Boris Epstein's here.
Jump in, guys.
raheem kassam
I just want to make sure, because it's sort of zoned out a little bit, because I don't have to do any work when Jason's in here, but I just wanted to make sure, did we get the second part of what President Trump said to reporters from the thing here?
He was asked, what's your role in what happened at the Capitol?
Did we read out the response?
Okay, so he says, if you read my speech, and many people have done it, and I've seen it both in the papers and in the media, on television, it's been analyzed and people thought that what I said was totally appropriate, and if you look at what other people have said, politicians at a high level about the riots during the summer, the horrible riots in Portland, Seattle, and various other places, and that kind of goes on and drifts off.
But that's precisely what we've been saying the last 48 hours, right?
And I've got to tell you, I think over a million people read my articles yesterday on the Capitol.
On the site, which walked through that.
It didn't just walk through what the President said, and we clipped it, and we fact-checked it, and all of that.
Then we went on to illustrate what the Democrats said last year while all the violent riots were taking place all across the country.
And over a million people went to the National Pulse yesterday and read that stuff.
steve bannon
National Pulse, that story was so good.
I had very powerful people in the city late at night saying, hey, can you get me this thing from Rahim?
I'm hearing about it, to go through it.
I didn't like I thought it was very sloppy reporting about what was said about McCarthy's conversation.
The president at no time said there and said, I'm partially responsible for this, right?
There's just no chance of that.
I think McCarthy might have interpreted that or he might have said, hey, the president should take some responsibility.
I'm not trying to put stink eye on him.
But President Trump had no responsibility for that.
That rally was, every rally we've had has been peaceful.
Over a million people there.
My daughter was there, right?
Down at the beginning with Fog City Midge, right?
They stayed to the very end, right?
And they walked up.
Even when she got to the top, she said from at least the outside of all the hundreds of thousands of people there, it looked like peaceful from a distance.
Now, obviously, you got into the Capitol.
It's a different story, but that's a bad element.
And look, we're the Law and Order Party.
That element's got to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
But even the things we're seeing in the last couple of days, Rahim, I talked to you about this.
Yesterday, they did the top ten guys.
No offense.
I mean, you got a guy with the horns.
They're all a little bit of a freak show, right?
They don't look like anarchists to me.
jason miller
I think they call them live action role players.
Is that what they are?
unidentified
LARPers?
raheem kassam
That's right.
Here's the thing, you know we found out who that guy was, the guy with the horns, Jake Angeli, and he's been charged now.
Where was he in late 2019?
Anybody know?
At a radical climate change protest.
steve bannon
Let's see, I'm sure National Polls are going to have that today.
raheem kassam
In about 13 seconds.
steve bannon
Fantastic, I want to talk about that.
Okay, let's bring in Boris.
Boris, walk us through the details.
What's going to happen today, what's going to happen tomorrow, and what can we anticipate coming from President Trump's advocates?
boris epshteyn
Steve, great to be on with you with Raheem and Blast from the Past, Jason Miller coming back.
I thought that was a replay of the old entrance music there, but there he is, live and real color, Jason Miller.
Great to be with you, Patriots.
So, here's what's happening today.
You're going to have a futile attempt by Nancy Pelosi to blackmail Vice President Mike Pence into Until using the 25th Amendment totally wrongfully using the 25th Amendment in this continued continued push by Nancy Pelosi the Democrats to stage a late coup against President Trump.
So today is going to be about the 25th Amendment, and tomorrow is going to be about their ludicrous politically motivated witch hunt of an impeachment that they're pushing forward.
So that's the breakdown of the two days.
Hang on one second.
steve bannon
Jason Miller, Rahim Ghassan.
Given those numbers, Nancy Pelosi, people, their heads blow up when I say this.
These are very crafty, cunning people.
Don't ever downplay how smart and how crafty they are.
They do the same polling and maybe even more sophisticated polling because they have more money.
They have to understand what these numbers are.
I wanted to stay with what Boris just said on the 25th Amendment.
It is so outrageous.
Understand they're trying to make him toxic.
How can they not see that even this endeavor is going to have blowback on them?
jason miller
Because their goal is to try to hurt President Trump from coming back in 2024.
They know that he is still the most popular national Republican that's out there.
You know, they know that he is the one person who has the strong, unwavering support base.
They know that he has somewhere in the neighborhood of, I don't know, between $50 and $100 million in the leadership pack.
That's going to help Republicans win back the House and the Senate in 2022, along with some of these gubernatorial races around the country.
steve bannon
They know... Plus they could raise another billion more.
I mean, come on, it's not unlimited.
jason miller
Exactly.
This is all about 2024, and they don't care if they lose the House in 2022.
They don't care if Republicans get the Senate back in 2022.
steve bannon
This is all about So today is about he's unstable and unfit for office.
