Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
anthony fauci
We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens, War Room Pandemic.
unidentified
Here's your host, Stephen K. Banham.
steve bannon
Welcome back to War Room Pandemic.
It is Wednesday, the 25th of November, the year of our Lord, 2020, on the John Fredericks Radio Network, on Real America's Voice, the streaming service of the Trump Revolution, also on Satellite with Real America's Voice, Dish Channel 219, and Comcast Cable, Channel 113 in Chicago in the Midwest.
Also on Newsmax TV, 70 Million Homes, and of course on GNewsGTV, in Mandarin, simultaneous broadcast.
I want to thank everybody, and also with a podcast that has over, or close to, I guess it is, right on 21 million downloads.
It's the only podcast, I think we're in the top 20 in the United States, top 30 in the world.
That's all verticals, that's sports, entertainment, personal advice, health, news, and information.
Very proud of this, and very proud of the fact that this audience, most important, powerful audience in all media.
It's the deplorables, and also in China, Lao Bajing, old hundred names.
The most important election in 5,000 years in China.
The most important election in American history.
It hangs in the balance.
Donald Trump won on election day.
Had a massively 800,000 votes.
At I think 10 o'clock at night on the 3rd of November, the year of our Lord 2020.
And lo and behold, that's with 64% of the vote in.
Almost as we've had on experts week after week after week.
Almost mathematically impossible.
To revert that.
But today in Gettysburg, historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, just yards from this historic battlefield and the military cemetery, where President Abraham Lincoln gave the Gettysburg Address, for the first time the nation heard, they've been yammering, the mainstream media and the opponents of President Trump have been yammering, there's no evidence, it's all fake news, it's all that.
Well today you heard citizens up in a curated Exhibition of every vertical.
And we're going to have, in a minute, one of the data analytics people that we've been working with to make sense of all this.
In a second, Vincent, we want to go back to Justin Cruder.
He was the lead-off witness.
Now here's the reason it's important, Justin.
I just want to go back to frame it to our audience.
Because remember, our audience is massive and they hang on the details.
Because they're in the fight.
They think like you.
Hey, this thing cannot go down without all the evidence coming out.
And the question gets to be when the Supreme Court and the justices made this decision about naked ballots, And Chris Hayes and Rachel Maddow and Joy Reid and all of New York Times, they all had a meltdown.
Because they were saying 3 to 5 percent, maybe 10 percent, because normally in absentee ballots you get a certain percentage, I think it was 3 percent, but since obviously there are going to be more people, nobody figured 2.6 million, but more people, those incremental and marginal citizens that came in would obviously not know the rules and there would be a lot of naked ballots, which is the two ballot system.
And then, when it came out, That hits 0.0003%.
It's just, it's just, it mathematically does work.
It's impossible.
In your testimony today, we finally had a sophisticated eyewitness that told the nation what happened.
That you guys were kept, what, behind cage that was a hundred yards away from where the poll workers were.
So this, it's physically impossible for you to check the ballot.
Is that, is that basically what your testimony is?
justin kweder
Yes, yes it was.
The way that the count was set up was that there were, at the height of it, on election night, the day after, there were, I would estimate, 150 workers in one big room.
That was about 120,000 square feet, the room.
court to go to who's got a hundred twenty thousand square feet the room so the workers are throughout this hall and it it in some cases there two hundred plus feet from us In some cases, they're 75 feet from us.
Some, they're 15.
We can almost see what's going on with the first handful of workers in front of us.
But 98% of the work that's going on, these people who are supposed to be checking that these mail-in ballots are properly authorized, that they're signed, that they're dated, etc.
They're supposed to be checking that these people exist, that they are registered here in Philadelphia, etc.
And we could see them do none of that.
It's possible they did it, but there's no civilian oversight that can possibly say, That it actually happened the way that it was supposed to happen.
And I'm talking about hundreds of thousands of ballots.
steve bannon
Hundreds of thousands.
Last thing, you guys actually brought this to people's attention during the exercise, correct?
You weren't quiet about this.
You guys actually put your concerns forward about your inability to actually perform your fiduciary obligations.
justin kweder
Yes, very much so.
steve bannon
And how did you do that?
justin kweder
The way it worked was that despite there being 150 workers on the floor, we were only allowed to talk to one person.
And one person the entire time.
One of the deputy commissioners.
He was very professional and friendly towards us.
But we observers, the dozen of us who were actually able to get in to not be able to see anything, the second part of our job was to be able to challenge what we were supposedly going to be able to see.
And we were stopped from talking to any worker that we could happen to see making a decision.
We were forced to wait until the deputy was ready to talk to us.
