| A judge agreed to temporarily stop the controversial audit Friday. | ||
| I am putting a very temporary halt to it. | ||
| But he required the Democrats who sued to pay a $1 million bond. | ||
| They chose not to, so the audit, led by GOP senators, continues. | ||
| It comes after county election officials conducted two audits that found no evidence of widespread fraud. | ||
| But the review highlights some of Republicans' continuing efforts to cling to unfounded claims of voter fraud. | ||
| This election was stolen. | ||
| That former President Trump continued to tout as he thanked Arizona's GOP senators Friday. | ||
| After Republican lawmakers subpoenaed for election materials and a judge ruled the county must comply, Maricopa officials handed 2.1 million ballots and nearly 400 tabulation machines to the Senate this week. | ||
| Overseeing the exercise, a Florida cybersecurity firm called Cyber Ninjas, the main contractor for a $150,000 deal with the GOP-controlled Senate. | ||
| It's run by someone who amplified election conspiracy theories. | ||
| We're not here to audit Mr. Logan's opinions about anything. | ||
| We're here to audit the ballots, envelopes, everything that was involved in the Maricopa election in November of 2020. | ||
| Cyber Ninja CEO Doug Logan immediately coming under fire after Arizona reporters unearthed since-deleted retweets from Logan, like this one, in which someone claims, you may discover Trump got 200k more votes than previously reported in Arizona. | ||
| Logan was also listed as an expert witness in a Michigan lawsuit that reiterated the unfounded claim that there was election fraud connected to Dominion voting systems. | ||
| Adding to the partisan tenor, the right-wing One America News Network is not only live-streaming the event, but its hosts also helped raise funds for the audit. | ||
| All of this sparking an outcry from election integrity groups, Democrats, and some GOP county officials. | ||
| They point to its partisan nature, restrictions on outside election observers, limited information about who will conduct the hand count, and opaque plans to protect election materials beyond claims of 24-7 security and recordings of the proceedings. | ||
| If Arizona Senate Republicans are looking to reassure all voters about election integrity, Republican election lawyer Ben Ginsberg says this isn't the right approach. | ||
| 30 or 35 percent of our population doesn't believe in election results. | ||
| That's a ticking time bomb for the country. | ||
| But the Arizona Senate Republicans have made a huge mistake in the people who they have hired to do this audit, because they are tainted by partisan leanings, by what they've said in the past. | ||
| Now just to give you an idea of how controversial this audit is, Maricopa County supervisors, who are predominantly Republican and oversee these elections, have refused to participate at all in this audit. | ||
| They are standing by the integrity of their election results that showed that Joe Biden narrowly carried Maricopa County. | ||

And it's in that one, it's, today the Republicans are gathering. | ||

| We therefore ask you to help us. | ||
| We, American parents and grandparents, protect our children in school from malevolent forces trying to take away our children's innocence by indoctrinating them to hate America, hate their American and Christian heritage, And to even hate their own race and skin color if they are white. | ||
| Deliberately confusing them as to their natural God-given gender and forcefully pushing them to explore and even affirm sexual practices that are anathema to the innocence of childhood. | ||
| That very and most precious sacred phase of their lives. | ||

| Okay, I want to bring in now, there's so much going on there, there's so much going on about These vaccine passports we're going to get into, so much going in about trying to basically shut down the Judeo-Christian West and the rise of this new religion, this new cult of scientism. | ||

| I want to go now to Mayor Giuliani. | ||
| Mayor, the recount, the hand audit I should say, the physical hand audit, the forensic audit started with your, what, 14-hour presentation out, I believe in November, right after Gettysburg at the Hyatt Regency in Phoenix. | ||
| Can you get us up to date? | ||
| Where do we actually stand? | ||
| There's this whole controversy about the judge being recused, things going on there. | ||
| Tell us where we stand today and where you think the media attacks are going to come from, sir. | ||
| Sure. | ||
| Well, where we stand right now is they've been counting for two full days. | ||
| They've counted on Saturday and Sunday and partially on Friday. | ||
| So they have not been delayed by the court because the court never entered the TRO. | ||
| It talked about it, but they wanted the Democrats to put up a million dollar bond for the cost of it. | ||
| And the Democrats have so far refused to do that. | ||
| So right now it's going on. | ||
| So we're two days, possibly two and a half days into it. | ||
| Remember, it's going to be a five or six week audit. | ||
| So I'm glad they got it started. | ||
| It's going to take a while. | ||
| They're going to do the ballots first. | ||
| So that's going to consume two, three weeks to go through the ballots because they're not just being counted. | ||
| Dr. Pulitzer is going to examine them. | ||
| You can examine them with a process that he has that separates the authentic paper From any paper that's different, which is actually not that hard when you think about it. | ||
| You could do that yourself one by one, but he has a machine that can make that distinction. | ||
| And so once he puts aside the ballots that look like they're phony, they'll be examined again manually to make sure he's right. | ||
| So that's really the key to the first one. | ||
| You go through them, you examine them, not just Just recount them, which is what they did before. | ||
| So they say, well, you know, they've been two recounts. | ||
| They recounted them. | ||