Tomorrow the impeachment is about the sedition and the insurrection, but today they take a day and they don't care what incoming they have to take.
To be on record and show that over and over again that he's unstable, the Vice President should do the 25th.
Raheem Kassam.
raheem kassam
I slightly disagree with Jason.
You're right that it's in large part about 2024, but what it's also about is pulling out the rug from the President of the United States as the eminence grease of the MAGA movement, as the leader of America First, as the person that all of these You know, young congressmen are supposed to look to for guidance and get fundraising and where the movement should go and what it should be prioritizing.
What the Democrats know is that a Trump in opposition is almost more potent of a force than a Trump in office.
steve bannon
Hit the rewind.
Give me that again.
raheem kassam
A Trump in opposition is a more potent force than a Trump in office.
steve bannon
Command.
Where did you hear this from weeks ago?
Command by negation.
raheem kassam
Yes.
steve bannon
Command by negation.
Right now you solidify off those numbers and the power and the ability to raise money in the message and what Steve Cortez just said about the border and working class Hispanics.
That is their biggest nightmare and Biden's polling numbers of illegality and illegitimacy.
It's a perfect storm and they understand it.
That's why they remember the pincer movements are toxicity.
You tweeted out yesterday, you go to a place that we use all the time for Fox Business and Fox News and others, and they're sitting there going, hey, you're on the wanted list, right?
It's toxicity!
jason miller
Can I give a super quick story, just real quick, because I know we still have Boris here.
So yesterday, I was going to join Charles Payne, the great Charles Payne on Fox Business, I believe it was at 245, and we had a little miscommunication with the Trump campaign office, which we still have our studio up.
And so I had to go to live shots, which is again, it's an independent studio same building as Fox News Same building is NBC right there on Capitol Hill 400 North Cap and I show up and they booked it. They approved it I come in and the place is empty right?
They have like four little mini studios and she's that the gal comes out and she kind of looks a little bit nervous And she's trying to find the words. She's like, mr. Miller.
I'm sorry, but you're not gonna be able to use our studio today Like well, like I'm joining Fox biz with the great Charles Payne in just a couple of bits Like everyone's approved like you guys do you know hundreds of thousands of dollars with all these people every year like what's wrong?
she was well, sir, there's there's my boss just called and You're on a list and for health reasons. You can't use a studio today. So I looked on my weight health reasons I'm like, I don't have COVID.
I haven't been around anyone with COVID.
Hasn't been reported that I've been around anyone with COVID.
And she goes, well, sorry, sir, but there's just a list.
I go, I get it.
And I go, what's like your definition?
And she goes, well, sir, because apparently it's some of the people you've been around.
This is direct quote.
It's some of the people you've been around.
And like, it's like the White House.
And I go, oh, so the fact that I work for President Trump, I can't use your studio?
Well, sir, because it's health reasons.
That's all I need to know.
So anyway, so anyone listening, never go to live shots.
raheem kassam
Hold on, that is lsdc.tv is their URL in case you want to leave them some feedback.
lsdc.tv.
steve bannon
But this is the toxicity.
This is what they're trying to do.
Trump in opposition.
Okay.
raheem kassam
I know we've got to get to Boris.
Here's the thing, I just want to go back to that point.
So yes, it is about 2024, but it's also about January the 13th and the 14th and the 15th and the 16th.
And it's really what they know is not just how potent the President can be in opposition, but also what they're trying to do is make the Republican Party and Republicans on the Hill and Republicans around the country less of a threat.
If there's no Trump, Republicans have no spine.
Okay, and that's what they're trying to do.
steve bannon
It's not so much the Republicans right now.
Joe Scarborough said it the other day.
It's Trump and Trumpism.
Remember, he accused all 75 million.
He says all 75 million voters are complicit in what happened last week.
Okay, Boris, so we got today is going to be the failed, toxic movement of the 25th Amendment, and then what happens tomorrow?
boris epshteyn
So today is the failed attempt at a coup, part one.
with the 25th Amendment push from Nancy Pelosi, which to be clear, under the 25th Amendment, Congress has no role unless a document is actually transmitted to Congress under the 25th Amendment, for which the vice president and a majority of the cabinet officers, they call them the principal officers, is necessary.
Obviously, that's not happening.
So Nancy Pelosi is trying to usurp more power there, as always, as the tyrannical Democrats do.
That's today.
That's going to fail.
Tomorrow they're going to move to impeachment, bypassing the Judiciary Committee, so bypassing the process that impeachment is supposed to follow.
Why are they doing that?
because they don't want Jim Jordan, Andy Biggs, and others to be able to go out there and actually present evidence for why the president was completely in his right to lay out these facts about voter fraud, election fraud, that we've been talking about for over two months now, since November 3rd.
