Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
unidentified
|
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
unidentified
|
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't, and the worst happens... War Room.

Pandemic. | |
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
OK, we're live in Washington, D.C.
It is Wednesday, the 24th of March, the year of our Lord 2021.
But we're going to be going to the Rio Grande Valley, to Sunland Park, New Mexico and to Watts and a lot of places in between.
We've got a packed show today.
We're going to talk about the border crisis and talk about this crisis of schools not being open.
Also, breaking news, the Ninth Circuit has just had a major decision on the Second Amendment on guns.
We're going to get to Boris Epstein and others in here to talk about that a little later.
Okay, let's go ahead and rip.
We're going to get Ben Burcombe later.
In the show, as soon as we get it set up in McAllen, Texas, with some breaking news there about the CCP virus COVID-19 in the Rio Grande Valley.
But I want to go first to Christy Hutcherson.
She's in Sunland Park, New Mexico.
That's right next to El Paso, Texas.
That is the We Build the Wall wall, the one we're so proud of.
Brian Kohlfeiger and the entire great team down there built this.
For the people of Juarez and the people of El Paso and Sunland Park with donations by the American people.
She's with Women Fighting for America.
They have a huge event in Laredo, Texas on Friday that we will be covering.
Christy, tell us, what are you doing at the We Build the Wall?
Where have you come from and why are you heading to Laredo, Texas?
unidentified
|
Hi, Steve. | |
Thanks for having me on.
Well, Women Fighting for America, our whole mission is, first of all, to expose What's going on in this nation?
Not just the border crisis, but everything that we've been under attack from the socialist Marxist movement and the policies of this new administration.
We started in California, and we've been literally on the road for over a week and a half going from every little nook and cranny border town to get film footage and to show the American people the cost of not having secure borders.
So what have you learned so far?
I know you're getting ready to go to Laredo for this big rally you're going to have on Friday.
But as you've gone from California now, you're probably hitting the Texas border right there in New Mexico.
You're probably halfway through your journey.
What have you learned so far?
unidentified
|
You know, my eyes have really been opened.
The human cost of having open borders this crisis that's been created.
There have been, we went in bed, we were overnight in Arivaca, Arizona with the Arizona Recon Boys.
And the things that we've discovered there, the drug cartels are literally taking huge amounts of money from foreign nationals.
One of them in particular was a Syrian national who paid for the drug cartels to escort them over the border.
Six weeks later, he was picked up in Washington, D.C.
We have some very bad characters and actors, not just what they're showing you on the TV.
We have possible terrorists coming in in certain sectors that we've run across.
There's a lot out there as well.
For these migrants coming up from Central America, even some from South America and from other countries, we've got Michael Yan down there at the Darien Gap in Panama.
As they come across, particularly for women and children, how dangerous is it, as you've seen, having these cartels in charge of our southern border?
unidentified
|
Well, make no mistake, the drug cartels are actually in control of most of the crossings that come over here.
And a lot of these families and these children that you're seeing, especially the unaccompanied children, they're literally being utilized by the drug cartel in most cases to bring over drugs.
And we're not talking just marijuana, we're talking fentanyl and meth and some other things.
And that's kind of their paid passageway into the nation and the country.
Women are being raped. | ||
We learned about what's called rape trees.
I've never heard of such a thing.
But the coyotes, when they bring these women and these children over, they're abusing them and they're gang raping them.
And as a trophy, which is totally disgusting, they're throwing their bras or their panties up into trees and they're called rape trees and that's kind of their trophy.
And then they're brought over here into the United States and sold into human trafficking situation.
So walk us through. | ||
You're going to go all the way.
I take to Brownsville. | ||
You're going to go all the way to the end of the of the American-Mexican border.
But you're going to stop, I think, on Friday and have a big rally, a big event in Laredo, Texas.
Is that correct? | ||
unidentified
|
That is correct. | |
We have some amazing speakers.
We have Attorney General Ken Paxson is going to be Skyped in.
He's going to have some words.
We have Allen West. | ||
We have a bunch of patriots who are going to show up.
If anybody's out there, we need all of the people of the United States—we the people—to come to Laredo, Texas on March 26 from 11 a.m.
to 6 p.m. | ||
and show your patriotism for this nation and say, we're not going to allow this to happen anymore on our watch.
We have to have closed borders.
We have to have secure borders now.
OK, I just want to be clear from 11 a.m.
Mountain Time, that'd be 1 p.m.
Eastern to 6 p.m. | ||
Mountain Time would be 8.
So 11 to 6 Mountain, 1 to 8 Eastern.
You're going to be doing a rally with a number of speakers and people at Laredo at the border this coming Friday.
unidentified
|
Yes, sir. | |
Okay, how do people get access to that?
Is it a website they go to?
What's your Twitter handle?
We want as many people in this audience as possible to at least go and participate somehow.
Make sure that you get on there.
You're probably not going to stay for the entire time, but get to see the schedule, get to see the agenda.