Any concerns about the overall system were brought to him by us.
And he brought it upstairs, I guess, to the commissioners, and he would come back with the answer, which tended to be, now everything's fine, this is how it's supposed to be, please stop talking.
steve bannon
Justin, the weight of the world's about to come down on you because the left is just going to start tearing you up.
Are you prepared to go to the long haul here?
Are you prepared to go to the state legislature?
Are you prepared to be cross-examined?
Are you prepared to be part of a court case where you'll also be cross-examined?
Any problems with this, and particularly the left coming after you relentlessly?
justin kweder
I have zero problem with it.
I'm looking forward to it, and I hope that they call me every day from here on until we secure this victory for President Trump.
I can tell you that by the time I walked out of the testimony today, a couple hours long, I had five voicemails already from, you know, no caller ID, to me that, you know, I'm on the list now.
And that's fine.
I can be on any list that they want me to be on.
I won't stop.
The American people won't stop.
We know what happened on November 3rd.
And as the proof bubbles out and gets through the poisonous media barrier, more and more people will know.
And we will win this.
Trump already won this.
It's up to the American people to secure the victory for ourselves and for our nation going forward.
steve bannon
Justin Cuter, you're an American patriot.
We intend to keep close watch on you.
As these people continue to make threats, go with God.
unidentified
I'm not worried about it.
steve bannon
Fantastic.
Dave, I appreciate it.
Okay, brother.
You want to keep that?
He's off.
jack maxey
You know the great thing about being an American and having your name on a list?
What is the first list of American names in our history where those people were hunted?
steve bannon
The Declaration of Independence?
The signers?
jack maxey
Boo-rah, right there!
Get your chins out for Thanksgiving, people!
steve bannon
These are heroes.
I'm telling you, when you walk out and there's five no-number calls and they're saying you're on the list, you know, this is... So for the audience, you've got to pitch in.
What you have to do, your voices have to be heard.
And it has to be heard in a civilized way, because we are civilized, but you've got to let these representatives know you have their back.
And you have to let them know you want to see more of what you saw today.
This is going to be going to Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, everywhere.
It's got to.
Right?
You have to do this.
In Nevada, you have to do this.
You have to go.
It's already scheduled in Arizona on Monday, scheduled in Nevada on Thursday, was scheduled in Michigan on Tuesday.
Something may come up.
We're trying to get it back on.
It's going to go to Georgia.
In fact, I think he ought to go to Georgia and double down with a rally.
I think the president of Shelby would have shown up today, but except for the COVID, he called in.
He's jacked up.
We now know, we'll break a little news on here, Colonel Mastriana said they've got a bus and they're heading to the White House.
They're going to have pizza and it looks like meatballs and spaghetti or whatever it is.
I know that Colonel Mastriana's got to eat some Navy chow, but the White House mess there is run by the Navy.
jack maxey
But notice, it's nothing fancy, Steve.
These guys are Americans.
They're just trying to get their bellies full so they can get back in the fight with the President.
steve bannon
Okay, I want to turn over now to Jack Max.
You've been working non-stop, and we're bringing Vincent from Zurich and really going through public information, the public information that was out there, about the analytics.
And we found, we heard, and I just want to make sure everybody knows this, Liz Priyate Havi is one of the senior GOP officials in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
In fact, she is the head of Montgomery County, which is one of the wealthiest counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, one of the wealthiest counties in the country.
A very prominent, I would say, kind of Rockefeller Republican type of county, but they've been a huge Trump support there.
And she says, as part of her testimony, then on the show, She can't get the data.
She can't get all the data.
She's gone to the Secretary of State.
They will not give it to her.
And I asked her, have they certified this?
They said, hey, they're just holding it back.
There's all types of data she doesn't have.
So we've gone off publicly available data that's out there.
Now you've got to search for it, and you've got to combine it, and you've got to curate it.
But Jack Max has been nonstop doing that.
And Vincent's doing it.
And Jack, You've got some bombshells here, so I want you and Vincent to go through, we put up anything on the screen, and take your time.
We're going to have Phil Waldron, the cybersecurity guy who testifies, going to join us.
We've got more people going to join us, but this one, I want to take time and go through and drop some of the bombshells you guys have been working on.
jack maxey
And I want to open this up with a little story about how this all came about, because Steve and I talk about how important the show is, and it's not about Steve, it's definitely not about me.
Might be about Copenhagen, but...
What it is, it's about the power of this audience, the power of free will, the power of free peoples around the world to define their own destinies around their own wants and needs and not those of an oligarchy or some command and control government that wants to control us.
So what happened was This gentleman who I'm about to introduce you to for the second time was in Europe watching the outcome of the election.
