| They're going, um, Donald Trump says, or he's been telling people he'll be in by August, Mike, what do you say to that? | ||

| All this is, is confirmation after confirmation that That everything we've already had, all the evidence that I have already had that we have in our possession, and tomorrow everyone gets to see it. | ||
| The amount we're going after Dominion for is huge because they have interfered not just with my pillow, but with my store, my Lindell Recovery Network, the list goes on and on. | ||

| You reached out to Dominion. | ||
| You were prepared when Dominion sued you to sit down, correct me if I'm wrong, to sit down with them, to go through your information, to discuss with them, to make sure you could clear up anything after they sued you and sued other people, correct? | ||
| You were prepared to sit down with Dominion and to walk through all the evidence you had at the time, correct? | ||
| Well, yeah, I even said that before they sued me, but then they wouldn't respond. | ||
| And I'm going, hey, you're suing everybody else. | ||
| Over 200 lawsuits and threats by one company. | ||
| And there's going to be some big surprise. | ||
| Yes, Steve, I did reach out to him, even on your show. | ||
| We said, hey, Dominion, just like we do with everyone, you know, Dominion, let's, let's see if there's rocks or knives in your, you know, like I said, if somebody had rocks or knives, said they were in my pillow, I'd say, well, hey, here's my beautiful patented filled Dominion. | ||
| What are you hiding? | ||
| It's over for them. | ||
| Them and Smartmatic and all of them together. | ||
| By the way, we're also naming Smartmatic in the lawsuit as co-conspirators. | ||
| So it's pretty cool all this is going on. | ||
| Let me ask you, just so we're clear, you're not countersuing them in the original suit that they brought. | ||
| This is a separate action where you're going to actually go sue Dominion. | ||
| Do I understand that correctly? | ||
| And they're coming to my home state of Minnesota. | ||
| We're suing them in Minnesota Federal Court. | ||
| This is not a countersuit, everybody. | ||
| Just like what we did with MyPillow. | ||
| MyPillow, the first thing MyPillow did was get your frivolous suit dismissed, Dominion. | ||
| This is a joke that you came after a company with 2,500 employees that didn't do anything. | ||
| A lot of them own stock in MyPillow. | ||
| Shame on you, Dominion. | ||
| But what we did at MyPillow, then MyPillow turned around and sued them completely separately, not a countersuit. | ||
| They sued it for, that's a big case about our First Amendment rights to free speech, which even Alan Dershowitz is involved in. | ||
| Now here with Mike Lindell, I'm not, of course I just went to them with their other suit and said, obviously this needs to be dismissed. | ||
| You have no grounds whatsoever. | ||
| You're a government company. | ||
| And for one thing, Steve, when you're guilty, how can you defame someone when they're guilty of the crime, you know? | ||
| And so what this is, this is a completely separate lawsuit. | ||
| This isn't a countersuit like you typically see. | ||
| This is what they've done, what they've done to our country and the people. | ||

| Who are actually, besides Dominion, the entity? | ||

| So what that means is when this case that I have, not the Dominion case, the case that is going to be to the Supreme Court, we're hoping sometime in mid-July, when that gets there, when they accept it, it will be, it's not subjective. | ||
| Any of the evidence that we have, Isn't subjective. | ||
| It's like, uh, this is cyber footprints. | ||
| It's, um, they're called packets. | ||
| And what these are, Steve, it's like, if you had DNA bloods, blood, uh, DNA at a crime scene, um, that's, that's blood forensics. | ||
| They can't, you know, there it is. | ||
| If you have it, it's real. | ||
| And as you can't see, well, it's just, uh, it's just so-and-so's blood or not. | ||
| I mean, you have Stuff that tells you that it is. | ||
| With over here with the cyber forensics, you're going to see it can't be changed. | ||

| So when the Supreme Court looks at this, they don't get to say 5-4 or 6-3 or 7-2. | ||

| And when I said a month ago that what I based August on was I figured that when the lawyer said something, you know, somewhere around July, we'll get this before the Supreme Court. | ||