Jump in there if you want to see Ken Paxson, if you want to see Alan West or the other Patriots.
So how do people get to your site?
unidentified
|
Go to W-F-F-A dot W-I-N.
That's W-F-F-A dot W-I-N.
Or the Patriots at large group is another, they're the grassroots who are helping putting this together.
So you could go to Patriots at Large on their Facebook or on my Facebook page, Women Fighting for America, and get all of the information and get the lineup.
Christy, we'll set up to do a pregame for you on Friday.
We're very supportive of this.
We think all these rallies and any focus we can put down on the border to help the folks in the Rio Grande Valley and in northern Mexico and, of course, the tragedy of these people that are being basically trafficked by the drug cartels, the Mexican cartels, which are in business, you saw with the fentanyl, in business with the Chinese Communist Party.
Thank you very much, Christy.
Enjoyed it. | ||
Look forward to seeing you on Friday.
unidentified
|
Thank you so much for having me.
Christie Hutchison of Women Fighting for America.
She's down there at the We Build the Wall in Sunland Park, New Mexico, hard by El Paso, Texas.
Now I want to go down to the other side of the Rio Grande Valley.
As we go down, we go to McAllen, Texas.
Do we have Ben Berquam? | ||
We got Ben Berquam of Real America's Voice.
I'm here! | ||
Hey Ben, how you doing? | ||
I know you got a live report.
Everybody in our podcast, we just went from The Wall in Sunland Park, now we got Ben Berquam in McAllen, Texas.
What do you got for us, Ben?
Hey, breaking news exclusive!
I was just down on the border with Border Patrol, and they were so upset, I asked them... Sorry guys, technical difficulties, hang on.
unidentified
|
Yep. | |
So I asked them, where can we go to tell the story that's not being told?
And the Border Patrol pulled me aside and he said, nobody knows about this, nobody's talked about it yet, but the Roadway Inn in San Juan, Texas is where they're sending the COVID-positive illegal aliens.
I just got here right now, we're at the Roadway Inn in San Juan, Texas, and I wanna show you something.
The entire parking lot is empty.
Everything you can see behind me is empty.
The hotel goes, it continues around over here, but every room is full.
So again, I haven't gone in and confirmed this with the hotel yet, but Border Patrol just sent me here and said this is where they're sending COVID positive illegals and there's nobody here from Border Patrol To make sure that they're not leaving.
So they're saying that people that are being sent here, COVID positive, are being sent and basically being able to live and move around the community as they want.
Okay, so here's what we should do.
You should make sure if you go up, we've got to find some Border Patrol, some ICE folks up there, some authorities.
Let's make sure you got this right because I don't want to be frightening people down there in San Juan, Texas.
One of the good towns in the Rio Grande Valley.
But what I want to do, if the Border Patrol told you that, what I'd like you to do, Ben, is go ahead and suss that out.
Give us a signal when you get some more information.
We'll bring you right back on the show, okay?
We'll do. | ||
And again, this came directly from Border Patrol.
No, Border Patrol's been the best guys to give us information.
As you know, Ben, remember, we just came from Sunland Park with Christy Hutchison live right there at the wall.
We built the wall because the Border Patrol said, hey, this is where the cartels basically walk it across.
It's one of the biggest trafficking areas.
Build your wall right here.
Although it's right side of a mountain, we need a wall here.
So the Border Patrol, ICE, these are the best people around.
We love these folks. | ||
Take your time. | ||
Let's get this right. | ||
This is a huge story, particularly if there's not protection around there.
Remember, as I've said, and we've said on this show, and they said on Real America's Voice, it's not fair to put the burden on this, on the working class Hispanic folks, these hard-working folks down in the Rio Grande Valley that, by the way, More and more and more are supporting Trumpism.
They've supported President Trump in record numbers.
These are hard-working folks down there, and this is a perfect example, if it's true, of just the burdens being dumped on them.
So, Ben, I want to make sure we get the story right.
Why don't you go ahead and do some check-ins, come back to us, and we'll put you back on.
And I wanted to preface that by saying I literally just got here on the ground.
We're going to investigate it.
Got it. | ||
But Border Patrol said nobody else knows about it.
We're going to find out.
Thanks, Ben. | ||
Appreciate it. | ||
Okay, Ben Burkhardt is going to go check that out.
Let's bring in now, we've got agent, former special agent, Victor Avila.
Is he up yet? | ||
Can we pull up Agent Avila?
Okay, sure. | ||
I'll tell you what, I've got to get to the MyPillow and then we're going to get Agent Avila up.
We're very honored to be, by the way, we're doing live reports this first half hour from the border.
As you know, every day as we put this show together, we're kind of overwhelmed with information from border cities about people that, people we know, people we're investigating down there, people getting things done.
Really want to thank the folks at MyPillow.
Mike Lindell is going to be on here Friday.
He's got a bunch of breaking news on his social media platform, more breaking news about his investigations, what he's working on, on the investigations about the election fraud from November 3rd.
