Well, the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Probably warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the U.S., Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the U.S.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.

We have to prepare for the worst always because if you don't and the worst happens.

War Room. Pandemic. Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
The company account after its CEO Mike Lindell used the page they say to continue posting.
This comes as Twitter permanently banned Lindell's personal account last week.
Joining us now to discuss is the founder and CEO of MyPillow and the author of the book, What Are the Odds?
Mike Lindell.
Mike, thank you so much for joining us and welcome.
So what happened with your Twitter account and the company page?
Well, first mine was taken down because we have all the election fraud with these Dominion machines.
We have 100% proof.
And then when they took it down about three weeks ago, and then put it back up, my personal... Mike, thank you very much.
Mike, you're talking about machines that we at Newsmax have not been able to verify any of.
Those kinds of allegations.
We just want to let people know that there's nothing substantive that we've seen.
And let me read you something there.
While there were some clear evidence of some cases of both fraud and election irregularities, the election results in every state were certified and Newsmax accepts the results as legal and final.
The courts have also supported that view.
So we wanted to talk to you about canceling culture, if you will.
We don't want to relitigate the allegations that you're making, Mike, because we understand where you are.
So let me ask you this.
Do you think that this should be temporary because it appears to be permanent?
Could you make an argument that it is temporary?
What?
Could you make an argument that this could be a temporary banning rather than permanent?
No, I want it to be a permanent because you know what?
They did this because I'm revealing all the evidence on Friday of all the election fraud with these machines.
So I'm sorry if you think it's not, but it's real.
Can I ask our producers, can we get out of here please?
I don't want to have to keep going over this.
We at Newsmax have not been able to verify any of those allegations.
Mike, hold on a second.
Everybody hold on a second.
Mike, Mike, hold on one second.
Let's talk a little bit about just what is happening overall in terms of censorship.
Okay.
out my company and myself in this country. It's canceled culture. They're trying to cancel me out. And you ask the question, why did they cancel that?
Because I have evidence of the machine. I'm going to reveal it all on Friday.
All right.
Well, Mike, I think a lot of folks understand that.
A lot of folks feel that they are being censored as well, especially conservatives.
They think something needs to be done about it.
We have the New York Times saying now that the Biden administration should have a czar, a reality czar.
So we're definitely headed down a dangerous road.
Mike, we really appreciate you joining us.
We know that lots of folks support you all across this country.
Thank you.
steve bannon
Yeah, we so appreciate, we so appreciate you coming on.
We give you the hook.
I don't think I've ever seen a host.
I think Newsmax a couple years ago had a host that walked off the, walked off the stage, but I have not seen, calling Chris Ruddy.
It's just absolutely incredible.
You talk about cancel culture.
If you're going to have the guy on, you can't tell him what he's going to talk about, what he's not going to talk about, right?
That was the Michael and Dell, an American original on Newsmax a little while ago, talking about why Twitter You know what, Steve?
This is it.
Rahim and Jack Pesovic thoughts observations. We got Rosemary Gibson talk about You know what Steve?
Cameron Wallace got no control over this production I see Okay, we're going to come and talk about, we're going to come and talk about Lindell, obviously, in a little while.
We're going to try to get Mike on.
Mike, as soon as he gets free, he's traveling, he's going to come on the show, so we're going to try to get him before the end of the broadcast.
Now I want to go to Rosemary Jenks from Numbers USA.
Rosemary, we talked the other day, the huge amnesty bill that they put forth the first day, this kind of landmark to basically give path of citizenship between 11 million and, I don't know, 25 million illegal aliens in the country was stopped because they realized they couldn't push this thing through because of the deplorables and others sitting there going, this is not acceptable.
It looks like they've broken it up today.
What executive orders?
that they're sitting there saying they took the axe to all of Trump's immigration policies, just about all of them.
And so what did we have today?
They said they're providing a path, a streamlined pathway for citizenship for eight million illegal aliens, and they've taken the axe to President Trump's executive orders.
What is going on?
unidentified
Well, there's certainly, and it's great to be with you, by the way, Steve, there have been a slew of executive orders in the last couple of weeks.
Today's were not actually about amnesty.
What the 9 million, you know, special pathway thing was, was actually lawful permanent residence to naturalization.
So supposedly, and again, the text of the executive orders that were signed today have not been released yet.
So we don't know exactly what they're doing, but They have said that they're going to ease the path to naturalization for people who are otherwise eligible, so lawful permanent residents.
They don't have executive authority, and I think they recognize that they don't have executive authority to give permanent residents and thus the path to citizenship to illegal aliens, which is why their DACA executive order last week Just said, you know, we're directing a review and the Secretary of Homeland Security will preserve and fortify DACA however he sees fit.
So, I mean, these are all very vague orders, but they are absolutely trying to dismantle everything that President Trump did on immigration, and they're doing it systematically.
