Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
Which you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, and the worst happens... War Room.

Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
I'm not judging qualifications.
I'm judging opportunity.
I'm saying, who the hell is anybody out there to say, oh, you should stop being able to own GameStop at a certain level?
as the hedge funds who have second-guessed that.
I'm not saying anybody who... I'm not judging qualifications.
I'm judging opportunity.
I'm saying who the hell is anybody out there to say, oh, you should stop being able to own...
Nobody's saying that!
...Gamestop at a certain level.
Nobody's saying that!
I would love to be able to speak more than three seconds.
Nobody's saying that, Charles.
All right, well, here's the bottom line.
Here's the bottom line.
Everyone has theses, right?
Alright, here's the thing.
You're calling people stupid.
You're calling people stupid.
Charles, is that they couldn't handle the bottom, the bottom from a settlement standpoint and Rush Limbaugh and all these lunatics are running around saying it's a class warfare thing. It's absurd.
I tend to agree with Rush on this because you know what?
Robin Hood could have raised... Excuse me, I would like to talk for more than one second, my man.
Please!
joe biden
I think it is a shock and surprise that what's happened in terms of the consequence of President Trump's phony populism has happened.
And it is disappointing That so many of my Republican colleagues in the Senate, who I know know better, have been reluctant to take on, for example, an investigation because they're worried about being primary.
But at the end of the day, we've been through periods like this in American history before, where there has been this reluctance to take a chance on your re-election because of the nature of your party's politics at the moment.
steve bannon
You're in the War Room.
60 million downloads.
It's Monday, the 14th of July.
June.
Maybe 14 of August.
We'll get to that later.
I'm thinking of Mike Lindell already.
joe biden
June.
steve bannon
Let me change that.
June.
Year of Our Lord 2021.
It gets so worked up on the Charles Payne.
Okay, we've got a lot to go through.
We're getting Boris Epstein.
You're in the War Room.
We're distributed everywhere.
Also, Real America's Voice, new channel up on Samsung.
TV Plus, channel 1029, they're everywhere.
They're on satellite, they're cable, now they're added to Roku, Pluto, everywhere.
And we're in Mandarin.
GNews, GTV for the Lao Beijing.
All of our colleagues, friends, allies in China, we love you guys.
Hang in there.
We're fighting the fight.
Next year, Beijing!
I'm going to bring in Boris Epstein.
Remember, Boris, the Zionists used to always say, next year, Jerusalem?
We've done an homage from our new federal state celebration or commemoration of our first anniversary.
Bill Gertz got up there and told us about what the Zionists used to say about Israel, next year, Jerusalem.
And hey, now we're using it next year, Beijing, when we take down the transnational... You know, on that point, very quickly, and how important it is.
boris epshteyn
That comes from the Passover greeting of next year in Jerusalem and it actually speaks to all people out there who are not in their own land.
You know, that's the story of Passover, right?
So it's an honor for me as somebody who's Jewish for the diaspora to be using that next year in Beijing.
I absolutely love that and I think that's wonderful and again resonates.
with the story of the Old Testament and the flight of Jews from Egypt.
steve bannon
We give the head tip to Bill Gertz who came out and gave a speech at the New Federal State.
People loved it. The Chinese went absolutely crazy.
Okay, Boris, it's so great to have you on.
We've got so much about voter fraud and about the 3 November and getting to the bottom of it, but you're also a street guy and I've just got to bring you the ape army today pressing Citadel and these other hedge funds.
But what's outrageous is Gary Gensler, and I work with Gary at Goldman Sachs.
Gary's a very smart guy.
He's now the head of the SEC.
Very smart guy, but super, uber, uber progressive.
He's filling the ranks there with all the social do-gooders about all the investment.
That's what they're worried about.
Joe Biden calls it the phony populism of Donald Trump.
They're not worried about bringing manufacturing jobs back here to the country.
They're not worried about the working man.
And here you have the ape army.
Which is these populists who, by the way, are essentially center-left or left-wing populists.
They're not Trumpanistas.
And they are going to the heart.
They're in a holy war against Wall Street.
You've got Charlie Gasparino writing this op-ed in The Post that RealClearPolitics picked up.
And I've just got to ask you, before you talk about the details of that, the scandal that's sitting there.
Is the scandal of these family offices.
Family offices have six, these are all the billionaires and the super wealthy now have six trillion dollars of the money under their own management.
Totally unregulated.
They're double what the hedge fund, the hedge funds are barely regulated.
That's $3 trillion.
But the family offices are $6 trillion, not regulated at all.
You just had this huge scandal with Arcegas and David Wong at one of these family offices that imploded overnight.
It took down billions of dollars.
Credit Suisse, $5.5 billion.
Morgan Stanley, $1 billion.
UBS, $1 billion.
Nomura Securities, $3.1 billion.
By the way, of all the deplorables' money just out, I'm hearing from guys on the street there's literally tens of billions of dollars of more potential disasters out there because it's not regulated.
But Gary Gensler and the Biden Administration, you know where they're spending their time today?
