| Dominion Voting Systems has sued Mike Lindell individually and also sued MyPillow, the company, $1.3 billion. | ||

| Very detailed. | ||
| Goes back, I want to talk, the war room posse is a part of their supporting character. | ||
| It's like a Greek chorus in this, uh, often because the reason is They've gone into our hashtag War and Pandemic, they've also gone into the live chat, and what they're saying is that, and that's just one of literally hundreds of citations in here, we're actually quite small, but if I can boil this down, the whole lawsuit, and correct me if I'm wrong, Mike Lindell, They say, hey, Lindell's a very smart guy. | ||
| Don't be distracted by, he tries to come across as a rube, you know, just an all shucks guy from Minnesota, you know, just some guy that's had problems and, you know, found Christ and changed his life. | ||
| But he's a card counter. | ||
| He made his money years for that. | ||
| He's a gambler. | ||
| He's brilliant mathematically. | ||
| He knows really math and everything he does is regarding math and that's how he was a card counter and a big time gambler and all that before he started the pillow business. | ||
| In that this entire thing, this entire effort post-November 3rd, to go around the country, to go on media, to make movies, to have interviews, to do all this, this is just a total scam. | ||
| Because what he's really doing Is driving the profitability of his pillows by taking these innocent deplorables and these people that really are, you know, are kind of mesmerized by his leadership and mesmerized by his charisma that this is a money-making scam. | ||
| And in fact, this whole thing is all of his baseless attacks, his no evidence attacks. | ||
| Well, it's almost comical that they put that in there, that that's my motivation. | ||
| by a very brilliant guy to essentially make more money. | ||

| These guys did not call me from February 5th when I dropped the evidence on February 5th. | ||

| For almost six weeks, especially since January 9th, when I got the first piece of, wow, this is the smoking gun evidence I've been looking for. | ||
| Well, when we got that, it's been an attack every day from morning till night, leading up to February 5th. | ||
| They would call me up and they go, Mike, you say you have this and you lost your Twitter account. | ||
| And I'd say, Dominion fraud, Dominion fraud, machine fraud, Smartmatic, let's be fair. | ||
| And I'm pounding this out there because I had 100% this evident. | ||
| They mocked me on Late Night Talk show host, Jimmy Kimmel mocked me, Saturday Night Live. | ||
| All the news outlets, from the New York Times on down, they print stuff that I'm just a fraud, a fake, a phony. | ||
| And then I said, you guys just wait till February 5th. | ||

| I'll put my money where my mouth is. | ||
| February 5th, it comes out. | ||
| The absolute proof, which by the way is on LyndaleTV.com now, so they can't take it down. | ||

| Hang on, you're saying it's a great day because now you're going to go into a federal court system where rules of evidence will apply and you'll be able to make your case. | ||
| They'll be able to make their case that you're a fraud, you're a scam, you did this to basically suck in a bunch of rubes to buy your overpriced pillows, right? | ||

| You've had people in mainland China verifying the IP addresses? | ||

| So either they've gotten them by calling people there and to validate these IP addresses. | ||

| But the point is, you're backing up even some of the assertions, or these things that have been in the movie, or what you said. | ||

| I mean absolute proof when everybody watched that I got feedback and they're going well, where did these come from? | ||

