Well the virus has now killed more than 100 people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
This is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
We have to prepare for the worst, always.
Because if you don't, then the worst happens.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
You know, I think that the biggest concern that I have is that people here genuinely believe that somehow this election was stolen.
unidentified
|
And there's not evidence of that.
The president was saying it was stolen even before election day happened.
He said if he loses, it would be fraud.
Well, no one knows that.
unidentified
|
I thought I was going to win too when I ran for president in 2012.
I didn't. | ||
I didn't go out and say fraud.
That's, you know, we have a process, we count the votes, that's the way it is.
And I'm concerned that the cause of democracy here, as well as around the world, people look to us.
We are the democratic leader of the world.
What's going on now I'm afraid is terribly dispiriting to people all over the globe.
We only counted lawful votes cast by eligible American citizens.
Donald Trump won the Electoral College, and we should not be counting illegal votes and putting in an illegitimate President of the United States.
Well, where we're headed as a country is this, quite simply.
We're a republic, and the bedrock of a republic is an honest and accurate voting system.
And if you don't have an honest and accurate voting system, Then you may as well throw out the claim that you're a republic.
You've lost that right.
You've lost the control of your government.
And under those circumstances, those who can steal the most votes, who can engage the most voter fraud and get away with it, are going to be the ones that rule the roost in Washington, D.C.
That's not what our founding fathers wanted.
That's not what a million or so Americans who have lost their lives in wars wanted.
That's what I'm going to do.
us this republic, this democracy, where we can control our own fate and our own destiny.
So I have a choice. | ||
I can either sit back and surrender and be a part of the Surrender Caucus, or I can fight for our country.
And that's what I'm going to do.
So on January the 6th, I'm going to object to the submissions of Electoral College votes from various states that, in my judgment, have such flawed election systems that their vote counts are unworthy of our ratification of the United States Congress.
Mitt Romney is a complete and total clown.
Right? | ||
Complete and total clown.
Not just a quitter and not just a loser.
He's a clown. | ||
With a capital K. K-L-O-W-N.
Clown. | ||
Mo Brooks, the real deal.
It is a shame that Mo Brooks is not in the United States Senate.
That's a topic for a different day of how he got screwed in 2017.
Mo Brooks, a fire-breathing populist and a man that's always had the President's back.
Just lays it out right there.
Okay, it is Tuesday, the 15th of December, the year of our Lord, 2020.
Only, what, 16 days left?
In a historic year, remember, they say there are decades in which nothing happens, and there are weeks in which decades happen.
That has been the year 2020.
Over 24 million downloads on our podcast.
We're distributed everywhere.
We'll get to that later.
I've got to get to, about the audience.
First off, you are making a huge difference.
You are changing the arc of history and we can see that all over from Michigan to Arizona to Georgia.
I want to start with John Fredericks in Georgia.
We have massive breaking news in Arizona with Mark Fincham and Brian Kennedy.
They'll come up right after John Fredericks, but I've got to get John Fredericks on.
John, Update on Georgia, particularly this signature, we don't have John Fredericks?
Okay, producer, be good to tell, let me know that.
I can't read my thing while we're doing the show.
Do I have Mark Fincham? | ||
Okay, let's go to Mark Fincham.
Mark, as soon as we get John Fredericks, I'm going to have to jump John Fredericks in here, Mark, because he's got to get, and there's a lot of breaking news in Georgia, but tell us this stunning breaking news Stunning breaking news in Arizona.
I believe they're issuing subpoenas in Maricopa County to seize all of the Dominion systems?
Yes, that's correct. | ||
So apparently November 30th, the hearing that we had for 11 hours, put enough heat on leadership that The president of the Senate authorized a judiciary committee hearing yesterday.
It was about six hours. | ||
They got through enough of it to know that there was sufficient evidence of what they believe to be fraud.
The chairman, Eddie Farnsworth, stepped out and said, we're issuing subpoenas on these machines.
We want a full forensic audit and we will not be, we will not rest until we get the results of that.
That's huge. | ||
That is enormous. | ||
Seizing those machines.
And then getting a comprehensive about it.
We're not talking about this, this idea of a hand count.
That's back from days when we had buggy whips and we had nothing but paper ballots.
This is sophisticated electronic warfare on our voting system.
Now coming on the heels of what was reported in Antrim County, we have every reason to believe that we're going to find the exact same thing in the source code in the Maricopa County machines as well.
Okay, I want to go to this.
How much, you said you had six hours yesterday.
Now audience, here's what I want, and this is why the reason John Ferguson in Georgia.
It is pressure from this audience and your cohorts that are hearing the truth That is putting pressure on politicians throughout the country, whether those are politicians in Michigan, whether it's the Secretary of State in Georgia, whether it is the Judiciary Committee in Arizona.
Remember, there are many, many good people out there, and many good people that have been voted to elective office.
Look at what happened in Wisconsin.
When they know you have their back, and sometimes you have to remind them, hey, I have your back and I'm not going to have it if you are a coward.