And Charlie Gasparini is kind of giving them pointers of how to regulate the Ape Army, right?
The Ape Army, and they're on a crusade, right?
A holy war.
Against Wall Street and against these corrupt and incompetent institutional investors.
And now you've got Gensler and these guys that are sitting there and all they're thinking about is regulation about them and not touching at all the Wall Street financial institutions, the Wall Street hedge funds.
boris epshteyn
Steve, it's actually unbelievably simple.
Go back out 10,000 feet.
You know, I've been in finance a long time.
I'm a partner at a boutique investment bank, broker-dealer.
But we're a small guy, right?
And if you're a small guy on the street, in finance, in stocks, in investments, that is when the weight of the government comes down on you.
If you're a big fella, too big to fail, going back dozens and dozens and dozens and dozens of years.
If you're one of the big guys, you get a pass all day long.
SEC exams, no big deal.
FINRA exams, forget about it.
The world collapses?
Fine, we'll bail you out and then we'll keep you going.
That's what it's all about.
That's what Charlie Gasparino is championing.
But if you are an American or, you know, just a citizen of the world, right?
In another country, you want to buy some stock?
You want to buy AMC?
You want to buy GameStop, BlackBerry?
Full disclosure, I'm an owner in AMC.
If you want to buy them, no!
We need the SEC to come in and regulate free choice, free agency.
Well, you know what?
I'm not going to get you another FCC fine here, but everybody knows what I want to say to the likes of Charlie Gasparino, to the likes of those calling for more regulation, to the likes of those calling for more abuse against the everyday American.
You think about this, even the levels of investment, the rules, you know, unless you're an accredited investor, unless you have net worth of a million dollars or earn a certain amount, hundreds of thousands a year, you are not allowed to invest in certain things.
But the real good stuff, you can't invest until you're a qualified purchaser, which is five million dollars.
So the way the system in America is set up, is that the richer you are, the smarter you're assumed to be.
But Steve, both you and I know, you meet some of these fourth, fifth generation smart people in America, Not so much.
Kind of reminiscent of the Habsburgs.
Okay?
steve bannon
Hang on a second.
I love that.
And here's a question.
Hang on a second.
Hang on a second.
Here's a question.
You have a massive scandal in front of you.
These family offices control $6 trillion of the richest people in the world here in the Family offices, six trillion dollars.
They're totally unregulated.
They can do what they want.
The 24 top billionaires just exposed, and Merrick Garland's made it his number one priority.
His number one priority is not getting out to Arizona and finding out how things were stolen.
It's to threaten patriots out there for jail for working the canvas.
Oh, and his number one priority is looking on the leaks of leaked out where the 24 top billionaires They have almost a half a trillion dollars of assets, half a trillion dollars of assets, and the top 24, and guess what?
Collectively, they've paid under 15 billion dollars of taxes, collectively, in the last five years.
Where your marginal tax rate is, you're shaking down for every penny.
The IRS comes and shakes you down for every penny.
Every penny you gotta pay, and they're all over you if you don't pay anything.
boris epshteyn
If you try not to pay, you're gonna have people knocking at your door.
Where's the money?
They're gonna put you in foreclosure.
They're gonna put you in jail.
They're gonna come after you with criminal penalties.
Look at people like Bernie Kerrick, who was railroaded.
An American hero, a conservative, railroaded for paying taxes on a gift of a car for six years, but one year his accountant missed it.
Three years in jail.
Solitary confinement because Eric Holder told so.
This is an absolute abuse of our system.
We all know it's happening, but now it's being called out.
And shame.
Shame on people like Charlie Gaspary now, who are calling for more regulation, for more abuse by the woke, overly powerful left.
What's next?
They're going to tell us we have to donate to some crazy, woke, extremist cause?
If we were to invest into AMC and GME?
It is absolute nonsense, and I am proud of the apes.
I am proud of those who are standing up and using their agency.
You want to buy AMC?
Buy it.
You want to sell it?
Sell it.
But it is not the government's job to come in and tell an American what they can and cannot buy.
And if they're letting go of the multi-trillion dollar corporations, well you know what?
Why are you abusing the little guy?
steve bannon
They've jammed up these hedge funds that have overshorted these naked shorts.
They've shorted 140% of the stock of these companies.
They've got them jammed up against the wall, and here's what's happening.
What Gensler and those guys are trying to do is try to come in like a ref in a boxing match and let them get some time, get the clinch, get in the corner, and give them some breathing space.
Yeah, exactly.
And the ape army is coming for him.
This is why it's more than just about stocks.
This is why it's more than just about Citadel.
This is about the total incompetence and corruption of the system, and this is a holy war.
It's a holy war against the elite, and Rush Limbaugh was right.
It is class war.
We'd never intended to do that.
The founders of our nation, and they would be proud of the Ape Army, the founders of our nation fought a war, fought a revolutionary war against an aristocracy for the simple reason the landed gentry and aristocracy in England was out of control and they no longer believed in the divine right of kings and they said we're out.
And this is what Concord Bridge is about.
Those farmers, Those mechanics would not back down.
They would be very proud.