They never looked at the quality of the ballot. | |
| So, I mean, as far as we know, there are no illegitimate ballots or two million illegitimate ballots. | ||
| So that's the first part. | ||
| Second part then will be the examination of the machines, which will be similar process, although somewhat different. | ||
| They use a tiny different process, which is why they say it's a trade secret. | ||
| They'll examine the machines and give us the results on the on the Dominion machines. | ||
| Are they, as the owner says, not able to be penetrated by the Internet, not able to be accessed by the Internet? | ||
| Are they incapable of changing the vote? | ||
| Both of which, I believe he said, at least the first one under oath before the Michigan legislature. | ||
| So should they find the opposite of that? | ||
| He's got a big problem, right? | ||
| Now, we don't know. | ||
| I don't want to prejudge, but that's what they're looking at. | ||
| And then from that, They may or may not be able to make an exact calculation of any votes that were wrong, or they may make a range of calculations, and then we'll have to see. | ||
| Basically, we're talking about a 10,000 vote margin. | ||
| So you don't need a lot of fraud to change that. | ||
| But if there's fraud or not, at this point, let's leave it to them to figure it out at the court. | ||
| Yeah, but besides Paul, if he said Paulets are off to the side and he set the machines off to the side, and those to me are, you gotta figure that out and that'll be debated, right? | ||
| He's already started! | ||
| If you also look at just the categories, you've got so many categories here that lead up to over 250,000 of just the good old-fashioned way, right? | ||
| Illegal alien voting. | ||
| You don't need Pulitzer to tell you about the illegal alien voting. | ||
| My point is that you've got three or four avenues here to get to the bottom of it. | ||
| And this is not simply about Getting to the 10,000 that they say the gap, the difference is between a Trump victory and a Biden victory. | ||
| This is to get to the bottom line of what exactly went on. | ||
| This can never happen again in American history. | ||
| And this has to be dealt with. | ||
| This is not about the future. | ||
| This is about the past and today. | ||
| That is why this is so and you got so many avenues in here to find out exactly what went on. | ||
| And then every state, Georgia is going to be different. | ||
| Wisconsin will be different. | ||
| But that's why they want one falls, they all fall. | ||

| And this is where it's starting here in Arizona. | ||
| The categories are a little bit different in each state, but they're generally the same. | ||
| I mean, we need to know the answer of how many illegal immigrants, illegal aliens voted. | ||
| Oh, non-citizens. | ||
| Non-citizens can't vote. | ||
| How many non-citizens voted? | ||
| You should be able to determine that by just checking it against a Department of Motor Vehicle. | ||
| Records, the ICE records. | ||
| So you take the people who voted, you check against those records, and you come up with a number. | ||
| The number we were given by the expert, based on what he had available, which was no way near a full county, it was about 38,000. | ||
| You know it's more than nothing. | ||
| You don't know how many it is, because it's totally absurd that Arizona accounted for no illegal immigrant voting. | ||
| That's totally absurd. | ||
| So it's some number we need to know the number we know dead people voted We know they voted maybe a thousand two thousand What was the real number because we never really had all the records of the help Yeah, maybe that or maybe more than that how many people out of state? | ||

| What should people, I'm trying to get people ahead of the curve here since this thing's been going on now for months in this fight with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and Legal. | ||
| Where do you anticipate, where do you anticipate the legal challenges are going to come from? | ||
| Because the Democrats and the progressive left and the woke, they're going to be all over this. | ||
| So where do you anticipate, as one of the senior lawyers, where do you anticipate the attacks are going to come from? | ||
| The legal challenge is very weak if this injunction, TRO, isn't granted. | ||
| The public relations attack has already begun. | ||
| I mean, the people doing this have been, you know, called everything but leaders of the mafia or the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| I mean, they are professionals. | ||
| They have basically very, very solid performance background. | ||
| There's no reason to challenge their credentials. | ||
| And also, everything they're doing is being recorded and can be examined by another expert once it's done. | ||
| But their credibility will be attacked. | ||
| They're going to be said to be Trumpers. | ||
| Same thing they did to Allied Strategies when they did the report for the court in Antrim County, in which they definitively said that the Dominion machines fixed the vote. | ||
| And they were attacked as The partisans of Trump, people who were seeking money, people who were inadequate, didn't know what they were doing. | ||
| Of course, these were all people with a very, very sterling military background. | ||
| Most of what they found is actually replicated on, if not all of it, on videotapes that you can see for yourself. | ||
| But they'll attack them and they'll get the NBC, CBS, ABC. | ||
| The whole group of corrupt media to agree with them. | ||
| But the fact is that they won't want it in court. | ||
| They're going to lose that in court because... Are you surprised that the Allied credentials are perfectly sufficient and more than sufficient to satisfy a court? | ||
| We've only got a couple minutes, but do you think, you know, the Dominion guys came out with this, this, uh, at least press release, but do you anticipate that they're going to try to go into court and try to stop the proceedings here or try to stop this? | ||
| Or do you think they'll just like carry on and then, and then... Oh, if they were to go into court and try to stop, and try to stop the proceedings, uh, they, what we would have, uh, what we would have really is almost a total admission that they're guilty. | ||
| I mean, who goes into court and stops, An analysis of your machine, if it's legitimate. | ||
| No, but they'll argue that the group is not certified, it's unprofessional, it's partisan. | ||

