Well the virus has now killed more than a hundred people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
anthony fauci
We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens, War Room.
unidentified
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
Now I should say the news conference featured Rudy Giuliani, so I think Trump is using the term lawyers very loosely.
He's the one who was prosecuting under the RICO Act, the way I understand it, and now he's representing a mob family.
It's crazy.
It's crazy.
I don't know what happened to him.
This judge's opinion is the functional equivalent of Rudy getting dunked on here.
Only one American sealed Trump's fate and that happened today.
And that was Rudy Giuliani.
He became a metaphor for the campaign melting into a dark puddle of deception.
If you've got the evidence of fraud, present it.
And what's happened here is, quite frankly, the content of the president's legal team has been a national embarrassment.
It was a pathetic display, and it's become so common when Rudy Giuliani gets in front of a camera or a microphone.
alan dershowitz
He is a legal buffoon.
unidentified
Well, I thought it was a train wreck, Chuck.
I thought it was absolutely incredible.
steve bannon
But on the one hand, it's outrageous.
unidentified
On the other hand, it's really not surprising.
alan dershowitz
Well, let me give you my completely objective, not wishful thinking, constitutional analysis.
They have two or three legal constitutional paths.
For example, in Pennsylvania, they have two very strong legal arguments.
One, that the courts changed what the legislature did about counting ballots after the end of election day.
That's a winning issue in the Supreme Court.
I don't necessarily support it, but it's a winning issue in the Supreme Court, and Justice Alito has already hinted that's a winning issue.
They also have a winning issue in the Supreme Court on equal protection, that some counties allowed flawed ballots to be cured while others didn't.
Bush versus Gore suggests that an equal protection argument can prevail.
The problem with that argument is they don't have the numbers necessarily to support it.
If it's right that Biden's ahead by some 70 or 80,000 votes.
They have to show enough contested votes under those two legal theories to change the outcome.
The other legal theory they have, which is a potentially strong one, is that the computers, either fraudulently or by glitches, changed hundreds of thousands of votes.
There, there are enough votes to make a difference.
But I haven't seen the evidence to support that.
So in one case, they don't have the numbers.
In another case, they don't seem yet to have the evidence.
Maybe they do, I haven't seen it.
steve bannon
but the legal theory is there to support them if they have the numbers and they have the evidence or fun welcome to the war room you live on capitol hill is It's Monday, the 23rd of November, the Year of Our Lord 2020.
Why do we keep giving those great cold opens with the thing, Producer Vish?
We'll check with Denver here in a moment.
Stephen K. Bannon, Raheem Kassam, Jack Maxwell, I'm joined by Greg Mance, he's working on some stuff right now, a lot going on.
Cold open right there, full on beat down on Rudy Giuliani until you get to one of the most respected constitutional lawyers in the country who's got no dog in this fight, right?
Dershowitz, although he's in support of the President.
He says, hey, you've got two legal arguments that are stone cold winners at the Supreme Court.
On one case you just have to show the numbers.
In the other case with the computers and what Sidney Powell's doing with the evidence.
But to stick with the former, you just have to show the numbers.
Right?
Donald Trump was up by 800,000 votes before all the illegal ballots came in.
And why the Democrats so quickly?
Why did they keep the observers away?
Why did they separate so quickly?
The envelopes from those ballots.
Clearly they're trying to steal it.
And I got news for you, the numbers are coming.
With all the hate dumped on Rudy, all the hate dumped on Rudy, right, and his team, Dershowitz comes back and reaffirms that actually what they're arguing is a winner.
Dershowitz went on, and this was Maria Bartiromo yesterday, Dershowitz actually went on and continued and says, hey, the Supreme Court's not going to give you a Pyrrhic victory, right?
They're not going to sit here and say this is correct, but you don't have the numbers.
So that would upend every apple cart, right?
So you've got to come with the math before I think they even review it.
So it's incumbent upon the data guys and the people working on this, and there are many teams working on this, to deliver the numbers.
And I think you're going to be quite surprised by this.
We're going to have a number of these announces today.
We're going to have Darren Beatty on talking about an amazing story that was up on Revolver over the weekend, right, that blew everybody away, went viral.
We're going to go back to Raheem Kassam and talk about the national pulse has really been at the cutting edge.
Of this, their stories went back around the internet today, or over the weekend, as people start to look at Stephen Miller and Yale and everything that your team was pulling together.
This is when you're going to get down to it.
The headline... So look, I realize everybody's anxious.
You got the Sidney Powell thing.
We'll walk you through all of it.
Remember, this is the fog of war.
You're in the middle of it.
That's why you're here in the War Room.
Keep your eye on the prize.
Let's keep downrange.
Let's keep focused.
Why are they attacking Rudy so hard?
It's a clown show!
It's ridiculous!