| So now we did a deeper dive and we did a deeper dive and some of the few things I can't even tell you on the show here, but now I mean, now it's like, I was 100% before, but now I don't care if you're a lawyer. | ||
| Like I say, if you're one of the Supreme Court justices, you're going to go, this is amazing. | ||
| What it is though, is they asked me this morning, Steve, one of them asked me, Mike, now what are you going to do? | ||
| You're going to get your defense lawyers and when you're going to get all your evidence? | ||
| I said, I'm already ready. | ||
| I want to go to court tomorrow, Dominion. | ||
| Come on, let's go. | ||
| So, we're going to pursue this on the evidence side and how you want a quick trial. | ||
| Let's go back to the media for a second. | ||
| Have any media, because people have been all over the story from every major outlet, from the Guardian to BBC to the New York Times, Wall Street Journal. | ||
| You said the other day the Daily Beast reporter, Swin, who we know, you know, very, very good reporter. | ||
| Is it accurate that he said he had not watched Absolute Proof, he had not actually seen the evidence that you report for it? | ||
| The Daily Beast, but more than any other outlet, has been on this story 24-7, that he had not actually watched the film and actually seen either the evidence or assertions, however you want to frame it, that you would put forward, but had not even seen the basics of that? | ||
| That's correct, and that's across the board, too. | ||
| There's all these reporters that call me, they haven't even watched it. | ||
| I will take that back. | ||
| I mean, there's a couple that have watched it, because I'll start shooing them out. | ||
| Okay, the ones that have watched it. | ||
| Who are they, and have they come back and pressed you on the evidence or what you've put, however it's described. | ||
| Dominion says it's complete phony opinion of Mike Lindell, who's crazy, and you're saying it's hard evidence that these guys stole the election. | ||
| There's a big gap between the bid and the ask, and that's what it's going to find out in federal court, right? | ||
| But, the reporters that have actually watched it, just those, have any of those come back and challenged you, questioned you, said, hey I need to see more evidence, or have they agreed with you? | ||
| Every single one that's watched it agrees with me, but they won't print it. | ||
| They won't print it in their newspapers, or they won't have me on their TV shows. | ||
| The ones that sit there and call it false or whatever, and even the ones that have seen it, it's like an automatic word you've got to put in your articles. | ||

| One of the things right now, I've been telling them all morning, why don't you all take your cameras down to Maricopa County in Arizona and find out why they won't let them look at the machines And you know what one reporter said to me? | ||
| They go, Mike, all this evidence has already been proven debunked. | ||
| I go, only two places in our country have they looked at the machines. | ||
| Antrim County, Michigan, and Massachusetts in a primary with Dr. Shiva. | ||
| Both of those, they approved 100% that there was votes flipped. | ||
| 7,000 out of 15,000 votes. | ||
| And those cases are going on strong. | ||
| And just that, you know, the Supreme Court doesn't want to look at it. | ||
| All the counties don't want to even look at the evidence. | ||
| But I put the evidence out there, and everybody doesn't even put that. | ||

| But in defense, the state Republican-controlled Senate In Arizona, that was gonna put the warrants out and gonna arrest Maricopa County and gonna get in there. | ||

| You had a vote flip and as of right now, I checked on that early this morning, it's like I think 15 to 15. | ||
| It's tied at this committee level. | ||
| So that's where it's Republicans and it's a single Republican that's holding up, not allowing it to go through the system. | ||
| What do you say to that? | ||
| I say they got to him and they either threatened him or he got compromised. | ||

