| It was Amy Klobuchar and other people that knew they were coming into a primary A primary season controlled by the neoliberal, neocon, Wall Street faction, corporate disfaction of the Democratic Party. | ||
| Well, I mean, Elizabeth Warren, Amy Klobuchar, they saw what happened in 2016 with Hillary Clinton. | ||
| They were afraid the same thing was going to happen in 2020. | ||

| We still don't have any answers as to what the responses were from the letter from Klobuchar and Warren to all the private equity firms that own these voting systems in America. | ||
| Also, I'd like to make it very clear that these voting systems seem to have been targeted in swing states. | ||

| And they tried to do it in Texas several times. | ||
| Texas denied Dominion Voting Systems rights. | ||
| Essentially, they said it failed in almost every single test that they ran for it. | ||
| That as their responsibility as the Secretary of State of Texas, he could not certify this system because there were just too many multiple weaknesses. | ||
| What were the big complaints of Klobuchar? | ||

| We are particularly concerned that secretive and trouble-plagued companies owned by private equity firms and responsible for manufacturing and maintaining voting machines and other election administration equipment have long skimped on security in favor of convenience. | ||
| Then they go on to quote the DHS, Department of Homeland Security, saying that security experts have noted for years that our nation's elective system and infrastructure are under serious threat. | ||
| In January 2017, the U.S. | ||
| Department of Homeland Security designated the United States election infrastructure as critical infrastructure. | ||
| Then they have two or three pages of questions concerning the ownership of Dominion. | ||
| Great questions. | ||
| I mean, these are the questions that Sidney Powell right now are drilling down on. | ||
| And this is the thing, I mean, if there are any journalists out there, I mean, we only have 24 hours in a day to do this. | ||
| Has anybody asked Elizabeth Warren or Klobuchar what the answers were to these questions? | ||
| Not one mainstream media has gone... Because the question was asked on December 6th of 2019, not even a year ago they had concerns, and now total silence. | ||
| And Texas, there's a lot of pressure on these state governments to buy this, and this is where Sidney Powell said, hey, Kemp took money, And he took it to his Chief of Staff, who is now a lobbyist for him. | ||
| The evidence hasn't been provided on that, but I'm sure if Sidney Powell's saying that, directionally, she's working on something. | ||
| But it's kind of, you know, it boggles the mind. | ||
| How something with this big, and if you look at the line diagrams of how the information flows, and there's been all this question about these servers in Germany, or in Barcelona, or why they have development teams in Serbia, right? | ||
| You know, you've got access points all here, although the machines themselves are things, that how then the due diligence In the state of Texas, these guys talk to each other, the Secretaries of State, people who put the elections on. | ||
| It was obviously known that there were issues here. | ||
| Number one, the state of Texas full out rejection and they walk through in excruciating detail every level. | ||
| They don't reject Dominion for one thing, they go through every vertical of what you've got to be at the top of your best of class and they're blowing them up on every vertical. | ||
| And then interestingly, The letter from Klobuchar and Elizabeth Warren in the most progressive populist wing of the Democratic Party, right? | ||
| It asks kind of directionally the same questions, right? | ||
| And so there has been, you know, there has been focus on this, of what this problem is. | ||
| That's why Sidney Powell now, and one of the reasons I believe, and look I'm just some schmendrick, I'm not a lawyer, Cindy Powell, what she's talking about and where that's going, I think, has the ability to quickly turn into a criminal investigation. | ||
| And I believe, with something called probable cause, which she's working on, that you're going to get a brave, you know, it should be Barr and the guys at DOJ. | ||

| Or it should be some gallant US attorney, maybe in like Philadelphia, I'm picking a random place. | ||
| Or it could be some local district attorney, if it has to be. | ||
| But I think you're going to see, and I think you're going to see, and I think these guys are frozen in place now, for potentially, you know, making sure the machines are exactly intact, with exactly what happened, and nothing | ||
| Now, I think that those ought to be, and I've told people, I think you ought to request that these things, I don't know why these things are not under, you know, security that you can sit there and verify that the security is, because hey, it was in Philadelphia, they stole the thumb drive, remember the thumb drives went missing, we reported this two months ago, the thumb drives went missing, three thumb drives I think, or six thumb drives went missing, memory sticks went missing six weeks before, eight weeks before voting day. | ||

| I want to turn, I want to go back to, and Jack, we're pursuing this, we're obviously talking about a lot of people and there's a lot going on. | ||
| That's why I think for the audience out there, don't think there's any, there's no, you know, there's no, Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani are not loggerheads. | ||