They'd be incredibly proud of the 8-bar.
You know what they would tell them to do?
Keep marching.
Keep marching.
Don't let Gasparino trash you.
Don't stop.
You know, you got Charles Payne.
You got the great Charles Payne.
But you keep going.
You're relentless.
Do not back off.
And I think they'd probably tell them, don't sell.
I don't know.
I don't know if the founders are going to give financial advice.
Just take a hold.
Hold and grind.
Hold and grind.
boris epshteyn
Diamond hands.
And take a step back.
If you're calling on the SEC to regulate these stock trades, that's the same thing as the GOJ and saying, well, we're going to observe and investigate the audits.
That is an intimidation tactic.
You're calling on the federal government to intimidate Americans from using their agency to buy stocks, and the federal government is saying it's going to intimidate Americans who are looking to get to the bottom of November 3rd.
This all ties together.
The stocks, Wuhan, Let me be brutally frank.
steve bannon
Those billionaires are almost all woke and it's all woke capital.
It's all progressives.
It's all the guys backing the cultural Marxism takeover of this nation.
Gary Gensler.
Gary Gensler, stop hiring woke guys of the SEC and stop focusing on the APE Army.
Okay?
What you should focus on is the $6 trillion that's unregulated by the wealthy in this nation.
The other thing we ought to cut is this scam about giving the stock to the philanthropic organizations tax-free that they then can pay themselves.
That's another scam.
And get on top of the hedge funds.
You want to regulate something?
Get in where the corruption is and the incompetence is.
This is outrageous.
And this is what populism is, and Biden's sitting there, Joe from Scranton, he goes up there one time.
Goes up there one time to give some bizarro speech on nationalism.
His handlers are sitting there, he comes out of his basement one time.
Boris, we got 30 seconds for you before you gotta pop to take a commercial break.
Tell me your last comments analysis on the Ape Army.
boris epshteyn
Ape Army, God bless you.
Stay strong, don't back down.
You're going to have, just like the Arizona auditors had the whole left, the mainstream media, the government come at them.
That's going to happen.
I'm not telling you whether to hold or to sell.
That's your choice.
But what is happening, the overreaction from the Gasparinos of the world, which represents obviously the establishment, means that you are making a difference and you are Highlighting the absolute rigged nature of the system in this country.
The little guy continues to be dominated and abused, and the big guy can do and get away with anything they want.
God bless the apes.
steve bannon
Amen.
And then a phony populism, Joe Biden.
Quick break.
Back in a moment.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
OK, welcome back, Boris.
We've got a lot of wood to chop here.
We've got to get to it.
By the way, remember, this situation on Wall Street is very, very, very important.
I want everybody to follow it.
I'm not telling you to buy a stock.
I'm not telling you to sell a stock.
I'm not telling you to get involved, but you've got to observe it.
This is a fight of populism and the little guy.
Steve, you're right.
up into one. Boris, I want to talk about there's so many major developments now in the 3 November movement getting to the bottom of November 3rd. I want you to start in Arizona, then I want to go to Georgia and I want to talk about you got all kind of breaking scoops on Pennsylvania and other places. Take us to Arizona, what's happening? Steve, you're right and if you think about when you go back just two, three months where we were, you know, right after January 20th, the audit in Arizona hadn't started yet. There was this feeling that
boris epshteyn
something was coming but it wasn't clear about what that was.
And now that something came, and it's here, and the freight train of audits, as I keep saying over and over and over again, the freight train of audits is heading across the country.
In Arizona, they are, as we speak, almost completing Almost completing the recount portion, the Hanna recount portion of the forensic audit.
We will know more in terms of the discrepancies, the overarching, overwhelming discrepancies in terms of the amount of ballots missing, removed, replaced, however you call it, databases.
We will know more in the coming days and then the recanvass is supposed to start and do not be fooled.
Do not be confused.
That speech from Merrick Garland on Friday was absolutely tied to the beginning of the recanvass, to the beginning of the canvass in Arizona.
No conspiracies, no coincidences, but this one is clear as day.
As the canvass is coming in Arizona, you've got the Attorney General, the Attorney General of Joe Biden's DOJ saying, we are doubling our voting task force.
We're doubling our anti-voter fraud department.
What are we going to do?
We're not going to investigate voter fraud.
We are going to fight against the audits.
That's what he effectively said.
President Trump correctly called him out on Twitter and called him out in a statement that's been all over Twitter, all over social media.
In President Trump's statement, he specifically says, why are you not getting to the bottom of November 3rd?
What are you hiding?
We all know what they're hiding.
They're hiding the huge steal that they perpetrated that we know from the Time Magazine article.
steve bannon
Hold it, hold it, hold it, slow down.
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
You're a lawyer.
I know you are, but your lawyer, they're all over Jeff Sessions and Barr.
Everybody's got to recuse themselves.
Every time Trump turns around, everybody's got to recuse themselves.
Why can Merrick Garland stand up there at a microphone and say, hey, you better check the criminal code here.
We're putting that in the letter.
How can the appointee of Joe Biden protect his illegitimate Presidency, how can he not?
