Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
You don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
jack maxey
We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens, This is Jack Maxey bringing back the War Room here on Capitol Hill with my wingman Steve Bannon, Raheem Kassam, and we've got Greg Mance here on one side of the table, and producer Vish.
I'm bringing it back, I guess, because I just haven't had a chance to talk very much.
By popular demand.
By popular demand, but also because I want to encourage everybody, tomorrow is a day where we are going to give thanks for being born in the greatest country in the history of mankind.
And we're going to give thanks also for those people who came before us, who carried the weight on their shoulders that gave us something that we can enjoy today.
So I hope that everybody is with a good cheer.
I hope that everybody has a strong faith.
And do not for a moment think that the crisis that we are engaged in today is the end.
It is not.
It is the beginning.
Like every turning, Something good comes out the other side.
The last Great Awakening, we ended slavery.
With this one, we are going to end the Communist Chinese Party of China and the domination of the global elite meddling in our lives every single day and reassert our rights as Americans.
God bless all of you.
steve bannon
Amen.
Rahim.
Samaric, you've got problems with Samaric's piece.
unidentified
I don't have problems with it, I just... Come on, give me the awfully awfully British... Torture, it's torture.
steve bannon
The audience should understand, any time an American writes about British history or writes about any of this thing, you get the awfully awfully, right, you colonials.
So give us the you colonials.
raheem kassam
No, it's just, he even said it, John even said it, I'm sure he wouldn't mind me saying it.
The analogies are often very tortured.
Deploying Churchill and Hitler in every episode gets old.
The point remains, and the point is correct.
I just don't need 800 words to tell me that, hey, you know, we're up against something civilizationally disturbing at this point.
You know, you've got Jake Sullivan who's out there saying we must encourage China's rights.
This is Biden's National Security Advisor.
I think we need to be hitting things Really firmly the nail on the head rather than rather than using analogies around it.
And by the way, I really did like John's piece last week in the stream where he wrote this, you know, long explanation of Sidney Powell and her, you know, her history and law and how she puts cases together.
That was a really incredibly important piece.
Peace for our time, you might say.
But look, come on.
Thank you, Jack.
You got that one.
Because it is actually peace for our time, it wasn't peace in our time, was the Chamberlain quote.
But here's the thing, there's so much signal out there at the moment right now, okay, so we're going to be seeing a lot of it today, we're going to be seeing it in Georgia, we're going to be seeing more in Wisconsin again.
steve bannon
But before I let you off this point, this is because, and I'm hearing this all the time, they even want to know who at the White House is throwing the towel, because this is the thing of appeasement, what he's saying is that the stakes could not be higher And, if you take your stand now, they're gonna fold.
My point is that we have a point, there's so many people that are getting discouraged, there's so many people see the GSA thing, there's so many people say, well I'm believing the mainstream media, and even Tucker and Laura and Rush, right, are saying, where's the receipts?
On the lawsuits, I think they're responsibly asking for that.
Guys are scrambling.
Today, the reason that they dropped the Boris Epstein thing is, I'm sure, because they don't want Rudy, personally, up in Gettysburg, making his presentation.
raheem kassam
Right?
steve bannon
I'm not saying that's how Boris got the COVID, but, you know, Boris has obviously got it, so I'm sure they're going to put a lot of pressure on Rudy to do it by Thursday.
His point about appeasement is that things come in moments in time.
Right now we're at a moment in time.
If we roll over on this, and there's going to be a lot of pressure starting the day after Thanksgiving to just move on and let's figure out how we can, you know, and the Republican Party is going to want to regroup and focus on January for those two races, which I think John makes a very compelling point why you've just got to hold your nose and get into it.
raheem kassam
Yeah, but if anything this isn't the tanks rolling into Prague, this is the tanks rolling into London, right?
steve bannon
Yes, that's my point.
raheem kassam
Yeah, I mean this is further down the line than I think Churchill ribbing Chamberlain over.
This is way further than that.
steve bannon
Do you think people out there realize that, even people on our side of the football, of what a defining moment this is?
raheem kassam
I will tell you that I sit on a certain terrace every day to get a lot of my work done and I listen to a lot of the conversations that happen around me and the conversations that happen to me.
And it does appear to me that most people, most Republicans in this town have given up the ghost.
They do not want this fight.
They are not down for this fight.
They are either now focusing on Georgia, the Senate races, or they're focused on how they're going to try and, you know, run interception on the on a Biden administration for the next four years.
They are not down for this fight.
And I can tell you that there are people that you wouldn't believe who have checked out of this and just people who don't want anything to do with it anymore.
steve bannon
The people, and this is what it gets down to, politics is a business, right?
You have ideological people, and you have people who believe in causes, and people who believe in the country.
It's not a business for the deplorables.
For them, it is the direction of the country, and how to keep the country free, and how to keep the country tied back to its founding principles, and particularly going forward.
But for many of the people, I hate calling it the swamp because I think it's too cute to term, for the people here, it's a business.
It's just like Fox.
I tell people, stop crying and whining about Fox.
They made a business decision, okay?
They're just not that into you.
The same thing on the business side here.
unidentified
I finally got a laugh out of Vish.
steve bannon
The same thing here.