And it's data guys.
They're not necessarily connected.
And they started to say, this is impossible.
steve bannon
Mathematically impossible.
jack maxey
I'd love to see this.
So they started scrubbing the internet and finding everything that they could find popular.
And I will give props to Liz.
I will tell you, there does seem to be an odd reluctance, Steve, on the part of those people in possession of this data to share.
I mean, we have a hardcore team on our side, but, you know, one of the things is, in any fight, there's always going to be some people at the front of the bar and some back at the bar's back door.
We're in it, Rudy's in it, the good people are in it, and Vincent's in it.
Vincent, we're gonna hold you over through this break here.
We got about two minutes, but I'd love you to tell us just a little bit how you came about looking into this and some of the highlights as we go in.
You're gonna have plenty of time after the break, but I want to introduce you.
Thank you for being on the show.
vince kaufman
Yes, my pleasure.
Yes, so I was in my bed on my computer and I watched the election until three o'clock Swiss time and the results came in and it was a pretty clear picture for me and I watched it really carefully and then I went to bed and when I woke up I was just a little bit confused.
about what happened and the more time passed the more things changed and Yeah, I found it a little bit weird, so I started reading about it.
steve bannon
Vincent, hang on, you were confused because when you went to bed, he was up by almost, like in Pennsylvania, 800,000 votes, and you wake up in the morning, and you look, and all of a sudden he's losing in Wisconsin, he's losing in Michigan, and you're losing in Pennsylvania, the big three.
I guess your thought is, how could that possibly happen?
vince kaufman
Yes, it was way too far ahead to catch up.
They were running out of numbers.
It didn't make sense that it would swing that hard.
Such a hard swing just didn't make sense to me.
steve bannon
Just hang on for a second.
We've got to take a short commercial break.
You and Jack are going to come back and take about two minutes.
Vincent.
One of the numbers crunchers here.
jack maxey
One of the sons of liberty on a global basis.
steve bannon
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We're returning to War Room.
After Vincent, we're going to go back to Pennsylvania.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Banham.
steve bannon
A historic day in a place that's had a few historic days.
Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
Chosen for a reason.
I think to let the nation see the opening volley in the Trump movements, the Trump campaign, and President Trump's fight To secure the victory of November 3rd.
And this is not about him.
This is much, much, much bigger than him.
This is about this republic.
And this is about those men that fought in Gettysburg and what we owe them to make sure that every certifiable chain of custody ballot from an American citizen must be counted.
It's not about voter suppression.
Every certifiable legal ballot must be counted, but all ballots should not be counted.
If you don't have chain of custody, if you don't have chain of title, if it's not verifiable, it's got to go into the bin that doesn't count.
And if they're too mixed up, then guess what?
We just can't certify the vote.
And it's outrageous today that GOP officials We're there two days or 24 hours I think 48 hours after the Secretary of State and the Governor went on MSNBC and made this big deal about certifying the vote and they're saying they're saying they don't have basic data and the data we had work I was all publicly out there had to go kind of get it from different sources and be smart about that but it's all public so it's no hide the football here but that public data tells a lot Right?
You will tell more when you actually get all the data from Pennsylvania, which should be up on the site.
That data should all be public, and it should be public three weeks after the election.
It should be.
So I'm going to turn back to Jack Maxey and our guest Vincent, and I want to walk through some of the analytics.
jack maxey
Okay, I can't help myself from commenting on just how fundamental what you're going to hear is to just humanity.
We heard it first from the Colonel.
He's not going to let Liberty die in the state of Pennsylvania where it was born.
And we have these European guys who I feel quite honored to be associated with Vincent being one amongst the team.
Who realized that there was a big finesse going on.
And Vincent, I'm going to hand it back over to you and let you talk about some of the data that you've seen.
And mind you people, we don't have all the data, but we're gathering it.
We've got social security death indexes.
We're matching it against voter rolls.
We've got voter rolls comparative now over multiple dates.
We've got great patriotic Americans.
Unsung heroes, people whose names you do not know, who are stepping forward and providing us data that you've heard earlier many people who are in officialdom have had trouble to get.
Well this is why, because there are a lot of people just like Vincent out there, and this is the other reason why we are not going to stand down, because America is built upon the shoulders of all of us.
Vincent, tell us a little bit about what you found today.
vince kaufman
Yes, sure.
So we looked at the mail-in ballots and we found a different kind of pattern in the set of mail-in ballots and absentee ballots.
We firstly looked at when they were requested, when they were sent to the voters and when they were returned and also at the different kind of ratios.
