Well, the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China, and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume, broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China, that this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
anthony fauci
We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens, War Room.
unidentified
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Live from the nation's capital, you're in the War Room.
It is Tuesday, the 22nd of December, the year of our Lord, 2020.
We're a few days away from Christmas, a Merry Christmas, the Advent season.
Happy Hanukkah to all of our friends of the Jewish faith.
I know the Festival of Lights, Boris was telling us last night about the children and the gifts, it's so fantastic.
John Frederick's Radio Network, Real America's Voice, the streaming service of the Trump Revolution.
Dish Channel 219, Comcast Channel 113.
We're on Rumble YouTube.
I want to thank everybody.
I want to give our official thanks to the YouTube guys for keeping us up.
And we understand the 8th of December was Safe Harbor.
The 14th was Electoral College.
But for the YouTube folks, today in Georgia, I guess last night in Georgia, the Judiciary Committee of the Senate voted on a report.
This report was that there were so many outrageous election irregularities, and so much evidence, CNN, evidence, Brian Stelter, evidence, evidence, that they have said that the Georgia General Assembly should immediately come into session, in a special session.
They should discuss this, the Democrats should throw their two cents in, should debate this, should look at the evidence, And their recommendation is, in that special session, there's enough evidence here to, guess what?
De-certify.
Take your number two pencil out and write that down.
De-certify.
Where have I heard that before?
War room pandemic.
Now we're going to bring in the hardest working man in America.
Somebody, he's the king of the honey badgers, because he does not care.
He's grinding, and this is what it's about.
Don't believe all the stuff he got, you know, no fairy godmother is going to come in here Was it Dois Dus Ex Machina?
My 12 years of Latin and being an altar boy.
I think I'm close enough.
I want to bring in another altar boy.
Rudy Giuliani, the mayor, broke the five families, broke the mafia on Wall Street, and now is out to fight for the President of the United States, to fight for the Constitution, to fight for the Republic.
And remember, everybody, after all the stories today, Donald Trump's turned on everybody, Donald Trump's a wild man.
The President's never been more focused, because he's focused not on himself, he's focused on the Republic, and he's focused on the Constitution.
Rudy, Mayor, tell me about this report.
This is the first, I think, kind of real official document we've gotten from the committee.
Tell us about it.
unidentified
What are your thoughts?
We've had a couple that have come close.
Arizona yesterday, similarly, was going to pass a resolution demanding a joint session to certify Trump, but then they didn't get the votes and they're going to come back again tomorrow.
Hopefully this will help push them.
You know, they kind of push each other.
So what this would do is it would force the lower house to vote.
On this same resolution, the lower house is largely Republican.
They've got a very, very good leader, Ralston.
Actually, he supported me when I ran for president.
So it would have a chance.
It's not one of those things you call, like, get-on-arrival in the lower house.
In fact, it's a real possibility that they could pass this.
Plus, I happen to know that we have one or two My fingers crossed.
Big revelations for Georgia within the next day or two with regard to the machines that we've had some more information about.
So maybe a little more additional information about the fraud and the cheating would be enough to push this over the top.
steve bannon
Mayor, what's most powerful about this is that they didn't even get into, which I think is the most compelling evidence down there, the illegal voting, the underage voting, the post office box voting, all that.
They really focused on the mail-in ballots and a lot of irregularities there, which is enough evidence for them.
Walk us through The conversation you would have with a Governor Kemp, because, you know, I don't want to say you're going to go good cop, bad cop, but you play a pretty good bad cop.
Bernie Kerrick plays a better bad cop, but you're pretty good yourself.
What's your bad cop speech to Governor Kemp?
unidentified
Well, I don't like what this Kemp has been doing.
I really don't.
I mean, this guy was brought out of nowhere by Donald J. Trump.
Trump selected him instead of somebody else.
He wouldn't have been the governor without Trump.
That doesn't mean he should do anything wrong, but it also means he shouldn't avoid doing something right.
And, I mean, the evidence of fraud in Georgia is probably greater than anywhere else.
They actually have enough evidence not just to decertify, but to certify.
I mean, you have just that one incident When they closed down the counting center and the Democratic crook stole 40,000 votes.
We have the count!
We can show you gotta add 37,000 votes to Trump and 3,000 votes to Biden.
Trump wins by 20,000.
He knows that.
He can play the Don TV thing in his office.
He knows it.
He's not a stupid man.
He knows that they had something like 27,000 out-of-state people vote.
That alone overturns the election and gives it to Trump.
They had 6,000 dead people vote.
That gets you halfway there.
So the point that I'm making is he knows he had a crummy election and terrible machines.
Now, this could be the problem that he's into the hole for $110 million for.
He just brought on these new machines, and we have all sorts of evidence all over Georgia, including rural Georgia, they didn't work.
We had one place in rural Georgia where we ran the results of the election three times.
We got three different results.
Now, he's the guy whose lobbyists brought the $100 million contract to Georgia.
So I guess he's gonna look awful stupid if he has to, you know, say this election didn't work out.