It's this and that.
And then Dershowitz comes up.
Yeah, you know.
Their arguments are actually... He didn't say they have standing.
They didn't say they're pretty good arguments.
He didn't say, hey, they may lose an edition but win an appello.
He said, these are winners.
In that interview, go back and look at it.
He says, hey, Alito already told you that.
Alito signaled to you, you got a winner here.
Right?
You got a winner.
And there's people beavering away 24-7 all over the place to deliver the math.
And the math can be and will be delivered.
That's why they're in meltdown, that's why they're in full beatdown.
And look, don't take it from Steve Bannon.
Let's take it from Zucker and CNN.
CNN's headline this morning, do we have that up in Denver?
Can we swap out Miles Grosz bumper music for... I'm just kidding.
Guys in Denver, you do a fantastic job.
Vish, you do a fantastic job.
Every now and again, we have a knit.
We have a little knit.
I would love that to be the open music, but I think it's better as the bumper music.
So, here's the thing.
CNN has a headline up, so is that the headline?
What does that headline say?
Can you read that for me, Rahim?
I don't have my glasses on.
unidentified
Vote certification in Michigan and Pennsylvania in question.
Oh.
steve bannon
My.
God.
Vote cert... What have we said for months?
Can't certify this vote?
No electoral college?
Goes to Nancy Pelosi, that big ol' gavel sucking on a lemon, right?
Goes to the House of Representatives.
Donald Trump's victory is reaffirmed.
What's that big ol' headline up in Zucker?
Do you think they want to put that headline up on a Monday morning?
That was actually up from, I think, late last night.
unidentified
They're in full-on panic.
steve bannon
They're in full-on panic.
One of the reasons they're in panic, they realize, although it's got a little bit of the gang that couldn't shoot straight to it, it's a little bit of like Peanuts or the Bad News Bears, okay?
It's got a little bit of Bad News Bears to them.
It's got a little bit of the great hockey movies, right?
It's got a little bit of...
Well, Mighty Ducks, got a little bit of Mighty Ducks, also got a little bit of the Paul Newman, what's their favorite?
The Handsome Brothers?
I love that.
unidentified
Slapshot?
steve bannon
Slapshot, got a little bit of Slapshot in it.
unidentified
It's the Bad News Bears, and we have Rudy as Kelly Lee.
steve bannon
Yeah, look, Rudy leaks a little oil, we saw that at the press conference the other day.
He's leaking a little oil.
unidentified
And Sidney's Tatum O'Neal, the pitcher.
Hey, she's hard as a brick, okay?
steve bannon
Listen, that whole thing, and I'll get into it.
She's thrown down her, and I've been saying in the show, go back and let's see what I've been saying.
She's a free option.
And in finance that means, hey, if it happens, bang, it's a big winner.
But I don't need it.
Here's the reason.
What she's going after is something so deep and so systemic that could actually unravel it all.
And one of the reasons I know that, this is not Steve Bannon saying this, this is Facebook saying it.
We're trying to get Gianna Bianco of the American Bond Holders thing.
They're putting up today a story from G-News, and G-News just goes through, and by the way I want to thank the G-News guys that do this in Mandarin for us in GTV.
The G-News guys just do a factual story that lays out the history of smart tech, its ownership, All this SIFIA stuff, and involvement with China and other countries throughout the world, because this thing's been moving all over, right?
They just laid a factual story, where she contacts me, you know, ODark30, and all of her people at the American Bond Foundation, who are hardcore War Room listeners, they're putting this thing up on Facebook, and Facebook is immediately taking it down.
And they said they've taken it down because, and the first thing they say, it's got like adult It's got like adult information or something, you know, inappropriate adult information.
They're just looking for any reason, they're just taking it down.
Sidney Powell!
Is going after the absolute kill shot for the whole thing.
One thing I want to get back up, and I'll say it again, Jonathan Turley wrote a piece in The Hill yesterday and said this is the dark star strategy.
I sent it out to the team, it was fantastic.
Turley, who's also, you know, he testified for the president, but he's no fan of Trump, he's up front about not being a fan of Trump.
He wrote about what the strategy here was like at the end of Star Wars.
Where you have the rebel army and they fly into the trench on the Dark Star and they take the one shot down the ventilation system and blow up the Dark Star.
Right?
The Death Star.
The Death Star.
I thought only boomers were supposed to know that.
So, the Death Star.
He actually laid out, almost state by state, we'll put that up, block by block, exactly what this was.
Long story short, today there's a lot of things happening.
The Pennsylvania leadership in the House and the Senate, and the House has already voted for a complete thorough audit of the entire state.
We're now hearing they're supposed to be certifying at the district levels today.
I think Luzerne County, Luzerne County has already said that they're not going to certify this vote, right?
I think you have a couple others pop up.