You've got to stick up for the Constitution, you've got to stick up for the Republic, you've got to do what Mo Brooks just said.
You're seeing it changed.
Why did Joe Biden wander out there last night?
What compelled him? | ||
What compelled him to have to go and address the American people last night?
It's the numbers. | ||
The numbers are shifting against him.
First off, Rasmussen's reporting this morning, I think 58% of people think that there's something untoward about, and the media's been suppressing, the issues of Hunter Biden and the hard drive from hell, and they're being compromised by the CDC.
I want to tell my producer, as soon as we get John Ferguson, just tell me, you don't have to text me, just tell me.
By the way, folks, we're putting the show together live on air.
We've got so much breaking news.
And the reason is that we have breaking news is because of you.
It's not us. | ||
All we do is kind of present this information.
You're the ones that refuse to quiet down.
You're sitting there going, not only are we going to hold the line, we're going to start driving the football downfield.
I tell you what, Mark, I need to put you on hold for one second.
Mark Fincham from Southern Arizona.
He was back here for the rally this week.
He's been the leader of driving that 11-hour testimony a couple weeks ago with Rudy out there.
He's also one of the driving forces and back of this hearing yesterday.
We'll get more details.
But understand this. | ||
A subpoena is going out this morning To Maricopa County, to the elections board, to freeze everything in place and seize the Dominion voting system.
And remember, Dominion is only the third vertical.
Number one is all the traditional fraud, right?
And this is what you're seeing in Georgia.
Number two is the mail-in ballots, particularly no chain of custody.
Right? | ||
And no signature verification.
Number three, the third vertical, is the Dominion electronic voting system.
I want to go to John Fredericks now.
We've got John Fredericks.
John, talk to me about Georgia, and particularly the fact some of the folks down in Georgia think, hey, are we walking into a trap?
Is this county, Cobb County, one that was so tight anyway?
It's not DeKalb, it's not Fulton, that we're going to get played down there in Cobb County.
Walk us through what happened last night, where do we stand, what is the signature verification, and are they going to verify all the signatures, including back to the voter registration?
Well, we're live in Alpharetta, Georgia.
The Cobb County situation, everybody would have preferred that it was DeKalb County or Fulton County.
Everyone would have preferred that it was 100% of the ballots.
Instead, what we're getting is none of the above.
We're getting a limited sampling.
The Secretary of State, Brad Rappaport, claimed it would be statistically significant.
I don't know what that means.
In Arizona, I think that was 100.
I mean, it's got to be thousands.
But remember, in Cobb County, 50,000 of the 150,000 voted for Trump.
So, you've got a sampling that they're hoping, if they can get a big enough sampling and get Trump voters in there, they're not going to be able to show the kind of fraud that we think there is.
It's better than nothing.
And right now you gotta take what you can get because Steve, we're winning.
The only reason Ravensburger has agreed to this is because of the pressure the voters and that shows like ours and War Room has put on him with callers calling in every day upset.
The other reason he did this is because finally Purdue and Kelly Loeffler Woke up and smelled the coffee.
What was the coffee? | ||
Polling data that shows them losing.
Polling data that shows 50% of Trump voters aren't coming out to vote for them because they will not fight for Trump or fight for anything, quite frankly.
The other data is they find out that the Democrats have registered, or total, new registrations between November 3rd and November and December 7th, 80,000 new people registered in Georgia.
Let me tell you how hard that is.
First of all, they couldn't even start until November 10th because they didn't even know there was going to be a runoff.
That's number one. | ||
Number two, in Georgia, if you get a driver's license, you're automatically registered to vote unless you decline it.
If you do nothing, you're registered.
So the majority of people here in Georgia are registered.
So that means they have to go out and find out, they have to find 80,000 people not registered, and they did that in three weeks.
You know how tough that is?
So, when you get to the November 3rd election, the Republicans have seated an alternate set of delegates in waiting.
they have to do something. That's one thing that happened.
Now, when you get to when you get to the November 3rd election, the Republicans have seated an alternate set of delegates in waiting. This was led by the Republican Party chairman David Schaefer, who led the effort. Senator Beach, Brandon Beach, hashtag BeachBulls, we call him.
He's in the middle of everything.
And then also Senator Burt Jones was there.
So they have put together an alternate set of electors.
I had both Schaffer and Beach on my show today, in waiting.
The Supreme Court strikes down the certification of Georgia.
They've got their own electors in place.
Now, let's get to January 5th.
Here's where it gets dicey, okay?
So, Raffensperger has added another 20 drop boxes.
We have no chain of custody.
78% no chain of custody.
Beech today showed us on air two affidavits, one from Fulton County, one from Cobb, that shows ballots picked up on one day, delivered three days later.
Three days. | ||
They're supposed to be delivered immediately.
These are only two of the affidavits they found.
What happened in three days?
Did they sit in somebody's car?
Their basement? | ||
Their garage? | ||
No one knows. | ||
That's illegal. | ||
The illegalities here are incredible.
Then, on the November 5th election, so David Schaffer has got 4,000 volunteers in place to watch all the vote counting of the absentee ballots.