On the other hand, he has no future as a Republican, as a Democrat, as in anything, if he doesn't stand up here.
He's at 11% approval right now.
steve bannon
El Todd Wood and the team at Creative Destruction Media broke this story, I think, late last night.
I want to give a hat tip to them.
I want to go back to this, but Mayor, look, I've been saying in a financial term, the whole system with the machine and Smartmatic and Dominion, That may or may not, but that's going to take a serious investigation, and that could take a while.
I've always said that's a free option.
If things come up in Arizona where Gosar is working on things, his team, if it comes up in Ware County, Georgia, or if it comes up in Antrim County, hey, I'm all for it, that's great.
But there's enough in the other two verticals, and I think that's the power of what this Judiciary Committee did.
There's enough to me in just the old-fashioned way they stole it with the illegal alien voting, underage voting, people not living in the, you know, multiple voting, all that.
You guys have done a job with Smith, your lawyer, Include a Mitchell Show, over, I think, $150,000, $175,000, $200,000 of that.
Then you've got the vertical with the mail-in, which these guys are really focused on, on the Judiciary Committee, and they're saying there's enough, and hey, you're more aggressive than I am.
I'm saying, just give me a decertify, let's get to the House on a contingent election, and they'll affirm, we'll affirm, and one falls, they all fall.
Georgia falls, Arizona's gonna fall, and Wisconsin.
Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona.
That's the low-hanging fruit.
So is your point, or are you going to today with this report, now this is the first official document we've had from an elected body.
No longer can CNN and these guys say it's baseless, there's no evidence.
An elective body has sat there and said there's compelling evidence enough for a special session and to decertify.
Is the campaign with you as the head, are you going to drive this starting today in Georgia?
unidentified
Of course we are.
I mean this is a major, this is a major development.
And we have three other legislatures on the verge of considering or almost doing this.
So it couldn't have happened at a better time.
I mean, in the case of Arizona, they're basically two votes away.
And in the case of Michigan, maybe a little further, but not that much further.
And believe it or not, even if you go back to Pennsylvania, where you had tremendous fraud, There's still a movement there to do the same thing.
So, this could liven things up a lot of places, so we will push it.
We'll push it very, very hard.
And the point that you make is actually correct, Steve.
Without regard to any modern technology, you can prove that this election was stolen.
You can prove it just based on the number... Let me give you an example.
Arizona.
Terrible machine problems in Arizona.
They probably cheated through the machines and stole the election.
But also, real simple, According to the numbers in Arizona, not a single non-citizen voted in Arizona.
Well, that's a lie.
That's a false statement.
You're laughing.
It's a false statement.
You know, I was a prosecutor.
That's called a violation of 18 United States Code, section 1001.
You just lied to the United States government.
No non-citizen voted in Arizona?
I mean, if they gave me The list of the voters.
I can, within 10 minutes, come up with thousands by just doing LexisNexis.
I don't even need a government database.
I can do it on Accurate.
And I could come up with 20 or 30,000.
So, actually, somebody did that.
They got the names of people they knew voted, and they have come up with 26,000 just doing it informally.
That's enough to turn the election.
steve bannon
No, that's incredible.
Mayor, I just want to make sure I'm being honest.
unidentified
It's these little details.
It's these little details that actually prove the case.
You don't need the big scientific evidence.
The little details prove he won these states.
steve bannon
The scientific evidence and all the Buck Rogers stuff, hey, that may happen, but it's going to take investigation, and I'm for involving any of that, if it is.
unidentified
It is, and it did happen, and it's very sexy, you know, and it appeals to people, but then again, you can make fun of it too.
steve bannon
Yeah.
unidentified
You can easily make fun of it.
You can say, oh, it's science fiction.
steve bannon
I don't have to do the Lou Dobbs disclosure, right?
We only stick to the facts here.
So hold it.
Last thing.
People forget Wisconsin may be the most aggressive.
There you have an entire team under Boris and Bernie Kerik and others that are going back and looking at the ICs.
People should understand.
There's going to be, I think, over 100,000 of these illegal, indefinitely confined, which the campaign's doing right now, as the Supreme Court told them, that'll all come back over the next day or two.
But the last thing I want to get to, Mayor, so I just want to tell people, hey, there's multiple paths here going through the legitimate state legislatures and these committees showing facts, evidence, and data.
Mayor, last thing.
The New York Times, all the papers a day, Axios, it's like a big Shakespearean drama in the White House.
Can you let people know, I mean, the President is as calm and as focused as he's ever been, but I want people to hear it from your voice, because it makes it seem like it's a chaos.
unidentified
The President is the calmest guy in the White House.
You know, even when these arguments break out, and when I was mayor, arguments would break out.
Come on, this is what happens around power and important decisions.
He's the calmest guy in the room.
He just listens, and then he makes a rational decision.
And look, it's also good for his decision-making.
When an important issue comes up, why shouldn't people passionately discuss it?
That's what happens.