| We're doing what has been done for thousands of years. | ||
| During the time of crisis, the church would gather together and help. | ||
| I'm feeding thousands of people on the streets of Calgary. | ||
| I'm taking care of those that no one else wants to take care of. | ||
| And we are meeting Saturdays in our church building to strategize, to come together, to worship together, to pray together, so we can help even more people on a regular basis. | ||
| Four times a week, we go to the streets and we feed and we clothes and we take people off the streets. | ||
| That's what we do. | ||
| We are first responders. | ||
| We are an essential services in the city of Calgary. | ||
| However, the Muslim mayor, he hates that idea. | ||
| So he sends health officials, he sends police. | ||
| Last Saturday, twice, we had a SWAT team in our church. | ||
| Can you imagine? | ||
| We have a peaceful assembly. | ||
| We are worshipping God in peace. | ||
| We're praying. | ||
| We're peaceful people. | ||
| And outside, there is a SWAT team, about a dozen officers, with a health inspector, demanding that the criminal code will be broken. | ||
| I have it here, Criminal Code of Canada. | ||
| Section 176 on three accounts. | ||
| It says that they cannot they cannot interfere with the church service. | ||
| They cannot interrupt an officiating clergyman. | ||
| They cannot. | ||
| That's the highest law in the country. | ||
| That's a federal law. | ||
| But however, the mayors right now in the cities of Canada, they don't care about federal laws. | ||
| They don't care about criminal laws. | ||
| They have put some kind of bylaws, restrictions, made up stuff, trying to intimidate Christians. | ||
| And it's a fight against Judeo-Christian values. | ||
| Because at the same time, yesterday I had an alderman from another city calling me. | ||
| And he says, listen, there is a Ramadan right now. | ||
| And there's hundreds of Muslims every single day. | ||
| And he recorded it. | ||
| He took pictures. | ||
| Hundreds of Muslims are coming together. | ||
| No social distancing, no masks, hundreds of cars outside, no harassment, no police, no bylaws, no health inspectors. | ||
| So it tells you it's a double standard. | ||
| It tells you that they have an agenda. | ||
| They want to destroy Judeo-Christian values. | ||
| They want to destroy patriotism. | ||
| And they are making us, turning us into some kind of an enemy of the state with their Crazy allegations and the force that they are bringing. | ||
| I don't know what is going to happen. | ||
| Will they arrest me next time? | ||
| Will they tackle me to the ground for my horrible crimes of opening the church for the vulnerable people that have no hope and they want to just worship their God together? | ||
| So, Pastor, let me make this clear. | ||
| When they come, the second time they came, and we're going to have some video of that in the next segment to lead off, is that, are they saying that you're not social distancing, you're not using masks inside, you've got too many people? | ||
| I mean, what is their specific complaint? | ||
| Because now they've returned, you challenge them, The last time, you chased them out of there. | ||
| You Gestapo, get out of here. | ||
| Don't come back unless you've got, I guess, a warrant. | ||
| They came back this time. | ||
| On the specific complaints, what is their specific beef with what you're doing at the church? | ||
| Well, they have not articulated that at all. | ||
| What they're saying, they just want to come in and observe. | ||
| They want to come in with their armed forces and just sit and observe what we're doing, what we are saying, how we are saying, how it's being done. | ||
| And that's unacceptable. | ||
| You know, it's First of all, it's against the criminal code of Canada to interfere with service. | ||
| Secondly, the guns are not allowed in the church. | ||
| I will not permit people with guns and tasers and weapons to come in into a holy sanctuary. | ||
| You know, historically speaking, even the knights had to leave their swords outside, but those people, they want to walk in like in a restaurant. | ||
| No, you're not allowed to come and bring your weapons to the place where people are coming for refuge. | ||
| That's what it is. | ||
| It's a place of refuge. | ||
| It's a holy place for us Christians. | ||
| It's a place where we want to be left in peace. | ||
| They're demanding to come with all those officers with all their guns to observe what we're doing and how it's being done. | ||
| And I told them a number of times to make an appointment. | ||
| If you want to come to the facility, if you want to inspect the facility, make an appointment. | ||
| I'll gladly open to you. | ||
| I'll sit down with you. | ||
| I'll chat with you. | ||
| No problem. | ||
| But not during the time that there is a worship service, because that's a pure tactics of intimidation and harassment. | ||
| Is the theory of the case there, in the rest of Calgary, are they going to Catholic churches during services? | ||
| Are they going to the Jewish temples on Saturday? | ||
| Are they going to the Muslim things? | ||
| Are you making the point they're just coming after you because of your version of the faith? | ||
| Or are they going after all faith-based people? | ||
| What I've heard is they're going after the Jewish people and they're coming after the Christians. | ||
| They're not coming after the Muslims. | ||
| To this day, I do not I did not see any report of an imam being charged or any mosque being attacked by the authorities, police, bylaws or health inspectors. | ||
| To this day there are thousands, tens of thousands right now in Canada, Christians being targeted and many pastors being ticketed. | ||
| Not one single imam has been attacked. | ||