There are rumors about that today, after this meeting, they may actually start having hearings in Pennsylvania at the House level.
The same group that had the hearing last week with Dominion Systems, the Dominion guy didn't show up.
By the way, note to self, as we move through this, the personalities involved, what is it, Dramatis?
My Latin is so bad, I'm going to get my Yale guy in here in a second to do that.
Yesterday, Dominion is going to have this big thing at noon.
Maria Bartiromo is pumping it up.
Everyone at Fox is pumping it up.
At noon, on Fox, it's going to be Dominion's sister.
A guy hiding from everybody at a hearing where he's got to do it under oath.
He's going to be on Fox at noon.
Everybody's flipping on there.
Fox is getting everybody leaving One America.
They're all leaving Newsmax.
They're all coming back because Chris Wallace and the team are going to be eviscerating the Dominion guy.
And who shows up?
Michael Steele.
You can't make this stuff up.
No to Dominion Systems.
The way to convince The Trump movement and the deplorables that something's not shady is not to hire Michael Steele.
This is not Michael Steele.
He used to be the RNC chairman.
And I like Michael Steele.
Good guy.
He's off the reservation.
I mean, he's wandering around somewhere I don't even know.
I think it's from the time ever since he had that S&M club they had on the credit card of doing a donor meeting out in L.A.
He hasn't been the same since, right?
But not that Michael Steele, who's actually a good guy.
This guy literally is the creature from the Black Lagoon, when you talk about swamp.
This was John Boehner's communications guy.
This guy, Michael Steele, could change a nine dollar bill into threes, okay?
He shows up as the spokesman, one lie and one spin after the next, and I'm sitting there going, people are just blown up, going, how do you, you could not pick a more corrupt guy than Michael Steele, but we're getting all this.
Here's the point.
They're going nuts because relentlessly this thing's moving forward.
It's moving forward in courts, it's moving forward in legislature, it's moving forward at things.
And people, legit people, the two guys out, man and woman, out in Wayne County, I don't want to certify this until they try to crush them.
Then they say, I'll certify it subject to a complete audit of Wayne County.
I say, yeah, fine, just sign certification.
As soon as they go, sorry, not sorry, no certification.
In Luzerne County, all over the nation, The word is we ain't certifying the steel, okay?
We're going to be back in a second, Darren Bailey.
We're going to get down to numbers and some math and then we're going to get back to all of this, okay?
We're winning.
CNN would not have put up that headline if we were not winning, okay?
Hunker down and let's get into the grind.
Be back in a moment.
unidentified
We will fight till they're all gone!
War Room Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Welcome back to The War Room.
Jack, Max, are you okay?
Getting another pinch between... Not enough snuff this morning.
What is that stuff?
jack maxey
That was just the lion purring there for a moment.
unidentified
That sounded like a whiffin' poof warming up the vocal cords.
Whoa!
steve bannon
Where's my Cole Porter in the morning?
Okay, you're back live in the War Room.
I want to thank John Frederick, Radio Network, all the team at Real America's Voice, Dischannel 219, and Comcast 113, Newsmax TV, and G-News, G-Media, G-News in the News today as they put up a story Pretty factual about smart tech, its ownership, and where it's going.
And very detailed, very detail-oriented.
Names, names, got it all in there.
And, you know, Facebook's pulling it down left, right, and center.
What is the problem?
Why do people, why do they not want just information out there?
And when these guys come back and are attacking these people, let's get to the science-based, evidence-based database.
Because we'll put it up against anybody.
Go on any show and argue this thing.
We'll put all our data guys up against your guys anytime you want to.
It's all crickets from you guys.
Also, Carl Bernstein's putting up a list of 20 ways, name and names.
It's like the HUAC trials back in the 40s and 50s.
Carl Bernstein's name and names.
21 guys who hate Trump.
It's like big deal.
unidentified
21 senators.
steve bannon
That Hey Trump, I think you left a couple of names off there.
jack maxey
I think I got a couple more I could add, Carl.
steve bannon
I think you're doing very good reporting.
He thought that was a big reveal, right?
That's a huge reveal.
21 guys that hate Trump.
21 guys in the Senate.
Well look, there's a lot more than that.
And hey, we don't care.
I tell you who really doesn't care is Donald J. Trump.
He could care less.
jack maxey
Now remember, when you speak of the Senate, you have to refer to it as the world's most respected deliberative body.
steve bannon
Yes.
jack maxey
That doesn't sound as good as it used to, does it?
steve bannon
No, it does not.
Not with what they're doing.
Okay.
I want to go now, let's get into some math, and we're going to start this.
I want to get down, drill down into the things, and then we've got Greg Mansour.
We're going to talk about today that the leadership of the legislature is coming to the White House.
That's what's got the mainstream media meltdown.
Donald Trump's intruding in this.