The Democrats don't want the American people to hear those facts.
They want to continue silencing Republicans, silencing conservatives, as happened in the great story that Jason just laid out, and for a remote TV studio to now be silencing conservatives is almost, the level of the onion or Babylon Bee, I don't know if you saw this morning, Elise Stefanik was kicked off the board of the Institute of Politics at Harvard.
Steve, I heard somewhere, you may have gone to Harvard, but you know, I'm sorry to your alma mater, that is an absolutely ridiculous, censoring horrible move by Harvard.
And I read the statement from Dean Doug Elmendorf of the Kennedy School about Congresswoman Elise Stefanik.
And he refers to her as Elise throughout the piece after calling her congresswoman in the first paragraph.
And I thought it was condescending, deeply disrespectful.
And again, highlighting how the mainstream media, liberals, academia and the Democrats are treating conservatives with extreme disrespect, with extreme derision.
And you know what?
Our people are going to be heard loud and clear at the polls in 2022 and 2024.
steve bannon
Boris, hang on for one second.
Stay with us for a break.
Raheem.
raheem kassam
Could I just add to that, when he talks about extreme derision, extreme lack of respect, it's extreme prejudice as well.
And we mustn't forget that.
The amount of prejudice that is being now aimed at conservatives.
I was actually just looking at this piece by Uh, uh, Nicholas Kristof in the New York Times from four years ago where he talks about, it's called a confession of liberal intolerance, and he talks about how the left is trying to cut conservative voices out of all discourse across the country.
Academia, media, everything.
That was an admission four years ago.
steve bannon
You're a domestic terrorist.
Okay, short commercial break.
break we return with Forrest Epstein and the team in the war room in just a moment.
unidentified
War Room impeachment.
With Stephen K. Bannon, Jason Miller and Raheem Kassam.
War Room impeachment.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Welcome back.
Jason had to get pulled out to a meeting that we thought he must attend, so he is gone.
Hopefully join us later in the week.
I want to turn back now to Boris Epstein.
Raheem, are you ready to report?
I know we don't have it in Denver yet, but just real quickly about Project Veritas, what the great team over there did.
raheem kassam
Project Veritas has a new video that's just been released moments ago.
PBS's principal counsel, Michael Beller, is seen in this two-minute, 19-second video endorsing political violence, saying, go to the White House and throw molotov cocktails, talking about how effing stupid Americans are, talking about putting people in re-education camps, saying, even if Biden wins, we go for all the Republican voters.
Homeland Security will take away their children.
We're going to play this clip for you very shortly.
Ladies and gentlemen, stay tuned.
steve bannon
It shows you what the attitudes are, right?
They're the bad guys, right?
You see this over the weekend, this coup to shut down and to really turn 75 million Americans into domestic terrorists, okay?
So I just want you to get your righteous indignation, get the resolve.
We're winning here.
We're winning here.
Okay, I want to go back to Boris Epstein.
If they're not going to have committees, There's going to be some floor debate.
It are the Republicans, Jim Jordan and the allies of the president going to be able to make the case and show the receipts on How this election was stolen, Mr. Boris Epstein?
boris epshteyn
There's going to be some flow debate from what I understand They're going to be in session at 9 a.m.
tomorrow, and the vote will not happen until later, but this news just came across, according to reporting, Kevin McCarthy is allowing Republicans to vote by proxy, using the Democrats' approach to vote by proxy tomorrow.
So that's been a process that the Democrats have used, Republicans have not, but Republicans will have that ability.
unidentified
Hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it.
steve bannon
Hang on, hang on.
He's waiving that and going to proxy for the impeachment part of it?
Why would that happen?
boris epshteyn
Yes.
That's come across in the last half hour, 45 minutes.
It appears to me that Republicans in the House are trying to get this done as quickly as possible because, from what Leader McConnell said, it's not going anywhere.
What McConnell said is not going anywhere in the Senate.
But I'm not so sure that Chuck Schumer, when he's majority leader, is going to be abiding by the rules that Mitch McConnell is putting out there.
So I'm very concerned about the process.
steve bannon
Mitch McConnell doesn't matter.
They're not going to get this done.
They're not going to get this done by the 20th.
So they're going to hold it over.
Nancy Pelosi is going to hold it like she held it last time and give it to Schumer and then it's going to be over the president's head.
That's why it's imperative that the case has... Listen, they're charging him with an article of impeachment.
They're going to just sit there and say this is the second time, the only guy to be impeached twice.
Therefore, to me, you have to take on the charge both that he instigated a violent insurrection Which is nonsense.
And more importantly...
We finally get the day that you get a formal venue to put forward what they say on page three is the baseless and no evidence charges of voter election and ballot fraud.