That's what Hamilton and Jefferson and Madison, that's what they did in, you know, in the upper room, right?
steve bannon
Yes, sir.
unidentified
I mean, we're passionate human beings.
We believe in what we're doing.
And the president here, so many different ways, knows he's right.
I mean, just what you're talking now, you could do a whole big scientific case.
It might sound like science fiction, but it's real.
Or you could just do good old-fashioned basic legal work, just counting numbers.
Just counting the number of illegal immigrants, the number of dead people, the number of people who voted from out of state.
The number of duplicate ballots, the number of people who voted four times.
They cheated every way to Sunday.
Every way they could.
You know why they did it?
They were further behind than they thought they were going to be.
So they had to pull out all the stops.
steve bannon
Exactly.
Mayor, I know you've got to bounce.
Your staff's already giving me stink eye.
Tell us, you're on the number one podcast in America because of you.
We want to thank you.
But tell us about your podcast and how people follow Rudy Giuliani during the day.
What's the podcast?
How do people get to it?
unidentified
Well, my podcast comes out every Wednesday and Friday is a new one.
It's on rudyscommonsense.com.
And this week we'll be talking about the election.
We'll be talking about Biden and the new revelations about Biden, and somehow or other we're going to talk about Christmas in the middle of all that.
We're going to make Christmas relevant to this.
steve bannon
Amen.
We've got about 15 seconds.
What's your Twitter handle, Mayor?
unidentified
RudyCommonsense.com.
Come and join.
You'll have fun.
steve bannon
No, no, what's your Twitter handle, your personal Twitter handle?
I tell you what, we'll put it up.
unidentified
We'll make sure we get Rudy Giuliani.
Rudy Giuliani.
That's it.
Rudy Giuliani.
Just plain Rudy Giuliani.
steve bannon
You're an American hero.
We intend to have you back on tomorrow, but if we don't, Merry Christmas.
unidentified
Yep, no, no, I'll be on tomorrow.
You know, I love doing your show.
Okay.
Take care.
steve bannon
Okay, Mayor.
This is one of the reasons we're number one in the country.
Mayor Giuliani, an American hero and a patriot.
Back with Jenny Beth Martin in a minute.
unidentified
Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
My political editor is prompting me to ask you about Trump's decision to keep the challenges going to the election, some of the lawsuits and so forth, maybe even a strategy to challenge the Electoral College vote certification in Congress.
Do you think that the president is hurting himself by keeping these challenges going or should he continue the fight?
I think he's hurting himself and I think he's hurting the country by keeping it going.
I mean, the fact is, listen, I'm a big supporter of the president.
I was the first one of his 2016 opponents to endorse him.
We've been friends for 20 years.
I prepared him for his debates in 2016, headed this transition in 2016, prepared him for his debates in 2020.
But there is no evidence that I've seen that there was fraud that occurred in this election that would change the result.
And nor have courts all across this country found any such evidence either.
This is not a drill.
The President of the United States is weighing the kind of action you see in dictatorships.
John Berman here in for Anderson.
So more than a month ago, with the President refusing to accept his election defeat, a senior Republican official asked a reporter from the Washington Post, and I'm quoting now, What's the downside of humoring him for this little bit of time?
After all, this official said, it's not like he's plotting how to prevent Joe Biden from taking power on January 20th.
Tonight, the evidence is growing that he is.
And another official told CNN Today, quote, no one is sure where this is heading.
It's not just that we are in a coup, but we're at the beginning of a coup that will only get more violent.
Coups don't have to be successful, right?
It's like attempted murder.
Attempted murder is still a crime, even if you're not successful.
You have people storming state capitals.
We had people trying to kidnap the governor of Michigan.
Today, in Oregon, you had people breaking into the state capitol and shooting chemical agents at local police officers and journalists.
They're all acting at the behest of Donald Trump.
Unless anybody thinks that it's like, well, they're not directly... Remember, this is the guy who, during a presidential debate, told the Proud Boys, who are a terrorist organization, or a terrorist-sympathizing organization, to stand by and, you know, stand up and stand by.
So this is what the president is calling for.
The meetings are going to be less problematic than the number of men and women that you have on the ground who are willing to engage in violence.
So that is the danger here.
It has to be seen as a danger.
And the men and women who are placating the president on this, the men and women in Congress who are pretending that this isn't really an issue, they are now terror sympathizers.
steve bannon
Terrorist sympathizers.
You know what that means in the Department of Homeland Security.
Just saying.
This is the type of heated over-the-top rhetoric you don't see.
unidentified
Stop.
steve bannon
I want to say one thing before I turn it over to the team.
We're trying to get Jenny Beth Martin from the Tea Party Patriots down in Georgia on this in a minute, but you've seen what we've been saying from the entire time.
This is all about the state legislatures.
No fairy godmothers are going to come in here and sprinkle magic dust on you.
You've got to grind it.
And that's why the grinders are winning.
Okay, and you see this, and this is the bad details.
This isn't about being relentless.
Not stopping, but just continue to push it, to push it, to push it.