Really want to thank their sponsorship.
If you want to support Mike Lindell, if you want to support the great people at MyPillow, Go to MyPillow.com immediately and type in the promo code War Room.
If you go to War Room, the promo code War Room, you get up to 66% discounts on many of the products you'll see, but you get discounts on everything.
Particularly, they've given us a special deal for our listeners and viewers.
On the queen size and king size pillow, you get $40 off.
The queen size, you throw another five bucks in, you get the king size.
Okay, and now I want to go to special agent, former special agent for ICE, Victor Avila, the author of the book, Agent Under Fire.
We bring him in from Texas.
Agent Avila, thank you very much for joining us here in the War Room.
unidentified
|
I really appreciate for you having me on, Steve.
Thank you so much. | ||
Yeah, brother. | ||
unidentified
|
One thing. | |
The book's amazing. | ||
Everybody ought to get this book.
Agent of Fire gives you gives you a talks about the courage and the patriotism of our ICE agents.
But particularly today, we want to get you on because you've got some pretty startling footage.
If we could play this footage and put the footage up and you explain this exactly.
I take it. | ||
Were you taping this or one of your one of your colleagues?
But this thing is so stunning.
I want you to walk the audience through it.
unidentified
|
Absolutely. | |
Yeah, while this plays, I could tell you that I still have a lot of contacts that will provide me with a lot of information.
I keep in contact with my colleagues on a daily basis of the situation.
I'm heading down there myself to McAllen next week to see what I can gather and see because, as you know, they're not allowing the media and the Putting a gag order on our Border Patrol agents and ICE agents not allowing them to speak to anyone.
This video right here that we're seeing right now was a shootout just about an hour north of Puerto Vallarta.
In the middle of the day, if people can hear that it's a massive shootout with automatic fire grenades.
This is a daily occurrence in Mexico.
This is not Iraq. | ||
This is not Afghanistan.
This is a port in Mexico.
This right here is a video of Dozens and dozens of illegal aliens being offloaded off of I-35 about an hour south of San Antonio, Texas, which proves to my point that not everybody turns themselves in and seek asylum at the border.
That's the other issue that I like to address, is that these individuals are still being smuggled.
Agent Avella, can you just hold a second?
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to come back and get your footage.
I want to do both the gun battle and I want to do War Room.
Pandemic. | ||
coming out of the semi truck on I-35.
It's pretty stunning footage you have.
Special agent, former special agent, Victor Avila from ICE.
We're gonna take a short commercial break.
We're gonna bring back special agent.
We're also gonna bring in Peter Navarro to get his perspective on it all.
Short commercial break.
We will turn in the war room in a moment.
unidentified
|
War room, pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon And we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, thank you for coming back into the War Room.
We're now going to go back to Special Agent Victor Avala.
Let's get that footage up.
I want to put the footage up of I-35 on I-35.
It's essentially a Mack truck or the trailer to the truck.
The back is over for our podcast audience.
The back is being opened and literally dozens and dozens of illegal aliens are pouring out of that.
Agent Avala. | ||
Agent Avala. | ||
Is that the footage? | ||
That's the other footage.
OK. | ||
I want the I-35 footage, Denver.
Let's get that. | ||
OK. | ||
Agent Avala, explain to people, because we have a huge podcast audience, a huge radio audience.
What are they seeing when they see this?
How far up I-35 is it? | ||
And what are they actually seeing?
unidentified
|
Uh, this, this is being, uh, illegal aliens being offloaded, uh, off of this tractor trailer, this semi-tractor trailer that is hundreds, a couple of hundreds of miles already north of the border, has already made it through, has already made it through the, the, the checkpoints that we have around, along our border.
Uh, you see that right there being offloaded.
This is about, uh, an hour more or less south of San Antonio, Texas, right off of I-35.
And this is the point that I want to make here, Steve, is that you're not seeing this on the mainstream media.
This is not reported. | ||
Not everyone is turning themselves in to the Border Patrol and seeking asylum.
We still have a lot of individuals not wanting to be detected and want to come here and be smuggled.
Some of these people might even be trafficked, which is a different crime.
There's a difference between smuggling and trafficking.
Uh, which needs to be, uh, made clear.
But some of these individuals, uh, that crime commingles sometimes where the smuggling begins and can become trafficking, where they become exploited if they owe the cartels money for paying, uh, the, you know, the crossing fee.
But okay, I just want to slow down for a second, Special Agent.
What you see in this Mack truck, you're seeing dozens and dozens, and it looks like principally males jumping out of here, you know, what they call fighting age males jumping out of here.
This does not get included.
And when they say the 100,000 people that had an interaction with Customs and Border, that does not include what you're seeing right here.
And this is going on 24 hours, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Correct, sir? | ||
unidentified
|
You're absolutely correct.
These are what Border Patrol and ICE call the gotaways.
These are the ones that got away.