Well, he needs intruders in this.
Last time I checked, he's the chief magistrate.
In fact, what I would recommend is you call this guy Bill Barr.
I don't know where... I hear Bill Barr's on vacation.
Somebody tell me he's out somewhere.
No, it's hunting.
Hey brother, go hunting for some illegal ballots.
How about that?
Why don't we hunt for that?
Where's DOJ?
Oh yeah, they're all down doing the thing on voter day to make sure you're not doing voter suppression, which is fine.
I'm good with that.
That's fine.
I didn't hear any complaints.
I didn't see anything.
Maybe it happened, but I hope it was taken care of.
But we want all legal ballots to count.
Where's the on patrol here?
Where's DOJ?
Where's FBI?
Where's some investigations?
Right?
We're taking some of these machines.
We don't need the servers.
Just need the machines.
That's a scoop.
Don't need the servers.
The data flows back and forth.
unidentified
All that.
steve bannon
Don't need that.
What you need is the machines.
You can change it.
All's in the machines.
Now, if those machines get wiped, That's not a good thing.
That ought to be frozen in place.
That's one thing about Sidney.
Sidney's is essentially a criminal investigation.
I mean, hers is a criminal investigation.
That's one of the reasons that you've seen a bifurcation.
Like I said, she's going long ball.
Rudy and those guys are grinding through it, the five or six states, depending if Arizona gets into the mix, and I think it might.
Arizona, they're talking about calling back the legislature.
Heaven Ducey, call it back.
Legislature is going to have a role here.
Don't care if the left doesn't like that.
Remember, headline in CNN this morning about, they're panicked, that the two-man panel today, the four-man panel, the two Republicans are going to grow a set and just sit there and go, we should have the 14-day full audit of Michigan.
Because that's what the Secretary of State promised that when the two commissioners voted for it in Wayne County.
And of course, the Democrat thing, they just lie.
They'll lie to your face.
Remember, this is not a search for truth.
This is pure, raw power politics.
So if they want to play like that, you know, the Republicans play by the rules.
The Republicans are Boy Scouts, right?
The Republicans are pilgrims.
And I want to note, we're going to talk about that more this afternoon, the 400th anniversary.
We didn't have enough time.
There was so much news.
I hated to do this.
I had a special thing to do on the Pilgrims on Saturday, and Tom Cotton came out.
One of the most important dates in American history was Saturday, the 400th anniversary of the Pilgrims arriving in the United States, in America, not the United States, in a basically forbidding wilderness.
That because of what they did and what they accomplished, and their tenacity and fortitude, built the greatest nation in the history of mankind.
And that first couple of years, particularly that first winter, and the trip over, just incredible.
An incredible story of heroism.
Of the 102 was 102 and I think 37 were for were of the religious were pilgrims and just incredible story.
We did not commemorate that on Saturday and then John Kennedy is the 57th anniversary of the assassination of President Kennedy.
Yes, we're going to talk about all that more.
We get more on the on the evening show.
We're going to have Phil Klein.
He's coming in to talk about his lawsuit across six states.
He's hammer time.
He's all over Zuckerberg and Facebook about, actually Zuckerberg is an individual, funding $400 million in these private partnerships to flip this.
And we're going to have Mike Kelly's lawyer on.
Mike Kelly, he's done the purest shot of all.
Mike Kelly, the congressman up near Erie, north of Pittsburgh, he's put one in that Dershowitz, hey don't ask Bannon, ask Dershowitz.
Dershowitz is a clean winner.
The legislature had no authority here.
They actually had to go to a referendum to change the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
And Kelly's throwing down hard on that because he's just sitting there going, hey, I don't know what these guys are doing.
Yeah, fine.
We're throwing the whole thing out.
Not going to be able to certify any of it.
We're going to have those guys later today, but now I want to get in Darren Beatty and Darren from The Revolver.
The Revolver is absolutely on fire.
It's addictive.
Here's what I like about Revolver.
It's a smart man's tabloid.
It's high and low.
You've got a lot of highs and you've got some amazing lows.
Here's the reason.
What I love about sites like Revolver, you don't do any intellectual slumming.
It's as good as anything on the left.
It's as good as the best stuff on the left as far as analysis and writing and really connecting dots.
So Darren, I know that you're a philosopher.
Your beat is being in time.
Right?
Heidegger.
unidentified
Right?
steve bannon
Heidegger and Nietzsche and, what was it, Dasein?
Dasein?
That's right, yes, exactly.
Dasein.
That's your normal beat.
But we're going to actually ask you to get in the math because, and here's the reason, and we're going to put that story, I think we ought to put that story up too.
Not that we don't love looking at Darren Beatty all the time.
No, but here's the important thing.
unidentified
That story goes on forever.
steve bannon
It's got scatter graphs, it's got charts, it's got analysis.