Here's what Raffensperger told them.
Well, you can't watch the signature match.
You can only watch them opening the ballots and putting it in the right place, not the signature match.
unidentified
|
Why? | |
They ought to watch the signature match.
So he threw that out. | ||
So then Schaefer turned around and hit him with a lawsuit.
I mean, what is going on here in Georgia is incredible.
Well, then we heard today, Rappersberger, by a couple people, is going to be awarded the Man of Courage Award by the Democratic Party, some organization, and he's going to switch parties after January 5th.
So this is all the stuff that we're dealing with here in Georgia.
But here's the thing. | ||
We're winning. | ||
We got movement on Cobb County.
Not the best, but we got something.
And here's the thing. | ||
If that shows even 3% Fraud.
Three percent of voters that don't exist, etc.
Three percent, that means that even if you take three percent out of five, that's 150,000 voters.
John, can I hold you through the commercial break?
Because I've got two questions I've got to ask you on the other side.
Georgia's unbelievable.
So much happens in a day.
It's so much happening.
Look, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona.
This is why we've got Fincham on with this breaking news.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
Remember, This audience is changing the course and direction of modern history.
You don't believe that?
Ask Bill Barr, the former Attorney General of these United States.
That's because of this audience.
Called here first, demanded here first, and people backed it up.
We're going to turn in a minute, Georgia, John Fredericks, Arizona, Mark Fincham, Brian Kennedy with the overall picture next on War Room Pandemic.
unidentified
|
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Okay, breaking news from the Senate floor, the one and only Leader McConnell.
You know, he loves being called Leader McConnell, this nudge.
He loves being called Leader McConnell, right?
I'm Leader, Leader McConnell.
So Leader McConnell, I want you to embrace this audience, just announced on the Senate floor, congratulated Joe Biden as President-elect in a floor speech.
What McConnell doesn't get, you're not going to be leader after January 5th, bro.
In all the Karl Rove money, all the Bush money, all the Coke money, all the Club for Growth money, they can send Sarah Palin down there and I'd love me some Sarah Palin.
Right? | ||
Try to get her to run for president back in 2011.
I'd love me some populist.
I'd love me some nationalist.
You can send Sarah Palin all over Georgia.
Talking nonsense and it's not going to happen.
John Fredericks and Stephen K. Bannon are interested in winning.
As much as we're not fans, Mitch, we're actually interested in you remaining leader on the 6th.
Why? | ||
Because it goes along with the program that we're trying to push of populism and nationalism.
And yes, we have to hold the Senate, but to do that, you've got to hold the line in Georgia today.
It's about November 3rd.
It's about Stacey Abrams.
It's about how they game the system.
And no, Joe Biden, and this is for YouTube, I understand officially YouTube on December 8th, Yes, officially he was named on the day of Safe Harbor, and then yesterday, although there were competing slates of electors called dueling electors that were also put forward, right?
Understand they didn't get the imprimatur of the state governments or the legislatures, but were in courts everywhere.
And I would just tell YouTube to go back and read the Warren Commission, go back and read the Pearl Harbor Analysis, go back and read the 9-11 Commission, go back and see everything in the Vietnam War before the Pentagon Papers, go see everything on the Afghan War between the Washington Post-Afghan Report.
The official party line then was always wrong and always a set of lies and miscalculations.
Thank you very much, YouTube.
Put that in your disclaimer.
So I want to go now. | ||
Thank you, Leader McConnell.
I want to thank you, Mitt Romney, Leader McConnell, right, the guys that got us in this jam, the guys that got us into the whole manufacturing base of the country being shipped over to China so the CCP could have the poor unfortunate slave labor of China make everything, right, and not be paid for it because that's the integral part of the Party of Davos business model.
It ain't a conspiracy, it's in your grill.
John Fredericks, Georgia.
Walk us through what else is going down there, sir.
I know you've got a lot to report.
So in the November 3rd election in Georgia, Steve and our fans in War Room, thank you for being with us, there were 1.3 million mail-in ballots.
1.3 million. | ||
This was a million increase over 2018 in which they had 220,000 mail-in ballots.
So you had over a million increase in mail-in ballots.
It certainly overwhelmed the system.
Nobody was checking the signatures.
They didn't check anything.
No chain of custody. | ||
We've already gone over that.
So now they expect in the runoff 1.5 million.
So, it's going up. | ||
So, you ask yourself, what's different?
Well, there's nothing that's different.
There's watchers, more poll watchers, but the problem is, there's nothing for them to watch because the Rappensperger has locked them out of actually being able to match the signatures.
Now, let me give you something else.
Part of the Gang of Four here in Georgia is a senator from Cumming.
Gentleman's name is Greg Dollazal.
I'll have him on my show on Thursday.
So what Greg Dalzell, what Senator Dalzell did is he applied for an absentee ballot for the runoff.
But what he did in applying for the absentee ballot is he mangled, purposely, his signature so that his signature was unrecognizable and the opposite of his regular signature in the voting file.