| What that means is that Donald Trump would be put back in in August, and everyone says, well, Mike, come on, that's never been done before. | ||
| Actually, it has, everybody. | ||
| Not just at the president level, it's at all the down tickets. | ||

| Anytime there's been a crime or you find out later, I don't care if it's a year later, that a senator or a congressman, whoever it is, that the other guy really won, You pull it down and you give it to the guy that won, and then you bring the other guy to justice. | ||

| I've been expecting, Steve, I've been expecting those nine justices as we dropped evidence over the past couple months with absolute proof, absolute interference. | ||
| I kind of expected some of them to call and say, hey, could you get it here sooner? | ||
| Because we're going to be heroes. | ||
| Those nine justices are going to be American heroes that protected us from the CCP and China attacking our country. | ||
| And whether you're a Democrat or Republican, everybody knows now that this happened. | ||

| Mike, that is totally separate from this firestorm that's going around about the Maggie Haberman tweet of what the President's been telling people that he's back in the White House in August. | ||
| Let's make sure. | ||
| That lawsuit that you're taking to the Supreme Court, Your lawyers, that you're paying a lot of money to, and some of the top lawyers in the country, they're telling you, you've got a path to get to the Supreme Court, and then whatever the Supreme Court rules, it rules. | ||
| You're saying it's absolutely 9-0, they'll weigh and measure the arguments, but you're saying, they're telling you now. | ||
| Lawyers that, you know, can serve at the bar, right, and are some of the top people in the country paying lots of money. | ||
| They're telling you that away from the Dominion suit, that the second suit about the Chinese Communist Party and all the evidence. | ||
| That you will have a path to get to the Supreme Court. | ||
| And therefore, if you win, you believe your belief is that President Trump has a path to be reinstated as a president. | ||
| I just want to make sure people understand that this is not you making this up in your head. | ||
| This is something that's been worked on and paid on. | ||
| Just explain that to the audience. | ||
| 100% audience. | ||
| There is 100% it's a path. | ||
| And I not only checked back then when I had all this evidence with lawyers, but I had to recheck it this past weekend when you had other people out there saying there's no pathway, even if all the states overturn their electors, Donald Trump does not get put in. | ||
| And so I went back to my lawyers. | ||
| I said, we're 100% right, aren't we? | ||
| And they go, yes, Mike, 100%. | ||
| It's a cold warrant brought to the Supreme Court. | ||
| They are going to look at it. | ||
| It'll be 9-0, election pulled down. | ||
| That's a pathway. | ||
| Now, Steve, there's even two other bonus pathways we don't even want to get into, but all the states doing their thing. | ||
| Like I said, I want to tell everyone, not just the lawyers telling me this, but there's also other things too. | ||
| There's no statute of limitations on a crime, especially one of this magnitude. | ||
| I mean, this is one of the biggest crimes against our country and humanity and history. | ||
| But then there's also, These states, when you get your Arizona, now we're starting in Pennsylvania. | ||
| I mean, they're going to all come crumbling down like a house of cards. | ||
| And they're going to all flip their electors. | ||
| And everyone who said that the defining, oh, it was January 6th, they were certified. | ||
| In any down ticket in history, it doesn't matter. | ||
| It's just because it hasn't had up at this level. | ||
| You wouldn't think that, like I think our real president said, it's like a third world country election. | ||
| It doesn't happen at that level, but every single one gets put back into place. | ||
| He gets, the real winner gets put in. | ||
| But yes, to answer your question, all the lawyers in the country will tell you, that I've talked to anyway, directly, of course there's a path here. | ||
| It's right in our Constitution. | ||
| Okay, and before we go, tomorrow the Federal Court against Dominion, you're going on offense, and you've got this other suit that will come out I guess sometime in July, and you've talked to not just your litigators, you've talked to constitutional lawyers and constitutional experts that say you actually have a path here. | ||