And, you know, the bottom line will be when we see the regulations coming out from the Department of Homeland Security, we'll know exactly what they're doing.
But there's no question that this is all about opening the borders and dismantling our immigration enforcement system.
steve bannon
OK, I want to go back to that big Amnesty bill.
Do you agree that that the overall bill to try to force citizenship on 20 up to 25 million illegal aliens, that as one whole legislative package is essentially dead and they're trying to carve it up into different pieces and put it through through executive order, or at least what they feel they can put through through executive order?
unidentified
Yeah, I mean, the bill that they sent and are having Senator Menendez introduced, and I think he's still going to introduce it, It is so over the top that I mean it's just laughable.
It's basically amnesty for everyone who's here and nothing else.
No enforcement, no border security, nothing else.
Just amnesty for literally every illegal alien.
And so I mean there's no sane person Could accept that.
I don't even think I think there would actually be a handful, not very many, but a handful of Democrats who would say, no, this is a bridge too far.
steve bannon
And so knowing they can't do that, and maybe that's one of those bills they put forward just as a statement bill, how are they going to get over the big hurdle of amnesty for illegal aliens, full amnesty, full citizenship?
How are they going to get around that problem?
Because you can't do that by executive fiat, correct?
That's a statutory change.
unidentified
Right, right.
So it sounds like there are two paths that they're looking at.
The first one is, I guess, a group of 100 Democrats in the House have asked that the an amnesty for all illegal essential workers, everybody who's got DACA or all dreamers, and everyone who has temporary protected status be given a path to citizenship in the COVID bill.
So you know, the one that they're talking about doing on on reconciliation, so with only 51 votes in the Senate, that it hasn't been done yet.
They have not added that into the text of the bill yet.
But of course, that the text is still being developed.
If they do that, there will be, I think, an uprising because that's, you know, five to seven million illegal aliens, depending on how you define essential workers.
And of course, they would include everyone in agriculture, everyone who's, you know, even looks at a food product in their line of work, along with a whole lot of others.
So that would be a huge amnesty.
Probably at least double the size of the 1986 amnesty.
The other path that they're talking about is Dick Durbin and Lindsey Graham are planning to reintroduce the DREAM Act, their straight-up DREAM Act, which would give amnesty to about 3 million people, illegal aliens, who supposedly came here when they were young and were brought here by their parents and all the nonsense that we hear.
They're going to introduce that.
And supposedly use that as the starting point for negotiations.
Now the DREAM Act, as it will be introduced, will not have any enforcement measures in it.
So the question there is, will Republicans accept that amnesty without any kind of enforcement?
So essentially you're inviting the next wave of illegal immigration, which we're already seeing happen coming from Central America, and you're not doing anything to stop that, but you're putting out a big welcome sign for huge numbers more to come in illegally.
It's going to be a tough road no matter how they do this, but yes, they're going to break this up and try it in any way they can.
steve bannon
You know, years ago you could tell who the leadership was in fighting this.
Who is the leadership today, as you pointed out, for our audience?
Who are a couple of congressmen or women or people in the Senate, senators?
Who should people look to for, besides Numbers USA, CIS, these great institutions and organizations we have, who as elected officials should people look to?
I think in the Senate, the two people to look at are Ted Cruz and Tom Cotton.
I think they will both be leading on this.
unidentified
that's sane and rational and helps working-class African-Americans and working-class Hispanics? I think in the Senate the two people to look at are Ted Cruz and Tom Cotton. I think they will both be leading on this. They are both extremely solid in opposing amnesty, so I think they will be the leaders to Ted Cruz, obviously, is on the Judiciary Committee, but I think Tom Cotton will be a strong voice from the Senate floor.
We have a good group in the House with the House Freedom Caucus.
Most of the House Freedom Caucus, I won't say all, is opposed to amnesty, and I think we'll be fighting hard against this.
So, you know, we will have some strong voices.
We're not going to have a voice like Jeff Sessions was in the 2013 Gang of Eight fight.
Because, you know, he was willing to dedicate all of his time to that fight.
So, you know, I hope we'll get close to that level of commitment with Cruz and Cotton.
I think we might get close to it.
But, you know, this is going to be a fight because the Democrats are going to keep trying until they get something through or until they get closer to re-election and then they will stop.
steve bannon
Rosemary, how do they get to, for people to keep up on all the nuances that you have, what is NumbersUSA?
How do people get there?
What do they look for?
And then what are your social media coordinates?
unidentified
Go to numbersusa.com and there's a join us button on the top left of the homepage.
You can click that and you will get onto our email list and we'll send you updates on everything we're doing, everything that the administration is doing.
We are on Twitter at NumbersUSA.
We're on Facebook.
And I'm sure we're on a few others as well.
But those are the ones that I know.
So but the most important thing is join our email list so we can keep you informed.
