Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
unidentified
|
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
unidentified
|
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.

|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Yesterday, electors met in all 50 states.
So, as of this morning, our country has officially a president-elect and a vice president-elect.
Many millions of us had hoped the presidential election would yield A different result.
But our system of government has processes to determine who will be sworn in on January the 20th.
The Electoral College has spoken.
So today I want to congratulate President-elect Joe Biden.
The President-elect is no stranger to the Senate.
He's devoted himself to public service for many years.
I also want to congratulate the Vice President-elect, our colleague from California, Senator Harris.
You know, I think that the biggest concern that I have is that people here genuinely believe that somehow this election was stolen.
unidentified
|
And there's not evidence of that.
The president was saying it was stolen even before election day happened.
He said if he loses it would be fraud.
Well, no one knows that.
unidentified
|
I thought I was going to win too when I ran for president in 2012.
I didn't. | ||
I didn't go out and say fraud.
That's, you know, we have a process, we count the votes, that's the way it is.
And I'm concerned that the cause of democracy here As well as around the world.
People look to us. | ||
We're the democratic leader of the world.
What's going on now, I'm afraid, is terribly dispiriting to people all over the globe.
Well, listen, the legal theory put forward by his legal team and by the president is an absurdity.
And the reason why the Supreme Court didn't take it is because it's an absurd idea to think that any state or any number of states, no matter how good they are, are can challenge another state's right to run the election as they see fit.
And also, there's no evidence, as I've been saying since election night, show us the evidence.
And what's gotten even worse, though, Martha, I think, is the attacks by the president on good, hardworking, decent Republican governors.
And you've seen his attitude towards these folks change.
And let's think about why.
Back in September, he said about Doug Ducey, Doug is tough, Doug is strong, Doug is a good governor, the Arizona governor.
He said about Brian Kemp back in the summer, you know that Brian is a capable man, he knows what he's doing, and he's done a very good job as governor.
Now, after the election is over and he lost Arizona and Georgia, he says there are rhinos that are working harder against him.
He's calling them corrupt, and also telling people things that aren't true.
Welcome back. | ||
unidentified
|
The Electoral College votes are being cast today.
Here's video from four states, New York, New Hampshire, Arizona, and Illinois, all certifying the election for President-elect Joe Biden.
That's right, Newsmax TV, President-elect Joe Biden.
You're live from the nation's capital, you're in the War Room.
It is Tuesday, the 15th of December, Year of Our Lord 2020.
This is our evening special to catch you up on all the news that's breaking throughout the day on this attempt to get to the legal votes.
Mitt Romney, no, we don't count all votes.
We only count legal votes and that's what this process is about.
This is what the President of the United States is using every legitimate means, every legitimate venue, all legitimate to go through to make sure only legal votes count.
John Frederick's Radio Network, nationwide.
We're on Real America's Voice, that's DISH Channel 219, and Comcast out in the Midwest, Channel 113.
Of course, it streams everywhere.
Streaming platform of the Trump Revolution.
GTV, GNews, Roku, Pluto, Rumble, YouTube, Facebook, all of it.
And want to make sure that we have our official, that is, yes, the safe harbor on the 8th and now on the 14th, the Electoral College.
But I disagree with Mitch McConnell.
There's a long way between the cup and the lip, Mitch, although You've got Senator Johnson that's now saying, well I don't know if I saw anything here.
He's still going to have hearings tomorrow in the Senate and there's a lot more to go through.
There's a massive subpoena coming out in Maricopa County.
It's going to seize all the machines out there.
There's further analysis in Michigan.
The start of a signature audit in Georgia as maybe as weak as that could be because they only picked one county.
There's movement everywhere, including I think there's going to be big news.
We're going to have Boris Epstein on here.
from the campaign. | ||
It's going to be big news from, about Wisconsin, about what they're doing to go check the 220,000 people that said they were indefinitely confined, which turned out to not be the case, that they are on the ski slopes of Aspen and out in Hawaii and doing all kind of other things, because they were ballot harvested on picnic benches, picnic tables in these parks in Madison and Milwaukee.
I want to turn now, Maggie, Vandenberg is one of the top influencers and she's our co-host.
She was at the big rally this week.
We've actually got a film, but I want to go first to people like, you know, these stiffs, these Republican, I don't even like calling them Rhinos, Mitt Romney, Chris Christie, people who don't matter.
But the mainstream media still gives a platform to be able to trash President Trump.
And Christy, Christy's the worst.
Remember, Christy is the guy on Billy Bush Weekend, waddled up there, he waddled up to the penthouse, and he's sitting there with his New York Giants stuff on, sweatpants, sweatshirt, and ball cap, dressed literally like a nine-year-old.
Like a mother would address a nine-year-old.
The guy is psychologically, there's something deeply wrong, but he sits there and he threw in the towel for us.
Oh, this is not about the election.
