand why Washington and the elitists were upset about this, because this actually protects babies.