I want to just make an observation on Chris Christie.
Chris Christie did not run the debate prep in 2016.
I got rid of him, right?
We brought him in on occasions, too, because that's because he bailed during Billy Bush weekend, the gutless coward.
I shouldn't call him gutless.
I guess he got a gut, but he's a coward.
Was that a cheap shot?
Maybe.
And I also fired him the moment, several hours after the President won.
He was terminated because the disaster, all his buddies in Trenton, all the scumbags up there in Jersey, right?
And they are Jersey scumbags, okay?
I think he finished as governor after all the lies and misrepresentation at nine percent, okay?
That scumbag had a complete disaster on the transition ahead.
It was the Jersey swamp going to go to D.C.
Of which at some later time I will go through chapter and verse and invite the Governor on, the former Governor on, to debate that.
But no, he's bailed.
He bailed initially, putting a knife in President Trump's back and then tearing up the Constitution.
Just look at the facts.
All we want to deal with here is evidence and facts and data.
And that's what we want CNN to do and MSNBC to do, to dial down the heated rhetoric and stick to the facts.
Gentlemen, coming out of, you saw Rudy, This is pretty straightforward.
Now you have a committee, and the report's not final, but they're going to vote on it.
In Arizona, it's happening.
In Wisconsin, it's happening.
In Michigan, it's happening.
And this is why the mainstream media is going crazy.
Oh, Trump's some Shakespearean... Richard III, right?
He's running around the White House.
There's all this Shakespearean drama.
There's no drama.
Trust me, there's no drama.
There's some heated conversations, but there's no drama.
People are grinding.
And like I say, forget the thing of the magic ferry coming in with the Supreme Court's going to flip this thing.
You're going to find a server on the moon in the gun battle in Frankfurt.
It's all nonsense.
So that's not happening.
What's really happening is what you're seeing in Georgia.
Mr. Hingbisom.
unidentified
Just back to that.
Well, firstly, they will miss him in the palace intrigue, but it's okay.
They've got another four years.
Secondly, on that intro just there, MSNBC I think has about 3.1 million YouTube subscribers, okay?
steve bannon
They're bigger than us?
unidentified
Just a bit.
steve bannon
Okay.
unidentified
This guy just now on MSNBC said the Proud Boys are a terrorist sympathizer organization which the president told to stand up.
Those two things are both factually incorrect.
steve bannon
Leave it to our partners at YouTube.
I did say partners, our partners at YouTube.
unidentified
When are they going to get a slap?
As soon as you call the guy that does the conservative... I'll call him this afternoon.
steve bannon
Let's talk about Georgia.
jack maxey
Georgia is very important.
This audit, the testimony that they had on December 3rd, they just came out with the Chairman's Report of the Election Law Study Subcommittee on the Standing Senate Judiciary Committee.
And this thing is rife with testimony and factual information that was presented to the hearing.
I recommend that all of our listeners read it.
I think that the most important thing is probably the last paragraph, H, for rectifying the 2020 general election results.
Now you have to remember this is after a long document that goes through lots of evidence, lots of testimony.
It says, and I quote, the legislature should carefully consider its obligations under the U.S.
Constitution.
If a majority of the General Assembly concurs with the findings of this report, the certification of the election should be rescinded and the General Assembly should act to determine the proper electors to be certified to the electoral college in the 2020 presidential race.
unidentified
Yeah, and looking at the political dynamics here, we've been talking about leadership and the members of leadership, the Senate pro tems, the Speakers of the House.
The Judiciary Chairman is backing this in a big way.
So these chairmen are members of the leadership teams, so pushing that forward, the fact that the chairman of the committee is backing this is a big sign.
steve bannon
Inside baseball from Greg Manson, he got so jacked up on this thing, he's talked.
It's amazing.
Courage is contagious.
Courage is contagious, ladies and gentlemen.
This thing's turning.
The tide's turning.
That's why we've got to dial down the crazy talk and focus on the facts.
Do not walk into the traps of the mainstream media.
Here in the war room, calm, cool, and collected.
You know why?
I'm almost getting tired of winning.
peter navarro
Right?
steve bannon
We're winning.
The numbers are coming our way, the facts are coming up, now you have an official response.
I've got, by the way, Whatfinger, Populous Press, Nationalist Pulse, Citizens Free Press, Gateway Pundit, and I want to give a specific shout out to the guys at Creative Destruction Media, L. Todd Woods, I got this first from him last night, great report, I think he might have had an exclusive, John Fredrickson of John Fredrickson.
I want to go to Jenny Beth Martin.
Jenny Beth, before I get into the explosive, well, let's do the explosive report from Atlanta, then I want to talk about President Trump already starting his second term.
I don't think a lot of us are that crazy about the 2.6 trillion dollars.
Principally, it's not just the scale of the number, it's the use of proceeds, okay?
But let's start with, first, Jenny Beth, you're Georgian through and through.
You live, I think, right in Atlanta or outside of Atlanta.
You're part of the President's team down there.
