He's been one of the leaders of this effort to make sure that across the country that we have free, fair, and accountable elections. John, thank you very much for joining us today in the War Room. Thank you for having me. | ||
| It's a pleasure. John, tell us Audit Elections USA, walk through what the audit part stands for in your not-for-profit. | ||

Well, audit is an acronym. | |
| We've been around since 2004, that's when I fell down the rabbit hole. | ||
| You know, and audit stands for Americans United for Democracy, Integrity and Transparency. | ||
| What we do is not about the right or left. | ||
| It's about right and wrong. | ||
| And I do four things when I go into a state, you know, I investigate, I educate, And then I keep educating to the point it's agitation, so that's the third thing I agitate you. | ||
| And then I'll probably pull a writ of mandamus if I can't stop you from destroying records that could prove that its elections are real. | ||
| Because, you know, the audits that they say they claimed happened in Arizona is a falsehood. | ||
| It really is, Steve. | ||
| What do you mean by that, John? | ||
| It's a pretty shocking statement. | ||
| We started with Sarah Murray and the CNN team at the beginning, and they're saying, hey, all these audits have taken place in the past, all these recounts have taken place, there's nothing to see here, this is all phony, the people are doing it in a bunch of crackpots. | ||
| So what do you mean that there hasn't really been an audit? | ||
| What do you mean by that? | ||

Well, let's put it this way. | |
| I was in there for three weeks in August. | ||
| I came into the Libertarian Party, even though I'm a Democrat, progressive. | ||
| And so I went to the whole place, because I've sued them before that four times over the last 15 years. | ||
| And two of the times I sued them is because their hand count audit was not an audit. | ||
| It was set up and it had me very, you can't do it. | ||
| So anyway, after the primary, I participated in the audit and went through the whole audit with them. | ||
| And I walked up to the man pulling the audit that you know i can't believe what i've got to it You're counting 40% less ballots than you did in 2008, okay? | ||
| You picked 50 batches of ballots before the election, okay? | ||
| Before! | ||
| And you know, it was 9,600 batches. | ||
| And, you know, if you pick them before, well, you could put a scarlet letter in the box and the results and an asterisk and say, don't hack me, OK? | ||
| You know, and it's crazy. | ||
| And then they what they audited the voting centers. | ||
| They there's 171 and they pick five. | ||
| They audited those. | ||
| But, you know, if I was a hacker, I would not hack the voting centers, which is only six and a half percent. | ||
| Ninety-two percent of all the ballots came in to vote by mail, okay? | ||
| And all they've checked there is 5,000 ballots, like I said, by doing that random pick. | ||
| They start picking what they're going to count 14 days out, because we start counting votes by mail. | ||
| We mail it out 30 days early, they process it, then they start counting it, and then we start pulling batches. | ||
| And so, if I could make a quick analogy, it's like you've got 9,600 banks in the state. | ||
| I'm going to put 50 cops at 50 banks, and if those 50 banks are not robbed, we know everything else wasn't, which is a crazy way to think. | ||
| Now, that's one of the problems, the audits that they claim that they did. | ||
| We call it fatally flawed, okay? | ||
| The second thing they do is, after the election, they keep running a logic inaccuracy test, which is where you have test ballots, you fill them up by hand, you count them, you put them through the machine. | ||
| Well, and it adds up right. | ||
| Well, that proves it's working right at this moment. | ||
| Now let's switch guns. | ||
| What's the difference between an emission test on a Volkswagen diesel, okay, that passed emissions in this country 2 million times and didn't get caught? | ||
| They sold 580,000 diesel cars. | ||
| They built a computer that was in the car that knew it was being tested. | ||
| Okay? | ||
| And that has cost them, in the United States, 30 billion dollars thus far, buying those vehicles back. | ||
| So, when people tell me that a logic and accuracy test is an audit, I say, is it like that Volkswagen diesel system, that's supposed to say everything's working right, when clearly it wasn't? | ||
| This is what they're claiming! | ||
| And it's ridiculous! And then they bring in the measures. | ||
| Hang on a second. | ||
| The mainstream media, now they're starting to get very focused on this. | ||
| Because this is historic. This is a 2.1 million forensic hand audit that's taking place. | ||
| Citizen driven. | ||
| What do you anticipate when you hear these attacks by the mainstream media? | ||
| And you don't come at this as a Trump supporter. | ||
| You don't come at this as someone that's in the MAGA movement or America First. | ||
| You come at this as a progressive populist that supports Bernie Sanders. | ||
| What would you say to these attacks that you're hearing on MSNBC and CNN that this is all a bunch of partisans, all a bunch of screwballs, they don't really have a process, they're taking them to court right now. | ||
| What would be your, since you've done this, really committed your life to having fair elections that can be audited and having full transparency and accountability, what would be your response to the attacks that are just now starting and will increase in intensity over the days and weeks ahead about Arizona? | ||

