Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
Which you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
anthony fauci
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
joe scarborough
And how they needed to rush up to Capitol Hill and apply combat justice.
Don Trump Jr.
talked about the fact that they were coming after members of Congress.
We're coming to get you.
and it's going to be fun.
Insurrection two days ago.
Now, there are investigations into whether the sitting president of the United States was guilty of insurrection against the United States of America.
They need to make sure they do the same with Rudy Giuliani and Don Trump Jr.
Because just looking at the face of the statute, they are guilty of being a part of a conspiracy to commit insurrection against the United States of America.
And no puff piece, no script written by terrified staff who saw their world crumbling before them can change that fact.
He, his son, and Rudy Giuliani are guilty of insurrection.
They should be arrested.
I said it yesterday.
They should be booked and they should be sent to jail.
unidentified
Would you feel safer this morning if President Trump resigned?
I think that it's something he should seriously consider.
I don't think that when you've got just a number of days left, there's any need to carry on kind of the charade of an impeachment.
The People's House needs to get back to work.
We need to get aid to tens of millions of Americans.
But listen, I think Vice President Pence has stepped in as the real leader, getting the National Guard during this crisis that unfolded.
And John, I would just say to you, you know, I've traveled all over the world and I've spent time in democracies much more fragile than ours.
And what I saw in the Capitol is not representative of who America is.
Just to be clear.
And it should never be.
rachel maddow
Trump's continuance in office poses unacceptable risks to America.
The president appears mentally incapacitated, living in a fantasy world of voting fraud, unable to accept being labeled a loser, checking out of his job even as thousands of Americans are dying every day from the raging coronavirus.
Invoking the 25th Amendment, they say, would represent a temporary guardrail for democracy, a needed return to sanity and decency in the White House until Joe Biden assumes office at noon Eastern on January 20th.
Now is the time for the Vice President and members of the Cabinet to prove they are patriots.
unidentified
Yeah, they're all there.
Kimberly Guilfoyle, positively giddy about telling a mob to go to the Capitol.
Dan Scavino, Kayleigh McEnany, Donald Trump Jr., Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump, Eric Trump.
They're all there.
Does this look like a group with any reservations?
Literally dancing in anticipation of what they're about to tell the mob.
Dancing in anticipation of the insurrection.
joe scarborough
It's a really, it's a simple, simple question.
Do you support fascism or do you support freedom?
There is no other way to describe what Donald Trump did the other day by trying to use violence, trying to inspire violence, trying to inspire an insurrection against the federal government of the United States of America to stop a democratic process, a constitutionally ordained process for his own political goals.
That's fascism, so yes, They need to be on record.
Do they support fascism?
Or do they support freedom?
chris hayes
It is still clear that Donald Trump cannot be trusted to hold the office for a minute longer.
greg gutfeld
Audit that Cruz wanted and Trump wanted is a call for an insurrection.
It was a preventative.
Because I've said this a thousand times, that when you remove dialogue or conversation or just going back and forth from the process, all you end up with is violence.
And you have people who feel like there's no hope.
And I think what we're seeing here is a lot of people with no hope.
And I would like to coin a phrase, I think the genie is out of the bottle on this.
There's no way to turn this back.
You have millions of people who do not trust their institutions.
And you know what?
They're justified.
You can't trust the media because they lie to you.
You can't trust the elections because there is fraud.
There is fraud.
We don't know how much there is because every time someone brings it up, they're dismissed as conspiratorial rubes.
We got to change because it's going to get worse.
unidentified
Fight for Trump! Fight for Trump! Fight for Trump!
I WANT IT ALL!
Fight for Trump! Fight for Trump!
Fight for Trump! Fight for Trump!
steve bannon
Live from the nation's capital, you're in The War Room with...
It is Friday, the 8th of January, the year of our Lord 2021.
We just wanted to give you a kind of a compressed taste of really the effort to toxify the 45th President of the United States, President Donald J. Trump, when he had to put in at the end one of the few voices of reason out there, Greg Gutfeld.
And remember that fight for Trump is to go, and quite frankly, it was teed up The other day for a victory, and that was to revert back to the state legislature.
State legislature, they're sent letters now saying, hey, this is not the war room saying it, this is Senator Corman in Pennsylvania, this is Senator Ligon in Georgia, this is Fincham and others in Arizona, that we have a problem with the way these electors were sent forward, and that needs to be worked out.
I've said from day one, this is a wound That will not heal, but I think Greg Gutfeld says it best when he says, hey, you've got to open the conversation up and this thing about freedom and fascism.
We are the Patriot Party and we stand for freedom and we're not going to back off.
We're not going to back off at all.
And I've said, hey, color inside the lines, but color boldly.
So this thing's going to continue on.
We've had guests over here the last couple of days.
It's going to be back down in the states.