| You've got to remember, Georgia paid $107 million for 30,000 of these Dominion voting machines in the summer of 2019. | ||
| This is contemporaneous to the state of Texas denying these machines on almost every security Here's an article from GovTech.com contemporaneous to the summer of 2019, and they're talking about how this contract went through. | ||
| They said Dominion has connections as well. | ||
| One of Dominion's lobbyists, Jared Thomas, has worked on Kemp's political campaign since he first won a state senate seat in 2002. | ||
| He also worked previously for Kemp in the Secretary of State's office. | ||
| Another Dominion lobbyist, Barry Herron, was vice president of Diebold Election Systems, the company that originally sold Georgia its electronic voting machines in 2002. | ||
| This is commentary from the summer of 2019, people. | ||
| This all needs to be looked into, especially if people were profiting from this fraud. | ||

| In a suit against Smartmatic and the line out that's most interesting out of this summary is the license quote the license agreement contains a non-competition provision which amongst other things prohibits Smartmatic from developing marketing or selling any licensed product in the United States effectively what we're saying here is the claim that these two organizations are competitors and have not worked hand-in-hand with each other and therefore CNN goes oh well it couldn't have anything to do with Venezuela and the way the system is set up It's nonsense. | ||

| Okay, there's a lot going on today. | ||
| They're fighting in five fronts. | ||
| This afternoon on the show, we're going to have two fronts that are being fought on. | ||
| We're going to have Phil Kline, the Thomas More Society. | ||
| They have dropped lawsuits, I think, in five of the six contested states right now. | ||
| They're going after Facebook, or not Facebook, they're going after Zuckerberg, his $400 million dollars. | ||
| Raheem, you've been all over this story from the beginning. | ||
| The Thomas More Society is on it. | ||
| I've got to tell you, people don't appreciate Phil Kline. | ||
| He's got a great investigative team. | ||
| He's got a big data operation over there. | ||
| He's also a hammer as far as the legal system goes. | ||
| He was the guy that was so tough on the abortion clinics and the abortionists out in Kansas when he was Attorney General. | ||
| I think they took his law license away. | ||
| It had to go all the way to the Supreme Court. | ||
| But he's a tough hombre, and he is all over this $400 million. | ||
| Before we get to Pennsylvania and Michigan, Rahim, he's saying, hey, there were private deals cut, these public-private partnerships that were like to consent in Georgia, never brought up to state legislatures, these executive things, cutting deals with third parties like Rock to vote, but fully funded by Zuckerberg personally. | ||
| Just a guy writing a check for $400,000,000 of which he showed, I think, $3,000,000 went to Republican areas and $397,000,000 went to Democrats. | ||
| He's saying this is, he thinks, is the way that the finesse was executed, right? | ||
| You've obviously got the data, you've got like where the votes came from, etc. | ||
| He thinks the execution part of it, look, he's saying, hey, the dominion system and everything like that, that's a full vertical, somebody go down, but he says, hey, I've got a retail version of this. | ||
| That's going to be very powerful. | ||
| Well, these little consent decrees that they had in Georgia, one of them was going to be argued in Fulton County, the other one was in Cobb County. | ||
| These were things that we didn't even know about until after the election, even though they were filed, but they just weren't promoted to let anybody know about it. | ||
| And what's interesting to me, Steve, is this was obviously a national effort on the part of the Democrats because they're represented in both of these suits by the top partners of Perkins Coie in Washington. | ||
| And of course, Raffensperger and the people of Georgia are represented by the local firm in Atlanta getting steamrolled. | ||
| This is the way the game is played, and they have been playing the long ball from Washington, directing what's going on in these states from the top. | ||