That's over. | ||
This is about your brand.
He wanted Trump to come out and cry and drop out and everything like that.
He's always a quitter. | ||
And in fact, when he got run out of being the governor of New Jersey, he was at, I think, eight percent.
Because you had lied about the bridge, and then even more so, you lied when you're sitting in the beach chairs.
In fact, Denver, I'd like to pull that.
We've got to show the beach chairs thing sometime in a minute.
Closed all the beaches in New Jersey, yet he and the family had the special lodge down there.
unidentified
|
No. | |
Oh yeah, yeah. | ||
I did not know this. | ||
Oh yeah, we'll show it. | ||
It's horrific, horrific.
If you're from New Jersey, you know that.
unidentified
|
Well, I expect this kind of thing from Mitt Romney and Chris Christie, but Mitch McConnell, my goodness, I don't know if anybody else was... What do you mean, my goodness?
Why are you shocked at that?
unidentified
|
I felt sick, you know? | |
Like, I have... I don't know, it's Mitch, but... Do you think, you down in Georgia, can Perdue and Loeffler, can they win, can they be competitive if they take the Mitch McConnell party line?
Oh, Joe Biden's from the Senate, Kamala Harris is from the Senate, they're just buddies from the Senate.
Really look forward to working with them.
Is that a winning pitch down in Georgia?
unidentified
|
No, it's definitely not a winning pitch.
People want to see fighters.
They want to see people standing behind the president.
They want to see and support people who are standing up for this fight.
They're not going to show up in large numbers and vote for them if they feel like they're not electing a fighter.
They feel let down. | ||
There's one thing about fights, you know, the first rule of the fight club is that there is no fight club, right?
The fight club we have, we always said the first rule, it's fights that matter.
We're not in it just to fight, although being Irish, we just like to fight to fight.
However, It's only fights that matter.
Do you believe that the deplorables, are they right now, which the Reiners accuse them of, are just fighting because they're dead enders and they're upset about this?
Or is this in their mind a fight that matters for something bigger than Trump?
unidentified
|
This is the fight that matters.
And I think people see this and they realize that if we cannot trust in our electoral process, and if Joe Biden rams his way in there, and we don't get to the bottom of this, that we might not ever have a fair election again.
And it could be the death of our republic.
So, people feel like they need to get answers.
They need to feel secure in the system.
Why is that? | ||
Your reporting showed this, and your influences in all the videos you made, and John Frederick just showed this, about in Georgia particularly, given this fiasco in the mail-in ballots, Michael Patrick Leahy's sort of the problem with the chain of custody, you know, 1.3 million, 500,000 have no chain of custody, this huge fiasco they're having down there right now about the Dominion machines.
Why is it that McConnell, the establishment, and Perdue and Loeffler for some reason think they don't have to address that issue?
That if that issue is not addressed, they're still going to get a big enough turnout to win on January 5th.
unidentified
|
I think they're taking a lot of things for granted.
And yeah, I mean, I could speculate, but I don't want to, but it's alarming.
And I would never take anyone's vote for granted.
If I was running, I would say, what can I do to make my constituents happy, to make them believe in me, to make them want to support me?
And I don't see them doing that.
You're making a more detailed video about the march.
unidentified
|
Yes, this is a little teaser.
A little teaser. | ||
I want to ask one thing about the march.
A lot of people are saying, well, it was only about half the size or a third the size or a tenth the size of the million people that showed up last time.
It was maybe 50,000 people or whatever.
But the intensity level, given that it was right before Christmas, the intensity level is there.
Let's boot up Maggie's teaser for her longer film and let's play this right now and then we'll get an assessment.
unidentified
|
I take it you're a big fan of the show.
I'm a big fan of War Room.
We love Steve, Jack, Raheem, the whole crew, you obviously, Boris, Rudy and the whole crew.
We're just so thankful for you guys for fighting for us and we're here to fight too.
We're here to stand up for what's going on.
We're not going to clutch our pearls.
We're not going to back down.
We're doing exactly what Steve's telling us to do and we're out here fighting.
And we're standing up for righteousness and what's going on in our country.
So we're just grateful to be out here.
We're thankful for all that you guys do over at the War Room.
I just want to encourage you guys to continue doing what you're doing.
Keep putting the truth out there.
I watch War Room every day and I told everybody and that's where the truth comes from because The mainstream media, we cannot get any true news.
And they twist the facts.
They even fabricate stories, which really, we are so sick of the mainstream media.
We love this country. | ||
We came from a communist country where we don't have freedom to vote, freedom of speech.
We enjoy our life here. | ||
We work very hard to realize our American dream.
But all of a sudden, all of a sudden, This happened!
This fraud! | ||
This corruption! | ||
Happened! | ||
And all the, you know, the mainstream media, they play a very, very ugly role.
And then I'm so happy I found War Room two years ago.
And then, you know, there you can know all the truth.