It's going to be back down in Georgia.
It's going to be back down in Pennsylvania.
And when Farah Ms.
Farr, who I know, and I know her parents, and she's had a terrific track record.
She worked for Mark Meadows.
When she says later, I think in her interview, it was all a lie.
We'll go through that later.
The facts are there.
You may disagree with some of the facts.
You may disagree with the evidence.
That's what a democracy is about.
It's an advocacy system.
I want to bring in now Rudy Giuliani.
Rudy, the President's obviously under assault from all, you know, Michelle Obama once taking him off social media.
You know, he's being banned, I guess, by Facebook.
He just tweeted out, in fact, Jack, can you just read the President's, I think it's the first tweet he's had in a while since he put the message out last night.
You got it?
Got it right here, hang on.
jack maxey
The 75 million great American patriots who voted for me, America First and Make America Great Again, will have a giant voice long into the future.
They will not be disrespected or treated unfairly in any way, shape or form.
This was 20 minutes ago.
steve bannon
20 minutes of President of the United States.
I want to bring in Rudy now.
Rudy, besides all the charges out there, you know, insurrection, sedition, all these charges at the left are thrown at us like crazy.
I want to go back.
You know Trump better because he put the video out last night and I realized some of the You know, the harder core members of the Trump coalition, and it's a broad coalition of working class and middle class people, 75 million votes, and the Trump movement's got to be 50 or 60 million of that.
Tell us about the man.
You're not only his lawyer, you've known him for, what, 40 years, 50 years?
Tell us about the man, particularly now when you can really see character, when it comes under these pressure points.
Tell us the guy that we're dealing with, Donald Trump.
rudy giuliani
Well, we're dealing with a man who has very strong convictions and very strong beliefs, which is something, again, that the hateful media either has never understood about him or has never conveyed.
They think he's a transactional president who just goes from one issue to another.
They don't realize he's rooted in a great love of America.
He's rooted in a firm conviction that he's had for 20 or 30 years, that the American establishment has become almost more and more of an oligarchy Almost each year, excluding more and more people.
And as you saw during the campaign, he took up the role of being the champion of the people who are excluded quite naturally, because that's where he was for most of the 20-25 years he was out of politics.
If you read the things he wrote, the speeches that he gave, at which I was present often because I gave speeches with him, there's a core conviction here that there are a whole group of Americans that are Put upon that are treated as second class, third class.
You can hear it.
You can just hear it in the language of all of them, whether it's Joe Scarborough or, you know, where the people who live in the trailers or where the deplorables or where the people that are more ignorant than they are, or maybe there's something wrong with us.
If you consider that crowd the other day, I don't know how many people, 100,000, 200,000.
unidentified
It was less than one percent.
steve bannon
Yeah, I think it was much bigger than that.
rudy giuliani
Okay, so it was a minuscule percentage that can almost not even be quantified of people that went to the Capitol, which means that if there were 400,000 people, none of them were incited to do anything.
And a few hundred people who probably couldn't even hear him because they were so far back, went and did whatever they did.
Most of them having come there with implements to do it, and also led on by People from, you know, groups that are experts at it.
Believe me, Trump people were not scaling the wall.
So, there's nothing to it that he incited anything.
And also, there's an equal, if not more, responsibility on the fascists, who are now running the Democrat Party, who have imposed censorship on these people, who have been singling them out for unfair treatment since the IRS started going after conservative groups.
The media may deny it, but those people know it.
They know their freedom of religion is being taken away.
They know their freedom of speech is virtually decimated with the two censorships.
First on the Biden crimes, and now on the stealing of the election.
They keep being told you can't say there was fraud.
They know there was fraud.
Probably half those people there observed it.
And then they hear phonies get up and say there's no fraud.
It's like hearing someone saying they didn't rob your home and they did rob your home and they took all your belongings.
So are they angry?
Of course they're angry.
They're very, very angry.
And I think in light of that, the mere fact that 99.9% of them did nothing but act appropriately is a credit to them.
The responsibility here has to be put also on the left, who has conducted a reign of terror all this year.
Starting with mocking them in their homes for COVID, then keeping them in their homes well after they could come out, from taking away their right to know, so that half the people didn't know that Joe Biden goes into office with a 30-year history of criminal activity with his son, and it's on a hard drive that everybody could listen to and hear.
So, a lot of responsibility comes from the people that are imposing the suppression.
It's like the kind of thing that happens in a government where people are suppressed.
They rise up.
And given that, it was quite surprising to me that it was so few people that the consequences were terrible.
And there were no doubt professionals and activists that were helping to make it worse.
steve bannon
But you're not trying to justify, there's no way to justify the violence.
And look, we'll get into later, you know, the police, where they have the barricades up, right, with the D.C.
mayor standing down, federal authorities, and there may be agitators.