So on this graph you can see the different the different things you can see when they were issued, when they were sent out to the voters and when they were returned.
And as you can see, if you look at the, there are a few orange spikes, and then you see a big thick curve, the green one.
And if you look only at those two, the first ones are the ballots that were sent out to the people and the green one is the returned ones.
So basically there were not if you add all the green up up until the where the thick green curve ends.
They don't add up to that amount.
So it means basically means that more ballots were returned and were counted then were sent out to voters in the first place.
jack maxey
And also you're looking at that and it's showing that ballots were basically voted before the ballots were even mailed.
Am I correct?
unidentified
We're seeing that in multiple occasions.
steve bannon
Hang on.
I want to go over that one more time.
I want to make sure that the deplorables fully embrace.
So Vincent, just hit rewind and go back over that slowly.
unidentified
Okay.
vince kaufman
The blue line is applications.
The orange line basically shows you that the ballots were sent to the voters.
And the green one are basically the ballots coming back in being counted at the counting spots.
And as you can see, There are two little events where people start applying for them.
That's alright, we think.
Then you see a few spikes of ballots being sent out.
And then you see a big spike of ballots coming back in and being counted.
The problem with that is that there are not enough, there are just not enough ballots being sent out to voters.
For that many ballots to come back to be counted.
It just doesn't add up mathematically.
So basically the problem is.
Yeah, the problem is it just if you count all of the ballots that were sent out to voters all the way up till the green spike ends, they don't add up.
jack maxey
So essentially, you're counting more voted, mailed back ballots than ballots were actually sent out to be filled in and mailed back.
And we're seeing these kinds of anomalies all over the place.
We've been concentrating on Pennsylvania, and for example, you've seen a lot of things with the university systems there, excessive, or what, not what we'd say excessive, but Out of the normal bands, kind of registration and voting in the midst of a COVID-19 crisis, you want to talk a little bit about some of your findings there.
And all of this is coming out as evidence, people.
We're describing this here because we want to keep the actual evidence attached to this data all secure.
We are not hiding anything from you.
I think any of our long-term wit Listeners will know that I've been straight with you on everything.
steve bannon
This will be all in affidavits.
jack maxey
Yes.
steve bannon
The math is the math.
vince kaufman
Exactly.
steve bannon
Numbers are what they are.
vince kaufman
So, continue on.
Yeah, you can't undo what is already in there.
The problem with the numbers is that we, okay, luckily at the beginning we saved a few data sets and we also saved them in the different change and then we also compared with new data.
I've been working with Jack on getting data and he has been very helpful there.
The problem with the data is that we have to verify and validate it and thank God the first ones we got straight from government service.
So in the background you can see the different People that are isolated, that are, you know, it's black on white, it's stored, they can't undo their mistakes.
And thank God that exists.
And yeah, so to talk about the PO boxes at the universities, we found huge discrepancies in different data sets.
So, It looks like that's just a theory that they're trying to polish the databases, but we have the original ones and they can't change that, so we can definitely... Okay, but what do you mean by that?
steve bannon
That's not clear.
So tell us what that means that they're trying to clear it up.
Be specific.
vince kaufman
Okay, so for instance, we have voter rolls, and in the voter rolls, you see 2,500 plus people registered to vote by PO boxes.
And then you can see the change date that it was recently changed for that date.
And then you can also see that they're all voter status active.
So they're basically entitled to vote, getting ballots and so on.
And then on different vote rolls, when we look for the absentee ballots or the mail-in ballots, we see that a smaller amount or a small number has been voted, and then you have a discrepancy about that.
So then you have to think, okay, let's cross compare that with the provisional ballots so that we can check if those 2,500 were casted as provisional.
were casted as provisional. There's a lot of changes in there that has to be verified with different data sources and the data sources have to be cleaned.
The good thing for the truth is that you can't undo many things in a large scale and even if you undo, you leave traces.
For example, ballots that were requested in different time frames Uh, which is impossible.
Like for instance, we found entire zip codes that, uh, requested a ballot on the same day, uh, received them on this on another day, but the same day for all of them and sent them back on the same day, which is, but it was another day, but all together as a group, as a zip code did it together.
And, um, If we propose that there are some changes which we think there are, that there are some changes in the database that are being thrown out there, they can't fix it.
They're not seem to be able to fix it and get rid of all of the evidence.
jack maxey
Yeah, one of the things that we discussed is because of COVID-19, all this, they allowed all these third parties in here, all of these, you know, non-governmental organizations, but who are out there to register people to vote, access to the rolls.
So we didn't have a situation Where the county clerk was responsible for what was going in and out in order to save people from COVID-19.