The business side of politics has made a calculation that this is not a winner.
raheem kassam
It's not a winner for their wallets, it's not a winner for their pocketbooks, it's not a winner for their bank accounts.
They've got other things going on.
steve bannon
Right, but even deeper than that, because when Trump won in a total surprise, they all piled in immediately, right at the trough, to let me get a payoff, let me do this, to do this program.
Not that Trump did them, but I'm saying that the business side of it said, hey, just Trump looks okay, because all these guys are new, we can get there.
Now they've made a calculated decision, it's not worth fighting for.
The marginal return for fighting for it is offsets what the benefit is of just being the Washington generals to Biden's Harlem Globetrotters.
raheem kassam
And you've got to remember, this is not sympathetic when I say this, but you've got to remember a lot of these people took out two million dollar mortgages in the last four years.
And they just don't see how over the next three to six months, if they keep fighting this fight and they're going to be turfed out of every respectable party and respectable business deal that they've been working for the last three years, they don't see how they're going to make mortgage payments.
steve bannon
This is it.
jack maxey
But here's the problem for the deplorables out there.
This makes me hate them more, makes me have more disgust for them, because what we're seeing here on every level, people were watching all of us be sold out for dirty lucre.
Your jobs were sold out to Chinese slave labor for dirty lucre.
Joe Biden has betrayed the national security interests of this country to the Communist Chinese for dirty lucre.
Every single time these people sell you out for money.
And let's be straightforward about Joe Biden.
We know what he's willing to sell out.
He's willing to sell out his own family and security of his own family members.
For power.
We can never trust them.
We don't have to stop.
We should demand better behavior, not only from the Democrats, but also from the cowards in our own ranks.
steve bannon
We got breaking news, Greg Mance.
greg manz
Yes, breaking news.
CNN's Jeremy Dimon is reporting that President Trump's trip to Gettysburg has been canceled.
steve bannon
And of what reason are they giving?
greg manz
For Rudy Giuliani's exposure to a second person with coronavirus.
steve bannon
Is anything about Rudy going?
The advance team is already there for Rudy.
greg manz
It's still unclear whether or not the mayor will be making an appearance in Gettysburg.
steve bannon
Is there an alternative set up that they can live stream in?
I know this is being covered, but we're actually going to talk about the live stream later today.
greg manz
So based on the location at the Wyndham Hotel in Gettysburg, they should have those capabilities to make sure that this hearing still goes forward.
unidentified
Go ahead.
raheem kassam
I want to just channel the live chat here for a second.
I don't know if there's anything more on this that you want to wrap up on very quick.
steve bannon
Well, I think that the CCP virus, I mean, this was a big day for Trump before Thanksgiving to make his case in person with his wingman, with his lawyer.
And look, the virus is the virus, right?
jack maxey
So it's... But think of this, the fate of the free world is relying on social distancing requirements and, oh, you've been exposed to someone and need to get in your basement for 14 days.
This is a takedown of our system based upon fear that is a false one compared to the risks that we are taking by following this advice.
steve bannon
Rahim, the live stream?
raheem kassam
Yeah, I'm just getting a bit of feedback to our discussion about what's going on here and the fight, and there's a question and a comment that really stood out to me.
One lady, Natalie Elizabeth, says, Rahim is talking DC Republicans, those aren't MAGA, but I think the audience needs to understand that DC Republicans It's correct, but the D.C.
Republicans are the ones who have been running the PACs, right?
Where you send your $5, your $10 checks, when you text those things back, you're texting the D.C.
Republican set.
That's where the money's going.
That's who these people are.
So MAGA or not, and by the way, there are a lot of decent people in there, MAGA or not.
So MAGA or not, these are the people who you expect to work on your behalf.
steve bannon
I want to answer that, because that's the point we're trying to make.
There are two things here.
You have the business side of politics, and that is the D.C.
Republicans, okay?
Whether they like it or not, and don't get me wrong, there are people here that have strong ideological beliefs.
But, just remember, it's an industry, just like Hollywood, just like Wall Street, just like Silicon Valley.
It's a business with its own norms, its own internal logic, its own economic structure, all of that.
raheem kassam
Expectations.
steve bannon
Expectations.
And then you have MAGA.
You've got to remember, when Donald Trump came on the scene, because the remnants of the Tea Party, and you had this beginning populist thing.
When I was at Breitbart, I'd get grief every day.
Oh, you turned it, you know, from thingamajig to more populist to more nationalist, and then Trump comes down the escalator.
Remember, Trump was in, I think, sixth place.
On the polling that day, he was at 3% or something like that.
He comes down the escalator, comes down the escalator, and he never went, you know, he never looked back after that.
And then they never expected him to win in 16.
That was like a thunderclap on a sunny afternoon.
This was all, he caught it all by surprise.
He went through the field, that field of Republicans.
You gotta remember, that 16 or 18 people, if you take a vertical, They had spent a billion dollars into those candidates, all the think tanks and the organizations.
You had a big government guy like Chris Christie, a big government Republican.
You had Jeb Bush.
You had Marco Rubio.
You had Ted Cruz.
You had Rand Paul.
You had Dr. Ben Carson.
You had Fiorini from the corporatist side.
If you look at every vertical, every vertical, you had the number one best person out there.
And he went through all of it like a sift through grass.
Right?
So they weren't expecting it.