My point is, that crowd that came for the speech that sat there for, what, five or six hours in the freezing cold and really heard President Trump.
And President Trump really laid out, you know, the second half of the speech.
It wasn't really a rally speech.
And the only time I saw him say anything besides people going up there was, he said, you're going to be peaceful.
I think he repeated peaceful twice.
But he laid out a really, I don't want to say dull, but he laid out a very detailed A very detailed explanation of what he thought his case was.
Mayor, could you just hang on for one second?
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We want to come back with Mayor Rudy Giuliani about who is Donald Trump.
We're going to return in a moment on War Room Pandemic.
unidentified
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Welcome back to the War Room.
It is Friday the 8th of January, the year of our Lord 2021, a historic week as we told you it was going to be in Washington DC.
Now President Trump is under siege.
You put out a video last night.
I realize that video worked for some people, probably worked less well for others.
Rudy, about Donald Trump's fight And you've known him for many, many decades.
His ability to weather things like this, hunker down and just fight through it.
Do you see Donald Trump giving up on his quest to get to the truth here, and particularly to be the leader of the Trump movement and the MAGA movement?
rudy giuliani
Not in the slightest.
The president realizes that this has to be fixed, meaning both things.
The kind of control that the left-wing wants to have on this country, which is removing our constitutional rights.
Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom to travel, freedom to move.
And then also, they are beginning a pattern of crooked elections, and on a major scale.
The election of 2000 was, of 2020 rather, was a rigged election.
There is overwhelming evidence of it.
We possess it.
We are Maligned, made into being liars, insurrectionists.
I don't even know what else, except I have the evidence.
And I can see it with my own eyes on television.
And this has to be straightened out.
It can't be allowed to happen again.
It has already happened again.
It happened the other night in Georgia.
That election was stolen in precisely the same way.
And this time, the people who have analyzed it could show it to me in real time.
They showed me exactly where the algorithms were used and how it was done.
So he is not going to give up that fight, whatever they call him or make him.
And in the long, long run of American history, he'll be a hero for that.
And he's not going to give up the fight for more money for the middle class, lower taxes, sensible tariffs in which we're treated fairly.
Peace in the world, not crazy intervention based on the motivation of others and usually based on the motivation of business.
He's not going to sell out to China the way Biden and the Democrats do.
He's not going to sell out to George Soros.
So we have one international world.
I mean, he's going to fight all that, just as if he were President.
steve bannon
And in fighting, he's still President of the United States.
One thing he said in the tweet, Jack, to respect the MAGA movement and respect the people in MAGA?
jack maxey
Well, we talked about this just before the show.
I think that Donald Trump, and he has our love and he has our respect, but if he really wants to show us how much he respects us and how we're going to be treated fairly, he should use his power to declassify Everything.
It is high time that the American people know what this deep state has been up to, and we can't let this just go into the fog of history.
We need to have it before our eyes.
If this movement's going to have victory going forward, we need to have the facts on our side.
I see.
steve bannon
Mayor, I think this is the point.
You've got a situation where they're trying, obviously, what they're trying to do in psychological and information warfare is pretty straightforward.
They're trying to toxify Donald Trump right now.
They're trying to toxify some of the people around him.
They're trying to toxify by using very heated rhetoric.
That's why we had that cold open.
And I realize that cold open was very tough for a lot of our audience to take.
They specifically avoid MSNBC and CNN for that reason.
We understand you have to see that because that's the information war that's out there.
But one thing is that the truth would toxify them.
I never call it the deep state.
I say it's in your face.
You can see that from day one once you step in the administration.
On the Ukraine, on the whole Russia, you know, the fake, the phony investigation, everything that went on in the impeachment.
I mean, there's a number of things that President Trump could take.
I think he's already gone through the classification, declassification process.
You can declassify and it really get the truth out, right?
In their own words, in their own emails, in their own text and all that.
Why are we not?
People say, hey, we need a plan.
Step one is to basically, let's put the truth out there.
Where do you think the President and people at the White House stand with that?
rudy giuliani
At many times, Jack, I thought he was ready to do it.
And many times it was blocked by, I have to assume, the force that we now call the deep state.
I have my suspicions where?
Now there's no longer any reason to try to create some kind of harmony and therefore not do it.
And I think he owes it, not just to MAGA, he owes it to the American people to put it out.
It's part of our history.
Part of our history that has to be studied to understand where we are.
And it's part of our history that needs to be studied to fix it.
Otherwise, we are moving under Joe Biden to being a fascist state.
We're going in that direction.
steve bannon
Yeah, this is my point is that, you know, I don't, you know, I'm not a conspiracy theory guy, because I say, hey, this is, these are systems, and this is just the way the system works.
If you want to understand, you have to kind of deconstruct the system.
The declassification would put up in high relief in their own words, in their own emails, in their own texts, in their own, you know, Things they had given in depositions.