We allowed Tom, Dick, and Harry in there to do it.
And what you're saying, I believe, just so my audience understands, it looks as if there are people accessing these roles in the contemporaneous dates, very recently, that are trying to make changes to cure some of the activity that went on before.
Is that what you're kind of trying to say?
vince kaufman
We point at it.
We think that's a strong possibility.
We also saw changes that were weird in the sense of things being stored in the wrong columns.
We also saw things that shouldn't be there.
Just to speak for instance about addresses.
Or to speak about different dates.
But we have pointers to believe that there is some... Vincent, hang on.
jack maxey
Vincent, we're going to carry over and then we're going to come back with the dead of Pennsylvania Voted.
steve bannon
Just hang on a second.
We're taking a short commercial break.
We'll be back with Vincent and Jack Maxey in a minute.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Welcome back to War Room Pandemic.
We're going to talk to our data analytics expert, Vincent.
Jack, go ahead and take it away.
jack maxey
Hey, this is Jack here.
One of the problems is Vincent is actually so smart, it's hard for even us to keep up with him sometimes.
But I want to just go and highlight some of the things that he found.
For example, at one university in Chester County, you found over a thousand ballots sent to one PO box.
Is that correct, Vincent?
And some other things like that?
vince kaufman
Yes, we found PO boxes that were absolutely flooded with votes and also different addresses which are connected to, we think, ballot harvesting in the sense that you see the same dates around, like one example is 10,000 votes, which are absolutely synchronous.
So basically their dates are absolutely synchronized, which is not really possible, which absolutely stuck out.
And also other Philadelphia, huge problems, huge number, I think it was over 90% of the mail-in ballots were for Joe Biden.
unidentified
And yeah, just crazy, crazy things that we... Give the audience an idea, because we're working through this, right?
jack maxey
And Vincent is not an expert on the United States auctions.
Two things that have occurred to me, dealing with his team, their shock at just how chaotic this all is.
How crazy it is, how unverifiable so much is.
steve bannon
It's chaotic for reasons.
jack maxey
And for reasons.
But also, for example, to tell you how it works, Vincent has always looking at just the patterns, right?
He's a data guy.
And this morning we were talking, he goes, is there a residential organization called Trader Joe's?
Give us just so the people understand that.
What did you find about ballots being sent to a place called Trader Joe's?
vince kaufman
Yeah, we were quite confused about that.
We found Trader Joe, we thought, we weren't really sure.
And then I just asked you and we found different kind of social places and addresses that belong to malls, different kind of things, which we thought were niche.
But if they add up together, they add up to quite a large number.
Those edge cases, because we also looked for Be careful to not forget systemic stuff, but we found lots of edge cases which add up to a quite large number.
jack maxey
Okay, well listen, we're going to have this data for you probably for Thanksgiving dinner.
You can argue it over with your family.
steve bannon
We'll have you back on over the weekend.
jack maxey
Vincent's crushing it.
We're going to have a lot of visuals.
Vincent, get back to work.
Listen, man, this is what this takes.
It takes the whole world getting out there.
All this stuff should have been crowdsourced from day one.
It's kind of shocking that a patriotic Swiss guy is here carrying the flag, but God bless him and his team.
Thank you so much, Vincent.
steve bannon
Thanks, Vincent.
vince kaufman
Thank you.
Thank you so much.
I didn't know that there is still hope because after the election, I thought it was pretty much lost.
But after you read that there's a system in place with the electorates and that it's taken care of by different systems, and if people are careful, it's fantastic.
steve bannon
Yeah, we've got the fighters here.
We're not going to give up.
jack maxey
You know, Vincent listened to our show earlier today, and I hope he doesn't mind me sharing this.
He sent me a text and he said, God bless America.
He goes, I just listened to you guys.
I'm so amazed that the American people never give up.
They're going to fight to the death, and you know how shameful it was for me to have to call him up and be like, Vincent, that's because you're listening to the War Room.
unidentified
Exactly.
jack maxey
But you know what?
He's part of the War Room, and you're part of the War Room posse, and this posse is not giving up.
steve bannon
Yeah, we said we combined the deplorables, and Lao Bajing, old hundred names in China, Zhilei Zhan, and populist nationalists throughout the world.
Okay, I want to bring in now Greg Rothman.
He's a retired Marine Sergeant, also in the House of Representatives, a delegate in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Sir, you were able to see today, in historic Gettysburg, really, I think, mind-blowing, whether it was data analytics, anomalies in the data, eyewitnesses about how they were not able to do a true observation of the vote counting that night, you know, data being held back by the Secretary of State, just on and on and on and on, and I want to take, since you're an elected official, what is your, what's your response to all this?
greg rothman
Yeah, and I attended the hearing because I believe the people of Pennsylvania have the right to know and they expect us as a legislature to get to the bottom of it and make sure that the election was fair and every vote was counted.