And the business side particularly wasn't expecting it.
Remember, his biggest enemy, out of the box, was Fox News.
Fox News never supported Donald Trump.
Not that Sean Hannity didn't support him.
Yes, Sean Hannity.
I'm saying Fox News.
In the primary, Ailes' claim to fame was not Reagan, right?
And not Nixon.
He did the town halls for Nixon.
He did the Morning in America, I think, spot for Reagan.
He was basically the media consultant for Bush's first run.
He's a 100% Bush guy.
And I knew Roger very well.
Great man.
But he was a Bush guy.
And he knew Trump for years.
He thought this whole thing in the primary.
That's why, why do you think they weaponized Megyn Kelly in the first debate?
And you remember, Rahim, we were at Breitbart, and man, they were all over us.
And I unleashed, talk about the Kraken, I unleashed Tony Lee.
And and Matt Boyle to do like a hundred articles on it, right?
She still she still holds that against me that and then she called, you know, I was called up.
Oh, she's getting threats.
Okay, we'll do it a hundred more, right?
So because she keeps yammering about it.
She's tried to take down Trump in that classic left-wing.
Let's go in his Twitter feed and let's go in his Facebook.
About what he said.
But they were never things.
My point is the business side of this.
And MAGA's got to understand it.
It's just one of the realities.
This is my point.
This is why this audience matters everything.
The reason people are not bending, they understand MAGA wants to throw down and will throw down.
And that is for a deeper set of principles than just what's out there.
raheem kassam
Why do you think, you know, Olbermann's out there threatening gulags?
Why do you think Obama's out there heckling Hispanics?
They know you're not going anywhere.
The D.C.
Republican set might be disappearing and caving, trying to put their next mortgage payment together, but they know the base is not going anywhere.
steve bannon
Okay, we're gonna take a short commercial break.
We're gonna turn with the team, talk about Gettysburg, what might still be when we return on War Room Pandemic.
unidentified
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K. Banham.
steve bannon
Welcome back to the War Room.
Since we're War Room Pandemic, I've got to turn to our resident expert, Jack Maxey.
He of herd immunity.
You brought it up, but shouldn't the President...
Isn't he immune?
jack maxey
Once you have it... Again, this is the thing that no one wants to talk about.
Theoretically, the president has gotten a vaccination by catching the virus and recovering from it, as have anywhere between 13 million and 130 million Americans.
If you're Pfizer, that means 20 bucks you shouldn't be getting for each one of those people who was naturally immunized.
and we see this nonsense the president should be able to walk around planet earth without a mask on without fear he should be walking tall with a big stick in his hand and telling people what to do and yet here he is this big man getting cowed by the virus it's embarrassing people we need to stand up we need to provide him with some courage he's been carrying us for four years and yes there are rats leaving the ship
But you, the American people, you, the 75 million people who voted for him, probably bigger than that, if we actually got a real count, you're not going to give up.
steve bannon
I don't think it's about him individually.
I think he's getting this advice, right?
I'm sure somebody this morning didn't even lay out the alternative and say, hey, you know, you actually are immune.
You brought up Boris.
Let's talk about the Boris Johnson thing, because he's not, this thing, and Hatfield, And Jack Maxey, tell me, we had Hatfield here last night, it was refreshing, given the work he's been doing, but he said it's almost remote to being, I think, for the second, particularly happening so shortly, for the second infection.
So what's the story with Boris?
raheem kassam
It's totally impossible, and a nonsense.
And it goes back to two things.
Number one, how good are the tests?
steve bannon
Well, is it if it's a different strand?
Remember, Dr. Jansky said, hey, there's 20 different strands here.
jack maxey
Here's the reality.
You can catch this a second time.
steve bannon
Sure.
jack maxey
It's happened multiple times, which should tell you a little bit about how effective a vaccine is.
And number two, it should tell you that this is going to be here with us.
We have to figure out a way to start going forward.
Right?
I mean, it's like a war.
The enemy has a new weapon.
We have to figure out how to deal with the new weapon and the new tactic and continue going forward as a society.
raheem kassam
Yeah, but what I mean is they've been handling him with kid gloves ever since he got out of the hospital.
He's not being exposed to people.
Everybody who's around him is being tested repeatedly.
steve bannon
So you don't think his immunity system's built back up?
raheem kassam
He's been the bubble boy, you know, just hiding with Carrie Simmons and plotting the demise of the country.
steve bannon
Oh, you mean Boris?
raheem kassam
Yeah, Boris.
steve bannon
And so, the idea that he... Tell people about, by the way, because my phone was blown today, about all throughout Europe, the bubbles for Christmas.
What are they, you can have three bubbles?
These things, I guess, pods of people you can go around with?
raheem kassam
Oh yeah, yeah.
So the three household bubble limit is this thing where you pick, you effectively pick, hey you, me and Jack Maxey's family, we're only going to see each other for the next two months and that's it.
You don't go outside of that three things.
So if anybody gets sick, we just keep that sickness between us.
steve bannon
Is that backed up with any set of mathematics or any kind of internal logic, any data?
jack maxey
This is what everyone should also know.
All these experts who've been telling us what to do, they've never done this before.
We've never had a global shutdown before.
They have been making this stuff up as they go along.