And I'm so touched by all the stuff there.
Jack, Maxie, Rahim, Kassam, and Steve Bannon, of course.
They're all patriots. | ||
They love America, just like us.
And they also care about ordinary people of China.
Why did you come out here today for this event?
For my freedom, for my future, for the future of America, for the American people's future.
We all came from communist regime in China.
We know how bad the communist is.
We don't want this country to become a communist country.
And Trump is the only hope!
So thank you President Trump.
We are behind you. | ||
We will fight, fight, fight until the last breath.
I want the Supreme Court to act.
I want them to pay attention and acknowledge the fraud.
Don't look at the evidence and tell me technicalities and tell me there is no fraud.
A kindergartner can see there is fraud.
And what message do you have to Joe Biden and the Democrats?
I have no message for him.
He don't count. | ||
Do you have a message for President Trump?
Four more years we stand with you.
Do not concede. | ||
I want the Supreme Court to act.
I want them to pay attention and acknowledge the fraud.
Don't look at the evidence and tell me technicalities and tell me there is no fraud.
A kindergartener can see there is fraud.
And what message do you have to Joe Biden and the Democrats?
I have no message for him.
He don't count. | ||
Do you have a message for President Trump?
Four more years we stand with you.
Do not concede. | ||
There we go! | ||
unidentified
|
That's it! | |
We got it! | ||
Here's the powerful thing, is that the people who were not born in this country, who came here, the immigrant population, the power they have in back of President Trump, the people that have been born in countries that didn't have democracy, didn't have the rule of law, you see the power that they are, they gravitate to Trump, and they see that Trump stands for them, they see that Trump is their voice in the room.
Very, very powerful. | ||
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to be back in a moment.
We've got Boris Epstein, we've got Sherry Markson from Australia, from The Australian as the investigative reporter, also from channel Sky TV, and we're going to have much more Maggie talking about her longer film that's coming out tomorrow.
Short commercial break.
See you in a second. | ||
unidentified
|
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, welcome back to The War Room.
We have an intense show.
We're going to have Boris Epstein from the campaign, then we're going to go to Australia Live and talk about the Chinese Communist Party's infiltration of everything.
If you're sitting there right now, you've got no money, you're not just watching the sports you want to watch, you've got no future, you're in total lockdown.
It's because of the CCP virus.
If you want to know how the Democrats stole this, they drafted off the CCP virus.
If you want to know why there's going to be a special prosecutor put on the Biden crime family, it's because of the Chinese Communist Party and their compromise.
All of it gets back to one source, Beijing.
And the people of China, the hard-working Lao Baijing, as you can see in this video that Maggie just made, and she could have talked to a hundred more.
That are all sitting there, that are freedom fighters, breathing the clean, crisp air of freedom.
Maybe not as crisp as it used to be in the United States of America, but breathing it.
And sitting there going, the Chinese Communist Party, if they get their hooks in here, you are going to rue the day.
Okay, let's go to Boris Epstein from the campaign.
Boris, there's so much activity from Georgia, and Arizona, and Wisconsin, and Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
Let's start at the top of this.
Let's start at Georgia.
Tell us what's going on.
unidentified
|
No doubt about it. | |
Great to be with you, Steve.
Rock and roll in Georgia.
There's finally a real recount happening in the state of Georgia, in one of the counties.
It's going to hopefully get to the bottom of what happened in Georgia.
Look back on all of the issues in Georgia from beginning to end right after Election Day, before Election Day.
The consent decree that the governor and the Secretary of State of Georgia entered into with Stacey Abrams is absolutely despicable and unconstitutional.
The pro-Trump ballots found all over the state that weren't counted originally, and that was just in the three smaller pro-Trump counties.
Now we've got a real audit in one of the counties.
Let's get to the bottom of what happened in Georgia.
The difference there is so small.
The split is just about 13, 14,000 in the state of Georgia, and I'm confident when the real votes are counted, it'll be determined that President Trump won the state of Georgia. And to those people who are saying, this is the rush. How confident, yeah, but how confident do you feel that Cobb County, which is the county that was polled, a lot of people are telling me, hey, that was the one that was one of the tightest run.
How confident do you feel that you haven't walked into a trap?
That Roethlisberger, who I don't trust as far as I could throw him, and I know a lot of people say he's going to get an award, he's going to flip to the Democratic Party.
This guy's on CNN and MSNBC non-stop, right?
He ain't coming in the war room.
He's on MSNBC, he's on CNN non-stop.
How do you know? | ||
What precautions have you taken?
You've got great people there.
You've got Kalita Mitchell.
You've got an amazing team.
Who's on top of this thing to make sure we don't get played on Cobb County?
Because all they want to do is say, hey, nothing wrong with Cobb County.
Trump ran his mouth, wanted a signature match.