| There's an old saying that said, there are more tears shed for answered prayers than for unanswered. | ||
| And we're about to find that out in a federal court in Washington, D.C., where today, this morning, Dominion Voting Systems dropped a massive lawsuit, $1.3 billion, part of that against Mike Lindell personally, the other against his company, MyPillow. | ||
| Rahim Ghassan, you've had a chance to do a Quick and Dirty here. | ||
| What are your thoughts? | ||
| My favourite thing to do on a Monday morning is to go through a 115-page court filing from Dominion Voting Systems, and that's what I did. | ||
| Plaintiffs vs. Defendants, MyPillow Inc. | ||
| and Michael J. Lindell. | ||
| Now, the first thing that stood out at me from all of this is that by the fourth line of their complaint they used the term, the big lie. | ||
| Now, anybody would know off the bat that that is a left-wing talking point. | ||
| The big lie is a political, a partisan talking point that comes from Mein Kampf, by the way. | ||
| It was first used by Adolf Hitler as a term by which to offend the Jews and put upon the Jews the troubles and travails of what he described as Germany's position rightful place in the world. | ||
| It's basically a defined term or term of art for this entire lawsuit. | ||
| They started off at the very beginning and continued throughout. | ||
| That's right. | ||
| And it's a term that is designed as a means of character assassination, as a means to demonize people. | ||
| Now they use the term, the big lie, no fewer than 31 times in this document. | ||
| It struck me as particularly interesting given the fact that we heard so much about the big lie this weekend from CNN and Brian Stelter went to great lengths to talk about, again as you say, this term of art. | ||
| That jumps off the page. | ||
| There are no coincidences. | ||
| Precisely. | ||
| That jumps off the page. | ||
| Then it's interesting that they want Washington, D.C. | ||
| as jurisdiction. | ||
| That immediately, as far as they would be concerned, puts them on the front foot on all of this. | ||
| A sympathetic judge in Washington, D.C. | ||
| And it's actually interesting because when they make the case for the jurisdiction, you can kind of read between the lines and they're sort of saying, hey, you know, D.C.' 's the right jurisdiction because we've Dominion's been to DC and Mike Lindell's been to DC so it's kind of the fair jurisdiction. | ||
| But what's really interesting about this, remember I said a couple of weeks ago when Mike was on this program is he uh I said what they're really interested in what the left is really interested in and I do count Dominion in there as well because they're using the terminology of the left so let's hold them to their own words. | ||
| What they're really interested in is the character assassination of Mike Lindell because what they don't want Mike Lindell to become is this kind of super wealthy uh MAGA movement donor who's who's supporting all of these causes at the same times. | ||
| So about 100 of these 115 pages are pure character assassination and there's about five pages where they get into the detail. | ||
| The MAC addresses and that kind And that people should know, in the detail though, they do go through absolute proof, they do go through his media appearances, and they cite each one and footnote it, that they say, this is an opinion, an assertion, not a fact. | ||
| And that he has no evidence, and the only evidence that's out there is Mike Lindell's making a fortune going around because the Rubes and the Deplorables movement are buying more pillows than anything. | ||
| Right, but just very quickly, just to clear that up. | ||
| When I talk about getting into the detail, what I mean is the technical detail. | ||
| There's very few pages on that. | ||
| There's a lot of pages about, hey, Mike Lindell went on OAN, and hey, Mike Lindell... There's a lot on that. | ||
| But again, that's designed as a character assassination, and just so people are aware, at the end of this document, the prayer for relief is $1.3 billion, awarding Dominion compensatory damages of not less than $651 million, and punitive damages of not less than $651 million. | ||
| So, Mike, let's go back to you. | ||
| I mean, they have a whole litany of, you know, what you do and how you support conservative causes and how you do this. | ||
| But then they do go through, and it's a small portion of the soup, but they then go through and line out, and they essentially say, everything you've been putting forward, none of it's based in fact, it's all fantasy, and it's really a con to drive your business and make your business more profitable. | ||
| So, once again, what's your response? | ||
| Well, of course, what we can say for sure is the big lie is the big lie. | ||
| You know, the big lie is the big lie, okay? | ||

| But Dominion, you know, you gotta ask yourself this. | ||

| But what I say is, Dominion, I didn't need any more publicity, okay? | ||

| You can sit and send your lawsuit out and try and... You don't believe Joe Biden's the real president of the United States? | ||

| What I've seen and what's out there, Donald Trump got 80 million votes and he got less than 67 million. | ||

| But you do agree that at 12 noon on the 20th of January, he did take the oath of office. | ||
| So whether you agree, he is currently the Commander-in-Chief, the Chief Magistrate, and the head of the government, correct? | ||
| Well, I didn't see it, so I don't know. | ||
| You know, I didn't get to hear the fake news show me that on TV because I never watched one minute of it. | ||