And he sent it in. | ||
Three days later, he got an absentee ballot back.
Signatures didn't even close to match.
So he scammed the system to prove that nobody is doing anything to match any of these signatures.
So you got 80,000 new voters.
Nobody knows where they came from.
Raffensperger, the Secretary of State, refuses to release who they are.
He refuses to release the list.
The party chairman is suing him over that.
Raffensperger won't let David Schafer, the chairman's 4,000 newly recruited, trained volunteers... But why does it take a party chairman?
Where's the head of the Judiciary Committee and the State Senate?
It's all controlled by Republicans.
Nowhere. | ||
The Judiciary Chairman fought the original hearing they have.
David Walsh, the Speaker of the House, he's fighting it.
We're going to have to get these names and put them up.
They just want this whole thing to go away.
Yeah, we ain't going away.
It's not going to go away, okay?
It's not going to go away.
Let me give you something else.
Let me tell Media Matters and suck on this, okay?
January 20th. | ||
You know the worst thing that happens on January 20th at high noon?
Nancy Pelosi becomes acting president for a while, until we sort this out.
Here's how long it's going to take.
To sort this election out.
It's going to take however long it takes.
There's going to be... We're the first guy to call for Barr to be fired.
He got fired. | ||
Okay? | ||
We're the first one to call for all these things.
It always happens. | ||
Right? | ||
We're calling for a special prosecutor for the election fraud throughout all these states.
Right? | ||
With unlimited subpoena power and a budget and an ability to indict criminally.
Criminally. | ||
Okay? | ||
We're also calling for a special prosecutor on the Biden hard drive from hell.
The compromise. | ||
The Democrats in the party of Davos have now jammed us, not just into a constitutional crisis, but a national security crisis where the stiff, and if you don't think he's a stiff, go back and watch the speech last night.
And why did he do that? | ||
Because of this audience.
They're petrified now that the word's getting out on this thing and the American people are starting to say, hey, there may be something to this election fraud.
More than the 74 million people that voted for Trump.
In addition, they're getting very nervous.
About the hard drive from hell.
Because now they know that it was an official investigation that was suppressed by Barr on purpose.
On purpose. | ||
Okay? | ||
There wouldn't even have been a... Don't tell me he did a good job in an impeachment.
He did a crap job in an impeachment.
If he had done his job when the hard drive from hell was delivered to the guy that reports to him, Christopher Wray, on December 9th of 2019, there wouldn't have been an impeachment trial.
President Trump, and as crazy as I think he is about his perfect call, it turns out it was a perfect call.
With the information we have today, including from Hunter Biden's partner that said, oops, you missed a $400,000 income stream from Burisma, I think you should have put that in there.
That's what Trump was talking about, that type of corruption.
So, John, when is Perdue and Mitch McConnell going to wake up to one fact?
As long as Stacey Abrams' guys are consent decree, as long as they're not releasing where the $80,000 go, you can't win!
It's not mathematically possible to win, and Dan Crenshaw can do all the cutesy little James Bond videos he does.
It doesn't matter. | ||
You just look like a fool.
You look like a complete, total fool.
It's not about some James Bonham.
It's not about keeping America, America.
It ain't washing, okay?
We're down to the hard reality of Georgia politics.
And Stacey Abrams has run the table on you on the way she came up with these illegitimate ballots.
So, Fredericks, when is Perdue going to wake up that the half-life of him being a United States Senator is a couple of weeks?
Well, you know, they got a wake-up call yesterday with these 80,000 ballots and they're not being released, so he joined Raffensperger's lawsuit, which is really the first thing he's done to even acknowledge any of this is happening.
I mean, it's pretty amazing.
He's just tone deaf. | ||
And like Senator Perdue, I hope he wins.
I would certainly vote for him if I was here over Jon Ossoff.
And I think it's important that he be there, but he doesn't get it.
And what Perdue needs to do is he has to show himself right now as a fighter, go on TV, look the camera in the eye.
He didn't debate Ossoff.
And say, you know what, we just can't have this.
He needs to demand that the poll watchers be able to verify the signatures.
He has to demand it or threaten lawsuits.
He's got to do something.
He's got to fight and he's got to go back to November 3rd and acknowledge that we have an alternate group of electors.
And that this election is not resolved, it's not over, and if he does that, he can take command of this thing.
Right now, they're both losing.
I had a caller from Alabama call up today and say, look, you voters in Georgia, you need to walk and chew gum at the same time, and you need to vote for Perdue, and you vote for Loeffler, and we can figure all this out, but if we don't have them, there's no God bless them.
phone lit up five calls after that everybody from georgia saying we're not doing that and you in alabama not tell us what to do it that's the proper that's what nobody understands because you're not in the field they're not talking about it voters here are people who get a lot action got lessening worse god bless them And we want to win.
Mitch, as much as we're not fans, we do want you to be called Leader McConnell on January 6th.
We do want that, okay? | ||
Because it serves our purpose.
That's why we want it. | ||
No fondness for you or your policies.
