| Keep in mind, they did this where they did. | ||

| The fact is they're punishing every local community and every state that found a way to balance the deadliness of the virus with freedom and making sure that we could live our lives while still balancing this virus. | ||

| So Gretchen Whitmer comes out in July and she says, We've got a huge problem in this state. | ||
| We've got 40% of our COVID patients are Black Americans. | ||
| 13.9% of people in the state of Michigan are Black. | ||
| How do we have this high number of Black people who have COVID? | ||
| It must be our health care workers. | ||