If you take the opportunity, when you get it, this is what the riot last week destroyed, was to go through the six states for two hours per house.
You know, it had been 12 hours in the House, 12 hours in the Senate, 24 hours to actually make your case and show the receipts.
The numbers right now show that 40, 45, 46 percent of the American people think he's illegitimate or illegal.
And I'm sorry if that hurts YouTube and Google and you guys.
You're trying to suppress it because you don't want any discussion about it.
We're never going to back off of that.
Understand we're never going to back off of that because we have the evidence.
And that's why it's imperative, imperative That you have to get it when you have the opportunity.
You don't know what these Democrats are going to do.
One thing we know they want to do, Boris, they want to destroy President Trump.
And they want to destroy Trumpism, this kind of populist, America first, nationalistic movement that has 40 or 50 million dedicated American citizens of every race, creed, color.
It's diverse.
And he's going to the border today to counties.
He's done unbelievable.
Unbelievable.
Very little campaign money in because of his policies.
That's why they must, Jim Jordan and the allies of the President, must take this opportunity.
And Nancy Pelosi, look, they're scared of it.
Why do you think they're not having a committee?
That's not the timing.
They could have two days of committee hearings.
They could have three days of committee hearings.
They've got all the way between now and the weekend.
They've got all the time in the world if you want to do this.
They could have three days.
If they had evidence on their side, trust me, we would have five days of committee hearings, right?
Like they had last time with Vindman and all this crap they put up there, right?
They would take it if they had it.
So Boris, how do you think this is going to play out?
boris epshteyn
I think today is going to be a failure for the Democrats, obviously.
You know, they'll get their resolution and they will, as I said, this is Old school, authoritarian, straw-arming, blackmailing of an elected official.
And they're trying to do that to Vice President Pence.
He's come out and said that he's not going to invoke the 25th Amendment.
Obviously not, because there's no reason for it.
And this would be against any of the interpretation or the actual background of the 25th Amendment, which is supposed to be used when a president is incapacitated.
So that attempted coup is going to fail.
And then tomorrow, I don't see how Democrats do not pass.
That one article of impeachment in the House, they obviously have a majority, they have the Democrat votes, and now you've got these Republicans like Liz Cheney saying that Republicans need to quote-unquote vote their conscience and appearing to be in favor of impeachment, which again is ludicrous, political, but represents something that, Steve, we've known and we've known for a long time.
When President Trump came on the scene in 2015, he first beat the Republican establishment and then he beat the Democrat establishment.
So, he was not the chosen candidate of Republicans, of the old-school, you know, fancy, country-club-loving, martini-sipping Republicans.
unidentified
That was Jeb Bush, and if not Jeb Bush, that was Marco Rubio.
boris epshteyn
If not Marco Rubio, that was maybe Scott Walker.
You know, President Trump was not the choice of the brahmin of the Republican Party.
steve bannon
Yeah, but hang on, hang on, hang on.
But hang on, I want to go back to something.
I don't think you need to whip this vote, and you shouldn't whip this vote.
I want Republicans to vote their conscience.
I agree with Liz Cheney.
I want you to vote your conscience, because I want to see what your conscience is.
I want you to see what your conscience is.
This young guy with the beard from Michigan, right?
Was it Meijer or something in the DuBois family, Eric Prince's family?
raheem kassam
Look at what Madison Cawthorn was saying yesterday, oh, you know, it's the President's fault, what happened at the Capitol.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to hear, by the way, who was on the stage, I want to, um, you gotta, somebody's gotta teach that guy, when you stand, you gotta, you gotta, you gotta, you gotta, you know, you gotta hunker down, right?
You gotta hunker down.
But I want them to vote their conscience.
I want Cawthon to vote their conscience.
I want Mageer to vote their conscience.
I want Liz Cheney to vote her conscience.
You know why?
This is a moment of clarity.
I want to see what their consciences are like.
boris epshteyn
And we know what they're like.
steve bannon
Well, here's what, Boris.
Boris, you know the evidence here has never had an opportunity because the courts didn't want to give it a shot.
They use latches, oh, you should have come earlier, or you don't have standing, right?
And actually get out with what Professor Eastman argued.
He's got an article coming out.
It's not what Andy McCarthy said.
Andy McCarthy's a smart guy, but the vice president's letter missed it, totally misrepresented what the president had said to do.
He didn't want to flip the lecture slates to him.
That was never mentioned.
So Boris, I think it's very important over the next couple of days, we're going to have you make sure we have you back.
What should, to look on the other side of the hill, what should the audience be looking for the next couple of days that'll make them smarter?
than the folks that they work with, the folks that they're driving the conversation.
boris epshteyn
Look at the opportunities, as you mentioned, where real results, real facts, real evidence are laid out.