It would be in their own words that would be put forward and you just declassify.
As you know, in the hard drive from hell, Hunter Biden's hard drive, the information in there related to the Ukraine, and look, I'm not a Ukraine guy, I'm a CCP China guy, because I keep saying the Ukraine's a sideshow to a sideshow, but In the hard drive from hell, there's tons of evidence that kind of gets back to what I thought Trump was kind of a heckle to people.
It was a perfect phone call.
When you read that, when you look at the evidence on the hard drive, you see that, hey, he was trying to give the guy a heads up, right, about this.
That hard drive was, you know, picked up in December of 2019.
It was in possession of the CIA, it was in possession of the FBI.
Excuse me, FBI in the Justice Department, not the CIA, FBI in the Justice Department, but if you had come forward at that time, just that evidence, you wouldn't even have had an impeachment trial, right?
You wouldn't even had an impeachment trial.
You wouldn't have, Joe Biden wouldn't have been a candidate.
Bernie Sanders would have been probably the nominee, or Elizabeth Warren, one of the two more populist.
My point is, you have a number of things you can do through action, action, action.
You're still the protagonist in this drama.
And they're clearly, it's very evident what they're trying to do.
They're trying to destroy Trumpism with the old Saul Alinsky tactic of take out the leader.
He's being Alinsky'd right now.
And he's being Alinsky through a combination of psychological and information warfare.
Now it's getting to economic warfare, that's why Josh Hawley, the book contract got shut down with Simon & Schuster.
That's why you see so many people saying, why are so many Republicans running to microphones?
Because they all want contracts over at CNN.
You know, the former Trump staffer who beats down Trump is going to be a hot commodity.
So let's go back to the declassification.
The process has gone on.
Durham is clearly doing some legal process that, hey, is a grand jury and all that.
It may or may not.
Something may come from it, may not.
But certainly not between now and the 20th.
What is the logic for not declassifying?
rudy giuliani
I don't know the information, and I've never seen any of the classified information, but I know everything that surrounds it, and having dealt with classified information for 17 years, I can pretty much read what's been blocked out.
I think I pretty much know what's in there.
And so far, there have been a lot of declassifications, and not a single piece of national security information has been contained in it.
What it contains is embarrassing information that will demonstrate that the prior administration engaged in, again I say, fascist tactics in order to prevent Trump from being president, and then in order to remove the rightfully elected president of the United States by clearly unlawful means. That's what's there. And very, very embarrassing admissions, like some that we've seen. For example, the letter that was
sent by Brennan to Obama saying that Hillary's people were putting together a Russian collusion plot to take attention away from her emails.
Now, as his defense lawyer, do you know what I could have done with that if I had it in a timely way, if it wasn't with hell for four and a half years?
There would have been no Mueller.
unidentified
There would have been no reason for Mueller.
rudy giuliani
That whole Russian collusion thing would have had a clear motive And then with all the evidence and the money that you paid to steal, that would have gone away.
We would have saved 40 million American dollars and had a president that had been free to do 10 times more things than he did.
I mean, these were horrible crimes against the Republic.
And one of the reasons why I give credit to the MAGA people and the MAGA crowds, we don't have violence.
How many rallies has he had?
How many 25, 40, 50,000 people has he had?
I mean, what happened here is extremely terrible.
It should never happen again.
But to blame it on Donald Trump and on Donald Trump supporters is like blaming BLM on people who rightfully protest the murder of black people unjustifiably.
I mean, we're very willing to say when there's a terrible rioting and looting of the vast majority of the crowd.
And the public officials talking to the crowd about justice, and even taking measures to assure justice, that could be interpreted as violence, that they're not responsible for, the few people who go crazy.
unidentified
This happened to us 50 times this month.
steve bannon
Mayor, we've got to bounce.
unidentified
I know you've got another podcast coming up today.
steve bannon
Can you give the time of your podcast, when it's going to launch, and also social media, while you're still up there?
rudy giuliani
Yes, it'll be about six o'clock tonight and it'll include quite a few discoveries of many of the MAGA people actually stopping the Antifa people, jumping on them, in one case stopping them from breaking open a window.
It'll show the leaders of the group and will connect them to Seattle and Portland.
And it will show that most of the MAGA people were merely observers and in some cases peacemakers.
In one case, They protect the police.
So somebody's got to tell you.
That's OK.
steve bannon
That's OK.
Fine.
That's going to be your part.
We got a bouncer.
rudy giuliani
I agree.
People are being married.
steve bannon
Mary, your podcast comes up with what?
They're great people.
Your podcast comes over what time?
rudy giuliani
It is on at six o'clock tonight.
You get it on Rudy's common sense dot com.
steve bannon
One of the top podcasts in the country.
We definitely see it.
It's right up on our bumper in the rearview mirror.