Where are the pencil-necked Republicans coming to a microphone and saying, this guy's here to recuse himself?
Lindsey Graham, since you totally blew the Durham thing that you promised us, oh, we don't need to have anything on the impeachment, we don't have anything on the impeachment, we're going to get to it at the bottom, where are the Republican senators saying Merrick Garland's got to recuse himself on anything to do with 3 November, sir?
Why is that not happening?
boris epshteyn
See, Steve Bannon, you're forgetting.
Even Steve Bannon has moments when he forgets things.
There are two separate systems of justice.
There are two separate rules.
That doesn't apply to them.
That was for Republicans only.
That's for conservatives only, where you have to recuse, you're drugged through the mud, you can't do anything, you're effectively crippled.
That's only Republicans.
Democrats, do whatever you want, sure.
God bless Loretta.
Lunch wants to meet with Bill Clinton on the tarmac.
Call an investigation a matter, and then the guy who wrote about it ends up committing suicide.
steve bannon
God, I knew you'd bring that up.
I knew you'd bring that up.
unidentified
Let's not go to the Clinton rabbit hole this afternoon, okay?
boris epshteyn
I am not that guy.
I'm not that guy.
unidentified
Yeah, you are that guy.
boris epshteyn
And listen, and it's God rest his soul and condolences to his family, but that's terrible.
What I'm saying to you is this, big picture, the answer to your question The answer to your question, yes, I have questions about how that gentleman died.
Yes, I do, okay?
But the answer to your question is there's just two systems of justice.
And it's because the Democrats come, you've got to give them respect for this.
They come with fastballs all the time.
Lindsey Graham, I was at like 15 events when Lindsey Graham said, the hearings are coming, we're having hearings, I'm in the majority, I'm the chair of the Judicial Committee.
Guess what?
Guess what?
Now we're in the minority in the Senate.
The hearings never came.
The Durham Report is in the wind.
Okay?
It's easier to find... Sad.
steve bannon
Sad.
boris epshteyn
It's absolutely pathetic.
unidentified
Okay?
boris epshteyn
The Durham Report is absolutely nowhere to be found.
steve bannon
But why are we not putting pressure?
You agree as a matter of principle and law that Merrick Garland should recuse himself because it's a little unseemly, it's a little unseemly to have your appointment over the Attorney General protecting you and your illegitimacy as the office holder of, sitting in 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue when in Arizona we're going to blow it up, in Georgia we're going to blow it up, in Wisconsin we're going to blow it up, and that's even before we get to Pennsylvania.
Okay, he lightened up Pennsylvania.
Walk us through other scoops and news that's happening today in Pennsylvania.
boris epshteyn
Georgia, huge news this morning.
About 25% of absentee ballots in Fulton County, Georgia.
A total of about 18,500 votes.
Do not have chain of custody documentation.
The difference in Georgia between Biden and Trump at last count?
11,000.
Almost 19,000 in Fulton County, heavily Democratic Fulton County.
They have absolutely no idea how the ballots got there.
Are they real?
Were they just thrown in there?
Nobody knows.
Missing documentation.
And the numbers are staggering because they're saying, well, you know, there's only about 350 forms missing.
But those 350 forms represent almost 19,000 ballots.
Again, that number, 25%, actually interesting.
It's about the same number of the boxes where the ballots don't match up with the numbers in Arizona.
That, again, the margin of error under the Federal Election Commission is supposed to be .002%, and we're dealing in the 25% range.
steve bannon
That is absolute staggering.
It's stunning.
Okay, I just want to make sure we connect some dots here tonight, and when people see it, They're all going, they're melting down in MSNBC saying, chain of custody, chain of custody, chain of custody, because what they're going to come back and say, with your full forensic audit, you let the cyber ninjas have them, those votes were there when they got into the ballot trucks, we don't know what, we don't, they got the ballots, we're ready for America to say, hey, chain of custody, Now, here's what Rachel Maddow and Chris Hayes and Velshi's got to do.
Let's have Chain of Custody in Georgia.
Where is your complaints about Chain of Custody?
They stuffed the ballot boxes.
This is so obvious now.
They stuffed the ballot boxes and they can't come up with the receipts to cover themselves.
This is what the full forensic audit will show in Georgia, and this is the patriots down there, and I gotta tell you, Michael Patrick Leahy, John Fredericks, those warriors and heroes that have been relentless of using state law to get to the bottom of this, it's amazing.
Tell me about Pennsylvania.
President Trump is lighting folks up in Pennsylvania, sir.
What's he doing?
boris epshteyn
President Trump, on his birthday, happy birthday Mr. President, used the opportunity to absolutely light up the Republicans in Pennsylvania.
State Senate President Corman, the Chair of the Government Committee Argyle, President Trump went out in a statement and said, hey, where are you?
Why are you acting like Democrats?
Where is the subpoena?
We, the MAGA Patriots, we demand a subpoena in Pennsylvania for a full forensic audit in Pennsylvania, an Arizona-level audit in Pennsylvania.
We think it's coming in Georgia.