| Talk to us about the delegation you led from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania out to Arizona. | ||
| Who did you talk to? | ||
| Who did you meet with? | ||
| What did you find out? | ||
| What's your assessment, sir? | ||

| So a few weeks back, Members of the Arizona House and Senate have put an invitation out for other states to come and see. | ||
| And so we came. | ||
| I'm here with Senator Chris Dust and Representative Rob Kaufman, who's the chair of the House Judiciary Committee. | ||
| And we met with our counterparts in the Capitol here for a few hours this morning. | ||
| Discuss why we got here, how we got here, what the way ahead is, what the plan is, and then they took us to the floor. | ||
| We asked all the hard questions. | ||
| We saw up close and personal how this process is running, and you know what? | ||
| It's funny reading about the left, the news outlets in this morning, and the outrage that we're hearing. | ||
| It's really befuddling to me that anyone have any concerns because This is America. | ||
| We should have free and transparent elections, and we got nothing to hide. | ||
| Arizona has nothing to hide. | ||
| This process here is very disciplined. | ||
| There's a good, clear chain of custody of all the ballots. | ||
| The process is accountable, transparent. | ||
| There's cameras all over the place. | ||
| You can watch 24-7 what's going on here, and I think this is really the model in the future for any elections that might be in dispute. | ||
| Let me ask you, because it was so controversial about Pennsylvania and Georgia, and of course the patriots in Arizona have taken this on their hands. | ||
| The mainstream media is calling this a circus, and it's, you know, the broken chain of custody, everything like that. | ||
| Do you see the model that the patriots under the auspices and control of the Senate, which is the constitutional right of the Senate of Arizona to do a full forensic audit, including a re-canvas and check the machines, Do you think, see that as a model to get to the bottom, not to worry about new election laws, but do you see that as a model to get to the bottom of exactly what happened on the 3rd of November of 2020? | ||
| Yeah, absolutely. | ||
| You know, and I've said this before on your show, I've seen better elections in Afghanistan, and that's not hyperbole. | ||
| We don't require ID in Pennsylvania. | ||
| You know, an international community led by the United States and NATO that moves heaven and earth to ensure good elections in the Balkans, in Afghanistan, in Iraq, in Kosovo, and it's a darn shame that it's a bit of a mockery in Pennsylvania. | ||
| You know, in this constitutional republic here, people should be able to walk into the booth and know that they have an equal say in the outcome of the election. | ||
| And instead, I've been hearing ever since November 3rd from thousands of people, tens of thousands of people, about a quarter million people have reached out to me across Pennsylvania expressing concerns about the election here. | ||
| So we have to ensure that there's faith and trust in this election process here. | ||
| And right now, a good portion, about 40% or so in Pennsylvania, do not believe that their vote really does count. | ||
| And so what Arizona is here is setting a new standard. | ||
| So yes, we had the hearing on 25 November And it triggered a bunch of more hearings across the nation here. | ||
| But Arizona's picked up the banner, picked up the flag, and they're charging forward. | ||
| And for my friends on the left, there's nothing to be outraged about here. | ||
| And get rid of your red herrings and stupid comments. | ||
| This is America. | ||
| We should be free and transparent. | ||
| You know, it's interesting when things go one way, they're okay with it. | ||
| But when it goes another way, they're not okay with it. | ||
| What's wrong with having a recount or an audit? | ||
| And so what Arizona's doing right here, I mean, I think it's really the model. | ||
| This is probably the first forensic audit of any sizeable election in the world. | ||
| And what I've seen here, there's nothing to hide. | ||
| And their doors are open. | ||
| The media can be, you know, in the booth there 24-7 watching things. | ||
| And cameras are being streamed live. | ||
| I don't think you could do more to make it more transparent. | ||

| Another question of course is chain of custody from a legal standpoint When they have possession of this evidence of these machines and the ballots, you know, how do you ensure their integrity, you know, from point A to point B? | ||

| And on top of all that, you have the cameras watching. | ||

| So All that's being done here is looking at the ballots in the machines and if there was any compromise to the level of whether ballots were filled in, you know, by a machine, a copy machine, or whether a human did based off the texture of the circles being filled in. | ||