Thank you very much, Mayor Giuliani.
You're a great American and a great patriot.
We're going to return in a moment with a War Room discussion of the effort to toxify the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump.
In a moment.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
greg gutfeld
The audit that Cruz wanted and Trump wanted is a call for an insurrection.
We've got to change because it's going to get worse.
steve bannon
By the way, if you haven't seen that entire clip of Greg Gutfeld, it's worth watching.
We ought to get the longer clip and try to put it up on the site because he and Juan Williams go back and forth.
I think Greg Gutfeld, a very smart guy, not really a super pro-Trump guy, I think lays out a very reasoned case there.
But, as I've said, you know, like a broken record since War Room pandemic, since we shifted from impeachment to pandemic back in January of last year, about a year ago, it is action, action, action.
Take action.
Clearly, and we're going to have a group discussion here, Cortez and Eastman are going to be on later, maybe Pacific too, to talk about what happened at Capitol Hill, which is still going on and information is still coming out.
It is a psychological warfare, it is information warfare, and now it's economic warfare.
And it's flat out.
So, you know, people got to get engaged in that, understand what's happening.
And what President Trump can do is take action, some of the action, and he owes this, I think, to the American people.
The declassification of these documents come back from the, really the request That was sent from Devin Nunez and then Jim Jordan and others on these committees to subpoena this information that was never released.
It was supposed to be out and supposed to be answered back to the Hill.
And so all the documents would come out years ago and for a host of reasons.
And quite frankly, John Kelly and others at the White House continued to block that when the President of the United States wanted to declassify.
It's gone through a declassification process.
This stuff can all come out.
Why is it not coming out?
And look, I'm not a deep state guy.
I'm just, hey, this is the way the system works.
And it's important to understand how the system works.
And here you've got, you know, the reason Donald Trump is president, the reason he won in 2016, is the managed decline of our country by our elites.
What do I mean by managed decline?
That every aspect of American life is getting, is not what it once was.
Right?
By institutions.
It's the institutions that are having issues here.
And that's what Greg Gutfeld reiterated right then.
We can rejuvenate this.
You can rejuvenate this.
And we can rejuvenate this by winning.
Right?
And we won in November.
And we can prove that.
unidentified
Right?
steve bannon
And we're not going to back off that.
We're just not going to back off it.
Right, until this is fully adjudicated.
Now we had state legislatures that are saying, hey, we want those electors back in Pennsylvania and in Georgia.
And those are going to go on.
Georgia Assembly meets on Monday.
You're going to see this fight continue.
We're just not going to back off it.
And we understand.
That Joe Biden has now been declared, his electors have been certified, and he is President-elect of the United States.
That is a fact.
We have facts that show that that was not done properly and that we thought there was a mechanism.
There was a mechanism set up for Mike Pence to delay it for 10 days, let those state legislatures deal with it.
You know, Mike Pence made a decision, a decision that he's going to have to live with over the fullness of time, right?
The fullness of time.
Like the decision Pontius Pilate made, right?
Or the decision Solomon made, right?
You make these decisions, you've got to live with them.
And look, in the fullness of time, we'll see that if Mike Pence was right, or the people that backed President Trump in this, the MAGA movement, was right.
We'll find that out over the fullness of time.
We happen to think that more information that's even out there today will continue to come forward as people continue to drill down on this.
I want to go first, but remember what's going on here.
There's an impeachment movement.
They're going to bring, I said this the other day, they're going to bring an impeachment vote next week, right?
even if they can't get things done on the 25th Amendment and the impeachment vote.
What they need to do, what their objective is, is to by January 20th, right, to take the total eye off the ball that there won't be anybody in this town for an inauguration, right?
Trump drew, what, a million people the other day?
I don't know, 500,000, 600,000, a million.
Let's say this, it was a massive, massive, massive crowd, right, of people that come to hear his speech.
Joe Biden, there's not going to be a parade.
I think there's some small thing.
They're blaming it on COVID.
Everybody knows because he can't draw a crowd, right?
And this is why, because there's no enthusiasm for his administration.
I don't see any buzz about this administration whatsoever.
And on Trump, Trump's got, you know, they've got two weeks to get him and to toxify him and to make sure he's so toxic.
That they try to destroy Trump, his reputation, his presidency, and on his last phase here, and they go after the MAGA crowd and go after the Trump crowd.
You know, you're insurrectionist, you're guilty of treason, you're not patriotic, on and on and on.
And for all you veterans out there, you'll notice from a host of people who've never served their country, never served their country a day, guys like Joe Scarborough, right?
Who avoided, didn't go in the military, he was all volunteer force.
Where were you, Joe?
With some of the heated, you know, they ought to be arrested, they ought to be put in chains, they ought to be sent here, they ought to be done that.