| So there's got to be collusion across the board. | ||
| Go back, tell us what this is, because today he's coming on, and Mike Kelly, the congressman, has got a great suit up there. | ||
| He didn't want anything else except the pure constitutionality of what the legislature and the Democratic administration did without the consent of the governed, which I think is a killer lawsuit to throw the whole thing out. | ||
| But go back to what, what did Zuckerberg do? | ||
| So it was October the 5th I think that we had Phil Klein on the National Pulse Show and October the 6th we published the article with what they were alleging. | ||
| Now this was about a 250 million dollar endorsement from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. | ||
| The majority of that sum was funneled into exclusively Democrat areas but interestingly it also came with strings attached. | ||
| How that money could be used, what its purpose was. | ||
| So you have a very wealthy individual here that pumped money in. | ||
| The Amistad Project and Phil Klein's guys, they analyzed the top 51 million of that, the highest amounts that were given. | ||
| And that was 17 cities and counties that received grants from this group Zuckerberg runs, which is called the Center for Technology and Civic Life. | ||
| Now, of 51 million dollars, In the top 17 cities and counties, just $300,000 went to Republican-leaning counties. | ||
| to just to clarify for people as well what we're talking about here is Dallas getting fifteen million dollars uh... philadelphia getting ten million dollars full-time georgia getting six million carbon georgia getting five point six million and it goes down wayne county delaware bayer uh... cameroon hind center richard charleston lucas haze on and i guess got black hawk uh... in iowa and it goes on and on and on and now this is what phil klein is saying hey | ||
| not only do we now know this and we have the information pertaining to where this money was drop but we now want to know and get into more detail about what strings were attached how these deals took place who was a part of all of these deals who signed it off because as you say it doesn't look like it went up to the chain in the way it should have gone They've just engaged in public-private partnerships. | ||
| And the public-private partnerships, you've got left-wing groups like Rock the Vote, they gave direct access to be able to change the voter rolls. | ||
| That they could recruit. | ||
| They could go and recruit. | ||
| That's where you're going to see how this is going to connect the dots. | ||
| You're going to connect back to these universities, right? | ||
| This is an active role of these universities. | ||
| You're going to find these faculty guys, these faculty senates, these teachers, totally in with groups, left-wing groups like Rock the Vote, that had full access. | ||
| Undisclosed to anybody, backed by Zuckerberg's money, right? | ||
| Phil Klein is all over this. | ||
| I think this suit's got a tremendous ability to start tossing out big hunks of rock the votes ballots, right? | ||
| Of where they came from, etc. | ||
| Because you're going to find out, this is how they work the finesse. | ||
| This is not the only meddling that the Zuckerbergs did this election cycle. | ||
| Now remember, of course, they're in there in all these Democratic counties protecting our vote through their patriotism. | ||
| Their other big effort this year, I think that your average American would find quite appalling, was They gave $500,000 to the state of Oregon for a voter initiative to decriminalize heroin and methamphetamine. | ||
| What a rock star patriotic family they are. | ||
| Doesn't it make you happy to have the Zuckerbergs, your kids on Facebook, learning how to become patriotic Americans with meth and heroin at will? | ||
| These people are a threat to our way of life. | ||
| We have to stop them. | ||
| What's the status of that proposal? | ||
| What happened? | ||
| I think it passed, yeah. | ||
| You sure double-checked? | ||
| I did double-check, but they gave $500,000 for it, and I'm pretty sure ballot measure 110 passed. | ||

