| A special online edition of the All-America Economic Survey focused on the Biden agenda finds his approval rating at a sky-high 62%, beating the first presidential ratings of Obama, Bush, Clinton and Trump. | ||

Fast forward six months, the tone is slightly different. | |

| He starts off this report saying, President Joe Biden has held on to his overall approval rating in the latest CNBC poll, but showed weakness in two key areas of the public's views on the economy and the outlook for the virus south. | ||
| Well, look, the fact of the matter is, without getting into the crosstabs because CNBC don't provide them, this poll shows something very, very stark. | ||
| And it will show something very stark to the White House because it's not a Wharram poll, it's not a National Pulse poll, it's not even a Rasmussen poll. | ||
| This is CNBC. | ||
| And what they're saying is that, as you rightly said at the first block, 25 percent drop, a 14 point drop for Joe Biden's approval numbers from February to August to late July. | ||
| Really, it is in less than six months. | ||
| It is it is falling off a precipice and it comes down to several things. | ||
| Number one, of course, they cite is the coronavirus and the economics of it all. But I reckon something more deep and more foundational is going on. As I travel this country and I speak to ordinary people, and you rightly point out the numbers amongst the moderates and independents, well the moderates and the independents that I've been speaking to have been telling me, You know what? | ||
| We really don't think he won. | ||
| We really don't think he won with the numbers they said. | ||
| And we really don't think they've ever offered any reasonable explanation as to why half of the country believes a certain thing and why the numbers don't stack up. | ||

| Because the title of the piece is putting the burden on the unvaccinated. | ||
| Do you see that as sort of the best way now that we have to convince the unvaccinated? | ||
| I think it's all the above. | ||
| We've been worrying too much about the rights, if you will, of the unvaccinated. | ||
| We've got to start focusing on protection of people who are going to get sick or ill or die. | ||
| Morally, the right thing to do now is to push for the mandates. | ||
| It doesn't mean you have to get vaccinated, but it does mean your freedom, your liberty is going to be restricted if you still pose a risk to other people. | ||
| So it's got to be vaccinate, frequent testing, masking, or you're going to lose a lot of your job opportunities and you're going to lose a lot of your freedom to go where you want. | ||

| I'm, of course, talking about a new story we just put up at the National Polls, which documents how since 1996, that's right, 25 years it's been going on, There's been a program dubbed the China-United States Journalism Exchange, which has been sponsored by the Chinese government's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with a bunch of foreign influence operation groups that are linked to the China-United States Exchange Foundation. | ||
| And for 25 years, they have been paying for journalists from virtually every mainstream media outlet. | ||
| I'm talking New York Times, Atlantic, Washington Post, even NPR, taxpayer funded NPR, paying for these journalists to go overseas, visit China, and upon return, they're basically compelled, really coerced into giving the Chinese government, quote, favorable coverage. | ||
| I'm quoting from foreign agent registration acts. | ||
| But what's interesting in the last 10 years, they added another component to this trip, where these journalists then have exchange programs with Chinese state-run media outlet journalists, even from outlets including the People's Liberation Army Daily Paper, and they swapped hits back and forth on how to best cover the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| So what is this? | ||
| I mean, walk people back to make sure they understand what this document is. | ||
| The thing had to register as a foreign agent, a foreign agent, and it actually had to put the purpose. | ||
| And they said the purpose is to give good coverage of the Chinese Communist Party. | ||

So this expands upon earlier reporting that we did in January of this year, which really lit up what's called the China-United States Exchange Foundation, and that is a registered foreign agent. | |
| You can look in the Department of Justice database and you can see that these journalists were selected for, quote, opportunities for favorable coverage, end quote, and upon return, they had to, quote, disseminate positive messages. | ||
| about the Chinese Communist Party. But this story has to do with an offshoot organization of that group. Keep in mind, dozens and dozens and dozens of journalists have been kind of infiltrated and contaminated by that influence operation. | ||
| But this is a separate one. This is a whole other one, a whole other cast of characters. Like I said, even Politico, Politico's executive editor for their platforms and operation took trips, senior editor of the Atlantic. | ||
| We have the names of all these people who've taken these trips. | ||
| But this is a particularly, I think, nefarious program because it enjoys support, quite literally, from the Chinese government and has been going on since 1996, as I said. | ||

| So, you know, I'm just a disabled veteran. | ||
| I put in 14 years in and I went to college for cyber security and IT. | ||
| And I came out and I had some money I wanted to invest in. | ||
| I heard a lot of stuff on Wall Street Bets. | ||
| And then so I kind of fell into AMC because I had conviction in the company. | ||
| You know, I really felt that the theaters had something to offer and they have something to offer for a very long time. | ||
| So I commend AMC for what they're doing. | ||
| I commend the Apes for what they're doing. | ||
| We're definitely united strong for sure. | ||
| And something I like to say is, you know, I came for the popcorn, you know, I stayed for the family, and I left changing the world, right? | ||
| And that's what's happening. | ||
| We're seeing changes and we should be celebrating it. | ||
| So something that we did is, you know, when we had this conviction and we were buying stock, we didn't see the price impact or reflect our purchases. | ||
| You know, we had quite a bit more buys than sells, you know, listed by fidelity, but the price doesn't go up. | ||
| So we thought, as a community, we would think things are fishy and we would dig more and more into it. | ||
| Honestly, it's just a scary rabbit hole that we come down to. | ||
| And what we find is that the industry is basically taking retail trades and controlling the flow to be manipulated to the point that the OTC market is consisting almost 50% of the entire exchange. | ||
| And what that basically says is we have a second market and it's not lit. | ||
| It's dark. | ||
| And there's a lot of bad things happening there. | ||
| Some speculations that we have is that the orders are being routed to the dark pool to be put in block trades. | ||
| And when they go through block trades, more or less, it's kind of like a wholesale buy. | ||
| Typically, the dark pool is meant for large block trades of like 10,000, 20,000 shares within the block. | ||
| But now we're seeing on average of 200, 250 and a lot of them. | ||
| So that just screams retail traders are going like the orders going through there. | ||
| And one of the methods they're using is payment to order flow. | ||
| They kind of tease you with this commission-free, great deal, but in the back end, it's controlling the whole market. | ||
| So we're finding that this current market we're in is just an illusion, and it's kind of depressing because when they take that order, they can suppress the price from going up, and they do something called a short ladder attack, which doesn't cost them much to bring the price back down. | ||
| So as a retail trader, you go in to buy an AMC, and you have this conviction that it's going to go up, it's going to do good, and the price doesn't go up, and the next thing you know, it just dives down, and then so you sell, and they profit off of it. | ||
| The market right now seems to be a giant casino that just profits off of retail traders. | ||
| Joe, I want to hold you up there because I know we're running out of time, but this is the lesson. | ||
| I want to pull the camera back. | ||
| These are four million veterans, housewives, art teachers, nurses, construction workers that are starting to learn and teach themselves about the market. | ||
| It's a rigged, it's a casino and it's a rigged casino for the house and for the house's partners. | ||
| If you think they're serious people, look what they've done on the debt ceiling. | ||