I saw the speeches, I didn't think, those speeches were definitely not a rally speech, I didn't think, I mean, people were cold and they were giving, you know, Eastman's giving an argument about the Constitution, Rudy's doing his thing about the legal side of it, the President gives a legal brief, essentially, I mean, you, my daughter, Captain Bannon, and Fog City Midge, our co-host today, is up there.
They're freezing.
It goes on for, his legal brief was 45 minutes.
So Rahim, let's start with you.
Go around.
Where do we stand?
I understand Ben Sasse is now throwing in that Ben Sasse wants to, what, prosecute the president after he's out of office?
raheem kassam
Yeah, that's right.
Ben Sasse has said that he would be open to convicting Trump after the impeachment.
He says, the House, if they come together and have a process, I will definitely consider whatever articles they might move because, as I've told you, I believe the President has disregarded his oath of office, end quote.
And this is, you know, Look at all we've seen in the last 24 hours alone.
It feels like three weeks in all of this.
We've had the articles of impeachment drawn up by Ilhan Omar, right?
They still haven't released the full articles yet, but she tweeted a picture of the front page of the articles that she's drafted.
You have the 25th Amendment talking, everybody coming out and saying, oh, you know... And by the way, if you go and read the 25th Amendment, I mean, it is not for use in this sort of circumstance.
And for Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer and all these guys to be talking about the 25th Amendment now, that is an absolute abuse of power.
I mean, that is tyrannically abusive to the Constitution.
The President is not disabled.
He's not unable to perform the actions of the President.
And he's not mentally deficient in any way.
steve bannon
They understand they're not going to be able to pull off an impeachment.
They're not going to be able to pull off a 25th Amendment.
It is the information warfare part of it.
This is the toxification project.
raheem kassam
But it's also moving the goalposts of what that can be used for in the future.
They want to make it very clear.
Trump can never run for office again.
That's in the articles.
That's going to be in the articles of impeachment.
steve bannon
That's why they want to do the impeachment.
Because they fear 2024.
By the way, they're going to have a couple of three Republicans in on this.
You know, Nikki Haley's got to come in at the Republican dinner.
Oh, he really didn't come out correctly like he did at Charlottesville, right?
There's going to be all those moderate to establishment candidates that are going to be saying, hmm, the last one is that he can't run again in the future?
I think I can work with that.
I think there's something here, like Ben Sasse is already talking about running for president.
I think there's something here I can work with.
raheem kassam
You've already got the useful idiots like Alyssa Farrell going on CNN and just flipping totally from where they were last week when they were still wanting their paychecks from Donald Trump.
steve bannon
She's been solid.
She's been with Meadow.
She's been with, I think, Jim Jordan.
Her father's one of the leading lights in the beginning of this whole thing on information.
And putting facts out?
When she comes out and says it was a lie, it's like, OK, well, hold it.
If you say it's a lie, I understand.
I got it.
But you can come back with facts.
I mean, one of the things we've got Professor Eastman on here today is just to go do a short synopsis of that.
She says it's a lie in all caps, right?
Tweets that it's a lie.
Everything he said was a lie about the voting fraud and the election fraud and the ballot fraud.
Just in a condensed version, is the lie.
And by the way, you may not agree with all of Eastman's evidence, you may not agree with the depth of the evidence, you may not agree with what he says, but it's certainly, he can put forward the case, it's not a lie and you're right.
But I see guys in his administration, they're coming out with the 25th Amendment too.
That's all information warfare.
raheem kassam
Just quickly, I feel very, very badly for Joseph Farah in all of this, because WND has actually done a great job of publishing all of the evidence and the news.
I don't feel bad.
steve bannon
His daughter's got it, but she can have her opinion.
raheem kassam
She can have her opinion, but imagine how proud you must be to have a daughter in the administration, working for the right reason, and then flips, turns, goes on CNN and says, ah, actually it was all a lie.
And here's the thing, I know the audience is looking for things to do, I want to make sure that the people who are flipping on the President never get a job.
And the people who are flipping on the President at this point, you never cut a check ever again to any campaign that hires them.
You never cut a check ever again to a think tank that hires them.
You never support them for candidacy.
We forget so quickly.
give so quickly these people they come around again and again and again and then we wonder why we keep getting rolled the reason we get rolled is because we don't keep a good solid memory of who is stabbed us in the front and if you want to do something constructive to the audience out there today start a website start making lists of people we should never support and we should never cut checks to ever again. Tell us how do you think this process of the toxification process Walk us through what's going to happen.
steve bannon
I want to go over the other side of the hill.
What should people be looking for?
You talk about what's happening, and by the way, we're about focus, not fantasy.
If you want fantasy, you're at the wrong place, okay?
As these guys know, I don't tolerate it here while we're setting up the show.
I don't tolerate it when I'm working on all these projects.
I'm not in the fantasy business.