| Why do you need a court when quite frankly the court system has exactly been great for the Trump movement overall in trying to present this? | ||
| Why is your, why is this different? | ||
| Why is this going to be different and you've basically sought this out? | ||
| Well, I guess that, you know, and I asked my attorneys on this about a month ago because I wanted to, I said, why don't we just sue Dominion? | ||
| So they have to show these machines because all the, all that nobody's looking at the evidence, all the federal judges, they'd say, we don't want to look at the evidence. | ||
| The Supreme Court, we don't want to look at the evidence. | ||
| And my lawyer said, no, you need to get them to sue you. | ||
| And I said, I didn't understand it at first, but now I get it. | ||
| So now it's easier for us to show our evidence, to show what we have, and it's also easier in disclosure to get what they have. | ||
| So, I can't see, but I'll tell you what, there is no way that Dominion will slow play this, they will slow play this, and slow play it. | ||
| Now my dare to Dominion is, can we start tomorrow? | ||

| Particularly given this posse, as many times we've had Mike on here and challenged him about the evidence. | ||
| They actually mentioned the three hour film, the one hour of my interview with him to try to press him on the details here. | ||
| We have invited the Dominion folks to come on here and talk about it. | ||
| It is a little unusual in the fact that they do get to the facts, and I just want to make sure people understand this. | ||
| They say basically everything Mike Lindell said is phony. | ||
| From the, you know, you got data flowing back and forth through, you know, China and Italy and Germany, and they say, hey, our data does not even go through cross-county lines. | ||
| So, I mean, they're pretty specific with this. | ||
| What's surprising, though, is This all-out assault on Mike Lindell to make him like an evil genius, right? | ||
| He's brilliant, he's a card count, he's a mathematician, but he's pushed the big lie to make big dollars. | ||
| Yeah, that's exactly what they're alleging here. | ||
| They're alleging, effectively, that Mike Lindell is so brilliant that he can't think of any other ways to sell pillows but to concoct a big lie about a defrauded national election cycle. | ||
| That is kind of brazenly partisan on the face of it. | ||
| It doesn't actually make much sense. | ||
| Mike Lindell is a Bond villain. | ||
| Essentially, right? | ||
| But if you think about it, if you really think about it, the money that Mike Lindell has personally spent to do all of this would have been better placed in targeted marketing, would have been better placed in getting buyers at big box stores to continue carrying his products. | ||
| You know, that would have made him more money in the long run. | ||
| What they're effectively saying is that he's weaponizing an election to sell pillows. | ||
| It doesn't make sense on the face of it. | ||
| You implied something, and maybe I am taking too much from it. | ||
| You implied that since Stelter did the big lie yesterday, Sunday, and obviously when you read this lawsuit this has been done for a while. | ||
| That somehow Stelter either saw this lawsuit, or is communicating with Dominion, or knew something about it, because that's what we refer to at Breitbart in here as prepping the battlefield, right? | ||
| You get the nomenclature out there, you get that into the ether, and then the next day you drop something that uses the term big lie 31 times. | ||
| Is that in the construct we have of no coincidences? | ||
| Is that a coincidence? | ||
| Well, I'll add to that a little bit further as well. | ||
| It was only an hour ago that Brian Stalter tweeted about the MyPillow suit. | ||
| So not only has he been out this weekend, as you say, prepping the battlefield with the terms of art, he's also now followed that up by linking the two together for his audience. | ||
| It was early this morning That his article was published on the CNN business website and the article literally begins by saying the results of a poll reaffirmed that Donald Trump's big lies are now part of the bedrock of the Republican Party and he gets zoned for about 800 words on that topic. | ||
| Okay, we've got two huge breaking stories. | ||
| One's the Mike Lindell lawsuit, and the other is what came out of Mar-a-Lago this weekend. | ||
| The President of the United States has actually broke the story. | ||
| Guardian had it as his lead story. | ||
| Love to get those articles up when we can, guys, after we bring Cortez in. | ||
| Donald J. Trump has told his inner circle, I am the presumptive nominee in 2024. | ||
| I am the head of the Republican Party. | ||
| I'm taking the Republican Party in a direction that's not going to take back the country from the Democrats, but save the Republic. | ||
| You know, there are no conspiracies, but there are no coincidences. | ||
| Our own Steve Cortez was in Mar-a-Lago. | ||
| The reason is, I saw the receipts. | ||