Do not buy into this liberal agenda, into this liberal offensive of any mention of election fraud or voter fraud should be made illegal.
That is what the liberals are driving toward.
They are trying to, again, 1984 style, Soviet, let me tell you, I was a kid in the Soviet Union.
I remember what it was like.
Not to be able to truly say what you feel.
When I was afraid to tell my friends as a kid that I was Jewish because it was an anti-Semitic country.
That type of censorship, that type of dystopia, of tyranny, is what the Democrats are trying to descend onto America.
And I am not being hyperbolic here.
That is, when YouTube says you have three strikes, if you mentioned election fraud, three strikes, we're pulling you.
When Twitter takes off the President of the United States of America, while keeping the Ayatollah of Iran on its platform, while keeping the CCP on its platform.
That is what we're facing in America.
So fight back against the censorship, fight back against the silence and Use facts to do so.
Talk about the over 200,000 unlawful votes in Wisconsin.
Talk about the over 400,000 unlawful votes in Georgia.
Talk about the Pennsylvania 700,000 mail-in absentee ballots that were not observed just in Philadelphia and Allegheny County.
Here's the deal.
The President's come out and he said that this election has been decided.
That there's going to be a transition of power.
Those are the facts, and that's life, and we have to live with it, and we have to move on to the next hill, as you mentioned.
And the next hill is 2022.
The next hill is ensuring that states in this country have election laws, election processes, which are actually lawful, which do not allow a dumping of the ballots.
steve bannon
That is what we have to be talking about.
unidentified
Boris, we've got to bounce.

Okay, Boris Epstein, thank you very much.
By the way, 2022, it's every day.
Remember, you've got to fight their agenda.
You've got to fight their agenda.
And here's where we're going to fight it.
We're going to fight it with information.
We're going to fight it with stopping votes, right?
Making sure that they don't pull together a coalition.
We'll return in a moment with Darren Beatty from Revolver.
unidentified
War Room Impeachment With Stephen K. Bannon, Jason Miller and Raheem Kassam In a moment with Darren Beatty from Revolver.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
With what we saw on TV and what we've been seeing from Donald Trump for the past four And you understand.
joe scarborough
That the evangelical leaders that have been leading their flocks to follow this idol, this political idol, are taking their flock dangerously off course.
unidentified
And yes, that flock bears responsibility just as much.
God gave them a mind.
God gave them a Bible they can read.
They've just refused to do it over the past four years.
steve bannon
Okay, we're back.
I want to apologize.
I had a technical thing.
I want to go back to the Veritas.
We can't get it up right now.
Before I bring in Darren Beatty, this is very important for our audience out there.
You're in the war room, right?
We're not accepting Joe Biden.
I think he's illegitimate and illegal.
This will be fighting for day after day.
We've got the evidence.
But as a fact, you have to embrace this.
And I'm sorry if it hurts your feelings, because I don't care about your feelings, OK?
There's a fact that he's going to be inaugurated on the 20th.
Right?
I don't like that.
We're going to fight.
We're going to fight his administration every day.
And I think right now we're very well positioned to fight.
I realize people don't believe that.
But hey, you got it.
You got to deal with facts.
We're not in the fantasy business here.
All the fantasy.
And we kept telling guys all this nonsense about calling the Insurrection Act.
And I love General Flynn.
Mike Flynn is a good man.
But calling for the Insurrection Act down in Georgia was stupid.
Okay, that's how we lost, and talk to the guys there, that's how we lost the legislatures, the guys in Georgia, because the business community backed off.
No, you're not going to call, first off, there's no servers on the moon, there was no gun battle in Germany, it's all fantasy.
It's all fantasy.
It's fantasy.
If you want to live in fantasy, live in fantasy.
We deal in the area of fact, and it was because of your efforts throughout the country had us teed up If Mike Pence had logically done what the Constitution allows him to, and Professor Eastman walks through, and it's not what was in his letter, the President asked him to flip electors, asked to take a 10-day reprieve and let this go back to the states, to Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona, and have them review how those electors, the Biden electors, were afforded.
Was it a legal process?
That would have kicked us into a contingent election in the House, and that would have affirmed President Trump's victory on November 3rd.
OK, but the fantasy now, look, there's a lot of people in meltdown.
And I got to tell you, then go through the stages of grieving.
But many of you bought into fantasy and we kept telling you time and time and time and time and time again.
What did I keep saying about Dominion?
I said, that's a free option that may or may not be sent, but you're not going to prove that.
That is so technically difficult to prove.
You're going to have to go.
You're going to need real investigative apparatus to do that.
Right?
And the more you throw out baseless charges, the more you throw out things like that, it takes you off your eye off of and they use it.
Remember, we have to be to a higher standard.