I'm in the reality business.
Like, how do we get Trump to win in 16?
Right?
How do you get to win in 17?
Or in the July?
How do you start talking about how they're going to steal the election?
If you want to see everything that went on, right?
We talked about it in July and August of this year, when Ibrahim and I went around the country giving the talk.
It's not to say we're prophetic.
We just, we try to be very serious here.
Right now, what you should be doing, and I realize a lot of people are in the complete depths, right?
I don't believe you're going to have, you know, some magic wand Waved over this, it's not going to be all better.
Okay?
It's not going to be all better.
You're going to have to work for this.
We're all going to have to work for this.
And one way you're going to have to work for it is get a place of solidity and then start pushing back.
There are tons of actions the President of the United States can take.
You can be action oriented.
There's executive orders you can do.
There's declassification you can do.
There's all sorts of things that are within your presidential powers and for the betterment Of the American people.
Those are the types of action we take.
Your job is to be a force multiplier right now.
Force multiplier in social media, force multiplier among your friends.
Remember, almost 50% of the American people think this thing was illegal.
That's what's driving the media crazy.
Remember, one of the reasons they're triggered, with all the oligarchs in Silicon Valley and taking everything down and putting all the warnings up, and if you very mention it, if you play Trump's video, you're going to be taken down immediately.
With all of that, We're up to the 40, 50, almost 50 percent, somewhere in the mid-40s that know this thing was illegal or stolen.
That is a massive victory in and of itself and will have both short-term and long-term implications.
raheem kassam
People also need to stop falling for hoaxes.
You know, that there's some raid taking place in some foreign capital or there's some English language affidavit coming out of Rome.
It's nonsense and it's designed to distract you.
steve bannon
If you don't like the way I mock you, I'm sorry about that, but we're not in the fantasy business.
The fantasy business only gets you further down the road of doing some stuff that happened the other day, right?
And yes, there was Antifa and the police, but you cannot be in the fantasy business.
If you want to save this country, if you want to turn this country around, it's not a time for fantasy.
It's a time for focus, okay?
And I realize for a lot of people out there, including a lot of people I know and are very dear to me, They're having a bad week, right?
Well, I told you, some days are going to be good and some days are going to be bad, so... What the War Room is, is to make sure on the bad days, we've got a fulcrum, we've got a pivot point to fire off on.
Okay, we're going to turn, we've got Steve Cortez, Professor Eastman, hopefully we can track down Jack Posobiec, tell us what's happening up on Capitol Hill in these investigations.
We're going to turn the War Room in a moment.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
I think the public argument from them would be, oh, it's only 12 days, right?
That's a drastic step.
By the way, the 25th Amendment can take effect immediately.
It's not a long process and You know, so I think that's what they'll say.
I think the reality is they're only 12 days away and, you know, from escaping, not having to ever turn on Donald Trump.
Even when we're sitting in our office and a mob is being encouraged to storm the Capitol, a Capitol Police officer, as of last night late, was announced to have perished, plus other people, you know, obviously the one lady shot and others.
And then we're going to sit here and say, well, you know, let's just get through to the next 12 days.
No, let's take a stand.
steve bannon
Yes, let's take a stand.
I ask you again, Meg, you were there.
Was there any encouragement to rush the Capitol, storm Capitol Hill, rush inside?
Was there any of the speakers, anything you saw?
unidentified
None whatsoever.
You're a witness of fact.
You were there.
steve bannon
Did you see any of that?
unidentified
Absolutely not.
And I would encourage anyone in the media to go back and watch Trump's speech.
You don't see anything of the sort.
And it's so disgraceful the way that they censored his video calling for peace and then labeled it as inciting violence and then completely shifted the narrative and claimed that President Trump was calling for all of this.
steve bannon
Didn't he say, in fact, he says, I hear you guys are going up there, I want you to make sure you're peaceful?
He used the word peaceful.
jack maxey
Yes, he does.
He actually says, go up there to peacefully protest.
steve bannon
Yeah, peacefully.
At the end, when he says it, he tells the crowd, I want you to be peaceful.
jack maxey
And that's why the media doesn't actually run the video of what he says.
They just sort of jawbone about what he said.
steve bannon
But why is MSNBC, when they're citing insurrection?
Right?
And political speech has a whole different thing.
You can run a little hot in political speech.
That was not a hot speech.
That was a speech done in the freezing cold, right?
raheem kassam
It was actually one of the more tepid and tame, I thought, of the presidency.
Are we going to do the breaking news?
steve bannon
Maggie, you've got it.
unidentified
The big breaking news.
We pulled it up.
President Trump just tweeted, to all those who have asked, I will not be going to the inauguration on January 20th.
So, okay.
steve bannon
We've said that before here, right?
No concession and not going to go to the Inaugural.
unidentified
He should not.
steve bannon
Oh, no, absolutely should not go to the Inaugural.