And these are the ones that are not counted amongst the hundreds of thousands, a hundred thousand plus in February, possibly 200,000 this month.
And so these are not included in those figures.
These are the gotaways, just not just like the people, but the drugs as well.
All the drugs that we've seen record number of seizures, we have a lot of gotaways that actually, drugs that do make it into our country.
When you see something like this, they're coming through and they're jumping out of a Mack truck and somebody's giving them a signal, open it up and saying scatter.
That's a cartel, because that's pretty organized.
You have to have a Mack truck.
You have to have, you know, the trailer itself.
This looks like a pretty organized operation, correct?
unidentified
|
Highly sophisticated, highly organized.
And the trend that's happened now is that the cartels, there used to be a separation between the coyotes, the human smugglers and the drug traffickers.
There is no blurred lines anymore.
It's all cartels. | ||
The cartels have taken over all of those illicit activities, not just the drug trafficking, but the human smuggling, the human trafficking. It's the drug cartels that are sending these people all over the country, by the way. This just happened to be in Texas, but they're transporting people all over the United States into our neighborhoods.
Agent Avila, also your former ICE has been handcuffed, right?
They've been basically by executive order kind of shut down by the Biden administration.
I didn't notice any mask being worn on these people and I didn't notice any COVID tests, any CCP virus test being taken.
Is that correct? | ||
They're just jumping out and untested and just to go into the general population and ICE has been handcuffed now.
So ICE, there's really no internal enforcement?
unidentified
|
So yeah, so two things, Steve.
Not even, obviously these individuals are not, and even that the ones that are being encountered and are coming out positive, they're letting them go.
They're putting them on buses to Dallas, to Houston, that are positive COVID cases.
As we speak, there's 1,500 in the convention center here in Dallas.
And the second part, they're absolutely being handcuffed.
ICE, or Interior Enforcement, has basically shut down.
The biggest one was last month where Biden administration shut down Operation Talon, which is an operation that ICE goes out and locates illegal aliens convicted of sex crimes.
These are illegal aliens convicted of child trafficking, child pornography, child molestation, child rape, and they want to go get them off the streets and deport them.
But the Biden administration put an end to that and is not allowing ICE to go after these individuals.
If we can't go after these guys that are the worst of the worst, then who can be prioritized in this administration?
Victor, we gotta bounce.
Victor, a special agent, former special agent, Victor Avila, a highly decorated former officer with ICE, now retired.
We're gonna come back and play the video for that gun battle some other time.
I want you to describe it.
How do people, the book is Agent Under Fire.
How do they reach you on social media, sir?
unidentified
|
Agentunderfirebook.com and on Instagram at Victor Avila Jr., Victor Avila Jr.
Special agent, thank you very much for joining us in the War Room.
Okay, we're gonna go back Thanks brother, appreciate it.
We're going to go now hard on the banks of the Rio Grande River down in Del Rio, Texas.
Todd Bensman, the author of the great book, just came out about jihad on the border.
What a terrible job is being done right now of basically putting the eyeball on and stopping people from all over the world of coming into the United States.
He joins us now from the Rio Grande River.
Todd, describe to us where are you, what is Del Rio, Texas, and what's happening on the other side of that river?
Okay, well right now, as we speak, there are three migrants crossing.
They're right now in the river.
They stopped because they saw me.
See them right there? | ||
unidentified
|
Yep. | |
I don't know if you can see them.
They're turning around because they saw me, where I am right now.
Those guys are heading to this spot because this is probably one of the most common spots for migrants to cross in right now.
I don't know if you can see, but there's clothing and trash and all this clothing that they strip off once they come in.
And then they put dry clothes on that they carry in bags.
Uh, so those guys right now are kind of angry right now that I'm kind of blocking their way.
They're turning back around, uh, and are, um, I think they're cursing me actually.
But, uh. | ||
And I'm kind of glad that they're moving off to some other place, because who knows, right?
But in any case... But here's what I want to describe.
I know it's one of the big crossing places, but you just set the camera up on a Wednesday afternoon in Texas, right?
What, four o'clock? | ||
And here, just in broad daylight, just coming right across, right?
Like, not only no fear, they're going to look for a customs and border guy to turn themselves into when they get across there.
Is that basically what the scam is?
Yeah, that's what's happening.
So this is Del Rio sector, which is the places that you are most commonly hearing about right now is the Rio Grande Valley sector, which is hundreds of miles to the south.
And that is an extremely busy area.
10,000 in just the last week have come across their record numbers.
But this sector also has had record numbers.
We have 5,100 in the last five days come across here.
Uh, 1,700 of those are gotaways, uh, meaning that, uh, you know, obviously we saw their tracks or caught them on video and we counted them.
But, uh, that is an extremely high number for this area.
This is, uh, normally a very low grade, uh, crossing area.
But, um, I've spent the last two days over on the Mexican side.
Talking to the immigrants and the reason that they're coming here is because they perceive that this is a very easy place to cross very successful and that border patrol is spread very thin here and what I found over on the other side is that these migrants are Sector shopping.