| I saw the great shot of the family down there with President Trump. | ||
| So, Cortez, what did you guys talk about? | ||
| It must have been pretty meaningful since, I've got to tell you, Axios is on fire today, the Guardian's on fire, and they're not happy. | ||
| Trump is roaring back, and the CPAC speech is going to lay out his program for 2022 and beyond, sir. | ||
| He is certainly roaring right now, as well he should be. | ||
| Here's the reality, Steve. | ||
| Donald Trump is the dominant and indispensable leader of the Republican Party and the America First movement because the GOP of the 2020s has been transformed, primarily through his leadership, into a populist nationalist workers' cause. | ||
| Now, the only people who aren't aware or won't acknowledge that reality, Steve, are swamp dinosaur office holders in the halls of Congress, many of whom happen to be Republican, and then biased media hacks in New York newsrooms. | ||
| The rest of America, Republican voters out there, Concur on this point and to put some data behind that, according to Axios polling, which was taken on January 13th, so five weeks ago, that was the day Donald Trump was impeached, 92% of Trump voters said they want him to be the nominee in 2024. | ||
| That's pretty astounding considering it's four years away and although he's incredibly fit, he's 74 years old. | ||
| Just today, a new poll dropped from USA Today and Suffolk, and they asked a similar question, and only 12% of Republicans said they did not want him to be the nominee in 2024, largely validating the Axios poll. | ||
| So the reality is, while the mainstream media and some dinosaur politicians like Mitch McConnell and Liz Cheney, while they want to talk about a supposed civil war within the Republican Party, I will concede that that may be the case among legacy officeholders and among some people in the donor class. | ||
| But among the voters, the people who Donald Trump is going to be speaking to on Sunday at CPAC and throughout the country, among voters, this is case closed. | ||
| We are an America first party and our leader is Donald Trump. | ||
| I want to go into some of that math, too, because, you know, we're going to have Rainer Jackson, the great black entrepreneur and head of the Black Entrepreneurs Group, trying to get him on this afternoon or maybe tomorrow to talk about these kind of moves you saw in the polling yesterday of working class blacks, I think, over doubling their support for President Trump, but also the Hispanics. | ||
| And talk about the depth. | ||
| We talk about the rear ground value all the time. | ||
| It's bigger than that. | ||
| It's in Los Angeles. | ||
| If you look around, in your analysis, here's the thing. | ||
| You got Perez ahead of the DNC saying it's foreign influence. | ||
| It's foreign influence. | ||
| They are scared to their core because right now Trump's policies are winning. | ||
| Yeah, they don't have a policy answer. | ||
| So instead, they cast aspersions. | ||
| What Perez said, the former head of the DNC, that was just detestable, really. | ||
| And it was so condescending toward Hispanics that we didn't make our own decisions to rally to the America First agenda. | ||
| Instead, we were hoodwinked or somehow duped by foreign actors of misinformation. | ||
| It's really absurd. | ||
| But he has reason to worry. | ||
| And you're right. | ||
| We talk a lot about the Rio Grande Valley, and that is an incredible story. | ||
| But this is a nationwide story. | ||
| For example, Steve, in the Bronx, the president doubled his raw vote total from 2016 to 2020. | ||
| And he also on margin, meaning on percentage basis, he gained double digits in the Bronx, which is 90% minority. | ||
| Los Angeles County, by far the largest county in America, the president gained 500,000 raw votes and he gained four percentage points on margin versus 2016. | ||
| Of course, in Florida, the main factor that pushed President Trump over the top in that key state, which ended up not really being a battleground state, he won it by almost 400,000 votes. | ||
| The key factor was the Hispanic vote, which he split evenly 50-50 according to CNN exit polling statewide. | ||
| So what we see right now It's astounding. | ||
| and working class Americans of all ethnicities and all races. | ||
| But when it comes to Hispanics, we see them rallying to this America first populist nationalist economic agenda. | ||
| And it's happening from the barrios of Los Angeles to the Rio Grande Valley, to Calle Ocho in Miami. | ||
| It's astounding. | ||
| It's one of the key reasons, Steve, that despite the fact that Joe Biden is president of the United States right now, and he should not be, because we do not believe he won the legal votes. | ||
| But despite that very unfortunate fact right now, the reason I am so optimistic going forward, one of the primary reasons, is this growth among constituencies and geographies, which were not previously Republican. | ||
| The party has been transformed, and because of that, the opportunity going forward, 2022, 2024, and beyond, to me, is almost immeasurable. | ||