This nonsense that hard science has backed up everything they did.
Show me the studies where locking down countries has been tried in the past and what the outcomes were.
We just talked yesterday about they're now doing a huge study in Africa to look at some of these other therapies and why they think it's so wonderful.
This is by Bill and Melinda Gates because now they can compare other therapies, which is the universal therapy, which is azithromycin and hydroxychloroquine in Africa.
Guess what?
Africa has a lower death rate than New York City.
How'd that happen?
I thought minorities were going to suffer the most.
I guess it's only a problem when you're under Governor Cuomo's control.
steve bannon
Hatfield brings up a great example last night of India, right?
The job they've done with hydroxychloroquine and mass-shoving that out there so everybody's got it.
jack maxey
And the New York Times should be thoroughly embarrassed because they ran a front page article in April about guaniquil in Ecuador.
And let me tell you, they went from worst place on earth, 500 deaths a day, to almost zero in one month, using hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin, because they had no choice.
And guess what?
They have no problem.
Ecuador has a lower death rate than the United States.
But we're the leaders in medicine and government and telling people what to do.
steve bannon
The same people, the same crowd that talked him out of giving the emergency use authorization, not for what Fauci wanted to do, but to use it for the hydroxy with the azithromycin and all the other therapeutics.
Not after you get it, but therapeutics.
Use a prophylactic as a therapeutic.
Hammer that.
The same people that talk him out of that are the exact same people in his ear today saying you can't go to Gettysburg because, you know, Rudy might have COVID.
We'll say, look, the last time I checked, Tony Fauci, you know, I'm immune because I've got, I've had it.
jack maxey
Right, and also I would say there's a big problem coming forward because if we have 130 million people in America who've had this disease and somebody starts to tell them that they have to take the vaccine, I think that in order for you to force me to take a vaccine on this virus, you better prove that I haven't already had that.
So I don't think that all this thing is going to be as hunky-dory as everyone thinks.
steve bannon
You won't be able to prove that with an antibodies test?
jack maxey
Look, the tests don't even work!
The Portuguese Supreme Court just three days ago announced that the PCR test does not qualify to be used in a court of law because it's so inaccurate.
And yet we're shutting down the world because of this.
People, we need to take back the courage of our forefathers and stop living like cowards.
They want you to be afraid.
The only thing to fear is what they have planned for you, not what is going on today.
steve bannon
Let's get up, while we got this fish, get the guys in Denver to get up the Heather McDonald article that we're going to talk about on tomorrow's show.
Are we Salem or are we the Pilgrims, right?
Are we Plymouth or are we Salem?
And she makes an incredibly powerful case that for all the science-based, evidence-based, it's all voodoo, right?
And she talks about the fetishes and the worship of things that are, you know, pagan in nature because it's irrational.
And that that's the path we've gone to, very much like the Salem Witch Trials.
She makes a very compelling case, but as to Jack's case, I want to bring up another thing where we've got the pandemic in the segment, is she brings up something I've talked about, but you haven't weighed in as much as I think the audience needs you to, about, I think he's in Denmark.
The biggest study they've done so far in masks.
And she makes a thing that shows that masks outdoors are an absolute joke.
Right?
And this is just another virtue signaling.
Right?
But it's a joke.
What's about the demo?
jack maxey
There's a good way to look at this.
Remember back in March and April when Fauci was telling us, we think that this is spread from surfaces.
You touch a surface and Fauci would tell us, we're not sure of the mask because people would touch the mask.
This is all true.
I have a mask.
It's a dirty mask crumpled up in my jacket pocket that I pull out because I have to get a cup of coffee occasionally.
You think that that's clean?
You think anyone else's mask is clean?
You think these ladies who are stuffing their little fashion mask back in that dirty pocketbook filled with junk like they all are is clean?
This is basically window dressing.
You know, this is to keep you in a state of fear.
This is nonsense.
Because if it's not nonsense, guess what?
The Biden administration is going to have us wearing them every single flu season.
Because if they're so effective, why wouldn't they?
steve bannon
Well, listen, I'm not an anti-vaxxer, but I think there are some compelling arguments they put up.
Here's what I tell you is going to happen, though.
You can see it already with Fauci saying, we're not going to be through this until the vaccine is fully distributed, fully deployed, and he's talking about the country being shut down.
the third or fourth quarter, okay, you're going to see the economic bill they're going to put forward.
Even in a Trump administration, they're going to come out and say, hey, you need another five trillion dollars to bridge all the way there because people, you know, AOC says we have to pay people to stay home. That's her quote. You're going to see most of AOC's constituency, just to be clear, are paid to stay home already. I don't know about that.
But they've got a lot of hard-working people up there.
I don't know if they've got... But you've got to defend the little guys up there.
They think they're hard-working.
What is definitely, you see, they're priming you right now for is what I call the House of Commons, House of Lords.
They're going to come in, and the way they're going to roll this vaccine out is that you're going to be able to get on a plane, you're going to be able to go to the game, you're going to be able to sit in a nice seat, you're going to be able to do all, you take the vaccine and you're going to have it, be able to show it.
And they're not, they're going to come one step up about forcing you, they're not going to force you to take it because I think they know they'd have a revolt.
But they're going to do it in a way, and that day's coming.