And we heard the day after the election in Pennsylvania, Steve, that every vote must be counted, every vote must be counted.
And then as soon as Vice President Biden's lead went ahead in the ballots, they said, stop counting and certify the election.
Yesterday, our Department of State certified the election, despite the fact that four years ago, the governor waited until December 12th to certify the election.
What is the rush?
What we heard today was irrefutable when it comes to that votes were counted without being able to be observed.
That is very concerning, and I think we need to hear more, and we as a legislature need to look into this.
steve bannon
When you say we need to hear more and the legislation needs to hear it, we're burning daylight.
When they certified on December 12th, that's because the Electoral College meets on the 14th in the state capitals.
Pennsylvania is like Michigan.
You guys in the House have voted for a full audit.
The Senate has not.
And I think the American people are asking exactly what's going on here and particularly today with such a bombshell.
And here's what a bombshell it was.
President Trump, who couldn't come up because certain situation with the COVID and part of Rudy's team, you know, he called in and look, I know Trump.
Trump was lit.
He was on fire.
He was into it.
He had watched this.
He was motivated.
He was boom.
He was delivering and The State Senators have put it on, and Rudy and Bernie and others are heading down to the White House right now to have... That shows me that the President is, that's a vote of confidence.
So, to look into it, and to do that, the House has voted to full audit.
You know, I don't understand how the Secretary of State, we just had Liz...
Pre-8 Javi on here, who's the senior GOP representative, the head of the GOP party for Montgomery County, that says she can't get the final data.
And yet you've had the Secretary of State and Wolf certify the election.
So sir, you're a Marine.
unidentified
You're a Sir Rothman.
steve bannon
You're the devil dogs.
jack maxey
You're the guys the rest of us rely on.
Come on.
steve bannon
It's you and Mastriani.
It's Marine Corps and Army.
So brother, tell me what's going to happen.
greg rothman
Well, so look, we voted to have our Legislative Reference Bureau do an audit of the campaign and the election and the results, which they do all kinds of studies and all kinds of reports at our request from the study of plastic straws, effective turtles, and there's a bipartisan committee.
They said, no, we don't want to do it.
We don't think we have the time to do it.
And I think what we have to do is we need the courts to say, a court to say, stop this certification like they did today.
unidentified
And we need to get to the bottom of it.
greg rothman
And so is it enough that we weren't allowed to observe votes?
steve bannon
Let me just add, look, the courts are great.
I think the courts, however the courts play out, they play out, right?
Because that's a court of law and they'll figure it out.
But don't we have a majority in the House in Pennsylvania?
Don't we have a majority in the Senate in Pennsylvania?
I'm just a simple guy.
Normally that means, can't you guys vote and say, hey, we really need to do this?
And the reason we need to do it, it's not about Trump.
It's not about the Republican Party.
You know, we've had Valley Forge in this state, we've had Independence Hall in this state, we've had, in this Commonwealth, we've had Gettysburg.
Okay?
That's the trifecta.
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania means something to the American people, and it means something to people that yearn for freedom throughout the world.
You guys are on the world stage now.
It's not enough to tell me, hey, some committee, yeah, they didn't want to do it, and hey, I'm really hoping that Amy Comey Barrett bails us out.
Maureen, assume that you're not going to get bailed out by the Supreme Court.
What is the legislature in Pennsylvania prepared to do, do you think?
And what are you prepared to do to force them to act?
greg rothman
Yeah, I think our options are that if we believe the election was not fair, then we have the constitutional right to seat our own electors.
But that has to be a decision made by a majority of our caucus as well.
And so, until they say that, until our leadership says this is what we want to do, you know, our hands are tied.
We were in last week to finish up a budget.
There was a lot of discussion about what we were going to do on this, and it was decided that we were going to have the Reference Bureau do an investigation, or at least do an audit.
So, I mean, that's our, I believe that's our remedy.
Not everybody agrees with me.
On one, I understand I'm a Marine, but I still need the majority of my caucus to come along.
steve bannon
I'll take one Marine.
I'll take one Marine to convince it.
Sergeant Rothman, thank you so much.
We're going to be following you to make sure you're back on the show.
Pennsylvania is everything.
It stands for so much for the cause of freedom throughout the world.
Honored to have you on in just a historic day in Gettysburg today.
greg rothman
Thank you, Stephen.
Take care.
steve bannon
Okay, Sgt.