How big and important is this report from the Judiciary Committee of the Georgia Senate?
jenny beth martin
I think it's very important and, you know, I was listening to Chris Christie just a minute ago.
I have to tell you, what Jack just said is really important.
People need, including Chris Christie, need to read this report.
They need to get the complaint that the President filed.
I'm not talking about Len Wood or Sidney Powell or anyone else.
I'm talking about what the President's legal team filed.
in Georgia and read that and also read the accompanying affidavits.
It's over 1,500 pages with affidavits and it lays out every single state law, over 35 that we think were violated.
And the real problem here that I see as I watch this, not just in Georgia, but around the entire country, is that the evidence is never getting out there.
It has in some of the state legislatures, it has in this report from Senator Ligon in Georgia, and thankfully with Senator Johnson last week in the United States Senate, but the President is not getting his day in court.
He's not being able to present the evidence.
And I think if the American people actually saw some of the evidence, they would want to go, wait, we need to take a step back and look at this, because no candidate should ever be treated this way.
steve bannon
OK, I need you to hang on, because I asked you about the budget.
John Fredericks is going to come on.
Peter Navarro.
We had Rudy.
We're only giving you hitters, right?
You're getting the signal.
There's no noise.
Pure signal.
Jenny Beth, I need you to hang on, because I got to talk about President Trump's second term.
I got to talk about this debacle that's before us in the spending bill.
So give me one second.
So we're going to do some housekeeping here.
We're going to get that, by the way, Cleta Mitchell is as good as they get in that lawyer Smith.
They're representing the president.
Look, I love me some Lin Wood and I love me some Sidney Powell, but this is what Jenny Best talked about.
I want to get that lawsuit up.
I want to get it.
And by the way, I want it in hashtag war on pandemic.
I want it up on the livestream, and I want to send it over to thedonald.net.
The bad hombres are having breakfast.
They're breakfast of nails.
Not breakfast of champions.
Breakfast of bad hombres is nails.
Dot win.
Dot win.
They're having breakfast over there.
I want all these documents up.
I want this report.
I want the lawsuit.
These are facts.
And here's the problem they've got down in Georgia.
You've got the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
You've got the headquarters of CNN.
And you've got that radio station that displays never-Trumpers like Eric Aronson, right?
Eric Aronson's a pretty good guy, but he's a never-Trumper.
He admits that.
That's why John Fredericks is doing Yeoman's work.
He's like a pilgrim down there.
We're going to return with Jenny Beth Martin quickly when she comes back because I've got to hear, she's the head of the Tea Party Patriots, I've got to hear the Tea Party Patriots take On this spending bill, particularly the use of proceeds, my phone's been blowing up all night long.
People are not happy.
President of the United States, on his second term, we got a bonus 60 days.
Let's take it.
Let's do it!
Be back in a moment with more coming out of Georgia and Arizona.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Welcome back.
We have Jenny Beth Martin.
Jenny Beth, we're crammed today because we've got so much things on getting this closing on the big victory President Trump had on the 3rd.
But I've got to ask you, since you're the founder, co-founder of the Tea Party Patriots, head of the Tea Party Patriots, which you guys came in with, hey, we've got to stop the spending.
We're bleeding out for the next generations.
It's $2.6 trillion, a combo platter of an appropriations bill, I guess a defense bill, defense authorization, and just a little tip, $900 billion.
They kept it right under a trillion because they didn't want to say they passed another trillion dollars.
$2.6 trillion.
Jenny Beth, what is the Tea Party Patriots' kind of official position on this?
jenny beth martin
This is a horrible bill.
It shouldn't be passed at all.
steve bannon
By the way, you're one of the President of the United States' closest allies.
You're one of the co-heads of his team down in Georgia fighting this thing.
The President started, you know, the theory of our case is we're into the second term.
We've got a bonus period here.
Should Donald J. Trump, somebody that you're close to, somebody that you're on his team, should he veto these?
jenny beth martin
Well, I think even if he vetoes it, it would be overridden in Congress, so I don't know that he actually... But you don't think he should?
steve bannon
Because of that?
jenny beth martin
Here's the most important thing I think that needs to happen for our country is that we need to reopen our country.
We need to start living again and understand that life has risk, but one of the riskiest things in the world we can do is... Jenny Beth, I love you.
steve bannon
Jenny Beth, I love you.
Hang on, Jenny Beth.
Jennybeth, Jennybeth, we're the War Room, baby.
I love you, but we can't spend here.
I want to go back to the question from the Tea Party Patriots.
Knowing somebody that has President Trump's, you guys are populist, you guys have been here from the beginning, this is what the Tea Party Patriot came out of.
So you're telling me you don't think you ought to veto it because it'll be overridden, but we ought to reopen the country and not worry about the spending?
jenny beth martin
No, I care about the spending.
I absolutely care about the spending.
You're right, it's not spin, Steve.
So the fact is, even if he vetoes it, I think that Congress would turn around and override that veto.
We're going to get this horrific spending no matter what we do.