And we can also give you ways to contact your members of Congress and tell them how you feel about this big Biden amnesty plan.
steve bannon
Rosemary Jenks, thank you very much.
Honored to have you on.
unidentified
One of the great patriots and warriors out there.
steve bannon
I want everybody in this audience, everybody, I want you to get to Numbers USA.
I want you to sign up.
I want you to get the details.
These are the facts.
You're going to need it.
You're going to need to be a force multiplier.
We need everybody signed up.
Raheem, I'll start with you on this amnesty.
We've stopped the overall bill, but they're bound and determined, Jack and Raheem, to get this through.
Thoughts?
raheem kassam
Well, I'm still of the view that they're going to try and repackage this up at some point.
And not in its current form.
What they're going to try and do is take out the most important parts of them, take out the most contentious parts, and then repackage it up and tie it to something else.
steve bannon
Slide it into the COVID bill.
raheem kassam
Exactly.
Tie it to something else.
Slide it into the COVID bill.
steve bannon
You've seen this in the UK many times.
raheem kassam
Oh, all the time.
All the time.
I mean, this is how governments get the business of government done.
I know we've got a short time, Jack.
unidentified
No, exactly right.
They're either going to break this up into a constellation, or you're going to see other situations like this Gang of Ten go over to make quote-unquote carve-outs, but they're going to finally get to the same destination they always meant to.
steve bannon
This is signal, not noise.
You've got to stay all over the amnesty.
Remember, working-class Hispanics voted in record numbers for President Trump down in the Rio Grande Valley, where they're facing this every day.
It was heroic what happened down there.
Working class African-Americans, working class blacks are at the cutting edge of having to bear the brunt of the open borders, illegal alien labor.
unidentified
So we're going to continue to stay on top of this with Rosemary Jenks and others.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to talk about the President's reply.
It came in this afternoon at noon.
It came in at noon.
unidentified
I'm Newton Borris Epstein. I'll be here with the team to go through it.
War Room Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K. Bannon.
raheem kassam
And for those of you who care about the future of the conservative movement and as a secondary to that the Republican Party, this part is very important.
It says, quote, in the words of Representative Liz Cheney, the House Republican Conference Chair, and it goes to quote her, it says, the President of the United States summoned this mob, assembled the mob, and lit the flame of this attack.
Everything that followed was his doing.
None of this would have happened without the President.
The President could have immediately and forcefully intervened to stop the violence.
He did not.
There has never been a greater betrayal by a President of the United States of America to his office and his oath to the Constitution.
Citation.
Liz Cheney.
I will vote to impeach the President January 12, 2021.
Do you want anybody within the Conservative movement who the Democrats can use as their first?
It was their first and their second reference was Mitch McConnell and that's page three.
That's on page three.
Their first and second citations are Liz Cheney and Mitch McConnell.
steve bannon
Are we now, is the War Room, like, promoting this podcast?
I mean, I got you live.
Why do I need, no, I'm just kidding.
It was, by the way, it's brilliant.
You're the first one.
raheem kassam
It's an hour long.
steve bannon
You're the first one to find, today, you're the first guy to say that on page three, and this is for the guys in Wyoming, and for tomorrow's leadership fight, you got Liz Cheney, as we said, they're going to be using every 30-second spot you're going to see in 2022.
And Mitch McConnell, you're two, two leaders, right?
Number three in the House and the majority leader.
In the document, the prosecution document, the prosecution document, Mr. Jack Posobiec.
unidentified
Look, Steve, what did I say yesterday, even before we had this document?
I said the second impeachment is even more important than the first because the second impeachment is the battle for the soul of the Republican Party that will determine the direction of the Republic.
Now, I do want to also jump in before we go off too far on this.
We have huge news out of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Resignation.
Kathy Bookvar, the Secretary of State.
steve bannon
Radical, radical.
unidentified
Radical Democrat Kathy Bookvar.
All of the irregularities decided to circumvent the Constitution, decided to circumvent the state legislature when it came to those mail-in ballots.
Kathy is resigning as of effective Friday, February 5th.
Kathy Bookvar will no longer be the Secretary of State because she tried to circumvent the Constitution yet again regarding a constitutional amendment.
She did not follow her duty.
And by the way, by the way, we're also hearing that not only do Republicans want to investigate this, but that Attorney General Josh Shapiro wants to become governor.
steve bannon
President Josh Shapiro.
unidentified
Oh, yeah, eventually.
steve bannon
President Josh Shapiro.
unidentified
Governor as a stepping stone on the way to the White House.
That he might be involved in this as well.
steve bannon
John Eastman, if Pence's people had the common courtesy of showing their draft letter to John Eastman, and the brain guys are working on this, they said, no, you're actually incorrect here.
And Corman and the Senate of Pennsylvania have asked for it to be reverted back to them because of Bookvar.