I mean, this is the goods, right?
Crickets from the left.
You don't see anybody touching that one.
That's when you know that's a tell.
So I want you to go through how it came together.
Who can you actually say was on the team and not on the team?
Thank you.
So yeah, let's start from the beginning.
what the professor and then walk through this amazing analysis that shows you as Tariq would tell us what the finesse was in Montgomery. The finesse in Montgomery County Pennsylvania has been shown and today in the White House and over the next couple days in the Pennsylvania legislature this is going to be I think exhibit A. Take it away sir. Thank you.
darren j beattie
So yeah let's start from the beginning. The piece is titled explosive new data from rigorous statistical analysis points to voter fraud in Montgomery County Pennsylvania.
It's already made a huge splash and I'm getting a lot of feedback, a lot of it from people who just don't want to be public, who are academics in various capacities, statisticians, election experts who say this is the most compelling case that they've seen for fraud yet.
And so I encourage everyone, go to revolver.news and read the story in full.
So let's walk through it a little bit.
And as to the team that put it together, it's principally one highly competent academic at North American University, and that's all I'm really able to say on that.
I myself, I have a background in mathematics and So, what is the story here?
political science in addition to philosophy as you mentioned and there are a bunch of very smart absolute A-list people who played a role in putting this together. So what is the story here? Well, if you read, if you look at the link on revolver.news, it's incredibly thorough, but it's possible to kind of get lost in the weeds somewhere and not understand the biggest picture.
So here's in the bird's eye view of what happened.
happen.
Number one, some batch of mail ballots were counted that showed an enormous advantage for Biden.
The batch looks nothing like the mail ballots counted up to that point in the New York Times data.
And also looks different from the mail ballots counted later in each precinct as measured using the county's own data.
So here's a number one thing is that there is a profound anomaly in the data.
In fact, this specific number was overnight, there was an increase in 90,000 votes, 90,000 mail-in votes, and an implicit decrease Of 80-some thousand in-person votes.
So there's no question, no one could possibly dispute that there's some sort of error going on because you can't add 90,000 mail-in votes and only increase total votes by 9,000.
That's a discrepancy.
It doesn't add up.
So that's the first problem.
And that's beyond dispute.
The question is whether it's fraud, there can be a big error made, it could be an accident, or it can be malicious.
And this article goes through in meticulous detail why the best explanation for these data is actually toward fraud explanation.
and I can go through that in basically as much detail as you want.
But I want to highlight a couple elements of this.
First of all, the article rules out statistically the possibility that this could be an innocent error because actually the error shows up in pairwise comparisons of candidates.
People forget there are three major candidates here, including the Libertarian.
So if it were just a numerical error on one, it wouldn't change the pairwise comparison.
steve bannon
Darren, Darren, Darren, hang on for one second.
We're going to take a short commercial break.
We're going to take our time to go through this.
We're providing you the platform because it's so important.
And we're going to show more of this.
We're going to rub the left's nose in the details here.
unidentified
Be back with Darren Batey from... War Room Pandemic with Stephen K Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K Bannon.
steve bannon
Okay, welcome back.
We're going to the details and we're going to be doing this throughout the days and weeks ahead as we are showing exactly where the steel came from.
We return now to Darren Beatty of the hottest site on the internet.
That would be Revolver News.
Continue on Darren with your analysis from this amazing story that you guys have had up over the weekend about Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and how the steel happened.
darren j beattie
Great.
So yes, as I mentioned, There is this big uptick, this big additional batch of mail-in ballots, 90,000.
And even though there's this uptick in 90,000, there's only an uptick in 9,000 of total additional votes.
So there's a disappearance of over 80,000 votes.
Now, the question is, um, could this have been a result of just a single error?
And as I mentioned, and we can get into the weeds of this, but it's, I think it suffices for, for this purpose to say that all pairwise comparisons of candidates, because remember there were three.
represent anomalies. And so that rules out one error. And so it makes it even more likely two innocent errors, three innocent errors. That's a little bit less likely. Another interesting fact about this batch is that it is at a statistically impossible degree, much more pro-Biden than any previous mail-in batches, previous mail-in data, and future mail-in data.
And this is granular up to this specific precinct level.
So people could say, Hmm, maybe for some reason, there is just some particular ultra pro Biden thing that just happened to be counted in that big data dump.
Well, not really, because whatever precinct that could possibly be, those anomalies are reproduced at the precinct level from before and after this anomalous batch arrived.
Another really interesting factor is this upsurge in this suspicious batch of libertarian votes.
And this is kind of an interesting dimension of this whole study, is how a libertarian third party, which, you know, is certainly, I think, disadvantageous to Trump, actually, in a weird way, makes it easier to detect fraud.