It's terrible.
As Rand Paul was talking about, money does not grow on trees.
Someone is going to have to pay.
We are paying for it right now, and we're going to have to continue paying for it.
The states that opened, where the economy is not suffering as much, now are stuck paying for the states with the tyrannical governors who closed.
It just blows my mind how much money is in debt.
steve bannon
Just real quickly.
And I just throw this out to you.
Do you think Rand Paul, the Freedom Caucus, or guys are worried about spending and not into modern monetary theory.
Do you think you guys have put forward a counter narrative of really a plan that people can kind of get their hooks and say, hey, I don't want that because I see the spendings all over the place, but I see the alternative plan.
Do you think enough work has been done on an alternative that people can actually get their arms around?
jenny beth martin
I can't say that that necessarily has been done, Steve.
But the fact is, since the night of the election, I have been working on all of these other things related to trying to prevent the election from being stolen.
And the money is horrible.
It's absolutely horrible.
If we stray from a constitutional republic where each person's vote no longer makes any difference at all, then the money is almost a sideshow.
In my opinion, the Constitution, if we don't adhere to that, we've got so many more problems.
So I'm fighting to defend the Constitution and to make sure we expose what happened in this election and try to right the wrong.
steve bannon
With this report, Jenny Beth, with this report, what do you think citizens out there, members of the Tea Party Patriots, Georgians, what should they do about approaching the legislature and Governor Kemp?
What are you recommending today?
jenny beth martin
Well, what I would say is call your Republican members of the Georgia State Legislature and remind them that the Constitution gives them the authority to call themselves back into session and to correct this problem.
They'll sit there and spin you some stuff saying they can't do it without a two-thirds majority.
But the rules in the state do not trump the Constitution.
The Constitution is ahead of that.
And then also, I would be melting the phone lines and sending emails to Kemp, getting on his Facebook page and his Twitter and saying, hello, have you looked at the evidence at this point?
I mean, two and a half weeks ago, he didn't have the evidence.
The Secretary of State had complaints, but the Governor did not.
He's had it now.
He's had time to read it.
He should be looking at this, paying attention to the hearings that have happened in both the State House and the Senate.
It's time to call a special session.
Quit trying to hide and not do it.
It's time to call it.
steve bannon
Jenny Beth, what's your Twitter and Parler handle?
How do people get to you during the day?
You've got to sign up for Jenny Beth since she's in the heart of this fight down in Georgia.
What is it?
jenny beth martin
It's Jenny Beth M. Jenny Beth M. as in Martin.
steve bannon
Jenny Beth, Merry Christmas.
Thank you for coming on.
Jenny Beth Martin, co-founder of the Tea Party Patriots.
Mr. Rahim Ghassan.
unidentified
I just want to get back into this real quick because I did have a little bit of a rant about this yesterday.
And I think, you know, over the course of yesterday, some people's eyes glazed over about this thing.
I think we're just starting to realize Just how screwed over people are getting here, and I want to make something very clear because you know our lovely Madeleine Peltz is on the wreath behind you.
steve bannon
Stop picking on, okay, I want to thank Madeleine Peltz.
We would not be the number one podcast in, no, as soon as Madeleine Peltz took over the marketing department, as soon as Madeleine Peltz started, Madeleine, we love you.
unidentified
We do.
steve bannon
She pays attention to the show.
She pays more attention to the show than you pay attention to it.
I gotta get you focused every day.
unidentified
She's got nothing better to do.
Listen.
steve bannon
Oh, that's right.
She's not running the national polls.
unidentified
Exactly.
Exactly.
steve bannon
You're more than welcome.
I got Fredrickson Navarro backed up.
unidentified
Sudan, 33 million.
Venezuela, 700 million dollars.
raheem kassam
Sudan, 33 million, Venezuela, 700 million dollars, 135 million, Cambodia 130 million, Nepal, this is ridiculous.
unidentified
135.
steve bannon
The geopolitical fight against the CCP, do you think those numbers are justified?
These are tough calls.
Not like this.
My recommendation, I think the President of the United States, since we're in the second term, veto it.
Come back to the drawing boards, let the President negotiate, not Mnuchin and these guys, let the President negotiate more cash to the American people and less cash to the corporate interests and this thing of illegal aliens and the H-2B visas and all that.
We'll get into more of it later.
unidentified
Look, I've got to get, hang on.
15 million to Pakistan doesn't defeat the CCP?
steve bannon
By the way, Pakistan is a partner of the CCP.
We just ought to bail on that.
We've given them $100 billion since 9-11.
It's all wasted.
jack maxey
A nice way for constituents to slam this thing is they passed a voice vote so that they had to pass it overnight where they had a rule that 72 hours were required so they could read the bill.
steve bannon
Okay, fine.
We've got to go to John Fredericks.
We've got Peter Navarro about Michigan.
John Fredericks, you're on Georgia.
You've decamped from your home in Virginia to go down there.
You've been there.
Are we overselling this committee thing?