So I found a lot that hit Tijuana first, didn't work out, hit Sonora, Nogales, Yuma, didn't work out or was too scary with the cartels and then they heard through the grapevine about Del Rio sector and so thousands are massing over there on the other side and Mexican towns and they're crossing here quite successfully this morning.
I just watched Border Patrol round up with a dog.
Six migrants put them in the vehicle and moved off.
Those kind of apprehensions are just commonplace day and night.
Now I've got a sheriff pulling up over here.
Probably these guys tripped a wire or something.
They were seen on camera.
They're still over there.
Todd, as you were over, Todd Bensman from Center for Immigration Studies, now live on the banks of the Rio Grande River.
Todd, as you were in Mexico, in northern Mexico, what are the locals that are Mexican citizens, what is their perception of what's drawing this massive wave from Central America and all over the world to cross now into the United States?
Well, let me put it this way.
Yesterday, I was with a group of seven migrants who were on the Mexican side in a city called Piedras Negras, and I asked them all if the President, Joe Biden, the messaging, That they heard from him had anything to do with their decision-making to come now.
All who agree with that, that it did, just raise your hand.
And all seven of them raised their hands just immediately.
If you talk to the Biden administration, they'll deny this.
But all you have to do is just ask the migrants themselves.
I do it all the time. | ||
I've spent two days over there asking them.
And they're saying it's Joe Biden and his policies and their perception that it's an open door.
Todd, we're going to get back to you tomorrow.
Todd is the author of America's Covert Border War about jihad on the Rio Grande.
The book cover is up right now.
Todd, fantastic reporting.
Look forward to get back to you tomorrow.
Todd Bensman from Center for Immigration Studies.
He's the author of this fantastic new book, America's Covert Border War.
He's on the banks of the Rio Grande right now.
Thank you very much, sir, for joining us tonight in the War Room.
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
When we come back, we've got Dr. Peter Navarro.
We're also going to try to go back to McAllen, Texas.
Ben Berquam is down there in a situation the Border Patrol ticked him off on.
We'll find out what the reality is when we return in The War Room.
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Look, we may have some breaking news here.
We're trying to get back to McAllen, Texas and Ben Burkhardt, Real America's Voice.
Always remember, this is not to demonize these people coming up from Central America, from South America.
This is a tragedy of biblical proportions.
The problem rests in the global elite and it rests in Washington, D.C., in the permanent political class.
They do not care about the agony of these folks.
They're incentivized to come up and fall into the hands of the cartel and they could care less.
About the hard-working Hispanic blue-collar folks down in the Rio Grande Valley, the Del Rio sector, all of it.
Ben Burquam's down. | ||
Actually, McAllen, Texas Border Patrol told him, he said, hey, look, we're sending the COVID patients over to this hotel.
We don't know what the security is over there.
So Ben is trying to check it out, make sure we get the facts.
We don't want to get people's heads blown up.
Unless it's true, but you've seen from Sunland Park, New Mexico to Del Rio sector with Todd Bensman.
You saw Agent Avala with that footage on I-35.
This is a situation that's out of control.
Okay, it's out of control.
And the people paying the penalty for this are the people being smuggled in by the cartels and the citizens of the United States that live in these border towns.
And here's the thing to remember.
That's I-35. | ||
I-35 goes all the way up to Chicago, okay?
That's why every town's a border town.
This is why El Chapo, the head of the cartel, Sinaloa cartel, I think a couple years ago, was public enemy number one by the Chicago Crime Commission.
Dr. Peter Navarro, I know you have followed this for a long time.
You've been in the Oval.
You really worked with President Trump to make sure this was taken care of.
A zero-tolerance policy and a return to Mexico.
And the reason was that was the most humanitarian thing at all.
I know this breaks your heart to see this, but give us your perspective, sir.
unidentified
|
Whatever. | |
Steve, I think it's really important to understand that it's not just the fact that the wall is no longer being built and there's big gaps that are being unpatrolled by Customs and Border Protection.
We don't have the drones in the air.
We don't have any kind of electronic surveillance.
It's basically the ideology and policy of the Biden administration basically to open that sucker up.
And we got away. | ||
The Biden administration got rid of the most important policy that stabilized the border besides the wall, which was the stay in Mexico, stay in the Northern Triangle policies.
I think there's going to be a long lag and an unfortunate political lag.
Between what is happening now and the damage it's going to do to blue-collar America, both in our urban areas and also in rural and suburban areas where we have things like food processing plants where a lot of blue-collar workers So here's the thought experiment.
Suppose we took all 350 million people in America and swapped them.
We sent everybody in America down to Mexico and the Golden Triangle and brought up their entire populations here.
What would happen? | ||
And it makes you think about what America is.
It's not just the people, but it's our political system, our culture, it's the way we go about our business.
My point, Steve, is that as these people are coming up, they are importing a set of factors in their countries which have led to the destabilization of their own country.