And in this case, you look at the votes for the libertarian candidate, and If you wanted to believe an innocent explanation, you'd have Montgomery County as the second most libertarian county in the country, which does not track with any kind of historical precedence and is really quite weird in and of itself.
And the kind of fraudulent explanation for this is that upticking the libertarian ballots is actually a way to keep the distance between Biden and Trump without overly inflating the numbers for Biden.
So it's actually very consistent with the fraud explanation.
And so that's a very powerful update.
And then the rest of it is just sort of getting into the numbers.
People can question, well, is there something wrong with the New York Times data itself?
But if you look at the study in detail, you'll see that we cross-reference the New York Times data with the county level data along many dimensions and those track consistently.
So actually, there's no easy explanation of sort of innocent mistake, and certainly none that really accounts for events as parsimoniously and as powerfully as fraud.
And I think, and this isn't just me, this is a lot of highly sophisticated people, even some on the left who have contacted me and said, look, I may not agree with fraud, but this is the most persuasive case made, this specific anomaly in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
steve bannon
So go back, just in summary, when you say fraud, and you've had, I know a lot of people on the left, and I've sent this out to a lot of people, I haven't had anybody, and if anybody wants to push back, if Mandel and Powell said media matters or whatever, obviously the people should go through this.
But what is your headline?
When you say fraud, how big is it?
How big was it in Montgomery County, do you and your team think, from this analysis, and on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being metaphysical certitude, 1 being it's on national pulse, so give me the scale of it and your probability that it happened.
darren j beattie
I mean, this is a subjective thing, and I think different team members involved in the production, including the key author, might have different perspectives.
I think it's fair to say this is, in my view, something like You know, 7.58.
And one thing I think is really powerful about this piece is that it doesn't over promise.
In fact, part of its power isn't saying, look, here are anomalies that nobody can dispute.
It's beyond dispute that this huge, suspicious batch came in at a particularly suspicious time.
and it has all of these anomalous characteristics.
That's simply a fact.
Now, that could either have an innocent explanation or it could have a less innocent explanation, namely fraud.
And the article itself goes through various quote unquote innocent explanations and rules them out by the very data.
So for instance, it rules out, oh, it could be just one innocent entry error.
Well, that's ruled out by the fact that the anomalies are reproduced at the pairwise level.
So it's not just a mistake on one candidate.
There's weird stuff going on with all of the pairwise comparisons to the three candidates, including the Libertarian.
There's this weird issue that you have.
You know, 20% support for libertarian relative to Trump, which is a huge anomaly that's really best consistent with fraudulent explanation.
There's people who could say, oh, the New York Times data was flawed.
But we look at the county data, as I mentioned, and the county data tracks the New York Times data.
So really, like, you know, I've been thinking about what possible innocent explanation could there be.
There could have been some profound screw up, but it's not just one screw up.
It could have been one screw up and then multiple additional screw ups designed to cover up the initial screw up, producing this constellation of anomalies that we see.
That's a possibility.
I'm not here to say that our vote counters are the most, you know, the best and brightest people in this country.
I think that's another actual scandal of our democratic process is the people that we actually entrust to count and secure the votes.
Do not exactly inspire confidence, which gets to an interesting thing.
It's like, I would say this is an eight out of 10 7.58 out of 10.
But even if the innocent explanation is right, it's actually not that innocent, because it underscores how the lack of seriousness with which this nation takes the voting process and actually securing the vote.
And I think Irrespective of whether this means that there was fraud, and I think it's the most compelling case for fraud you will see, I give it an eight.
But even if not, it's indisputable that the process by which the votes are counted, tabulated, secured, is a complete joke, which in turn kind of makes the country a joke. If we continue with this ridiculous process of mail-in voting without any really confident degree of security at all, we're not going to be able to be confident in America.
steve bannon
It's not, but you sound like the pilgrims in the Republican Party.
The fix was in.
This is how they knew they used the mass hysteria to quote-unquote traumatize people, sold that, and then shamed, and then the Republicans cowered, either cut secret deals in Georgia, or looked the other way in the Pennsylvania legislature.
And just crater to it.
This is my point.
They just, they knew what they were going to do here.
They knew how they, they knew how they could get to not have any, this cannot be verified.
That when they open up the envelopes and needed all the checkings in Pennsylvania, you just separate it, get the ballots into the, into the, Throw them into the pile, right?
And then you got the envelopes, but how do you do it?
People should understand, too, particularly people on the left.
They're cross-referencing.
They're going back, literally, district by district.
They're cross-referencing things.
They're calling people.
They're calling people.
They're making inquiries.
And so you're going to have even more backup evidence of really people tied to what went on here.
So there's going to be an incredible detailed level of analytics and support to this, actual human beings and signing affidavits.
Either I didn't request that or, you know, I didn't vote there, right?