| This is the kind of people they are. | ||

| He's very focused on this because the information has come up, and particularly the public-private partnerships. | ||
| The private part stinks to high heaven. | ||
| And while this is not fully disclosed and why people are finding out about it after the fact, Raheem, he's going to be on the show this afternoon. | ||

| So I think a lot of the lawyers, a lot of the people I'm speaking to are like, okay, Klein's got the goods here. | ||
| You know, we have the paper trail and the paper trail that we don't have is actually relatively, I wouldn't say easy, but should be quite accessible to us if the freedom of information requests are right, if the lawsuits are framed correctly, and then we'll understand where the fix was in. | ||
| If you can then understand where the fix was in on a county level, you then get to look very more closely. | ||
| The problem we've had so far is this kind of scattergun approach, right, from the very day after the election, where it was, okay, we've got these statisticians and the statisticians are looking for data and the data doesn't all match up and we're trying to figure out where the anomalies are and that's how we've been finding the counties so far, but now we know where the money is going to be funneled into, then we can get into the detail. | ||
| The problem is, of course, is the clock. | ||
| You know, we're up against the clock. | ||
| It's okay. | ||
| Let's go, speaking of the clock, today we have a visit from Pennsylvania, from the senior, I guess, leadership in the House and the Senate. | ||
| The House has already voted to have a, correct me if I'm wrong, Greg, a full audit done of the entire state, and I realize right now they're going through a certification process at the county level. | ||
| The Senate has not passed that. | ||
| Has there been any, Greg, what's the other, any movement in the Senate at all? | ||
| So there hasn't been much movement in the Senate on this audit that the House passed. | ||
| I've just taken a look at their legislative calendar for today and they're doing some infrastructure stuff. | ||
| They're in the midst of budget negotiations. | ||
| So that's what is taking place in the State Senate right now and we will be monitoring anything on the audit today. | ||
| Have they given the names of who's coming from? | ||
| They have not released the names of who's coming from in Pennsylvania. | ||
| I hope they provide some security. | ||
| This is the reason I'm sure they haven't given the names. | ||
| There's also, there's rumors banging around that Pennsylvania may actually, Michigan's done it, started hearings, and I think you're actually going to see some of the evidence and some of the affidavit signatories are going to be testifying in Michigan. | ||
| There's a rumor about that the House and maybe the Senate in conference may start hearings as early as tomorrow or Wednesday in Pennsylvania. | ||
| Have you heard anything about that? | ||
| That is going around. | ||
| There's no formal confirmation yet on these hearings. | ||
| So the certification process right now is at the state level. | ||
| And by the way, Wolf is as left-wing as you get. | ||
| And so is the Secretary of State. | ||
| This is all going to be certified in that process. | ||
| But they tell me in Pennsylvania you can't even start going back and trying to do the audit until they've actually done it at that level. | ||
| Is that the way the process works? | ||
| It does have to get kicked up through these. | ||
| So right now the counties We've seen Allegheny County and Lucerne have certified their votes in those two specific counties. | ||
| Berks County, which is just west of Philadelphia, about an hour, they are holding off until Wednesday, it looks like, and Philadelphia today or tomorrow, depending on the legal challenges that get resolved today. | ||
| Talk to me about Michigan. | ||
| Michigan, now, what happened is Wayne County, first off, disapproved going forward, not certifying, wanted an audit. | ||
| They blew these people up. | ||
| Our guy Stabler, you know, trashed them, called them racists, they had a struggle session. | ||
| They eventually said, okay, we'll sign off on the certification subject to a full audit by the Secretary of State of Wayne County. | ||
| That was agreed to. | ||
| They then did it, and the Secretary of State couldn't wait to run to MSNBC and say, hey, we don't owe them anything, right? | ||
| They signed off on a tough luck, you know, tough break. | ||
| Then they tried to rescind, and they said we don't have any legal right to rescind, but that's still an open question whether they have it or not. | ||
| Today, it's going to the State Board, two Democrats, two Republicans, And Ronna McDaniel, the National RNC Chair, plus the head of the GOP, have already sent a formal letter. | ||
| There is going to be testimony. | ||
| James, I think, he either personally or his campaign will testify, John James. | ||
| They will have other testimony today, including, I think, Thor, the great lawyer who's running this for the Trump campaign. | ||
| I think they're all going to testify. | ||
| My understanding is it's uncertain right now whether the two Republicans will vote to certify. | ||
| Yep, that's correct. | ||
| So... opportunity to make it a deadlock there. | ||
| And then specifically with Chairman Ronald McDaniels and Laura Cox, the GOP chairman, they're asking for a 14-day adjournment until a full audit and investigation can be completed. | ||
| I mean, this was when the guys in Wayne County, when the man and woman in Wayne County did this, they had said, they asked for a ten day period to audit just Wayne County alone, of which they say was agreed to, right, by the Secretary of State, and then she did the sorry, not sorry. | ||
| Yeah, and then just looking forward, if there were to be a deadlocked 2-2 tie, what it looks like from what the House Speaker has indicated is there would be an appeals process and then eventually could get kicked up to the Michigan Supreme Court if that's the case. | ||
| So this is going to be a, this is the intensity, this is why CNN had this headline this morning about the certification process. | ||
| Remember, there's three things going on here. | ||
| There's a legal process, guys are gathering more, they're trying to connect the data now to actual affidavits of voters. | ||
| That's a process going on. | ||
| You've got, so you've got the courts, you've got the certification process, and of course you now get the state legislatures involved, and that's why The left is going, that's where you're going to see continual beatdown on President Trump and more rhinos, more Republicans coming out saying, you know, you just got to throw in the towel, right? | ||

| And what it's being fought for is to make sure that only Only legal certifiable votes count. | ||

| We got some breaking news Greg yep So breaking news out of Pennsylvania that the Third Circuit Court of Appeals has granted expedited review for the Trump campaigns Appeal in Pennsylvania, so that's that's the one that's the judge that was so nice to Rudy the other day Yep, that was the one coming from the middle district. | ||

| Okay, so this thing will go to appellate court now, and Rudy, I think they've signed up some great appellate lawyers that have signed on to the case here. | ||
