| Is that why we're having another delay? | ||
| Because the judge has been very even-handed in this. | ||
| He's been very even-handed, and I think that the pleading rules in Georgia are very contradictory, and so one of the techniques of the left and the Democrats has been to always argue, well, you didn't file this correctly. | ||
| I think the judge wants to make sure that when this is all done, that he has given everybody their day in court, that he's made sure that any errors or problems and any pleadings are corrected, and then we're going to go forward. | ||
| That's the way I read it, is to say, all right, everybody's going to have time. | ||
| Let me just give you one quick example. | ||
| The Secretary of State of Georgia, who's not a party to this case, came in via the Attorney General of Georgia and argued that the plaintiffs were not entitled to see the actual ballots. | ||
| And of course, they argued, we have to see the ballots, we have to look at the paper, we have to have forensic investigators look at the ink, we have to see whether they're folded. | ||
| You can't get that from the images. | ||
| But the Secretary of State came in and argued against giving access to the ballots and the ballot envelopes. | ||
| And the judge allowed them to make the argument And then he ruled against them. | ||
| So I think that's what this judge is doing. | ||
| He's trying to give everybody their day in court, but at the end, I think he's going to let the ballots be examined, he's going to let the envelopes be examined, and we're going to get to the truth of what happened in Fulton County, Georgia. | ||
| Let me ask you, this is Raffensperger. | ||
| All this, Raffensperger is now taking the lead. | ||
| He's arguing against us right there, but he's taking the lead and trying to put Fulton County in receivership. | ||
| Every time this guy makes a move, I never trust him. | ||
| Why do you think it's a ploy? | ||
| Because he wants a receiver that basically reports maybe to him. | ||
| He does not want this litigation to go forward because remember, Raffensperger was the one that kept arguing with us, assailing us and the president. | ||
| And saying, everything is fine. | ||
| This is a perfect election. | ||
| Well, it wasn't a perfect election and he didn't, everything wasn't fine. | ||
| And so he comes in and doesn't tell anybody, but we have him on record that he's arguing against access to the ballots. | ||
| He lied to the court. | ||
| He said that it was a violation of federal law to allow access to the envelopes. | ||
| Well, that's not true. | ||
| That's not personal identifying information. | ||
| Signatures are not. | ||
| They're on the computers in Georgia. | ||
| They're public record. | ||
| Anyway, don't trust Raffensperger. | ||
| He's an imbecile. | ||

| I just want to make sure I hear you, because you're pretty even-handed. | ||
| When Raffensperger's all of a sudden getting old-time religion and saying, we've got to put in receivership, I need to take control, he's not to be trusted, correct? | ||

| The Republican members of the board in Fulton County were begging for help, begging. | ||

| And so this, I just want to make sure that we're on record here, his trying to move on putting in a receivership, because he would be the receiver. | ||

| So all the information, he could suppress information, potentially destroy information, hide information, because I don't trust this guy. | ||

| There was a rumor going around that Mike got a lot of this data from a known con artist, but that has yet to be seen. | ||
| And additionally, a lot of these cyber experts, including myself, from what we could see from the data, it definitely looked like legitimate data. | ||
| The biggest key thing he did was bring together all of these people and discuss ways in which the United States may have been hacked. | ||
| The final verdict is, yeah, we were probably hacked by China. | ||
| The hardware and the software kind of prove it, and we should be thanking this guy. | ||

| What I was telling them basically was, You know, we had just been attacked by 162 million bots and trolls at this thing, attacking whatever, attacking the, uh, um, the symposium. | ||
| Now my red team, which was a lot of them were great, but my, and my own team, we already had suspicion of that. | ||
| There was something going wrong with this and we, everything pointed to Josh, this Josh Merritt. | ||
| So basically what I'm telling and I'm getting things from my red team and from my other team, you know, we had a, we had a, um, we had Counterintelligence people looking at all this stuff I had hired. | ||
| I knew we were going to get hit. | ||
| But here's the deal. | ||
| I told CNN, I'm not going to give them. | ||
| I'm the one that was dropping things each day, Steve. | ||
| And by that time, I'm going, you know what? | ||
| If I drop, go all the way to the end thing here, they're going to change it, put it out there in the media, and I'll spend another four months going, hey, they doctored it. | ||

| I hadn't made my decision up yet how much I was going to drop of the evidence. | ||
| But by that point, every single person there knew this was from the 2020 election, which was the challenge in the first place. | ||

| Yesterday, this is very key is The rest of the day, remember that Tina, the night before, when I brought her in, her office was raided. | ||

| I got back to the hotel about 11.30 at night with Kendra and I. | ||
| And I was attacked, and I'll tell you, probably one of the most scariest moments of my life. | ||
| My ribs still hurt to this day. | ||
| It was an operative. | ||
| Now we even have the picture of the guy. | ||
| They've been investigating that. | ||
| But I'll tell you, that happened, and then at 1 o'clock, I get a call in the morning from my red team and say, hey, we have a report that they're going to poison pill the evidence, that they're going to put a poison pill in. | ||
| I didn't know what that was. | ||
| So if you see, in the morning, I decided at that time My team, which by the way, my team that had investigated this before, which one of them is Conan, I told him do not drop any more evidence down there. | ||
| They're going to ruin this stuff. | ||
| They're going to poison this or whatever. | ||
| Now we have Josh Merritt, which you're going to see at Frank's speech at 11 o'clock, admitting to many things. | ||
| Not knowing what he was saying, and we kicked him out of the symposium and kicked him out of there. | ||
| This guy was a plant, I believe, this is my belief, in the red team. | ||
| So this is why the rest was not dropped. | ||
| Steve, you would take three months to prove the evidence and all the flips that we worked on very hard that we represented at this symposium. | ||

| First off, Josh Merritt has been outed by the Washington Post and others as overselling his qualifications down at the Arizona military base where he claimed to be a military intelligence guy, and they said he was really in the motor pool and hadn't passed. | ||
| Just being on your red team, given the quality of people, we can't name all the names, but given the quality of people that at least I was familiar with, of the highest quality you had on this red team, who vetted Josh Merritt and who recommended him and how did he get, you're saying he's a plant, how did a plant get into your red team? | ||
| And then the ability of somebody putting a poison pill in there, how did that happen? | ||
| Well, I'm assuming he's a plant, but when you hear his recording, he might have been a lone wolf guy. | ||

| Josh was very, he very much was setting stuff up with different reporters and he was very free over an hour recording with this reporter. | ||
| So this reporter turned it over to us and he says, I want to save this country. | ||
| And this guy did this to your symposium. | ||
| And it's amazing, it's absolutely. | ||
| I want to go back, listen, your audience, and I said this on the broadcast a number of times, and we saw that your interview took place right next to us at CNN, it looked like over an hour, it was very intense, but your audience, the patriots that were there for the 3 November movement are state legislators, and the legislature has, by the Constitution, the power to do this, and that's why they're so involved, to get full forensic audits everywhere. | ||

| I kept telling people, your audience are Attorney Generals, and particularly Attorney Generals of some major states. | ||

| Where do you actually stand in the process of, is this, and let's leave what happened in Colorado aside, because it's very important, but it's a separate thing. | ||
| Just on your database, on your 37 terabytes, on everything you show, the hacking of the Chinese Communist Party, are you moving forward with attorney generals? | ||

| That's what we really needed to get out there, because they, and they dug into it, and they dug in. | ||

| And when I had it checked out, the police came, they checked for, I don't know anything about attacks by operatives, where they come up and they go underneath you and they puncture, they checked for punctures. | ||