You got your match. | ||
We picked three votes. | ||
We did it. | ||
We're out of here. | ||
How are you ensuring that that's not going to happen?
unidentified
|
Well, that's what they try to do in Arizona.
We're ensuring by having a great team, as you mentioned, Cleta Mitchell, Ray Smith, Preston Halliburton, we got real stars in Georgia, ensuring that we are now going to let the Democrats and frankly, the RINO Republicans screw this president.
And I'll tell you this, in terms of January 5th, you've got all these folks going, oh, what about this depressed turnout?
The opposite. | ||
The MAGA people, the MAGA movement, as we've talked about, they want to see people standing up for election integrity, for honest and lawful elections, and that will make them come out.
This is energizing. | ||
The MAGA movement, as you know, and as you've seen from your own viewers and listeners.
I could not disagree more.
Just reasonable minds that disagree, I could not disagree more.
I'm saying that our fight for Georgia... Oh no, this fight, by the way, the fight that you're doing right now is extraordinary.
The fight that Trump campaign is putting on.
unidentified
|
Our fight is energizing the MAGA movement.
But why don't you get the... why the MAGA movement?
You guys are at the tip of the spear and really holding the Georgia establishment to account.
Why are you not getting... what does it... Mitch McConnell likes being called leader.
He likes all the big deals he can cut with the donors and the lobbyists by being leader.
Leader McConnell, right?
What has not sunk into him that the fight that you guys are down there in Georgia right now fighting for an actual true count of a vote is inextricably linked with their potential to win on January 5th and therefore to allow Mitch to be the leader?
Why is there some sort of disconnect between the fight you're fighting and January 5th?
unidentified
|
It's extremely disappointing, frankly, and I disagree with Leader McConnell's comments today, and I understand that he's got a plan for contingencies, but what I'm saying, and you and me are actually saying the same thing, I'm confident, unless one of us is on a mind melt, what I'm saying is that our fight for election integrity is what is motivating the MAGA movement.
Yes. | ||
And they are energized by it and not depressed by it.
That's my perspective.
And I think you agree, and you're seeing that in the huge popularity of the show, and the huge response of the show all over every single outlet out there.
And I think the leaders of the Senate, including Mitch McConnell, and everybody who cares about this Georgia fight, need to realize that by showing that they care about the President's lawful election in Georgia, is how they'll get people to turn out for the January 5th special election.
What I love about it, you guys are getting wins every day, and victory begets victory, and you guys are grinding through.
Let's go to Wisconsin. | ||
I believe what the Supreme Court said the other day was quite powerful in the argument of the President to say, hey, we can only count illegal ballots.
Now you had this thing on the IC, the indefinitely confined.
Right? | ||
That to me looked like a big win, although they did put it back onto the campaign and say, look, we're not going to have collective guilt here.
Yes, there used to be 25 and now there's 221,000, however.
If you guys, if you guys, you talk big Trump campaign, if you want to go find them and come back here and argue individually, we're open to that.
Is the campaign going to step up and go do the grinding work that you need to do to basically put it back up in the Supreme Court of Wisconsin's face?
unidentified
|
No doubt about it. | |
We are going to exhaust every single option to identify and isolate all of these votes, and then go in and show that there are scores of illegal votes all across the country.
That is an absolute and total focus in Wisconsin because of that decision, which was undoubtedly a victory.
That's decision one. | ||
Decision two, razor thin.
Four-three that went the other way on a technicality, not on the merits.
Not on the merits. | ||
The Wisconsin Supreme Court did not on the merits rule in the majority that they were not illegal votes.
The minority, the dissent, blasted.
The Democrat Party blasted the Wisconsin carrying out of the election and outlined just how ludicrous it is not to rule on the fact that there are over 220,000 illegally cast ballots in Wisconsin in this election, while the majority use this laches gimmick to punt the issue.
But we have three justices of the Wisconsin Supreme Court Talking about validating the fact that there were 220,000, over 220,000 illegally cast ballots in Wisconsin.
Again, the difference in Wisconsin is only 20,000.
When do you anticipate that you would be able to announce a program or some sort of action in Wisconsin?
what is your what is your time horizon here?
unidentified
|
I think it's a bit complicated.
Boris here. | ||
You got me? | ||
Yeah, I tell you what, let's try to hook back up, Boris.
We're going to try to hook you back up because we just lost you.
That's Boris Epstein from the campaign.
What he's talking about is that there's this amazing ruling.
And this is Reince Priebus and the guys out there in the state and the GOP.
And here is why Wisconsin is so important for what we're trying to accomplish.
In that regard, although you've got establishment Republicans and the grassroots guys and the Trump voter, Trump posse, it all came together.
It kind of reminded me of the way Reince and I worked in 16 on the campaign.
You've got to reach out and work in a coalition.
You're not going to get everything, you've got to make compromises, but the overall objective is victory.