And I'm not an anti-vaxxer, but I know a lot of people are sitting there, and Dr. Jones, saying, hey, there's 20 different strands of this right now.
You have no earthy idea what this thing's going to work on.
jack maxey
This is going to be about as effective as the annual flu shot, which is about 60% effective, on the long run, because it's going to mutate just like the annual flu does.
It's already mutated.
steve bannon
We already have 12 I've never taken one of those flu shots.
I think it's bogus.
jack maxey
I've never taken one either.
And realistically, they are quite ineffective for people over 60 who actually need them most.
The main reason, and I'll just be straightforward for why we have the annual flu program, was so that we could have the ability to ramp up for something like a pandemic.
It's not because we are actually saving the world every year with it.
It is so that we have in place A industrial technological base to produce vaccines period.
steve bannon
By the way, it's so great to actually talk to you guys.
In fact, one of the Engine Room, one of our great guys in the Engine Room, who keeps constant monitoring on news and everything that's going on, sends me a quote from the live chat.
Release the Jackin.
We don't have enough Jack Maxi.
Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to return.
We're going to get down into more in Gettysburg and what's supposed to happen.
I believe that Rudy Maybe already up there, and we're going to find out.
Rudy's on the loose.
He's heading towards Gettysburg.
They have a whole presentation today.
The key of this is that they're now going to start to bring forward the analytical assessment they've done in the kind of backup of how the steal actually took place.
I think this is going to be the beginning of rolling out in Arizona, in Michigan, both in courts of law, but also in front of state legislatures to put them on the spot.
We're going to be back in a moment.
unidentified
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Pandemic with Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room, Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, we're gonna go and talk about Gettysburg.
We've got people on the scene there that are going to give us feedback.
Rudy, I think, is actually there already with his entourage.
I'm pretty sure he's up there.
We're going to get the details.
Some of the guys in the Senate are starting to throw down hard.
We're actually going to have, I think, some of the guys, Vish, correct, from the House, talking about action plans, how this is going to be actionable.
We all know that what the Democratic Secretary of State, the Democratic Attorney General, I mean, Shapiro's got the best quote in this entire thing.
He said four or five days before the election, when all the votes are counted, Biden wins.
I mean, he already knew the fix was in right there, right?
The governor, we understand that they're all left-wing, don't care about the Constitution.
What we need to hear from these legislators, or what are you going to do about it?
Right?
Today you're going to start getting the receipts.
We're going to talk about this, but I got to go back to something.
the engine room is uh... of the war room is blowing up jack maxi cuz you're kind of their their their fearless leader they're blown up a sand hate yes there is this thing uh... going to see that we've played all the videos of the people in germany actually stepping up to this but they're actually guys in the legal system that this couple these doctor lawyers i think it is i think is a guy in germany and he's going out and he's going to sue the banks you know this is a government is a student banks is just a lot of guys but
these shutdowns and he wants to get to discovery.
Because he's going to say, what did you guys really know?
What did you base all this upon?
He's saying, I can get on and argue with anybody in the country.
I want to see what these bankers did.
I want to see what the companies did.
I want to see the collusion between that and the government.
Maybe I can't get standing because it's quite tough to sue the government, but I can get standing on suing a corporation.
And so it's been proposed that this is a populist medical attempt to really get and to force them.
And look, here's the thing about the deplorables.
If it actually makes sense, and it's logical, and it's about safety, and it's about community safety, they're all in.
But what they don't want is just the stuff that, and people I think understand also, you come up a learning curve.
That, hey, when Trump did the Defense Production Act for ventilators, it looked at the time, the best knowledge out there, you needed ventilators, that was one of the capacity constraints we knew.
Now, people will tell you, and we've known guys that are very healthy, that have gotten the coronavirus and gotten very ill, and they've been put in, I think, the oxygen tents.
They don't get them near a ventilator, because you get on a ventilator, it's probably going to do more damage than that.
But, you have been talking about this a long time, about this medical and about the legal.
And remember, the liability thing was a big deal.
You've got to get a liability thing in here so you can actually start to reopen the country.
Where do you think we stand with things like, and with logical people, not bomb-throwers, but people like in Germany.
You see doctors and lawyers coming together, or the doctor-lawyer combo.
That says, hey, I'm going to go.
I want discovery.
I want to get into the facts.
I want to see the emails.
I want to see the conference calls they had.
I want to see the meeting minutes that they had before they made these decisions.
jack maxey
Well, I think that these are all valid questions.
And I think that there is going to be a tale of the tape on what has happened with this pandemic.
think five years from now everybody's gonna be pointing fingers and claiming that all these people who are heroes today are the worst people on planet earth because we're gonna look back and see the damage that this caused and we're still gonna have the virus with us it's gonna be right in there with all the rest of the flu things in the flu vaccine and we're gonna realize that we literally robbed many of our children of their future so when you look here in the United States I'm not sure how the German Constitution is going to work but
you saw governor Whitmer in Michigan basically say I don't care that the Michigan Supreme Court had ruled that she violated the state constitution by continuing to impose extra lockdowns be on what the state legislature had given And I think you're going to see this around the country as time goes on.
One thing also, when we talk about this vaccine and this notion of a two-tiered sort of population, those with the vaccine, those without, Those with immunity, those without, and this idea that, you know, one is not going to get to fly on aircraft or not going to get to go to the concerts and all the rest of this.