She's the one that subverted the Constitution up there.
All they asked for is to send it back.
We got to review it.
We think she forwarded it to you unconstitutionally.
And now there's a scalp.
She's gone.
If they had just sent the draft so it could be reviewed and you could see the mistakes they made in it.
Boris, I want to bring you in.
You were there at the beginning of all 77 days.
How big a deal, given all the fights you guys had, how big a deal is it that Buchvar has resigned?
They got a scalp up there in Pennsylvania.
boris epshteyn
It's a big deal, Steve.
Great to be with you as always.
Jack Rahim, how are you gentlemen?
Happy Groundhog Day.
It's a great, it's a great big deal because remember, Kathy Buchvar was the respondent on the Pennsylvania lawsuits.
The lawsuit in federal court, the lawsuit in state court in Pennsylvania, the lawsuits that talked about the 700,000 mail-in absentee ballots that were counted without being supervised, the lawsuit that focused on Article 2, on her going against our Constitution,
And putting forward and imposing rules about the presidential election in Pennsylvania, even though it's only the legislature which is allowed to promulgate rules, to set in place rules about how presidential elections are held under Article 2 of the Constitution.
So it's a big deal, and to me, it's an admission by the Democrats They absolutely cheated in this election.
Kathy Boockvar knows that something smelled up there in Pennsylvania, and she doesn't want to be around when the receipts fully come out.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to go now to the bid and the ask.
They had the prosecution lay out, what is it, 80 pages?
This emotional... 85.
85 pages, but it was like the Ari Melvers script.
You absolutely nailed it.
Like they came off the specials at MSNBC to eviscerate Donald J. Trump in front of the American people, in the eyes of the world, and then you had the President's response.
Tell us what the bid and the ask is in this, Mr. Boris Epstein.
boris epshteyn
So the prosecution side was all emotion coming after the president.
They actually somewhat ignored the events of January 6th to a degree because they know that there was no direct incitement.
The president said march peacefully and patriotically.
So they try to indict the president, go after the president for everything that happened from November 4th through January 6th.
And they used that disgusting term, the big lie, coined by Adolf Hitler to claim that election fraud and voter fraud was non-existent.
Well, if it was a big lie, why is Kathy Bookmar in Pennsylvania resigning?
So, that is the prosecution.
They went full on the offense, full emotion, trying to put President Trump out of American public life for good.
On the defense, there was a lot of focus on the constitutionality of the process, which we know it's unconstitutional to have a trial of a former president.
There was some focus on the fact that there was no incitement, and then there was very limited focus on the fact that there was election fraud, was voter fraud.
There was some paragraphs where the defense said, you know, Admitted in part denied in part. I wasn't a huge fan of that I thought they should have denied everything even the facts just say we deny because you could what you could say is you could take what the prosecution has put forward and say that because They spun in particular where you denying everything. So I wasn't a big fan of saying anything was a headed I hang on hang on hang hang hang on hang on I want to go back to your three verticals.
steve bannon
You've laid out a very logical thing the way it should be argued in three verticals.
On a scale from one to ten, ten being the toughest and strongest, I want to go through your three verticals and rate where they stand on a scale from one to ten.
unidentified
Sure.
boris epshteyn
On constitutionality, they're at a 10.
It's unconstitutional to try a former president.
On incitement, I think it's pretty clear.
The facts are clear.
And the way that it was put forward in the defense's brief was okay.
I'd give that a 7.5.
And then on voter fraud, they He used the First Amendment so much, they relied on the First Amendment, saying, well, it's unclear whether the President was lying or not.
He has the right under the First Amendment to claim that there was voter fraud, instead of going out there and talking about election fraud, voter fraud.
So I can't give that one more than a two or three.
steve bannon
But my point is, they were making a First Amendment case on your third vertical.
They were not sitting there and saying, this thing was stolen, and we can show it was stolen, and we will show it was stolen.
I just want to make sure the audience understands.
Is that correct?
That they were making a First Amendment argument that he could argue this, right?
And that wouldn't be instigating... That was protected speech.
He's talking about protected speech, right?
boris epshteyn
They did allude to the fact that under Article 2, there was unlawful activity, and the election may have been stolen.
There may have been vulnerabilities, and there was other verbiage that they used, but there was that direct wording of, this election was stolen, there was voter fraud, there was election fraud.
That is not there in the defense's brief.
The reply briefs are coming next week, so we'll see what's in there.
But right now it appears, and we saw that on Hannity's show last night on Fox, from the defense attorney for President Trump, the 45th president, that the defense is going into it focusing on the constitutional side of it, both in terms of the fact that it is unconstitutional to try to form a president, and that the president, as an American, has the right to a First Amendment
Okay, they're high-fiving on MSNBC and CNN all day.
steve bannon
I mean, they can't be, it's like they're having a festival, okay?