It's got to be coming in Pennsylvania.
The freight train of audits has to keep rolling throughout Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and then Michigan, Wisconsin.
This is an across-the-country effort to get to the bottom of November 3rd.
And it's an effort.
It's the fright train that's driven by the MAGA Brain Trust, the MAGA Patriots, which is the viewership and audience of this very show.
The MAGA posse has stood up for months and said, we are not going to take it.
We're going to fight back.
And the result are these audits.
steve bannon
Okay, by the way, this audience, it's all about you.
You've had it on your shoulders from the beginning.
You're heroes out in Arizona, you're heroes in Georgia, and soon to be heroes in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan.
God bless you and keep fighting because we're getting there.
Okay, we've only got a couple minutes left.
I've got to ask you to forecast, what should we be thinking about as far as legal challenges D.O.J.
They're coming hard.
They've now sent a letter, and the state senator out there said, hey, take your letter and put it where the sun don't shine, okay?
Now they sent another one.
Wendy Rogers sent another one.
It's even more brutal.
And Merrick Garland gave a press conference.
She says, hey, state senator, the little tough Air Force pilot, she said, hey, if you come out here and put your hand on a ballot, if you come out here and try to slow down the canvas, and you come out here and touch a machine, You're going to be arrested, and we're sending you down to Yuma to the territorial prison, buddy.
So, she's standing up to it.
What do you think?
How are they going to try to come at us, Boris?
What should people be thinking about?
boris epshteyn
Well, they're not doubling the Voting Rights Division of the DOJ for nothing, right?
When the recanvass is about to start in Arizona, right?
So, my belief is that this was momentous.
That was a nuclear earthquake.
A nuclear earthquake on Friday when they came out and said we're doubling the voting rights division of the DOJ.
That is, we've talked about the overreaction from Katie Hobbs, the Secretary of State of Arizona, the overreaction from Dominion, Mark Elias, the evil genius, and so on and so forth.
This is the biggest overreaction yet.
They've come in the federal government, Biden's government, while he's out, you know, offending the Queen and boring the Queen and You know, in England.
By the way, very sad in Scotland actually, right?
Is that where they are?
Very sad to see somebody look older than the Queen at a UK event at the G7.
steve bannon
I think they're in Cornwall.
I think they're down in Cornwall.
I think.
boris epshteyn
Is that right?
I think so.
They're somewhere over there.
But the point is, Biden is absolutely embarrassing.
steve bannon
With castles.
The place over castles.
boris epshteyn
There's castles, it's fancy, it's a very old world.
unidentified
No real money, but very old.
boris epshteyn
I'm just a Jew, Edwine, right?
They didn't even let a lot of our people in those castles like 20 years ago, okay?
steve bannon
Give your social media, because I know some of the Ape Army is probably going to cover you now.
What's your social media handle?
boris epshteyn
God bless the Ape Army.
Continue to stay strong.
The people in Arizona, what I think is going to happen, Steve, Amen.
wendy rogers over mary garland any day man the name and at or cp on twitter force underscore epstein bourse underscore e p s h t u i n on the gram coming in hot on the gram which the president of the birthday on the gram i not set it twice i have referred to as the president at four is that you are aware God bless.
Stay strong.
steve bannon
Keep fighting.
Are you pitching yourself at Jason Miller's job?
I'm just asking.
boris epshteyn
No, no, no.
unidentified
No offense.
steve bannon
No, no, no.
We gotta bounce for it.
I'll put in a good word for you.
boris epshteyn
I'm pretty good.
I've got it handled.
Don't worry about me.
steve bannon
Next.

Okay, Mike Lindell said today, sometime in July, he's going to run a huge arena and show all his evidence, all his cyber evidence, and invite the top cyber experts in the world, as long as they're qualified, live-streaming all over to do it live, to put his evidence out, including invite the Chinese Communist Party.
If they're officials here in the United States, I'll invite them to come here, and he'll throw down.

You're here, gotta get close to that mic, okay?
I haven't seen the paisley out.
The paisley culottes, I haven't seen that.
I'm bringing them back.
You're from the land that time forgot.
Why did your hair get so gray?
unidentified
Living with you.
steve bannon
Okay, so hold it.
You're here.
Is it true that you're here At the Trump Hotel, you're taking a whole suite of rooms?
unidentified
In mid-August.
steve bannon
In mid-August?
Okay, let's have the internet melt.
And we're going to be doing the War Room from over there too, right?
unidentified
Correct.
steve bannon
Okay, fine.
We'll get to more details later.
I thought Boris stole your lines.
unidentified
He did.
I wanted to wish the President a happy birthday and also happy Flag Day.
steve bannon
Happy Flag Day.
Happy Birthday.
That's good.
You didn't even choke up.
Okay.
Write that stuff down.
Okay, I want to turn now to Philip Patrick, one of the smartest guys I know.
I love having him on here.
We love having Steve Cortez, Philip Patrick.
We like getting smart guys about Wall Street.
Philip, I know you're of precious metals.
You're over at Birch Gold.
I think the best guys around in precious metals as a store of value, gold and silver.