I think all the panicky corporations who are coming out with these ideas are going to find out very quickly, with some sober lawyers combined with some science, that none of this is going to be supportable.
Right?
Because if you're going to require that everybody have a vaccine to come into your restaurant, well guess what?
You're liable for anybody who claims they got sick at your restaurant.
None of this can be proved.
It's one of the reasons why you don't have a Cameras in every place on private properties because people realize hey there's a liability for having the camera because the camera gives you the sense that you're actually safe when you're not.
And this is going to be the same thing with the vaccine and who's going to get sick and who's not going to get sick.
A perfect example is look at all those lawsuits that used to go on concerning people getting infected with the AIDS virus.
Early on and somebody saying, oh, they didn't tell me this, that and the other thing.
Guess what?
There's no way to prove who gave you what.
You're right.
It's very, very difficult.
This is not going to be something that's going to hold up in court.
It's just more panic from the party of panic.
And I understand that some corporations are trying to limit their liability, but I don't think the liability is going to be real in the long run.
steve bannon
Before we go to Gettysburg and talk about what's going to happen there, I want to go to Linwood in Georgia.
There's a bunch of stuff people are talking about.
Sidney Powell is actually, I think, signaling to people that she's getting close to actually filing her first wave.
Last night the campaign filed in Arizona.
They're going to have a part of the legislator meet in a situation like Gettysburg, Republicans only, on Monday.
But that will give Ducey, if you show the receipts, if you show the evidence, he's prepared and told people he's prepared to call back.
the state legislature in special session. Michigan, you got some, it's supposed to be scheduled, you got some guys there are running for the exits, got to get that situation sorted out. Lynn Wood is now, I think, coming public. Do we have his quote, Jack, when you pull it up, let me know, because Lynn Wood, I think, is throwing down.
raheem kassam
Jack Maury Let me just, yeah, let me just jump in here real quick.
steve bannon
Mark Salter Because remember, the complicated thing in Georgia is they're combining this runoff on the 5th of January, I think it is, with the closing on the Trump victory, which a lot of people in Georgia think that we could do this, if we just punch hard enough.
Rahim?
raheem kassam
And a lot of people remember over the last week were, I mean, CNN crowing about the fact that, oh, you know, the Trump legal team has ditched Sidney Powell and they're putting daylight between them, etc.
And now the headline in the last nine hours is Trump campaign continues to amplify Sidney Powell despite, you know, separate... They don't get it.
They don't understand.
They don't realize that these things, you know, they take time.
And she's going through this meticulously, line by line.
And, you know, the latest one that comes out, which is really interesting, which people need to pay attention to, Is her demanding that they get details of the Zoom meeting, where the officials refused an audit.
And what's the paper trail behind this?
How were the decisions taken?
Were they taken within the confines of the law, as it's stated, within how this decision-making process is supposed to be taken?
And every time you see a request being made, whether it's Lin Wood or Sidney Powell, we all get called conspiracy theorists or whatever for buying into this stuff.
Remember, It's the other side who is saying, no, you may not see the details.
No, we will not be transparent about all of this.
If it was so clear cut and we were such mentalists, then why don't you just show the world how mental we are?
But they don't do it.
unidentified
Look, here's the crowd they've fallen into.
steve bannon
Today says only 3% Trump believes that this this was won fairly and legally, right?
I think 74% are hard no way and that's now that remember we still got the firestorm of the next two weeks to go through and more evidence is going to come out and all that so that number is going to be have an 8 in front of it.
Okay, that means 80% of 73 or 74 million people, which is what 55 million if I do the math quickly or something between 50 and 60.
Do not believe that this election was illegal.
That is a crisis for the country.
That means people will never consider anything Biden does.
This is one of the reasons Biden's going to the retreads.
Why do you think he's getting the clerks like blanket?
These guys have been with him forever or they've been hanging around the room.
They all came as kids, right?
They all came as kids.
They've had, they're all nothing burgers.
This is what I say.
It's not a deep state.
These are kind of the guys.
This is the, this is the in your face.
They've been hanging around forever, right?
Every person in that.
And the reason is nobody wants to get near this, how toxic it is.
And we're going to, and they said, oh, you guys are fake news.
Listen.
The math is irrefutable, right?
You see the math, and this is from the top mathematicians of the country, the math is irrefutable.
If they had any inkling at all to unite the country, they would come today, they would be in Gettysburg.
And let's put this in back of us.
The reason they're not doing it, they understand, the more you drill down here, the steel.
Now, Sidney Powell, She's a free option.
What I mean, that is in finance.
Where you're financing something, and yes, here's my basic business model, but hey, guess what?
I got a free option on something else that, bang, could actually be, it could be a binary function.
It could be worth a billion dollars, it could be worth zero.
But in the course of what we're doing, that's going to come up.
We're not advocating donating to these groups, however you should know.
The Thomas More Society and Phil Kline, and that suit got filed last night in six states.
You can go to their website.
You can go look at it.
He's a former AG of Kansas, who I think they tried to disbar, take his thing away, because he was Elliot Ness about these abortionists and the abortion clinics, etc.
That guy is a fighter and a research guy.
He's got a great research team over there.
We know these guys are working with him.