I want to go, you got about a minute, Boris.
Walk through, what do you see as the next steps?
What should the audience be looking for now that these two overall theories of the case have been laid out?
boris epshteyn
As always, signal not the noise, right, Steve?
What they should be looking for is the prosecution now is going to put forward a more in-depth brief that's going to be due early next week on the 8th, then defense on the 9th, and then you're off to trials.
But what you're going to see, I believe, Is the Democrats coming in super hot, attacking President Trump, attacking the MAGA movement, attacking everyday Americans, and saying all of this is terrible, everybody should be condemned, everybody who ever espoused MAGA views should be shamed.
While the defense for the President, it appears as of now, is going to be saying we shouldn't be here in this format, in this forum, let's get out of here, it's unconstitutional.
Now my other issue is, I agree it's unconstitutional.
Why are we not in front of the actual courts claiming that it's unconstitutional and pushing for a temporary restraining order to put the charade to a stop?
I think that's a necessary step that should be happening as well.
unidentified
Look, look Barson, we've only got a minute left here, but what I wanted to say to you is that you're exactly right, but you need to have the president and his team making that defense.
Look, not just against these allegations, but it needs to be a defense of populism, a defense of the MAGA movement.
Again, there is a broader strategic picture here.
They are trying to destroy, to toxify the entire MAGA movement, the entire populist base.
There needs to be a full I agree with you, Jack.
boris epshteyn
I think you've laid it out very well.
It's important to go through what we believe happened in this election.
The voter fraud election for Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Michigan.
Everything we've talked about for months and months, that is absolutely vital.
I think it's important, not just for this trial, but for the survival of the MAGA movement.
steve bannon
Boris, real quickly, 10 seconds, your social media.
boris epshteyn
You got it.
At Boris EP, Boris underscore Epstein, at Boris EP on Twitter, Boris underscore Epstein on Instagram.
Stay strong.
God bless you all.
unidentified
Be back in a minute, Peter and Paul.
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, on a day that Amazon's CEO finally steps down, I guess is that a mini-scalp?
Elon's got him shook.
unidentified
Elon's got him rattled, that's what this is.
steve bannon
The bid and the ask on the trial, you just said it's incumbent now for the President, are you saying that you need the President to come to Washington D.C.
and present his case as part of the advocacy team?
unidentified
I'm saying that the President should look at this as if it's a political campaign.
It is not just you have to have the legal side.
You have to have the lawyers.
You have to have the briefs.
You have to have the receipts, which of course he does.
But at the same time, you need the media angle.
You need the public facing focus on this thing.
This is fourth generation warfare in real time.
jack posobiec
And if he's not firing on all cylinders, Mr. President, Mr. 45th President, they are trying to take down your entire movement and destroy your legacy.
steve bannon
Matt Brainerd came on today, the head of digital in 2016, and said this is asymmetric warfare.
If you see the prosecution's case, which is emotional, ties all this stuff together, you see the president's response.
It's very dry and kind of a legalistic case.
Very bright.
He goes into the key things in the Constitution.
We're going to bring in Navarro in a second, who has the receipts.
But Rahim, your thoughts?
raheem kassam
I just, look, the podcast I did today is an hour of going through the documents that we'll file today.
For the people that don't want to read all these pages themselves, it's summary.
And here are the things you need to pay very close attention to.
For instance, page six, quote, it was never clear who President Trump blamed for this asserted fraud, end quote.
So how can he incite violence against somebody if he wasn't clear about who he was inciting violence against?
Let's go through even further.
Quote, President Trump accused some combination of corrupt state election officials, fraudulent voters, doctored voting machines and unspecified shadowy actors.
End quote.
So not the United States Congress or the people that were within. They say he went for Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
So quite specific claims and not broad brush claims.
And they say but all of these suits were dismissed save for one marginal Pennsylvania suit that did not affect the outcome there.
In fact, they weren't heard. And then finally pay attention to this.
Quote, President Trump tweeted that our highest court is totally incompetent and weak on the massive election fraud that took place in the 2020 presidential election and quote, but there was no attack on the Supreme Court.
So either this and this is this is creating a lot of open goals here.
You know, Man United just won 9-0 against Southampton.
They can win. Trump's team can win 9-0 against the Democrat.
If they address the election fraud details.
unidentified
And here's what I gotta point out is that what Rahim's bringing up is they are making a multi-faceted, multi-layered, asymmetric attack on the president, on the MAGA movement, on all Trump supporters.
If you're only trying to win this in court, okay fine, you might win that, but you're not going to win the broader strategic narrative battle.
steve bannon
That's what's going A grandmaster of unrestricted warfare, the one who turned the guns back on the Chinese Communist Party, particularly trade, is Dr. Peter Navarro of Harvard, the president's top economist on trade and the author of a multi-volume analysis of where the fraud was.
It's now been consolidated into one volume.