| Also, we've got to say, around the friendly confines of Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, if you're doing raw vote increases in the Bronx, that tells you something about your policies. | ||
| And here's the thing, this shows the lie that this is not about race, it's not about ethnicity, this is about economic and really law and order policy. | ||
| Hispanics and African Americans are responding to that. | ||
| Amnesty Bill. | ||
| Because here's what they're going to try to do is the Amnesty Bill is their answer and the $15 minimum wage where it is so radical what they've proposed and I felt so good that you were there this weekend because Lindsey Graham, you know Lindsey Graham's down there and you know he's all over the president on the Dream Act and DACA and all that. | ||
| Walk through your analysis of the Amnesty Bill and how we absolutely have to stop every aspect of it. | ||
| 100%. | ||
| And by the way, I made the case vigorously to President Trump that, and by the way, these are his instincts and his defaults anyway, but I made the case that we need to vigorously hold the line on immigration and on border control because of all the proposals, all the things that President Biden has already done and all the proposals that he has set forth, to me, the most damaging are in relation to the border. | ||
| And by the way, I'm not alone in that opinion. | ||
| Let's go to polling again. | ||
| Let's go to the numbers. | ||
| Morning Consult did a poll of the dozens of executive orders that President Biden has signed. | ||
| They polled 28 of them. | ||
| Of the bottom seven, five of the bottom seven in terms of popularity were related to border and immigration. | ||
| By far the least popular Executive order that he has signed so far is massively opening up America to new refugees, about six times the total that Donald Trump was allowing on a yearly basis. | ||
| In a time of pandemic, Americans very smartly say that the last thing America needs right now is open borders. | ||
| But that's exactly what Joe Biden is proposing via the Congress. | ||
| And he does have support from the Democratic leadership in both the House and the Senate. | ||
| They won't ever use the phrase open borders, but that is the de facto reality. | ||
| Let's get specific. | ||
| What has Biden already done? | ||
| He's already suspended deportations. | ||
| He's already starting to dismantle Donald Trump's very effective Remain in Mexico policy to prevent the abuse of our country's generous asylum laws. | ||
| And what I really believe, and I wrote an editorial about this at National Impulse, posted it in Rahim's fantastic website, I really think that a border crisis is, and I say that it's looming, it has really already started if we look at the data. | ||
| So unfortunately, while the Congress dithered in a ridiculous and farcical impeachment vote, what they should have been doing is worrying about what is happening right now at our southern border. | ||
| Let me give you some of the numbers. | ||
| This is directly from Border Patrol. | ||
| At our southern border, January of 2021 versus Jan of 2020. | ||
| Illegal apprehensions of adults are up 182%, went from just over 86,000 a year ago to 244,000 right now in January of 2021. | ||
| Now, why is that, Steve? | ||
| Well, it's because people very smartly respond to incentives. | ||
| 4,000 right now in January of 2021. | ||
| Now, why is that, Steve? | ||
| Well, it's because people very smartly respond to incentives. | ||
| Every good economist knows this. | ||
| And the people in Latin America would be illegal trespassers into our country are very smartly responding to the incentives of Joe Biden of number one, you're not going to be deported. | ||
| Number two, you can likely remain here forever and have citizenship via amnesty. | ||
| Let me give you one sector in specific and tie this back into policy. | ||
| This is also very, very critical. | ||
| You can again start to abuse American asylum laws. | ||
| You can claim that you're an asylum refugee when in fact you are not. | ||
| Let me give you one sector in specific and tie this back into policy. | ||
| So I said there's 244,000 apprehensions in total in the month of January. | ||
| 31,000 of those were in Del Rio, Texas. | ||
| Now, Del Rio is pretty, that is a border section for Customs and Border Patrol. | ||
| The town of Del Rio, Texas is in the middle of a mostly farming and agricultural area. | ||
| It's next to Laughlin Air Force Base. | ||
| They saw the highest percentage increase of any sector of 349% year-over-year, went from 7,000 apprehensions in January of 2020 to 31,000 in January of 2021. | ||
| Now, let me connect this to politics because Del Rio, Texas is in Val Verde County of Texas. | ||
| That is 75% Hispanic. | ||
| Donald Trump won Val Verde County by 10 percentage points in 2020. | ||
| After losing it by 8% back in 2016. | ||
| He gained 18% on margin in a border county that is 75% Hispanic. | ||