But I gotta ask you about the apes, and I gotta ask you about Wall Street.
This is outrageous, what's going on.
You're a savvy guy.
You know what's happening here, and all the nonsense, all the spin, all the SEC looking the other way against the family offices and the hedge fund.
Give us your assessment of the ape army, and where do we stand in this?
phillip patrick
Listen, I'm a big supporter of the Ape Army.
I've been listening to the show up until this point.
Look, it's really interesting, right?
We've seen the hedge funds, the big banks calling the shots in the markets for a long, long time now.
I think retail investors have been getting frustrated and making moves to try and democratize the stock market and essentially make it a more even playing field.
As we know, they've been looking at stocks that have the most short interest, mobilizing buying the stocks to drive down the shorts and essentially punish the market makers, as we saw, you know, notably GameStop AMC.
I agree with you.
It's certainly nice to see.
The question is, is it sustainable?
Right?
It's tough to determine at this point.
I really hope so.
It appears to be a David versus Goliath scenario, although we know how that turned out.
So I certainly have some hope.
It frustrates me, right?
Market manipulation, I think, is a very interesting topic, right?
When it's the little guy like you and I doing it, or like me, I should say, this is a big issue.
But the market's rife with manipulation.
Institutions, the Federal Reserve, have been manipulating the market for a long, long time.
To see this hypocrisy, quite frankly, is frustrating, to say the least.
steve bannon
You're saying the Fed has been manipulating the market because they take their interest rates down to zero and are basically jacking up asset prices?
Is that what you mean by market manipulation?
Or is there something even deeper than that, sir?
phillip patrick
Look, I think that's a very good example of it, right?
The Fed kept interest rates at nothing for 12 years.
It's designed to limit options for investors, force people into the market.
But even outside of the Federal Reserve, look at institutions, corporate buybacks, right?
Companies are getting smart, right?
Money's cheap today.
So what do we do?
We borrow huge amounts of money.
We take that borrowed money and buy our own company stock with it, right?
Drives it up, but it's absurd, right?
And you can see it everywhere in the markets today.
What we've seen over the last 12 years, stock prices going up and up and up and up.
Values increasing, but these same company earnings have barely increased at all, right?
What we're doing is creating a bubble.
Very quickly, the numbers reflected price-to-earning ratios today in the S&P 37.5.
They've gone above 27 three times in history.
Great Depression, year 2000, year 2008, and today.
unidentified
the size of the bubble in front.
steve bannon
Let's try to reboot him or get him on the phone.
What he's saying is that because of the Federal Reserve, because of the easy access to money... Is he back on?
unidentified
Phillip?
Okay, just keep going.
steve bannon
We lost your audio.
You're saying the three times that we've had this bubble before.
1920, right before 1929 crash, before the 2000 internet crash, and before the 2008 debacle financial collapse.
What is causing this?
What's causing this bubble?
phillip patrick
Look, in large part fiscal policy, right?
I think in 2008, the Obama administration realized we got a problem and didn't want to tackle it, right?
So they implement this aggressive fiscal policy, zero interest rates, pumping money through the markets, designed, in my mind, to kick the can further down the road and let the next guy deal with it.
And that's what we're seeing today.
We have massive bubbles all over the economy.
And for me, the most imminent is sitting in the stock market today.
steve bannon
Talk to us about the inflation and prices.
How concerned are you in what you're seeing now with the CPI and these other inflation indexes?
phillip patrick
We've been concerned for a while at Birch, and obviously it's becoming definitely mainstream.
So the Bureau of Labor Statistics announced last week core inflation 3.8%.
That's the fastest pace since May of 1992.
But as we know, you know, numbers coming out of government departments, a little bit funky. So those numbers exclude food and energy prices. If we include those, inflation above 5% today.
I like to defer, as you know, to John Williams, shadow statistics.
He uses a far more accurate metric to calculate inflation.
Actually, the same metric the government used to use before the 90s, and he puts it well above 8% today, which feels far more accurate for anyone that actually eats food or lives in homes.
I mean, it's far more accurate.
So inflation is a big issue.
Now, sorry, I didn't mean to cut you off, please.
steve bannon
No, no, go, go.
Keep going.
Keep going.
You're on a roll.
phillip patrick
People have been questioning.
The question has been, is this inflation temporary?
And I think the Federal Reserve is going to try and suggest that at some point this week, it seems likely.
Or is it transitory?
I think is what they're saying.
Or is it permanent?
And I've sort of done a little dive on this.
I think there are some things, some aspects of inflation that are more transitory.
Lumber, I think, is a great example.
Lumber's up 377% in 12 months.
You look at the lumber futures market, it's about half of today's level, which seems to suggest it's shorter term supply chain issues.
But there are many examples outside of that use cars up 30% in the last 12 months services over 3% Generally speaking, when inflation comes, it doesn't reverse.
The only exceptions would be deflationary climates, and they are very, very rare.
So I think this is to stay.
steve bannon
OK, the regulatory apparatus around the world has been has been trying to regulate or trying to shut down crypto.
As a potential store of value.