I think the working title is Trump won, deal with it.
Peter Navarro, first off, I want to hear Dr. Navarro, your response to the filings today.
Is this asymmetric warfare?
And is the president, who's always best when he's strongest and toughest and boldest, is he doing it?
Is his team serving him well?
peter navarro
His team's not serving him well, as far as I can see so far.
Basoba is absolutely right.
This needs to be a political campaign.
Let me distill this down into its simplest possible campaign attack mode.
What you have is Nancy Pelosi and her impeachment articles basically saying that Trump should be impeached because he made false statements that the election was stolen.
All you need to know then is that if in fact the president had a legitimate belief that the election was in fact stolen, Then he was not making false statements.
He is acquitted.
That must be, that has to be put in the Senate, on the well.
It should be President Trump.
And the Navarro report, the three volumes of the report, are essentially what he needs to take as his legal and political brief.
Steve, now let me just walk you through.
Basically established that across these six battleground states, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, we observed election irregularities that range from outright fraud and ballot mishandling to things like violations of the Equal Protection Clause.
That's there, it's right there in black and white.
When you go to volume two, what you have is a laid out, what the grand Stuff the ballot box strategy of the Democrat Party and operatives like Zuckerberg and Soros.
What they did was change the rules, change the laws, bend the rules, break the laws and the rules sometimes with people like Kathy Boockvar.
And basically the idea was to stuff the ballot box with these absentee and mail-in ballots at the same time that they lowered the level of scrutiny that allowed these phony ballots to get through.
Volume 3 brings it all home.
One matrix is worth a thousand words here, because what it shows across these six states is, by category and subcategory, the number of potentially illegal votes by state.
And when you get to the end of that, you understand that the number of potentially illegal ballots Dwarfs the very narrow Biden victory margins.
President Trump needs to come with a Navarro report in his briefcase, get before the well of the Senate and do what he does best, or have somebody argue this case.
This can't be the Lindsey Graham, oh, it's only due process, please excuse us, because What's going to happen is whatever you see in the Democrat filing, they're going to hit him so hard and try to take him out and take him down in the minds of the public.
So bottom line here, the Navarro report basically is the granularity, the receipts for the demonstration that the article of impeachment based on false statements by the president is dead.
That just doesn't work.
It doesn't work.
When you look at these receipts.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to go first.
If Wisconsin's 20,000 votes, I think Georgia's 12,300 votes, or 12,500 votes, and Arizona's, I think, 8,300 votes, those three in the gun sites, and you could take an entire week, two days in Wisconsin, a couple of days in Georgia, a day or two in Arizona, you know, five or six days, jump in.
unidentified
Yeah, a little bit of breaking news here.
Trending on Twitter right now.
Number two.
Millions of views.
Newsmax, the segment with Mike Lindell talking specifically about all this.
steve bannon
About this thing.
No offense, Newsmax.
I mean, Chris Ruddy, you got great guys over there.
They've done a great job, but that was a disgrace.
You can't have the anchor walk off the set.
That's like the captain leaving the bridge.
raheem kassam
I was going to say, whoever that guy is has just amplified the story, but the stress should be on whoever that guy is, so I have no idea who that actor is.
steve bannon
You can't show disrespect, particularly a guy like Lindell who's been working like crazy on this.
Peter, I want to make sure everybody gets this.
You've consolidated the Immaculate Deception, The Art of the Steal, which is Volume 2, and Trump 1, The Receipts and the Evidence, Volume 3, all into one volume.
I want to make sure that everybody in this audience, as the force multipliers, I want you to go to where Navarro's going to tell you to go.
I want you to read this.
And in fact, I want you to do more than read it.
I want you, you need to study it.
You need to study it and embrace it.
And this is why 87% of the Republican Party knows that something illegitimate, illegal, went on here.
And the rest of the nation is going to know it because we're going to continue to force it out and we do not care what Twitter says and we don't care what Google says and what YouTube says.
It's not relevant.
You need to get it not just to your relatives, your colleagues and friends, but to people that are close to you that think you're a nutcase for talking about this.
That people just say, hey, it's baseless.
You know, CNN tells me it's baseless.
There's no evidence.
It's the big lie.
So, Dr. Navarro, once again, walk people through, how did they get access to this?
How did they download it?
Do you have a cover of this, of title, of Trump 1, working title is Trump 1, deal with it, is, how do people get access to it?
peter navarro
PeterNavarro.com.
PeterNavarro.com.
I finally brought my old website, Adam Mothballs.
I could not use it when I was serving President Trump in the White House, but today it went live.
The complete Navarro report on it.
My Twitter account, Real P Navarro, will have access to it as well.
We'll get it up, Bannon War Room, we'll get it up on National Pulse.
And it's literally just went live.
But this report, really, this is the receipts.