| Okay, one of the business leaders of the conservative populist nationalist movement, Michael Lindell, has been sued in federal court in D.C. | ||
| by Dominion Voting Systems for $1.3 billion. | ||

| Also, Supreme Court just denied President Trump's bid to block access to his financial records, I guess, by the Manhattan D.A. | ||
| I want to now go back to Steve Cortez. | ||
| Steve, just in finishing up here, the radical nature of what they're putting forward. | ||
| One is that, I believe, for the millions of deportations under President Trump, they're actually having the State Department, I think, contact the countries. | ||
| Everybody that's deported gets to come back in on their bill, and then Biden has been adamant Right, as other senators have too, has been adamant that they want to give full health care to illegal aliens, correct? | ||
| I just want to make sure people understand how radical these proposals are that they're putting forward. | ||
| No, that's exactly correct. | ||
| And listen, this would be a bad idea in the best of times in the United States, Steve. | ||
| The idea that Biden is proposing this and to some degree already enacting this in a time of pandemic, in a time of a tenuous and fragile economic recovery, It's just the worst idea we could ever come up with. | ||
| And, you know, to put numbers behind this too, which I think is so important, Peter Navarro just put out an excellent report. | ||
| I was honored to write the foreword to that immigration report. | ||
| I know you had him on the show to talk about it. | ||
| I'll just give you one quick aspect of it. | ||
| He details in that report how as a country, state, local, federal level, we spend a total of $60 billion on education alone. | ||
| Of illegals, of children who do not belong here or anchor babies. | ||
| So illegal immigration, the explicit cost, the opportunity costs, all of it are staggering. | ||
| And what Joe Biden is inviting right now is literally a human tsunami of illegal migrants to come to this country. | ||
| It has already started. | ||
| You know, I mentioned the border statistics that are alarming already. | ||
| Once it gets a bit warmer into springtime, I really fear that this could explode into an all-out crisis at the worst possible time for the citizens of the United States. | ||
| This is going to swamp, this tsunami is going to swamp working-class Hispanic and African-American families. | ||
| Okay, let's go to the politics. | ||
| You're down in Mar-a-Lago. | ||
| President comes forward, Axios reporting, people around him saying, hey, he's saying, I'm the presumptive nominee in 2024, so CPAC, you don't need to have a poll. | ||
| Number two, I'm taking charge of the Republican Party and, you know, I'm going to be, he's going to, you know, Have vengeance on his opponents. | ||
| I think it's really he's getting people very focused on the fact of what we stand for and what that's going to be driving the future in 2022 and 2024. | ||
| What say you, Mr. Steve Cortez? | ||
| Correct, Steve. | ||
| Listen, President Trump is going to be absolutely instrumental. | ||
| He will be the main driver, I believe, of who will win Republican primaries in the early part of 2022 and then ultimately take back at least the House, perhaps the Senate as well, but not just take them back with squished Republicans. | ||
| But take them back with America First Republicans. | ||
| So we're going to elect people who are not like Liz Cheney or Adam Kinzinger or Mitch McConnell. | ||
| No, we're going to elect America First Republicans who believe in our movement. | ||
| And Steve, look, this is to be expected to some degree. | ||
