| But our system of government has processes to determine who will be sworn in on January the 20th. | ||
| The Electoral College has spoken. | ||
| So today I want to congratulate President-elect Joe Biden. | ||
| The President-elect is no stranger to the Senate. | ||
| He's devoted himself to public service for many years. | ||
| I also want to congratulate the Vice President-elect, our colleague from California, Senator Harris. | ||
| You know, I think that the biggest concern that I have is that people here genuinely believe that somehow this election was stolen. | ||

| And the reason why the Supreme Court didn't take it is because it's an absurd idea to think that any state or any number of states, no matter how good they are, are can challenge another state's right to run the election as they see fit. | ||

| And what's gotten even worse, though, Martha, I think, is the attacks by the president on good, hardworking, decent Republican governors. | ||

| The consent decree that the governor and the Secretary of State of Georgia entered into with Stacey Abrams is absolutely despicable and unconstitutional. | ||
| The pro-Trump ballots found all over the state that weren't counted originally, and that was just in the three smaller pro-Trump counties. | ||
| Now we've got a real audit in one of the counties. | ||
| Let's get to the bottom of what happened in Georgia. | ||
| The difference there is so small. | ||
| The split is just about 13, 14,000 in the state of Georgia, and I'm confident when the real votes are counted, it'll be determined that President Trump won the state of Georgia. And to those people who are saying, this is the rush. How confident, yeah, but how confident do you feel that Cobb County, which is the county that was polled, a lot of people are telling me, hey, that was the one that was one of the tightest run. | ||

| I believe what the Supreme Court said the other day was quite powerful in the argument of the President to say, hey, we can only count illegal ballots. | ||

| That to me looked like a big win, although they did put it back onto the campaign and say, look, we're not going to have collective guilt here. | ||
| Yes, there used to be 25 and now there's 221,000, however. | ||
| If you guys, if you guys, you talk big Trump campaign, if you want to go find them and come back here and argue individually, we're open to that. | ||
| Is the campaign going to step up and go do the grinding work that you need to do to basically put it back up in the Supreme Court of Wisconsin's face? | ||

| The Democrat Party blasted the Wisconsin carrying out of the election and outlined just how ludicrous it is not to rule on the fact that there are over 220,000 illegally cast ballots in Wisconsin in this election, while the majority use this laches gimmick to punt the issue. | ||
| But we have three justices of the Wisconsin Supreme Court Talking about validating the fact that there were 220,000, over 220,000 illegally cast ballots in Wisconsin. | ||
| Again, the difference in Wisconsin is only 20,000. | ||
| When do you anticipate that you would be able to announce a program or some sort of action in Wisconsin? | ||

| You've got to reach out and work in a coalition. | ||
| You're not going to get everything, you've got to make compromises, but the overall objective is victory. | ||
| Reince Priebus and the team out there worked with Knutson, worked with Spindol, worked with these guys that were on these election commissions, and here was the power of it. | ||
| And this is a lesson that we've got to take in every other state. | ||
| If you have the rules on your side, and you've played by the rules, and you don't back down, and when I say back down, you do not compromise one inch. | ||

| The Wisconsin Supreme Court gave you a path to decertify, to at least decertify Wisconsin, by just putting it back to you guys to go prove that there's over 20,000 of these bogus IC votes. | ||
| Now, I realize it's a tremendous amount of work and a great cost, but Yes or no? | ||
| Did they provide you a path to victory in Wisconsin, if you can execute on it? | ||

| It's going to take a lot of work, not just in terms of identifying the votes and the balance, but in terms of making sure that the court allows us to go back to the canvassing board, which in the second decision they affirmed. | ||
| So there's actually conflicting decisions from the same court, the same justices on this, but it gives us an opening, an opportunity, a window to drive a truck through. | ||

| When I landed in Arizona, President Trump was down, I believe, 80,000 votes. | ||
| By the time I left, it was where it is now, which is just about 10,300 votes. | ||
| 45,000 vote difference in just Maricopa County between Joe Biden and President Trump. | ||
| So the issue is this. | ||
| Right now, the Arizona Senate is subpoenaing Maricopa County voting machines to determine What it is, if anything, that went wrong there. | ||
| We believe we're going to see significant irregularities. | ||
| That is the information I've gotten from the ground, information I've gotten from our poll workers there, from our observers there. | ||
| They believe that these machines did not act properly and benefited Vice President Joe Biden over President Trump. | ||
| We saw the huge error numbers coming out of Antrim County that we've talked about. | ||
| Much, much, much, much bigger than the acceptable error rate of 0.0008%. | ||
| That's accepted under the Federal Election Commission. | ||
| So Arizona is a vital battleground right now and truly turning a corner by subpoenaing the election process machines. | ||
| Last question is Michigan. | ||
| What is going on in Michigan? | ||
| You had this report from Antrim. | ||

| You're looking for account of all the Detroit Free Press and the officials that are dismissing it, but they never get down to the specifics. | ||

| I mean, if they're allowing us to look at Amtra and we saw these staggering numbers, how could we not be looking at Wayne County, where we know from their numbers that 71% of absentee precincts were unbalanced, which means a different number of people voting than people signed in to vote. | ||

| That was done under duress only after initially not certifying by the members of the Canvas Board. | ||

| In Wisconsin, where there's 20,000, the state Supreme Court already said in this indefinitely confined, it was a scam. | ||
| It was a ballot harvesting scam and they've put it back on the campaign to prove it. | ||