| I think that, you know, I'm working inside with Ken Bennett, Randy Pullen. | ||
| I'm a special assistant to Ken Bennett, who was formerly Secretary of State, okay? | ||
| We have the Libertarian Party. | ||
| We have two of the parties now who have committed to this thing. | ||
| That means two-thirds, okay? | ||
| And we want to welcome Democrats to come, because we should not have to wonder if we have a democracy or not. | ||
| You know, Stephen, voting in this country is the secret process. | ||
| The actual act of counting is the public process. | ||
| And we must get back to that public process, where cynicism is destroying our country, okay? | ||
| I predicted, when I was in North Carolina in 2019, that what happened on January 6th was uninvitable, because people are losing their faith in the system. | ||
| Rightfully so. | ||
| We don't even know who owns these corporations on the very top. | ||
| You know, the scandal right now going on with ES&F, that their hash testing did not pass. | ||
| And maybe a lot of states voted uncertified software there. | ||
| We have serious problems in this country with states, and it's very disturbing to see how the media plays this, and sometimes how the right doesn't get the right message out, at least when it comes to Arizona, defending the fact that there was no audit before that were real. | ||
| And it's gonna change! | ||
| John, real quickly, do you have access, or does MSNBC put you on, or CNN? | ||
| When Sarah Murray's out there, I noticed you were conspicuously absent. | ||
| I think they had Katie Hobbs, but I didn't see John Brakey. | ||
| Do you believe, as a progressive populist and a Sanders supporter, do you believe that your voice has access to CNN and MSNBC? | ||
| I mean, are you on and on on a regular basis to state your case and why you think this is such a huge problem? | ||

| So when they were planning all of this, CTCL, the Zuckerberg money, all of this stuff, You know, the back end of the conversations were, hey, you know, should we be doing this? | ||
| Are we going to get found out? | ||

| And the back end of the conversation would have been like this. | ||

| And how are they going to undo it once we do it in the first instance? | ||

| But the second part to that is even now they start to realize even if the investigation into November the 3rd stops or doesn't yield what you know President Trump's most fervent supporters want, They are going to find a way to fight fire with fire against Democrats in this same arena. | ||

| Liz Cheney is absolutely triggered by President Trump and continues to attack not just President Trump, Which is horrible in and of itself. | ||

| She's attacking the MAGA movement. | ||

| Tell us what is going on in Arizona, and particularly with recusing judges, judges not being recused, what is happening here? | ||
| The Judge Corey, who on Friday uh... ruled that if the democrats for a million dollars there will be a pause than the democrats didn't put up a million dollars judge kore accused himself because one of the four one of the attorneys for the auditors actually who was on a filing on sunday had clerked for that judge i'm gonna tell you right now i don't think i think it's unfortunate that the judge recused himself and had to recuse himself I would rather that lawyer was not on the filing. | ||
| But, you know, we are where we are. | ||
| This gives us a couple of extra days to provide the information that the judge had requested from the auditors, which is policies, procedures, ensuring that the ballots are being secure. | ||
| And from everything I understand, There are folks on the ground who are ensuring that those policies and procedures are in full compliance with every letter and spirit of Arizona law. | ||
| And Judge Corey said that as long as that's the case, this audit will absolutely continue. | ||
| And legally, as an attorney, I'll tell you that judges who take over for one another after a recusal do not generally override the previous judge. | ||
| They continue their rulings. | ||
| They continue their approach. | ||
| So, I'm feeling very good about where this case is going. | ||
| It appears that the judicial system in Arizona is tired. | ||
| of the democrats continuing to try and stop this audit, continue to try and hide something as President Trump said in his statement last week. | ||
| So the approach right now for the auditors is to continue this audit, to add more people, to add as many shifts as possible, to conduct this audit, the hand count part of it, as quickly as possible while the legal issues play themselves out. | ||
| And those are looking very positive as of right now. | ||
| It appears we'll know who the next judge is today and the hearing on the policies and procedures will likely be around Wednesday of this week. | ||
| But the audit is not paused. | ||
| That is the most important thing. | ||
| The audit continues as we speak. | ||
| But with a hard out on the 14th for the physical audit part, the Democrats are going to be all over trying to slow this down because they realize it's going to make it impossible to actually finish. | ||