| This movement is so young, is still so new, that there are a lot of legacy officeholder problems, quite frankly. | ||
| A lot of those folks were revealed, some of them who pretended, for purposes of political expediency, they pretended to believe in our movement because they wanted to come along for the ride. | ||
| They have now largely been revealed, much of it by the latest sham impeachment. | ||
| Those people who have been revealed now need to be replaced. | ||
| And President Trump, far more than any other person or any other force in this country, is going to determine who those correct candidates are. | ||
| So I encouraged him when I was there with him. | ||
| And he certainly seems to be taking up this mantle of leadership. | ||
| He's going to be the most consequential former president in American history by far. | ||
| He's going to continue to shape his party into 2022. | ||
| We will take the Congress with America first Republicans and pave the way for the 2024 election. | ||
| Whether he is the nominee, which I certainly hope he will be, but whether it is Donald Trump or some other America first Republican presidential nominee, 2022 will pave the way for victory in 24. | ||
| I just want to make sure people know about your chalk talks, the whiteboards, all of that. | ||
| How do people get access to you and increasing access to you? | ||
| Because your voice is now, I think, even becoming more important as we get into, first off, addressing what happened on November 3rd. | ||
| Remember, you and I are both absolutely locked in this, that Biden is illegitimate. | ||
| OK, he's illegitimate. | ||
| Not saying he didn't take the oath of office, not saying he's not commander in chief. | ||
| He's the chief executive, he's the chief magistrate, he's all those things. | ||
| But it's illegitimacy, and every day that number builds. | ||
| Now, CNN's sitting there going, you're pushing the big lie. | ||
| We're saying, hey, it's all facts, and anytime you want to debate the facts, we're right here, we'll go through them with you. | ||
| But how are people going to, what are you doing? | ||
| I know you've got the radio show, you're pushing for these whiteboards. | ||
| Walk through that, how do people get access to it, and what else are you going to do? | ||
| Sure. | ||

| Because what Biden's doing, what he's inviting into our country right now is so incredibly dangerous. | ||

| I'm not ready to announce any of them quite yet, but I hope to very shortly. | ||
| But listen, I really want to be a leader, a voice for deplorables of all ethnicities, of all races, but particularly for this emerging Hispanic majority. | ||
| And I really do believe there's now a Hispanic majority that supports America first principles. | ||
| When you look at the, for example, Steve, there's 100 Hispanic majority counties in America. | ||
| Donald Trump won 40, this is according to Politico, Donald Trump won 44% of the vote in those 100 counties. | ||
| So what we see right now is a generational transformation among Hispanics. | ||
| I'm gonna continue to do my best to persuade my fellow Hispanics that they have a bright future in this country as citizens of a great Republic that elects leaders who are willing to assert American sovereignty. | ||
| This is why this is so important, why Cortez is such a key player. | ||
| Because the Democrats are coming with that amnesty bill thinking they can counter the America First, MAGA movement popularity of working class Hispanics and African Americans with putting out this bill that gives citizenship to anywhere from 11 million to 20 million. | ||