Okay. | ||
John, real quickly, about this Cobb County, when does it start, and how do we know they're actually checking everything, and when is that going to become clear?
Because we don't want to get played, don't want to walk into a trap, don't trust Roethlisberger.
If he picked a county, trust me, it's where he knows statistically it's going to be tough to prove.
Who's on top of this, when does it start, and how do the deplorables know that it's going to be out in the open and transparent?
Well, the state police and the GBI are involved in running this thing, so it is going to be clean.
There's no way that he's going to be able to... Let's chew the numbers here.
They are what they are. | ||
Obviously, he picked a county where he thought there would be the least amount of fraudulent ballots or discrepancies.
He did that on purpose. | ||
He says it's going to take two weeks.
But here's the thing. | ||
When they had 200... | ||
With 20,000 mail-in ballots in 2018, they got a 5.6 reject rate.
With 1.3 million ballots in 2020, they got a 0.3.
John, we've got to bounce.
We'll get to that. | ||
Tell people how to get to the show.
You've got 15 seconds. | ||
How do people get access to you?
Because you're on fire down there.

War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Yesterday, electors met in all 50 states.
So as of this morning, our country has officially a president-elect and a vice president-elect.
Many millions of us had hoped the presidential election would yield A different result.
But our system of government has processes to determine who will be sworn in on January the 20th.
The Electoral College has spoken.
So today, I want to congratulate President-elect Joe Biden.
The President-elect is no stranger to the Senate.
He's devoted himself to public service for many years.
I also want to congratulate the Vice President-elect, our colleague from California, Senator Harris.
What a dirtbag Mitch McConnell is.
He came there, I think he had a total net worth of, I want to say, $156,000 when he came to the Senate back in the 80s.
Worth tens of millions today.
Totally unrelated, of course, to his wife's father, who is totally tied up with the CCP.
Taiwan shipping guy, completely tied up with the CCP.
Totally tied up with the CCP.
But that's totally unrelated to Mitch's net worth.
How does a guy on a public salary that makes his net worth now in tens of millions of dollars, how does that math work?
All right. | ||
That was Peter Schweitzer's book.
I'll throw them all out to work through how you get there.
And also Secret Empires.
You know, Secret Empires is where Peter Schweitzer actually broke part of the Burisma stain, but it was the first inkling of the China.
It wasn't too much, but it was enough of the China development.
But actually, if you read the book, this is Joe Biden.
If you read the book, it's Mitch McConnell that comes out far worse.
Far worse on his relations to the Chinese Communist Party and money they're from.
That's Mitch right there.
Mitch, we understand there's processes and there's also processes to contest to make sure only legal ballots matter.
You don't think it would be a big deal if Mo Brooks was in the Senate.
If Mo Brooks had been the guy that was tapped on the shoulder by the White House back in 17, Mo Brooks would have been a fabulous United States Senator.
But that didn't happen.
That, ladies and gentlemen, is a story for another day.
Now I want to go to how you're having an impact in making sure that only legal votes count.
I want to go to Mark Fincham.
He's a delegate in the House out in Arizona.
He's been the driving force or one of the driving forces in back of making sure we get a full accounting of what went on and to make sure that if Joe Biden won by 10,000 legal votes in Arizona, then guess what?
The way our system is set up, and I support this system, he gets all the electoral votes, right?
I like that system. | ||
But, they gotta be legal votes.
All votes don't count. | ||
All votes don't matter.
All legal votes matter.
All chain of custody votes matter.
Every one of those has got to be counted.
And if Joe Biden wins in that, then Joe Biden wins.
But right now, that's a long way from being determined.
Brother McConnell, and I realize technically what you said is correct, but I think you could have put the emphasis in there, which is absolutely correct, that all over this country there are people that are dedicated to getting to the bottom of this, and they've got the receipts.
You saw this in Antrim County, and you may have a difference of opinion of what that report says, but clearly something is untoward When it comes to Dominion Systems.
And what I like about Antrim County, I'm going to go to Fincham right now, last thing.
This gets us out of fantasy land.
I'm not saying that Sidney Powell, God bless her, I love her, and other people, hey, maybe you'll find in a deeper and longer investigation it's got other aspects for it.
But right now you've got to get down to reality.
You've got to get down to the machines, you've got to get down to the difference between tabulation and calculation, because they're in is going to be explosive today.
Okay? | ||
And that's what we're talking about.
What can you prove? | ||
What evidence do you have to be able to get to the bottom of this?
All this other stuff. | ||
And remember, there are many fantasists.
All people, normally people who didn't serve in the military, who their whole lives are sitting there.
They all want to be James Bond.
Okay? | ||
They're not James Bond.
Remember, when I ran Breitbart in the campaign, at the White House, and now what I do at War Room, I'm approached all day long And 90% of the people that approach me are what I call fantasists, okay?
They're not living in the real world.
They want to be James Bond, and they're not James Bond, okay?
But that's why Fincham matters, because Fincham went down and got an 11-hour hearing, and now I want to talk, talk to us about, in Arizona, about this subpoena.