| They just moved the ballots to the Coliseum, so it can move. | ||
| Yes, but the logistics of that will be a nightmare. | ||
| However, I don't want to... Far be it from me to opine in legal, because I'm not a lawyer, right? | ||
| We hire lawyers, but I just don't understand when you finally have a judge that tells the Democrats, hey, I hear you, but put up or shut up, and he walks through the calculation of the million bucks and they blank. | ||
| Of course, On our side, it's time to get the guy recused. | ||

| As you said on Saturday, you know, Rachel Maddow is really the editor-in-chief for MSNBC. | ||
| She's the editor-in-chief for all of mainstream media, let's be honest, the left-wing mainstream media. | ||
| She's the editor-in-chief for the Democrat Party, and her meltdown, total meltdown on Friday, they've got the ballots, they've got the ballots, it tells you how they feel. | ||
| They are worried. | ||
| They are scared. | ||
| We've known that from Perkins Coie's letter, We've known that from the filings, we've known that from Dominion's letters and statements, and now we know it from the Democrats and the mainstream media. | ||
| And you better believe the reason that they're going in so hot on this is because they're trying to discredit this audit off the top. | ||
| And they're trying to push the judicial system their way, the way they did after the November 3rd election. | ||

| It appears that the patriots in Arizona, including in the judicial system, are standing strong. | ||
| Now, it'd be nice if our lawyers didn't go around trying to get judges recused or getting that done by mistake and presenting me with Sunday surprises after a nice Sunday night dinner that I'm really upset about, but everything can be perfect in life. | ||
| Right now, the mainstream media is in total meltdown, and that meltdown is caused by you, the MAGA brain trust, the MAGA movement, the people all over this country who said, you Nah, not good enough. | ||

| We are not just going to take November 3rd, we're not going to take the clear voter fraud, clear election fraud laying down. | ||
| And they've caused this audit, the largest, most historic audit in American history. | ||

| Julian Huxley was a eugenicist who, from the 1930s to the 1960s, used the full power of mass media to try and airbrush the reputation of eugenics on the world stage. | ||
| He wrote an article in the 1960s called The New Divinity. | ||
| In this article, he argued that Man's telos was to drive evolution forward, and in order for that to take place, there would have to not only be a reconfiguration of religion, but a total discard of monotheistic faiths to be supplanted by a new secular divinity. | ||
| And I believe that we're seeing, with the coronavirus, we've seen not just a deference to science, Scientists and their findings have been ascribed total moral authority. | ||

| You had Aldous Huxley, his brother, wrote this amazing book, The Perennial Philosophy, right? | ||
| That talks about the highest common factor, that's spirituality. | ||
| But then you had Sir Julian Huxley, that really was the father of the thinking of transhumanism. | ||

| But the piece, quite simply, looks at the present situation in the United States and compares it to this historical antecedent of the Red Terror Under Lenin, and in some ways the occasion was ripe for this type of piece, not only because of contemporary events in the country, but because it was Lenin's birthday just last week. | ||
| And sort of a fitting tribute to arguably the most successful revolutionary in a large country with a lot of parallels, looking at just exactly, you know, what happened there, what happened with the rule of law, the weaponization of the criminal justice system, the looting events that occurred, and winners and losers picked on the basis of class identity or revolutionary identity. | ||
| There are so many striking and terrifying parallels that we felt we just had to put out this piece, notwithstanding just how dark it is, frankly. | ||

| The Catholic Church built Western civilization, and all of those Catholic principles of the dignity of man, made in the image and likeness of God, and all those rights of man that flow from it, and all of that, that's all Catholic thought exercised in the political realm. | ||
| Well, so they're sort of beating back against the political realm, You know, 65 million children haven't been allowed to have their life, for example, in the United States since Roe v. Wade. | ||
| and as you move closer to the center you it is impossible as you're trying to destroy the west rubbing right up against the church in many ways actually penetrating to the church which is what has happened here in the last fifty or sixty years and it's no surprise roughly somewhere between a quarter to a third of the u s hierarchy are registered democrats that's our research that shows that we can't yet to the uh... actual number per se because many states won't report what somebody's | ||
| party affiliation is but all of the bishops that we've been a able to actually uh... investigate with regard to that they uh... you know roughly a quarter to a third uh... show up as registered democrats and then you look at all of their various questionable things they're all in with this they're all in with this uh... this leftist | ||
| Globalist view and they keep having things like this this conference for example And they keep pushing the narrative non-stop that somehow the most important aspect of the human of human life is Is actually the planet. | ||