Rothman, we're going to get his social media up, and I want to bring on, we've got a couple minutes in this segment, we'll keep him over to the next, Brian Kennedy of the American Strategy Group, also works with the American Bondholders Association, and formerly at Claremont, one of the seminal thinkers of our movement, but also a man of action.
He's been out in Nevada and Arizona, but before we get to that, Brian, I know you had a couple of your guys that have been working on this thing non-stop.
I want to ask you about what happened in Gettysburg today, because put it in perspective for the audience.
brian t kennedy
No, I thank you, Steve.
Now, first of all, I got to wonder, am I an Irish Boris Epstein?
unidentified
Boris gets COVID, so you have to go Irish.
brian t kennedy
I don't, I've never had COVID, so you figure I'll jump in and I'm healthy.
unidentified
And so I'm a poor man's Boris Epstein.
brian t kennedy
Good.
steve bannon
I'm happy.
brian t kennedy
I'm happy to be.
I'm happy to be that.
I think today was huge.
I think today was huge in Gettysburg.
I think the American people, those who may have seen it, In the media, probably on social media, when they saw it, just saw the facts that they haven't seen before now.
They saw discussions of not being able to watch the counting, but they saw these analysts, some of whom are cyber analysts, like Colonel Phil Waldron, who got out there and just started talking in real terms about the vulnerability Of the voting system, how votes can be moved from one candidate to another, and just the overall lack of both transparency and security in all this.
And so that was a big deal.
And I thought, I thought anybody who watched it had to have been moved by that.
And, you know, your last guest, the representative, you know, he may be one guy, but his job is to get more guys.
and gals who are in the legislature to look at this and then do something about it.
It's not good enough to say you're just one person.
I think the American people and the people of Pennsylvania are going to get pretty excited about this.
steve bannon
Look, I think the President, that's why they're down, the state senators and Colonel Mastriano and others that put this on are heading down to the White House right now with Rudy and Bernie Kerrick and other people that were able to curate the witness today with people like Colonel Phil Waldron, who I thought was spectacular.
and I thought that was real eye-opening.
The only thing that shocked me about when he gets out there and gives an in-plane speech, you kind of go, Obviously, people have had these systems in place because they want the option to be able to change votes, right?
Remember, there's no conspiracies, but there are also no coincidences, right?
You can't have a system, particularly in today's world, Brian, as you know, where the sophisticated nature of systems and engineering systems and data systems of these places are so tight that it takes high-quality hackers.
Here, it's just open to Brian, I want to hold you over, because a lot's going on, and you've really helped focus and helped the President focus on Nevada and Arizona.
I want to come back, a couple more questions on Gettysburg, and then I want to ask you the bigger picture of what's happening in the rest of the country.
Before we wrap up, on an eve of Thanksgiving, Brian Kennedy is our guest.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
Jack Maxey, Steve Bannon, in the War Room.
We're going to return in just a moment.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
I think what you've just heard guarantees that 100 years from now, that this is the most important public hearing ever held by the Senate committee.
steve bannon
Thank you to the people of the United States of America for bringing that to our attention.
That was State Senator David Argyle in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
The most important Senate hearing in a hundred years.
And I don't think he overstated it, and you heard the audience response.
Jack, that's a little different than we heard going into this.
jack maxey
You know, last night we had a conversation with a state senator from Pennsylvania.
He's in the fight, tough guy, but it was a little bit disheartening to hear that their leadership had told them basically yesterday that they should count their victories and move on.
This is what human agency is about.
This is what Courage is contagious and you are watching Liberty catch on fire in Pennsylvania.
These state senators, these state representatives, they know that it is their moral code that is on the line and they are going to stand up and do the right thing.
steve bannon
Plus the whole world is going to be watching.
unidentified
Absolutely.
steve bannon
This is not going to be done.
They're heading down, the people who put it on, the state senators who put it down, led by Colonel Mastriano, are heading to the White House right now for dinner with the President of the United States.
He's in the fight.
Everybody listen to this show.
We're going to be working non-stop through Thanksgiving, through the holidays, the clock's turning, we've got people, data analytics going, Brian Kennedy, we've got cyber, we've got people going through this.
We're relentless.
So Josh Shapiro can sit there and tweet out anything he wants.
But we're coming, right?
We're coming with evidence, we're coming with facts.
It's going to be relentless and we're not going to give up.
We're going to close on the victory of Trump on November 3rd.
I want to go back to Brian Kennedy now.
Brian, do you think that Gettysburg today could be a catalyst?
Because we got Arizona on Monday, we're supposed to have Michigan on Tuesday, Nevada scheduled for Thursday.