Reince Priebus and the team out there worked with Knutson, worked with Spindol, worked with these guys that were on these election commissions, and here was the power of it.
And this is a lesson that we've got to take in every other state.
If you have the rules on your side, and you've played by the rules, and you don't back down, and when I say back down, you do not compromise one inch.
You do not let them, just let me know when Boris is back on.
Is he back on? | ||
Boris, are you with us? | ||
unidentified
|
Steve, I'm here. | |
Can you hear me? | ||
Yeah, fine. | ||
Let's go back to Wisconsin, because you kind of dropped out.
What's the time frame from when you're going to have some action out in Wisconsin to follow up on these great court victories?
unidentified
|
I'm on this minute by minute, hour by hour.
It's an absolute focus right now to get a program.
It's a bit complicated, as you can imagine, because you have to isolate specific votes.
But this is a total concentration right now to get a program to ensure that it is public and the American people and the courts know how many illegal votes there were just in the indefinitely confined category.
unidentified
|
And now, illegal votes as defined by the Wisconsin Supreme Court, which said Black or white, that indefinitely confined could not have been used for COVID-19.
Okay, listen, here's why it's so important.
Correct me if I'm wrong, and we've got about 45 seconds here.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court gave you a path to decertify, to at least decertify Wisconsin, by just putting it back to you guys to go prove that there's over 20,000 of these bogus IC votes.
Now, I realize it's a tremendous amount of work and a great cost, but Yes or no?
Did they provide you a path to victory in Wisconsin, if you can execute on it?
unidentified
|
The answer is yes. | |
It's going to take a lot of work, not just in terms of identifying the votes and the balance, but in terms of making sure that the court allows us to go back to the canvassing board, which in the second decision they affirmed.
So there's actually conflicting decisions from the same court, the same justices on this, but it gives us an opening, an opportunity, a window to drive a truck through.
By the way, Boris, can I ask you, because you dropped off, we've got to ask you about Arizona.
Can you stay over the commercial break?
We just want to ask you a couple of questions on the other side.
unidentified
|
You've got it. | |
Boris Epstein from the campaign.
You can get him up on Instagram, Parler, Twitter.
You've got to follow Boris.
During the day, he's got amazing information he's put out.
Short break. | ||
Boris is back. | ||
Sherry Markson from Australia.
All of it. | ||
And Maggie Vandenberg.

War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Besides being ubiquitous, we also have on our podcast alone 24 million downloads.
And remember, one of the largest podcasts in the nation and the world.
One of the reasons for that is the intense interest we have globally in places like Australia.
We're going to get to, as soon as we finish with Boris Epstein, we're going to turn To the renowned investigative reporter, the one and only Sherry Markson from The Australian and from Sky TV.
And I believe, I gotta ask her when we get her on, I think the interview she did with me had like three or four million hits.
She is amazingly popular and known throughout the world as one of the top investigative reporters.
Let me go back to Boris Epstein.
Boris, Arizona, you were sent out by the campaign early on the days right after the election on November 3rd to oversee Arizona, and you grinded it out there, I think, for a month.
There's huge news coming out of Arizona.
I want you to be able to frame this for the audience.
How big a deal is the subpoena that the state Senate's working on to send to Maricopa County's Board of Supervisors and election officials.
And what does it mean about the investigation?
The real investigation.
Not James Bond and Buck Rogers and they got servers on the moon and servers in caves in Mars.
I mean the practicality of proving that they had something to do with the mistabulation of this election.
Walk me through what's happening in Arizona.
unidentified
|
Here's what's happening in Arizona.
You're right, Steve. | ||
I spent a lot of time there after the election.
When I landed in Arizona, President Trump was down, I believe, 80,000 votes.
By the time I left, it was where it is now, which is just about 10,300 votes.
45,000 vote difference in just Maricopa County between Joe Biden and President Trump.
So the issue is this. | ||
Right now, the Arizona Senate is subpoenaing Maricopa County voting machines to determine What it is, if anything, that went wrong there.
We believe we're going to see significant irregularities.
That is the information I've gotten from the ground, information I've gotten from our poll workers there, from our observers there.
They believe that these machines did not act properly and benefited Vice President Joe Biden over President Trump.
We saw the huge error numbers coming out of Antrim County that we've talked about.
Much, much, much, much bigger than the acceptable error rate of 0.0008%.
That's accepted under the Federal Election Commission.
So Arizona is a vital battleground right now and truly turning a corner by subpoenaing the election process machines.
Last question is Michigan.
What is going on in Michigan?
You had this report from Antrim.
I realize it's a report done by people that work for you.
You're looking for account of all the Detroit Free Press and the officials that are dismissing it, but they never get down to the specifics.
Where do we stand, and particularly got these very weak-kneed leaders of the Senate and the House out there, where do we actually stand in Michigan now that you guys have delivered the goods?
unidentified
|
Now that we've shown the goods, we are applying full court press, both legal and legislative, on Michigan to take a look at the machines in the other counties.