Or is this the beginning of actually getting some legal traction where you can take this and use this to bludgeon recalcitrant politicians who don't want to look at the evidence, the data, and the facts?
john fredericks
Steve, number one, it's great to be on the number one radio and podcast show in America.
Thank you for having me live in Georgia.
This report that came out by Senator Ligon, which was from a hearing that was done a few weeks ago on a Thursday, he's now got a written report in the evidence, which is now on his website.
You can get it on our Facebook page.
Just go to Facebook, John Frederick Show.
It's right there.
You can download the PDF.
This is the bombshell we needed.
Now you have evidence.
We couldn't get it in any of the courts.
Now we have it.
This evidence is so compelling.
Let me just tell you a couple of things that are in Ligon's report.
Go read it on my Facebook page.
Number one.
The video that was shown, which is indisputable evidence of the election workers telling everybody to leave.
You see it right in the video.
They leave.
Then they take out ballots from under a desk and they count them in the dark.
Totally illegal.
Number two thing in there.
Two ladies that came to his hearing.
that did affidavits that worked for the board of education.
One of them I know very well, Suzy Voiles. She's been with BOE, Steve, for 20 years, has a sterling reputation. She's a 20-year veteran. She did the affidavit. She got fired. What was her affidavit? She said she was given ballots to put in the machines, absentee ballots that were pristine and not folded.
She said that's impossible.
You can't get a ballot in an envelope without folding it and have it pristine.
That was one of them that got fired.
Then a nine-year veteran Well, so they come forward, they get fired.
Now, that's basically what Raffensperger's done here.
You now have a report that is clean, it's succinct, it details the fraud that took place in the Georgia election, the thousands of votes that shouldn't be counted, that would, had they not been, Trump wins handily.
It's now on paper through an official committee that Senator Ligon Put out so what this means is if you to me now Kemp's got the evidence and Jenny Beth said that earlier kept can say Oh Secretary of State Here say no you have direct evidence from your own committee You need to call a special session, and if he does that let's get Screen the temp stuff Keep going on. I'll put it up.
steve bannon
We're taking your lovely visage off and we're going to put up the Kemp contact information right now.
The guy's in Denver.
john fredericks
Here's the number.
404-656-1776.
We got 75 million Trump voters.
You need to light this up like a Christmas tree.
That's his number.
unidentified
404-656-1776.
Email him.
john fredericks
404-656-1776, email them.
unidentified
Everybody, send me an email.
john fredericks
brian.kemp at georgia.gov.
You can also get his Facebook page.
Light that up.
Facebook.com GovKemp backslash.
It's all right there.
Jot it down.
I'm going to put that on my Facebook page and tweet it out.
This is the only thing that is going to get this done.
This guy's got to feel the heat because he now has the evidence.
He's hiding in his basement.
You know, he's having a fundraiser tonight in Athens.
$250 a plate, $25,000 for the big-wig tables, for Loeffler and Purdue.
They don't care.
They're just taking the money.
They expect everybody to get out and vote for them because that's what Karl Rove says.
There's got to be action.
If we can think about the evidence that came out in a seven-hour hearing.
If they had three days, the evidence would be so overwhelming that the state legislature in Georgia would have to overturn those 16 electors, give them to Trump, and then everything else that the Democrats are doing is going to fall, Steve, and collapse like a house of cards because Every one of these states, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, they're all the same.
All the same things happened.
Georgia, if that falls, Trump gets inaugurated on January 20th, Steve.
steve bannon
John, what is your Twitter handle?

steve bannon
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
John Fredericks, thank you very much.
We look forward to maybe having you on this afternoon.
We can't get enough John Fredericks.
This guy's a fighter, and this is the result of fighting and grinding.
unidentified
You see this?
steve bannon
I want also everybody in the audience, hashtag War on Pandemic, the live stream, Donald.Net for the win.
Donald.Win.
Sorry, Donald.Win for the win.
Eating nails over there for breakfast.
I want everybody to read it first.
Read the reports from Creative Destruction Media, National Pulse, all these other stories.
Read it, and then go to the Governor with your details of why you want it.
Okay, short break.
The man that caused this, I think, Peter Navarro, with his report.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back to the home of the signal, not the noise.
Tomorrow's news today, or sometimes next month's news today.
We pride ourselves on not wasting your time connecting dots.
Remember, there are no conspiracies, but there are no coincidences.
Don't think that this report in Georgia just materialized out of nowhere.
They've been working on this.
They've been having hearings, etc.
But one of the initiating events was the Immaculate Deception, this amazing report By our header doctor from Harvard, the economist PhD, the guy that's been the driving force of President Trump's incredible America First manufacturing policies, Peter Navarro.
That report, we're here to have him on the Update of Michigan, but last night we realized when this official vote, this official report was coming out of Georgia, That Peter's report is a lot of the substrate of that.
So, Peter Navarro, thank you very much.
And I tell you, courage is contagious, but also ideas.
Ideas have consequences.