Absolutely should not go to the Inaugural.
And I think that's what Gutfeld was saying last night.
You can't have some phony thing that we're going to bring the country.
Yeah, the country's divided.
The country's divided.
It's a divided country.
jack maxey
Where's Ben Sasse's hometown?
Maybe we should have a rally there.
steve bannon
Give me the thing of Ben Sasse again.
Do you have his tweet?
Ben Sasse wants to prosecute.
He wants to basically prosecute if they bring a bill of indictment for the impeachment.
And the reason they want to do this, ladies and gentlemen, make sure you understand what's going on.
Not just to toxify him.
So he's the only president impeached twice.
They want to have that handle on him.
The Senate, there's a lot of guys running, there's a lot of the establishment, a lot of the pro-CCP, you know, group in there, the big donor group.
There's guys running for president, so they'll get a much better hearing.
They can do it afterwards, after he left office.
Why?
Because it's the ability to stop him from running for office.
Again, this is how much they fear Trump, and this is how much they fear Trumpism, and this is how much they fear you.
Right?
They want to kill it, they want to spike it right now, and they think they've got the point of spike right now.
Jack?
jack maxey
No, I just, what Sass says, the House, if they come together and have a process, I will definitely consider whatever articles they might move on, because as I've told you, I believe the President has disregarded his oath of office.
President Trump, I'm looking at our live stream, I'm watching hashtag War Room Pandemic, Your followers, the people who believe in you, want more than anything for you to open up the books, declassify, let us see what's been going on.
And Mayor Giuliani brought up a great point earlier.
Most of it's about embarrassment.
Remember when Bradley Manning released the millions of cables from the State Department?
And the most shocking thing was that you had thousands and thousands of people who were doing their jobs, were lazing around, talking about their vacations, etc.
It was like, if this had been a corporation, it would have been bankrupt.
That's why they don't want it.
steve bannon
Oh, I don't think, I don't think, I don't think the declassification is going to be just embarrassment in that regard.
jack maxey
Oh, sure, it's going to be major.
steve bannon
Well, it's going to be major to talk about how organized the thing was and how they were, you know, from the very beginning, I call it the nullification project.
They wanted to nullify the 2016 presidential election.
They did not want Trump to be president.
Because I want to get to the Michelle Obama of it all.
raheem kassam
It's not an inauguration because it wasn't an election.
OK?
Let's just remember that.
If people say, you're going to be talking about this today, people are going to be talking about it, remind them.
Why should it go?
It's not an inauguration because it wasn't an election.
An election is what's on the statute books in the states, and those states did not run their elections like they're supposed to run an election.
Therefore, it was not an election.
It was a nice little exercise in counting stuff.
It was a survey, right?
It was a rigged survey.
It was not an election.
steve bannon
And your logic for it was not an election because it was not held legally.
The illegalities of both the voter fraud, the ballot fraud, the election fraud, and then we put in the constitutional issues.
That's why, from Pennsylvania to Georgia and even Arizona, they wanted those slates back.
They wanted to do further investigation, at least for 10 days.
And then, I believe, they were decertified.
That's what we were being told by guys in the moment that had the votes be decertified.
And you go to what's called a contingent election.
The contingent, and I talked about this back in September, the contingent election basically says there was an election on November 3rd.
That election's put off to the side.
There were so many irregularities to it that we can't count on that.
We have to go to a contingent election set up in the House of Representatives.
That's where we should be today.
We should be arguing today if Mike Pence, they're trying to put Mike Pence up as a profiling courage with the mainstream media and Fox.
Not going to work.
Here's the reason.
Greg Gutfeld got it.
The MAGA group, the deplorables, are not rubes.
They read all the information.
They go to all the sites.
In fact, they overwhelm us with information.
You can try to sell Mike Pence as a profile in Courage.
It will not work.
He made a decision.
That's fine.
He's Vice President of the United States.
He's President of the Senate.
That was his role.
He made a decision.
He's going to have to live with that decision.
And the Republican people will be able to talk about that 100 years from now, about what that decision was.
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to have Professor Eastman.
I want to get into, we've got to get into the Michelle Obama jumping in here about taking Trump down.
Remember, the whole thing on the social media platforms for President Trump, that's what they're really worried about.
They don't want him to have, to be able to disintermediate.
To disintermediate the media.
This is what his rise in 15 and 16.
He didn't need the mainstream media.
He could disintermediate through these new tools of social media.
Well, they're on to that now.
And that's why I think they're going to see a very big effort to try to block Trump in every way possible, including on that massive Twitter account.
Okay, short commercial break.
unidentified
break me back with professor john eastman next the world to hold on we will fight till they're all gone!
We rejoice when there's no more.
Let's take down the TTP.
They have all lied for too long.