I mean, if they're allowing us to look at Amtra and we saw these staggering numbers, how could we not be looking at Wayne County, where we know from their numbers that 71% of absentee precincts were unbalanced, which means a different number of people voting than people signed in to vote.
Remember, that was Wayne County, which they never officially certified.
That was done under duress only after initially not certifying by the members of the Canvas Board.
So here's where we are overall across the country, Steve.
We're continuing the fight.
Yesterday came and went just like December 8th came and went.
And today we're continuing the battle and now it's on to January 6th when the Electoral College votes will be counted in a joint session of Congress.
Okay, here's where I want to make sure everybody understands, and YouTube particularly, I understand the official day of the safe harbor and the official day yesterday of the Electoral College, just like they had the official day they published the Warren Commission report, and just like all the official reports we got in the Afghan war, all a tissue of lies, YouTube.
Okay, 160 million ballots were cast.
The point of the exercise is to find out how many of those votes were legal, had a chain of custody, were authorized, and can be certified.
That is the purpose, ladies and gentlemen, of our exercise of the $160 million.
And in Arizona, where there's now a subpoena that's going to come out from the State Senate to Maricopa County, there's a 10,000 vote difference.
In Georgia, where they're in a county, Cobb County, one of the biggest counties in the state, they're now going to do a hand audit, not a recount, an audit, a signature audit.
That's 12,000. | ||
In Wisconsin, where there's 20,000, the state Supreme Court already said in this indefinitely confined, it was a scam.
It was a ballot harvesting scam and they've put it back on the campaign to prove it.
10,000 votes in Arizona.
12,000 votes in Georgia.
20,000 votes in Wisconsin.
Ladies and gentlemen, yes, this is a fight that matters.
And no, Mitch, we're not going to concede.
And no, Chris Christie, it's not ridiculous.
And no, Mitt Romney, we're not going to count all the votes.
We're going to count all the certifiable, all the authorized, all the legal votes.
And if Donald J. Trump is the loser after all the legal votes count, then guess what?
We put up a great fight. | ||
We put up a tremendous thing.
And President Trump will run in 2024.
He'll start on January 20th.
But until we get to that point, we are not going to stop.
We're not going to back up an inch.
We're not going to yield.
We're going to hold the line.
And now we're going to move the chains.
Because guess what? | ||
We're on offense. | ||
And you see, every day something else breaks.
Boris, I can't say enough.
What a great job. | ||
You, Jenna Ellis, Rudy Giuliani, Bernie Kerik, the entire team.
It's a small team, but it's focused.
You've got the right people in the states, and you fight, fight, fight every day.
You're an inspiration.
Thank you. | ||
How do people get to Instagram?
How do they get to your Twitter, Parler, all of that to follow you during the day?
unidentified
|
Steve, thanks so much for kind words and God bless you in the war room.
The work you've been doing, spreading the word, cutting through the frankly BS of mainstream media is absolutely vital and it's a righteous fight.
I'm on the gram big time.

Boris Epstein from the campaign.
Now I want to turn to international news, but really affects the United States.
The reason this audience is so powerful, the reason this audience punches above its weight, the reason this audience is something that people monitor, hedge funds, political operatives, news organizations, news producers, and particularly politicians throughout the world, is that this audience is a combination of of the deplorables in the United States, Lao Bajing, old hunter names, the diaspora throughout the world of the 200-250 million Chinese, and others, whether it's in Europe, populists and nationalists from India and Japan and Europe. My next guest, she is one of the most renowned
investigative reporters. The reason our audience loves her is these breaking stories where she drills down, whether she's talking about the Five Eyes program on the CCP virus coming out of Wuhan, or other aspects of the Chinese Communist Party's infiltration throughout the world.
What I never realized is the scope of her reach and platform.
I did an interview with her, I think close to midnight one night, at Rudy Giuliani's house, sitting at the dining room table with Vish Burr, our old producer, and his iPhone.
And correct me if I'm wrong, Sherry, did that get like three or four million views, somebody told me, when you finally put it up on your show?
unidentified
|
I had no idea you were at Rudy Giuliani's house.
Maybe if we had him pop in as well, it might have doubled and got 10 million.
But 5 million views, I think that's a testament to your popularity, not mine, I have to say.
No, no, it's your platform.
I want to go to this story that you're working on at The Australian, your TV show, about this massive expose of infiltration at every level by the Chinese Communist Party.
What is going on, and how big is this impact, not just in the Indo-Pacific, and in Australia we've been the cutting edge, but how big an impact is this having in Great Britain and the United States?
unidentified
|
Look, it's enormous. | |
We were leaked this database of nearly 2 million Chinese Communist Party members from the Shanghai region.
We got it a couple of months ago and we've been analysing the database ever since.
It's Communist Party members on the official registry.