This meeting of the Fed on Wednesday, I believe, we're going to have Steve Cortez on Wednesday morning.
It's one of the most important meetings the Fed's had in a while.
What's your assessment?
And what are you telling clients right now about gold and silver?
What should they be thinking about when they think of stores of value, given what the Fed could do on Wednesday?
And what do you anticipate is going to come out of this Fed meeting?
phillip patrick
It's tough to predict.
But look, the Fed have an issue, right?
If we talk about crypto specifically, a colleague of mine said to me the other day, he said, Look, isn't it crazy?
And this was it was a couple of months ago, actually, Bitcoin was about 55,000.
He said, Isn't it crazy?
You know, people are willing to give up 55,000 real dollars And replace it with one imaginary coin and he said is an offhand comment, but it's stuck with me, right?
You know, the idea of cryptocurrencies is not so much about intrinsic value in the currencies themselves, but rather a big concern about the dollar and that for me is where I think the government step in.
They don't like it for that reason, right?
And that's why I have some concerns same really with gold and silver to some degree, although I think it's far more entrenched.
So, They're going to make moves, and this has been my prediction for a while.
They're going to try and squeeze the crypto market, because I think they're nervous of it, right?
Control over currency is key for this government, and I don't think they're going to let it go, too.
steve bannon
You know, Philip, I think you and I agree on this.
Look, I'm for the United States being the prime reserve currency.
I'm for a strong dollar, but you can't have economic policies.
The Biden thing's out of control.
There literally is no plan.
We're going over the cliff with the pedal right down.
This spending is insane.
And there's no way to cover for it.
You're not going to be able to sell enough bonds.
They're certainly not going to raise taxes.
You can't even raise taxes that high.
You've just got to continue to print money.
If we're going to run these types of deficits and all this new program, I mean, Philip, help me out.
Is there another alternative I'm not thinking about?
Except they've got to print money.
If they print money, they're going to continue to crush the dollar.
And that's why people are going to look for alternatives.
Because people are logical.
Am I missing it or is that basically the conundrum we're in right now with this Biden administration and his Federal Reserve and the geniuses over there at the Treasury?
phillip patrick
It is absolutely spot on.
I couldn't summarize it better myself.
I think you're absolutely spot on with that.
I say it all the time.
Look, you know, For me, a world run by China is a frightening prospect, right?
But when you look at global reserve currency, you have to think about it impartially, right?
If I'm another nation, and I'm watching crazy US policy, destroying the value of reserve currency, there has to be a solution.
So I couldn't agree more.
And I don't see too many viable options today.
Precious metals.
steve bannon
Very simple.
precious metal store value. Listen, everybody out there, you got to take a look at crypto and you got to take a look at precious metals. You just got to. I mean, just logical. I'm not saying to buy either one of them, but you've got to get there and take a look at it real quickly. Philip, how do people get to you over at Birchgold?
phillip patrick
Very simple. Simple URL, www.birchgold.com forward slash banner.
steve bannon
Okay brother, thank you for coming on.
I'm going to have you back on after the Fed meeting.
A huge Fed meeting on Wednesday.
I think it's the most important Fed meeting of Powell's reign of terror.
And Steve Cortez is going to tee it up for us on Wednesday morning.
The great Newsmax host at 9 o'clock, Steve Cortez.
Okay, thank you, Philip.
I want to bring in now our new contributor, Joe Allen.
By the way, can we play the clip?
We've got a short clip.
To introduce what Joe's going to talk about, and then we'll get to Joe, then we'll take a commercial break, and come back.
Come back, let's play the clip from Denver.
joe biden
Okay.
I guess that old expression, the proof of the pudding is in the eating.
When we said, when I said I was going to deal with beating the virus, and I was going to focus on that, and I was going to get millions of shots in people's arms, it wasn't me.
I just knew the American people.
I knew the kind of help I'd get from the Defense Department, from police departments, from the hospitals, from retired docs.
I just knew.
steve bannon
I'm not so sure.
I think one-third of the American people are anti-vax.
I think one-third of the American people are kind of pro.
They'll do anything the government tells them to do.
I think one-third of the people are logically kind of vaccine-hesitant, right?
You've got Naomi Wolf and all these progressives.
They're not all of a sudden wingnuts because now they're sitting there, they're vaccine-hesitant.
Real quickly, Joe, what's your piece about the medical priesthood and about vaccines?
Real quickly, just give us the title of the piece.
We're going to take a commercial break and come back.
What's the piece that's out, I think, in the American Thinker right now?
joe allen
That's correct.
It's in the American Thinker.
The headline poses a question, should we trust the medical priesthood or their machines?
And I think to put it succinctly, I have very little faith in either one.
The article, the primary themes of the article really are the, is the unconditional faith that's been demanded of us towards the medical priesthood.
And The sort of myth of inevitability around the AI revolution and how that ties into that.
And most importantly, it hinges on the concept of human agency, human choice, our rights and freedoms.
steve bannon
Hang on one second.
We're the show for human agency.
Short commercial break.
