| So what happened in Canada, the federal government shut down the mental institutions and kicked all those people out. | ||
| So you've got thousands upon thousands of homeless people living under the bridges in bushes. | ||

| When he talked about lost election, your reporting in Georgia is unbelievable. | ||
| The headline, let's get the headline, let's bring up Leahy, and I want to get that headline up. | ||
| Georgia Star reporting 24% in Fulton County of this batch of mail-in ballots. | ||
| The authorities are admitting they don't have 24% of the chain of custody, of the chain of custody receipts. | ||
| Is that correct, Michael Patrick Leahy? | ||
| Well, what they're admitting is that, quote, a few forms are missing, and there may have been some procedural paperwork that went awry. | ||
| That's what Mariska Boddison, who is the board secretary for the Fulton County Board of Registration and Election, told us on Wednesday. | ||
| But they also sent us, and this is where the 24% comes in, Steve, they also sent us a spreadsheet purportedly documenting the number of absentee ballots. | ||
| That were collected from drop boxes in Fulton County between September 24th and November 3rd. | ||
| 37 drop boxes. | ||
| Each one of them should have a ballot transfer form with a certain number of absentee ballots in each one of them. | ||
| They sent us a spreadsheet. | ||
| They sent us the documents that they claimed were associated with that spreadsheet. | ||
| The spreadsheet said there should be 1,565 ballot transfer control forms. | ||
| There were only 1,180. | ||
| So that means 385 of those forms were missing. | ||
| As you say correctly, that is 24% of the absentee ballots. | ||
| Hang on, just so we're very specific. | ||
| If that certification process, or those out there, by Georgia law, even Stacey Abrams law, by Georgia law, those ballots don't count, correct? | ||
| Well, I think the challenge there is to look at the people who certified that election. | ||
| What was their duty? | ||
| To me, Steve, I would agree with you that their duty was to review the chain of custody of these absentee ballots throughout the state before they certified the election. | ||
| They didn't do that. | ||
| The Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, did not do that. | ||
| And so that's the key point here. | ||
| This certification did not follow lawful election procedures. | ||