It has their party position, their birth date, their national ID number.
In many cases, it also has their phone number, but not in every case.
So, you know, you are able to call people who are on the database.
And what's amazing is that they're all over the world now, and it has the Communist Party branch they belong to.
And what this database showed us is that The Chinese Communist Party has set up branches within Western companies, within global companies, including companies that are handling sensitive defense contracts like Boeing.
Boeing in Australia has had $12 billion worth of defense contracts over the past decade.
In the US, it's got the contract to build the next two aircraft for Air Force One to be used by presidents, by future presidents.
So this is very sensitive stuff in some cases.
And then you have, you know, potentially Volkswagen's case has thousands of Communist Party members working within their operations.
So I think it's been a really big concern to learn That this is how the party is structured, that they're now setting up their branches in companies to try and influence it that way.
And in terms of other revelations, I'm sure we'll get on to the consulates in a minute, but that was the biggest concern to me.
Before we get to the consulates, here's what's so stunning.
You know, Clive Hamilton did the book Silent Invasion about Australia.
He's done the book The Hidden Hand about the West.
There's been other authors out there.
Here's what's so shocking when I read your analysis in your reports.
How can these companies be that blind?
I mean, is it that difficult for them, and I realize they kind of keep the membership private, but is it that difficult for them when they should be doing some modicum amount of due diligence to understand that these are Chinese Communist Party members and are probably setting up cells that are hiring each other?
How much culpability Do the companies have, for allowing this to happen, understanding that the CCP is an aggressive, some people say competitor, I say stone-cold enemy of the West, and it's not the Chinese people, the Chinese Communist Party.
What's the culpability of these companies, and did many of them, in your mind, look the other way?
unidentified
|
To be just in their defense for a tiny second.
They wouldn't know that their employees were Communist Party members prior to this database.
However, we then contacted every single company that we named in our story.
And in the majority of cases, they said they had no interest in knowing what they call the private political affiliation of their employees.
Now this is not like if you're a Republican or a Democrat or in Australia, if you vote for the Labour Party or the Liberal Party. This is not the same.
The Chinese Communist Party is actively engaging in intellectual property theft.
There are, you know, an FBI in the United States has been sounding the alarm on this for a long time. It's happening in companies and it's happening in universities as well, where they are, the Chinese Communist is actively engaging in intellectual property theft.
There are, you know, an FBI in the United States has been sounding the alarm on this for a long time.
It's happening in companies, and it's happening in universities as well, where they are, the Chinese Communist Party is literally stealing American IP and research IP to take back to China, and in many cases, it's for military modernization, and in other cases, as even, you know, your head of national security, John Ratcliffe, just warned in an op-ed he wrote in the Wall Street Journal,
it's so that they can set up rival companies to, you know, compete with the American companies they've stolen the IP from.
So this is a very significant issue that companies can no longer afford to turn a blind eye to.
Sherry, can we ask you to stay over We've got other questions we want to ask you, but I just want to make sure the audience understands this.
You approached companies, and many of the companies, you approached some of the defense contractors working on some of the most sensitive defense matters, and some of those companies told you they had no interest in looking into people's private political beliefs?
unidentified
|
Most of the companies said it wasn't a matter for them, but they failed to understand Sherry, you're being overly kind.
I don't think they failed to understand that.
This is an act of commission.
Sherry, Sherry, they don't fail to, I don't, you're being overly kind. I don't think they failed to understand that.
This is an act of commission. We're going to return with the great investigative reporter Sherry Markson from The Australian and also from Sky News, Sky TV.
We're going to take a short break.
We'll return to Australia and Sherry Markson in this exposé of the Chinese Communist Party infiltration into global corporations and yes, also consulates of the West.
In a minute, on War Room Pandemic.
unidentified
|
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
We are with Sherry Markson, the great investigative reporter from Australia.
Sherry, as shocking as it is that defense contractors don't want to get involved here, and that the infiltration has been in corporations, many of whom, like Qualcomm, are some of the leading corporations with some of the deepest secrets of American national security, what's even more shocking is your expose about consulates, where they're actually working for governments.
Can you walk us through what's happening on the consulate side?
unidentified
|
So to explain how this works, we discovered as part of this investigation, which I should mention was with four media outlets around the world, the Mail on Sunday in the UK, Swedish journalists and a Belgian newspaper, the four of us were working together.
So we discovered that there's a Communist Party branch of 12 Communist Party branches that are set up in a Chinese government recruitment agency in Shanghai.
And this is the only recruitment agency that puts Chinese staff into the Western consulates.
So we found a list of 249 names who are on this Communist Party database, who are Communist Party members linked to this Shanghai recruitment agency.
We then researched all of those names and found them in 10 Western consulates.
Many cases currently working in 10 Western consulates.
There are six who have worked in the United States.