As Bannon says, if you simply, if the President simply will take this information in this report to the well of the Senate and argue this case, Okay, Dr. Navarro, I'm going to go around the horn here.
steve bannon
Hang on a second.
I'm going to go around the horn.
The President's not a lawyer.
This is a trial.
Why do you believe, having been a lecturer at Harvard, why do you believe that Donald Trump, who's a real estate maven and a media personality, why do you say he's got to go to the Wells Senate and he's got to take your report and he's got to sell it?
Why should it be Trump versus the lawyers?
peter navarro
The way I envision it is he leads it off as if it's The Apprentice Show, for example, or a rally, whatever, and then he gets out the opening statement, and then he turns it over to his team, who then bring on, they take it state by state by state, and witness by witness by witness to corroborate everything that is in the Navarro Report that shows that Trump won that election.
He needs to do this, because the Democrats are going to come at him and say he's a liar and a cheat, and he incited people with his false statements.
These statements that he made were based on a reasonable belief, on evidence, that this election was indeed stolen.
As soon as he makes that case ... And by the way, Steve, one last thing.
The American people, half of them already believe him, okay?
Capitol Hill is deathly afraid that the president makes this case, that number will go up.
steve bannon
The people that have heard it are rational human beings and 81% of those believe it.
And 40% of the American people...
peter navarro
Despite the fact, Steve, that the corporate media and the social media oligarchs are doing everything to suppress that and de-platform you and cancel you if you dare breathe a word.
These struggle sessions that you're having now, this disgusts me, Steve, the way these people act in the corporate media and social media.
steve bannon
Okay, Peter, one more time.
This entire audience, I want to download, I want to hear their millions of downloads.
I want to download it.
I want you to download it.
I want you to share it.
I want you to learn it.
I want you to talk about it at the dinner table.
I want you to embrace this.
So next week, during game week, you're sitting there going, hey, that's not right.
This could have happened.
So Peter, once again, how do you download it?
How did it get to your site?
What's your social media?
peter navarro
PeterNavarro.com.
PeterNavarro.com.
Real P. Navarro.
You can go there, and Cortez, by the way, is coming out with a heck of an op-ed over the next 24 hours, and I think he's going to be with you tomorrow afternoon to do a follow-on on this, because he's written now about this report.
PeterNavarro.com.
Real P. Navarro.
This is the most important thing that's going to happen in the next four years, what's going to happen.
The President needs to go hard.
On this in the Senate.
He cannot pursue the Lindsey Graham strategy because if he does that, he's going to be like Aaron Rodgers.
He's going to be sitting at home.
steve bannon
Wow.
Dr. Navarro, thank you very much.
I appreciate you coming on.
raheem kassam
Can I just read for the audience because some are getting the spelling incorrect.
It's Peter.
N-A-V-A-R-R-O.
It's two R's.
PeterNavarro.com.
steve bannon
Peter Navarro.
You've got to go.
You've got to get the report.
Okay, we're going to come back.
I've got to talk to you two guys about this.
Dr. Navarro, thank you very much.
We're going to come back and talk about fourth generation warfare.
And I want to play again the Mike Lindell struggle session today on Newsmax.
All next on War Room Pandemic.
unidentified
We rejoice when there's no more, let's take down the T.T.!
War Room Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, producer, camera, get that Michael and Dale thing ready.
I'm going to give you the trigger.
Okay, I want to go back to the fourth generation warfare, asymmetric warfare.
You just did an hour podcast on this.
Everybody's got to go to Rahim's podcast, listen to the podcast.
I know you guys are doing an amazing job over at One America.
Where do we stand with this right now, given you've seen the bid and the ask, and they're coming to destroy Donald J. Trump.
They don't need a verdict.
They could care less if the Senate convicts him or not.
unidentified
You want to know where we are right now?
I'll tell you where we are right now.
We're at the point where if you're a Trump supporter that took part in the peaceful rally on January 6 and you want to go fly on an airplane right now, you're getting pulled across for secondary screening.
There are people running facial recognition programs on you.
jack posobiec
You're being asked if you're a domestic terrorist by people who have those signs in front of their houses that say, That's where the MAGA movement is at and that is why it is incumbent on the 45th President of the United States to make his return to stand for those people who peacefully had his back.
raheem kassam
Just like, it's Groundhog Day, right?
Just like I said this day of last year.
Again, the Republicans on the Hill haven't even bothered to go through the documents in full yet, right?
Where are the people on television right now going through these documents in full like we had to do with all, remember last year impeachment?
unidentified
They should be destroying it.
raheem kassam
And I had to print everything out.
How many boxes did we have printed out of papers?
Every single one, right?
That's what needs to be done because let me tell you something.
This is a gift from God.
What they have published this morning, the number of gaping holes in it, gives the President's team hours upon hours upon hours of range with this thing.
steve bannon
If you went on offense.
raheem kassam
Of course.