Who's issuing it, what does it mean, and when are these machines going to be seized?
Okay Steve, the subpoena was issued, will be issued this morning, in fact probably right about now.
By Chairman Eddie Farnsworth, who's the Chairman of Judiciary.
And it's going after the machines for Maricopa County only.
And it will be an immediate seizure forthwith.
unidentified
|
Excuse me. | |
And that is going to result in a full forensic audit.
That's the second piece of breaking news.
We expect, based on Antrim County, To see something very similar.
Then the third piece of breaking news... Hold on, hold on, hold on, hang on, hang on, stop, slow down, slow down, you're burying the lead here.
When you say it's only Maricopa County, this is a hundred times bigger than Michigan.
You're talking about Phoenix, one of the biggest cities in the country.
You are literally seizing the Dominion, the entire system.
You're seizing the machines and the software, you're actually, this is Big League.
This is major. | ||
You're actually having subpoena from a Senate committee, the Judiciary Committee, and correct me if I'm wrong in any of this, it's going to Maricopa County, which is Phoenix, it's 60% of the vote in Arizona, it's one of the biggest cities in America, and you're taking, you're basically seizing the entire The entire Dominion system and all software they're in.
This was inspired by Antrim.
This is what we said, where county in Georgia and Antrim can do because they're going to inspire people because of what went on there to do bigger things.
You guys are doing something right now on a scale that's a hundred X what happened in Michigan.
Is that correct, sir? | ||
No question about it. | ||
And I didn't mean to minimize it.
It's true. | ||
Maricopa County is about three fifths of the vote in the entire state of Arizona.
Maybe a little less than that.
Wow. | ||
You wanted me to be succinct.
The third piece of this was the AZGOP convened the electors yesterday and voted for President Trump.
And we have also sent an alternative slate of electors trying to skate to the puck.
We believe that our election is going to, at the very least, be overturned.
And quite possibly, depending upon the results of this forensic audit, if we can identify those ballots That were for Joe Biden, but are found to be fraudulent.
Because of the way the images are saved, we would be able to back those specific ballots out of the equation.
I don't know that this has been tried with anybody else yet, but the forensic audit is going to be the death knell of this thing.
Okay, hold it, hang on, you're burying the lead again, I just want to make sure.
You said, you just kind of threw it out there, that you think with the forensic audit, which is a detailed audit by professionals, you believe the least case is that the vote gets decertified.
Is that what I'm hearing?
Not flipped, that could happen, but you're saying you're highly confident seeing what you saw in Michigan.
Applied to Maricopa County and the Dominion system.
You believe at a minimum you'll decertify the vote?
I just want to make sure I'm hearing you correctly.
That's what I expect to see.
Here's the point-in-point for the audience and for all the left-wingers that watch this in the media and stuff like that.
Fincham's a perfect example of deplorable.
Here's why. | ||
When he first comes out and he does this, he's mocked and ridiculed.
He's like taking it worse than Rudy Giuliani.
He's a clown. | ||
He's dangerous. | ||
You know, he wanted to put us on the gold standard.
He's not a serious person.
Why are we doing this? | ||
Then you have the 11-hour hearing.
He stands up, you have an 11-hour hearing, and all of a sudden people are going, wow.
Do you hear this? | ||
Do you see the affidavit?
Do you see what these guys are saying?
And all of a sudden, the left starts getting nervous.
All of a sudden, they want to bury everything Fincham says.
Fincham's relentless.
He's a honey badger. | ||
He's like Rudy. | ||
He doesn't care. | ||
He's grinding, grinding, grinding every day.
And so what do we have now?
Guys who didn't want to do it at first.
I'm not criticizing the Judiciary Committee and the Senate.
They just say, you know, we don't know if we're going to get involved.
It's too messy. | ||
People are going to say bad things about us.
You know, the papers in Arizona are going to say bad things.
The TV station is going to say bad things.
Rachel Maddow is going to say nasty things about me, right?
All of a sudden, all of a sudden, you've got a subpoena coming from a Senate committee controlled by Republicans.
The judiciary reason? | ||
They've had, they called this, remember, over Thanksgiving, they called for these hearings.
They said they were trying to bury him.
They have a six-hour hearing and these guys are sitting there going, Hey, guess what?
I think we're going to subpoena.
I'd like to take a look at Dominion.
I'd like to have a couple of professionals take a look at Dominion.
I don't need to hear it's got servers in Iran and servers on the moon and buried in Mars.
I just want to get my guys down.
I'm going to put a subpoena.
I saw that report. | ||
Maybe the math's off a little bit, but I want to get my hands on it.
That's the power of Mark Fincham.
That's the power of this audience.
This is the power of the Trump movement.
You're relentless, you don't care, you're going to grind, grind, grind.
So Mark, walk us through the details of when this happens and what's the next steps.
Well, the subpoena will be served on Maricopa elections later today after it's signed off and transmitted.
Are they going to fight it?
Are they just going to sit there and go, oh, this is lovely.
Hey, screw you. | ||
Subpoena that. | ||
Are they going to fight it?