| Do you see this as a model? | ||
| And particularly if they work at the canvassing part of this, do you see this as a model? | ||
| In Georgia this week they're going to have hundreds if not thousands of these delegates demand Kemp have a full forensic audit like Arizona. | ||
| Sir, do you think this model can work in Pennsylvania and how would you do it? | ||
| Would you start small or would you go for the whole state? | ||
| In your mind, since you're one of the leaders of this, how do you see this playing out in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, sir? | ||
| If we were to do an audit in Pennsylvania, this is the model to use. | ||
| Obviously, the team here leading this audit here, and especially my counterparts in the House and Senate in Arizona, there's a lot of lessons learned additionally. | ||
| So I think we could actually affect it more efficiently and more effectively based off their lessons learned down the road. | ||
| If we do it, I'd recommend, this is my recommendation, I'd recommend at least one Republican county and one Democrat county, so obviously fair and balanced. | ||
| We're going to look at if there's nothing to see here, if there's transparency, so let's lay it all on the table. | ||
| Once again, I don't know what the big deal is. | ||
| You know, the reports I read this morning and last night from the leftist media here, I mean, are they absolutely insane? | ||
| What do we have to hide? | ||
| Our election should be transparent. | ||
| We always hear about transparency in government, but so when we really need it, we really want to do it. | ||
| And the election is the epitome of what we need to have transparency and trust in in this constitutional republic. | ||
| Hey sir, let me just throw one last thing in here, because you guys are really patriots. | ||
| You have a chance to make history here. | ||
| The election that got stolen by Kennedy from Nixon, it was all about the canvas, not the count. | ||
| The way historians actually figured out that election was stolen is by canvassing and identifying places where voters really were ghost voters or dead voters. | ||
| So I just wanted to just reinforce that thing. | ||
| Figure out a good way to do the canvas as part of your whole protocol here, because that's where you're really going to find the evidence. | ||
| And we know this because the Justice Department's letter implied criminal charges for the patriots out in Arizona who are even going to do the canvas. | ||

| They understand how this thing was stolen. | ||

| Three young ladies are frustrated by the lack of action, and so they have an audit to vote PA. | ||
| And they have 60,000 signatures already, and they're going to hit 100,000 here pretty quick. | ||
| So your voices need to be heard now more than ever. | ||
| So there's a couple things here, Steve, that we're looking at. | ||
| You know, obviously there's a precedent in 1994, a state Senate election that flipped the Senate to the Democrats, was won by Senator Stinson. | ||
| But the canvassing was done, even the Philadelphia Inquirer, the investigative journalism, imagine that, and they found out that there was so much cheating that the Democrat Senator was removed from Parisburg and Bruce Marks was installed, flipping the Senate back to the Republicans. | ||
| And so there's a lot of the same issues that we had in 1994 that we're seeing here in 2020, ironically. | ||
| You know, we should have more perfect elections by now. | ||
| Additionally, not only is it looking back, but it's looking forward. | ||
| How can we ensure, based off of this fact-finding mission that I'm on with my two of my colleagues here, you know, what can we do in Pennsylvania to ensure better elections based off of lessons learned, not only in Gettysburg and what happened in Pennsylvania, but also Arizona as well. | ||