And so where else, the question is, have you had anybody, because I know you're the first or I think the only guy at an Ivy League college on a faculty that came forward and supported Trump beforehand.
Have any of your left-wing buddies, have anybody that, you know, they scrutinize every comma And on the revolver, because you're associated with, you get named to a commission to make sure that the Holocaust sites overseas and other overseas monuments and commemorative spots are kept up to the level that the American people want and demand, and history demands, and all of a sudden, you know, they're going nuts.
You know, how they put Darren Beatty on there, because you talked at the HL Mencken Conference, which is one of the most renowned conferences for conservative intellectuals.
Has anybody Come out and try to blow your analysis up, or actually blow your analysis up.
darren j beattie
Yeah, as a matter of fact, there was an attempt.
I would, you know, I would leave it up to readers to evaluate how successful.
I don't think it was successful at all, but there was an attempt, at least, by the New York Times' Ross Douthat.
And actually, it was a little bit disappointing because I was I expected a more persuasive attempted rebuttal from Douthat, but to his credit, at least he gave the article attention and attempted to rebut it unsuccessfully.
But that's pretty much the most prominent attempt at rebuttal.
steve bannon
You know, it's open source, it's out there, it's open, and I would love to hear... What was his... It didn't seem like he had a math background, but just quickly summarize for the audience, because he's a very respected guy, what was his counter-argument to you guys?
darren j beattie
Well, I mean, it was essentially saying that, you know, it was actually, it was really just deflection, like deflecting to other states and counties.
It didn't really drill down into the fact that, okay, well, there could be one little innocent explanation for one thing, but he didn't really address the fact that you really have to come up with a convolution of innocent explanations compounded on each other, you have to kind of play play argumentative twister in order to come up with some grand innocent narrative in this specific case.
So he simply, you know, said, Oh, we can wave off these anomalies.
And let's look at what happened in other places where maybe he has a better case.
So I don't think what I think, you know, it's good that he drew attention to the study, but I don't think he did anything resembling a kind of rigorous critique.
And I would love for someone to attempt that critique.
But I think it's the most powerful case that we see yet.
And I really hope that it's used to full effect by all of the influencers and people in the Trump campaign and people preparing legal cases and so forth, because it's a huge weapon and people will pick it up and use it.
steve bannon
We only got a minute left, quick.
Are you doing other counties in Pennsylvania or are you doing counties in other states?
darren j beattie
We're doing something on other states and we have a follow-up piece coming up maybe later this afternoon, maybe tomorrow morning, a follow-up piece on Montgomery specifically.
So people should track that.
Keep your eye on revolver.news, the president's favorite alternative to judge, because this is just getting started.
We really want to dig down into this.
I can't say.
I'm not the lead author.
That's up to him.
steve bannon
because I think you if you're if you're if your people were called if your people or you were called before and subpoenaed to go before the house in in in Pennsylvania would you go yes or no I can't say I'm not the lead author that's up to him I would do it if I were authorized to do it but I'm not the lead author I'm teasing I know you'll do it.
Just gotta get you the subpoena mailed correctly.
Okay.
Darren Beatty.
Darren Beatty from Revolver News.
Short commercial break.
We'll come back with Raheem Gregg in Pennsylvania next.

The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
...of another amnesty in the future.
A firm owned by Venezuela could be allowed to take over one of this country's top voting machine firms.
Venezuela, of course, led by Hugo Chavez, working to change the views of most South American countries, moves to the left.
Critics of the deal say our nation's very democracy is now for sale, without anyone doing a thing about it.
Giddy Pilgrim reports.
The use of some 19,000 electronic voting machines in the city of Chicago and Cook County primary on March 21st of this year is now under intense scrutiny.
The U.S.
company that makes the machines, Sequoia, was bought in 2005 by Smartmatic, A private company primarily owned by Venezuelan businessmen.
When Chicago had problems with the machines, a dozen Venezuelan employees were there to help with the election.
Chicago officials are outraged.
I think that American elections ought to be run by American companies and ought to be run by American citizens, not Venezuelan nationals.
Smartmatic is technically based in Boca Raton, Florida, but the president of the company, Jack Blaine, testified to the Chicago City Council.
Fewer than a dozen Smartmatic employees work in Florida.
The majority of the workers are based in Venezuela.
Watchdog groups question why U.S.
voting machines would be under the control of citizens of another country, especially a country whose own election process is highly suspect.
We believe this is a national security issue.
There is no way that companies belonging to non-U.S.
corporations should have access to our elections.
steve bannon
Okay, and the Treasurer's going to go in for the CFIUS.
That is from 2006.
That is the great Lou Dobbs, and that's why Lou Dobbs, although he's gotten a little crotchety and a little curmudgeonly right with the years, he loved Lou, but this is why Lou Dobbs has been doing this for 30 years or longer.