You can't argue this thing by saying, oh, by the way, this is unconstitutional.
unidentified
They're trying to do this hand-waving thing.
Deny, deny, get rid, get rid.
steve bannon
Jack, you first, then Rahim.
Does Trump need to come back to the Capitol and address the Senate?
unidentified
I think the president needs to come back.
I think it's time for him to make his return, not only to answer all of this, but also for the meta-strategic narrative.
Stand up for the people that have been left in the lurch by this.
raheem kassam
There's a place on Pennsylvania Avenue waiting for you.
The beautiful Trump Hotel.
Which was always, you know, the second part.
steve bannon
Make it your headquarters.
raheem kassam
Make it your HQ.
steve bannon
You stay for the whole trial in the grill.
Still your hotel.
And I dare any Republican Senator to vote against him.
Same thing's going to happen to you, it's happened to Liz Cheney.
We dare any Republican senator to find him guilty after this travesty they put forward.
Let's play Lindell for a second.
We're going to go to Groundhog Day, but I want to play Lindell.
Can we get that up?
unidentified
Press conference every morning at Trump Hotel.
steve bannon
Absolutely.
unidentified
Every single morning.
steve bannon
Let's go to Mike Lindell in Newsmax TV today.
unidentified
account after its CEO Mike Lindell used the page they say to continue posting this comes as Twitter permanently banned Lindell's personal account last week joining us now to discuss is the founder and CEO of my pillow and the author of the book what are the odds Mike Lindell Mike thank you so much for joining us and welcome so what happened with your Twitter account and the company page
well first mine was taken down because we have all the election fraud with these Dominion machines We have 100% proof.
And then I, when they took it down about three weeks ago, and then put it back up, my personal, I put it, it was...
So I'm sorry if you think it's not.
Mike, can I ask our producers, can we get out of here please?
I don't want to have to keep going over this.
We at Newsmax have not been able to verify any of those allegations.
Mike, hold on a second.
Everybody hold on a second.
Mike, Mike, hold on one second.
Let's talk a little bit about just what is happening overall.
steve bannon
This is for Newsmax.
Let's go ahead and cut it.
Okay, that's for Newsmax in the full meltdown.
Okay, I want to now go, let's bring in, talk about Groundhog Day.
Let's bring in Groundhog Day.
Captain Bannon, tell us what happened today in Pennsylvania with Poxitany Phil.
maureen bannon
So Pugs Attorney Phil this morning saw his shadow, which means six more weeks of winter despite roughly a foot of snow in Pennsylvania at the time.
There was also another ceremony in Staten Island with Staten Island Chuck and He did not see his shadow, so spring will come early this year, and a little news about Chuck.
steve bannon
Chuck's got an 85% hit ratio.
Poxitante's got 39%, but I thought Chuck was killed by either... Didn't he bite Bloomberg and de Blasio killed him?
unidentified
De Blasio killed another one that was masquerading as Chuck, called Charlotte.
maureen bannon
Chuck bit Mayor Bloomberg back in 2009, so they covered it up and gave Charlotte a chance to, in 2014, and then Bill de Blasio dropped Charlotte, and Charlotte was found in her enclosure on February 9th, dead due to internal injuries.
And now they've been using other, like, relatives of Chuck, or Chuck.
unidentified
They're going after his family now?
Wow, they are New Yorkers, huh?
steve bannon
Mo, we gotta bounce.
Happy birthday, Captain Bannon.
You're born on Groundhog Day.
Thank you for joining us, and we had to jam in.
unidentified
Happy birthday, Captain.
steve bannon
We had to jam in Lindell again, but happy birthday, Captain.
Great contribution.
Six more weeks of winning.
I'm going with Pucks to Tony Phil.
Thanks.
I'm going with Pucks to Tony Phil.
unidentified
I'm a Pennsylvania man.
I gotta go with Phil.
steve bannon
Raheem.
Mo, you're Pucks to Tony Phil?
Mo, who do you- Mo, you're a Pakistani- you're a Pakistani Phil?
maureen bannon
I'm- I'm- I'm going with Phil.
steve bannon
Alright. Love it.
Hush, hush, sweet Charlotte.
raheem kassam
Whichever one bit Bloomberg, I'm with.
steve bannon
It's Chuck.
Chuck's dead.
Okay, look.
Tomorrow, you got Raheem.
We're gonna be back at 10 o'clock tomorrow.
raheem kassam
Go get the podcast right now.
steve bannon
We're trying to get Lindell on, but he couldn't make it.
I think he's traveling.
We're gonna have it.
We'll definitely have Lindell on tomorrow morning.
We guarantee we'll lock that in.
raheem kassam
The podcast is like the Bill Maher overtime of this show.
Go listen.
unidentified
Bingo.
steve bannon
You gotta listen to it.
And Navarro's report.