So essentially, they're bringing that baggage with them.
And the biggest, the easiest one is like the gangs.
But there's also just everything else that comes up that's wrong with those Latin American countries that makes them so unstable.
I mean, it's like one of the strangest things.
Well, I would actually argue that the unstable nature is the elites of those countries.
The biggest unstable nature is the elites of those countries that basically victimize these people, okay?
It's the elites of these countries.
You've got seven wealthy families that control Mexico.
You've got a bunch of wealthy families down there in Central America that control the country that don't give anything back into the countries.
I don't think the people themselves are destabilizing.
unidentified
|
The situation they're in, the situation they're in...
It's the institution, Steve, that I'm getting at.
The fundamental rule of law, basically, that does not exist down there.
And yeah, it's because of the elites.
My point is that this crisis is going to do tremendous, tremendous damage.
You can look at all the pictures on the border you want, but the real damage is going to really be done We're never going to see another wage hike for the next four years.
Full stop. | ||
Real wages are not going up, Steve, because of what's going here.
So it's important. | ||
I mean, the beauty of your show and why it's so powerful.
You're saying this is the policies that you helped President Trump put in place.
You're saying this is why 19 this because yeah, this is the policies that you help president trump put in place This is why 19 2019 was the best year for american workers since right after world war ii blue collar workers lowest unemployment 11 percent wage increase for working class people This is the striver's economy.
You're not going to see that when you're flooding the zone with cheap labor.
This is what Wall Street wants, and the progressive Democrats, they want the votes.
Remember the numbers, Steve.
Remember the numbers I'm giving you.
This is going to be a fact.
We're going to see 2 million illegal immigrants cross the border this year, and probably 3 the next year.
Get back the House of Representatives, but every person who runs that we're going to support has to support the Secure Borders, No Pathway to Citizenship pledge, meaning that you got to support the wall.
But you got to also say that anybody who comes over starting January 2021, when Biden took over, No way.
They're going back as soon as we are able to grab back the reins of power and make sure.
Because you can't have that incentive.
This whole idea of the wink and a nod.
If you just get your toenail over the border, you're eventually going to be a citizen.
That's a signal we've got to undo.
We've got to be signaling that noise here.
Yeah, you see that Mack truck coming.
Okay, real quickly, how did they get Navarro reports?
You've got a complete report on the economics of this crisis.
You've also got the report yesterday from the Regents University.
You're still the rock star down there.
How do people get to your site?
How are they following you on social media?
PeterNavarro.com, PeterNavarro.com, the website, get the immigration report, the election report, and Real P. Navarro on Twitter.
But wean yourselves from Twitter, folks.
Sign up for some of those other things as well.
We've got to take back our social media along with this country.
Dump the oligarchs. | ||
Say thank you, Peter. | ||
Dr. Peter Navarro from Harvard University, former assistant to the president.
OK, I want to go now to Boris Epstein.
We can bring Boris in. | ||
Just an update on Ben Berkman.
Ben walked into the hotel, asked him if this was going on.
He got a big no comment and was shown outside.
They showed him the door to make sure he couldn't stay in the lobby.
He says right now, I think the authorities have arrived.
He's going to be continuing down there asking questions.
We're going to get more information from Ben Berkron.
But it was a big no comment from the hotel.
Not, hey, we don't know what you're talking about.
You're wrong, etc. | ||
Ben was sent there because he asked Border Patrol.
Are there any problems with COVID-19?
Are there any people coming through here?
And they said, hey, they're all putting them over there at that hotel.
So Ben Berquam, Real America's Voice is down there.
We're going to try to get Ben back in.
I want to turn to Boris Epstein.
Boris, coming on today, talking about something totally different with Jam for Time.
Kind of huge news coming out of the Ninth Circuit.
Walk us through what's going on with the Second Amendment in the Ninth Circuit.
We know the Ninth Circuit is crazy, but what just happened in the Ninth Circuit regarding guns?
The Ninth Circuit, Steve, sitting en banc, which means the whole circuit sat, decided that based on pre-American law, law going back to literally the Middle Ages, and Hawaiian law going back to before they joined America, that the state of Hawaii is allowed to effectively circumvent the Second Amendment and not allow American citizens in Hawaii To carry guns as they are, per the Second Amendment.
It's actually a shocking decision.
Hold it, slow down, slow down, slow down.
That's what it was on Marbury v. Madison.
Slow down. | ||
En banc means where the whole circuit sits.
unidentified
|
Right. | |
Now, what, and all the judges said, they went to pre-American, pre-United States law to make this decision?
Are you serious? | ||
This is not a joke. | ||
This is not a drill. | ||
This is not practice to quote Allen Iverson, okay?
This is real. | ||
They're talking about Edward I, Edward II.
They're talking about Hawaiian law and the way that their rulers approached limiting of guns and gun control and control of weapons.