He's filing all over the place.
Right?
If you want to, go to his site and make a determination.
You've got Lin Wood.
Lin's got his own deal.
He's down a thing.
Do we have that quote from Lin Wood?
jack maxey
We do.
steve bannon
Can you read it for us?
jack maxey
And it's quite powerful.
He has two quotes that I'd like to say.
The first one, he says, today would be a good day for Kelly Loeffler.
And Senator Perdue to hold a press conference to demand that Brian Kemp and the Georgia Secretary of State investigate fraud in Georgia's election and that special session of Georgia legislature be convened without delay.
Georgia patriots are watching closely, Kelly and David.
Then he follows up with something that I think many of our listeners are feeling, but I want you to remember that we're still in the fight, Lin Wood is still in the fight, and it doesn't take every soldier in the Army to win this battle.
It just takes those with courage.
Linwood says to the nation, Some leaders in Georgia and National GOP complain I am hurting chances of Kelly Loeffler and Senator David Perdue to win runoff and save Senate control.
What?
They are the ones hurting those chances by failing to publicly demand investigation of fraud and special session of legislature.
Look in the mirror.
steve bannon
Lynn Wood's 1,000% correct.
If we have any chance, and Stacey Abrams is still out there with the mail-in ballots, what is it, 600,000?
I mean, she's full on, and hey, We've said for months, I actually said she'd be somebody they ought to think about on the ticket, because she knows how to get voters out.
Okay?
Now, she's out there, they've got these mail-in ballots, and, you know, you're going to have another catastrophe like you had this time.
That's why you've got to motivate the deplorables.
And if people aren't leaning on their race, and McCarthy said this the other day, we just want to focus on the Senate race down there.
Doug Collins said, we've got 600,000, I'm going to fight for the president.
No.
Number one priority, we've got to get to the bottom of the steel.
Because Wisconsin and Georgia Are the low-hanging fruit here.
They get both flipped.
The folks in Wisconsin, I'm hearing great things out of there, right?
That may end up in court, too.
But Wisconsin and Georgia are two that could flip.
Are two that could not be certified.
Then you're in the game.
Right?
In fact, you get one, you're in the game.
But Linwood's 100% correct.
You're not going to have one, and this thing about just patting people on the head is not going to work.
Winning, and I think they've misconstrued how tough it's going to be to win those races in January.
It's doable, but you're going to need the Trump machine, you're going to need the Trump voter to show up.
jack maxey
What good is the Trump machine when we can't even win the state of Georgia for the president?
If we don't get to the bottom of this grift, this finesse, this fraud, there is no point in even participating in another election in Georgia.
All of the Georgia elected officials, you should have your heads on the line reading these documents.
See, I saved myself.
steve bannon
Save yourself.
You didn't save yourself, you saved another bogus Twitter account.
jack maxey
You guys need to be out there showing the people of Georgia that you're in this fight.
Otherwise, you're useless.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to take a short break.
We're going to go to Gettysburg and talk about what's going to be shown today.
I think Rudy's up there on the scene in one of the most sacred places in the United States, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
We're going to be back in a second.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Before we go to Pennsylvania, word out of New York is that Max Rose, the recently defeated combat marine over in Staten Island, is contemplating talking to his inner circle about running for mayor next year.
Boy, what a primary that would be.
AOC versus Max Rose.
New York City mayoral race is going to be one to watch.
It's going to be a bellwether.
Greatest city in the world coming off this debacle.
If we don't turn New York City around, we're going to have a very tough time turning this economy around.
In New York City, Right now is like a zombie movie.
It's a disgrace.
It is an absolute disgrace what's happened to the greatest city in the world.
Not that a guy like Max Rose... I like Max Rose the most out of most Democrats, but they need a... You know what I love, though?
They need John Catsimatidis.
I'm a Catsimatidis guy.
jack maxey
Is this stepping up or stepping down, Bish?
Because you've got a guy who gets rejected by Staten Island, he's going to go up to the Upper East Side begging for dough.
What's the deal, man?
I feel like the guy's taking a step down.
steve bannon
No, no, because the only conservatives really are the guys in Staten Island.
Okay, I want to go to Gettysburg, so Max Rose now in New York.
I want to go to Pennsylvania.
It was, the President wanted to go.
He was all set to go and argue his case.
Right?
He's tired of people saying he has no evidence.
You can see he's walking around like a caged lion.
Right?
He wants to get on with it.
And I think he's really tired of these pencil necks who, during the time he was winning, remember he just got 72, 73 million votes, the most ever in any Republican in history.
Right?
They're all with him.
Remember, all the victories we won.
This wasn't McCarthy.
This was Trump bringing those congressmen across the finish line.
The state legislatures we flipped.
This is all Trump and the Trump movement's deplorables.
And now, as soon as there's a little trouble, they want to... Jack, you've got that mischievous look about you.
jack maxey
No, I was just thinking of Max Rose.
Should we run that old Marine Corps commercial?
Since he was a Marine, I never promised you a Rose Garden, Max.
It's all over, buddy.
steve bannon
Jack, you're taking a couple days off to recharge your batteries?
unidentified
Release the Jackin!
steve bannon
I want to go to, first of all, Pennsylvania.