| 20,000 votes in Wisconsin. | ||

| We got it a couple of months ago and we've been analysing the database ever since. | ||
| It's Communist Party members on the official registry. | ||
| It has their party position, their birth date, their national ID number. | ||
| In many cases, it also has their phone number, but not in every case. | ||
| So, you know, you are able to call people who are on the database. | ||
| And what's amazing is that they're all over the world now, and it has the Communist Party branch they belong to. | ||
| And what this database showed us is that The Chinese Communist Party has set up branches within Western companies, within global companies, including companies that are handling sensitive defense contracts like Boeing. | ||
| Boeing in Australia has had $12 billion worth of defense contracts over the past decade. | ||
| In the US, it's got the contract to build the next two aircraft for Air Force One to be used by presidents, by future presidents. | ||
| So this is very sensitive stuff in some cases. | ||
| And then you have, you know, potentially Volkswagen's case has thousands of Communist Party members working within their operations. | ||
| So I think it's been a really big concern to learn That this is how the party is structured, that they're now setting up their branches in companies to try and influence it that way. | ||
| And in terms of other revelations, I'm sure we'll get on to the consulates in a minute, but that was the biggest concern to me. | ||
| Before we get to the consulates, here's what's so stunning. | ||
| You know, Clive Hamilton did the book Silent Invasion about Australia. | ||

| There's been other authors out there. | ||
| Here's what's so shocking when I read your analysis in your reports. | ||
| How can these companies be that blind? | ||
| I mean, is it that difficult for them, and I realize they kind of keep the membership private, but is it that difficult for them when they should be doing some modicum amount of due diligence to understand that these are Chinese Communist Party members and are probably setting up cells that are hiring each other? | ||
| How much culpability Do the companies have, for allowing this to happen, understanding that the CCP is an aggressive, some people say competitor, I say stone-cold enemy of the West, and it's not the Chinese people, the Chinese Communist Party. | ||
| What's the culpability of these companies, and did many of them, in your mind, look the other way? | ||

| So this is a very significant issue that companies can no longer afford to turn a blind eye to. | ||

| You approached companies, and many of the companies, you approached some of the defense contractors working on some of the most sensitive defense matters, and some of those companies told you they had no interest in looking into people's private political beliefs? | ||

So to explain how this works, we discovered as part of this investigation, which I should mention was with four media outlets around the world, the Mail on Sunday in the UK, Swedish journalists and a Belgian newspaper, the four of us were working together. | |
| So we discovered that there's a Communist Party branch of 12 Communist Party branches that are set up in a Chinese government recruitment agency in Shanghai. | ||
| And this is the only recruitment agency that puts Chinese staff into the Western consulates. | ||
| So we found a list of 249 names who are on this Communist Party database, who are Communist Party members linked to this Shanghai recruitment agency. | ||
| We then researched all of those names and found them in 10 Western consulates. | ||
| Many cases currently working in 10 Western consulates. | ||
| There are six who have worked in the United States. | ||
| Consulate General in Shanghai, there's in Australia, and Australia, you know, and the US, they've all still put job ads in 2020 through this recruitment agency, so the practice is continuing. | ||
| I interviewed an intelligence officer, who declined to be named, of course, for my front page story in The Australian Today, and he said we are effectively paying China to put spies in our embassy. | ||

| Given that the virus, you've shown the Five Eyes program, the intelligence operations program, has focused on Wuhan as being either some sort of bioweapons lab or something that it came out of Wuhan and it was either an accident or more nefarious. | ||
| That totally changed the dynamic in the economy in the United States, and the vote. | ||
| The reason we're having this massive fight over this is because of these mail-in ballots, because of the CCP virus. | ||
| You've now got this report of millions of Chinese Communist Party members and the infiltration into companies, not just regular companies, I mean high-tech companies, advanced chip makers, defense contractors, and also consulates. | ||
| Is it your belief, as you do your investigative reporting, that anybody in the political apparatus, anybody in really the business apparatus, do they really care? | ||
| I mean, the stuff is so explosive, but you kind of get this shrug of the shoulders when I read your reporting as you go out. | ||

| It's only defence to us, literally, is that it says that the Chinese nationals employed in its Western consulates don't have access to the very secret high-level information. | ||
| I mean, that is just such a weak defence. | ||
| I think the response I got from the U.S. | ||
| State Department yesterday was very good. | ||
| They wouldn't comment on their individual personnel, and we've sent them the details of the Communist Party members working in their consulates, but they said in their comment that it was an example of, you know, aggressive Chinese interference and influence. | ||
| And described it as, you know, as malign operations. | ||
| So I think the United States is very much aware. | ||
| I know your media don't like to report on it, but the United States State Department, the FBI is very much aware. | ||
| And on top of this issue, businesses are going to get a shock, you know, and they will have to start taking notice when rival companies, when their IP is stolen and rival companies in China You know, start to set up and compete with them and take away their business. | ||
| And as I said already, you know, your top intelligence experts are already warning that that's happening. | ||
| So businesses at some point are going to have to sit up and take notice. | ||
| The problem is, of course, you know, differentiating between, you know, very good, loyal, hardworking Chinese nationals who are so important as part of our multicultural societies, differentiating between them And CCP Implants who are serving the Communist Party. | ||
| Sherry, given that your reporting reads like a Ludlam novel, at least it reads like a spy novel, you can't wait to get to the next version you're coming out with. | ||