The mainstream media and the opposition will use anything.
Like last January 6th.
They're taking a very small group of people and now all of you are domestic terrorists.
All of you are domestic terrorists because they're trying to kill the Trump movement.
And so if you're still jumping, if you still have the problem, right?
Oh, there's something's got to be done.
There's something's got to be done.
There's something's got to be done.
raheem kassam
Look, there's two things on this, and I think, look, this audience needs to realize that we're not sitting here for our health, right?
It would be a lot easier for us to not do this, and to not broadcast for four hours a day, and to not dive through all of this data that we go through every single day and all of that.
But this movement doesn't stand on whether or not Steve Bannon and I show up here.
It stands on whether or not you show up for the fight.
And if you're going to be distracted because somebody's telling you, don't worry, the White Hats are coming, and Q's telling me it's going to be fine, this is all part of the plan, does this look like part of the plan to you?
steve bannon
The White Hat stuff was all nonsense.
It was all nonsense.
If you bought into that, you notice we didn't talk about it here.
You don't see our name in the Dominion lawsuit.
And the reason is we stuck to facts.
We stuck to what was going on in state legislatures.
We were talking about what was going into the courts.
By the way, this audience is the most powerful.
You drove dramatic action.
Dramatic action.
And you still can drive dramatic action.
raheem kassam
What's really incredible is... You've got to stop.
steve bannon
You've got to drop the fantasy.
raheem kassam
Right.
But the majority of the audience aren't in fantasy.
unidentified
No, no, no.
raheem kassam
The majority of the audience is pushing the ball forward every single day.
And it's incredible to see hundreds of thousands of people taking action every single day.
steve bannon
Ninety percent.
But it's the thumbsuckers that are sitting there.
And you are thumbsuckers.
And I realize I got some people in the injury room that are close to me personally that fall into that category, right?
And like, oh, you got to do this, you got to do that, martial law.
No, just remember something.
All that discussion about martial law in the Insurrection Act was nonsense, is ridiculous, and it hurt us.
The Georgia legislature would have flipped if not for that.
The business community in Atlanta backed off immediately.
That's why you saw the chill go through that place and you had senators down there fighting for it, guys in the House, this is why the Speaker of the House.
This was a tough fight.
It could have been pulled off.
It was hurt by fantasist.
It was hurt by fantasy.
And if you want to go listen to fantasist and you want to live in fantasy, then go.
Go do it.
Hey, fine.
You spend your time any way you want.
raheem kassam
There's plenty available out there.
steve bannon
We are part of a movement.
That we provide the information, and you are that movement, and on that movement on a global basis, that is affecting dramatic change in the world.
And Steve Cortez just walked you through how on the border of Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley, where they said Donald Trump can never be competitive, these are going to be 90-10 blowouts.
Au contraire.
Because that message, the hard work of building the border wall, providing security, and this is about hard work.
And we're going to do it every day and we're not going to back off.
We're not backing off.
I mean, we've been taken down everywhere because we refuse to back off about the illegality and illegitimacy of this election.
Because we have the facts, not the fantasy.
That's why right now you're going to see the Republicans, a lot of them are going to want to do is run for the hills and just have a quick vote in the impeachment and not get anything in there because it's inconvenient.
Okay, I want to bring in Darren Beatty first.
Darren, just your thoughts about this before we get on the topic of your amazing interview with the CEO, Andrew Torba of Gab.
Exclusive interview, but I want to get your thoughts on what we're talking about.
darren j beattie
Well, I think the Project Veritas video is certainly explosive and really just gives us an accurate sense of What the enemy is and what their attitude is and their attitude is to play for keeps and to play for total destruction as to what you were speaking about just now about distinguishing fantasy from reality.
I think that is absolutely crucial and it's an imperative that exists along a number of different dimensions and this is perhaps a good segue into
The interview with Gab CEO Torba, and that is people on the right through the last several days, through what's happened to Parler, through what's happened to the President of the United States, are getting a really abrupt, dramatic, and sober lesson in the distinction between real power and illusory power.
And unfortunately, I think the right has been resting largely on illusory power, which can disappear with the snap of a finger when the coordinated institutions of our country's digital communication and financial infrastructure decide that they don't want somebody to be a person anymore.
They can zap you in a second, and it doesn't matter if you are the President of the United States Quote unquote, the most powerful person in the world.
Maybe what we thought about power, what we thought about who and what controls the country isn't exactly what the reality is.
So we really need to learn from this clarifying moment and build from the ground up with a meticulous eye to the distinction between real and illusory power, or things will never change.
steve bannon
Let's go back to that then.
Let's go back to the real versus illusory power.
Where are we standing right now?
Because that's where people are.
Some people are in quasi-meltdown.
