| For most of the last year and a half, the idea that it may have leaked from a Chinese lab was seen as an unfounded conspiracy theory. | ||
| But that may be changing. | ||
| A source tells NBC News that U.S. | ||
| intelligence has now identified three lab workers from Wuhan, China, who got sick with COVID-like symptoms way back in in the fall of 2019. That was before China had identified its first official case. NBC's Ken Delaney has this new reporting also with us. | ||
| NBC's Sam Brock in Miami and Dr. Peter Hotez was with the Texas Children's Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine. Ken, I'm always amazed that we could even find something something like this out. Three lab workers in Wuhan, China had symptoms in the fall of 2019. What do you know? | ||

| Well, back in January, the Trump State Department, on its way out the door, put out a fact sheet where they said that the U.S. | ||
| had determined that several researchers at this Wuhan Institute of Virology had become sick in the fall with COVID-like symptoms. | ||
| But that was dismissed at the time because it was the Trump administration. | ||
| We're live from Capitol Hill. | ||
| It's the 25th of January, the year of our Lord 2020, on an incident that started on the 8th of December. | ||
| In 2019 and now is metastasized to be probably the most significant crisis in at least modern Chinese history at least since Tiananmen Square or the Cultural Revolution you now have 15 major cities over 56 million Over 56 million individuals in some sort of quarantine in China. | ||
| Now I've got Jack Posobiec from One American News, a former naval intelligence officer, speaks Mandarin. | ||
| We're now joined by Simone Gao from Epoch Times, Jack Maxey from The War Room, and we're honored to bring in Bill Gertz of The Washington Times. | ||
| Bill, can you briefly summarize the article you did yesterday? | ||
| Talk about these biological labs that are in Wuhan and what What aspect do you think they may have in this crisis? | ||

| This is a significant development in the sense that what I've identified is the sole declared facility in China capable of handling deadly viruses. | ||
| In other words, this is the place where they do all of their civilian research. | ||
| And I spoke with a A former Israeli military intelligence officer who studied the Chinese biological warfare program and he says that this institute is clearly linked to this covert Chinese biological warfare program. | ||
| Now we have no evidence that this current coronavirus leaked from that institute, but in China and the way secrecy works and the lack of controls, it's certainly possible that This outbreak of this animal virus could have come from one of their biological weapons labs. | ||
| There's also a second facility in Wuhan that's also linked to the biological weapons program. | ||
| Again, that's a secret program that last year the State Department in its annual report on arms compliance stated fairly bluntly that they believe that China is engaged in a covert offensive biological weapons program. | ||

| And that's really the first couple of days of our show back in January 25th of 2020. | ||
| We got it on the table. The next day I think the Washington Post, Rahim, the Washington Post said we're conspiracy theory wingnuts. | ||

| We already knew about Dr. Li Min Yang. | ||
| She'd already gone on a blog show back on January 19th when they shut down China to talk about what happened at the Wuhan lab and what was going on with the Chinese CDC. | ||

| We were able to, with one of the groups that I run, get her to leave the country about 45 days later. | ||

| They've actually been working on the side that wants to suppress this information. | ||

| And Kemp's even worse. Kemp has been, Kemp went and threw it on to Brad Rassenberger. I mean, he did everything he could to block Georges from getting audited. And he did it day after day after day. And then he comes out and he says, well, now I want election integrity. | ||
| Let's talk about the mail-in voting and stuff. | ||
| Doug, I mean, Brian, you need to talk about the machines. | ||
| All you're doing now is trying to deflect and say, let's talk about election integrity and mail-in voting and IDs and stuff. | ||

| This is where he's hiding something. | ||

| But what we're doing now, we have about I believe it's five different cyber teams, different teams where we're doing audits right now. | ||
| And we're gonna start with different states, that some of the states that aren't part of the, aren't the swing states, so to speak. | ||
| And we're getting those attorney generals, because it happened in every state, Steve. | ||
| And this attack happened in every state. | ||
| We're getting these attorney generals on board, and we wanna have like, anywhere from four to, the sky's the limit, on board. | ||

| Then, the lawyers right now are writing up the case, as we speak, and this will end up then, within five to six weeks, get to the Supreme Court, with them being the plaintiffs. | ||