There's breaking news on Bloomberg about the campaign and the White House want Rudy to argue, want the appeal?
greg manz
Yes, a request has been made in the U.S.
Court of Appeals in Philadelphia for Mayor Giuliani to make a presentation with formal oral arguments, and this has to do with the Middle District case that was dismissed last Saturday.
steve bannon
But they're going to actually have appellate lawyers there, too.
Rudy's going to be there, but they're going to have heavy-duty appellate lawyers.
Let's go to Gettysburg.
This is going to be a big day.
A lot of people worked on this to bring it together.
I think Rudy, maybe, our inside baseball says he's either on-site or heading to the site.
Do they still anticipate he's going to be there?
greg manz
Yep, so that's the case and the spokesperson for the Senate pro-temp, the head of the Senate in Pennsylvania, has said that this hearing is going forward and they are not going to bury their heads in the sand and want to hear from citizens and candidates in this hearing to get to the bottom of what happened in the 2020 election.
steve bannon
They're also going to have, and Greg, how does this work, because they're also going to have The heads of the most controversial counties.
And I know Liz Preate-Havey is going to be there, and she's Montgomery County, and she's been on the show before.
Remember, they were on the show a couple days before doing the training up there.
She's fantastic.
In full disclosure, she's the sister, twin sister of our comms director.
And these people are hardcore Trump.
So you're going to have others, I think Allegheny County, others.
So you're going to have citizens with direct witness testimony.
You're going to have other people putting up testimony.
Rudy's got a whole raft of affidavits.
I think they said they had 100, but they're going to select, they're going to curate down to 8 to 10.
The president was also going to make, and I would love, I hope they're going to get a live stream so they can hook the president up from the White House.
greg manz
Yes, and then on the same note of a live stream, you can watch it at policy.pasenategop.com.
steve bannon
I've got to check with Posobiec.
I'm sure Posobiec will be doing also a live stream.
He's got a million viewers the other day.
He's doing the commission meeting in Wisconsin.
Posobiec's doing live commentary and gets like a million viewers.
People throughout the world are fascinated by this because this is democracy in action.
Hey, it's not always pretty.
Right?
And President Reagan's right.
You're one generation away from losing it.
Hey, we're at that moment right now.
And I think that's why people are hunkered down.
That's why the deplorables are hunkered down.
That's why people say, well, that's not the whole legislature up in Pennsylvania.
We understand that.
But the Republicans need cover.
And one of the things they cover is they want to see, before they get in front of the Democrats and get across, They want to see what the receipts are.
I have no problem with that.
And so we're going to have it at 5 o'clock where I have a complete analysis of what was presented today, because this is going into court filings, not in Pennsylvania.
You've got a whole wave of things coming over the next 10 days.
Look, the 8th is a tripwire.
Obviously, the 14th is hardwired.
You've got, what, two or three weeks to get all this done.
It's coming from every different angle.
Guys are filing suits all over from Nevada to Arizona, calling back state legislatures.
Greg, what else you got for us?
greg manz
Yep, so and then just going back to Nevada, we talked about it the other day, but December 3rd will be a hearing in Nevada for pro-Trump electors to present their case and then leading up to that date, 15 depositions per side in the lead up to that.
steve bannon
So look, here's what we're going to do.
We're going to be able to put both the statistical and mathematical overview of you can sit there and go, there's no way they won this, honestly.
Then you're going to actually connect, have a connective tissue that actually connects to the dead, to the ballot stuffing.
How did you actually do it?
Now, Cindy Powell, and this is for everybody out there, keep the faith, she's working on a bigger macro.
Right?
About how it was done by machines, how it was done by software, all of that.
But there's two different approaches.
There's high and low.
There's a grind it out at the state level and bring up the affidavits and bring up that and get to, if nothing more, because here's the thing, you're not going to be able to put the genie back in the bottle, particularly in Pennsylvania.
Remember, we talked about it and the left melted down when they had this thing about the naked ballots, okay?
And that's what Steve Cortez was talking about in the first part.
0.0003 percent, right?
We're there at the time where I thought I was going to be in between 3 and maybe 10 percent, maybe 15 percent, because it's fairly, not totally complicated, but a little complicated if you've never done it.
Remember, these are people that have never voted absentee.
Right?
2.6 million in Pennsylvania.
And what we find out is that there's no rejection rate on the naked ballots.
Now, there's going to be a lot of questions of how organized Trump campaign was in that thing and how hard they fought, but they did get an injunction that day, right?
And the sheriff said, I'll take it under advisement.
jack maxey
Here's something that everyone has to understand.
There are multiple groups who are working behind the scenes You know, people like Lin Wood, maybe not the cowards that we spoke of earlier, but there is stuff that is going to be coming out over the next few days that will literally shock people.
Data-driven, pure.
steve bannon
Evidence-driven.
jack maxey
And I'd love to tell you more, but I want you to stay encouraged for Thanksgiving.
It's such a great day.
Enjoy your families.
steve bannon
Maybe we'll show a little leg on that this afternoon in the evening show.
raheem kassam
Three o'clock, Bill McGinley will be joining us on the National Pulse show, Molly McCann, and Matt Palumbo's got a new book coming out, Dumb and Dumber, How Cuomo and de Blasio Ruined New York.
steve bannon
Wow, fantastic.