And the idea of how you pulled it together and went back to the receipts, went back to the evidence, went back to the details like an economist should, has really driven the conversation this week, driven the narrative.
So, tell us about Georgia.
peter navarro
If you go to the reports, the Immaculate Conception report, there's a matrix in there that shows the six dimensions of irregularities, and you check every box in the state of Georgia.
So it maps perfectly to the report that came out.
It's voter fraud, it's ballot mishandling, it's process fraud, it's a whole ball of wax.
And what I want to do, Steve, is tell you a little story.
During my four years at the White House, I'd have this parade of business people come in to meet with me, asking for my help with the problems they were having with the Chinese Communist Party, ripping them off, right?
And they'd sit there, you know, they'd come in, and they'd tell me their tale of woe, and they'd have like six or seven things being done to them.
And at the end of the conversation, I'd pull out what I call my Paul Simon chart.
It was like 50 ways the Chinese Communist Party screws American business.
And I look him in the eye and say, you mean they did this, this, this, this, this?
And their eyes would light up.
It'd be like an epiphany, like, oh, this didn't just happen to us.
This is systematic and coordinated.
And that's, I think, what's happening with the Navarro report here.
These legislators around these battleground states realize that this isn't just happening in Georgia or Arizona.
It's happening across.
It's a coordinated strategy, Steve.
by the democrat party to stop the ballot box that the key and mail-in ballot bending or breaking the law in this georgia report i mean they talk about large numbers of fraudulent ballots introduced into the pool of ballots that were counted as voted There's no way they can trace the ballots because they separate them intentionally from point of origin.
They got chain of custody problems, huge observer abuse problems.
They talk about voting machine irregularities.
And again, if you go into my report, And go into the specific analysis of Georgia, it's just check every box.
But here's the thing, Steve.
We've got to attack this in Georgia, Michigan, Arizona.
We've got to make the point that this is bigger than any single state that is coordinated, and we've got to put a stop to this.
Otherwise, we're going to have an illegitimate president and democracy.
steve bannon
I want to go to, this is my point, courage is contagious and ideas have consequences.
Ideas are contagious and this is why, this is the power of immaculate deception.
If you haven't seen Immaculate Deception, let's also get this into the live stream right now.
Let's get in the hashtag War Room Pandemic, the Donald for the win, all of it.
I want you guys, everybody out there to push this out.
Every one of your relatives, every one of your friends.
peter navarro
By the way, Steve, in honor of you hitting number one, The fastest in history, by the way, to go number one on a podcast.
And given it's the Christmas season, I gave you a special to the War Room this morning.
I sent you Immaculate Deception 2.0, which has the Michigan update of 379,000 ballots that are possibly illegal and it's a margin that absolutely dwarfs the alleged Biden victory margin at this point.
So that, sir, is my Christmas present to the War Room.
steve bannon
And we thank you and the War Room thanks you and we pass that on now to the nation.
Right, we're going to put this up.
unidentified
By the way, Peter, can we... It's up on Bannon's Worm.
steve bannon
It's on Bannon's Worm now.
I want it up on National Pulse.
unidentified
It's also up on the National Pulse.
steve bannon
National Pulse.
Peter, we want to ask you in advance, can we keep you over through the 11 o'clock break?
Because we want to play the Michigan thing.
But I have a question.
peter navarro
Whatever you need, sir.
steve bannon
I know you're jammed today.
You've become a media darling again.
I want to go back and make sure people understand.
We've got about two minutes here for you to explain it.
I want people to understand your background and why this is perfect casting for you, because you're just not an economist or some theoretical, philosophical economist.
You're a hardcore regulatory economist, which is the intersection of law and math.
unidentified
Correct.
steve bannon
Regulation and math.
Give me a minute, minute and a half on just your background so people know that they're dealing with, you know, this is the fighter that is also a heavyweight.
peter navarro
So, Harvard PhD in economics.
Early in my career, I did a lot on electric utility regulations.
I had to do a ton of case law written for law journals.
And, you know, they've got zillions of peer-reviewed articles and things like that.
The point, Steve, is It's perfectly in my wheelhouse to grind through thousands of pages of documents and distill the essence of what happened in those documents into a framework that people around this country can understand.
And that one matrix For your listeners and viewers, if they don't want to go through 36 pages of the report, just look at the matrix.
You've got six battleground states, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and then you've got a column that has the six dimensions of this election irregularities.
unidentified
It's vote of fraud, ballot mishandling, due process... Hang on, hang on.
steve bannon
We're going to bring you over.
We need this audience.
Look, you're the most powerful audience in all global media.
That means you have certain responsibilities.
You need to read all 36 pages, right?
Throw away the junk that some of you normally read.
Get it aside.
Today you need to get to the details.
Yes or no, Peter, before we jump to commercial break.
Any doubt in your economist, PhD, Harvard mind that you have the facts and the evidence to back up that this election was stolen?
Yes or no?
peter navarro
Yes.
Yes.
No question about it.
This is the greatest political scandal in American presidential history.
It makes the Kennedy