If he doesn't declare the Insurrection Act now and refuse to leave, then he's absolutely powerless and this is over and the next thing we're going to know is that the guy at PBS just told us we're going to be in a re-education camp somewhere out in the hills of the Ozarks, right?
So walk our audience through where we are right now and how do you turn this around?
darren j beattie
Well, where we are right now is in a situation where, again, Twitter, and not just Twitter, a wide range of institutions and companies that control our digital communications infrastructure, just snap their finger and de-platform the sitting President of the United States.
They completely destroyed what was perhaps at the time the most prominent alternative to Twitter, namely Parler.
And we're quickly learning that this fiction of, oh, conservatives, all you need to do is just set up a competitor to Twitter, Parler.
Well, it turns out you need to set up an entire competing ecosystem, entire competing infrastructure, which has to do with domain hosting, your own servers, your own Financial institutions and so forth.
And so far, the closest thing, closest company to actually building a truly independent and self-sustaining infrastructure is Gab.
And that's why Gab is experiencing the greatest surge of any internet company, probably in the history of the internet, judging from their traffic.
Everyone is going there because they've learned the hard way over years of being smeared, suffering the slings and arrows and defamatory attacks that now we are all used to.
They've been suffering it years ago, and they've developed a robustness that no other similar site on the right has.
And so people are flocking to Gab, setting up accounts because at the moment, they're the most robust and self-sustaining infrastructure that is not beholden to globalist big tech companies.
steve bannon
Talk about the early days and how they were smeared, and I think they even admit they get better on their community policing.
So walk through, we got about a minute, walk through how their early days were and how they try to shut them down.
unidentified
Right.
darren j beattie
Well, I mean, when they say that they're a free speech platform, they mean it.
As my understanding is, they allow all speech as long as it's lawful speech, and they take great care to police speech that is unlawful and direct that to the appropriate authorities.
But yes, they were attacked by the same Uh, left-wing smear machines, and frankly, they were attacked by a lot of people on the right, I suppose, who thought of them as a threat for one reason or another.
But now, with the distinction between real and illusory power, with something like Parler that didn't take the threat of big tech seriously enough, ironically enough, and they were blown off the internet, and now Gab is the last man standing with a robust infrastructure that As I would put it, is bulletproof but not nukeproof.
But you have to build from somewhere, and so far they by far are the most robust, self-sufficient service on the right.
And I encourage all your listeners, go to revolver.news and read my interview with Andrew Torba and go to gab.com, get on Gab, And sign up for an account because that's one of the best things you can do to stick it to these big tech oligarchs and start building real power rather than fake illusory power.
steve bannon
Give us your Gab handle before we bolt, Darren.
darren j beattie
Gab is at Revolver News and I encourage all you guys at War Room, set up your own accounts because this is our lifeboat for now and they're building up a very impressive infrastructure.
steve bannon
Darren Beatty over at Revolver News.
You've got to go to Revolver.
It's the must-read every day.
In fact, multiple times a day.
Okay, Darren, thank you very much for joining us here in Impeachment.
unidentified
With Stephen K. Bannon, Jason Miller, and Raheem Kassam.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
you Bye.
Bye.
What are we going to do if we don't like it?
and Homeland Security will get your children a vaccine.
And we'll put them into re-education camps.
Yay, men!
And these cocktails, which are unique, can be cocktails.
It's called spaghetti.
What are we going to do if we don't like it?
We're going to the White House and throw mollifault cocktails.
We're going to the White House and throw mollifault cocktails.
We're going to the White House and throw mollifault cocktails.
Those kids who were growing up knowing nothing would come, you know, for four years.
You've got to wonder what they're going to be like.
Are we raising a generation of intolerant, harmful people, harmful kids?
It's for the people, it's for the kids.
Why do you make games?
Right.
They're nice, they have...
They have Sesame Street characters in the classroom.
And they watch PBS all day.
It's good to live in a place where people are, you know, educated and know stuff.
Can you imagine if you lived in one of these other towns or states where everybody's just You're stupid.
What's great is that COVID is spiking in all the red states right now, so that's great.
Why do you think so?
Because either those people that are coming out to vote, Trump, he goes to the red states, or a lot of them are second dying.
PBS has like real news, but CNN doesn't have real news anymore.
It's just a copy and paste talking about Trump all day long.
I can't stand it.
I mean, every once in a while I look at Fox News and it makes me want to throw up after five minutes.
It's all this Joe Biden shit, man.
All that Joe Biden.
I don't understand it.
It's all made up.
It's all ridiculous.
And they are pushing it so hard.
It's unbelievable.
So do you guys just ignore it?
Yeah.
steve bannon
Okay.
raheem kassam
Well, I apologize for the curse word in there, that usually Project Veritas managed to bleep those out, and they bleeped all but one out.
steve bannon
We want to thank Denver, though, for putting it up so quickly, the Real America's Voice guys.