Joe Allen's going to join us about the medical priesthood next.
unidentified

I want to go back to Joe Allen.
He's our new technology contributor.
A magnificent article on American Thinker.
It's about agency.
By the way, who's created this medical priesthood?
It's kind of scientism.
It's like some medieval theology.
It's not science.
It's scientism.
And why did you pick the construct of a priesthood, of a medical priesthood?
Joe Allen, the floor is yours, sir.
joe allen
Well, first off, Steve, I should probably say thank you for having me on.
I'm sure my Southern family was very ashamed of me the last time I was here.
So thanks for having me.
But a priesthood, you know, if you look at the concept of religion and what is a religion, there are three primary principles that you're looking at.
One is a supreme wisdom, another is a supreme power, a superior power that's higher than normal human faculties, and a third is that these two principles have gatekeepers.
That gatekeeping role is occupied by a priesthood.
So all we've heard for the last year and a half, believe the science, believe the science, believe the science, and as you state, Science isn't a belief system.
Science is a system of inquiry.
And without inquiry, it's no longer science.
It's religion.
Now, in the article, I talk about Nobel-winning psychologist Daniel Kahneman.
He wrote a book called Thinking Fast and Slow.
In the interview with The Guardian, it's from last month, mid-May, he makes a really startling admission.
It's very, very uncommon now.
He admits that he approaches science, the scientific worldview, Much like a religious believer, a Catholic or a Protestant would approach religion.
Now, we know, as you've stated many times, the high priest of scientism, the high priest of the medical establishment is Dr. Fauci.
And it didn't matter over the last year and a half whether he said it was no masks, whether he said it was one mask, two masks, three masks.
It's like a banned Dr. Seuss book.
And I think that people's willingness to believe in these authority figures is very, very unhealthy.
Even worse, his flip-flopping on his responsibility with the Wuhan lab and whether or not he was funding gain-of-function research and whether or not that was intended as a bioweapon.
But to get back to the concept of priesthood, I think that we've seen also, in response to COVID, this horrendous A seizure of power and just an absolute trampling of our civil liberties in the name of science, in the name of medicine.
And, you know, at first it began with these draconian lockdowns and then it began and then it continued with these ridiculous mask mandates.
And it didn't matter whether or not you had a, you know, a systematic study done by the Dutch, which showed pretty unequivocally that masks really don't provide much protection for the user unless it's in very specific circumstances.
And it became like the masks were sort of like faded Obama-Biden yard signs that people put on their faces as a virtue signal.
So I think that if there's anything that human beings need, if they're going to be free, and this is part of the American ideal, is doubt in authority.
It's not to say that you don't take your doctor's advice if he tells you to lay off the fats and the alcohol.
It's not to say that if you get your arm cut off you go to a witch doctor or your priest.
But I do think that especially in regard to social policy and sweeping social policies like lockdowns, like mass mandates, like school closures, that you also have to look at all of the factors outside, and especially in the case of church closures, right?
If you can keep, you know, the streets filled with protesters, and if you can keep the various institutions that serve your interests open, And at the same time insist that churches need to close, that schools occupied by children who the science has shown are at very little risk for this disease.
If you can hold up that double standard and a huge swath of the public, basically half, is willing to go along with it, then you in essence are commanding a priesthood.
steve bannon
Joe, real quickly, you've got about a minute.
Talk to us about how does AI play in this whole concept of scientism, this theology, in the priesthood?
How does AI focus in here, in your article?
joe allen
So, AI poses two challenges.
The first challenge is towards the medical establishment itself.
Vinod Khalsa, the co-founder of Sun Microsystems, in 2012 predicted that 80% of medical positions would be replaced by AI.
Now I don't know if that's going to happen, nobody knows if it's going to happen, but it is happening in cardiology, in oncology, in radiology, and so AI poses a challenge to human agency in the sense that the people that are pushing this notion of inevitability, that these things will eventually be superior to human intelligence, it poses a challenge first to the medical establishment, As doctors are shown to be less efficient and less effective than the machines.
And secondly, to us, if you have a mental construct that believes that a machine is superior to human intelligence and human decision-making faculties, then it's only another small step before you get to the point where drastic social policies and drastic organizational policies are being determined on the justification of those machines.
steve bannon
Real quickly, what's your social media handle?
The article is up at The American Thinker.
It's going to be in the live chats on the website.
How do people get to you by social media?
joe allen
Well, I just opened up a new Twitter and Gab account.
It's at J-O-E-B-O-T-X-Y-Z.
You can also find my substack at www.jobot.com.
Please come and comment.
steve bannon
Okay, back here tomorrow at 10 o'clock.
I want all this rumors going around right now about the canvassing being canceled in Arizona.
That is not accurate.
We're going to get to more depth tomorrow.
They're trying to shut it down.
The Justice Department is threatening criminal charges.
It ain't happening.
Okay, we're going to get more to that tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock.
We'll see you back here in the War Room.
And by the way, you're going to have a speaking role tomorrow.
My kid sister, okay?
We're going to see you tomorrow morning at 10 a.m.
Thank you.
In the War Room.