And they're saying that because there's been a history of controlling, carrying of weapons, going back to the Middle Ages, And in Hawaiian pre-American law and jurisprudence, that the Second Amendment, the wide application of the Second Amendment, which is absolutely constitutionally correct, does not apply.
It is absolutely ludicrous, it is not rooted in, it is literally outside the Constitution.
They're saying that the law before America, the law from England, By the way, I'm a huge fan of Captain Cook.
join the United States supersedes the United States Constitution as one of the dissenters that is extreme and bizarre.
Bizarre is a good word. | ||
By the way, I'm a huge fan of Captain Cook.
Any naval officer, particularly in the Pacific, reveres Captain Cook, but I didn't know we were going to go back and predicate a law on British maritime law.
Real quickly, just so people understand this, is this applied to the entire nation or is this just the states of California, Arizona, New Mexico that the Ninth Circuit entails?
Or is this actually impact Second Amendment and ability to carry throughout the country?
Well, this case applies only to Hawaii because it's a Hawaii based case, just like the famous Heller case.
First applied to the Washington DC, allowing people to hold guns in their homes, and then it was incorporated further than that.
But the fact of the matter is, if this were allowed to stand, which I don't think it will, I think it will go up to the Supreme Court and will be reversed, but if this were allowed to stand, then the other liberal circuits in this country, the Third Circuit, you know, the Second Circuit in some ways, They could then look and say, well, you know, we're doing the same thing.
We're also going back to some law that is not the United States Constitution, and we are going to supersede the United States Constitution.
That's my point. | ||
Is this just for Hawaii, or is your understanding of this, is this circuit-wide, which entails a pretty big swath of the West, right?
It's the Ninth Circuit out of San Francisco.
People in Arizona may have something to say about this.
Does this entail the entire circuit or just the state?
This decision is for Hawaii, but it holds for the whole circuit, so if you had a similar case come up in Arizona, they would say, well, before Arizona joined the Union, here was the law, and it was contrary to the Second Amendment, this would hold, this decision would hold, unless it is overturned by the Supreme Court, the high court, which I do expect, because we do, well, I'd say 5-4, because Roberts really is not a true conservative anymore, we have a 5-4 majority in the court, especially
With Amy Coney Barrett on there, I think Kavanaugh will be good on this, Gorsuch good on this.
Of course, you've got Alito and Clarence Thomas will be good on this.
So, I'm confident in the United States Supreme Court, but here's the buried lead, Steve.
The buried lead is that liberals in this country, including judges and politicians, do not care about the fabric of the country, which is the United States Constitution.
They are doing anything they can to remake it, and you're seeing that.
At the court level with this decision out of the Ninth Circuit, you're seeing what Joe Biden is trying to do with what Democrats in Congress are trying to do by getting rid of the filibuster.
Joe Biden is now thinking about packing the United States Supreme Court.
The liberal elites in this country, the academia, the politicians, they don't care about the basis of the country.
They don't care about the fabric.
They care about grabbing power and they feel it's their time to do it now while they have control of the White House.
The Congress and the Senate.
It's a very worrying thing, and you're going to see more of it in the overarching, over-bloated infrastructure bill that's going to be coming out of Congress in the next month or so.
Okay, Boris, real quickly, what's your social media handles?
Steve, thanks so much. | ||

Okay, we're gonna turn, we're gonna try to get Lydia Friend and Watts, but we got to go back to Ben Burkham.
Do we have Ben? | ||
I want to go back to McAllen, Texas.
A breaking story, Real America's Voice, the War Room's all over.
So Ben, you actually went up into the hotel, into the lobby.
tell us what tell us what happened. Ben, can Ben get us a...
I don't think he can. | ||
Ben, can you hear us? | ||
Yeah, I'm having a little bit of difficulty hearing... Okay, let's go ahead and drop it.
Okay, as soon as we get Ben, we'll get it back.
unidentified
|
I'm having a little bit of... I think what Ben's... I think what... Let's go ahead and kill it.
I think what Ben's reporting is he went up to the lobby, asked the people at the hotel, said, hey, Border Patrol sent me over here that the people that are testing positive for COVID are being housed here at the hotel.
Can you confirm that? | ||
They said no comment. | ||
And can you please leave?
Ben backed off and then the police arrived.
To say, hey, this is private property.
You got to back off. | ||
But they weren't very forthcoming with the information.
Just ask them a basic question.
Hey, is this if they're testing positive at the border and you catch them, is this where Border Patrol's bringing them?
The reason Ben is at the hotel is because agents from the Border Patrol agents said, hey, this is the hotel that they're they're hosting people in.
So we'll try to get if we get Ben and we're able to hear him or he can hear us, we'll try to get him back on.
Do we have Lydia Friend from from Watts?
OK. | ||
We were going to get also Lydia Friend in here from Watts.
She's the woman that put on the rallies a couple of weeks ago that we had on here.
Audience actually fell in love with her.
She's a grandmother in Watts.
She's the founder of Women for Watts and her program is pretty straightforward.
What she's saying is, hey, we got to get these kids back in school.