Consulate General in Shanghai, there's in Australia, and Australia, you know, and the US, they've all still put job ads in 2020 through this recruitment agency, so the practice is continuing.
I interviewed an intelligence officer, who declined to be named, of course, for my front page story in The Australian Today, and he said we are effectively paying China to put spies in our embassy.
That was his words. | ||
We are effectively paying China to put spies in our embassy.
Sherry, we've got to bounce, but I've got to ask you this.
Given that the virus, you've shown the Five Eyes program, the intelligence operations program, has focused on Wuhan as being either some sort of bioweapons lab or something that it came out of Wuhan and it was either an accident or more nefarious.
That totally changed the dynamic in the economy in the United States, and the vote.
The reason we're having this massive fight over this is because of these mail-in ballots, because of the CCP virus.
You've now got this report of millions of Chinese Communist Party members and the infiltration into companies, not just regular companies, I mean high-tech companies, advanced chip makers, defense contractors, and also consulates.
Is it your belief, as you do your investigative reporting, that anybody in the political apparatus, anybody in really the business apparatus, do they really care?
I mean, the stuff is so explosive, but you kind of get this shrug of the shoulders when I read your reporting as you go out.
Do they not care? | ||
And if they don't care, why do you think they don't care?
unidentified
|
Companies are definitely turning a blind eye.
We've seen that in their responses.
I think the Australian Foreign Ministry is absolutely turning a blind eye to the fact that it continues to use these recruitment agencies.
It's only defence to us, literally, is that it says that the Chinese nationals employed in its Western consulates don't have access to the very secret high-level information.
I mean, that is just such a weak defence.
I think the response I got from the U.S.
State Department yesterday was very good.
They wouldn't comment on their individual personnel, and we've sent them the details of the Communist Party members working in their consulates, but they said in their comment that it was an example of, you know, aggressive Chinese interference and influence.
And described it as, you know, as malign operations.
So I think the United States is very much aware.
I know your media don't like to report on it, but the United States State Department, the FBI is very much aware.
And on top of this issue, businesses are going to get a shock, you know, and they will have to start taking notice when rival companies, when their IP is stolen and rival companies in China You know, start to set up and compete with them and take away their business.
And as I said already, you know, your top intelligence experts are already warning that that's happening.
So businesses at some point are going to have to sit up and take notice.
The problem is, of course, you know, differentiating between, you know, very good, loyal, hardworking Chinese nationals who are so important as part of our multicultural societies, differentiating between them And CCP Implants who are serving the Communist Party.
Sherry, given that your reporting reads like a Ludlam novel, at least it reads like a spy novel, you can't wait to get to the next version you're coming out with.
Has any mainstream media in the United States reached out to you to have you on TV here and to have you take 20 minutes on a segment or 15 minutes on a segment and walk people through what your reporting shows?
unidentified
|
Just you, just you, Steve.
Oh, maybe not everyone in the US reads the Australian papers, but the New York Post followed our story up, Miranda Devine followed our story up, Fox News followed us up and gave us, you know, credit in the report.
So, you know, Axios tried to discredit the story and then our, you know, cyber security experts reached out to them and they retracted that, they deleted that tweet.
So, you know, we'll see.
But this story has gone global.
Everyone's following it up.
Canada, India, Europe.
I think the problem with the United States is that it's seen as a partisan issue.
It's seen as a Republican issue.
That's very much not the case elsewhere in the world.
I don't know why it has become so partisan in the US.
Probably because President Donald Trump was warning people about this.
So it meant that the left media didn't want to take notice.
Sorry to give a long answer, but there is a point at which The US media is going to have to change.
China actively now is threatening to ban Australian coal, you know, our coal industry.
Ban our exports. | ||
You know, that's a $14 billion a year industry.
Now foreign ministers from around the world are talking about writing a letter to call out China's bullying towards Australia.
So this really is not, this is a bipartisan issue.
This isn't an ideological one.
Sherry, how can people follow you?
What's your social media handles?
Instagram, Twitter, all of it.
How do people get access to you?
unidentified
|
Mostly on Twitter, not really on Instagram, just at Sherry Markson, S-H-A-R-R-I Markson, M-A-R-K-S-O-N, or go to The Australian online, subscribe to The Australian, you know, we cover the China issue closely, and we've got a lot of coverage on it, not just mine, but plenty of coverage.
Sherry Markson, one of the top investigative reporters in the world.
Thank you for taking the time.
I know it's a 16-hour difference to come in the War Room.
Okay. | ||
You've got to follow her.
I want the entire posse to sign up now.
You've got to follow this.
This is why we're fighting.
It's the existential fight with the Chinese Communist Party.
Tomorrow we're going to get a chance to have Midge.
He's going to walk through her.
Hopefully have her video done.
10 o'clock tomorrow morning, we're going to have some breaking news you're going to want to be around for.
10 a.m. | ||
tomorrow morning. | ||
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
See you then. |