Are they going to comply?
The Board of Supervisors was part of the meeting, and I think it was very clear that they needed to comply with this.
And that's where we're at now.
So as soon as we get access to those machines, we already have an audit team formed up and we'll be able to get to work on that.
My hope is that we would see the audit results by Monday, maybe even as early as Sunday.
They know that time is of the essence and that we cannot let the grass grow under our feet.
Mark, we gotta bounce. | ||
Anything else? | ||
By the way, you're an American patriot, an American hero, and you're an example of everybody in this audience.
Understand, when you push it out there, like Mastriano in Pennsylvania, at Gettysburg, like Fincham in Arizona, in Southern Arizona, when you push it, like the folks down in Georgia, when you push it out, They're coming for you, okay?
They're coming for you.
And you just sit there and say, hey, you know what?
I owe it to the 14 generations that came before me.
I owe it to the people that bequeath us this republic as it stands today.
And I don't care what they say about me.
I don't care how they attack me.
I don't care what they do to me.
I'm going to be relentless.
I'm all in. | ||
I commit it. | ||
Remember, in life, when you commit, things happen, okay?
But you have to commit all in.
Finchham, what else you got for us before we bounce?
I refuse to squander my birthright.
And Steve, you hit it on the nail on the head.
If we were able to take the power that your show and the deplorables have put on in Arizona and redirect that to Georgia, I think that you would see an overwhelmingly positive result.
The fact that this show is there, the fact that this show has millions of followers and gets shared everywhere, it's the only way the truth is getting out.
We continue to have reporters that are saying, oh there's nothing there, Fincham's making this all up.
Hang on, y'all might have jumped the shark.
Fincham, give your parlor, what's your Twitter, how do people get access to you?
You're becoming a star.
At M-A-R-K-F-I-N-C-H-E-M on both Twitter and Parler.
Thank you for what you're doing, Steve.
Okay, brother, we got... No, listen, this is nothing.
This is easy. | ||
I come in here, cut this thing on, boom, the show makes itself.
You know what it is? | ||
It's this audience and it's people like you that step up and show courage.
Courage is contagious.
And remember what Churchill said.
Courage is the most important of all the virtues.
Because it's upon courage that all the other virtues rest.
Mark Fincham, thank you very much from Arizona.
We're going to continue to watch this closely, a subpoena going out.
Okay, we've only got a few seconds to go.
We're going to get Brian Kennedy.
Brian Kennedy has been on this since, he's actually been on it for months before the 3rd of November, but from the 3rd of November, he was our man in Arizona and our man in Nevada.
He has also been the guy, one of the guys helping organize Organize the teams that are looking at the Dominion system and getting down to what we call the receipts.
We're going to have Brian Kennedy on next.
Fight on. | ||
This is time now not just to hold.
We're holding the line, but it's time to now move the line and move the chains.
Okay? | ||
We're going to move the chains.
We're moving the chains down the field.
Grinding it out in Georgia.
Grinding it out in Michigan.
Grinding it out in Arizona.
Grinding it out in Wisconsin.
Because Donald Trump, YouTube, is the President of these United States.
We'll return in a moment.
unidentified
|
War Room. | |
Pandemic. | ||
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room. | ||
Pandemic. | ||
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Remember, the numbers are coming our way.
That's what they're getting afraid of right now.
As people get more and more information, they get more access to this.
Remember the study that showed that 40% of Biden voters had never heard of the hard drive from hell or Hunter Biden's relationships.
We called that months ago when national security and intelligence professionals took a full page out, I think in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and said it was all Russian disinformation.
That was a lie. | ||
That was not a miscalculation.
People make mistakes and miscalculations.
I got that. | ||
We're humans, right? | ||
We're imperfect. | ||
That was not that. | ||
That was a lie. | ||
That was a lie. | ||
They knew that this was not Russian disinformation.
And you know who knows the Bidens?
They've never come out and said one time that not one document that Jack Maxey's put out on his Twitter feed, the reason Jack Dorsey took the Twitter feed down, wasn't about the figure of speech with our beloved Dr. Fauci.
It's because Jack Maxey was putting out the receipts, the wire transfers, the signed engagement letters, the signed joint venture agreements, for the CCP's compromise of the Biden family.
This is what the CCP does.
That's why the big leak yesterday of the millions of CCP active party members that are in American companies all over the world and in the British government.
British consulate in Shanghai staffed up with Chinese Communist Party intelligence assets.
Because to be a member of the CCP, you've got to be an intelligence asset.
Remember, this is not about the Chinese people.
The Chinese people are the biggest victims of this.
We've been preaching this for a decade, okay?
This is the single biggest thing Ashley did when it came to the campaign.
Put the guns right on Hillary Clinton.
She's a globalist, right?
They're up through the neck with all these people.
They were bringing in bags of cash in the 80s into the White House for the Clintons.
Clinton's been up to neck.
And they're not the worst.
They're not even close to being the worst.
But people are seeing now The Bidens are going down.