The other school districts around Watts and Compton and Linwood down in Long Beach.
The kids are back in school.
The teachers are there.
Somehow they're working it through.
So they've got this under control.
Kids are in the classroom.
And that's what she's saying.
She said, look, kids just can't learn by these computers.
They need to be in school.
They need to be with each other.
They need to be with their teachers.
They need to be the socialization.
I can't read. | ||
They just got to tell me what's going on.
We got Lydia or Ben. | ||
Ben. | ||
OK, let's go back to Ben.
We're going to go to McAllen, Texas.
Ben Berquam, the great on-the-spot reporter for Real America's Voice.
So Ben, walk the audience through what happened.
You went up to the lobby and made an inquiry about who was staying at the hotel.
That's correct, yeah. | ||
And so for the audience that doesn't know, I was down with Border Patrol a few minutes ago.
I asked them, what is the biggest concern that you have right now or the thing that gives you the most heartburn?
Border Patrol agent took me aside and said, I can't say this on the record, but there's a hotel that we're sending COVID positive patients to.
It's the hotel behind me.
And he said, they were sending them there and we don't have the manpower to secure the hotel.
And so these people are being sent in and then they're wandering the community.
I went in, I went into the hotel, I asked if there's a manager to Hold it, hang on.
Ben, hang on for a second.
Ben, hang on for a second.
Hang on a second. | ||
The Border Patrol told you they were wandering the community out of the hotel?
That's correct. | ||
He said they're sending them here and there's nothing securing them on the property.
Okay, have you seen anybody come in or leave since you've been there?
Yes, all the rooms. | ||
Not all the rooms. | ||
Again, the parking lot's empty.
There's about four cars in the parking lot.
But every room that I can see is full.
And there's a no vacancy sign on the front door.
Many of the doors were open when we got here.
They've shut all the doors since we got here.
There were people wandering around the hotel.
But yes, there's multiple people in the hotel.
Hang on, but I know that, but nobody, you haven't seen anybody leave the hotel and go into the community.
The Border Patrol told you that, but you haven't seen, with your own eyes, you haven't seen any of that, okay?
Correct? | ||
Correct, correct, correct.
Okay, so what did the people, what did the people around the hotel and the lobby, what did they tell you?
I asked them that specific question.
I said I was sent here by Border Patrol, who said that this was going on.
I'm asking if I could get confirmation one way or the other, if there's somebody, a manager, to speak to.
The girl left, actually.
She said, well, you can't be in here without a mask.
I said, well, that's part of the question we're asking, if we're letting COVID positive people into our country, but yet we're pretending to care about COVID.
And she left the room and then came back and said, no comment.
Perfect. | ||
And then a few minutes later, the police arrived.
She asked me to leave the building.
I left the building. | ||
Police arrived, spoke to them, and basically they said, the hotel has said, they are not going to make a comment.
I've put a request out to a high-level Border Patrol official, a contact of mine, and he's looking into it as we speak right now.
And as soon as I get confirmation, Real America's Voice News will be the first to know.
Ben, one other thing. | ||
Have you made an inquiry to the police?
If the police were there, did you ask them, hey, or is this where the Border Patrol is sending the COVID-positive patients and COVID-positive people?
unidentified
|
Did you ask the police that?
I did, and they also said no comment.
unidentified
|
Okay, but you'll track that down also with the local police.
Absolutely. | ||
Yeah, absolutely. | ||
Okay. | ||
Ben Berquam in McAllen, Texas, tracking down a hot news story.
Stay on Real America's Voice.
Ben will be reporting throughout the night until he tracks down and gets answers for this.
I think it's very important.
Here's the whole purpose of that.
This border now is totally wide open because of the Biden administration.
And this burden, as you've seen down in McAllen and Del Rio and Laredo and El Paso and Sutherland Park, New Mexico, the burdens being put on the folks down in Texas and New Mexico, hardworking American citizens on this side of the border.
And quite frankly, as as Bensman reported, Mexican city citizens on their side of the border.
So this is a tragedy of biblical proportions.
And this is 100 percent caused by the arrogance of the Washington, D.C.
political elite. | ||
Stephen K. Bennett will be back here at 10 o'clock tomorrow.
We're going to be on the border, also talking about the financial crisis we're going to be hurtling into tomorrow.
We've also got a couple of special guests.
Dave Ramaswamy is going to join me in studio, and we're going to talk about the CCP virus, what happened in the Wuhan lab.
Dr. Li Ming Yang and the team for National Pulse.
Natalie Winter is going to be here to break it all down for you.
We'll see you tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock.
Continue on with Real America's Voice, get updates on Ben Bergquist's reporting.
Thank you very much. | ||
See you tomorrow. | ||
unidentified
|
It's all started. | |
Everything's begun. | ||
And you are over. | ||
Cause we're taking down the CCP!
Spread the word all through Hong Kong.
We will fight till they're all gone.
We rejoice when there's no more. |