A lot of what turned President Trump into the economic nationalist that he is is because of his watching of Lou Dobbs.
That's why Lou Dobbs is at the beginning of this revolution.
This is from 14 years ago.
This whole thing in Boca Raton, that's what you call a beard.
It was just a front.
Right?
That was just a front.
And the situation with this company hasn't gotten any better.
It's gotten far worse.
It's gotten far worse.
Now it's got another front up.
The Dominion thing is just an office up in an office building in Toronto, right?
That's just another false front.
So all that's getting down, and this is why you've seen the bifurcation of the Rudy part of it in the Sidney Powell.
This is a whole different deal, and this has got to be gotten down to, can this make... Remember, the clock's ticking here in this game.
This game's got a time clock to it.
Right?
14th of December is when they've got to show up in the state capitals.
Now, maybe it can move past there, etc.
What we know by the Constitution, high noon on the 20th, we're either going to have a president or an acting president.
Okay?
The President of the United States is Donald J. Trump.
All this nonsense.
Here's what's interesting.
Here's the other tale, ladies and gentlemen.
And I don't like some of the weakness I'm hearing in the live chat.
I love the patriotism, but come on, I told you we were going to go through some dark days and we're going to go through some good days, okay?
Remember, keep your eye on the prize.
Here's the other big tell.
Biden's announcing his cabinet.
You haven't seen any guys running around fighting for these jobs.
He's basically getting the rehabs.
Jake Sullivan at National Security, Tony Blinken at State, and Flournoy at Defense, and I've asked producer Vish, and it was a little hard, we're going to pull up, six weeks ago I was banging my head on this table saying Tony Blinken Is never going to be confirmed by the United States Senate.
And Jake Sullivan couldn't be confirmed.
Because they're in the hard drive, Blinken particularly is on the hard drive from hell.
Which we're going to start, since Biden's not going to be president and these are not going to be cabinet members, I don't want to spend too much time on it, but they're putting the globalists right back in.
They're putting the kowtow to CCP back in.
WestExec, which is a company formed by Blinken and I think Flournoy, The whole business was basically market access to American companies, and guess where?
China.
unidentified
Right?
steve bannon
They're total CCP.
Blinken's up to his neck.
This is just more of the same.
We're going to go through all the details on that.
The CCP, G-News puts out a factual piece today.
People are putting this up on Facebook because they get up this morning and say, wow.
Somebody's got the receipts.
I like this.
They're putting it up.
Facebook's taking it down as quick as possible.
I think you're going to find...
And I think we're going to find that there's evidentiary basis to find out that not just the component pieces, all the component pieces in a big hunk of the underlying software and algorithms are made, guess where?
I'm randomly throwing this out there, China, under CCP ownership and control.
I believe you're going to find out that a big bulk of the 20,000 machines they keep saying are made in the United States, I think they're actually made maybe in China and shipped here for one final piece of assembly so they can say, oh it was assembled here in the United States.
All the games are going to come loose and I think that's what Sidney Powell is grinding on right now.
We've got a lot more to get through.
Rahim, I think we're going to wait, tease it now, but I want to wait, and when we come back, I want to go back to the National Pulse, because these articles were being repurposed by other people, sent out, and trending again.
And here's the point.
There is heavy-duty statistical analysis that's being done by people that are some of the top people in the world, data scientists, etc.
It's being passed over to guys that are then closing the loop by actually making contact with people to see where the finesse was.
And they're finding out, like in, it sent shivers down my spine, when the guy said to go, hey, have you guys ever heard of Lincoln College?
unidentified
Right?
steve bannon
You know, Lincoln College has involved one of the biggest scandals in the history of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The blowing up of this, of the... Barnes Foundation.
The Barnes Foundation, the biggest impressionist collection in America.
Right?
I think it got put in solvency.
jack maxey
Yeah, we found one P.O.
box at that university that may have had hundreds up to a thousand ballots sent to it.
And we're seeing this in the university systems around the country.
I mean, some things that we looked into and we're trying to get cleaner data, but the top 100 mailboxes in Pennsylvania for mailed ballots collected over 70,000 ballots.
steve bannon
I thought Harvard's thing was Veritas, was truth.
I thought universities were in the search for truth.
jack maxey
Yale's is Lux et Veritas, so light and truth.
That is not really a worthy motto for the school anymore.
unidentified
Just before we go, that clip that we just played the Lou Dobbs on, we'll talk about that in the next segment as well.
That was found by one of our members at the National Post, Buffalo Bob.
jack maxey
I want to give him a shout out by the way.
unidentified
And also we've got brand new reporting on Dominion.
Two big stories about Dominion.
steve bannon
We're going to come back.
We're going to come back.
We're going to go to Pennsylvania, Michigan, Dominion, all of it.