| Peter, I want you to give a short tutorial on the canvassing, because you can tell that is a hot button. | ||
| The Justice Department was threatening criminal charges against people who would be involved in it. | ||
| They understand, as you just heard from Senator Mastriano, when they did this back, what, 30 years ago and they flipped the elections, guess what? | ||
| It was the canvas that did it. | ||
| You don't hear that much about the canvas. | ||
| You see the 24 hours a day, what's happening on the deck plates. | ||
| Walk people through Why the canvassing is such a big deal and why the Democrats are absolutely apoplectic? | ||
| If you even mention the c-word, they don't want to hear it. | ||
| What is it, sir? | ||
| Let me just say, listening to him, the thing that really grabbed me in listening to him talk, based on his frontline experiences, was that they have better election in Afghanistan than we have here. | ||
| I mean, that is deeply Deeply, deeply unsettling, yet it rings true with the three volumes of the Navarro Report, because remember the grand strategy, Steve, was to stuff the ballot box with absentee and mail-in ballots. | ||
| A dramatic increase in that. | ||
| At the same time, to end any scrutiny of those ballots, right? | ||
| And so, when he says that, like, hey, if you're voting in Afghanistan, of course you have to have an ID and you get checked. | ||
| Here, we didn't do that. | ||
| Now, why does the canvas matter more than the count? | ||
| Again, I go back to 1960, Steve, when Mayor Daley in Chicago engineered The steel for Kennedy over Nixon, and that was only a 9,000 vote swing. | ||
| But what the way they did it was they put 30,000 votes in play in Chicago, and these were either dead voters or ghost voters. | ||
| And what do I mean by that? | ||
| It's like these were people who were registered at a certain address, and they were either dead Couldn't vote, obviously. | ||
| That's a dead voter. | ||
| But they might also be somebody who actually wasn't there anymore, right? | ||
| So somebody had somehow commandeered the ballot. | ||
| So what the canvas is going to do is it's almost like chain of custody. | ||
| draws the line from the ballot that actually got counted back to somebody who actually might have legally cast it. And so you've got, when you do the canvas, you're gonna see dead voters, you're gonna see ghost voters, you're gonna see illegal alien voters, you're gonna see felons, and that's what you're gonna pick up. When you do the count itself, what you're looking for there are things | ||
| like fake ballots, but also, and we saw this in Detroit, we saw this in Milwaukee, and we saw this in places like Madison, Ware, and Philly, where you didn't have observers, right? | ||
| Republican observers got put out, and what did they do? | ||
| They took one ballot and they counted, like, three times, right? | ||
| They did that over and over and over again. | ||
| So that's why the count matters, the canvas matters, because, again, if you look at my DeVaro Report charts, there's, like, 12 different categories. | ||
| The canvas gets about half of them, and the count gets about half of them. | ||
| So you need the whole package, Steve. | ||
| We've got to wrap this section up about the thing, but I've got to bring up one more point. | ||
| You have said for a long time, and it's so interesting that Arizona, the Patriots start out there, Arizona is nothing compared. | ||
| You said, look, for the good folks of Georgia, understand that they're election officials. | ||
| Accessible. | ||

| And you said Pennsylvania is close to it. | ||
| Those are the two ones that stink to high heaven. | ||
| How important... | ||
| And you noticed the other day, the first one to call me and say, hey, you noticed they hired criminal defense lawyers, not election lawyers. | ||
| How important is it to get to the bottom of particularly Georgia with a full forensic audit, a canvas, or a re-canvassing, and as a free option to look at the machines, and in Pennsylvania, particularly a canvas. | ||
| Why is the canvassing so important to clean up the cesspool in those two states, sir? | ||
| The two things that Georgia did on a mega scale, basically, is that they did away with signature match, essentially. | ||
| So in 2016, they had 6% of the absentee and mail-in ballots were rejected for cause. | ||
| They were not legal votes for any number of reasons, right? | ||
| And that's what we need to do to have a fair election. | ||
| What Stacey Abrams did was do away with that entirely, so that went down to virtually zero, even as they were more than doubling the amount of absentee ballots. | ||
| And Steve, here's why. | ||
| It wasn't like half of the absentees went to Biden and half to Trump. | ||
| It was more like two-thirds to three-quarters of the absentee ballots were going to Biden. | ||
| Why you have to do that. | ||
| The other thing, Steve, with Georgia is this whole chain of custody issues. | ||
| It's like 300,000 ballots there sitting in some warehouse and we don't know where they came from, right? | ||
| And the canvas, if we can look at those ballots, the canvas will be the key because a lot of those probably are just fake ballots. | ||