Thank you.
raheem kassam
There's a lot to unpack from that, but that is Michael Bella, the Chief Counsel to PBS, a partially taxpayer-funded outlet that is saying he wants Molotov cocktails thrown at the White House, that he wants people put into re-education camps, that he wants the Department of Homeland Security confiscating people's children from them.
There's an awful lot.
It's extraordinary.
steve bannon
So how does that not play in?
I just gave the big lecture on fantasy versus focus, and now the fantasy guys say, okay Bannon, PBS is one of the classiest organizations.
It's my taxpayer money.
This guy's paid a fortune.
And he's sitting there.
He's telling you what they really think behind.
They're talking behind the scenes all the time.
They want to put us in reeducation camps.
They want to take our kids.
They want to throw Molotov cocktails at the president.
So maybe we should go back to fantasy.
raheem kassam
Well no, I mean all of those things are absolutely true and have been true.
What was really interesting in that clip is Michael Bella says, hey, all these kids who have grown up knowing nothing but Trump, are they going to grow up to be horrible people?
What did Michael Bella grow up under?
Michael Bella grew up under reading Saul Alinsky.
Michael Bella grew up reading Herbert Marcuse.
Michael Bella grew up and had a university education from these liberal professors that people warned about in the 1950s and 60s who were indoctrinating people to believe that they need to imprison their political opponents. What did Keith Olbermann tweet at me this morning?
He said Matt Gaetz should go to prison. I said, huh, that's interesting.
Olbermann, that's a German name but mostly found in South America right now.
Who are your family, Keith Olbermann? Oh yes, you're Nazis.
And it's a Nazi mentality that that is. And by the way, that's not fantastical.
What he said there, that is exactly the way all of the DC elites think.
They absolutely believe all of those things.
That's not fantasy.
What's fantasy is that there's a server on the moon and there's a gun battle in Frankfurt.
steve bannon
There's a difference.
So how do you counteract How do you counteract what you just saw here from PBS, besides getting the guy fired?
Because that's how they talk internally.
That's what they think internally.
He knows he didn't see anybody blowing him up.
That's how they think internally.
They want to put you in camps.
They want to take your kids.
Hey, Steve Bannon's not saying that.
You understand, his position, he's the senior lawyer.
He's supposed to be the rule of law guy.
Right?
This is not some crazy creative, right?
This is not some crazy producer or somebody in the graphics department.
This is their legal department.
This is the senior counsel, correct, Mr. Rahim Kassam?
raheem kassam
That's right.
He's the chief counsel at PBS and has been so for the past eight years.
And he said in that clip, oh, it's so nice to live in a place where there are educated people in Washington, D.C.
steve bannon
Let's go to, I want to make sure we're very, I want to make sure, go back to your description of what this is happening with these posters and online about trying to draw people into this rally.
Just like the other day with the Antifa element, it's to get violent.
Right?
The power we have, we're a peaceful movement.
Righteous Ignatian, but we're peaceful.
That's what the power of the March on the 12th that scared the hell out of the city.
How you can get a million people together and you didn't have burning cars or anything like you had in the Antifa riots, the BLM riots.
Walk through what you have to avoid here.
raheem kassam
Look, the President was very clear about it this morning, denouncing violence, saying there should be no violence.
And when you see these advertisements, much like you see when people are trying to drag you off into conspiracy theory, what they're trying to do is disable you and disarm you.
So if you see these people saying to you, okay we need armed, you know, rebellion out on the street on 50 state capitals and in Washington DC, all they are trying to do is lead you into an armed confrontation against the National Guard, make you the example, get you arrested, purge you from your jobs, None of these organisations and rallies, certainly not the ones that are calling for you to carry guns with you to the nation's capital, are in any way endorsed, in any way related to anything MAGA, Trump or America First.
Be hyper-cautious over the next coming days and weeks.
They are coming for you and they will do anything to fool you into getting arrested and to bring the entire thing into disrepute.
steve bannon
Remember, they're trying to destroy President Trump, and more importantly, they're actually trying to destroy Trumpism.
Remember, right now, if you look at mainstream media, you're all a bunch of domestic terrorists.
Keith Olbermann wants to send Congressman Matt Gaetz to prison.
Okay, we're going to be back at 5 o'clock.
A ton of breaking news today, as today's the day they try to invoke the 25th Amendment.
They're going to try to force Vice President Pence to invoke it.
They're giving President Trump a play-me-or-trade-me.
Either resign or be impeached.
We're going to be back at 5 o'clock at Real America's Voice on all of our platforms.
Thank you very much.
Make sure to go to the app.
Go to War Room.
One word.