Do you believe that this, with other things added, this could be a catalyst to really get people focused on this victory?
brian t kennedy
No, I think it does, Steve.
I mean, people got excited today because they actually heard an argument being made and there wasn't just one person.
They weren't lawyers.
This was citizens and policy experts and computer analysts who are going through it and explaining what was going on.
I think today is the day the election was won for President Trump.
Today, people saw that other people were willing to stand up and fight.
And, you know, Jack's point about freedom.
Everything is about freedom here, right?
If we don't get This election, right?
There won't be elections four years from now the same way.
I mean, we couldn't get this right.
Why would we get things right four years from now?
We wouldn't have the power.
We wouldn't have anything.
Americans are just not going to give in to that.
Whether it's, you know, in Pennsylvania, in Nevada, they got a great case in Nevada.
Judge Russell decided to hear the case in Nevada.
They're putting together all the arguments today.
They're working on discovery.
That's going to be a big deal.
Arizona, the hearing is supposed to be on Monday.
They're still working out the details.
Arizona, I think, has the same problem maybe as Pennsylvania may have had, which is that you don't see the state legislators stepping up and listening to their constituents and willing to just listen to the evidence.
No one is saying that any of these state legislatures are simply supposed to rubber stamp a victory for President Trump.
We're asking them to look at the evidence, see what they find, and then do the right thing.
And I think whether it's Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, I think we're going to get this thing right.
And the facts will prevail.
Sunshine is the most effective way of looking at all of this.
I mean, with the idea that if we simply show people what's happened, the right things will be done.
steve bannon
When Brian Kennedy says this will go down as the day the election was won, Brian, how do people follow you on social media and how do they get to your website?
brian t kennedy
It's BrianTKennedy1 on Twitter, and at Parler it's at Brian Kennedy.
jack maxey
My name is Jack.
brian t kennedy
The website's on there.
jack maxey
Pre-Thanksgiving question, you in the fight?
brian t kennedy
Absolutely, Jack.
I mean, look, the more you guys are leading the fight, and I'm glad to be part of what you're doing here.
It's great.
steve bannon
I gotta tell you, we're just a communications department.
You guys, and people don't understand what Brian Kennedy, these guys, they've been leaving their homes, they've been out in Arizona, they've been out in Nevada.
There are people out in the field working this every day.
There's people doing data analytics, there's people, you know, it's complicated to pull these affidavits together to get people to make sure they're accurate, to get them signed.
This is a team effort, and Brian Kennedy and others.
There's so many unsung heroes, but in a fourth turning, they're all going to come to the forefront.
These are the fighters.
We're going to be able to ascertain later who was down for the fight and who was a sunshine patriot and a summer soldier.
Brian Kennedy, thank you very much.
Have a happy Thanksgiving.
brian t kennedy
Happy Thanksgiving to both you and Jack.
Take care, guys.
jack maxey
Thank you, Brian.
steve bannon
Okay, special programming note.
I want to thank our partners at the John Fredericks Radio Network and Real America's Voice.
Tomorrow, not a day off.
We're seven days a week here.
We're grinding through tomorrow, but we've got a very special show.
We have Heather McDonald from the Manhattan Institute on this incredible article about whether we are Salem, whether it's the witch hunt, and we've lost a reason, or if we're the pilgrims.
We have their tenacity and grit and their vision about this coronavirus.
She says we've lost a couple hundred years already.
We've got Larry Schweikert, the author of The Patriot's History of the United States, to walk us through exactly the Mayflower Compact, how important the pilgrims are in the founding of the nation.
And Peter Wood, who's written this incredible book, 1620, a critical response to the New York Times calling the United States one of the most racist nations on earth, the 1619 Project.
Plus, we have why Thanksgiving's there.
We have citizens from around the country That have put their shoulder to the wheel to help veterans and to help veterans who have come back from the wars of the United States.
And you're going to want to see this show.
We've also got some discussion of what's going on to close on this election.
But tomorrow you're going to see why we fight.
And back on Monday at 10 o'clock you're going to see how we fight.
This is game on now.
One thing you should take away.
I know the timbre of his voice.
Donald J. Trump was into this.
You know why?
He saw it organized, he saw it methodical, and most importantly, he saw the deplorables.
These weren't highfalutin GOP representatives.
You had some good ones there, like Liz, but these were citizens that are not prepared to back down no matter how they're intimidated.
Right, what they're accused of.
Josh Shapiro and these guys got to understand, the deplorable's not going to back down and they're not going to let this be stolen.
This is for the country.
In a historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
The Commonwealth that's had Independence Hall, that's had Valley Forge, and had Gettysburg stood tall today.