Come on. | ||
They're going to put a special prosecutor in there.
unidentified
|
Boom. | |
Done. | ||
Gone. | ||
That thing's so obvious.
Ask Jack Maxey. | ||
Jack Maxey's now putting it up so you're going to be able to see the receipts all over again.
Right? | ||
All over again. | ||
And CNN and all those guys, they can sit there and decide not to talk about it.
That's fine. | ||
It's all coming out. | ||
Brian Kennedy has been a stalwart.
Former head of Claremont, now American Strategy Group.
Absolutely brilliant guy.
A steady Eddie. | ||
And was out in Arizona with Boris.
You hear those guys all the time.
They were out there right afterwards and he said, hey, this stinks to high heaven.
It's because of Brian Kennedy and the rationality to get away from the fantasist and to focus on the problem at hand.
This vertical about dominion.
May not be the end all and be all, but it's got to be fully investigated.
The vertical of the traditional, how they stole the votes, hundreds of thousands in Georgia, Nevada, other places, dead people, people not registered, people from post office boxes, people too young, etc., etc., etc., etc.
Then it's the mail-in ballots.
That's the second vertical.
The chain of custody of the mail-in ballots.
Or like in Wisconsin, where you've got, you know, people supposed to be in long-term care.
Turns out 225,000, they're all up on the ski slopes in Aspen, laughing at you and mocking you.
Yeah, I did it. | ||
I got ballot harvested.
unidentified
|
Tough. | |
I'm not going to be there, but here's my vote.
And then last but not least, Dominion Systems.
Where do we stand today in your mind, given Antrim and what you're hearing now, or not hearing, you've been a big driver of this, of the subpoena in Maricopa County?
And by the way, real quickly, Maggie, you're telling me that my math is wrong in Maricopa County?
I love being corrected on my math.
unidentified
|
Somebody was tweeting at me, they said Antrim County is only 24,000 population, and you were saying that Maricopa is a hundred times bigger than Antrim, but Maricopa is 4.5 million people, making this actually 200 times larger.
Wow. | ||
Big. | ||
It's huge. | ||
Brian Kennedy, with that, how big a deal is Maricopa County today in this subpoena?
No, it's huge, Steve. | ||
I mean, look, I think the Antrim County, as Maggie just said, there's 16,000, there's 25,000 people, 24,000 in the county.
There were 16,000 votes cast.
The reason Antrim matters was when people talk about the error rate in this whole process, when we analyze what went on in Antrim, we were only using the numbers that the Dominion voting system was producing.
So you have a county of 25,000 people, 16,000 people vote.
In the first go-around, President Trump is down by, they've taken 5,000 votes off his total.
They counted a few days later, and it turns out 2,000 more people voted.
But of course, that was wrong.
So the first total was wrong, the second total was wrong.
When they finally do all the analysis of this, President Trump has 5,000 more votes than they figured on election day, and Joe Biden has 1,000, 1,800 less.
And so the system itself, the Dominion system, created those errors, and finally it was resolved.
And so that's at least a 68% error rate when it comes to individual votes.
Now, that's in a county with 16,000 votes.
Maricopa County had almost 2 million votes.
Imagine that if you look at all the precincts throughout Maricopa County, you have similar kind of problems that have not been resolved or have been, as I would say, adjudicated the wrong way.
Because the system, when it creates errors, takes those votes and puts them into a category called adjudicated votes.
And then a human being has to go and adjudicate the votes.
Well, if they do that fraudulently, or just mistakenly, The ability to make mistakes is just enormous.
And that's why you need this audit.
You'll be able to see whether the Dominion system counted them right.
You'll be able to examine all the ballots from the mail-in to see if those are right.
Were they actually counted?
Did they check the signatures?
Did they do all the things that they're supposed to by law?
And find out whether this was a free and fair election.
The mere idea that Mitch McConnell would endorse this whole process is just Political suicide in just a crazy way.
Why not find out whether this was a fair election or not?
Let me ask you and I'm gonna keep you over the break if you can and I apologize I know you've been hanging for a while.
The audience wants to hear what you have to say.
Here's the question is On the and don't answer yet.
We're gonna come back from break, but two I want to put to you before the break is number one resources Your team is highly technical, absolutely expert, have been great as witnesses and now in the interim have done a great job.
Do you have the resources given the scale of the problem in Maricopa, number one, and when we come back, you also got a subpoena and you had a judge issue an order in Nevada and you had to go out there, I think it was for five days, and you kept sending me stuff.
You're in a room hammering out where you didn't really get What the judgment was from the court order.
So, is it going to be, and I understand that the Board of Supervisors, I hear all this, but it's a big gap between the cup and the lip on these things.
Whether it's in Pennsylvania, the night of, saying, hey, you gotta let these guys come and view it, and they're kept a hundred yards away.
And when you were in Nevada, You had a court order.
You had a judge say, yeah, they can come out and look at the system, and you get out there and you don't get real access to it.
Brian Kennedy's gonna return after the break.
Got Mark Serrano, we got Darren Beatty from Revolver. |