| No, I'm not, Steve, but I'm learning enough, and what was interesting was, On May 20th and 21st, which we had nearly 16 hours of hearings, it was me against three of the leading lawyers from Wilmer & Hale at Twitter. | ||
| three of the lawyers from the government of Massachusetts and one lawyer from the National Association of State Election Directors. | ||
| Our case, Steve, is fundamentally about that the government, this is very critical, very different than the DeSantis bill, and there's some weaknesses there, but what we've shown is that the government and Twitter work together to suppress political speech. | ||
| And what happened, Steve, was the judge, on October, in October 30th, he gave us a big victory because in testimony we showed that the government has a trusted Twitter partnership, a trusted partnership, a special portal that they can report on US citizens. | ||
| When they exposed violation of law by government officials. | ||
| So that came out in testimony. | ||
| No news media picked up on that, Steve, except you. | ||
| So on October 30th, in testimony, a federal judge and I exposed in cross-examination that the government has a special trusted Twitter partnership to call The Twitter and tell them what to do. | ||
| So there's a big illusion here that Twitter is some massive corporation that does stuff on their own. | ||
| What we've shown is that the government tells Twitter what to do. | ||
| So that was on October 30th, and that's when I was thrown off while I was running for political office. | ||
| Let's just remember that political speech is the most protected aspect of the First Amendment, and they violated that. | ||
| And they admitted that in testimony. | ||
| So that was on October 30th. | ||
| And the judge gave me all the terms of the preliminary injunction, which was to tell the government stop calling Twitter. | ||
| If you have any issues, you will go on Twitter and rebut him. | ||
| Then, after I was put on Twitter on November 4th, Steve, I kept tweeting away. | ||
| On February 1st, I had a video lecture where I displayed again The same four email screenshots that got me thrown off on October 30th, which exposed courtroom proof evidence that the government had violated federal law when they deleted ballot images. | ||
| That's why I got thrown off on the 30th. | ||
| And on February 1st, right when I shared that same thing, I got thrown off again. | ||
| So I went back into federal court on February 4th with another injunction. | ||
| The judge responded back and he said, Before I can give you complete relief, I also want you to bring Twitter. | ||
| What's unique about our case, Steve, we didn't go after Twitter. | ||
| We went after the government, state. | ||
| And what we showed was that there were state action involved. | ||
| So on May 20th and 21st, a judge held, he brought everyone in, Twitter, myself, you know, the government and the National Association of State Election Directors, which was also the vehicle they used. | ||
| The night before the hearing, Steve, what I was trying to figure out is what is this trusted Twitter partnership? | ||
| There's nothing written about it. | ||
| And lo and behold, Steve, I got very lucky and I found this playbook called the Election Influence Operations Playbook. | ||
| Here they are. | ||
| And where did I find this? | ||
| I found this on a server because I'd seen an email interaction between the head of Twitter in London talking about that they had built a trusted Twitter partnership, the Partner Support Portal. | ||
| Very anodyne term, you know, banal term, PSP. | ||
| That was used, deployed in England, so the security, parliamentary security forces could use that portal to report on citizens. | ||
| Then it was deployed in India. | ||
| Then it was deployed in Taiwan and brought here on September 20th, or in the fall, April 20th. | ||
| The authors of, the architects of this document, Steve, are all the defendants, Twitter legals on it, the government of Massachusetts, the election director, and this woman, Amy Cohen of NASA. | ||
| So when I brought this up, the judge said, I want you to submit that as evidence. | ||
| That was on the 20th. | ||
| On the 21st, the judge comes in. | ||
| He had stayed awake in the early morning reading it. | ||
| And he started off the 21st hearing and he said, this case will more than likely be taught in every law school as an exemplar on constitutional law. | ||
| Then the judge said, you know, you brought this this far. | ||
| And he goes, I want it also. | ||
| Are you open to also having a constitutional lawyer help me help you? | ||
| So he's appointed a constitutional lawyer, unprecedented, and the court will fund expenses of it. | ||

| So where where I am right now is that everyone has talked on, you know, this thing about Twitter acts as its own. | ||
| What our case has shown in its history making is because we've shown that we have lost all political speech in this country because this manual is a standard operating procedure manual of how the state Can suppress the speech of American citizens, particularly political speech. | ||