| They wanted access to the church to go in and quote-unquote just look around, observe? | ||

| And that confrontation, we're going to play it later, but did they go away? | ||
| I take it, the part I saw, they did not enter the church. | ||

| I told them that they're not allowed to enter. | ||
| I will just read quickly a section that I'm standing on, the Criminal Code 176, Part 2. | ||
| Everyone who willfully disturbs or interrupts an assemblage of persons met for religious Or for a moral, social or benevolent purposes, guilty of an offense, punishable on summary conviction. | ||
| And we have three of those provisions under the Criminal Code Section 176. | ||
| And it looks like no one follows the law anymore. | ||
| That's the new Canada, I guess, the new word. | ||
| They say what's law. | ||
| They don't follow the law anymore. | ||
| And I've told them, I've told them many times that during the church services, I am protected under the criminal code. | ||
| They're not allowed to come in. | ||
| They're welcome to come after it's done. | ||
| They're welcome to come another day, but not during our holiday, not during the time where we come for peace and we are protected under the law. | ||
| They disagree. | ||
| They went to the judge, they got the judge illegally issuing them an order to come in against the law, against the federal law, into the church and we're going to be challenging this. | ||
| I'm actually right now at my computer writing a letter to the police, to the chief of police in the city of Calgary and the health inspectors to fight this. | ||
| I already contacted our lawyer. | ||
| And we're going to be challenging this in the court of law, because what they're doing is a total lawlessness. | ||
| So that's the case. | ||
| Obviously this is getting ratcheted up, right? | ||
| They came at first and didn't have the right paperwork. | ||
| They came this time and you said, hey, the paperwork is incorrect. | ||
| But they're not going to stop. | ||
| I take it you agree they're not going to stop. | ||
| They're going to continue to show up until somehow they try to force their way into some sort of legal mandate to get into your church service. | ||
| Do you think they're going to back off, or are they going to keep coming? | ||
| No, I think they're going to keep coming unless Canadians will rise up and we're going to replace those devilish, evil, you know, not law-abiding, lawless politicians. | ||
| They came back about half an hour later, they came back again. | ||
| I was already officiating the service and another pastor, associate pastor, Peter Riker, stood at the door and quoted them The section 176 telling them that what they're doing is illegal. | ||
| They cannot just do this according to the law. | ||
| And they left. | ||
| So they came twice during the same day. | ||
| They have left. | ||
| I don't know what is going to happen right now. | ||
| I don't know if they're going to the courts and trying to push themselves, charging me with the contempt of court order or not. | ||
| I don't know. | ||
| No one contacted me yet, but I will. | ||
| Do what the law of the land, the law, the real law of the land is allowing me to do, which is open the church, do a service, be a first respondent. | ||
| That's what I am. | ||
| Essential services for the people in need. | ||
| And then we will be challenging the legality of those infringements that they're forcing upon us. | ||
| And I said that for many years. | ||
| I said, don't you think that just because you have a constitution, They're going to somehow respect the Constitution, because the Nazis never respected human rights, and the Communists occupied Poland from 1945 to 1989, when the Communists collapsed. | ||
| And we, through all of that time, we had a Constitution, but no one cared about our Constitution, our rights, and they were breaking our Constitution. | ||
| The courts were corrupted. | ||
| The police were just gangsters. | ||
| The country was run like a mafia. | ||
